The Charlie Kirk Show - Ask Charlie Anything 90: Will the Mandates Survive SCOTUS? Killer Grizzly Bears? Mounting a School Board Run and MORE!

00:00:00.000 Hey, everybody, happy Monday.

00:00:01.000 What am I more afraid of than COVID?

00:00:03.000 Also, I read off some of the very cold temperatures of some of our listeners, and I give a kind of a broader picture overview of the Supreme Court, where they've gone wrong, what's going right on the Supreme Court, why the Constitution matters.

00:00:18.000 It's a very informative and educational episode.

00:00:20.000 And if you have students or young people in your life, I think this episode would really benefit them in more ways than one.

00:01:50.000 All right, let's get to some of your questions that you've emailed us: freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:01:56.000 Okay, Charlie, if the Supreme Court knocks down the mandate, do you think the Biden regime will consider moves to pack the court?

00:02:04.000 Thank you, and God bless.

00:02:05.000 Okay, that's a really good question.

00:02:07.000 So, some of you might be listening to this, and we don't know when the Supreme Court is going to rule on this.

00:02:13.000 There are two different cases they are hearing simultaneously, if I'm understanding this correctly.

00:02:21.000 They have the first case, which is the OSHA case that we're very familiar with.

00:02:24.000 The second case is Biden v. Missouri, which concerns a regulation issue in November requiring healthcare workers at facilities that receive federal money under Medicaid and Medicare programs to be vaccinated against the Chinese coronavirus unless they qualify for a medical or a religious exemption.

00:02:45.000 So, they heard both of them simultaneously.

00:02:48.000 The first one, it looks more and more like it will be overturned.

00:02:52.000 That is your typical 100-employee employer one.

00:02:57.000 The second one is about the Biden vaccine mandate for workers at healthcare centers that serve Medicaid and Medicare.

00:03:05.000 Now, I've mentioned this before, and before I get to the actual question that was just asked, I just want to make sure everyone knew the two cases.

00:03:11.000 And again, you might be listening to this after the ruling, so you just got to kind of factor that in.

00:03:16.000 But what I'm going to talk about is true, regardless of what the ruling is, which is I have been really surprised, shouldn't keep saying this, surprised and shocked, and all this at how many people that just kind of immediately went into a posture of unquestioned compliance.

00:03:36.000 It wasn't even a question.

00:03:37.000 Let me just kind of tell you the meeting that we had at Turning Point USA a couple months ago and the meeting we had this morning.

00:03:44.000 Here is how long our meeting was.

00:03:46.000 All right, Biden says we have to vaccinate our workers.

00:03:49.000 I look around to our team.

00:03:50.000 I said, it's not going to happen.

00:03:53.000 All right, let's get to the next thing.

00:03:55.000 That was our meeting.

00:03:56.000 Then this morning, I called up one of our team members who's kind of our in-house counsel.

00:04:01.000 She does a great job.

00:04:02.000 I called her up.

00:04:03.000 I said, listen, if the Supreme Court rules against us, we're not going to comply.

00:04:08.000 And I said, I know there might be a price and blah, whatever.

00:04:11.000 She said, okay.

00:04:13.000 All right, let's get to some other business.

00:04:15.000 I don't, it's really, at some point, you have to draw the line and be willing to pay the price.

00:04:22.000 Like, oh, it could cost you money.

00:04:22.000 And I get it.

00:04:24.000 Like, there's a lot.

00:04:24.000 A lot of things in life that are more important than money.

00:04:27.000 And again, I'm not trying to get on some sort of moral high horse like I'm a better person than anyone else.

00:04:31.000 I'm not.

00:04:32.000 But what I am saying is this is not hard.

00:04:34.000 That's what I am saying.

00:04:35.000 All I'm saying is this wasn't a complicated thing.

00:04:38.000 Okay, OSHA, you're going to fine me.

00:04:40.000 Terrific.

00:04:41.000 Great.

00:04:42.000 Wonderful.

00:04:44.000 I will happily pay a fine and then we'll appeal the fine probably in some sort of lawsuit or whatever so that my employees can live free.

00:04:55.000 Pretty simple.

00:04:57.000 And it is going to be a question of whether or not more legal challenges can continue.

