00:03:04.000 All right, everybody.

00:03:05.000 Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:03:06.000 Andrew Colvet in for the one and only Charlie Kirk, who, as he mentioned yesterday, is on his way to Seattle.

00:03:13.000 He is going to speaking there tonight.

00:03:16.000 And predictably, all hell is breaking loose.

00:03:20.000 And I wanted to get right into it because it is a breaking story.

00:03:24.000 Lots of incoming on it right now.

00:03:26.000 Yes, we do have President Biden speaking right now at Holocaust Memorial event.

00:03:30.000 We're going to play some of those clips later.

00:03:32.000 If any of it's intelligible, I promise we will give you the update.

00:03:36.000 Without further ado, though, I want to bring in Jason.

00:03:38.000 Jason Rance, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:03:41.000 Honored to have you.

00:03:42.000 Jason, you are the host of the Jason Rance Show, and you've also got your new book, What's Killing America?

00:03:48.000 Really important book that actually ties into everything that we're talking about today.

00:03:52.000 Jason, welcome to the show.

00:03:53.000 Yeah, thank you so much for having me.

00:03:54.000 I appreciate it.

00:03:55.000 Yeah.

00:03:56.000 All right.

00:03:56.000 So, Jason, for those in our audience that maybe aren't aware, you're based in Seattle.

00:04:01.000 You're in the belly of the beast.

00:04:03.000 I actually used to live in Seattle once upon a time.

00:04:06.000 So I know a thing or two about the city, but frankly, it's changed a lot since I was there.

00:04:11.000 University of Washington, where I went, my alma mater, has changed a lot since I was there.

00:04:16.000 Charlie's obviously speaking there today, or at least we hope.

00:04:20.000 Tell us what's going on on the ground.

00:04:22.000 There's an encampment at the university.

00:04:25.000 Give us some of the backstory here.

00:04:26.000 Get us up to speed.

00:04:28.000 Yeah, so we have a new autonomous zone.

00:04:29.000 It's called the Liberated Zone at the University of Washington.

00:04:33.000 It's taken over the quad, it's taken over a pretty significant chunk of the school.

00:04:38.000 You have now a little over 150 tents that have been set up by various students, but also very clearly some outsiders who don't go to UW.

00:04:46.000 And they have a set of demands, including divesting from Boeing, divesting from any company that has any connection whatsoever to Israel.

00:04:55.000 And they say they're not going to leave until their demands are met.

00:05:00.000 And, you know, when you walk around this autonomous zone, you should understand you don't have any free speech rights because you're not supposed to talk to any members of the media.

00:05:08.000 They have media liaisons who are apparently quote unquote trained to talk to people like us.

00:05:14.000 And if they spot any quote unquote Zionists, really what they mean is Jews, what they do is they try to block you from filming. 1.00

00:05:20.000 They try to intimidate you. 0.95

00:05:22.000 They stalk and harass you.

00:05:24.000 And right now, they're, to your point, they're attempting to stop Charlie from being able to speak.

00:05:29.000 And they do so in the most ironic of ways because they're saying that in order to protect their free speech rights on campus, they have to censor Charlie because his speech, I guess, endangers the community.

00:05:40.000 They don't actually say how, but I suppose it's being exposed to viewpoints that maybe they don't like.

00:05:47.000 And so, Jason, you, you, I mean, that's well said.

00:05:47.000 Yeah.

00:05:51.000 And I want to get into how idiotic that rationale is. 0.95

00:05:55.000 But, you know, I'm told that Antifa up in the Northwest, I mean, it's probably in the Northwest, Antifa, these groups are probably the most active of anywhere in the country, perhaps. 0.96

00:06:05.000 And you have a piece here.

00:06:07.000 It's My Northwest, says Jason Rance.

00:06:11.000 UW Seattle activists say their First Amendment rights threatened by speaker they don't like.

00:06:16.000 And of course, that speaker is Charlie.

00:06:18.000 So, and I'm told, by the way, Jason, that Antifa hawks everything you say and do up there.

00:06:26.000 I mean, you are basically somebody that they probably check your work every morning just to get the lay of the land, right?

00:06:32.000 So they're very aware that we're aware.

00:06:36.000 And there's a lot of stuff.

00:06:38.000 There's a lot of things that are going on behind the scenes.

00:06:40.000 There's negotiations with PD, Campus PD, the administration on both sides.

00:06:46.000 We had this event.

