00:02:50.000 I just have to say, Mike Pence, total and complete victory.

00:02:55.000 Mike Pence was calm, cool, collected, stoic.

00:02:59.000 He held his own tremendously well.

00:03:02.000 Senator Harris looked flustered throughout the entire evening.

00:03:06.000 And we are going to go through piece by piece of what I think was some very interesting takeaways of how Mike Pence won the debate categorically and completely.

00:03:15.000 But first, we are going to give out, that's right, signed copies of the New York Times bestseller, the MAGA Doctrine right now.

00:03:21.000 All you have to do is email us and show us that you're subscribed to the Charlie Kirk Show podcast on your podcast app, Apple Podcast Spotify.

00:03:29.000 We are going to give out 29 of these because we are about 29 days out from the election.

00:03:35.000 29 days out.

00:03:37.000 Signed copies, the MAGA Doctrine, and send in your questions throughout this live stream.

00:03:41.000 We are going to be taking your questions right here, right now.

00:03:44.000 So let's go backwards.

00:03:45.000 First of all, I want to say that this moderator, she asked some tough questions, but she was much better at handling the debate and asked much tougher questions of Senator Harris than Chris Wallace.

00:03:58.000 And again, I'm not saying that she did a perfect job.

00:04:00.000 I think there's some things she could have done better.

00:04:02.000 I think she was probably too intense with the time clock against Mike Pence, but she was much better than I would have expected.

00:04:08.000 I want to start by saying that.

00:04:10.000 Secondly, Mike Pence made a thesis statement throughout the entire evening.

00:04:15.000 Mike Pence reassured the American people.

00:04:19.000 He showed a compassionate side of the Trump administration.

00:04:24.000 He was factual.

00:04:25.000 My goodness, did Mike Pence do his homework?

00:04:27.000 Mike Pence was informed.

00:04:29.000 Mike Pence was detailed.

00:04:31.000 And Mike Pence was unafraid to hold Senator Harris accountable for her deceit, for her lies, for her misleading statements.

00:04:40.000 I thought, let's go backwards.

00:04:42.000 The best moment of the entire debate, and I'm not going to take credit for it, but we did advocate for this for over a week.

00:04:48.000 And we did send in a memo to some people that we know and to the vice president was when Mike Pence played moderator on the topic of packing the courts.

00:04:57.000 When Mike Pence turned to Senator Harris and he said, tell us whether or not you will pack the courts.

00:05:02.000 Not once, not twice, but three times Vice President Mike Pence did this.

00:05:07.000 And three times Senator Kamala Harris cackled, laughed, put her hands like this.

00:05:12.000 By the way, the body movements of Senator Harris, I felt like I was watching MSNBC and the Pilates Network merge into one.

00:05:20.000 I mean, the amount of movement, and Mike Pence was stoic and firm.

00:05:24.000 Meanwhile, Kamala Harris was all over the place, which is a sign of someone who is losing a debate.

00:05:30.000 And Senator Harris refused to answer the very simple question: will you pack the courts? 0.82

00:05:35.000 Who will you put on the Supreme Court?

00:05:36.000 And Mike Pence won the trusted American people of the transparent and tough administration of President Donald Trump and Mike Pence and the deceitful, duplicitous campaign of Joe Biden and Senator Harris.

00:05:51.000 Senator Harris also, her only argument she had the entire evening was repeating the fact that 210,000 Americans died of the Chinese coronavirus.

00:06:00.000 One of the best moments of the entire evening is when Vice President Pence responded to Senator Harris and said, you understand that under Joe Biden's mishandling of H1N1, a far less lethal virus, far less contagious virus, over 60 million people were infected and 2 million people would have died.

00:06:18.000 What successful viral record do you have?

00:06:21.000 I just want to reinforce Mike Pence won this debate, and this might have been the stimulus shot in the arm for the Trump campaign that might bring them the victory because there were a lot of moderate swing voters watching tonight.

00:06:33.000 There were a lot of people in the middle that were trying to see the differences philosophically of who actually might become president.

00:06:39.000 Joe Biden, if he wins, will be the oldest American president in American history.

00:06:43.000 And if Donald Trump wins re-election, he will be the oldest American president in American history. 1.00

00:06:49.000 Senator Harris demonstrated she is a gun-grabbing California Marxist radical who believes in packing the Supreme Court, cackling at her opponents, not answering questions, and basically creating her own narrative to confirm her own power grab.

