00:02:43.000 He could have done it, but he didn't.

00:06:29.000 Well, we're Sanctuary City because we want the illegal alien or the migrant community, the migrant community to feel welcome and reassured that as a victim and witness of a crime, they can come to us, report as a victim witness of a crime without fearing that we're working with ICE. That is just a bunch of crap because a victim and witness of a crime does not want the bad guy back in the neighborhood either. 0.72

00:19:50.000 Reviews proposed regulations ensuring that they align with President Trump's goal.
