00:00:57.000 Buckle up, everybody.

00:00:58.000 Here we go.

00:00:59.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:01:01.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.

00:01:03.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:01:06.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:01:10.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:01:11.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:01:12.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.

00:01:20.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:01:29.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:32.000 Look, we all know cancel culture is a huge problem.

00:01:34.000 And the fact is the internet never forgets.

00:01:37.000 We all know this.

00:01:38.000 That's why there's never been a more important time to protect your internet activity.

00:01:41.000 And that's why I urge you to get ExpressVPN.

00:01:44.000 Every time you search, watch, or click anything online, it's tracked by the big tech companies.

00:01:48.000 They can then match your activity to your true identity using your device's unique IP address.

00:01:53.000 The ExpressVPN app also encrypts my network data to protect my sense of information from being compromised.

00:01:59.000 What I like most is how easy it is to use.

00:02:01.000 That's why I believe they're the number one VPN by CNET.

00:02:05.000 That's right.

00:02:06.000 Number one, CNET and Wired.

00:02:08.000 So stop handing over all of your data to big tech companies.

00:02:11.000 Go to the VPN that I trust.

00:02:13.000 Visit expressvpn.com slash Charlie to get three months free for a one-year package.

00:02:18.000 That's expressvpn.com slash Charlie to get three extra months free.

00:02:23.000 Go to expressvpn.com slash Charlie right now to learn more.

00:02:30.000 I want to start with a couple thoughts.

00:02:32.000 First of all, I want to start with the most important thing happening in the country, March Madness College Basketball.

00:02:36.000 Of course, I'm kidding.

00:02:39.000 We have a lot of sports fans that watch, and then we have a lot of sports fans that watch that are not sports fans at all.

00:02:45.000 First of all, I just want to say it's a good thing for the country that basketball was happening this last weekend.

00:02:51.000 It felt as if we were able to break out of these anti-scientific, immoral lockdowns, at least have some form of normalcy.

00:02:59.000 And no, I didn't give Joe Biden any credit for that.

00:03:03.000 I'm going to be in Oklahoma tomorrow for our Turning Point USA Gen Free tour.

00:03:08.000 If anyone wants to attend tpusa.com slash gen free.

00:03:13.000 And I just want to say the Oral Roberts story is incredible.

00:03:17.000 Beating Ohio State, beating Florida, advancing the Sweet 16.

00:03:22.000 And then Loyola University of Chicago beating University of Illinois.

00:03:27.000 Incredible with the 101-year-old sister Jean, I believe her name is.

00:03:34.000 Some awesome stories have already come out of this year's tournament.

00:03:36.000 It's been fun to be able to watch something that actually wasn't completely overtly political.

00:03:43.000 They had a little bit of political undertones here and there, but nothing as bad as the National Basketball Association or even professional football.

00:03:51.000 So I'll be enjoying watching more basketball today.

00:03:53.000 I think actually there's another day of games.

00:03:55.000 Usually, March Madness works on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, but we get the treat of having it Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday.

00:04:03.000 So super thrilled about this.

00:04:05.000 And go, Oral Roberts.

00:04:08.000 I hope that you make either the elite eight or the final four.

00:04:13.000 Now, Florida had it coming for them, though.

00:04:15.000 You see, the University of Florida, I was cheering against them.

00:04:19.000 Now, this is not a slight for all the Gator fans out there or for people in the great state of Florida.

00:04:24.000 University of Florida crossed the line, though.

00:04:27.000 You see, this weekend, University of Florida, they suspended our Turning Point USA group.

00:04:33.000 That's right.

00:04:34.000 On campus for allegedly violating a mask policy.

00:04:38.000 Our Turning Point USA chapter leader spoke out to Fox News and said that the university has yet to provide any evidence of how they violated the mask policy.

00:04:48.000 And let me just ask the obvious question.

00:04:51.000 So what if they violated the mask policy?

00:04:54.000 They're 18, 19, and 20-year-olds that were outside at a conservative coalition event, and the university then suspends them from campus because they were not wearing their masks properly.

00:05:07.000 People that are not at risk of even being severely hospitalized from the virus, people that are not at risk of dying from the virus.

00:05:15.000 And the University of Florida saw this as a great opportunity to suspend these conservative groups, including Turning Point USA.

00:05:24.000 And so our chapter leader, Abby Streetman, told Fox News that the group had, quote, set up a couple tables on a field is across the street from campus.

00:05:34.000 They were having an outdoor barbecue type party, but the University of Florida, you see, they indulged in their most sinister totalitarian impulses.

00:05:46.000 And they kicked and kicked off and suspended our group from campus, our Turning Point USA group.

00:05:52.000 We are fighting this.

00:05:53.000 We are pursuing potential legal action.

00:05:55.000 We're trying to get the governor of Florida involved, the great governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis.

00:06:01.000 And so when I saw Florida lose to Oral Roberts, I said, you know what?

00:06:04.000 You deserve it.

00:06:06.000 I'm half kidding, of course.

00:06:08.000 No, actually, I'm being completely serious.

00:06:10.000 They totally deserve it, and I'm glad they lost.

00:06:14.000 But this is a deeper and broader problem that's happening in our country.

00:06:19.000 And we're seeing this repeat itself in a variety of different ways.

00:06:23.000 Not just the persecution of conservatives on college campuses.

00:06:27.000 That's something we've been covering a fair amount.

00:06:30.000 Also, our Turning Point USA chapter lead were assaulted this last weekend by Antifa.

00:06:40.000 Zero coverage from the New York Times.

00:06:42.000 Zero coverage from the Washington Post.

00:06:44.000 I want you to imagine if a liberal or a leftist activist group was attacked by Trump supporters, MAGA hat-wearing Trump supporters, it would be the number one story in the country.

00:06:56.000 Instead, our Turning Point USA leaders at University of Florida kicked off campuses because they weren't wearing their masks properly.

00:07:04.000 Our Turning Point USA leaders in Olympia, Washington were literally assaulted by the paramilitary terrorist organization Antifa, and it's absolute silence from the activist media.

00:07:17.000 But what's going on here in our country is a very dangerous trend of what I like to call anarcho-fascism.

00:07:27.000 You see, in Florida, the great state of Florida, in Miami, spring breakers were met with SWAT teams this last weekend because there was not enough social distancing and they were having far too much fun, too good of a time.

00:07:44.000 Now, spring break is not exactly my desired social scene.

00:07:49.000 However, I completely understand the desire to try and be near other human beings after the last year that we have been through, especially when you're 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 years old, when you're not at risk of dying from the Chinese coronavirus.

00:08:08.000 You're just not.

00:08:09.000 In fact, the risk is so small that young people have a much greater risk of dying from an automobile accident.

00:08:18.000 So we have this kind of fascist totalitarianism that shuts down your business, that will shut down your public gathering, that will shut down your church.

00:08:30.000 But then we have this anarcho-mindset when it comes to the true crisis that's happening in our country that is being ignored by our current president and by his administration.

00:08:43.000 And that's what's happening on the border.

00:08:46.000 You've probably read one or two stories about it in the last couple of days.

00:08:52.000 But the unequal, completely subjective application and enforcement of our laws in our country is the definition of tyranny.

00:09:06.000 As Cicero famously said, the one-year Roman consul who died right near Julius Caesar, he was assassinated, actually.

