00:01:25.000 Hey, Charlie, hope you're well.
00:01:26.000 I have a question about this Disney topic you're talking about right now.
00:01:29.000 Disney says not every child is a boy or girl.
00:01:31.000 Some are trans.
00:01:32.000 But isn't a trans meaning you go from one gender to the other?
00:01:35.000 So in theory, they're going to be a boy or girl, just to another gender.
00:01:40.000 So aren't they still boys or girls, even if they identify as a trans boy or a trans girl?
00:01:45.000 If I'm wrong, it's fine, but can you explain this better?
00:01:47.000 Thank you, Anthony.
00:01:48.000 It's actually a really good question.
00:01:49.000 So the answer is no.
00:01:51.000 So transism, if you will, is not binary.
00:01:56.000 So here are the 68 genders that now exist according to healthline.com.
00:02:03.000 Now, how we ever allowed our medical professionals to be hijacked by people that very well, as Dr. Saad beautifully put it in our podcast conversation, they resemble escapees from mental asylums is beyond me.
00:02:18.000 So what are the 68 genders?
00:02:20.000 You say, wait, what?
00:02:21.000 That's right.
00:02:21.000 There's 68 genders.
00:02:23.000 In fact, it might be even more than that.
00:02:25.000 Our research team can see if there's other ones.
00:02:27.000 Let me read a couple of them.
00:02:29.000 Alia gender, a non-binary gender identity that doesn't fit into an existing gender schema or constructs.
00:02:36.000 How about bi-gender?
00:02:38.000 The term describes someone who identifies with two genders.
00:02:41.000 How about B-O-I, boy, a term primarily used by LGBTQIA plus communities of color that typically describes someone who has presentation, sexuality, or gender that's considered boyish?
00:02:53.000 How about cis-het or sichet, a term that refers to someone who is both cisgender and heterosexual?
00:02:59.000 How about this one?
00:03:00.000 Demi-boy.
00:03:01.000 This is a non-binary gender identity described.
00:03:04.000 Someone who partially identifies with being a boy, man, or masculine.
00:03:07.000 A demi-boy can be cisgender or trans.
00:03:11.000 There's a dyadak.
00:03:13.000 This person is someone who has sex characteristics such as chromosomes, hormones, internal organs.
00:03:18.000 This is like picking a horror.
00:03:20.000 Is it a horoscope?
00:03:20.000 Is that what those people do?
00:03:21.000 Yeah, horoscope.
00:03:22.000 Or what's the one through 12 thing?
00:03:24.000 The ideogram.
00:03:26.000 I'm telling you, there is a direct, it's like, which Disney princess are you on Facebook?
00:03:32.000 What is your ideogram?
00:03:34.000 What's your horoscope?
00:03:35.000 And now what's your gender?
00:03:37.000 Oh, it's an Enneagram.
00:03:39.000 Shows how little I know about that new age crap.
00:03:41.000 Feminine of center.
00:03:43.000 There's also FEMI, gender apathetic.
00:03:47.000 There's gender expansive.
00:03:50.000 There's gender questioning, gender fluid, gender F-word.
00:03:54.000 Not going to say that.
00:03:55.000 Gender queer.
00:03:57.000 Gray gender.
00:03:58.000 These are all the different types of genders according to healthline.com.
00:04:03.000 There is Maverick, non-binary gender identity emphasizing the inner experience of gender.
00:04:09.000 Neutrosis, omni-gender, pangender, polygender.
00:04:13.000 Again, this is not some sort of conspiracy website.
00:04:16.000 This is healthline.com.
00:04:20.000 Soft butch.
00:04:21.000 What is that?
00:04:22.000 Both a gender identity and term that used to describe the non-conforming gender expression as someone who has some masculine or butch traits, but doesn't fully fit its stereotypes associated with a masculine or butch cisgender lesbian.
00:04:35.000 Oh my gosh.
00:04:37.000 Third gender, originating in non-Western and indigenous cultures.
00:04:40.000 Third gender is a gender category that includes people who have gender.
00:04:43.000 They can't be exclusively categorized as man or woman or is different from a man or woman.
00:04:48.000 Transmasculine, transsexual, tri-gender, two-spirit.
00:04:52.000 And that's just this list because if you go to a different website, they'll have even more.
00:04:58.000 So there's a debate of how many there are.
