00:02:30.000 I remember it vividly because Oregon was playing Colorado.

00:02:35.000 And it was two years ago because they do home and away, home and away, home and away.

00:02:38.000 And I was in Colorado when Oregon was playing Colorado.

00:02:40.000 So it was the fall of 2021.

00:02:43.000 For the record, Oregon won by a lot.

00:02:45.000 And I was the keynote at an event in Fort Collins, Colorado.

00:02:49.000 Great place, terrible university, Colorado State University.

00:02:52.000 So I go up there, speak, and Ken Buck was there.

00:02:55.000 Now I've known Ken Buck for years, and we've always gotten along.

00:02:58.000 And one of the things I always appreciated about Ken Buck is he's a fiscal hawk.

00:03:02.000 I'm a fiscal hawk.

00:03:02.000 One of the things I wish the Republican Party would get organized is cutting spending.

00:03:07.000 We need balanced budgets.

00:03:08.000 This whole deficit spending new normal is destructive.

00:03:12.000 It's insane.

00:03:13.000 It's anti-reality.

00:03:14.000 It's wrong.

00:03:14.000 Both parties contribute to it.

00:03:16.000 One of the more, let's just say, disappointing aspects of the Trump presidency is that we didn't balance the budget.

00:03:23.000 I've always been very clear about it.

00:03:24.000 Trump had an excellent presidency.

00:03:26.000 The lack of fiscal discipline was a disappointment.

00:03:29.000 But I always got along with Ken Buck.

00:03:31.000 He was a fiscal hawk, member of the Freedom Caucus.

00:03:34.000 So I keynote this event.

00:03:36.000 And this is why I love the grassroots.

00:03:37.000 That's why I love you guys, because sometimes you're able to inform me of things that I'm missing.

00:03:41.000 And so the combined intelligence of this audience, the combined intelligence of the conservative grassroots is amazing.

00:03:47.000 So I was doing the photo line, and they could be rather exhausting at times.

00:03:50.000 You stand there for an hour and a half.

00:03:52.000 But 10 or 12 people came up to me and they'd say, hey, Charlie, you know, love the show.

00:03:56.000 Love what you're doing.

00:03:56.000 And the show was just getting started, by the way, at that time.

00:03:58.000 And they said, Charlie, just so you know, have you heard about what Ken Buck is doing?

00:04:02.000 It's like, what are you talking about?

00:04:03.000 Ken Buck is solid, right?

00:04:04.000 They said, no, no, no, you should keep your eye on him.

00:04:06.000 Something's changing.

00:04:07.000 I was like, really?

00:04:09.000 It's like the 10th or the 11th or the 12th person in the grassroots of Fort Collins, Colorado, said, Ken Buck is no good.

00:04:16.000 They said he is starting to waver.

00:04:18.000 He's starting to change his language.

00:04:19.000 And then someone came up and they said, you know, Ken Buck is really tight with Liz Cheney.

00:04:23.000 Now, they had some shared history.

00:04:25.000 He either worked for Dick Cheney or was close to the Cheney family or he was some sort of a prosecutor.

00:04:31.000 I can't remember all the details.

00:04:33.000 There's some sort of a friendship there.

00:04:35.000 And I remember I went up to Ken Buck and I spoke to him and it was a pleasant conversation, but I said, hey, why are you talking about January 6th in the way that you are?

00:04:43.000 He said, oh, it was really terrible.

00:04:45.000 Now, mind you, this was two years ago.

00:04:46.000 This is well before a lot of the Tucker Carlson tapes, before we saw that the QAnon shaman was getting guided tours.

00:04:54.000 Jacob Chenzley was getting guided tours of the U.S. Senate.

00:04:57.000 And I said, I don't appreciate some of the language you're using.

00:05:00.000 You're playing against the left.

00:05:00.000 Why don't you talk about the murder of Ashley Babbitt, all that sort of stuff?

00:05:04.000 And I sensed an attitude from Ken Buck in that conversation that was completely different from the Ken Buck that I knew years before, which was a fighter, someone that was representing his voters, was going to D.C.

00:05:17.000 And I saw a softening.

00:05:19.000 Now, mind you, the way the left works is that once they smell blood in the water, they pounce.

00:05:24.000 This is what they did with Adam Kinzinger.

00:05:26.000 This is what they've done with Paul Ryan.

