00:04:46.000And they have a set of demands, including divesting from Boeing, divesting from any company that has any connection whatsoever to Israel.
00:04:55.000And they say they're not going to leave until their demands are met.
00:05:00.000And, you know, when you walk around this autonomous zone, you should understand you don't have any free speech rights because you're not supposed to talk to any members of the media.
00:05:08.000They have media liaisons who are apparently quote unquote trained to talk to people like us.
00:05:14.000And if they spot any quote unquote Zionists, really what they mean is Jews, what they do is they try to block you from filming.
00:05:24.000And right now, they're, to your point, they're attempting to stop Charlie from being able to speak.
00:05:29.000And they do so in the most ironic of ways because they're saying that in order to protect their free speech rights on campus, they have to censor Charlie because his speech, I guess, endangers the community.
00:05:40.000They don't actually say how, but I suppose it's being exposed to viewpoints that maybe they don't like.
00:05:47.000And so, Jason, you, you, I mean, that's well said.
00:05:51.000And I want to get into how idiotic that rationale is.
00:05:55.000But, you know, I'm told that Antifa up in the Northwest, I mean, it's probably in the Northwest, Antifa, these groups are probably the most active of anywhere in the country, perhaps.
00:06:47.000Charlie scheduled this months ago before the encampment movement even started.
00:06:52.000So let me just get their rationale straight.
00:06:54.000They've illegally set up camp and they're squatting at UW right now in the middle of the quad, which people don't appreciate just how beautiful the quad is.
00:07:04.000They've literally chosen the most beautiful piece of land at the University of Washington.
00:07:08.000It's famous, cherry trees, cherry blossoms in the spring.
00:07:13.000One might say they're occupying the land.
00:08:05.000So they have chosen, under the feckless leadership of the president of the University of Washington, her name is Anna Marie Kelsey.
00:08:12.000She has allowed them to continue with this.
00:08:14.000And they're not going to get involved, according to a memo that I saw, a statement in a memo, at least.
00:08:20.000They're not going to get involved until there's some sort of life-threatening emergency.
00:08:23.000So, in other words, they're waiting for a Jew to get attacked on campus before they actually do their job.
00:08:28.000But in the past, you had affirmative action bake sales put on by college Republican groups.
00:08:33.000And not only did the president of the school just rail against that particular activism, she put out statements, it got media coverage, she made a big deal about it.
00:08:43.000For this, she's staying quiet, either because she's terrified of the small group of recalcitrant activists who are anti-Semitic, or she agrees with them.
00:08:53.000It doesn't really matter to me at the end of the day because the same end result is a reality, which is you are allowing this hate to fester, and it's only going to get worse.
00:09:03.000They're already harassing people, they're already breaking the law even beyond the encampments, and the school is saying nothing.
00:09:10.000You've even got professors who are participating in this, who are pushing these students on, egging them on, giving them material support.
00:09:18.000And I found my way onto a listserv for professors over at the University of Washington, and they are just as insane as the students at this encampment.
00:09:28.000And, you know, my time at UW, I know it sounds crazy now, but I felt like the professors were completely reasonable in my day.
00:09:37.000I don't really, I mean, I'm sure they were there.
00:09:48.000It's a beautiful campus, beautiful city.
00:09:50.000I just, you know, the whole city, the whole Northwest seems to have gotten so radicalized in the last, you know, 15 years, maybe 10 years specifically.
00:09:58.000But this is the irony of it all: they're impressing their will upon the administration, the administration's feckless.
00:10:05.000And you mentioned this double standard.
00:11:06.000I just, I can't get over just how insane all this is.
00:11:10.000But Jason, again, you are, you are, go ahead if you want to comment.
00:11:13.000Well, I was going to say, you know, I just love the idea of speech being violence to these folks while they say they're not anti-Semitic whilst calling for the end of Israel.
00:11:29.000Don't mind that it means that we want the Muslim people to inhabit from the river to the sea and to abolish Israel.
00:11:38.000And frankly, we're watching, you know, Biden is speaking at a Holocaust memorial event right now, or maybe he just rapped.
00:11:46.000But we've seen how this issue uniquely paralyzes the left because there's the donor class and then there's the far left base that Joe Biden's trying to quell.