00:05:00.000 So to answer your question, Anthony, no, it doesn't mean just boy or girl.
00:05:04.000 This one at this LGBTQIA plus website is even more than that.
00:05:12.000 Brown University says there are 60.
00:05:14.000 Oh, there's 72 according to medicinenet.com.
00:05:17.000 How about this one?
00:05:18.000 Aleousia gender.
00:05:20.000 This gender identifies identity stands apart from existing social gender constructs and means not having a strong specific gender identity that is either male nor female.
00:05:27.000 How about this one?
00:05:28.000 Demi-flux, a combination of multiple genders with some gender static, whereas other genders fluctuate in intensity.
00:05:35.000 If you think I'm joking, we're going to put all this at charliekirk.com.
00:05:38.000 So there's nine different enneagrams.
00:05:40.000 There's the reformer, the helper, the achiever, the individualist, the investigator, the loyalist, the enthusiast, the challenger, and the peacemaker.
00:05:46.000 It's fine.
00:05:47.000 I know some really nice people that are really into this stuff.
00:05:50.000 I got a whole lecture on it.
00:05:52.000 Enneagrams.
00:05:53.000 Okay, yeah, I wasn't far off.
00:05:55.000 There you go.
00:05:56.000 Okay.
00:05:57.000 And so that's kind of very similar, picking your gender of picking your Enneagram.
00:06:00.000 Okay, so, but let me tell you a prediction, though.
00:06:02.000 So some fool subscribed us to all this sexual anarchy stuff at freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:06:09.000 So I get all of this like LGBTQ emails, and we try to unsubscribe from them.
00:06:14.000 So I went down this rabbit hole to actually go to all the alphabet mafias activist groups.
00:06:20.000 And so I was going through all of them, and I realized if you go deeper and deeper into it, and you guys are going to be able to cut this up and use this for years in the future, that they're stopping using LGBTQ.
00:06:33.000 Now they're stopping use LGBTQ, Anthony, to answer your great question, because in LGBTQ is the bisexual part of it, which therefore means that there might be a binary reality, but also LGBTQIA, it's easy to mock.
00:06:50.000 It's too long.
00:06:51.000 It's too wordy.
00:06:53.000 So they're replacing it with a brilliant new term.
00:06:56.000 And I want to warn you about what this term is, and it's coming very soon.
00:06:59.000 Do you know what the term is?
00:07:00.000 In the human rights campaign, they're probing it.
00:07:02.000 They're starting to phase out LGBTQ.
00:07:05.000 If you study these people, sexual minority.
00:07:11.000 The new term they're going to be using is sexual minority.
00:07:16.000 They want to try to create a movement very similar to the civil rights movement with racial minority on sexual identity.
00:07:27.000 Don't believe me?
00:07:28.000 Type in sexual minority to Google.
00:07:31.000 The activist groups that really know what they're doing, it'll redirect you to them immediately.
00:07:36.000 So they're going to try to have a massive rebranding campaign in the next couple of years.
00:07:40.000 You heard it here first, where they're going to try to sunset and retire the LGBTQ whatever nonsense and implement sexual minority to try to gain more respect because the current LGBTQIA plus alphabet soup is unpopular.
00:07:57.000 It's hard for people to grasp.
00:07:58.000 And also, it seems to be just contradictory.
00:08:01.000 Like, what does a lesbian have to do with a trans person?
00:08:03.000 Answer very little, actually.
00:08:07.000 And so now they're getting into how to rebrand.
00:08:10.000 They probably had a big marketing meeting, and they said, ah, sexual minority.
00:08:14.000 So the very same people that brought to you Black Lives Matter and say their names, they probably went to the very same marketing firm.
00:08:23.000 We need to rebrand.
00:08:24.000 Just like we had marriage equality, we had Black Lives Matter.
00:08:27.000 Now we'll have sexual minorities.
00:08:31.000 And this is where queer theory and critical race theory meet.
00:08:35.000 You see the queer theory, which is something that's taught in a lot of colleges, a lot of families go into debt so that their wonderful children can go learn about queer theory.
00:08:44.000 I just, it makes me just so incredibly frustrated that there's a family right now working their tail off so they could send their daughter or their son to college so they could go learn about queer theory.