00:09:14.000 Actually, he might have died by trial.

00:09:16.000 He said, the more laws, the less justice.

00:09:20.000 And basically, the argument he made is when you have laws so voluminous, then the person in charge gets to decide which laws they're actually going to enforce.

00:09:31.000 James Madison made this same argument, that if the laws become so voluminous that the people don't even know them, then it leads the way to despotism or tyranny.

00:09:44.000 And it's such a strange yet obvious point that the media is missing and even our Republican leaders aren't talking enough about, which is you are able to do whatever you want to do on our southern border.

00:09:59.000 Sex traffic children, bring in weapons, bring in drugs, but how dare you open your church?

00:10:07.000 How dare you open your small business?

00:10:10.000 How dare you organize as a conservative group at the University of Florida?

00:10:14.000 How dare you have an event in Olympia, Washington?

00:10:20.000 And this unprecedented set of affairs, this unprecedented situation that we're in, where it's nothing less than anarcho-fascism, basically is we're in charge.

00:10:38.000 We are going to enforce the laws and the rules of our country the way we see fit.

00:10:45.000 And if you do something we don't like, you're going to jail.

00:10:48.000 But if you do something we do like that helps our own political purpose, then we're going to make excuses for it.

00:10:56.000 And what's happening at the border should be the number one news story in the country.

00:11:02.000 It is on most conservative news channels, but it ties together into this immediate problem that we're facing.

00:11:14.000 That if you break the wrong laws or if you even step out of line, not completely in the leftist orthodoxy, your life will be ruined.

00:11:25.000 But if you do something that benefits the Democrat power grab, it'll be given a free pass.

00:11:31.000 What's happening on the border is being misrepresented by nearly every single news outlet.

00:11:38.000 Now, the activist media is beginning to cover it.

00:11:41.000 They have no choice.

00:11:43.000 They have no choice because what's happening on the southern border is a national security issue.

00:11:49.000 It's a cultural issue.

00:11:50.000 It's a crisis in every single term imaginable.

00:11:55.000 It impacts the safety of our communities.

00:11:56.000 It impacts our wages.

00:11:58.000 It impacts our public policy decisions.

00:12:01.000 So CNN came out on Saturday and they said, how the border problem caught the Biden team off guard and how they've scrambled to fix it.

00:12:12.000 That is the new media narrative.

00:12:14.000 Now, it doesn't make Joe Biden look good, but they're actually covering for Joe Biden.

00:12:21.000 Let me read that headline again.

00:12:24.000 How the border problem caught the Biden team off guard and how they've scrambled to fix it.

00:12:30.000 Now, this is the establishment view of what's happening on the border, but it's completely wrong.

00:12:36.000 Joe Biden designed this border crisis.

00:12:40.000 This is not a mistake.

00:12:43.000 This is a situation of their making.

00:12:46.000 The only part of this crisis that Joe Biden is upset about is the fact that it's getting attention.

00:12:56.000 It was a really interesting thing.

00:12:57.000 I had a conversation with a liberal friend of mine, and he said something very wise, which is very rare.

00:13:06.000 And he said, the reason why Joe Biden will not admit that there's a crisis on the border is because he does not admit that there's a border.

00:13:17.000 And that's exactly right.

00:13:19.000 You see, liberals and Democrats, for years, they've told us that the border is merely a suggestion.

00:13:27.000 The border is just kind of a recommendation between two very similar countries, where we as conservatives understand that the border is more than just a line drawn in the sand.

00:13:42.000 It is a delineation of the beginning and the end of our sovereignty.

00:13:47.000 It's a beginning and the end of our limitations of power.

00:13:50.000 It's a beginning and end of where our citizenship is recognized and not recognized.

00:13:56.000 It's where good ideas begin and bad ideas end.

00:14:00.000 Borders are not something to be played with.

00:14:03.000 It's also where our elections are able to have jurisdiction and not have jurisdiction.

00:14:09.000 America is not Mexico and Mexico is not America.

00:14:12.000 You see, this is a controversial statement for most people to say in colleges or on the activist media.

00:14:18.000 They say, oh, every country is made the same. 0.99

00:14:20.000 That's a bunch of rubbish. 1.00

00:14:23.000 America is a different country than Mexico. 0.99

00:14:28.000 We have different rules, different laws, different founding, different guiding principles, different history, different culture, different language. 0.94

00:14:35.000 And the border is the difference between those two countries. 0.60

00:14:40.000 It's not the difference, but it's a separation between them. 0.97

00:14:42.000 And that's a healthy thing. 0.79

00:14:44.000 If Mexico believes they have a different way to administer health care, protect free speech rights, Second Amendment rights, then so be it.

00:14:51.000 That's for their country to figure out.

00:14:54.000 That's not our business.

00:14:56.000 But starting with NAFTA and this kind of borderless utopia that the corporate oligarchs have been trying to push forward for the last couple decades, there has been this erosion between the difference between the United States and Mexico.

00:15:11.000 And Joe Biden is trying to complete that project.

00:15:16.000 Joe Biden is trying to complete the project that there is no difference between the United States and Mexico by allowing the southern border to be as porous as imaginable.

00:15:27.000 So we're talking about the southern border.

00:15:29.000 Slavery is alive and well in the North American continent.

00:15:33.000 No one likes to talk about it.

00:15:36.000 BLM Incorporated and the people teaching your children act as if slavery is something from antiquity, something that happened hundreds of years ago.

00:15:48.000 What if I told you that the Democrats and the policies that they're supporting are actually allowing slavery to continue right here in North America?

00:16:01.000 The Daily Mail, exclusive.

00:16:04.000 People are the new dope.

00:16:06.000 Mexican cartels are seizing on Biden's relaxed border policies to run multi-million dollar human trafficking scheme and are using families as decoys to smuggle single adults and drugs from elsewhere.

00:16:23.000 U.S. authorities are struggling to deal, I'm reading from the Daily Mail, struggling to deal with a surge in migrant families attempting to enter the country at the Mexican border after President Biden relaxed immigration policies.

00:16:37.000 Mexican citizens crossing the river are said to be worth $2,500.

00:16:42.000 Venezuelans and Guatemalans or Hondurans are $3,000.

00:16:46.000 Chinese are worth $5,000 or Middle Eastern or Russian, they paid $9,000.

00:16:53.000 Sources say cartels are using these large groups who get stopped as decoys.

00:16:59.000 So the single adults, the criminals, the drugs can come over elsewhere.

00:17:05.000 So people are being purchased and rented for the purpose of illegally crossing into our country. 0.93

00:17:12.000 We've been warning about this for quite some time.

00:17:15.000 And of course, there is basic silence from the activist media on how right now there are tens of thousands of people that are owned by other human beings, which is an unspeakable sin that we fought a civil war to eradicate.

00:17:29.000 That's happening right now on the southern border.

00:17:33.000 Now, interestingly, the Democrats who speak out against systemic racism, who speak out against the sin of slavery, are totally silent on the fact that children are being rented on the United States southern border.

00:17:48.000 We had a whole podcast on this that I encourage you to check out on your either Apple Podcast app or on Spotify.

00:17:54.000 You type in Charlie Kirk Show, hit subscribe with Tom Homan, who used to run ICE at immigration, customs, and enforcement.