00:06:47.000 Charlie scheduled this months ago before the encampment movement even started.

00:06:52.000 So let me just get their rationale straight.

00:06:54.000 They've illegally set up camp and they're squatting at UW right now in the middle of the quad, which people don't appreciate just how beautiful the quad is.

00:07:04.000 They've literally chosen the most beautiful piece of land at the University of Washington.

00:07:08.000 It's famous, cherry trees, cherry blossoms in the spring.

00:07:13.000 One might say they're occupying the land. 0.94

00:07:15.000 They're occupying the land. 0.94

00:07:17.000 Yes.

00:07:17.000 And it's, I mean, but it is absolutely beautiful.

00:07:20.000 And they probably hate it, right?

00:07:21.000 Because all the architecture was designed by like old white men that are dead now, right? 1.00

00:07:25.000 And maybe some Jewish men.

00:07:26.000 I'm not sure.

00:07:28.000 That would really get them.

00:07:29.000 But they're illegally occupying.

00:07:31.000 They're making demands.

00:07:32.000 They're creating chaos, disruption on the campus, and nobody wants them there.

00:07:37.000 The administration is trying to get them to leave.

00:07:40.000 They won't leave.

00:07:41.000 So I'm assuming they're at least an annoyance, but they're pandering to them.

00:07:46.000 Is that really what's happening?

00:07:47.000 100%.

00:07:48.000 I mean, let's be clear.

00:07:50.000 They are allowing it from the administrative level.

00:07:52.000 They are allowing the students and outside agitators setting up a camp.

00:07:57.000 They knew that it was going to be set up.

00:07:59.000 It only had eight tents on day one.

00:08:01.000 Then it had 10, then it had 20.

00:08:03.000 And now it has over 150.

00:08:05.000 So they have chosen, under the feckless leadership of the president of the University of Washington, her name is Anna Marie Kelsey.

00:08:12.000 She has allowed them to continue with this.

00:08:14.000 And they're not going to get involved, according to a memo that I saw, a statement in a memo, at least.

00:08:20.000 They're not going to get involved until there's some sort of life-threatening emergency.

00:08:23.000 So, in other words, they're waiting for a Jew to get attacked on campus before they actually do their job. 0.93

00:08:28.000 But in the past, you had affirmative action bake sales put on by college Republican groups.

00:08:33.000 And not only did the president of the school just rail against that particular activism, she put out statements, it got media coverage, she made a big deal about it.

00:08:43.000 For this, she's staying quiet, either because she's terrified of the small group of recalcitrant activists who are anti-Semitic, or she agrees with them.

00:08:53.000 It doesn't really matter to me at the end of the day because the same end result is a reality, which is you are allowing this hate to fester, and it's only going to get worse.

00:09:03.000 They're already harassing people, they're already breaking the law even beyond the encampments, and the school is saying nothing.

00:09:10.000 You've even got professors who are participating in this, who are pushing these students on, egging them on, giving them material support.

00:09:18.000 Of course.

00:09:18.000 And I found my way onto a listserv for professors over at the University of Washington, and they are just as insane as the students at this encampment.

00:09:28.000 And, you know, my time at UW, I know it sounds crazy now, but I felt like the professors were completely reasonable in my day.

00:09:37.000 I don't really, I mean, I'm sure they were there.

00:09:39.000 I'm sure the radicals were all over.

00:09:40.000 Maybe they just hadn't emerged yet or gotten the confidence to basically be their true selves and show their true ideology.

00:09:47.000 I had a great time at UW.

00:09:48.000 It's a beautiful campus, beautiful city.

00:09:50.000 I just, you know, the whole city, the whole Northwest seems to have gotten so radicalized in the last, you know, 15 years, maybe 10 years specifically.

00:09:58.000 But this is the irony of it all: they're impressing their will upon the administration, the administration's feckless.

00:10:05.000 And you mentioned this double standard.

00:10:06.000 We see it at Ole Miss, right?

00:10:07.000 You've got protesters and illegal encampments down there.

00:10:11.000 And guess what? 0.70

00:10:12.000 It's all about the white kid that might have said something untoward, might have said something gross, right? 0.97

00:10:16.000 Okay, fine.

00:10:18.000 But that's where they launched the probe. 0.94

00:10:19.000 The probe is going to be launched against the frat kid who did something rude to a black lady.

00:10:26.000 Same thing with ASU and Turning Point USA.

00:10:28.000 The administration puts out statements over the weekend if something happens in interaction with Turning Point reporters.