00:08:56.000 I meet a lot of people when I travel speaking tonight in Dothan, Alabama, and I guarantee you someone's going to come up to me in Dothan.
00:09:02.000 Charlie, some of my kids really like you.
00:09:05.000 Some?
00:09:06.000 Oh, yeah, some of my kids can't stand you.
00:09:08.000 Well, what happened?
00:09:10.000 Well, they went to college.
00:09:12.000 Happens all the time.
00:09:14.000 Queer theory and critical race theory combining together, Anthony, to complete the point, there's a massive rebranding campaign where they're going to get rid of the LGBTQ thing and they're going to make it feel as if you, if you oppose the fact that there's 72 genders, you probably like Jim Crow too.
00:09:32.000 They're going to play the race card to execute their hyper-radical sexual agenda.
00:09:43.000 Look, inflation is out of control.
00:09:44.000 One area we see it more than ever is the grocery store.
00:09:47.000 Even though grocery prices feel like they've doubled, Good Ranchers' prices have stayed low and affordable.
00:09:52.000 Once you subscribe, it's locked in.

00:10:03.000 And the problem is 85% of the grass-fed beef in stores and online is imported.

00:10:49.000 Support America.
00:10:50.000 Goodranchers.com slash Charlie.
00:10:55.000 Let's go to this one.
00:10:56.000 Charlie, I think weed is awful for culture.
00:10:59.000 But since so many of the states have already legalized it, does it make sense for the federal government also to legalize it?
00:11:04.000 If so, the banking can be secure, taxation can happen, etc.
00:11:08.000 Right now, a lot of those weed shops deal in cash only, and it's a big security risk.
00:11:12.000 Again, I don't like weed, but shouldn't we make it as safe as possible and legal as possible so there isn't an unsafe black market?
00:11:18.000 Amber from the weed capital, Colorado.
00:11:20.000 I don't know as much about that.
00:11:21.000 That's probably right.
00:11:22.000 There's probably a security risk associated with it.
00:11:24.000 Let me give you my thoughts on marijuana in general.
00:11:26.000 First of all, I don't think it should be legalized at all.
00:11:28.000 That doesn't mean I think people should go in jail for the rest of their life.
00:11:31.000 I don't think it should be accessible recreationally for people that want it, especially children and young people.
00:11:36.000 Secondly, I've seen it do a tremendous amount of damage to people.
00:11:39.000 There's a phenomenal book by Alex Berenson.
00:11:41.000 In fact, Andrew, let's get Alex Berenson on the program just to talk about weed.
00:11:44.000 I think that would be a really good episode.
00:11:46.000 It'll blow people's minds.
00:11:48.000 That's number one.
00:11:49.000 Number two, when it comes to marijuana, it makes the places, when it gets legalized, whether it's Denver or Vegas or Chicago, it does not make it a more enjoyable place to live at all.
00:12:00.000 In fact, we have legal weed now in Arizona.
00:12:02.000 I think we do.
00:12:03.000 At least it got passed last year.
00:12:04.000 It's terrible.
00:12:05.000 The people it brings in, the culture that it brings in, it's the bottom of the barrel.
00:12:10.000 I'll tell you what, it gravitates people that are doing this and dealing in that.
00:12:15.000 Now, some people say, Charlie, what about alcohol?
00:12:17.000 Well, that's a separate issue.
00:12:18.000 I actually think there could be a robust discussion about making alcohol harder to get in America.
00:12:23.000 I would actually be open to that.
00:12:24.000 If you actually study the history of prohibition, there was a lot more behind that than I think people actually realized as to why that push actually occurred.
00:12:33.000 But when it comes to the discussion of alcohol, you're talking about making something illegal that's already legal versus making something legal that is currently illegal or at least somewhat criminalized.
00:12:45.000 And so I do think it's a question, though, do you think America, 10 years from now, will be a happier, less depressed, less anxious, more family-friendly, more virtuous society if we decriminalize marijuana?
00:13:00.000 Now, maybe you say, Charlie, I think marijuana will make everyone happier at all times.
00:13:04.000 I see no evidence of that at all whatsoever.
00:13:07.000 Arizona legalized marijuana.
00:13:09.000 And is marijuana legal for recreational use in Arizona?
00:13:12.000 Yes, it is legal for adults 21 older and to push, purchase, possess, and consume marijuana.