00:14:21.000I can disagree politically or ideologically with Joe Biden while also acknowledging that how he started his response and support for Israel was the right move.
00:14:31.000And it was the move, it would have been the move that Donald Trump would have taken if he was in this position, just as far as a rhetoric perspective.
00:14:38.000But clearly, he's looked at the polling indicating that amongst younger voters, progressive base, they're not happy with him.
00:15:34.000Why doesn't he speak directly to them?
00:15:36.000Why doesn't he tell Corey Bush and Jamal Bowman and Pramila Jayapal that their anti-Semitism is not welcome within the Democrat Party?
00:15:44.000I seem to recall that when you've got a Republican lawmaker who is either flirting with white supremacy kind of rhetoric or even like retweeting something, there's an immediate call to condemn that person.
00:16:10.000And I think that, you know, you combine that with the fact that he's easing sanctions on Iranian oil sales and, you know, sending $9 billion to Hamas.
00:16:20.000You know, all this stuff is going to be used to fund terrorism.
00:16:23.000So you're, you're, with the one hand, you're saying my relationship with Israel and commitment to its security and the Jewish people is ironclad.
00:16:29.000And with the other hand, you're funding the very enemies that want to annihilate Israel and the Jewish people.
00:16:36.000But this same sort of feckless back and forth is also what's enabling what's going on in Seattle right now with Charlie and this event.
00:16:43.000I mean, these protesters really do have the power in a city like Seattle.
00:16:49.000You know this city better than just about anybody else, Jason.
00:16:53.000How do you see this playing out today with Charlie?
00:16:58.000Look, I mean, unfortunately, my guess is that it's going to get very contentious.
00:17:02.000I don't know if I would expect any kind of violence tonight.
00:17:06.000I think that you're going to see the Antifa crowd and those who are generally within that world make a showing.
00:17:13.000I imagine that the UW is going to be working with Seattle Police Department along with their own police department, making sure that they're well staffed so that they can get in the way and maybe serve as a disincentive.
00:17:24.000But there's certainly going to be some kind of presence from folks on the radical left.
00:17:32.000And perhaps there's going to be an even larger presence from folks on the right, either those who go to the school and are comfortable actually acknowledging that they're a conservative or people in the community showing up for support to say that, hey, we outnumber the crazies here.
00:17:45.000Even conservatives on this campus will outnumber the radical Antifa members.
00:17:50.000There are more progressives there, there's no doubt.
00:17:52.000But I think that you've got the radicals that are smaller but louder.
00:17:55.000Yeah, Jason, just to your point, we've experienced a massive outpouring of support, both from our student body and our student members, as well as the community.

00:23:00.000Now, first, we had this anti-Semitism Awareness Act, and now you're hearing from the president, the occupant of the Oval, as I prefer to call him, saying that there's no space for hate speech.
00:23:19.000The First Amendment covers all speech.
00:23:23.000And we are very clear on that on this show that we support all speech being protected by the Constitution, the First Amendment of the Constitution.
00:23:43.000But in this speech, Joe Biden is also threatening universities, telling them to crack down on anti-Semitism, or they might be violating civil rights law.
00:24:06.000Even if we oppose anti-Semitism, even if we find it gross and vile, we don't want people arrested for speaking.
00:24:15.000We want them arrested for rioting, for trespassing, for assault, for violence, for blocking speakers like Charlie Kirk from even speaking on campus.
00:24:25.000Those are things that we should be arresting people for, not speech.
00:24:29.000But what this underscores is that Joe Biden is in a really, really bad spot.
00:24:36.000On the one hand, the donor class, most Democrat leaders in Congress, they support Israel and they oppose anti-Semitism.
00:24:46.000But for the first time in American history, there is a real Democrat caucus and constituency that is severely anti-Israel.
00:24:56.000Not to mention the Democrat base, the activist base that Democrats rely on for canvassing and getting out the vote, for harvesting ballots, many times illegally, I'm sure.
00:25:09.000It's that 20-something radical is so aggressively anti-Israel that Joe Biden is caught between Iraq and a hard place.
00:25:20.000He's got the establishment of his party that wants him to do one thing.
00:25:22.000He's got the activist base that wants him to do the exact opposite.
00:25:27.000The activists are demanding divestment, sanctions, and a lot more.