00:10:36.000 But meanwhile, they have protest after protest.

00:10:40.000 And guess what?

00:10:41.000 There's no statements.

00:10:42.000 There's no rush to judgment.

00:10:44.000 Everybody's given the benefit of the doubt.

00:10:46.000 Same thing here.

00:10:47.000 These students are occupying public property.

00:10:51.000 They won't leave.

00:10:52.000 And now it's the conservative kids' fault that's coming in.

00:10:55.000 And the only weapon Charlie is bringing with him is a pocket constitution.

00:10:59.000 Literally, that's about all you could say he's bringing with him.

00:11:02.000 And his words.

00:11:03.000 And somehow, speech is violence.

00:11:06.000 I just, I can't get over just how insane all this is.

00:11:10.000 But Jason, again, you are, you are, go ahead if you want to comment.

00:11:13.000 Well, I was going to say, you know, I just love the idea of speech being violence to these folks while they say they're not anti-Semitic whilst calling for the end of Israel.

00:11:23.000 That's not at all violence.

00:11:25.000 No, that's their whole thing.

00:11:27.000 Oh, it's just a chant.

00:11:28.000 It's just a slogan. 0.99

00:11:29.000 Don't mind that it means that we want the Muslim people to inhabit from the river to the sea and to abolish Israel. 1.00

00:11:38.000 And frankly, we're watching, you know, Biden is speaking at a Holocaust memorial event right now, or maybe he just rapped.

00:11:46.000 But we've seen how this issue uniquely paralyzes the left because there's the donor class and then there's the far left base that Joe Biden's trying to quell.

00:11:59.000 Hey, everybody, I want to tell you about this amazing company, Legacy Box.

00:12:13.000 I've used it and I've loved it.

00:12:14.000 And in fact, I'm so glad that we've used it because a friend of mine and co-worker's entire house burnt down and they lost all of their family memories.

00:12:22.000 Another friend of mine moved recently, has come here to work for Turning Point USA, lost all the family memories in the move.

00:12:28.000 Just don't know what happened to it.

00:12:29.000 Just stuff got lost, stuff got tossed, moving too fast.

00:12:32.000 Why don't you digitize your family memories?

00:12:35.000 Do you know that over 1.5 million families have trusted Legacy Box of their memories?

00:13:17.000 That is legacybox.com slash Kirk.

00:13:22.000 Jewish students blocked, harassed, attacked by walking to class.

00:13:29.000 Anti-Semitism. 0.99

00:13:31.000 Anti-Semitic posters, slogans calling for the annihilation of Israel.

00:13:38.000 Jason, let's give Biden a little bit of, I don't know, I guess it's good, right?

00:13:44.000 He's addressing this a little bit late, a little bit, you know, feckless.

00:13:48.000 In many ways, he's inspired a lot of this just by his lack of leadership on this.

00:13:54.000 And it feels like he can't pick away, but at least he's speaking out this morning.

00:13:58.000 I mean, I'll probably get hate in our inbox for this, but at some level, it's a good thing that both political parties, at least still to this day, who knows how much longer, will at least say they stand by Israel and they're against anti-Semitism.

00:14:11.000 What's your reaction to what Joe Biden's doing this morning?

00:14:14.000 Yeah, I mean, I'll say this.

00:14:15.000 I thought at the start, Joe Biden was strong on this issue.

00:14:19.000 He was clearly standing with Israel.

00:14:21.000 I can disagree politically or ideologically with Joe Biden while also acknowledging that how he started his response and support for Israel was the right move.

00:14:31.000 And it was the move, it would have been the move that Donald Trump would have taken if he was in this position, just as far as a rhetoric perspective.

00:14:38.000 But clearly, he's looked at the polling indicating that amongst younger voters, progressive base, they're not happy with him.

00:14:43.000 And so he has waffled.

00:14:45.000 He has kind of turned on Israel in certain respect, going after Netanyahu the way that they are.

00:14:51.000 This report claiming that they're withholding ammunition in the middle of this war while also asking for billions of dollars for Ukraine.

00:14:59.000 I mean, that is not the move of someone who was a friend of Israel, nor a friend of American Jews.

00:15:06.000 You know, do I give him credit for saying what he just said in that clip?

00:15:10.000 I mean, I guess he's talking at a Holocaust museum, right?

00:15:13.000 I'm not going to pretend that he was going to come in there guns ablaze and going after Israel.