00:13:17.000 I could say this, when anyone I come in contact with that does marijuana recreationally, they don't got it all going.
00:13:24.000 I'll tell you what.
00:13:26.000 It's not a way that you're able to get into a gear in life where you're able to pursue higher levels of meaning and existence or purpose.
00:13:36.000 Smoking pot makes you a loser.
00:13:38.000 It does.
00:13:38.000 Now, maybe you got a medical condition.
00:13:40.000 It's probably better than using benzodiazepans or however you pronounce it or Prozac.
00:13:45.000 Marijuana destroys lives.
00:13:47.000 It has and it does.
00:13:48.000 And it is a gateway drug, by the way.
00:13:50.000 It just is.
00:13:51.000 Okay, let's get to some sound here.
00:13:53.000 The House of Representatives wants to legalize weed because that's obviously a big issue on people's minds.
00:13:59.000 Play Cut 79.
00:14:00.000 Law enforcement tells me that legalizing marijuana will force the criminal element to redouble their efforts into hard, more dangerous drugs to replace the profit that's been lost from marijuana.
00:14:11.000 They said, making the argument here is they shouldn't legalize marijuana because the criminal element will shift to dealing other drugs.
00:14:17.000 That's Representative Bob Goods.
00:14:18.000 So look, I hold nothing against you.
00:14:20.000 If you do marijuana or do weed, whatever, it's your own choice.
00:14:23.000 You could figure it out.
00:14:24.000 You certainly won't live a better life if you do that.
00:14:26.000 Same goes for alcohol, by the way.
00:14:28.000 And I think that we should have more restrictions on alcohol in certain states.
00:14:31.000 I think that states that allow widespread use of alcohol, especially for minors, it increases violent crime.
00:14:38.000 If you go look at violent crime statistics, there's a disproportionate amount of violent crime that occurs when people are under the influence, especially domestic violent crime.
00:14:47.000 And so it really does get to the question of if we're going to be, if we're going to challenge China and we're going to challenge the great terrors of our world, does it make us more likely or less likely to be able to have a strong nation that is able to combat foreign adversaries if more of our young people are doing weed in marijuana?
00:15:06.000 That's a separate issue whether or not they'll be on prescription drugs.
00:15:09.000 I'm not a fan of those either, as you well know.
00:15:13.000 Have you looked at how much of Russia is inside your 401k or IRA?
00:15:17.000 Did you know my friends at PAX Financial Group have zero investments in Russia through their biblical investment strategy?
00:15:23.000 Those companies were screened out long ago because they didn't pass the treat people right test.
00:15:28.000 One of the most important tenets of the Christian faith is to love your neighbor, and this includes to love your employees.
00:15:33.000 Based on PAX's biblical responsible investment strategy, a company, domestic or international, is excluded from an investment from your portfolio if it violates our innate God-given fundamental rights.
00:15:44.000 So PAX Financial is wonderful.
00:15:45.000 They share our values.
00:15:46.000 In fact, I know people that have switched to PAX Financial from our partnership, and they speak so favorably about it.
00:15:53.000 Stop using the woke money managers.
00:15:56.000 PAX Financial is rooted in biblical wisdom.
00:15:59.000 So if you have $150,000 or more and would like to know more about biblical responsible investing at PAX Financial Group, text Charlie to number 74868.
00:16:10.000 That's Charlie at number 74868.
00:16:13.000 That's Charlie to number 74868.
00:16:16.000 So you just take out your phone, text the number 74868, and type in Charlie to get to know about PAX biblical responsible investing, biblical responsible investing strategy.
00:16:28.000 Take out your phone, text Charlie to 74868.
00:16:33.000 They're about to manage some money for me.
00:16:35.000 I really think highly of PAX Financial.
00:16:37.000 Text Charlie to number 74868.
00:16:43.000 I want to just complete the point here.
00:16:44.000 And I'm open-minded on the topic.
00:16:46.000 I used to be a decriminalization guy.
00:16:49.000 I used to have the belief, hey, I went to Wheeling High School.
00:16:51.000 Everyone got weed whenever they wanted it.
00:16:52.000 It was kind of the worst kept secret.
00:16:54.000 But it's a completely different issue.
00:16:56.000 It's a different issue of whether or not everyone can get it when they want it, whether it should be on the street corner and should be normalized.
00:17:03.000 I knew it was against the law.
