00:00:20.000So while I was planning the rally for the president in Phoenix, Arizona, with over 3,000 students, I was still watching this story because I was so bothered when I saw this guy named Bubba Wallace.
00:00:35.000Look, I didn't know Bubble Wallace up until a couple weeks ago.
00:00:38.000I have a lot of respect for people in NASCAR.
00:00:43.000I have a lot of friends in NASCAR, but NASCAR is not exactly my favorite activity in the world.
00:00:51.000Everyone has their own preferences, and that's fine.
00:00:54.000So when Bubba Wallace, who I'd never heard of before, he said, I found a noose in my garage.
00:00:59.000And the team at the Charlie Kirk show, we have a text message to prove it.
00:01:03.000They will tell you, I said, this is a hoax 100%.
00:01:06.000Like, there's no way that what is being accused is that someone came in during this time of heightened racial tensions and put in a noose.
00:01:15.000So on Monday, it was reported the FBI was investigating the discovery of a noose found in the Talladega Super Speedway garage of Bubba Wallace.
00:01:24.000Now, mind you, he's NASCAR's only black driver.
00:01:28.000He walks around with his Black Lives Matter shirt.
00:01:33.000And he was the big voice to try to ban the Confederate flags.
00:01:38.000Again, I'm not a huge Confederate flag advocate.
00:01:41.000I'm not someone that would ever associate with a Confederate flag.
00:01:45.000However, I think that when people have Confederate flags, it's less in defense of what the Confederacy stood for and more about Southern pride and a culture that is uniquely Southern within the United States of America.
00:01:58.000So I do not support the forcible removal of Confederate flags.
00:02:03.000But on the morning of Talladega, one of NASCAR's biggest races of the entire season, Bubba Wallace said he found a noose in his garage.
00:02:12.000Now, mind you, because of the Chinese coronavirus, fans were not granted access to the infield or the restricted area of the Cup Series garage.
00:02:21.000So under strict new health guidelines, a very limited number of people can access the garage where the cars are kept.
00:02:27.000That would include crew members for each of the 40 teams, which are NASCAR employees.
00:02:34.000Talladega staff members and any contracted safety crews or security guards were only people that had access to it.
00:02:40.000So you're dealing with a limited population as it is.
00:02:42.000Now, of course, the response to when he said he found the noose, it was so quick and overwhelming and reactionary.
00:02:48.000As soon as I was watching it, I said, there's no way this is true.
00:02:51.000It's just, first of all, it's hard to get restricted access into any sort of individual's private locker.
00:03:00.000Second of all, during this time in our country, it would just be so illogical and improbable that someone would do this, especially to NASCAR's only black driver.
00:03:11.000And so Jeff Gordon, who called it a cowardly act, NASCAR driver Michael McDowell said, God help us.
00:03:18.000The level of evil it takes to do something like this is disgusting.
00:03:21.000This is enraging and heartbreaking all at the same time.
00:03:23.000Alabama Governor Kay Ivey said she was shocked and appalled by this vile act.
00:03:27.000She fell for the hoax, as did many other conservatives.
00:03:31.000I didn't, and I have the text messages to prove it.
00:03:34.000I only wish I would have gone public with it, but I didn't because I said, I don't know.
00:03:38.000I don't want to have to deal with the hysteria of that and the backtrack and this and that.
00:03:42.000The vindication, by the way, would be nowhere even close to the canceling that I would have experienced if I would have done what I believed was a conjecture at the time.
00:03:52.000Because I did it on just a little bit of gut instinct, but it turned out to be true.
00:03:57.000And of course, LeBron James, who we have cataloged plenty of times on this show, who's a total fool, he said this, sickening.
00:04:02.000Bubba Wallace, my brother, no, you don't stand alone.
00:04:05.000I'm right here with you as well, as every other athlete is.
00:04:07.000I just want to continue to say how proud I am for you to continue to stand and take a change here in America and in sports.
00:04:12.000And the future ex-senator of Alabama, Doug Jones, who is also a fool and very lucky he ran up against who he ran up against.
00:06:23.000I mean, we can't get 15 FBI agents to go find out who's burning down American cities or to go arrest the domestic terrorists all across the country.
00:06:33.000Well, as the Associated Press reported, U.S. Attorney Jay Town, an FBI special agent in charge, Johnny Sharp Jr., said its investigation determined: quote, although the noose is now known to have been in the garage number four in 2019, no one could have known Mr. Wallace would be assigned to Garage 4 last week.