00:05:01.000 So it looks like the Supreme Court, if they overturn the prior decision, it's going to go back down to just kind of more of a blizzard and a flurry of lawsuits.

00:05:10.000 And it's probably going to go back to the Supreme Court at some point.

00:05:13.000 And so this is going to be an, this is like a lawyer's fantasy.

00:05:16.000 They're just, they're just licking their chops at how the billable hours that are going to be made possible.

00:05:22.000 Okay, but the question that was asked is, do you think the Biden administration will start to consider moves to pack the court?

00:05:27.000 Well, look, I want to play a piece of tape here.

00:05:29.000 Okay, so this is a really important thing about kind of the type of justice they want on the Supreme Court.

00:05:35.000 So I want you to imagine, just for a second, I want you to replace vaccine mandate, and I want you to replace in your mind gun confiscation mandate.

00:05:49.000 So I want you to listen to what Justice Kagan says, and I want you to imagine them making this argument while saying gun confiscation mandate, meaning we must confiscate firearms.

00:06:02.000 Play cut 90.

00:06:02.000 Okay?

00:06:04.000 More and more people are getting sick every day.

00:06:06.000 I don't mean to be dramatic here.

00:06:07.000 I'm just sort of stating facts.

00:06:10.000 And this is the policy that is most geared to stopping all this.

00:06:18.000 There's nothing else that will perform that function better than incentivizing people strongly to vaccinate themselves.

00:06:30.000 So this is why the founding fathers were so brilliant.

00:06:33.000 I mean, I could go on and on about them.

00:06:36.000 We're actually putting up statues of founding fathers at Turning Point USA.

00:06:39.000 We're really proud of that.

00:06:41.000 If anyone has any statues that have been taken down in a city near you, we'd be happily buying them at a discounted price.

00:06:46.000 And we'll even pay for shipping of the bronze.

00:06:49.000 The founding fathers understood that it's really hard to be an expert in anything.

00:06:57.000 It's hard to know what you're talking about.

00:07:00.000 And instead, you must study the humanities, which is rooted in wisdom, rooted in eternal principles and the things that do not change. 1.00

00:07:08.000 Because Kagan's just an idiot. 1.00

00:07:09.000 Like, that's the point, is that she has no idea what she's talking about with medicine, like no idea. 1.00

00:07:14.000 She's just kind of meandering.

00:07:16.000 Look, I'm a Supreme Court justice, okay?

00:07:19.000 And people are getting sick.

00:07:22.000 And it's just very, it's just common sense.

00:07:25.000 Therefore, we need to just start vaccinating people.

00:07:27.000 And this is the ultimate mission creep of the third article of the United States Constitution, which is, and Scalia, oh, was he great?

00:07:36.000 I got to find that clip of Scalia where he said, it's irrelevant.

00:07:41.000 That's not our job as justices.

00:07:44.000 Our job is to tell you whether or not it's constitutional.

00:07:47.000 It's not our job of whether or not people are getting sick or not.

00:07:51.000 That's a separate part of the government.

00:07:54.000 Guess what?

00:07:54.000 It actually shouldn't be a role of government.

00:07:56.000 And here's my true constitutionalist showing up.

00:07:59.000 I trust entrepreneurs and non-hyper-regulated social media networks to get the truth out a lot better, like Dr. Zelenko or Dr. Peter McCullough, Dr. Robert Malone, America's frontline doctors, than Kagan, who, Kagan, stay in your lane, okay?

00:08:19.000 Stay in your lane of the revisionist, anti-constitutional, scholarly work that you're so focused on.

00:08:29.000 But what's happened here, and Biden has kind of forced this hand, is that now we have Supreme Court justices commenting on medical data.

00:08:38.000 Now, with that precedent, I want you to imagine what Kagan would say.

00:08:43.000 Look, a lot of people are dying of gun violence.

00:08:47.000 Gun violence is a serious problem in our country.

00:08:51.000 People are really having a tough time.

00:08:54.000 And it only makes sense.

00:08:55.000 The only way to stop gun violence is to take their guns away.

00:08:58.000 Do you all of a sudden see how the argument of public health, when it comes into the courts, the Supreme Court, Article 3 of the Constitution, could result in a mass confiscation of firearms?

00:09:10.000 It would just make sense.