00:18:03.000 And he said something in our interview.

00:18:04.000 He said, yeah, children are rented all the time.

00:18:06.000 I said, wait a sec, what do you mean rented?

00:18:08.000 What are they, a VHS cassette tape?

00:18:11.000 He said, no, this is normal in the southern border, and it's getting worse quickly under Joe Biden because when you do not have a wall, you do not have border security, and you're encouraging people to flow over your border and border jump, children are going to be rented continually or continuously for the purpose of trying to seek amnesty or seek refuge in the United States.

00:18:37.000 And most of the people in leadership in our country are perfectly okay with this form of sick and unspeakable slavery happening in the North American continent.

00:18:50.000 And they're okay with it because the Chamber of Commerce, who represents many Republicans in this country, they've purchased plenty of Republicans. 0.58

00:18:57.000 They want the cheap labor, and they also want more consumers buying their piles of plastic from China that we do not need, that will not make us wealthier. 0.51

00:19:09.000 I've said for a long time that we need to restrict the amount of cheap products that we're bringing in from China and from Southeast Asia and make stuff in our country and be okay with buying less higher quality stuff and employing our people. 0.82

00:19:26.000 And every single person listening to this, go look at the labels of the stuff that you purchase. 0.77

00:19:31.000 If it's made in Pakistan or made in China, stop buying it.

00:19:35.000 Buy American. 0.80

00:19:37.000 Take care of your fellow countrymen. 0.98

00:19:40.000 So that's why Republicans want this illegal flow into our country.

00:19:44.000 They want the cheap labor. 0.65

00:19:45.000 They want people trading with dollars.

00:19:48.000 Democrats, they want it purely and simply for a political purpose.

00:19:52.000 The Democrats want the flow of people into America, which is, by the way, 100,000 people into the United States last month, according to Border Patrol.

00:20:05.000 Up 28% from the previous month.

00:20:07.000 In fact, the stats are so beyond stunning when it just goes through a peer analysis of the numbers.

00:20:16.000 So here are some of the numbers here, just to give you some perspective.

00:20:20.000 And this is unquestioned.

00:20:22.000 This is as is right now on the southern border.

00:20:27.000 And the silence from the media on these numbers is just unbelievable.

00:20:30.000 A 188% increase in single adults, a 92% increase in unaccompanied minors.

00:20:38.000 Being on the ground, you're able to get a better idea of what's really happening.

00:20:41.000 And I could tell you that the open border issue is causing great concern for many people throughout Dallas, Texas.

00:20:48.000 And I chuckle because a lot of people that live in Highland Park, Texas, they've recently decided to become Democrats with their big virtue signaling, look how good of a person I am, signs. 0.93

00:20:59.000 They have these ridiculous signs. 0.90

00:21:00.000 I don't know if you've seen these before. 0.98

00:21:01.000 It says, we believe that black lives matter.

00:21:04.000 We believe that love is love.

00:21:05.000 We believe that science is real.

00:21:07.000 We believe that refugees are welcome.

00:21:08.000 I say, okay, for the Highland Park people that have their $20 million homes and they're driving their Teslas, would you like to have a cartel member come into your home sometime soon?

00:21:20.000 Because that's precisely what you voted for.

00:21:23.000 And so one of the local news agencies in Dallas, they write this unbelievably deceiving article.

00:21:28.000 Listen to this.

00:21:29.000 1,500 migrant children now at K. Bailey Hutchinson Center as the feds urge refugees not to enter the U.S.

00:21:38.000 Oh, that's right. 1.00

00:21:38.000 Our new strategy is to urge people, please don't come. 1.00

00:21:42.000 Meanwhile, establishment Republicans like Senator Rick Scott are drafting amnesty plans.

00:21:48.000 Wait a second. 0.89

00:21:49.000 So when you're drafting an amnesty plan, do you expect more or less Hondurans and El Salvadorians and Mexicans to come into the country? 0.96

00:21:56.000 This is their opportunity. 0.51

00:21:58.000 The fact that we're even discussing amnesty for people all across the Central American triangle, they say, this is our chance.

00:22:07.000 And they know that the Biden administration wants them there because eventually the statistics show they're going to vote Democrat and they'll be able to control them.

00:22:18.000 But let me be very clear about this.

00:22:19.000 These are not children.

00:22:23.000 They might be technical minors, but these are 15, 16, and 17-year-old men, many of whom are members of cartels.

00:22:33.000 So these are not three and four and five-year-olds.

00:22:36.000 These are young men that are going to the K. Bailey Hutchinson Center.

00:22:41.000 And the activist media is acting as if these are children in cribs that are coming over into our country.

00:22:52.000 And they're not.

00:22:53.000 And so the question that a lot of people ask is: well, Charlie, shouldn't we be compassionate?

00:23:00.000 Of course we should be.

00:23:02.000 Let's be compassionate to our fellow countrymen.

00:23:04.000 That's the compact that we exist in first and foremost, always.

00:23:09.000 That's what a constitution actually is.

00:23:11.000 A constitution is a partnership.

00:23:13.000 It's an agreement.

00:23:14.000 It's a contract with one another within our country, not people outside of our borders. 0.55

00:23:19.000 And that's why borders matter.

00:23:20.000 If you just have a border that's a mere suggestion, if you have a border that's just a recommendation, then your Constitution is completely invalidated.

00:23:28.000 That's why the Constitution matters so much.

00:23:32.000 So my loyalty is to our fellow countrymen, not to people that want to opportunistically border jump into this country because they see it as their opportunity.

00:23:42.000 And part of it is our fault.

00:23:44.000 We have not secured our border.

00:23:46.000 Part of it is these Republicans that talk a good game to Republican voters that have actually not done anything to secure the southern border.

00:23:55.000 Donald Trump was the first candidate ever to talk seriously about the southern border.

00:24:02.000 And so here, let's play some tape here.

00:24:04.000 Let's go to cut one DHS secretary saying that, well, we've dealt with surges before in the past, and even CNN pushes him on this nonsense.

00:24:14.000 Play tape.

00:24:15.000 Let me share with you that this is what we do.

00:24:18.000 We know how to do it.

00:24:20.000 We have dealt with surges in the past.

00:24:22.000 And the men and women of the Department of Homeland Security will succeed.

00:24:27.000 But even you've admitted this is the biggest surge in two decades.

00:24:31.000 One reason why it is as difficult and challenging as it is not just because the Trump administration tore down our systems and we have to rebuild them from scratch, but also because of the fact that we're in the midst of a pandemic.

00:24:46.000 First of all, it's a complete lie. 0.70

00:24:47.000 Second of all, Majorkis, if we're in the midst of a pandemic, why would you want to let in a couple hundred thousand people a month into our country? 0.97

00:24:55.000 How would that be wise?

00:24:57.000 It's only wise if the leaders that are running our country want to make America in a completely different image and trajectory.

00:25:08.000 And this is a strategy.

00:25:10.000 They are not upset at what's happening at the border.

00:25:14.000 They're not upset at modern-day slavery.

00:25:18.000 They're not upset at the drugs flowing into America.

00:25:21.000 They're upset that they got caught.

00:25:24.000 It's a big difference.

00:25:26.000 They are upset that they have been caught orchestrating one of the most questionable and dangerous immigration policies in American history.