00:15:18.000 But what really matters is what he says after this when he is talking to reporters, if he ever actually talks to them.

00:15:24.000 What is his message to the people who are there, the base of the Democrat Party, and frankly, the squad members within the party?

00:15:33.000 What's his message to them?

00:15:34.000 Why doesn't he speak directly to them?

00:15:36.000 Why doesn't he tell Corey Bush and Jamal Bowman and Pramila Jayapal that their anti-Semitism is not welcome within the Democrat Party?

00:15:44.000 I seem to recall that when you've got a Republican lawmaker who is either flirting with white supremacy kind of rhetoric or even like retweeting something, there's an immediate call to condemn that person.

00:15:59.000 And I agree.

00:15:59.000 I think that we should be condemning that kind of stuff very quickly, very easily.

00:16:03.000 But we don't get that same response from folks on the left.

00:16:06.000 They seem to be okay with all of this.

00:16:09.000 Well, exactly.

00:16:10.000 And I think that, you know, you combine that with the fact that he's easing sanctions on Iranian oil sales and, you know, sending $9 billion to Hamas.

00:16:20.000 You know, all this stuff is going to be used to fund terrorism.

00:16:23.000 So you're, you're, with the one hand, you're saying my relationship with Israel and commitment to its security and the Jewish people is ironclad.

00:16:29.000 And with the other hand, you're funding the very enemies that want to annihilate Israel and the Jewish people.

00:16:36.000 But this same sort of feckless back and forth is also what's enabling what's going on in Seattle right now with Charlie and this event.

00:16:43.000 I mean, these protesters really do have the power in a city like Seattle.

00:16:48.000 You know this administration.

00:16:49.000 You know this city better than just about anybody else, Jason.

00:16:53.000 How do you see this playing out today with Charlie?

00:16:58.000 Look, I mean, unfortunately, my guess is that it's going to get very contentious.

00:17:02.000 I don't know if I would expect any kind of violence tonight.

00:17:06.000 I think that you're going to see the Antifa crowd and those who are generally within that world make a showing.

00:17:13.000 I imagine that the UW is going to be working with Seattle Police Department along with their own police department, making sure that they're well staffed so that they can get in the way and maybe serve as a disincentive.

00:17:24.000 But there's certainly going to be some kind of presence from folks on the radical left.

00:17:32.000 And perhaps there's going to be an even larger presence from folks on the right, either those who go to the school and are comfortable actually acknowledging that they're a conservative or people in the community showing up for support to say that, hey, we outnumber the crazies here.

00:17:45.000 Even conservatives on this campus will outnumber the radical Antifa members.

00:17:50.000 There are more progressives there, there's no doubt.

00:17:52.000 But I think that you've got the radicals that are smaller but louder.

00:17:55.000 Yeah, Jason, just to your point, we've experienced a massive outpouring of support, both from our student body and our student members, as well as the community.

00:18:03.000 I mean, there's a ton of people.

00:18:05.000 Once you get outside the core of Seattle into those, you know, just north of town, I mean, there's a lot of military presence.

00:18:11.000 There's a lot of conservatives in and around Seattle.

00:18:15.000 And I have a feeling a lot of them are going to come out.

00:18:18.000 Jason, I want to plug your book really quick, What's Killing America?

00:18:22.000 There's a sale going on on Amazon right now.

00:18:24.000 Jason, this is all about what's happening to our cities.

00:18:28.000 And you know the insides of these blue cities as well as anybody in the country.

00:18:32.000 And this is a roadmap for how they're destroying city by city.

00:18:36.000 And I recommend everybody go pick up a copy.

00:18:39.000 Jason, thank you for joining us.

00:18:41.000 It's been a pleasure.

00:18:45.000 All right.

00:18:45.000 I need to tell you guys about Strong Cell.

00:18:48.000 It's amazing.

00:18:49.000 With nearly a million units bought by you, it is more clear than ever that Strong Cell works.

00:19:12.000 If you're tired of feeling tired, struggling with memory, or constantly getting sick, then you have to give Strong Cell a try.

00:19:20.000 I love this product because it has NAD.

00:19:22.000 By the way, fact check me on this.

00:19:23.000 Go do your own research on NADH, especially if it's mixed with CoQ10 and marine collagen.

00:19:29.000 Strong Cell uses a proprietary delivery of NADH to make sure it goes straight to your cells, to help your mitochondria.

00:19:42.000 The amount of people that use Strong Cell now, thanks to us, is remarkable.