00:07:07.000 Here's one of the main takeaways from tonight.

00:07:10.000 Mike Pence was on offense steadily, compassionately, directly.

00:07:16.000 He was in complete control of the debate.

00:07:18.000 Mike Pence continued to talk until the moderator basically shut him down.

00:07:22.000 Mike Pence did something that was so brilliant.

00:07:25.000 He didn't actually answer the question immediately.

00:07:28.000 He answered what was the best unanswered question of the whole debate.

00:07:32.000 Then he went back to the question that was asked.

00:07:34.000 This was demonstrated when Senator Harris committed acts of slander against President Donald Trump and his commitment to U.S. members of our military.

00:07:42.000 And Mike Pence says, I'll get to that, but first I have to answer that.

00:07:45.000 Mike Pence was in complete and total control.

00:07:48.000 And Senator Harris, I can't, if I were to just look at this subjectively, the only point that Senator Harris might have is politically exploiting the actual pain and suffering of the American people that happened from the Chinese coronavirus.

00:08:00.000 There's a couple other things.

00:08:01.000 There's many things that have bothered me throughout the evening of what Senator Harris said, but I just want to reinforce what Mike Pence did tonight is very difficult.

00:08:09.000 Mike Pence held the line during a turbulent week after a president that is hospitalized, a deluge of media attacks against the president and the vice president and the entire first family.

00:08:20.000 And Mike Pence won public opinion, and people are going to vote for President Trump tonight thanks to what Vice President Pence did.

00:08:27.000 Complete and total victory and a almost death blow to the Biden campaign.

00:08:33.000 There were many attempts by the activist media through the moderator, Susan, who again, I thought, did a better job than Chris Wallace.

00:08:40.000 She let people answer questions. 0.97

00:08:41.000 She let them ask questions against each other.

00:08:44.000 She stayed on topic.

00:08:45.000 She allowed segues to happen.

00:08:46.000 Chris Wallace was quite honestly politically motivated.

00:08:50.000 He was an activist, and I think she deserves credit.

00:08:53.000 And she surprised me tonight.

00:08:54.000 I'm the first one to say that.

00:08:55.000 I'm not saying she was perfect, but that is as close to a fair debate that I could possibly imagine.

00:09:00.000 She allowed Mike Pence to make arguments.

00:09:02.000 She allowed Mike Pence to complete thoughts.

00:09:05.000 So let's go piece by piece here. 0.78

00:09:08.000 Packing the courts.

00:09:09.000 No answer whatsoever.

00:09:11.000 Then all of a sudden, we saw, and we're going to go backwards.

00:09:14.000 Mike Pence then attacked Senator Harris for mocking Catholics for being part of the Knights of Columbus. 1.00

00:09:22.000 Fact check, true.

00:09:23.000 When you know Senator Harris is lying, she cackles.

00:09:27.000 Ha ha ha ha.

00:09:28.000 She kind of looks up to the sky.

00:09:29.000 Mike Pence, how does he react?

00:09:31.000 Stoically, looks into the distance and says, I can't wait for my time.

00:09:35.000 And he takes that.

00:09:36.000 Only once did Mike Pence interrupt Senator Harris, and I thought that was actually a low point.

00:09:41.000 I thought that he was really allowing the rules of engagement to play itself out.

00:09:45.000 And then I think at that point forward, Mike Pence built to an absolute triumphant victory.

00:09:50.000 The issue of China, my goodness, has it been ever so transparent who exactly is on the side of the Chinese Communist Party?

00:09:57.000 Did you know tonight, anyone that was able to watch this debate in China, when Mike Pence was giving comments about China, it was completely and totally restricted?

00:10:07.000 It said, failed signal, we will be right back on Chinese television.

00:10:11.000 1 billion people were not able to hear about the Chinese Communist Party's global ambitions.

00:10:16.000 By the way, Senator Harris, why is it that your party cozies up to the Chinese Communist Party that has 1 million Muslims in concentration camps, is building islands in the South China Sea, the Belt and Road Initiative, stealing intellectual property, dumping steel and manufacturing products into our country, further disenfranchising the manufacturing base.

00:10:36.000 Another very interesting thing happened tonight.

00:10:38.000 Vice President Pence laid a sequence and series of questions and traps for Senator Harris, and she walked right into them.

00:10:46.000 One of the core religious beliefs of the American left is the environment.

00:10:50.000 The environmental movement is nothing more for some people than a pseudo-religious movement for the Democrat Party.