00:25:41.000 And of course, the Biden administration is quick to call everything in the planet a crisis, literally.

00:25:48.000 The environment's a crisis.

00:25:49.000 Racial justice is a crisis. 0.99

00:25:52.000 Of course, racial justice is not a crisis to the women that are being sold into slavery.

00:25:56.000 White supremacy is a crisis. 0.61

00:26:00.000 But they don't call the border a crisis.

00:26:02.000 Why?

00:26:03.000 Because this is a crisis they actually don't want to solve.

00:26:07.000 This is a crisis that if they end up trying to solve it, then it actually might not help their long-term political objectives. 0.99

00:26:15.000 And for any Republican out there that thinks all of a sudden that we're going to get some sort of amnesty deal done with Democrats, you're a fool. 0.98

00:26:23.000 And Senator Rick Scott, back off of this amnesty deal. 0.98

00:26:27.000 Stop being a spokesperson for Big Ag and for the Chamber of Commerce.

00:26:32.000 Put our workers first.

00:26:34.000 We have millions of Americans, our fellow countrymen, that we have an obligation to. 0.96

00:26:41.000 You do not have an obligation to foreigners that are illegally domiciled into our country. 0.94

00:26:45.000 That is not what the Constitution mandates.

00:26:49.000 The Constitution is very clear that it's a compact for our citizens.

00:26:54.000 If they want representation, they can get representation under the Mexican Constitution or the Honduran Constitution.

00:27:03.000 Our compassion is being taken advantage of.

00:27:07.000 Our generosity has turned into self-inflicted wounds.

00:27:15.000 And in fact, if you are saying that, well, you're heartless because you want closed borders.

00:27:21.000 I don't want children to be sold into slavery any longer.

00:27:24.000 As the Daily Mail says, they are being sold as decoys.

00:27:29.000 I care so much about Central American children. 0.98

00:27:32.000 I don't want them to be raped as they come across the southern border.

00:27:36.000 That's the framing we must use. 0.75

00:27:39.000 But understand that you are being manipulated by the corporate Republicans and the open border Democrats.

00:27:46.000 They want the same thing for different reasons.

00:27:53.000 Everybody's mom always said, eat all of your vegetables.

00:27:56.000 Even as adults, we still have excuses why we don't eat them.

00:27:59.000 People say they don't taste nice.

00:28:01.000 It's trouble to prepare.

00:28:02.000 Your mom wanted you to eat your fruits and veggies because she knew that's how we stay and get healthy.

00:28:08.000 While your mom never listened to your excuses, Balance of Nature has listened.

00:28:52.000 Our immigration policies must serve the interests of the American worker and the American people.

00:29:00.000 According to Axios, four people matching the terror watch list were arrested at the border.

00:29:06.000 Now, this would be breaking news if the activist media was actually concerned about the millions of people that are pouring into our country.

00:29:15.000 Three of the people arrested were from Yemen and one was from Serbia, according to the FBI's terrorist screening database.

00:29:23.000 Most migrants or border jumpers arriving at the United States-Mexico border come from Mexico or Central America and are seeking asylum, family reunification, or better jobs in the United States.

00:29:35.000 Well, obviously, reading from Axios.

00:29:39.000 Meanwhile, our own people, millions of them are out of work, being subsidized through inflated borrowed currency, getting $1,400 checks in the mail.

00:29:49.000 But somehow our moral obligation should be to Nicaraguans, Hondurans, and El Salvadorans. 0.64

00:29:55.000 It's against the entire premise of the United States Constitution, which is America is a nation.

00:30:01.000 It's not a temporary economic colony to maximize profit utility.

00:30:09.000 Elon Omar, who's an ingrate because she is ungrateful, is one of my least favorite people to talk about.

00:30:21.000 I can't stand ingratitude, especially for people that were literally saved thanks to the generosity of our nation.

00:30:31.000 So Elon Omar, who has a very questionable moral compass, and I'll just leave it at that, someone who has never said something nice about the United States of America that I've heard.

00:30:44.000 I'm sure it's somewhere in her history.

00:30:47.000 But here she is, again, bashing the United States of America and the entire issue of immigration. 1.00

00:30:53.000 Play cut 14.

00:30:55.000 So I think that there are some failures that are taking place, and it's really important dealing with our cruel and contradictory foreign policy.

00:31:07.000 And, you know, this conversation around the hysteria that is happening with the Republicans right now is centered around gaining political points.

00:31:19.000 It's not about the safety of Americans.

00:31:23.000 It's not about adhering to international law.

00:31:27.000 Of course, Elon Omar is completely lying there.

00:31:31.000 It is about the safety of Americans as people on the terror watch list are coming across the southern border.

00:31:37.000 We know that illegals are more likely to commit crimes in our country. 0.71

00:31:41.000 We know that.

00:31:42.000 They bring drugs and fentanyl across the border with them.

00:31:45.000 But Elon Omar, thanks to our own generous and benevolent immigration policies, was given a chance at life here in this country.

00:31:54.000 And instead of saying, thank you, America, she says, how dare you, America?

00:31:57.000 She does her best Greta Thunberg impersonation at every single turn.

00:32:02.000 And that sort of ingratitude is not just present in the Democrat Party, it's the forefront of the Democrat Party, as if this country has never done anything correct, never done anything right.

00:32:20.000 And instead, we must deconstruct it from within.

00:32:27.000 Let's go to Cut 12.

00:32:28.000 Martha Raditz, who asks an illegal alien who crossed the border, would you have tried to do this when Donald Trump was president?

00:32:34.000 Cut 12.

00:32:35.000 Would you have tried to do this when Donald Trump was president?

00:32:39.000 Definitely not.

00:32:41.000 Definitely.

00:32:42.000 We had a chance, you know.

00:32:44.000 We used to watch the news, and I definitely won't do this.

00:32:50.000 So, did you come here because Joe Biden was elected president?

00:32:53.000 Basically.

00:32:54.000 Basically.

00:32:56.000 That's ABC News asking that question.

00:32:58.000 Did you come here because Joe Biden was elected president?

00:33:01.000 And unfortunately, many Americans are perfectly okay with this, which is the erosion of our sovereignty, the people coming into the country unfettered with no restrictions whatsoever.

00:33:20.000 That's what's happening on the southern border.

00:33:24.000 And the activist media is intentionally ignoring it.

00:33:28.000 So you're able to come into the country without any sort of restriction.

00:33:35.000 But if you open your church or your business, you start a turning point USA group at University of Florida, they will shut you down.

00:33:42.000 You can come across the border and sell children as decoys.

00:33:46.000 But if you have a spring break celebration in Miami, they will shut you down.

00:33:53.000 By now, you've all heard me talk about how my pillow is incredible.

00:33:57.000 A lot of you are asking, how do I support Mike Lindell?

00:34:00.000 Well, everything Mike Lindell makes is made in America. 0.97

00:34:02.000 And a lot of you think that Mike Lindell is very courageous. 0.61

00:34:05.000 And so if you want to get behind Mike Lindell and the work he is doing and say, you know what, Mike, I have your back.

00:34:45.000 Now, the biggest issues on college campuses, and we see this every day at Turning Point USA, are always issues surrounding race.