00:17:04.000 I knew it was something I shouldn't do.
00:17:06.000 And laws impact behavior, whether you like it or not, they do.
00:17:11.000 Representative Carter, quote, I'm a pharmacist.
00:17:13.000 I know addiction.
00:17:14.000 I can tell you marijuana is nothing more than a gateway drug.
00:17:16.000 It is.
00:17:17.000 The people I know that overdosed with drugs and committed suicide, they started with weed and they were proud of it.
00:17:22.000 Ended up not being enough for them.
00:17:24.000 Play Cut 104.
00:17:25.000 Mr. Speaker, as you know, I'm a pharmacist.
00:17:29.000 I know addiction.
00:17:30.000 I know, and I've studied addiction.
00:17:34.000 I can tell you marijuana is nothing more than a gateway drug.
00:17:40.000 Now, some people say, Charlie, what about medical?
00:17:42.000 Look, I think there might be some merit there, that if you have persistent pain and they're trying to put forward highly addictive pharmaceutical drugs, especially psych drugs, I think marijuana probably is a better choice than that.
00:18:00.000 But look, marijuana is not something that has zero side effects at all.
00:18:05.000 Some people have such strong reactions to marijuana that they start to vomit uncontrollably and they start to have major issues.
00:18:22.000 Okay, let's get to one more piece of sound here.
00:18:26.000 Cut 80.
00:18:28.000 We are here today to vote to get America high.
00:18:32.000 And states with legalized marijuana, there are more marijuana-related emergency room visits and hospitalizations than any other category.
00:18:41.000 All right, we'll leave that topic there.
00:18:43.000 All right, let's get to another piece of question here.
00:18:46.000 Okay.
00:18:47.000 Let's go to this one.
00:18:49.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:18:50.000 I think it's critical that we start branding the failure of Biden as a failure of Democrat ideology.
00:18:55.000 So far, we've pinned it all on Biden.
00:18:57.000 All the anger, all the animosity we built up towards Biden will leave the hearts and minds of many when he leaves.
00:19:01.000 People's hearts are turned against Biden, and they're not turning against the Democrat Party.
00:19:05.000 If we don't start labeling this as a Democrat failure instead of a Biden failure, their ideology continues to spray.
00:19:10.000 If we can communicate, this is a Democrat-style thinking that will tear down our country.
00:19:13.000 There's a chance that we can eradicate it.
00:19:16.000 How do we change the narrative and get out ahead of time?
00:19:18.000 Thanks, Brad.
00:19:19.000 It's actually a really good point.
00:19:20.000 That is a much more, that is a much better way, I should say, of framing it and phrasing it.
00:19:27.000 I think we have AOC somewhere.
00:19:29.000 Alexandria Casio-Cortez is trying to warn people that there is a looming Democrat wipeout happening, that there is a red wave that is looming.
00:19:39.000 And she's been saying that now for a couple weeks, and she's saying it pretty explicitly.
00:19:46.000 I don't know where that tape is, but we'll find it.
00:19:48.000 And the issue of this that I think that we need to put forward, though, is it is a failure of Democrat policies and the Democrat Party.
00:19:58.000 Joe Biden is easy to oppose because not only is he absent-minded and just meandering with how he talks, but also Joe Biden is smug and he's arrogant and he seemingly just doesn't care at all.
00:20:13.000 AOC has warned that Democrats are in trouble and party is facing enthusiasm gap.
00:20:18.000 We'll get that in just a second.
00:20:19.000 Okay, let's get to another question here.
00:20:23.000 Let's get to one about the border.
00:20:26.000 Charlie, you played a clip about from the border.
00:20:29.000 How can we solve our border via states' rights?
00:20:32.000 This is Teresa from Minnesota.
00:20:34.000 Look, the states could secure the southern border right now.
00:20:37.000 Texas, if they wanted to, could secure the southern border.
00:20:39.000 Now, Greg Abbott has made some steps towards that.
00:20:42.000 Governor Ducey really hasn't.
00:20:45.000 Why the governors aren't securing the southern border?
00:20:47.000 Because it would be unprecedented, because they think that we still live in a country of process.
00:20:51.000 They think our country is still one where we yield to the federal government and wait for them to do it.
00:20:55.000 The states should secure the southern border themselves.