00:05:28.000 It's what they do with any moderate Republican that starts to waver, starts to buckle in the knees, starts to all of a sudden want to be liked.

00:05:37.000 The left goes all in.

00:05:38.000 And Ken Buck was a perfect candidate.

00:05:42.000 He's getting older.

00:05:44.000 He just wanted to be liked.

00:05:45.000 He wanted to be accepted to the parties.

00:05:48.000 And so Ken Buck all of a sudden started to do very strange things.

00:05:52.000 For example, recently, remember, we're trying to talk about impeaching Joe Biden.

00:05:56.000 And Ken Buck says, well, there's no evidence of that.

00:05:59.000 What?

00:06:00.000 You're a Freedom Caucus member. 0.92

00:06:01.000 There's no evidence of impeaching the traitor, Joe Biden.

00:06:06.000 Ken Buck recently came out and said that there's no problem with mail-in ballots.

00:06:11.000 His home state of Colorado has been obliterated and ruined because of mass mail-in balloting.

00:06:17.000 Ken Buck went from a Freedom Caucus fiscal hawk to a leading member of the Vichy French, PlayCut 83.

00:06:25.000 I have no problem with mail-in ballots.

00:06:27.000 I have a problem with the Colorado system.

00:06:29.000 I don't see widespread fraud, and I think it's appropriate to have mail-in ballots, but it's really a state-by-state, county-by-county issue.

00:06:42.000 Yeah, look, I think that the president has been hurt by the investigation, the wrongful investigation, the fraudulent investigation run by the upper echelon of the FBI.

00:06:58.000 And I think that makes this president somewhat paranoid about a free and fair election.

00:07:05.000 He's calling Trump paranoid about a free and fair election.

00:07:10.000 How does this happen?

00:07:14.000 Look, a fact of life is that as some men age, they lose their fight.

00:07:20.000 You see, this is George W. Bush.

00:07:22.000 Great example.

00:07:23.000 George W. Bush was never a legit conservative.

00:07:27.000 George W. Bush was never somebody that I would consider to be a movement conservative.

00:07:34.000 But George W. Bush has basically become a weak-kneed Democrat.

00:07:39.000 I mean, he's painting.

00:07:41.000 He's talking about open borders.

00:07:42.000 He's doing all sorts of goofy stuff.

00:07:45.000 You see this pattern with Republican men, not all of them, not all of them.

00:07:50.000 Some of them, as they get older, there's a softening.

00:07:55.000 They lose the commitment to the fight.

00:07:56.000 So there's two interpretations here.

00:07:58.000 They either show their true stripes later on, and they were always this way, and they capitulate, or they just have got, they have legitimately been worn down, worn down by the machine.

00:08:17.000 So, Ken Buck is now coming out, and he's saying, I'm not going to run for reelection.

00:08:22.000 He would have been primaried anyway, and probably not have been the nominee.

00:08:26.000 He literally wants to be a CNN contributor.

00:08:30.000 Now, Ken Buck represents the 4th congressional district in Colorado, which is the eastern part of Colorado.

00:08:36.000 I would imagine that's pretty conservative.

00:08:38.000 I don't know the political composition of that district, but I would imagine it's pretty, it's an R plus 13, so it's very conservative.

00:08:46.000 So, those voters in the 4th Congressional District of Colorado, they deserve a lot better than this.

00:08:51.000 It's very rural, very conservative.

00:08:54.000 But listen to this.

00:08:55.000 Listen to Ken Buck saying he will not run for reelection.

00:19:45.000 On Wednesday, a judge in Connecticut just threw out an entire election, an entire election due to fraud.

00:20:04.000 Judge William Clark has ordered an entirely new primary election to be held for the mayor's race in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

00:20:13.000 That's not a small town, by the way.

00:20:15.000 One of the Democrat candidates in that primary, John Gomes, lost by 250 votes.

00:20:23.000 Curiously, that's the same margin that Abraham Hamaday lost by in the general election for Attorney General of Arizona.

00:20:35.000 Evidence then emerged that this defeat was enabled by pervasive and more importantly, organized fraud by supporters of the incumbent Joe Gannon.

00:20:46.000 The evidence that has been submitted in question comes from video recordings, get this, of ballot drop boxes in Bridgeport.

00:20:55.000 The videos show Wanda Getter-Pataki, vice chair of the Bridgeport Democrat Town Committee, repeatedly dropping stacks of ballots into the ballot drop box.