00:34:53.000 As we've said many times here in this program, we are creating the most bigoted generation in American, I shouldn't say American history, that's probably not fair, but since segregation since the Jim Crow era.

00:35:08.000 So now the new thing that everyone's posting on social media is stop Asian hate, stop Asian hate.

00:35:15.000 And they're blaming white supremacy for that. 0.99

00:35:18.000 And this was growing before the scumbag killed eight people in Atlanta, of which there is no evidence that it was racially motivated. 0.97

00:35:27.000 But the media, of course, finds an event that they want to fit their pre-existing narrative, and then they elevate that event and they focus on that event. 0.98

00:35:36.000 And so the new focus is now on anti-Asian hate.

00:35:40.000 However, no one's actually telling the truth of what's happening around this.

00:35:44.000 And so we've talked about this for a week and a half.

00:35:47.000 We've been one of the only programs that have been actually telling the truth about it.

00:35:51.000 Now, I do not like the over-racialization of American politics.

00:35:55.000 In fact, it disgusts me.

00:35:57.000 I detest it. 1.00

00:35:58.000 I don't care about your skin color. 1.00

00:36:00.000 I care about your character.

00:36:02.000 However, I'm also not going to allow the activist press, academia, social media influencers to all of a sudden blame white supremacy on what's happening in our country when it is actually the opposite of that.

00:36:18.000 So this weekend, you probably didn't hear about this.

00:36:21.000 A 68-year-old Sri Lankan immigrant who's a security guard was punched in the face by a black man, Mark Mathieu.

00:36:34.000 Now, here's the politically incorrect yet honest thing that's happening in our country right now.

00:36:39.000 Almost all of the anti-Asian hate, almost all of it, according to the Washington Post and The Guardian, is black on Asian crime.

00:36:48.000 That's why you're not hearing about it.

00:36:50.000 And one of the most amazing moves of linguistic calisthenics, they are now blaming white supremacy for what is a black and Asian conflict issue.

00:37:01.000 One that, according to The Guardian and the Washington Post, goes back many decades.

00:37:06.000 Yet they're blaming white people for that.

00:37:08.000 They're blaming white supremacy. 0.63

00:37:12.000 Another Asian man was also punched in the face in an apparent random attack on Saturday morning in Manhattan's Chinatown.

00:37:19.000 Now, it's really a perplexing situation because for years I was told by the activists on the left that Asian people are in a position of privilege, therefore they cannot be victims of racism.

00:37:37.000 No, this is actually what they teach students across the country.

00:37:41.000 So is it racist now that black people are attacking Asian people? 0.97

00:37:46.000 Of course it is. 1.00

00:37:47.000 But no one wants to talk about that.

00:37:49.000 Instead, they say, oh, we have to stop Asian hate.

00:37:52.000 Who are the ones that are actually doing this? 0.99

00:37:55.000 Obviously, there's the scumbag in Atlanta, of which there's no evidence that that was racially motivated.

00:38:01.000 But if the press really wants to go in this direction of dividing us based on race, at least do it honestly. 0.98

00:38:09.000 But no.

00:38:10.000 And this is why I reject all these conversations at face value, but I will not allow lies to go unconfronted.

00:38:18.000 The FBI director even came out and said it does not said there is no evidence to suggest that what happened in Atlanta was racially motivated.

00:38:28.000 And they blame Donald Trump for this for calling the Wuhan flu or the China flu or the China virus, of which all of those descriptions are perfectly okay for being the instigator of the anti-Asian hate.

00:38:45.000 First of all, was anyone really fired up when all of a sudden we were calling the communicable disease Ebola?

00:38:53.000 Was that anti-African hate because we named it after the Ebola River?

00:38:59.000 You probably didn't know that's where we got the name Ebola from.

00:39:02.000 How about Lyme disease?

00:39:05.000 I believe Lyme disease comes from something in Connecticut.

00:39:08.000 We can get that fact-checked.

00:39:10.000 West Nile virus.

00:39:12.000 Did we say there's anti-Egyptian hatred in our country?

00:39:17.000 Of course not.

00:39:18.000 Yeah, it actually is Lyme, Connecticut.

00:39:20.000 My memory serves me correct.

00:39:22.000 We name viruses based on their points of origin.

00:39:28.000 In fact, I am partly to blame for Donald Trump using the China virus.

00:39:32.000 I tweeted it out last March, and I said that it was the Chinese coronavirus or the China virus.

00:39:41.000 Donald Trump started to use it. 0.98

00:39:42.000 Everybody said, you're racist.

00:39:46.000 No, it's the truth. 1.00

00:39:47.000 And it's the Chinese Communist Party that did this to our country. 0.98

00:39:51.000 And you want to talk about people that actually have no concern for human rights? 0.93

00:39:55.000 It's the Chinese Communist Party.

00:39:57.000 At charliekirk.com, we summarize a great article from Ryan Gurduski, Gurduski, apologize for that, who from the Washington Examiner, where he goes piece by piece and shows that the mass shooting may not be racially motivated.

00:40:13.000 And I say, quote, the killer seems to have been motivated by a sexual addiction and mental health issues.

00:40:18.000 Still, as an anti-racian crimes, Asian crimes have risen across the country.

00:40:22.000 All the blue check marks on Twitter have placed the blame on Donald Trump and white supremacy. 0.91

00:40:27.000 But according to the Justice Point, 27.5% of all violent crimes against Asian Americans in 2018 were committed by black people. 0.96

00:40:39.000 All violent crimes. 0.94

00:40:40.000 Think about that. 1.00

00:40:42.000 One in four of all violent crimes against Asians are committed by black people. 0.99

00:40:48.000 White criminals and Asian criminals together each accounted for about 24% of all attacks on Asians. 0.96

00:40:55.000 Asian people, similar to their white counterparts, are underrepresented in violent crime committed to the proportion of the population they make up. 0.89

00:41:04.000 Asians make up 6.2% of the population, but just 1% of the perpetrators of violent crime. 1.00

00:41:10.000 White people are 62% of the population, but commit 50% of the violent crimes. 0.68

00:41:16.000 Now, you're not allowed to talk about any of that. 0.99

00:41:18.000 This is at charliekirk.com.

00:41:19.000 Again, it's Ryan Gurduski or Ryan Gurduski.

00:41:22.000 I apologize if I'm mispronouncing it, who does a great job of summarizing that.

00:41:28.000 Now, what I just went through is considered to be third rail American politics.

00:41:32.000 You're not allowed to say it.

00:41:33.000 Well, I'm sorry.

00:41:35.000 I'm not going to allow you to start a race war in this country. 0.89

00:41:38.000 That's what you're trying to do.

00:41:41.000 And an actual racial conflict that is brewing in America, which is blacks attacking Asians, then you all of a sudden blame Western white supremacy and Donald Trump for that. 1.00

00:41:51.000 No, I'm going to call you up for your BS and your balderdash and how that is just rubbish. 1.00

00:41:55.000 It's garbage. 1.00

00:41:56.000 It's not good for the country. 1.00

00:41:58.000 It's bad.

00:42:02.000 And so what is the actual end game for this?

00:42:06.000 What is their goal?

00:42:08.000 Their goal is they want everyone to walk around caring about their race.

00:42:13.000 Basically regressing us back through all the progress that we've made in Western society.

00:42:18.000 And that is, of course, their goal.