00:09:10.000 It's public health, everybody.

00:09:12.000 Or how about this one?

00:09:13.000 The world is going to end of climate change in 10 years.

00:09:15.000 It's just public health that we need to get rid of fossil fuels.

00:09:18.000 Public health.

00:09:18.000 Come on.

00:09:21.000 It's whether or not it's constitutional.

00:09:24.000 This is the difference between a revisionist and an activist judge and a textualist and an originalist.

00:09:33.000 It's a massive difference.

00:09:36.000 Kagan commenting on medical jargon.

00:09:42.000 Little bit of a mission creep.

00:09:44.000 Kagan, I'm not going to tell you all about the Hegelian dialectic.

00:09:48.000 Don't tell us about rising cases of Omicron, right?

00:09:54.000 Did you know that if you shop at Nike, they turn around and give your hard-earned dollars to pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood and the Population Council?

00:10:02.000 Did you know that Airbnb gave $500,000 to the Marxist Black Lives Matter organization?

00:10:08.000 Your first vote is at the ballot box, but that isn't enough to defend our traditional Judeo-Christian values.

00:10:14.000 Left-wing corporations are subverting our democracy by taking money from conservative customers and giving it to radical organizations that support abortion, gun control, and critical race theory.

00:10:25.000 You have another vote, a second vote at the checkout line.

00:10:28.000 And that is where massively important organizations called Second Vote come in.

00:10:52.000 It doesn't happen for free.

00:10:54.000 Please support their work so we can defend our future from the woke Marxist mob.

00:11:20.000 Join me, go to secondvote.com and subscribe with promo code Charlie today.

00:11:27.000 The perspective of the left-wing justice is they do not view their role as a judge as an independent interpretation of what the Constitution says to set limits on the government.

00:11:39.000 They look at their role as an active participant in the legislative process to try to accelerate and approve power grabs by the Leviathan.

00:11:48.000 It's basically, it's two totally different perspectives.

00:11:52.000 Scalia, who really was kind of the pioneer of the modern textualist, the modern originalist, he would always say that it doesn't matter whether or not I agree or disagree with the outcome or whether I think the outcome of my decision might be beneficial or detrimental to the population.

00:12:11.000 What matters is whether or not it's constitutional.

00:12:14.000 What matters is whether or not it fits within the framework of the rules of the land.

00:12:18.000 And that's a very important point because the Constitution, being a small R Republican style government, has very specific, well thought out, wise, and unchanged truths about how people in charge act.

00:12:36.000 People in charge, for example, tend to want to eradicate your privacy.

00:12:43.000 You cannot be free if you do not have privacy.

00:12:48.000 You cannot flourish if you are being monitored all the time.

00:12:54.000 Orwell probably was the most effective author at ever articulating this, not the only thing he was able to be able to successfully make a case for.

00:13:06.000 But what's really happening at the Supreme Court, and this should be a 9-0 decision, let me be very clear: both decisions should be a 9-0 decision.

00:13:16.000 Benjamin Flowers, the Ohio Solicitor General, on the risk of different age groups of being vaccinated versus unvaccinated, cut 95.

00:13:24.000 In the abstract, what was the least mandate or at least demand from the agency is internal consistency.

00:13:29.000 And if you look at their own data, the CDC later from the last week of October, unvaccinated individuals 18 to 29 were as likely to die as vaccinating 50 to 64 year olds, and five times less likely to die than vaccinated 65 enough.

00:13:42.000 Hospitalization was between 18 and 49, that's something just a young, was about as likely as vaccinated 65 and up.

00:13:49.000 But if you look at the Griffin study that they cite at 61,418 of the Federal Register, unvaccinated and vaccinated both had low risks of death in ICU.

00:14:01.000 And so I don't matter.

00:14:02.000 We are not debating the code of serious.

00:14:04.000 And it is an incredibly grave risk for some people.

00:14:06.000 Not for everybody.

00:14:07.000 And finally, I'd point you to the SCOBE study.

00:14:10.000 Again, they cite that 61,418 of the Federal Register because the vaccinated individuals who are 65 or older are twice as likely to die as unvaccinated individuals 18 to 49.

00:14:22.000 And keep in mind that's 18 to 49, not 18 to 29.