00:20:59.000 The states should send their own National Guard, their own sheriffs, the Texas Rangers, and secure the southern border.
00:21:07.000 Just today, there was a new bust done on the southern border.
00:21:12.000 Getting this new video in, and it illustrates Biden's border crisis in the most alarming ways.
00:21:19.000 The Texas Department of Public Safety has released images of this huge human smuggling bust they made in Texas late yesterday.
00:21:29.000 76 illegal immigrants crammed inside what appears to be a gravel trailer.
00:21:34.000 The driver is a Honduran national in this country illegally.
00:21:39.000 He had methamphetamine on him and has a previous criminal history of drug and weapons charges.
00:21:45.000 Authorities arrested him on charges of human smuggling.
00:21:48.000 Look at all the people in the back of that.
00:21:50.000 How did they think that they were going to get into this country and no one would see them?
00:21:55.000 Or maybe they've done it before.
00:21:57.000 Well, that's the point, Harris.
00:21:59.000 I was going to say, they do this all the time.
00:22:00.000 They smuggle people across the southern border and border patrols overwhelmed.
00:22:04.000 I had a call yesterday with someone who is liaisoning with immigration customs and enforcement ICE right on the southern border.
00:22:10.000 They have 147,000 people that they cannot even process on the southern border right now.
00:22:15.000 So how do they get rid of ICE?
00:22:17.000 How do they deteriorate ICE, immigration, customs, and enforcement?
00:22:20.000 They go after the private contractors that work with ICE.
00:22:23.000 They get Congress to carve them out of spending bills.
00:22:26.000 And so when there's mass invasions that happen on the southern border, 150,000 people a month, we're not even able to process them.
00:22:32.000 And we have a Title 42 issue looming.
00:22:35.000 And if Title 42 is repealed and rescinded, which it looks like it will be in May, we might see 3 million people a month in June, July, and August.
00:22:46.000 Okay, next question here.
00:22:48.000 This one is Harry from Texas.
00:22:50.000 Charlie, I heard you talk about Yale Law School.
00:22:53.000 Is it really true that a majority of Yale students agree to what happened there?
00:22:57.000 Thanks so much.
00:22:58.000 So you might have missed the story.
00:23:00.000 We talked about it a couple weeks ago about how Yale law came out in massive numbers, hundreds of Yale law students, to not just protest, but to interrupt and shout down a discussion, which was kind of a debate about freedom of religion and freedom of speech.
00:23:13.000 It was more than 400 Yale law students who also, over 60% of the school's entire student body, signed an open letter against free speech and having a police presence on campus after hysterical woke students shouted down a bipartisan panel about civil liberties featuring the alliance defending freedom.
00:23:32.000 Last month, nearly 120 Yale law students, I'm reading from Breitbart.com, by the way, disrupted a bipartisan panel trying to shout down and intimidate the speakers.
00:23:40.000 So I'm going to say something controversial here, and that's fine.
00:23:43.000 I think that we should help publicize the list of people that have signed this letter.
00:23:48.000 400 Yale law students put their name publicly.
00:23:51.000 Well, I think we need to make them famous.
00:23:53.000 Not their personal information, but their names are right here.
00:23:57.000 And I'm not going to say them all right now.
00:23:59.000 But for every person that runs a federal judge office, future clerks, I have all their names right here.
00:24:07.000 All their names.
00:24:09.000 Every Yale law student, guess what?
00:24:11.000 None of them should be allowed to work for the Department of Justice.
00:24:16.000 They come out and they say, quote, students have been told conflicting things about Yale Law School's administration, about whether this decision to call armed officers was dictated by Yale Law School or university policy.
00:24:28.000 We urge Yale Law School to change any policies.
00:24:31.000 We ask the administration in collaboration with students to build explicit policy that this response is unwarranted regardless of who summons police officers.
00:24:40.000 And they say that this event should be canceled because they're seeking legislation to criminalize gay sex.
00:24:46.000 Like, what are you talking about?
00:24:48.000 This is Yale Law School, the alleged best law school in the country.
00:24:51.000 And you might say, Charlie, why do you give them attention?
00:24:53.000 I'll tell you why.
00:24:54.000 These 400 students, I have all their names.
00:24:56.000 It's public.
00:24:57.000 Every one of them.
00:24:59.000 A good amount of them are going to work for the Department of Justice in a couple of years.