00:42:19.000 That's why they don't teach Western civilization in colleges anymore.

00:42:24.000 They want to restart our tribal warfare. 0.97

00:42:31.000 And some people might say, well, Charlie, you're causing a race war by attacking black people. 0.98

00:42:36.000 I'm not attacking black people. 0.98

00:42:38.000 I'm talking about facts.

00:42:40.000 And you guys brought up this topic, the left.

00:42:43.000 I don't want to talk about this.

00:42:44.000 But the fact that it's everywhere, that it's on social media, I'm going to tell the facts of what's happening. 0.97

00:42:51.000 And the facts are this, that anti-Asian hate, those crimes are disproportionately being done at the hands of black people attacking Asians. 0.98

00:43:06.000 That is a fact. 0.96

00:43:07.000 And yes, we believe in objective truth, not my truth and subjective, nonsensical, anti-Western practices of talking about events.

00:43:16.000 It's a divide and conquer strategy.

00:43:20.000 And what it really does is it distracts from the failed Democrat policies.

00:43:25.000 That is their goal.

00:43:27.000 The only way we're going to stop this is to call out their nonsense when they put it towards us.

00:43:31.000 I guarantee you, the vast majority of Americans think that MAGA hat-wearing Trump supporters are walking the streets looking for Asian Americans.

00:43:41.000 And in fact, the opposite is the truth.

00:43:43.000 Email us your questions, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:43:46.000 In fact, we got a really good email over the weekend that I want to talk about.

00:43:50.000 We really focus on education on this program.

00:43:52.000 Education comes from the Latin word to lead forth.

00:43:55.000 Turning point USA, we're on thousands of campuses across the country, and we're on top of critical race theory, what your children are learning, the importance of being involved.

00:44:04.000 So I got a really interesting email from a listener, Esther, and she emailed us at freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:44:11.000 And she sent a couple pictures of the textbooks that your children are learning from.

00:44:17.000 And for every parent out there, please read through your children's textbooks.

00:44:23.000 It's imperative.

00:44:23.000 That's the very least you should be doing.

00:44:26.000 And kudos to this mother, Esther, who did just that.

00:44:30.000 And so this textbook, to an untrained eye, seems to be somewhat neutral.

00:44:37.000 And this is about American history.

00:44:38.000 It says, quote, nowhere in the Constitution can one find the word slave or slavery.

00:44:44.000 To some, the failure of the Constitution to address the question of slavery was a great betrayal of the promise of the Declaration of Independence, and, quote, that all men are created equal.

00:44:54.000 For the Constitution to be silent on the subject of slavery and thereby to allow that odious practice to continue was to convert by implication the wording of the Declaration that all white men are created equal. 0.85

00:45:03.000 What an amazing lie.

00:45:07.000 This was written by an academic that has a pathological obsession with making your children hate the country because, of course, if you go into the U.S. Constitution, Article 1, Section 9 of the Constitution, it stated that Congress, after 20 years, could prohibit the importation of new persons or slaves into the jurisdiction of the United States.

00:45:28.000 So it didn't use the word slaves.

00:45:29.000 It said persons.

00:45:31.000 And Thomas Jefferson, being the third American president, used that clause to his advantage to stopping the new slave trade into the United States, fulfilling the promise of the Declaration of Independence.

00:45:45.000 You see, but to an untrained eye, you read this textbook and you're like, I guess you're right.

00:45:49.000 Slave and slavery, nowhere to be found.

00:45:51.000 We must have had some sort of terrible founding father group.

00:45:56.000 And it's actually the opposite.

00:46:00.000 Where James Madison, the architect of the American Constitution, wrestled with how we are going to get rid of slavery, not if we were going to get rid of slavery.

00:46:08.000 And in fact, the fact that slavery was never explicitly mentioned was a win for the abolitionists.

00:46:16.000 That it wasn't actually defended was a win.

00:46:20.000 So it's the opposite of what this textbook is saying to our children.

00:46:25.000 The textbook continues to say, and it just saddens me that parents are allowing this to happen.

00:46:30.000 Please get involved.

00:46:31.000 And I'm getting more and more optimistic because more parents are standing up.

00:46:36.000 It says, quote, it is easy to accuse the signers of the Declaration of Independence and Constitution of hypocrisy.

00:46:41.000 They knew of slavery.

00:46:42.000 Many of them owned slaves, and yet they were silent.

00:46:45.000 That's not true.

00:46:47.000 Thomas Jefferson argued for slave abolition in the Virginia House of Commons.

00:46:51.000 Thomas Jefferson, in the original draft of the Declaration of Independence, in his own handwriting, blamed King George for bringing slaves into slavery into the United States and said that slavery was an unspeakable sin.

00:47:03.000 Pathological lie that they're teaching our children.

00:47:05.000 And this is just, by the way, this is considered a middle-of-the-road textbook.

00:47:10.000 But most parents read this.

00:47:11.000 They're like, yeah, it's probably right.

00:47:12.000 Know the history.

00:47:14.000 Continues by saying, indeed, British opponents of the independence movement took special delight in taunting the colonists about their complaints of, quote, being enslaved to the British Empire while ignoring the slavery in their very midst.

00:47:28.000 The founding fathers never ignored slavery in their own midst.

00:47:32.000 Do you know that Vermont abolished slavery in 1777?

00:47:36.000 Nowhere in this textbook that this hero mother, Esther, sent to me, and she deserves credit because I wish that if there were millions of mothers like Esther, the country would be saved.

00:47:46.000 So she sent me this long email.

00:47:47.000 How do I respond to this?

00:47:51.000 How much do you know about the Northwest Ordinance?

00:47:55.000 So the Northwest Territories, the capital of the Northwest Territory, anyone?

00:47:59.000 War in Ohio.

00:48:01.000 Not much happens in war in Ohio anymore, but I love Ohio.

00:48:04.000 The Northwest Territories were the first sovereign piece of land ever established where slavery was outlawed.

00:48:13.000 New territory, no slaves.

00:48:15.000 Who signed that?

00:48:16.000 George Washington did.

00:48:19.000 That would probably be important to what this textbook says as the motives of the framers.

00:48:26.000 Do they even mention in this textbook that your children are learning from that George Washington, the first president, the American founder, the hero of our nation, he said no slaves in the Northwest Territories.

00:48:36.000 If the founders were so pro-slavery, why didn't they advocate for slavery in the new territories?

00:48:44.000 Because they knew it was wrong and they were trying to decouple themselves from it.

00:48:49.000 But what about the Three-Fifths Compromise?

00:48:51.000 What about all these terrible deals?

00:48:53.000 Well, I'm going to get into that in the next segment because there's actually some very rich history there that almost everyone talking about this in school is missing.

00:49:03.000 I'm reading this textbook that your children are learning from, American Government Institutions and Policies by James Q. Wilson from UCLA and Pepperdine. 0.97

00:49:12.000 Pepperdine is usually a pretty decent place, so I don't know what this guy is doing signing off on this because associating Pepperdine with this pile of garbage is unacceptable.

00:49:22.000 And then John D. Du Ilio, it's an Italian name, probably butchered that pronunciation from University of Pennsylvania.

00:49:32.000 Plenty of Marxists there.

00:49:34.000 But I read this and I think to myself, what an unbelievable disservice we are doing to our children.

