00:06:54.000 It's not easy actually to find the policy steps that are being taken by Joe Biden and his team.
00:07:02.000 And one story in particular that I want to focus on, what's happened in the last week, actually has really been unfolding in the last 24 hours, which was a meeting between Joe Biden's cabinet, his Secretary of State and his national security team, and China in Anchorage, Alaska.
00:07:24.000 Chinese diplomat Yang Jichi basically publicly rebuked the United States Secretary of State Tony Blinken and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan during a meeting in Anchorage, Alaska.
00:07:38.000 Now, you have to understand that the Biden administration does not look at China as an enemy.
00:07:43.000 They look at them as a rival.
00:07:45.000 That's a very important distinction. 0.93
00:07:50.000 The correct way to view China and the Chinese Communist Party is as an enemy that is as evil and as powerful as the Soviet Union. 0.88

00:09:34.000 Blinken was talking in this political correct academic speech, basically saying to the Chinese Communist Party that we need to have a rules-based international order and expressed deep concerns with China's behavior in Zhejiang, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and cyber attacks on the United States and economic coercion towards our allies.
00:09:57.000 He objected to what he called a violation of diplomatic protocol and said the United States could not lecture China from a position of strength.
00:10:06.000 Well, Xi Jing struck back and said this.
00:10:10.000 He said the following, that China is firmly opposed to the United States' interference in China's affairs.
00:10:18.000 In fact, I think we have the tape of this.
00:10:20.000 So basically you have Yang, who is the Chinese diplomat, facing Tony Blinken, the United States Secretary of State, and they're having some form of an argument back and forth.
00:10:32.000 And it is very clear the Chinese Communist Party does not respect, fear, or have any form of concern whatsoever towards the United States under Biden's leadership or whatever that is.
00:10:47.000 So let's start with cut 91, where Yang says that they don't think that America has the qualification to speak to China from a position of strength.

00:11:02.000 Well, I think we thought too well of the United States.
00:11:06.000 We thought that the U.S. side will follow the necessary diplomatic protocols.
00:11:15.000 So for China, it was necessary that we make our position clear.
00:11:28.000 So let me say here that in front of the Chinese side, the United States does not have the qualification to say that it wants to speak to China from a position of stress.

00:11:44.000 You mean after you destroyed our manufacturing base, debased our currency, spied on our cyber grid, they're lecturing us about strength.