00:25:02.000 A good amount of them are going to go become FBI agents.
00:25:05.000 A good amount of them are going to become prosecutors.
00:25:08.000 So they go to Yale law and they protest a free speech event, sign their name to it.
00:25:15.000 There should be consequences.
00:25:17.000 Don't hire these people.
00:25:19.000 Make them go flip burgers.
00:25:22.000 They can go become a prosecutor in France or in Italy.
00:25:26.000 And this kind of piggybacks on this story, a federal judge has warned against hiring Yale law students who shouted down the free speech event.
00:25:35.000 So for any judge out there, for any person who's future hiring, here's your list.
00:25:40.000 The list is public.
00:25:41.000 Of every single person who signed on this letter, they should be disbarred.
00:25:46.000 Number one, this should be, there's an ethics clause in all bar applications.
00:25:51.000 To pass the bar, there's always ethics clauses.
00:25:54.000 If you don't believe in the full tenets of the United States Constitution of free speech, when you're trying to pass the bar, it doesn't matter if you go to Yale.
00:26:02.000 It should be put in question.
00:26:04.000 You should have to answer questions for it at minimum.
00:26:08.000 Okay, next question here.
00:26:10.000 Getting a lot of questions on the marijuana and weed issue.
00:26:14.000 Obviously, very hot button issue.
00:26:17.000 With that, the House of Representatives just voted to legalize marijuana, and Biden is opposed to it.
00:26:23.000 You know what?
00:26:24.000 He actually knows that that would be a death sentence for suburban voters.
00:26:28.000 Go figure.
00:26:29.000 That's interesting.
00:26:30.000 Okay, let's go to another question here.
00:26:34.000 Good afternoon, Charlie.
00:26:35.000 Apparently, there's a group called Real Voices Media that is quietly building a large social media presence to begin propaganda campaign for the 2022 elections.
00:26:42.000 And this is the story right here.
00:26:44.000 It's so funny.
00:26:45.000 Inside the progressive left secretive and massive social media army for the 2022 elections.
00:26:49.000 You know, I remember a time when Turning Point Action, we tried to do something where we tried to have independent voices have social media influence and became the number one story on Drudge Report in the Washington Post.
00:26:59.000 I'm old enough to remember that.
00:27:01.000 Yet no one talks about this when this is happening.
00:27:03.000 This right here, Axios repeated on this covert network of cloaked online powerhouse.
00:27:09.000 Progressives build massive cloaked online powerhouse.
00:27:13.000 Hmm.
00:27:14.000 That sounds awfully clandestine, clandestine, I should say.
00:27:19.000 It's not clear who's behind the site.
00:27:21.000 It's listed publisher Star Spangled Banner Media LLC was formed last month in New York and lists a registered agent as its only officer.
00:27:28.000 The Sentinel has spent about $120,000 on ads since last month.
00:27:32.000 Most of the ads have been run on a flagship, Facebook, and Instagram.
00:27:35.000 But it's also paid to run dozens of ads through Michigan-specific pages overseen by Real Voices Media, including Stand Up for Michigan's Middle Class, A Working Michigan, and Michigan Black and Bougie.
00:27:45.000 Those are just more than 400 social media pages RVM oversees, according to Holdridge.
00:27:52.000 Founded in 2019, RVM received an investment from Will Robinson, Democrat strategist.
00:27:58.000 So, how it works?
00:27:59.000 They create this umbrella of secret groups and then run ads in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maine, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, Wisconsin.
00:28:07.000 Not a lot of coverage on this, interestingly.
00:28:10.000 Republicans need to start doing the same thing, regardless of what the media says about it.
00:28:14.000 Okay, let's get to some questions here about Disney.
00:28:17.000 We have this one right here: Charlie, I'm a proud resident of the state of Florida.
00:28:21.000 I'm disgusted at Disney.
00:28:22.000 I wouldn't care if they leave the state altogether.
00:28:24.000 Go to Georgia for all I care.
00:28:25.000 Safe travels.
00:28:27.000 How do we beat Disney and keep them from grooming an entire generation?
00:28:30.000 They have such a monopoly on children's programming.
00:28:32.000 I want to replay a piece of tape here.