00:10:57.000 They believe in this with the same theological, the same dogmatic belief that anyone would believe in anything religious.

00:11:05.000 And so when asked directly, Vice President Pence answered it perfectly.

00:11:10.000 He did not fall into the trap that Susan tried to lay for him.

00:11:13.000 He said, yeah, the climate's changing.

00:11:14.000 We're going to trust the science.

00:11:16.000 Perfect answer.

00:11:17.000 However, Senator Harris, she said to her entire Democrat base, I'm going to betray you.

00:11:23.000 She said repeatedly, proudly, loudly, and categorically, we are not going to ban fracking. 0.98

00:11:28.000 In a second, we are going to show you the liar that she is.

00:11:31.000 We are going to show a video right here that shows that Joe Biden promised to end fossil fuels and that Senator Harris promised to end fracking.

00:11:41.000 I was so proud of Vice President Pence when the issue of trade came up.

00:11:47.000 One of the least talked about victories of the Trump administration has been the USMCA, the United States-Mexico-Canada agreement, renegotiating NAFTA that even Sherrod Brown, a Democrat pro-labor senator from Ohio, voted for.

00:12:04.000 You know who voted against it?

00:12:05.000 Senator Harris.

00:12:06.000 Mike Pence put Senator Harris herself on trial throughout the evening, even more than Joe Biden.

00:12:12.000 Well done, Mike Pence.

00:12:14.000 That is exactly what you needed to do.

00:12:16.000 And for those of you just joining us right now, email us your questions because we are giving away 28 signed copies of the MAGA doctrine, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:12:24.000 In order to win, though, you have to show us that you're subscribed to the Charlie Kirk show.

00:12:28.000 You take out your phone and type in Charlie Kirk Show.

00:12:30.000 Show us your subscribed.

00:12:31.000 Hit subscribe screenshot and email us freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:12:37.000 Look, I'm going to be really direct with you.

00:12:38.000 If your cellular plan is with Verizon, ATT or T-Mobile, you're just paying too much.

00:12:43.000 That's right.

00:12:44.000 You're paying too much.

00:12:46.000 You are paying too much money.

00:12:48.000 You're looking for a tax cut.

00:12:49.000 You're looking for a stimulus check from Congress.

00:12:51.000 I got it for you right now.

00:12:52.000 It's a different form.

00:12:53.000 It's called Pure Talk.

00:12:55.000 Look at your cell phone bill.

00:12:57.000 I'm sure you guys are thinking, what on earth can I do?

00:13:00.000 What if I told you you can have everything the same, same speed, same access, but just for less money?

00:13:06.000 It's that simple.

00:13:06.000 And you say, how on earth is that possible?

00:13:08.000 It's called Pure Talk because they don't have the billion-dollar ad campaigns.

00:13:11.000 They don't have the massive sports stadiums that they buy.

00:13:15.000 Instead, they save the money so you can save the money.

00:13:18.000 They don't charge for it.

00:13:19.000 Unlimited talk and two gigs of day.

00:13:20.000 That's a lot of data.

00:13:21.000 All for just $20 a month.

00:13:23.000 So right now, all you have to do is grab your mobile phone, dial pound 250, and just say the secret passcode, Charlie Kirk.

00:13:32.000 And when you do, you'll say 50% off your first month, dial pound 250 and say that keyword, Charlie Kirk.

00:13:37.000 Pure Talk, simply, smarter, wireless.

00:13:42.000 Joe Biden at one point said he wants to get rid of fossil fuels.

00:13:46.000 Senator Harris, waving in her Pilates way, says, let me be perfectly clear.

00:13:51.000 We're not going to ban fracking.

00:13:53.000 We're not going to ban fossil fuels.

00:13:54.000 Oh, yeah.

00:13:55.000 What did Joe Biden say in the Democrat Party and the Democrat primary?

00:13:58.000 Play tape.

00:13:59.000 Thank you, Mr. Vice President.

00:14:01.000 Just to clarify, would there be any place for fossil fuels, including coal and fracking, in a Biden administration?

00:14:09.000 No, we would work it out.

00:14:11.000 We would make sure it's eliminated and no more subsidies for either one of those, either any fossil fuel.

00:14:17.000 We can't.

00:14:18.000 We cannot.

00:14:19.000 We're going to get it out.

00:14:20.000 We're going to phase it out.

00:14:21.000 Senator Harris lied to you this evening.

00:14:22.000 We have them on tape.