00:14:25.000 So that's probably even more scheme if you want to be the younger demographic.

00:14:30.000 Now, you never know how a justice is going to rule.

00:14:34.000 But I'm going to take a shot in the dark here.

00:14:38.000 Neil Gorsuch is going to rule to overturn these mandates.

00:14:41.000 Now, I don't think he asked any questions today.

00:14:43.000 I didn't hear him ask any questions, right?

00:14:44.000 He asked a couple, but I didn't hear any questions.

00:14:47.000 You might say, Charlie, how do you know?

00:14:48.000 Well, first of all, Gorsuch is awesome.

00:14:50.000 How do I know that Gorsuch is going to rule favorably?

00:14:54.000 He was the only justice without a mascot today.

00:14:58.000 He openly defied the mask mandate.

00:15:00.000 He's like, you know what?

00:15:01.000 Article 3, we are a co-equal but separate branch.

00:15:04.000 Pelosi, your mask mandate.

00:15:05.000 Biden, your mask mandate does not apply.

00:15:09.000 So Biden signs a federal mask mandate and Gorsuch says, nope.

00:15:16.000 Look, everyone out there has been asking me, Charlie, how do I get more pillows?

00:15:20.000 Well, that's mypillow.com.

00:15:22.000 And it's promo code Charlie, actually.

00:15:24.000 It's a great special.

00:16:22.000 Let's go to this tape here.

00:16:26.000 I was wondering if you could direct me on how to potentially run for my local school board.

00:16:26.000 Hello.

00:16:30.000 Please forgive my ignorance to this.

00:16:31.000 However, I'm a 33-year-old male and I have my kids in kindergarten, seventh grade.

00:16:35.000 Any assistance would be appreciated.

00:16:36.000 Okay, that's a great question, Zach.

00:16:38.000 First, we have our school board watch list at Turning Point USA.

00:16:41.000 You guys can go to schoolboardwatchlist.org.

00:16:43.000 But the easiest way to learn how to run for a school board is to go to your local property taxes, find out what your local places you are funding, and then work backwards from there.

00:16:55.000 So let's pretend you live in the suburbs of Chicago and you pay property taxes in Elk Groveville, Elk Grove Village.

00:17:00.000 I'll just use a place that I know really well, Rolling Meadows or Wheeling or Mount Prospect, and you pay tax to Hersey High School or Prospect High School.

00:17:07.000 You just go to your property tax bill.

00:17:09.000 You say, oh, okay, I'm funding District 214, or maybe you live in Schomburg and you're funding District 211 or whatever.

00:17:14.000 Well, then you just go to the District 214 website, type in or type into your search engine, District 214 elections, and all the information is there.

00:17:21.000 Now, I do want to say if anyone wants to run for a school board, I'd love, I can't guarantee help.

00:17:28.000 We're at our max at Turning Point Action, not Turning Point USA.

00:17:31.000 But we do want to help if we can.

00:17:33.000 And you guys should email us, freedom at charliekirk.com, or we can get you connected with other grassroots people or potential people that could be financially supportive of your effort.

00:17:43.000 Not every race are we at Turning Point Action, are they able to help?

00:17:46.000 But I just want to kind of make that aware for you.

00:17:49.000 Okay, let's get to another question here that was emailed to us, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:17:53.000 Okay, there's one that just came in that I think was really important.

00:17:56.000 Charlie, I'm confused.

00:17:58.000 Where does it stand for the Supreme Court?

00:17:59.000 Okay, so it depends on when you're listening to this.

00:18:01.000 If you're listening to this live, as I'm saying these words, the justices are meeting.

00:18:05.000 Is that right, Connor?

00:18:06.000 They're meeting and convening.

00:18:07.000 Now, I think this is a special deal.

00:18:10.000 This is not going to be like a June decision, right?

00:18:12.000 This is going to be rather imminent, right?

00:18:14.000 Okay.

00:18:15.000 So it seems as if this could be today.

00:18:17.000 It could be tomorrow.

00:18:17.000 It could be next week.

00:18:18.000 It could be two weeks.

00:18:19.000 I have a feeling they're going to get an answer pretty soon.

00:18:21.000 Now, there's two different things that they're talking about.

00:18:23.000 Remember, they're talking about the vaccine mandate, the OSHA mandate, which looks likely to be overturned.