00:28:34.000 We played it earlier in the week, but it's so incredible that I think it's worthy of repeating, which is this was a private Zoom call that Christopher Ruffo obtained in Cut 49, where from inside Disney's all-hands meeting about Florida parental rights bill, in which Latoya Ravenow says her teams have implemented a not-at-all secret gay agenda and is regularly adding queerness to children's programming, PlayCut 49.
00:29:00.000 The showrunners were super welcoming.
00:29:02.000 Meredith Roberts and like our leadership over there has been so welcoming to like my like not at all secret gay agenda.
00:29:10.000 And so all that like momentum that I felt, like that sense of I don't have to be afraid to like, let's have these two characters kiss.
00:29:19.000 Let's in the background this area like I was just wherever I could, just basically adding queerness to like if you see anything queer in the show, come proud though.
00:29:28.000 But like I just was like, no one would stop me and no one was trying to stop me.
00:29:34.000 No one was stopping me and no one was trying to stop me.
00:29:37.000 Not at all.
00:29:39.000 All hands on deck, secret, gay, not at all secret gay agenda meeting that Disney was happening.
00:29:44.000 Okay, so what can we do about it?
00:29:47.000 Okay, number one, end special governing status.
00:29:49.000 Florida got a special governing status.
00:29:52.000 Florida, I'm sorry, Disney got a special governing status from Florida that basically allows them to do whatever they want.
00:29:56.000 They can break zoning laws.
00:29:58.000 They are like, they have an immunity status.
00:30:01.000 Now, they were given it to them because it was such a tourist boost.
00:30:05.000 It was such a stimulus boost to the entire area and their special governing status.
00:30:12.000 Number two, end their special copyright protection that Congress has given them.
00:30:18.000 So for movies like Snow White or Cinderella or all these sorts of movies, it was passed in 1998 that allowed Disney to continue to have copyright with these movies for another 20 years.
00:30:32.000 It ends in 2024, by the way.
00:30:34.000 It's super crony capitalistic and was passed by U.S. Congress.
00:30:38.000 They came to Congress back in the 90s and said, Mickey Mouse is neither Republican nor Democrat.
00:30:43.000 And special thanks to Revolver.news, by the way, for covering this.
00:30:46.000 So Mickey Mouse then becomes public domain.
00:30:48.000 Anyone can use what's in the public domain then.
00:30:53.000 Now, by the way, Disney used to be a non-political company, not anymore.
00:30:57.000 Disney is basically a Democrat super PAC for LGBT issues.
00:31:02.000 So if that's the case, then you no longer are going to get congressional protection.
00:31:06.000 It shouldn't happen.
00:31:07.000 You should strip Disney of their congressional protection and their special copyright protection.
00:31:13.000 It would result in billions in losses.
00:31:15.000 Disney is the ultimate swamp crony capitalist company where they need American federal government involvement to make sure that people don't rip off Cinderella and Snow White.
00:31:25.000 Number three is we need some robust competition.
00:31:28.000 Daily Wire is coming out with some youth programming.
00:31:31.000 The more the better.
00:31:32.000 Got to do it.
00:31:33.000 Number four, boycott.
00:31:34.000 Stop paying money to Disney.
00:31:37.000 Stop seeing their movies.
00:31:39.000 Cancel your Disney Plus subscription.
00:31:41.000 Stop seeing their garbage.
00:31:44.000 There's other competitors out there.
00:31:45.000 There's Pure Flicks.
00:31:46.000 There's other things that you can see that is not Disney.
00:31:50.000 So end their special governing status in Florida, which Ron DeSantis is looking at.
00:31:54.000 Ron DeSantis may revoke Disney's self-governing status over don't say gay feud.
00:31:58.000 Be careful what fight you're picking here, Disney.
00:32:01.000 And by the way, Ron DeSantis says, okay, you're going to leave with 68,000 jobs.
00:32:04.000 It's fine.
00:32:04.000 Florida's creating millions of jobs every, you know, every single year anyway, like whatever.
00:32:09.000 Florida is now bigger than Disney.
00:32:10.000 And that's an interesting point because back in the 90s, Florida was really, really dependent on Disney World.
00:32:19.000 It's not to say that they don't have an economic benefit from it anymore, but boy, Disney World as it is today is nowhere near as powerful in the state of Florida as it was, largely because of the leadership of Ron DeSantis and many others.
00:32:34.000 Thank you so much for listening, everybody.