00:07:18.000And they determined that no federal crime was committed.
00:07:21.000The statement said the garage stall was assigned to Wallace last week in advance of the race scheduled for Sunday, but held on Monday because of rain.
00:07:28.000So through video, though, it confirmed by NASCAR, it was discovered that the thing that looked like the noose was there since October 2019.
00:07:36.000And I just want to point out, and I've said this previously, I'm going to say it again.
00:07:41.000Why is it that the FBI was so aggressive on this?
00:08:06.000Now, I understand Bubba Wallace is not very intelligent.
00:08:09.000I understand he's a total and complete fool.
00:08:12.000But for him to double down and repeat this, maybe not, maybe Bubba Wallace can be like, wow, that looks like a noose.
00:08:17.000Instead of making a media sensation around this, where everyone takes a lap with Bubba Wallace and they get the entire news cycle around it, maybe Bubba Wallace should have been like, huh, maybe it's a garage door opener.
00:08:35.000But again, even now, you have the media covering for it.
00:08:40.000I mean, there was a New York Times article that basically was like the complicated story about Bubba Wallace's discovery.
00:08:45.000Like, it's really not that complicated.
00:08:48.000You have a foolish, emotive, pathological individual, Bubba Wallace, who, again, he's not that smart, so you can't give him that hard of a time.
00:10:11.000I actually got evidence of what was hanging in my garage over my car around my picker guys to confirm that it was a noose and never seen anything like it.
00:10:22.000It's not something I talked to my crew chief about.
00:10:25.000I said, is this something like I wanted to make sure we weren't jumping the gun?
00:11:52.000Maybe it was used for something else, like opening and closing a garage.
00:11:57.000Now, Al Sharpton, the charlatan, Sharpton, the Charlatan, he said that racism warrants further investigations because we have so much racism, we must continue to investigate play tape.
00:12:12.000So, Reverend Sharpton, what Bubba Wallace is referring to there is that other reports that that was actually a door pull for the garage, the way to close the door when it's up and bring it down.
00:12:23.000But the FBI, as Bubba Wallace said right there, again and again referred to it as a noose.
00:12:28.000We should take it as good news that someone didn't place it into his stall specifically as the only full-time black driver in NASCAR who pushed to have those Confederate flags removed from NASCAR events.
00:12:39.000And NASCAR did take that step last week.
00:12:42.000But it does appear there was a noose, as the FBI is calling it, placed in that garage last fall.
00:13:11.000And I think to go whether or not they knew that sooner or later the one black driver would use that stall really doesn't answer why it was in the stall at all.
00:13:23.000And then did someone know that it was in the stall when they did belatedly assign Bubba there?
00:13:29.000So I don't think this answers a lot of questions.
00:13:32.000And clearly from what we just saw of Bubba Wallace, it does not seem he, who is the victim and possible target in this matter, seems to be satisfied with this.
00:13:42.000I do not think that we've seen closure in this particular inquiry.
00:14:13.000Do you remember the voter registration booth that got ran over in Florida because they were registering Republicans for the Florida Republican Party?
00:14:20.000Do you remember the 14-year-old boy on the school bus that got viciously beat up for wearing a MAGA hat?
00:14:24.000Or the 15-year-old boy who was violently attacked at a New Hampshire voter registration booth for supporting Trump?
00:14:30.000It was an Antifa member who beat him, by the way.
00:14:32.000Or how about Andy No, who's a gay Asian journalist who got beat in the street.
00:14:38.000Antifa still prowls the streets to this day to commit terror.
00:14:41.000By the way, did one of those Antifa people, did they commit the murder in chaos?
00:14:45.000We don't know because we have no idea who did any of it.
00:14:49.000What about the Covington Catholic kids who were framed and then set them up brutally to get attacked online?
00:14:54.000By the way, go listen to our sister episode of ALX.
00:14:57.000He reminded me that there were blue check verified people on Twitter that showed the Covington kids being killed and they kept their accounts.
00:15:07.000How about Candace Owens and I getting stormed out of a restaurant because we support the president?

00:15:17.000How about our Turning Point USA chapter leader at Tulane University, whose dormitory was firebombed?
00:15:22.000How about our Turning Point USA chapter in Park City, Utah, where over 18 kids were hospitalized because a leftist came in with bear spray?
