00:06:04.000Now, this is just part of the report that was published from the New York Attorney General against Andrew Cuomo.
00:06:13.000And the timing of all this is very suspicious, because this is not the only New York story today, as New York City has officially enacted medical apartheid in the state of New York City.
00:06:26.000The New York Attorney General, Letitia James, says, our job is over.
00:07:15.000Andrew Cuomo is a scumbag and a sicko.
00:07:20.000And let's hold him accountable to what he said previously.
00:07:24.000And then I'm going to go in a direction that we should be focusing on.
00:07:29.000But Andrew Cuomo is probably very uncomfortable, but he's also probably relieved that this scandal is the one that is being focused on.

00:08:12.000Andrew Cuomo has now been credibly accused by Charlotte Bennett, Lindsey Boylan, Anna Rouch, Anna Liss, Karen Hinton, Jessica Bakeman, Alyssa McGrath, and Sherry Vill.
00:08:30.000Now, these reports are just remaining civil for now, but that does not mean that there is no criminal conduct.
00:08:37.000Now, being a scumbag or being a sicko is actually not unique to American politics.

00:08:55.000But what is unique and something that we cannot lose focus on through this entire investigation into Andrew Cuomo harassing multiple women, which is, of course, sicko-type behavior, is the nursing homes.

00:09:22.000What did Andrew Cuomo know about putting infected Chinese coronavirus patients into nursing homes?
00:09:28.000Why did the Department of Justice drop their investigation into that?
00:10:12.000You see, Democrats learned from Al Franken.
00:10:16.000When Al Franken resigned, they realized they didn't have to do that anymore.
00:10:20.000Remember, Al Franken resigned in the height of the Me Too situation because he was photographed very inappropriately with a young service member while he was doing some sort of comedy tour abroad.

00:21:49.000But instead, they're saying if you don't take an experimental piece of medicine with a lot of questions surrounding it, you're not allowed to eat in our city.