00:19:45.000 Over 1 million units sold.

00:19:50.000 Check it out.

00:19:51.000 Fact check me.

00:19:52.000 Oh, Charlie's just selling me a product.

00:19:53.000 Okay.

00:19:54.000 Maybe you don't want more mental acuity.

00:19:55.000 People say, Charlie, how do you do what you do?

00:19:57.000 Maybe it's the NAD that I take.

00:19:59.000 It's changed the lives of many Kirk listeners.

00:20:26.000 And don't forget to use special discount code Charlie at checkout to get a special 20% off just for Kirk listeners.

00:20:32.000 Strongsell.com forward slash Charlie.

00:20:36.000 Check it out right now.

00:20:40.000 I want to show these images of what we're up against.

00:20:43.000 I mean, it's really something else.

00:20:44.000 Go ahead and throw up 58 really quick.

00:20:47.000 So it says fascist alert. 1.00

00:20:48.000 Charlie Kirk is a Zionist, white supremacist, fascist, and Christian nationalist. 1.00

00:20:53.000 Just throwing out all the isss. 1.00

00:20:55.000 He's been invited to speak at the University of Washington.

00:20:59.000 Gather your friends to disrupt, opposed, and reject white supremacy, Zionism, and Christian nationalism.

00:21:05.000 Black block encouraged traveling groups.

00:21:09.000 We keep us safe. 0.96

00:21:11.000 Fascist alert.

00:21:13.000 So, and it's got a picture of Charlie's face on it.

00:21:15.000 It's very, you know, all red.

00:21:17.000 It looks, it kind of looks like that extreme MAGA speech that Joe Biden gave.

00:21:21.000 Same coloring.

00:21:23.000 So this is kind of what we're up against.

00:21:25.000 We're going to see what happens.

00:21:26.000 And really, it underscores a much bigger phenomenon that's happening right now.

00:21:31.000 And we played a couple of those clips from Joe Biden speaking.

00:21:35.000 We played one of them.

00:21:36.000 I actually want to play another one of them.

00:21:39.000 This seems to be the crux of it.

00:21:41.000 All right.

00:21:41.000 So, yes, it's good that Joe Biden's speaking at the Holocaust Memorial and he's sort of making a stand.

00:21:49.000 Okay, fine.

00:21:50.000 At least he's paying lip service.

00:21:52.000 Let's get into the crux, though, of why this might be a really bad thing.

00:21:57.000 Cut 64.

00:21:59.000 I understand people have strong beliefs and deep convictions about the world.

00:22:04.000 In America, we respect and protect the fundamental right to free speech, to debate and disagree, to protest peacefully, and make our voices heard.

00:22:18.000 I understand that's America.

00:22:21.000 But there is no place on any campus in America, any place in America, for anti-Semitism or hate speech or threats of violence of any kind.

00:22:31.000 All right, so it gets a big standing ovation applause line.

00:22:34.000 There's no, there's no, but listen to exactly what he just said: there's no space for hate speech on college campuses.

00:22:43.000 So we can find what these protesters are doing to be reprehensible. 1.00

00:22:48.000 It's awful, it's vile, it's evil, dumb. 0.99

00:22:53.000 But that's a whole different thing than to say there's no place for hate speech on campus. 0.99

00:22:57.000 That's when I start getting suspicious.

00:23:00.000 Now, first, we had this anti-Semitism Awareness Act, and now you're hearing from the president, the occupant of the Oval, as I prefer to call him, saying that there's no space for hate speech.

00:23:13.000 Now, what is hate speech?

00:23:15.000 It's actually not a thing.

00:23:17.000 It's not legally a thing.

00:23:19.000 The First Amendment covers all speech.

00:23:23.000 And we are very clear on that on this show that we support all speech being protected by the Constitution, the First Amendment of the Constitution.

00:23:32.000 So watch that space.

00:23:33.000 See what happens there.

00:23:35.000 Now, we oppose anti-Semitism.

00:23:38.000 It's clearly rising right now.

00:23:40.000 There's no doubt about it.

00:23:43.000 But in this speech, Joe Biden is also threatening universities, telling them to crack down on anti-Semitism, or they might be violating civil rights law.

00:23:52.000 That's not good.

00:23:54.000 That's kind of scary.

00:23:56.000 Something we talk about on the show all the time is how civil rights law is used to justify sweeping crackdowns on speech.

00:24:04.000 That's bad.