00:15:30.000You probably didn't hear that story in your local news media, did you?
00:15:33.000Where Turning Point USA kids are getting punched in the face.
00:15:35.000Their dormitories are getting firebombed.
00:15:37.000And yet our kids continue to press on.
00:15:40.000We're not like the fool, Bubba, and Jussie Smollett, Bubba Smollett, where they're trying to create fake hate crimes so they can get attention.
00:16:34.000The only reason they would do this is if they want to divide America racially so that they could win politically.
00:16:41.000If you fake hate crimes, that is one of the most disgusting things that you can do.
00:16:49.000And the fact that we do not hold these people accountable is unbelievably disturbing.
00:16:55.000Now, in breaking news today, Jussie Smollett, the failed actor turned failed fake hate crime practitioner, the two Nigerian brothers that Jussie Smollett hired to pull off the fake hate crime, they're now turning on him.
00:17:10.000Now, here's just some good words to the wise.
00:17:15.000If you're going to fake a hate crime and accuse two white people wearing MAGA hats in negative 10-degree weather on the coldest day in Chicago in February, do not hire Nigerian brothers.
00:17:44.000And what's really sick and sad is that there are real hate crimes out there, legitimate ones.
00:17:48.000And the more fake hate crimes there are, the less likely we're able to actually find the ones that are legitimate and hold people accountable that do those unspeakable acts of evil.
00:17:59.000Getting in shape does not have to be about losing a specific amount of weight or a magic number on the scale.
00:18:04.000It's about building healthier habits and feeling better about yourself.

00:20:36.000You have Carly Fiorina, which I just want to talk about this one.
00:20:39.000Carly Fiorina is someone that I knew quite well.
00:20:43.000I considered her a friend, and I spent time with her back in the summer of 2015, 2016, 2017.
00:20:50.000And she was never a fan of Donald Trump's, and that's fine, whatever.
00:20:55.000And Donald Trump wins the presidency, and now she has endorsed Joe Biden.1.00
00:20:59.000And so Carly Fiorina is either a liar or she's changed her entire perspective, and now she hates America.0.73
00:21:07.000So she told me back when I knew Carly Fiorina back many years ago, I haven't talked to her in quite some time, and she spoke at Turning Point USA events.
00:21:15.000She spoke at Turning Point USA events.
00:23:11.000But those who are polled on Trump's handling of the economy remains a bright spot for the president.
00:23:16.00056% of those in Battleground States approve of the economic policies, of handling the protests against police brutality and racial justice.
00:23:22.000Only 31% believe they handle them well.
00:23:24.000And it just shows how sinister the media has been.
00:23:28.00055% of the Battleground State voters say they believe the federal government should be working to limit the spread of the coronavirus, the Chinese coronavirus, even if it hurts the economy.
00:23:35.000Only 35% said the federal government needs to restart the economy.
00:23:39.000The Times national poll has Biden ahead by 14 points, 50 to 36%, and his margins have widened amid the virus.
00:23:46.000Now, again, this is just, it's a temperature check.

00:27:06.000Now, as an inverse to that, and I've talked about this on a previous episode of the Charlie Kirk show, I don't see the enthusiasm for Joe Biden.
00:27:13.000If you look at the underpolling of this, there's not enthusiasm for Biden.
00:27:16.000So to try to make up for that, they just want people to stay at home.
00:27:20.000I had another friend who went to Portland over the weekend.
00:27:22.000He saw Black Lives Matter pro-Marxist anti-American signs in nearly every single window.
00:28:04.000They have great leadership and they're going to figure it all out.
00:28:06.000But just from a broader perspective, put your mind at ease.
00:28:09.000Early August, they should say by August 1st, we want Biden's favorables to go down by five points, and we want to be within four points in the moving averages.
00:28:18.000And if you keep that trend going, right now the trend is bad.
00:28:20.000So you have to draw the line in the sand and get the trends going in the right direction.
00:28:24.000So look, I saw this video of Joe Biden.
00:28:27.000He was hosting a rally, which composed of four people, and it was a great attendance for him.
00:28:33.000It was really good to see Joe Biden back in front of big crowds.
00:28:36.000It was probably double the size of his last crowd, too.
00:29:30.000This is a referendum on a singular president.
00:29:33.000And it's a very important point to make.
00:29:35.000The media doesn't want a real campaign to exist because once it's Trump versus Biden and a real campaign happens, Trump's numbers are going to soar.