00:49:41.000 And why we have allowed this to happen is just beyond me.

00:49:44.000 And I'm reading the biographies of these authors here.

00:49:49.000 James Q. Wilson teaches at Pepperdine, which again is usually a pretty decent place.

00:49:53.000 It's somewhat pro freedom.

00:49:58.000 I'm reading his biography here.

00:50:02.000 You got the Presidential Medal of Freedom from George Bush.

00:50:06.000 And so he seems to not be a Marxist.

00:50:09.000 And then there's John J. How do you pronounce this?

00:50:15.000 Deliliot, whatever.

00:50:17.000 He's Princeton guy, completely gone.

00:50:21.000 So apparently they were supposed to have this textbook written by this bipartisan group.

00:50:27.000 And so I read, just read this one sentence here.

00:50:30.000 First of all, it talks about what is a democracy.

00:50:32.000 We're not a democracy.

00:50:33.000 It doesn't talk about a republic anywhere in the first chapter of this textbook that your children are learning from.

00:50:39.000 And any school district that are buying these textbooks is doing an absolute fraud on their children.

00:50:46.000 Most parents don't.

00:50:48.000 It's so funny.

00:50:48.000 I was at an event in Dallas this last weekend.

00:50:51.000 And I asked the group, I said, can anyone tell me who your school board members are?

00:50:54.000 Not one hand goes up.

00:50:54.000 It was all about local involvement.

00:50:56.000 He said, come on, guys.

00:50:57.000 This is where it's really happening.

00:50:59.000 So let me just read this one part of here.

00:51:02.000 It talks about what a democracy is.

00:51:04.000 And of course, we're not a democracy.

00:51:05.000 We're a constitutional republic.

00:51:07.000 It doesn't talk about the consent of the governed or anything.

00:51:10.000 And so, this is so amazing when you think about this.

00:51:13.000 This is written allegedly to teach our children about the Constitution.

00:51:16.000 If you had been alive in 1787, you might have wondered what was going on in Philadelphia.

00:51:21.000 A small group of men, and in parentheses, all white, were meeting to discuss how the country should be run.

00:51:27.000 Okay.

00:51:28.000 Now, they're trying to frame this as a gathering of white supremacists.

00:51:35.000 Not men who were trying to create the American trinity of in God We Trust, E pluribus Unum, and Liberty.

00:51:45.000 What I would give to have Hillsdale College edit this textbook.

00:51:50.000 You want to talk about how you destroy a nation?

00:51:53.000 You have millions of people read this textbook.

00:51:59.000 It is a complete and total misrepresentation of our country.

00:52:04.000 It actually says here, literally, the Constitution and democracy on page 27.

00:52:09.000 That's what the chapter is called.

00:52:11.000 Those are two contradictory terms.

00:52:14.000 We're not a democracy.

00:52:16.000 We are a republic, a representative republic.

00:52:21.000 There's a big difference between a republic and a democracy.

00:52:24.000 In a democracy, you can vote your rights away.

00:52:26.000 A republic, those rights are protected by the very compact, the Constitution, that recognizes natural rights given to you by your creator.

00:52:35.000 Your right to life, your right to consciousness, your right to property, own property and sell property, your right to speech.

00:52:41.000 But if you don't know any better, you think that we're a democracy.

00:52:48.000 Absolutely. 0.95

00:52:51.000 Disgusting what these children have to learn. 0.91

00:52:54.000 That's a deeper podcast for a different time.

00:52:56.000 If that is of interest to you, you can email us your questions: freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:53:01.000 Please read your children's textbooks.

00:53:03.000 Happy to go through them as we continue in our pursuit of exposing what's happening.

00:53:10.000 But I wanted to get back to another part that I was making about that. 0.74

00:53:13.000 So we're teaching our children that the founding fathers were all a bunch of bitter racists.

00:53:18.000 Well, what about the Northwest Ordinance?

00:53:20.000 The Northwest Ordinance, which established the Northwest Territories, which is now modern-day Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota, the capital of it was Warren, Ohio.

00:53:29.000 They made the proclamation of no slavery in the Northwest Territories.

00:53:34.000 Did you know that the first ever Congress that gathered in 1787 affirmed the Northwest Ordinance?

00:53:43.000 That our own Congress, as one of their first acts, said we are going to support the abolition of slavery in new territories.

00:53:52.000 That's a big deal.

00:53:54.000 That was the first movement of sovereign government rejecting human beings owning other human beings.

00:54:02.000 That is not a small move.

00:54:06.000 And yet, if you were to read these textbooks or listen to our leaders, it's as if every single person that lived in the 1780s during the ratification of the Constitution and during the passage of the Northwest Ordinance, all of them were slave defenders and apologists.

00:54:23.000 And in fact, it was the opposite.

00:54:24.000 In fact, America was on the trajectory to abolish slavery.

00:54:30.000 James Madison, John Adams, these are ideas they wrestled with.

00:54:33.000 And some of them did own slaves, like Thomas Jefferson.

00:54:37.000 But his actions in stopping the import of new slaves into our country, inspiring the abolition of slavery in 1777 in Vermont, far outweighed his own personal contradiction.

00:54:56.000 And it's even worse, by the way.

00:54:59.000 It's even worse than what I'm saying.

00:55:00.000 And producer Andrews has sent us a note.

00:55:03.000 It's worse than what I said.

00:55:05.000 They're basically saying that in the textbook, since all white people wrote the Constitution, it's tainted.

00:55:12.000 In other words, it's no longer valid.

00:55:16.000 It's an abomination.

00:55:19.000 Let's get to some sound here of what's happening in the world.

00:55:21.000 I just wanted to thank again Esther for sending that in.

00:55:26.000 I'm going to read this textbook over the next couple of days.

00:55:28.000 I'm going to do an entire podcast.

00:55:30.000 So make sure you subscribe to the Charlie Kirk Show podcast on Apple Podcast or Spotify, deconstructing this textbook.

00:55:37.000 So I'm being told by other people, this is not just, this is the crown jewel.

00:55:43.000 This is the top level.

00:55:46.000 This is a five-star textbook written by James Q. Wilson and John J. Dudulio Jr.

00:55:53.000 Apologies if I mispronounce it.

00:55:55.000 Published by Houghton Mifflin Company in Boston and New York.

00:56:02.000 So I want to get to some sound here.

00:56:03.000 Let's get to some news of the day of what's happening here in the country.

00:56:08.000 I want to go to Jen Saki.

00:56:11.000 Oh, yeah.

00:56:12.000 Joe Biden falling down.

00:56:13.000 There's actually some interesting history behind presidents getting sick. 0.99

00:56:16.000 Do you know that we probably have already had a female president?

00:56:20.000 See, what are you talking about?

00:56:21.000 When Woodrow Wilson, one of America's worst presidents, a bigot and a racist, a college professor who gave us the income tax, the Federal Reserve Act, and also got rid of state electors of senators, direct election of senators, he went on a whistle-stop tour across the country, ignored his doctor's advice, and fell very ill.

00:56:43.000 And his wife actually took command of the Oval Office.

00:56:46.000 It's just a fun little historical nugget.

00:56:48.000 Reminds me of what's happening right now because instead of Jill Biden running the country, Edith Wilson was her name. 0.98

00:56:54.000 We're going to have Kamala Harris and Valerie Jarrett run the country.