00:22:30.000Mayor Wilhem, it's really his name, he's enthusiastic about being able to usher in a South African-style society.
00:23:20.000If you don't take the medicine that we like, you can't eat at this establishment of this restaurant.
00:23:27.000It feels like systemic discrimination.
00:23:30.000You know, for people that are always complaining about discrimination being the worst thing ever, they themselves actually are re-embracing their discriminatory roots of the Democrat Party of what they used to do in the Jim Crow South.
00:23:42.000Dr. Lena Wen, she's a very dangerous person.
00:24:45.000That when vaccinated and unvaccinated people are mixing, unless there is proof of vaccination, everybody should still be wearing masks.
00:24:52.000And so I actually support what the CDC is now doing, which is going back to this indoor mask requirement, because frankly, we know that we can't trust the unvaccinated, that they have been walking around without masks.
00:25:04.000And in fact, that's what led to the surge that we're seeing.
00:25:07.000We can't trust the unvaccinated, the former head of Plan Parenthood says.
00:25:11.000By the way, Hispanics also have very low rates of vaccination as well.
00:25:16.000The reason, now, the racists on television, you know what they say?
00:25:19.000It's because blacks don't know and they're dumb.
00:25:21.000The reason also might be they're rightly skeptical of government mandates.
00:26:53.000So you have Governor Cuomo under fire for sexual harassment and the nursing home thing totally covered up.
00:27:02.000You have de Blasio saying that New York, basically people like you that listen to this program that might be unvaccinated, maybe you're vaccinated or not, you're not welcome into New York unless you can show your papers.
00:27:20.000How did we immediately resort to discrimination and mass inoculation and never have conversations on hydroxychloroquine or on ivermectin, vitamin D, zinc, not being overweight, not overly drinking?
00:27:37.000How did we immediately resort to Jim Crow 2.0?
00:27:41.000So, as I mentioned earlier, maybe it's because when you're psychologically projecting something, you yourself are actually the ones violating that principle.
00:27:51.000The Georgia voter law is racist because as voter ID, you're not allowed to go to a restaurant in New York unless you show us your vaccine passport, which is an ID.
00:30:09.000It says a partisan Republican coalition of national Republicans, anti-vaxxers, QAnon conspiracy theorists, and anti-immigrant Trump supporters.
00:30:19.000No substance about how Gavin Newsom has overseen the destruction of a once beautiful state of looting and of literal ransacking of businesses in San Francisco because they do not prosecute crime for $900 or less in San Francisco.
00:30:36.000Not the public defecation, not the masks on children, not the out-migration.
00:30:42.000Instead, they say, you know what the problem is is that there's conspiracy theorists involved.
00:30:48.000So I read this piece in the New York Times today, and the way they went through it was rather extraordinary.
00:30:54.000I got to say, the New York Times actually did a pretty good job of saying that Gavin Newsom is far from being safe.
00:31:02.000Now, I think the New York Times wrote this article largely to help Gavin Newsom, another Democrat under fire like Andrew Cuomo.
00:31:10.000And it says it's California's pandemic recall.
00:31:14.000And again, the New York Times was probably doing this as a way to try to drive support for Gavin.
00:31:19.000But I think they also had an opposite effect is that they actually wrote a really fair piece where they said the Californians will soon vote on whether to recall their Democrat governor.
00:31:34.000Now, of course, there's some like, oh, right-wing people like, yeah, okay, whatever.
00:31:37.000But she didn't really play that much into it.
00:31:39.000She talks about Larry Elder, who's now the front runner.
00:31:42.000I'm going to tell you how this works in a second.
00:31:44.000And it goes through, and here's what Democrat political strategist says: look, there's no arguing that there's voter fatigue.
00:31:53.000The last four years was an incredibly exhaustive experience.
00:31:56.000That the state's Democrat voters need to realize that this kind of recall is by no means a slam dunk, or they risk waking up to the same sort of shock they faced after the 2016 election.
00:32:11.000It's a cliche to say that California is America's future, but there's no question that a Republican win in the deep blue state would have reverberations nationally.
00:32:20.000The New York Times is already floating that.
00:32:44.000And then whoever gets a plurality, not a majority, a plurality of the next question, then becomes governor, which very well might be Larry Elder.
00:32:55.000Now, you look here, his numbers, Gavin Newsom's numbers, are right on the precipice of 50%.
00:33:25.000Democrat governors that were once the media darlings in New York and California are under threat of resignation and criminal indictment and recall in California.
00:33:55.000Did you know that if you shop at Nike, they turn around and give your hard-earned dollars to pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood and the Population Council?
00:34:27.000Left-wing corporations are subverting our nation and our republic by taking money from conservative customers and giving it to radical organizations that support abortion, gun control, and critical race theory.
00:34:41.000You have another vote, a second vote at the checkout line, which is why there's a massively important organization called Second Vote that comes in.
00:36:35.000And I think that it might have even just been a tape message that he recorded.
00:36:41.000Even came with picture inserts where he said, just so you understand, I've been touching people like this for years on the head, on the waist.
00:36:57.000He went in great detail about how there's nothing to any of these accusations.
00:37:44.000If a Republican dared to do a response like Andrew Cuomo, they would have been forced to resign by the end of the business day, by the end of the business day.
00:37:53.000So Andrew Cuomo responds and he digs in.
00:37:56.000So let's go to cut 42, if we have it, where it says, they read into the comments I made, draw inferences I never made, and then they ascribe moves I didn't have, and they heard things I just didn't have to say.
00:38:11.000So basically, Andrew Cuomo is calling every woman that worked for him that accused him a liar.
00:38:22.000Being a scumbag is not something the Democrats have monopoly on.
00:38:27.000I can go through a list of Republican politicians over the last 20 years that have done plenty of morally questionable things.
00:38:33.000What I do think is important, though, is someone that has made a whole career on the Me Too issue, someone that has the nursing home scandal treated with kid gloves from the media and gets under no accusation.
00:38:47.000Oh, we are going to dive right into that.
00:38:48.000I just want to make sure everyone's clear that I'm not saying that Republicans are perfect in this regard.
00:38:54.000But when Democrats do it, they make their whole political movement around this perception that Democrats are on the side of women.
00:40:05.000By the way, why is the New York Attorney General, why is the New York Attorney General investigating Cuomo for this, but not the nursing home thing?
00:40:14.000Joe Biden has just come out and said that he calls for his resignation if true.
00:40:19.000Be careful what you wish for, Joe Biden.
00:40:27.000Because Joe Biden has his own history of this sort of behavior.
00:40:31.000You see, one of the greatest cover-ups in media history is how we all stop talking about the credible allegations against Joe Biden doing this very same type of behavior.
00:40:43.000Someone needs to make that connection.
00:40:44.000Someone needs to say, hold on a second.
00:40:47.000Weren't you credibly accused of groping a woman in the hall as a senator?
00:40:57.000Democrats always overshoot their target.
00:41:01.000They always eat their own, and they are not good in crisis.