00:29:44.000These polls make it look like it's a binary choice, but we haven't had that discussion yet.
00:29:49.000The press wants an up or down vote on Trump, a referendum on Trump.
00:29:52.000And referendums are really hard to win.
00:29:54.000Just ask Winston Churchill, who lost referendums.
00:29:56.000Just ask Maggie Thatcher, who lost referendums.
00:29:59.000Campaigns where voters must choose between two choices tend to be an even playing field, especially in Battleground State.
00:30:06.000This is why you see the president and his campaign trying to force this back into an actual campaign season, a choice into two different visions for America.
00:30:15.000Notice what happens as soon as Trump gets back on the road.
00:30:17.000The media swarms the campaign and heaps all this Chinese coronavirus coverage on them.
00:30:22.000You see Governor Cuomo doing a really tough interview with his brother, Chris Cuomo.
00:30:41.000The COVID deaths per 100,000 residents, though, in New York City, 160, Arizona, 21, Florida, 15, Texas, 8, according to the Washington Post.
00:30:50.000The hysteria surrounding this viral pandemic is awful.
00:30:55.000Daniel Horowitz, a conservative review, had a great piece on this recently.
00:30:59.000Arizona Chinese coronavirus spread is alarming and action is needed, Expert Warren read a title of Arizona Republic article on Wednesday.
00:31:06.000Yahoo News breathlessly warned about a spike in the southwestern states.
00:31:10.000The truth is that new hospitalizations coming in for serious coronavirus or Chinese coronavirus infections are actually really low.
00:31:16.000What they're actually counting are the extra people coming in for all the delayed health care caused by the lockdowns.
00:31:20.000But thanks to universal testing in hospitals, they're discovering more asymptomatic cases than ever before, which had nothing to do with the original purpose of the hospital states.
00:31:29.000The virus is much more widespread, asymptomatic, and less deadly than it was before.
00:31:33.000The ER patients are coming in, as the Arizona State Health Director, Dr. Kara Christ, said, because of the bottleneck of a much needed care and serious ailments that were ignored during the lockdown.
00:31:41.000All but a few who actually came to the ER because of COVID-19 or Chinese coronavirus symptoms likely never knew they had it.
00:31:47.000This is why we are not seeing a big spike of deaths in any of the states where the media is warning about an increase in detected cases.
00:31:54.000And we're still told all of this is because of a pandemic.
00:31:57.000It's been 84 days since Joe Biden has held a press conference, but it's not about a pandemic at all.
00:32:01.000Joe Biden still thinks he has the winning formula.
00:32:17.000Really, they're trying to create an up or down vote on Trump.
00:32:20.000And if that is the case, Trump will lose.
00:32:22.000But if it is Trump versus Biden, Trump versus someone, and Trump can define the election, Trump has a fighting shot.

00:33:08.000In an indication of what was to come, the founder of the New York Times 1619 Project, according to the Federalists, great website, do a great job, penned a lengthy racist screed attacking all white people in 1995.
00:33:18.000The absolute total bitter racist, who should be taken less seriously.
00:33:23.000But of course, if you're racist against white people, you get promoted and you get taken very seriously.
00:33:27.000She wrote a letter to the editor in Notre Dame's The Observer stating that, quote, the white race is the biggest murderer, rapist, and pillager and thief of the modern world.
00:33:38.000And this transitions to now, for the first time in American history, the majority of people under the age of 16 are non-white and Hispanic.
00:33:45.000I'm not saying that's a good thing or a bad thing.
00:33:48.000And so now it's going to be very soon.
00:33:51.000The demographic reality is that white people will be a minority and white people are also being told that you're the worst people in the world.
00:33:57.000Do not apologize for how God made you.
00:34:10.000We don't believe in generational apology for something that you were related to someone that did something.
00:34:17.000And by the way, maybe your ancestors did good things, not bad things.
00:34:20.000It is uniquely un-American and anti-Western to apologize for something you did not do.
00:34:25.000And yet that's what the left wants to do.
00:34:26.000And yeah, you know who should apologize?
00:34:28.000It's the author of the 1619 project that calls you as a white person a barbaric devil, that calls you a blood-sucking leech and says that white people are the biggest rapists and pillagers in the modern world.

00:34:44.000So I don't know if that says more about her or more about the Peel at Surprise, but it's awfully instructive, the state of literature in our country.