00:25:30.000You heard about in Seattle that they want the university to end its ties with Boeing.
00:25:37.000Boeing is one of the anchors of that city.
00:25:40.000It's fallen on much harder times recently.
00:25:43.000But Boeing is considered part of the establishment, the military-industrial complex, and they want the university to cut ties with that.
00:26:34.000It appeared that they had agreed to a ceasefire, that Hamas had agreed to a ceasefire, but it was on terms that Israel had not proposed.
00:26:42.000So it was a fake ceasefire with the apparent objective of just making Israel look like the bad guys for not accepting a peace deal, a ceasefire deal.
00:26:53.000And for a lot of people, it will work.
00:26:56.000Those activists in Seattle right now on college campus, they certainly are going to be taking Hamas's side.
00:27:03.000See, look at Hamas offered a ceasefire deal.
00:27:06.000And Israel obviously tried to correct the record and said, we did not agree to any of these terms.
00:27:16.000But what's happening behind the scenes is you have Joe Biden out in front saying ironclad commitment to the security of Israel and the Jewish people.
00:27:24.000Behind the scenes, you have the Biden administration exerting tremendous amount of force on Israel, working with Iran proxies and Hamas and the UN to push them into a ceasefire deal.
00:27:37.000So, again, on the one hand, you have one action.
00:27:40.000On the other, you have the exact opposite.
00:27:43.000And then things happened last night that are a terrifying precursor of the Joe Biden campaign.
00:27:50.000Anti-Israel activists brigaded all around New York City and disrupted the Met Gala.
00:27:57.000Go ahead and show some of that B-roll, guys.
00:28:02.000So you have the Super Bowl of fashion, as they say.
00:28:05.000It's just a snobby, elitist event held every year where everybody dresses in couture, which is just custom-made fashion outfits, apparently.
00:28:21.000It's not something you want your kids watching.
00:28:23.000Apparently, fashion nowadays just means you don't wear clothes.
00:28:28.000But these activists tore down barricades that were blocking them from Fifth Avenue near the Met Gala, and they completely swarmed the police presence there, broke down the barricades, and flew in.
00:28:40.000So you have millionaires and billionaires having this great time in their fashion ensembles.
00:28:48.000And then outside on the streets, you have the Democrat activist base completely saying, We're not going to have this.
00:29:15.000And so what the Democrats are trying to do is they're trying to appease their donor base and their establishment, but they're also trying to send mixed signals to the world so that these uncommitted voters in Michigan and these protesters that you see storming the police presence in New York have something to hang their hat on, and they don't completely abandon the Biden-Democrat coalition that got them into the White House in 2020.
00:29:41.000But this, people, this is this, we just sit back and enjoy the snake eating itself here.
00:29:49.000This has a let me paint this as clearly as I can.
00:29:53.000This protest movement that they are feeding, that they are appeasing, that they are pandering to, they're refusing to shut down, this is a real potential to rip apart the Democrat hardcore base.
00:30:08.000Put it this way: if this war in Gaza drops Joe Biden's turnout by about 1%, 1%, that could be the whole election right there.
00:30:19.000It only takes a small minority to completely fracture the Democrat coalition.
00:30:35.000But the last thing we want him to do is to go at the Holocaust Memorial Museum and say, I'm anti-hate speech and anti-Semitism is a violation of civil rights law.
00:30:45.000That is a terrible result for the country.
00:30:48.000That is a trampling of the First Amendment.
00:30:54.000The Anti-Semitism Awareness Act was awful.
00:30:58.000We covered it extensively on the show, but it had broad bipartisan support despite the fact that so many voices on social media were fighting against it.
00:31:07.000I think Charlie had a tweet that did like 9 million impressions and another one that did about 4 million impressions.
00:31:13.000That's two tweets, 13 million impressions between two tweets.
00:31:17.000The people are completely awake to what's going on.
00:31:21.000But Joe Biden is going to get cornered.
00:31:23.000He's going to get backed into a corner politically and he's going to make a terrible decision for the country.
00:31:28.000That's usually what ends up happening.
00:31:30.000But liberal Jews are abandoning the Democrat Party.
00:32:19.000They know that 90% of permanent change comes from the mind, and they work on eliminating the reason you gain this weight in the first place.