00:41:13.000It's because the second the media stops being their communication arm, they don't know how to deal with them.
00:41:19.000You see, we as conservatives and conservative lawmakers and officials actually do better in crisis because we're always finding the media, so it's nothing new.

00:41:30.000My daughter is nursing at a Christian university and is trying for a religious exemption to not get the COVID vaccine.
00:41:37.000She got the hepatitis blue and flu shots needed for nursing.

00:41:44.000I found an attorney who wrote a letter stating the letter, the reason behind it with a statement of beliefs.
00:41:50.000But the school isn't giving an update.
00:41:52.000Legal has it said that they can't contact them and they won't discuss it.
00:41:56.000School starts in less than two weeks and she's going to quit if they don't find an exemption.
00:42:01.000We are getting thousands and thousands and thousands of emails about this stuff.
00:42:07.000And I can't help but ask: where are the Republican leaders massively intervening on behalf of their voters and the citizens defending vaccination status as a protected class?
00:42:21.000That should be passed through the legislature immediately.
00:42:25.000In Arizona, a new restaurant has now announced, I'm going to tell you what restaurant don't to go to, not to go to.
00:42:32.000In fact, we could protest outside of them.
00:43:25.000This is happening at such an accelerated pace.
00:43:28.000We're doing everything we possibly can to push back against it.
00:43:31.000At some point, We need people that have political power that was given to them by an election to stand up and intervene.
00:43:41.000It should be illegal that the food poisoning joint called FNB in Scottsdale is able to put forward a mandatory vaccination.
00:43:53.000You are not allowed to eat at this place, FNB in Scottsdale, unless you prove that you got an experimental vaccine.