00:56:59.000 Jen Saki refusing to answer whether or not Joe Biden saw a doctor after falling on the stairs three times while trying to climb up.

00:57:08.000 Now, let me just be clear.

00:57:09.000 I've fallen down before.

00:57:10.000 Everyone has.

00:57:11.000 I don't actually usually find delight in my opponent's blunders.

00:57:17.000 I don't.

00:57:18.000 It's a cheap shot.

00:57:20.000 However, how unfair they were to Donald Trump for walking slower than usual down a ramp at West Point and drinking a thing of water and saying that he was mentally incapacitated.

00:57:31.000 This is fair game.

00:57:32.000 Play tape of Jen Sak before she says circle back. 0.70

00:57:36.000 Did he see a doctor?

00:57:37.000 Did he have to see a doctor over it?

00:57:40.000 I'm not aware of that being required.

00:57:41.000 There's, of course, a doctor who travels with the president, any president of the United States, but I'm not aware of it needing actual extensive medical attention.

00:57:50.000 Okay, great.

00:57:51.000 And then on the border, of course, was it no?

00:57:54.000 Was it no?

00:57:55.000 Well, I'm not trying to be, there's a doctor who travels with him.

00:57:58.000 He was walking around, as you all saw, by the end of the day.

00:58:01.000 So I'm just trying to be completely transparent.

00:58:04.000 He's absolutely fine, as he was on Friday, was this weekend.

00:58:07.000 He spent the weekend at Camp David.

00:58:09.000 You're the opposite of transparent, first of all.

00:58:11.000 You're the least transparent administration I have seen, still early on.

00:58:16.000 Jensaki has an amazing ability to answer zero questions with an amazing amount of words.

00:58:23.000 She said nothing there.

00:58:24.000 There was absolutely nothing she said.

00:58:26.000 We didn't get an answer.

00:58:27.000 We didn't get clarity.

00:58:28.000 We're more confused after that question.

00:58:31.000 The American people don't just deserve better than this, but this should bother a lot of people.

00:58:37.000 And that just goes to show how we were manipulated and how our election was interfered with.

00:58:43.000 How the most powerful people colluded their power, their resources to elect this man who is not even in control of the country.

00:58:52.000 And we all know that, and we should be unafraid to say that.

00:58:54.000 The problem is that this band of college professors are going to take over whenever Joe Biden is suddenly deemed unfit to lead.

00:59:05.000 Jensaki also had some things to say about The southern border.

00:59:12.000 Cut 16 of Gensaki saying that children presenting at our border who are fleeing violence, it's not a crisis.

00:59:17.000 Cut 16.

00:59:19.000 Children presenting at our border who are fleeing violence, who are fleeing prosecution, who are fleeing terrible situations, is not a crisis.

00:59:29.000 We feel that it is our responsibility to humanely approach this circumstance and make sure they are treated and put in conditions that are safe.

00:59:41.000 I will say that these photos show what we've long been saying, which is that these border patrol facilities are not places made for children.

00:59:52.000 They are not places that we want children to be staying for an extended period of time.

00:59:56.000 Our alternative is to send children back on this treacherous journey.

01:00:00.000 That is not, in our view, the right choice to make.

01:00:04.000 See, that's a false choice.

01:00:06.000 As if the only thing we can do is send these people, like, oh, sorry, you got to walk back. 0.98

01:00:14.000 No, you can go call Honduras and say, hey, Honduras, we're going to put a 20% tariff on any good that you sell in America unless you start running up, running 747s, and we're going to fill them with these people and we're going to send them back. 0.99

01:00:28.000 Thanks for playing. 1.00

01:00:30.000 As if the only other option is to send them into the desert with no water.

01:00:33.000 It's a false choice.

01:00:34.000 It's a typical leftist argument.

01:00:36.000 And also, these are not children, Gensaki.

01:00:39.000 There are some children there.

01:00:41.000 But you look at the pictures of some of these people.

01:00:43.000 These are 15, 16, and 17-year-old young men, some of whom might be cartel members or influenced by the cartel.

01:00:51.000 You look at them, they are built.

01:00:54.000 They are not exactly little children that were crawling through the desert and they somehow stumbled upon the Rio Grande Valley.

01:01:04.000 In fact, if you look at the statistics, well, I think I'm reading this correctly.

01:01:11.000 What a strange graph this is.

01:01:13.000 I think 50% or so are 50%.

01:01:18.000 Okay, that's right.

01:01:19.000 Okay.

01:01:19.000 50% of all the people coming on the border are 15 years or older, and they're 60% male.

01:01:29.000 Those are not children.

01:01:31.000 Those are soon-to-be adults.

01:01:34.000 I want to read a story here from our website, charliekirk.com, which should be your homepage, which is some news that was made over the last week, or this last weekend, which is that President Trump might be creating his own social platform.

01:01:51.000 That's right.

01:01:52.000 Of course, Donald Trump has been kicked off of all social media.

01:01:55.000 And I think we have the tape here of Jason Miller saying this.

01:01:58.000 Do we have it?

01:01:58.000 Maybe.

01:01:59.000 Yeah, I think we do.

01:01:59.000 It's cut three.

01:02:01.000 I'm reading from charliekirk.com where you guys can get the inside information.

01:02:04.000 Let me just say, I've been hearing from a lot of people within Trump circles that there's a very exciting announcement coming, play tape.

01:02:11.000 But I do think that we're going to see President Trump returning to social media in probably about two or three months here with his own platform.

01:02:19.000 And this is something that I think will be the hottest ticket in social media.

01:02:22.000 It's going to completely redefine the game, and everybody is going to be waiting and watching to see what exactly President Trump does, but it will be his own platform.

01:02:31.000 And CharlieKirk.com have additional information about that, so make sure you check it out.

01:02:39.000 We're getting a lot of emails here at freedom at charliekirk.com about Charlie, what is the path forward for conservatives in this moment?

01:02:52.000 And half of precinctions in this country are vacant.

01:02:57.000 So become a precinct committee person.

01:02:58.000 Get involved in local government, school board races, and state board races.

01:03:03.000 But most importantly, do not accept the mentality that we have lost and do not allow the left to dictate our terms of engagement.

01:03:13.000 And that's exactly what we are doing every single day on this program, where we are reaching millions and millions and millions of people every day on broadcast, on radio, on podcasts, on Instagram, social media.

01:03:25.000 And that's what we must do.

01:03:26.000 We must stay focused on our end objective.

01:03:29.000 We must stay optimistic.

01:03:31.000 And I understand that it's easy to get down with what's happening in our country right now.

01:03:35.000 I understand that people want to give up, but that's what they're counting on.

01:03:42.000 They are counting on us surrendering, throwing up our hands and saying, we have lost.

01:03:49.000 I truly believe that the Democrats and the left, they are going to mess this up so terribly that people are going to say, bring back the Republicans, bring back conservatives.

01:04:02.000 And if we do not give up, and if we do not give in, we are going to have another chance to save this republic.

01:04:09.000 And that will be a republic, hopefully, that is governed by Republicans that are not bought by the Chamber of Commerce, that do not believe in open borders, that care about strong, flourishing families, that want to increase and boost church attendance, that want to defend religious liberty.