00:14:24.000 Mike Pence, one of the major suggestions I made to him privately and publicly was focus on how Senator Harris was a co-sponsor of the Green New Deal.

00:14:32.000 Incredibly, stunningly, Susan Page from USA Today, she asked one of the most direct questions I have ever seen in recent memory of a Democrat.

00:14:45.000 She said, Senator Harris, you are the co-sponsor of the Green New Deal, and you read the website of your campaign and it says you sponsor the Green New Deal.

00:14:54.000 Why is it that you say you support oil and natural gas exploration, fracking, and energy independence?

00:15:00.000 The answer is they don't.

00:15:02.000 And this is what really was very interesting for me tonight. 1.00

00:15:05.000 Senator Harris, she's not dumb. 1.00

00:15:08.000 She's corrupt. 1.00

00:15:10.000 She's duplicitous. 1.00

00:15:11.000 She's immoral. 1.00

00:15:12.000 She's power hungry, but she's not stupid. 1.00

00:15:15.000 She's very smart. 1.00

00:15:16.000 She's conniving, which actually is much more dangerous. 1.00

00:15:20.000 I'd much rather be running up against a dumb person than an evil person because she will do whatever it takes to get near power. 0.97

00:15:28.000 So Senator Harris was briefed for the last couple days by her team when they said, we need to win Pennsylvania. 0.99

00:15:35.000 I have said this for many weeks.

00:15:37.000 Pennsylvania will be a critical state for the road to the White House.

00:15:40.000 Almost everything that Senator Harris said tonight was around winning the state of Pennsylvania.

00:15:46.000 Almost everything.

00:15:47.000 Her focus was around that.

00:15:49.000 And so Senator Harris says, I love fracking.

00:15:52.000 We support fracking.

00:15:53.000 Joe Biden's not going to get rid of it.

00:15:55.000 Notice she never said she won't get rid of it.

00:15:57.000 She once said our administration won't.

00:15:57.000 Very interesting.

00:15:59.000 What did she say in the campaign?

00:16:01.000 In fact, we have some tape.

00:16:02.000 Let's play tape of what she said just a couple months ago.

00:16:05.000 Play tape.

00:16:06.000 I didn't talk about the Green New Deal.

00:16:08.000 You mentioned that. 0.76

00:16:08.000 And it's a resolution that I supported. 0.76

00:16:10.000 And I support the goals.

00:16:12.000 And we're going to have to figure out a way to get there.

00:16:15.000 We've got to realize that so much is happening right now to our planet.

00:16:19.000 And look, I care about the environment, not Mayor, not because I have any particular desire to hug a tree, but I have a strong desire to hug a healthy baby.

00:16:32.000 And this literally comes down to clean air and clean water.

00:16:37.000 And we have got to take this seriously, and it is imminent as a threat unless we correct course and do some serious work on changing our behaviors and adapting to what we know.

00:16:49.000 We can do it.

00:16:50.000 It is within our power to do it.

00:16:52.000 And so Vice President Pence winning total victory.

00:16:55.000 For those of you just tuning in, by the way, we're giving out 28 signed copies of the MAGA Doctrine.

00:16:59.000 Just show us your subscribe to our podcast.

00:17:01.000 Type in Charlie Kirk Show.

00:17:02.000 Email it to us, freedom at charliekirk.com alongside your questions.

00:17:06.000 We'll be taking them in just a second.

00:17:08.000 Vice President Pence put Senator Harris on trial.

00:17:10.000 Vice President Pence broke the code of the Democrats, which is we're not going to just make this election about Donald Trump.

00:17:18.000 We're going to make this election about your central planning, socialistic, Marxist ideas.

00:17:24.000 And piece by piece, Mike Pence, despite being lied about, despite being slandered, he went on offense.

00:17:32.000 And as I mentioned previously, Mike Pence did exactly what he needed to do on one of the most critical issues.

00:17:39.000 The first three articles of the U.S. Constitution talk about the legislative, executive, and judicial branch of our government.

00:17:46.000 Article three is pertaining to the judicial branch.

00:17:49.000 Why is this important?

00:17:51.000 Well, because Senator Harris and Joe Biden will not answer a direct question.

00:17:55.000 Mike Pence put on his hat to be a moderator for a brief second and did exactly what we were asking and suggesting him to do in brilliant fashion.

00:18:07.000 And Senator Harris squirmed, dodged, lied, and was embarrassed and was just waiting for the minutes to go one by one.

00:18:18.000 Play tape.