00:24:06.000 Even if we oppose anti-Semitism, even if we find it gross and vile, we don't want people arrested for speaking.

00:24:15.000 We want them arrested for rioting, for trespassing, for assault, for violence, for blocking speakers like Charlie Kirk from even speaking on campus.

00:24:25.000 Those are things that we should be arresting people for, not speech.

00:24:29.000 But what this underscores is that Joe Biden is in a really, really bad spot.

00:24:36.000 On the one hand, the donor class, most Democrat leaders in Congress, they support Israel and they oppose anti-Semitism.

00:24:46.000 But for the first time in American history, there is a real Democrat caucus and constituency that is severely anti-Israel.

00:24:56.000 Not to mention the Democrat base, the activist base that Democrats rely on for canvassing and getting out the vote, for harvesting ballots, many times illegally, I'm sure.

00:25:09.000 It's that 20-something radical is so aggressively anti-Israel that Joe Biden is caught between Iraq and a hard place.

00:25:20.000 He's got the establishment of his party that wants him to do one thing.

00:25:22.000 He's got the activist base that wants him to do the exact opposite.

00:25:27.000 The activists are demanding divestment, sanctions, and a lot more.

00:25:30.000 You heard about in Seattle that they want the university to end its ties with Boeing.

00:25:37.000 Boeing is one of the anchors of that city.

00:25:40.000 It's fallen on much harder times recently.

00:25:43.000 But Boeing is considered part of the establishment, the military-industrial complex, and they want the university to cut ties with that.

00:25:51.000 Herein lies the dilemma.

00:25:54.000 Because these activists, they're threatening to sit out the rest of 2024 and vote third party or not vote at all.

00:26:02.000 And they're certainly not willing to help Joe Biden get out the vote.

00:26:05.000 This is the most active, loud, engaged part of what once was the Democrat coalition.

00:26:15.000 And meanwhile, you have this war in Gaza that's raging.

00:26:19.000 And it shows no signs of ending anytime soon.

00:26:22.000 Just hours ago, Israel apparently began operations against Rafa.

00:26:26.000 And that is the last major city in Gaza still held by Hamas in the South.

00:26:30.000 It's the last stronghold.

00:26:32.000 And yesterday was very confusing.

00:26:34.000 It appeared that they had agreed to a ceasefire, that Hamas had agreed to a ceasefire, but it was on terms that Israel had not proposed.

00:26:42.000 So it was a fake ceasefire with the apparent objective of just making Israel look like the bad guys for not accepting a peace deal, a ceasefire deal.

00:26:53.000 And for a lot of people, it will work.

00:26:56.000 Those activists in Seattle right now on college campus, they certainly are going to be taking Hamas's side. 0.98

00:27:03.000 See, look at Hamas offered a ceasefire deal.

00:27:06.000 And Israel obviously tried to correct the record and said, we did not agree to any of these terms.

00:27:14.000 You can't just have it one way.

00:27:16.000 But what's happening behind the scenes is you have Joe Biden out in front saying ironclad commitment to the security of Israel and the Jewish people.

00:27:24.000 Behind the scenes, you have the Biden administration exerting tremendous amount of force on Israel, working with Iran proxies and Hamas and the UN to push them into a ceasefire deal.

00:27:37.000 So, again, on the one hand, you have one action.

00:27:40.000 On the other, you have the exact opposite.

00:27:43.000 And then things happened last night that are a terrifying precursor of the Joe Biden campaign.

00:27:50.000 Anti-Israel activists brigaded all around New York City and disrupted the Met Gala.

00:27:57.000 Go ahead and show some of that B-roll, guys.

00:27:59.000 I think it's 66.

00:28:02.000 So you have the Super Bowl of fashion, as they say.

00:28:05.000 It's just a snobby, elitist event held every year where everybody dresses in couture, which is just custom-made fashion outfits, apparently.

00:28:17.000 Half the women are completely naked. 0.99

00:28:21.000 It's not something you want your kids watching. 1.00

00:28:23.000 Apparently, fashion nowadays just means you don't wear clothes.

00:28:28.000 But these activists tore down barricades that were blocking them from Fifth Avenue near the Met Gala, and they completely swarmed the police presence there, broke down the barricades, and flew in.

00:28:40.000 So you have millionaires and billionaires having this great time in their fashion ensembles.

00:28:48.000 And then outside on the streets, you have the Democrat activist base completely saying, We're not going to have this.