00:18:29.000 Even the New York Times is signaling that.

00:18:31.000 And then they have the Medicare Medicaid that you can't get Medicare Medicaid dollars via hospitals if you do not have your workforce vaccinated, which unnecessarily puts the pressure on the court to all of a sudden be the interpreters of whether or not a vaccine is effective.

00:18:47.000 Like that is not what a judge is supposed to do.

00:18:52.000 And this is where I think that, again, I'm not moved by a lot of these administrative legal arguments.

00:18:58.000 I'm not.

00:18:59.000 I try to go straight to the core of it.

00:19:01.000 I say, wait a second, is the vaccine doing what they say it's going to do?

00:19:07.000 And again, that's probably not the best place to go because I was just basically saying, it shouldn't be up for Keginasota Mayor to make some sort of decision on vaccine technology, right?

00:19:19.000 But I do think that you could, instead of trying to support something, which takes a lot more evidence, you could easily debunk it, right?

00:19:26.000 You could easily, let's put this, the burden of proof needs to be on the state that the vaccine has no adverse events, no risks, is 100% safe and effective, and no one is getting the virus because of it.

00:19:39.000 Otherwise, then it's just an injectable therapeutic.

00:19:41.000 And if it's an injectable therapeutic, then two things happen.

00:19:44.000 You lose your emergency use authorization, number one.

00:19:47.000 And number two, then we have to compare the vaccine or the injectable therapeutic to aspirin, ivermectin, melatonin, hydroxychloroquine, vitamin D, vitamin C, azithromycin, Qcertin, all these other things.

00:20:03.000 And I just had a buddy in New York.

00:20:05.000 Praise God.

00:20:05.000 He's doing a lot better.

00:20:07.000 And he was struggling with the Chinese Fauci coronavirus.

00:20:11.000 Called me up.

00:20:12.000 His doctor said, I can't help you.

00:20:14.000 And I told him to get all the stuff.

00:20:16.000 And he said, all right, I don't know where to get hydroxychloroquine on ivermectin, but he was not doing well.

00:20:22.000 Baby aspirin, melatonin, vitamin D, vitamin C, tons of liquid.

00:20:27.000 He turned the corner.

00:20:28.000 He's doing great.

00:20:28.000 Praise God.

00:20:29.000 And I'm not saying it's because of me.

00:20:30.000 I'm not saying it's because of that stuff.

00:20:31.000 But what I just told you happened.

00:20:33.000 And that's the truth.

00:20:34.000 Okay.

00:20:35.000 So, okay.

00:20:36.000 Hey, Charlie, my name is Ana.

00:20:38.000 I'm a senior in high school.

00:20:39.000 And so far I've had the ability to fight against vaccine mandates.

00:20:42.000 Good for you.

00:20:42.000 With college right around the corner, I found that almost all the colleges I applied to require two shots on top of that booster shot.

00:20:47.000 I'm not keen on getting the vaccine considering how new it is.

00:20:50.000 Not to mention, let me just reiterate this.

00:20:51.000 NPR article.

00:20:53.000 COVID vaccines may briefly cause, change your menstrual cycle.

00:20:56.000 NPR, but you should still get one.

00:20:58.000 Oh, really?

00:20:59.000 You should tell women what to do. 1.00

00:21:00.000 I thought, by the way, it's written by a man.

00:21:03.000 I love it.

00:21:04.000 It's written by Jeff.

00:21:06.000 I grew up in an America when the left would say, do not tell women what to do with their bodies. 0.96

00:21:12.000 Now we have national public radio taxpayer-funded articles by weird creeps by the name of Jeff Broomfield.

00:21:20.000 You take a picture of this guy.

00:21:21.000 Do not let your kids near this guy.

00:21:23.000 He's a senior editor and correspondent on the NPR science desk.

00:21:27.000 Right.

00:21:28.000 COVID vaccines may briefly change your menstrual cycle, but you should still get one.

00:21:28.000 Okay.

00:21:33.000 Oh, really?

00:21:34.000 Have you had a menstrual cycle before, Jeff?