00:18:20.000 But we'll continue to stand strong for the right to lie.

00:18:23.000 When you speak about the Supreme Court, though, I think the American people really deserve an answer, Senator Harris.

00:18:29.000 Are you and Joe Biden going to pack the court if Judge Amy Coney Barrett is confirmed?

00:18:35.000 I mean, there have been 29 vacancies on the Supreme Court during presidential election years from George Washington to Barack Obama.

00:18:41.000 Presidents have nominated in all 29 cases.

00:18:44.000 But your party is actually openly advocating adding seats to the Supreme Court, which has had nine seats for 150 years, if you don't get your way.

00:18:54.000 This is a classic case of if you can't win by the rules, you're going to change the rules.

00:18:58.000 Now, you've refused to answer the question.

00:19:00.000 Joe Biden has refused to answer the question.

00:19:02.000 So I think the American people would really like to know if Judge Amy Coney Barrett is confirmed at the Supreme Court of the United States, are you and Joe Biden, if somehow you win this election, going to pack the Supreme Court to get your way?

00:19:16.000 I'm so glad we went through a little history lesson.

00:19:19.000 Let's do that a little more.

00:19:20.000 Enough of that nonsense.

00:19:22.000 So Senator Harris' history lesson. 0.97

00:19:24.000 She doesn't appreciate history. 1.00

00:19:25.000 She doesn't want history.

00:19:26.000 She doesn't answer the question.

00:19:27.000 You guys saw the same debate that I saw.

00:19:29.000 But Mike Pence, win, Brilliant.

00:19:34.000 That was an act of linguistic jiu-jitsu, what Mike Pence did there.

00:19:37.000 He went from a question on abortion, reaffirming that he cares about 1 million babies that are being terminated in the womb every single year.

00:19:44.000 Boom.

00:19:44.000 Win with the base, articulating that the Republican Party is the party of life, pivots to how the Biden-Harris campaign wants to pack the courts, and then transitions, all within a span of 45 seconds, by the way, in 15-second, perfectly spaced intervals.

00:20:00.000 Will you pack the courts?

00:20:02.000 Dead silence.

00:20:03.000 Perfect.

00:20:04.000 And then Senator Harris says, How about a history lesson?

00:20:06.000 Okay, first of all, you don't care about history.

00:20:08.000 You only use certain specific parts of cherry-picked history to fit your own radical agenda.

00:20:15.000 But let me be very clear.

00:20:17.000 In two debates now, Joe Biden and Senator Harris have refused to say whether or not they will pack the United States Supreme Court and who they will put on the U.S. Supreme Court.

00:20:25.000 Even Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who they revere as a basically a deified figure of the American left, said that we should keep the Supreme Court at nine.

00:20:35.000 She said, quote, it's a good number.

00:20:38.000 When pressed on the environment, again, Mike Pence talked about conservation.

00:20:42.000 He talked about actually thanks to fracking and thanks to natural gas, CO2 emissions are going down.

00:20:48.000 I cannot tell you how many Democrat-based voters were probably lost tonight because of Senator Harris betraying the environmental agenda of the radical left.

00:20:58.000 For all of you watching out there that might think you're losing your country, let me give you a little bit of hope tonight.

00:21:05.000 It was more clear than ever that Senator Harris was given marching orders to run to the middle.

00:21:11.000 This country is not as liberal as you might think.

00:21:14.000 This country might have liberal leanings on certain social issues recently, but we are a country that still believes in energy independence and free enterprise.

00:21:23.000 In fact, Senator Harris refused to embrace the Democrat socialist ideas of Bernie Sanders, of ending fossil fuels, of the Green New Deal.

00:21:30.000 In fact, she was running to the middle so quick, you would have thought she was trying to run against Mitt Romney in a primary in Utah.

00:21:37.000 I mean, the things she was talking about were old Republican school ways of framing things, seeing like, we just want to have a better way of having the environment.

00:21:45.000 Why?

00:21:46.000 Because this race is shrinking, and the Biden campaign knows it.

00:21:50.000 This race has went from a race that was a national election, it never was, to basically three states, Arizona, Florida, and Pennsylvania.

00:22:00.000 What did Senator Harris do to help her case in Arizona tonight?

00:22:03.000 A state with more registered Republicans than Democrats, a state that has elected Republicans to governor, Republican governors since 1990, except one little bit of a hiccup, except Janet Napolitano, a very center-right state, in fact, a conservative state.