00:44:34.000I don't think we know how dark this can actually become.
00:44:38.000What if I told you, Francis Collins, who, by the way, I've gone after Francis Collins before.
00:44:43.000I went after him a couple months ago, and some people said, oh, he's a wonderful guy.
00:44:47.000I think those of you that emailed me that freedomatcharlykirk.com, after you hear this sound, you're going to reconsider this.
00:44:55.000Francis Collins has said parents should wear masks at home in front of their unvaccinated children.
00:45:05.000Francis Collins calls himself a Christian, and he believes that if you're at home and your children haven't been vaccinated, you need to wear masks.
00:45:12.000That's the federal government issuing that guidance.
00:45:17.000The recommendations are for kids under 12 that they avoid being in places where they might get infected, which means recommendations of mask wearing in schools and that at home, parents of unvaccinated kids should be thoughtful about this.
00:45:32.000And the recommendation is to wear masks there as well.
00:45:35.000In the Soviet Union, they knew tyranny was near when the rules changed from one day to the other and you weren't sure what side of the if you were on the right side or the wrong side from one day to the next.
00:45:45.000Francis Collins, who is the head of the NIH, who is Dr. Fauci's powell, a very treacherous person, saying that children and parents, parents need to mask themselves and dehumanize themselves in front of their children at home, as if they all don't have herd immunity anyway in their home.
00:47:33.000Alex Berenson says a quadrupling would represent 800 serious cases approaching the peak of their pre-vaccinated winter surge.
00:47:45.000Israel cannot possibly blame the unvaccinated for this spike, which is around 85% of adults over 30 are fully vaccinated.
00:47:56.000That's well above the range experts would provide for herd immunity.
00:48:00.000And yet, instead of pulling back or at least considering a pause of vaccinations, Israel is now pushing a third vaccine, a booster shot.
00:48:13.000I've said this before, but I think it's worthy of repeating.
00:48:16.000If you have the head of NIH saying that parents need to wear masks around their kids, does the head of NIH actually think the vaccine works?
00:48:27.000If the head of NIH is asking for you to wear masks at home, is that a shot of confidence for the vaccine or skepticism for the vaccine?
00:49:02.000My school, University of Illinois Urbana, Champaign Urbana, I know it very well, is requiring vaccines for students, but not for faculty and staff.
00:49:16.000I'm against mandates altogether, but if there's a mandate, shouldn't it be the other way around, given that adults and seniors are more at risk than youth?
00:50:15.000This has happened from the lockdowns to how we handled BLM to mostly peaceful protesting to Donald Trump being a Russian agent.
00:50:22.000You see, as soon as Donald Trump won the Shockana campaign in 2016 and shocked the world, I should say, all of a sudden, people lost their ability to think rationally and fairly and empirically.
00:50:36.000And I want to close the Israel point off because I did miss something.
00:52:20.000Is our government even looking at what's happening in Israel?
00:52:23.000Does our government care that they're going to lock down again, despite being one of the most vaccinated countries in the world?
00:52:32.000Are you going to tolerate another round of lockdowns?
00:52:35.000As we said yesterday, a decade of lockdowns unfortunately might be coming unless people rise up.
00:52:41.000Just kind of one more thought on something that we talked about previously, which is, can we get an updated number on what the percentage of CDC and NIH employees are vaccinated?
00:52:53.000Senator Burr from North Carolina asked that before, and Fauci was like, oh, 53%.
00:52:59.000And we don't know if they were refusing the vaccine or is just slow to implement.
00:53:02.000But that number really sent shockwaves.
00:54:34.000It was the first time in my life I was cheering against the American team because the American team actually didn't want, they don't represent the country where Megan Rapineau or Rapino takes a knee during the national anthem.
00:54:51.000It's more disrespectful than what our opponents do during the national anthem.
00:54:59.000So they have been, they're not going to get the gold medal in Tokyo.
00:55:07.000And that might hurt the gold medal count, but so be it.
00:55:12.000If all of a sudden you're going to become an activist on the international stage, there's a price to pay for that.
00:55:17.000Governor DeWine from Ohio says that schools need to require kids that wear masks in class, although he'll leave up the decision up to the individual school.
00:55:25.000Governor DeWine, why are you engaging in this idea that children need to wear masks?
00:56:02.000But we have a strong recommendation that because the population in school, kids in school, most of them are unvaccinated.
00:56:11.000And we had great success last winter, last school year.
00:56:14.000We saw virtually no spread in the classroom when all the kids were wearing masks.
00:56:18.000So we recommend, strong recommendation to our schools that they do that.
00:56:22.000Now, some will do that, some will not.
00:56:25.000I mean, at least he's leaving it optional.
00:56:27.000But really, Governor DeWine, we have strong recommendations that we're going to remask our children, despite the mental health issues that are caused because of that, the social isolation, the othering, the distancing, the dehumanization.
00:56:41.000We now have Republican governors basically being the propaganda arm and the press arm of the Center for Disease Control, which is nothing more than the CDC basically is the government arm of Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, and Johnson ⁇ Johnson.
00:57:09.000Definitely not vaccinating them either.
00:57:12.000If you're listening to this and you're losing patience like I am with Republicans that are constantly, but not just betraying their voters, but turning their back on their voters and going towards some bizarre esoteric objective, it's time to raise our voice even louder.
00:57:31.000Republicans out there, if you stand for your voters and your citizens in this time for crisis, you'll be rewarded politically.