00:21:07.000 Even though Connecticut law states that absentee ballots may only be returned by the voter, a family member, a caretaker, a police officer, or a neutral election official.

00:21:15.000 Party officials can't do it.

00:21:17.000 Now, we have some tape here.

00:21:19.000 What cuts are they?

00:21:19.000 But first, let's go to the news report.

00:21:26.000 This video surfacing in Bridgeport allegedly showing city employee and Mayor Joe Gannam supporter Wanda Jeter Pataki stuffing white envelopes into an absentee ballot drop box.

00:21:37.000 We have for years said that those need to be inside the municipal buildings, not outside the municipal buildings.

00:21:44.000 And until we can get this so that it's secure, I think we've got to stop that process.

00:21:49.000 Democratic leaders agree it's concerning.

00:21:52.000 Causes concern to people who don't have faith in the integrity of the system.

00:21:56.000 The public is correctly concerned.

00:21:58.000 But does the law need to change?

00:22:02.000 You realize in Arizona and in Georgia, you're going to have drop boxes outside, unattended, just like the Zuckerboxes. 1.00

00:22:13.000 But Democrats in Connecticut say, well, we've said for a while that they should be inside buildings or else they could be open for abuse.

00:22:24.000 So for all of you keeping score at home, Democrats are rightly concerned in a mayor's race, but you, you are perpetuating a big lie of a great steal, and you should be put in federal prison if you believe this.

00:22:44.000 And the question should be, how much more willing would they be to commit fraud in a national presidential race against someone they hate more than anyone else, Donald Trump.

00:23:12.000 In this race, a Democrat was willing to call out fraud by another Democrat, but they would never, or would they bother doing that in a race where they're all united against Republicans?

00:23:22.000 That's what makes this story so fascinating.

00:23:24.000 The fact that it's Democrat on Democrat, all of a sudden a judge is willing to listen to it.

00:23:29.000 And this exposes the sham of Democrat claims about election security.

00:23:35.000 They say fraud never happens.

00:23:36.000 Well, now fraud happens so glaringly, they had to throw out an entire election.

00:23:42.000 They say our elections are incredibly secure, but that didn't stop fraud in this race.

00:23:47.000 And the fraud wasn't detected because of existing protections, but because of video recordings that Connecticut does not require.

00:23:54.000 If these tapes didn't exist, they would have gotten away with it.

00:23:57.000 And guess what?

00:23:57.000 We have those exact tapes in the movie 2000 Mules, and not a single judge was willing to look at the evidence.

00:24:06.000 Not a single judge was willing to consider the evidence in Arizona, in Wisconsin, in Pennsylvania, and specifically Georgia.

00:24:13.000 The judge said, quote, the videos are shocking to the court and should be shocking to all parties.

00:24:19.000 This isn't everything either, by the way.

00:24:21.000 A lot of absentee ballots were not properly certified, and the judge decided to throw them out.

00:24:27.000 Judge throwing out ballots?

00:24:30.000 No such considerations were made in Arizona in the 250 vote margin between Mays and Hamade.

00:24:41.000 No such accommodations were made between Kerry Lake and Katie Hobbs.

00:24:46.000 No such accommodations were obviously made for Donald Trump in these key states.

00:24:51.000 This is one of the biggest stories of 2023, everybody.

00:24:57.000 Here you have not just a smoking gun of evidence.

00:25:02.000 This is an election that has been overturned.

00:25:06.000 Wait a second.

00:25:08.000 Isn't that the talking point they use against Donald Trump?

00:25:12.000 He's trying to overturn an election.

00:25:15.000 So it's cool for Democrats to overturn an election?

00:25:20.000 Perfectly fine.

00:25:22.000 The same playbook that they've used against Donald Trump and Republicans was used in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

00:25:30.000 There's two differences, though.

00:25:32.000 They got caught and a judge was willing. 0.99

00:25:37.000 Most judges in America are feckless, rule-following cowards. 0.94

00:25:43.000 Most judges in America do not have a fortitude or spine. 0.95

00:25:48.000 And they were terrified.

00:25:51.000 The same way that CEOs are terrified at the activist left, the same way that college presidents are terrified of the activists on their campus, a minoritarian, psychotic activist base of left-wingers nakedly intimidate the American judicial system.