00:21:36.000 Are you the one to tell women about that? 1.00

00:21:40.000 NPR is so stupid. 1.00

00:21:41.000 You couldn't find one of your 5,000 communist women that are on your payroll to write this article or at least ghost write it. 1.00

00:21:48.000 Here, you know, lesbian author, 27-year-old that went to Brandeis or went to Vassar or went to Wellesley.

00:21:57.000 We're just going to put this under your byline.

00:21:59.000 No, no, no.

00:21:59.000 We're going to go find the balding 55-year-old guy to go tell women what to do with their bodies when it comes to menstrual cycles.

00:22:09.000 All right.

00:22:11.000 With college right around the corner, I found that all colleges said, okay, I'm not too keen on getting the vaccine considering how new it is.

00:22:17.000 On top of this, I have IBD and take immunosuppressant drugs.

00:22:24.000 I've gone on reliable sources and found that people take a medication of low antibodies from the vaccine.

00:22:29.000 Therefore, why should I get something that may or may not be effective?

00:22:33.000 Not to mention, I've now gotten COVID two times.

00:22:36.000 Do you have any advice or suggestions on how I can avoid being forced to get three shots simply to go to college?

00:22:42.000 Also, how do I bring up the medical questions to doctors who are simply pushing vaccines?

00:22:46.000 They will get in trouble if they don't.

00:22:47.000 Overall, I'm not sure what you're designing some guidance or advice.

00:22:49.000 Okay, first of all, find new doctors.

00:22:50.000 There's some good ones out there.

00:22:51.000 Find one.

00:22:53.000 I'll email you back privately, Anna, and I don't know where you live.

00:22:55.000 Maybe I'll be able to connect you with the doctor.

00:22:58.000 I went to a doctor recently, and it was awesome.

00:23:02.000 The doctor, you know what the doctor said?

00:23:04.000 He said, I'm never going to tell you what to do.

00:23:06.000 There's a lot of questions around this vaccine.

00:23:08.000 I was like, whoa, you're telling me there's questions about the vaccine?

00:23:11.000 It's like, this is so refreshing.

00:23:11.000 I love this guy.

00:23:14.000 And it's hard to see this doctor because a lot of people want those types of doctors right now.

00:23:18.000 Go figure.

00:23:20.000 And then I fired a doctor nine months ago, 12 months ago, because I went to go to physical and he said he wouldn't see me unless I had the vaccine.

00:23:26.000 I'm like, yeah, okay, have a nice life.

00:23:29.000 They have a COVID outbreak in that doctor's office I left shut down because of COVID.

00:23:29.000 It's so funny.

00:23:35.000 Okay, advice.

00:23:36.000 Ana, it's going to be hard for you to go to college without getting vaccinated.

00:23:39.000 I'm going to be very honest with you.

00:23:40.000 So you got to make a decision.

00:23:41.000 what matters more, your medical health or freedom and potential changes in your menstrual cycle.

00:23:45.000 And who knows if that will impact fertility or not.

00:23:48.000 Dr. Robert Malone is making that connection next week.

00:23:51.000 We have him coming on, right?

00:23:52.000 We have some people coming on next week.

00:23:53.000 We kind of have a white coat summit happening. 0.53

00:23:55.000 So that's happening.

00:23:57.000 And so to answer your question, you say, do you have any advice on how I could be forced?

00:24:02.000 Yeah, try the exemption route.

00:24:04.000 Try the medical exemption route.

00:24:06.000 Try the religious exemption route.

00:24:07.000 But you might have to choose a different college.

00:24:10.000 You might not go to college.

00:24:11.000 I'm just being honest.

00:24:12.000 We live in a different country than I thought we would.

00:24:16.000 You can apply for a job at Turning Point USA.

00:24:18.000 We're not going to force vaccines on anyone and maybe put off college for a couple of years.

00:24:21.000 You'll be smarter and wiser because of it.

00:24:23.000 Everyone knows my perspective of college.

00:24:27.000 Not going to get back into it.

00:24:29.000 Not going to rehash this, but where are the parents?

00:24:34.000 That is a recurring theme here on the Charlie Kirk show.

00:24:40.000 Where are the parents?

00:24:42.000 Okay, next question here.

00:24:45.000 I love Alaska.

00:24:46.000 We got so many people.

00:24:47.000 Oh, wow.

00:24:48.000 Someone from Alaska just emailed us.

00:24:49.000 Negative 29 degrees.