00:28:53.000 We're not going to put up with this.

00:28:55.000 And so the Biden world doesn't really know what to do.

00:28:58.000 Polls show that most Americans support Israel.

00:29:02.000 But ironically, it's not a dominant issue.

00:29:06.000 That's immigration. 0.53

00:29:07.000 That's the economy.

00:29:08.000 It's crime.

00:29:10.000 The border and the economy are the most important.

00:29:12.000 It's clear.

00:29:13.000 Every single poll shows that.

00:29:15.000 And so what the Democrats are trying to do is they're trying to appease their donor base and their establishment, but they're also trying to send mixed signals to the world so that these uncommitted voters in Michigan and these protesters that you see storming the police presence in New York have something to hang their hat on, and they don't completely abandon the Biden-Democrat coalition that got them into the White House in 2020.

00:29:41.000 But this, people, this is this, we just sit back and enjoy the snake eating itself here.

00:29:49.000 This has a let me paint this as clearly as I can.

00:29:53.000 This protest movement that they are feeding, that they are appeasing, that they are pandering to, they're refusing to shut down, this is a real potential to rip apart the Democrat hardcore base.

00:30:08.000 Put it this way: if this war in Gaza drops Joe Biden's turnout by about 1%, 1%, that could be the whole election right there.

00:30:19.000 It only takes a small minority to completely fracture the Democrat coalition.

00:30:25.000 The margins are that narrow.

00:30:28.000 So Joe Biden is running completely scared.

00:30:33.000 And they don't know what to do.

00:30:35.000 But the last thing we want him to do is to go at the Holocaust Memorial Museum and say, I'm anti-hate speech and anti-Semitism is a violation of civil rights law.

00:30:45.000 That is a terrible result for the country.

00:30:48.000 That is a trampling of the First Amendment.

00:30:51.000 And we are headed that way quick.

00:30:54.000 The Anti-Semitism Awareness Act was awful.

00:30:58.000 We covered it extensively on the show, but it had broad bipartisan support despite the fact that so many voices on social media were fighting against it.

00:31:07.000 I think Charlie had a tweet that did like 9 million impressions and another one that did about 4 million impressions.

00:31:13.000 That's two tweets, 13 million impressions between two tweets.

00:31:17.000 The people are completely awake to what's going on.

00:31:21.000 But Joe Biden is going to get cornered.

00:31:23.000 He's going to get backed into a corner politically and he's going to make a terrible decision for the country.

00:31:28.000 That's usually what ends up happening.

00:31:30.000 But liberal Jews are abandoning the Democrat Party.

00:31:35.000 And he knows this.

00:31:37.000 Alan Dershowitz is one of them.

00:31:40.000 He's losing credibility with the Jewish community.

00:31:43.000 And you, I mean, the Jewish community has a tremendous amount of influence, both at funding these universities within media.

00:31:52.000 It's got to be careful.

00:31:54.000 We'll see what happens in the next few days, but this is not voting very well for Joe Biden.

00:32:02.000 Are you ready to lose weight, but not sure where to start?

00:32:04.000 I understand.

00:32:04.000 I was right where you are two years ago.

00:32:06.000 Let me tell you why I chose the PhD weight loss and nutrition program.

00:32:09.000 First, Dr. Ashley Lucas has her PhD in chronic disease and sports nutrition.

00:32:13.000 Her program is based on years of research and is science-based.

00:32:16.000 Second, the PhD program starts nutrition.

00:32:18.000 There's so much more.

00:32:19.000 They know that 90% of permanent change comes from the mind, and they work on eliminating the reason you gain this weight in the first place.

00:32:25.000 There's no shortcuts, pills, or injections, just solid science-based nutrition and behavior change.

00:32:29.000 And finally, probably most importantly, I lost 30 pounds.

00:32:32.000 Look, they're amazing.

00:32:33.000 If you want to lose weight, you've got to go to myphdweightloss.com.

00:32:42.000 Go online at myphdweightloss.com.

00:32:44.000 Do what I did and what hundreds of my listeners have done and call today, 864-644-1900.

00:32:50.000 I recommend their program.

00:32:51.000 Dr. Ashley Lucas has her PhD in chronic disease and sports nutrition.

00:32:55.000 Her program is based on years of research and is science-based.

00:32:58.000 Second, the PhD program starts nutrition, but it's so much more.

00:33:01.000 Go to myphdweightloss.com, myphdweightloss.com, call 864-644-1900.