00:26:15.000 And it's not an exaggeration.

00:26:18.000 Someone tried to show up to Brett Kavanaugh's home and murder him.

00:26:23.000 You better believe that other judges across the country got the memo, that it is open season for the left to come after judges that might make decisions they don't like.

00:26:35.000 These judges still want to be accepted in high society.

00:26:38.000 These judges still want to be invited to speak at law schools.

00:26:44.000 If you're going to make a decision considering evidence that Donald Trump might have had the election taken from him, they'll say that you're no better than a judge that aligns with Nazi Germany. 0.69

00:27:00.000 And so Donald Trump's cases didn't go anywhere.

00:27:04.000 Judge after judge after judge was unwilling to consider the evidence.

00:27:09.000 But what this case in Bridgeport, Connecticut shows us is that if a judge actually does consider the evidence, that there is now precedent to overturn an election.

00:27:20.000 There's precedent to redo an election.

00:27:23.000 We were called conspiracy theorists, wild, wacky.

00:27:28.000 In 2020 in the months that following, when we were asking a judge, any judge, to consider the evidence and do a redo.

00:27:36.000 We wanted a redo with Kerry Lake.

00:27:37.000 We wanted to say this evidence is so insane.

00:27:40.000 Social media censorship, ballot muling, mass mail and balloting.

00:27:45.000 And they said, no, we just dismiss it because the judges wanted to be liked.

00:27:49.000 This particular judge, he doesn't really care because it's Democrat on Democrat.

00:27:53.000 So one side of the Democrats will like him, one side won't.

00:27:56.000 So it's easy for him, easier for him.

00:27:58.000 There are so many takeaways from this story.

00:28:02.000 And we are told daily that election fraud does not exist.

00:28:09.000 If that's the case, why is it that an election has now been overturned and must be redone in a Democrat primary?

00:28:18.000 I'll repeat the previous point.

00:28:20.000 If they're willing to cheat for a largely inconsequential mayor's race in Bridgeport, Connecticut, what do you think they were willing to do against a man they thought was Hitler? 0.66

00:30:31.000 If this would have happened and a Republican would have won by 250 votes or 500 votes or they wouldn't have, they would, okay, stay away.

00:32:25.000 A judge has overturned a mayoral primary election in Bridgeport, Connecticut after Democrat operatives were caught ballot stuffing.

00:32:31.000 The video was leaked and reveals a Democrat clerk stuffing this Dropbox multiple times with illegal ballots in the same day.

00:32:36.000 Judge Clark wrote in his ruling: the volume of ballots so mishandled is such that it calls the result of the primary election into serious doubt and leaves the court unable to determine the legitimate result of the primary.

00:32:50.000 And so this triggers a series of inquiries.

00:32:53.000 We should not lay off of this, everybody.

00:32:55.000 We need a national Republican Union.

00:32:57.000 Again, we don't have an RNC. 0.98

00:32:59.000 If they were useful, they'd be calling people like me, calling Steve Bannon, calling Republican AGs, trying to unify messaging.

00:33:28.000 And they don't have a way to distinguish between mail ballots versus Dropbox.

00:33:33.000 There's no way to stop fraud.

00:33:35.000 And now Democrats are saying, in that clip, we don't trust our elections. 0.83

00:33:39.000 Oh, I thought not trusting your elections lands you in federal prison and you're called a crazy right-winger.

00:33:45.000 Just so we are clear, it's a miracle and an accident that we caught this.

00:33:53.000 It just like laid into our lap, like manna from the heavens.

00:34:03.000 Like, we knew this was happening because we used common sense and prudence, but now we have it on video evidence.

00:34:11.000 And we are realizing: here's the key, everybody.

00:34:16.000 This is standard operating procedure.

00:34:21.000 The media is blatantly lying to you.

00:34:29.000 This happens in Philadelphia.

00:34:31.000 This happens in Milwaukee.

00:34:32.000 This happens in Cleveland.

00:34:34.000 This happens in Pittsburgh.

00:34:36.000 This happens in Atlanta.

00:34:37.000 This happens in Phoenix.

00:34:39.000 Oh, this happens in LA.

00:34:41.000 This happens in Denver.

00:34:43.000 And now you have not just the smoking gun, you have a high-definition Zapruder film that shows you that this is standard operating procedure of the Democrat Party.