00:24:51.000 Fairbanks, Alaska.

00:24:53.000 Unhealthy air quality for sensitive groups.

00:24:56.000 I think that's the least of your problems if you have a negative 29 degrees.

00:25:00.000 Okay.

00:25:03.000 This question here.

00:25:04.000 Negative 38 right now in the North Pole.

00:25:06.000 Do you live there, Judy?

00:25:07.000 Maybe you do.

00:25:08.000 People die of bears all the time.

00:25:10.000 I am, let me, for the record, I am more afraid of getting eaten by a grizzly bear than COVID.

00:25:18.000 It's true.

00:25:19.000 I don't care about this.

00:25:20.000 Actually, statistically, I'm at much higher risk.

00:25:23.000 No, Andrew says, oh my goodness.

00:25:25.000 No, it's true.

00:25:26.000 I'm at higher risk because I hike all the time.

00:25:29.000 I love hiking.

00:25:30.000 It's beautiful.

00:25:31.000 I'm much more afraid of grizzly bears than COVID.

00:25:35.000 Ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, getting my D levels up, intravenous therapy.

00:25:41.000 Andrew says you should be more afraid of mountain lions.

00:25:44.000 Yeah, it's probably right.

00:25:47.000 I was hiking once in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and I was running.

00:25:52.000 Actually, it's back when I can run.

00:25:55.000 Still trying to nurse that back.

00:25:56.000 And I saw a grizzly bear literally as I was going down the trail with her cub.

00:26:02.000 And I can, I know the difference between a grizzly bear and a black bear, by the way.

00:26:06.000 Circular face versus the hump.

00:26:08.000 I got it.

00:26:08.000 I took my bear identification course.

00:26:11.000 I could just, I could just imagine the emails coming in from our Alaska listeners.

00:26:14.000 How did you know it was a grizzly bear?

00:26:15.000 I knew it was one.

00:26:16.000 Okay.

00:26:16.000 It wasn't black.

00:26:17.000 The snout.

00:26:18.000 Okay.

00:26:19.000 And that was an interesting experience.

00:26:22.000 Connor says, is that a Hillsdale course?

00:26:25.000 That should be the bear identification Hillsdale course.

00:26:27.000 Charlie4Hillsdale.com.

00:26:30.000 You know, I should make a list of things I'm more afraid of than COVID.

00:26:33.000 Heights?

00:26:35.000 For sure.

00:26:36.000 Open borders and grizzly bears.

00:26:40.000 Should make a list.

00:26:41.000 Things you're more afraid of than COVID.

00:26:46.000 As many of you know, most of corporate America is going woke, and that includes those companies who are investing your hard-earned retirement money.

00:26:54.000 Well, guess what?

00:26:54.000 I finally found a financial planning and investment firm that supports our values.

00:26:59.000 PAX Financial Group in San Antonio, Texas.

00:27:02.000 Here's the great news.

00:27:03.000 Now you don't have to live in Texas to work with them because San Antonio is a military city.

00:27:08.000 They have clients worldwide.

00:27:10.000 The thing that I like about PAX Financial Group is they have biblical responsible investments.

00:27:15.000 These investments screen out companies that promote abortion, pornography, alcohol, drugs, gambling, and are anti-family or anti-Christian.

00:27:22.000 Look, if you have $150,000 or more in your IRA, 401ks or other investments, and you want to speak to my friends at PAX, visit paxfinancialgroup.com.

00:27:33.000 That's paxfinancialgroup.com.

00:27:35.000 Right now, they want to offer you a free e-book to learn about biblical responsible investing.

00:27:40.000 Grab this e-book right now at PAXFinancial Group.com.

00:27:44.000 Let's start investing in companies and make everyone's liberty a priority.

00:27:51.000 Justice Sotomayor claimed that 100,000 kids were hospitalized with COVID.

00:27:56.000 It's not even close to being true.

00:27:59.000 Postmillennial.com says it is falsely claimed.

00:28:06.000 Even Fauci says that's not true.

00:28:07.000 Yeah, that's actually a good idea.

00:28:09.000 Let's play Fauci's response to Sodomayara.

00:28:11.000 Let's play that back to back.

00:28:12.000 I think that's helpful.