00:33:08.000 I lost over 30 pounds.

00:33:09.000 Dr. Ashley Lucas, great American.

00:33:10.000 Check it out.

00:33:11.000 Myphdweightloss.com.

00:33:15.000 There is, and we haven't touched it this hour.

00:33:17.000 Stormy Daniels testifying this morning.

00:33:19.000 It's not going well.

00:33:20.000 It's not going well at all.

00:33:22.000 This is such a disaster of a case.

00:33:24.000 Play Cut 68.

00:33:25.000 Jurors, Casey?

00:33:26.000 Just one thing that I've been sort of noticing as this has gone on is that there have been a couple times where she seems to be cracking a joke, trying to get a reaction from the jury.

00:33:34.000 And our reporters in the room have noted that the jury hasn't seemed to respond to their own.

00:33:38.000 No, they're taking their job seriously.

00:33:39.000 I mean, what do you make of that?

00:33:41.000 Humor is risky in the courtroom, especially if you go in with lines.

00:33:45.000 Like it looks like Stormy.

00:33:47.000 If something happens spontaneously, if an easel falls over, people will laugh.

00:33:51.000 They're human.

00:33:51.000 But it's never going to work if you go in there like, I'm going to amuse the jury.

00:33:55.000 I'm going to sort of say this clever thing.

00:33:59.000 So the porn star, Stormy Daniels, has been brought out in front of court, not because she has any particular relevance to the case.

00:34:10.000 That point has been made time and time again by legal scholars.

00:34:15.000 Not that she knows anything about the dealings.

00:34:18.000 I mean, because remember, this is about who paid what for whom and this kind of thing.

00:34:22.000 Stormy has no idea who arranged what.

00:34:26.000 By the way, there was testimony yesterday that said that Trump did not direct how to account for the payment to Michael Cohen.

00:34:35.000 So the case should be basically closed on that.

00:34:39.000 But Stormy Daniels is brought out to embarrass President Trump. 1.00

00:34:44.000 That's her one job.

00:34:46.000 Apparently, there were references to condoms by the prosecuting attorneys because they want this to be as salacious as possible.

00:34:55.000 This is a PR campaign against President Trump.

00:34:59.000 It's as simple as that. 1.00

00:35:01.000 But she goes up there and she tries to crack jokes. 0.99

00:35:04.000 She's trying to be funny, and they're not having it. 0.98

00:35:07.000 So imagine that a porn star just, you know, totally blowing it in court. 1.00

00:35:11.000 Let's go ahead and play Cut 69.

00:35:13.000 This is Mayor Eric Adams getting asked about, you know, is Rikers Island prepared if Trump has to go to jail?

00:35:21.000 Play Cut 69.

00:35:23.000 They were talking about how he might end up in jail if he continues to violate these court orders.

00:35:28.000 Is Rikers prepared for that?

00:35:30.000 Have you guys had those discussions yet?

00:35:33.000 And if so, what would anything look like?

00:35:35.000 The um, our amazing commissioner, um, she is prepared for whatever comes on Rikers Island.

00:35:45.000 I'm pretty sure she would be prepared to manage and deal with uh the situation as you see what's happening with Harvey Weinstein.

00:35:52.000 Uh, we have to adjust, you know, in this business, particularly around law enforcement, we have to adjust whatever comes our way.

00:35:59.000 But you know, we don't want to deal with a hypothetical, uh, but uh, they're professionals, they'll be ready.

00:36:04.000 Yes, you're actually hearing a mayor, a mayor of a major U.S. city talk about: are they prepared to put a former president, a leader of the free world, in Rikers Island for violating an unconstitutional gag order?

00:36:19.000 That's the state.

00:36:20.000 Like, can you step back for just one second and appreciate the moment that we are in, the absolute banana republic insanity of the moment that we are in? 0.78

00:36:30.000 And also, what does Harvey Weinstein have to do with President Trump?

00:36:33.000 Did you notice that part of the clip?

00:36:35.000 I this is it's not only a former president, by the way.

00:36:41.000 One of our producers made a keen observation in our chat.

00:36:44.000 This is a leading opposition candidate for the presidency of the United States.

00:36:48.000 He's up in the polls, and New York is prepared to throw him in jail for violating an unconstitutional gag order.

00:36:55.000 Meanwhile, they're traipsing around a porn star on the stand.

00:37:00.000 Like, take a second and just appreciate the timeline that we are all living through.