00:28:13.000 Now, again, you might be listening to this episode in the decision matter to come down.

00:28:18.000 Why am I going to play this?

00:28:19.000 We're going to play 99 and then we're going to play four.

00:28:21.000 Okay, Connor, the Fauci one.

00:28:23.000 I want you to just look at the quality of the people in charge.

00:28:29.000 You would think that someone on the U.S. Supreme Court would double, triple, or quadruple check their sources.

00:28:36.000 And do you want to know what's more stunning?

00:28:38.000 Is that Sodomayora is probably reading some piece of paper that some Yale-educated or Harvard-educated law clerk gave her.

00:28:47.000 Play cut 99, and then I'll call for cut four.

00:28:51.000 Play 99.

00:28:52.000 Country today than we had a year ago in January.

00:28:55.000 We have hospitals that are almost at full capacity with people severely ill on ventilators.

00:29:02.000 We have over 100,000 children, which we've never had before, in serious condition, and many on ventilators.

00:29:13.000 So saying it's a different variant just underscores the fact that without so I know she's reading a script because that's what I sound like when I read a script on a conference call.

00:29:27.000 Just the tone, the tenor, the spec.

00:29:29.000 No, seriously, the specificity.

00:29:31.000 We do a lot of reads here.

00:29:34.000 So I know what it takes to read a script.

00:29:36.000 She's reading something that somebody put in front of her.

00:29:38.000 So whatever law clerk did that for her, she should have the wisdom or her team should have the wisdom.

00:29:43.000 Fauci doesn't even agree.

00:29:44.000 Play cut four.

00:29:45.000 If you look at the children who are hospitalized, many of them are hospitalized with COVID as opposed to because of COVID.

00:29:55.000 And what we mean by that, if a child goes in the hospital, they automatically get tested for COVID and they get counted as a COVID hospitalized individual, when in fact they may go in for a broken leg or appendicitis or something like that.

00:30:13.000 So it's overcounting the number of children who are, quote, hospitalized with COVID as opposed to because of COVID.

00:30:22.000 There you go.

00:30:22.000 That's the quality of the judicial branch of the ruling class where they say, yeah, 100,000 kids.

00:30:34.000 Now, could you imagine?

00:30:35.000 I can imagine probably 20 or 30% of the American population probably believes this.

00:30:41.000 And now they're forcibly injecting millions of children with this vaccine.

00:30:47.000 That's COVID misinformation, by the way.

00:30:50.000 Sodomayor, I don't think Sodomayar has a Twitter account or social media handle, but fear-mongering the population around that.

00:31:03.000 All right, last one.

00:31:04.000 News anchor Ron Mages lived in Alaska as a kid and had a rifle for him when he walked to school for bears.

00:31:09.000 Smart.

00:31:10.000 I'm telling you, when I go back, I'll never forget.

00:31:13.000 I stayed at some resort when I went to Alaska.

00:31:15.000 I can't remember the name.

00:31:16.000 It was really nice when I went to Anchorage.

00:31:18.000 I'll never forget the proximity of human beings to bears in Alaska.

00:31:26.000 I don't know if I'll ever get used to that.

00:31:28.000 I'll never forget.

00:31:29.000 I was watching some Discovery documentary once.

00:31:32.000 It was all about northern Alaska, really strong folks out there.

00:31:38.000 And it was all about this guy.

00:31:40.000 His name is Jeff, and Jeff was doing interviews the whole time all about bears and this and that.

00:31:44.000 Polar, I think, I don't know if it was polar bears, but polar bears do eat humans, they actually hunt humans.

00:31:48.000 And at the end of the show, it's like, oh, yeah, Jeff's no longer around.

00:31:54.000 It's like, why?

00:31:55.000 A bear ate him on the way from the bar to the house.

00:31:59.000 I was like, what?

00:32:00.000 You mean Jeff, who I was just looking at the whole time?

00:32:03.000 Yep.

00:32:04.000 Bear ate Jeff.

00:32:06.000 I'm much more afraid of that than COVID.

00:32:09.000 And nothing you could tell me can stop me.

00:32:12.000 So when I return to Alaska, which I will, I will be coming with a SWAT team, former Navy SEALs, armed with AR-15s and bear spray.

00:32:24.000 Thank you so much for listening, everybody.