00:22:19.000 What did she do to help her case tonight? 1.00

00:22:20.000 Yeah, she talked about wildfires.

00:22:22.000 But while she also did that, she admitted that they will raise $4 trillion in new taxes.

00:22:29.000 She also continued to lean in on this idea that Joe Biden will be a better overseer of the economy.

00:22:37.000 Public polling shows that President Donald Trump is much better trusted with the economy than Vice President Joe Biden.

00:22:45.000 How about Florida?

00:22:46.000 Senator Harris made a tragic error tonight.

00:22:49.000 There is no way that the carefully crafted poll testers of the Biden campaign gave her these marching orders.

00:22:55.000 Again, she is a bad person. 0.99

00:22:57.000 She's not a dumb person. 1.00

00:22:58.000 She's a power-hungry, self-interested politician willing to do whatever it takes to gain power. 1.00

00:23:04.000 Be careful of people like that. 0.95

00:23:05.000 You all know people in your life like that run the other direction.

00:23:08.000 Mike Pence is a stoic.

00:23:10.000 Mike Pence is someone who cares about duty.

00:23:12.000 He cares about sacrifice.

00:23:14.000 He cares about serving other people.

00:23:16.000 He's been a lifelong public servant.

00:23:19.000 And so what did Senator Harris do that was so wrong with Florida?

00:23:23.000 Florida, outside of New York, has one of the most heavily populated Jewish populations in the country.

00:23:32.000 Vice President Pence, and the one thing I think he missed, I'll tell you in a second, as soon as foreign policy came up, he was unafraid to talk about how the embassy was been moved to Jerusalem.

00:23:41.000 Senator Harris tried to attack Vice President Pence on the issue of getting rid of the Iran deal.

00:23:47.000 That is a popular position in Florida and even New York.

00:23:50.000 Do you know that Chuck Schumer even came out against the JCPOA, the Iran deal? 0.88

00:23:55.000 Because even in New York City, it is not popular to give billions of dollars to the Iranian government, the number one state funder of terror. 0.81

00:24:03.000 So Senator Harris right there kind of overloaded her circuitry. 0.64

00:24:06.000 All of a sudden, she was talking like a California liberal, not like someone who's trying to win Miami-Dade County or Broward County or Palm Beach County that have significant elderly Jewish voting populations that are very pro-Israel.

00:24:19.000 So where Mike Pence, I wish he would have just completed one point, and Susan Page, I think, was a little bit too intense on the time at one point, which said, hey, Senator Harris, what problem do you have with the fact that Israel and the United Arab Emirates now have a peace deal and Bahrain has a peace deal?

00:24:35.000 The one piece of feedback I have for President Trump and his campaign and Vice President Pence, guys, there's been two debates.

00:24:41.000 Why has there been no mention of the peace deals?

00:24:44.000 That's such a big win.

00:24:45.000 Lean into that.

00:24:46.000 It is irrefutable.

00:24:48.000 People actually love peace.

00:24:49.000 I know this might sound like a strange proposition, but peace is actually popular.

00:24:54.000 Senator Harris lied outright about foreign policy claims, about foreign entanglements.

00:24:59.000 President Donald Trump is the only president in my lifetime not to start a new foreign war to send middle-class young people to go fight without a defined and declared objective.

00:25:09.000 President Donald Trump is ending the endless wars.

00:25:12.000 Joe Biden is the one that started those foreign entanglements in Libya and overseas.

00:25:16.000 And Mike Pence, piece by piece, methodically picked apart the Biden foreign policy, eliminating ISIS, not wanting to take out Qassam Soleimani, not wanting to take out al-Baghdadi, not wanting to take out Osama bin Laden.

00:25:32.000 We have tape right here on the economic issue, and we'll get to that in a second.

00:25:37.000 But I want to zero in on another part of this that kind of started the debate.

00:25:41.000 You could tell that Senator Harris was told by her campaign to make the virus the one, two, five, six, seven, twenty-fifty issue of the entire night.

00:25:50.000 Mike Pence was prepared.

00:25:53.000 Mike Pence was ready to play offense on the virus issue.

00:25:56.000 And this is how dishonest the Joe Biden campaign is.

00:26:01.000 They are quick to complain and very slow to ever offer solutions.

00:26:06.000 If I were to say the number one zinger of the entire night was when Mike Pence told Senator Kamala Harris, you're a plagiarist, which is extra spicy because Joe Biden had a dropout in 1988 or 1998 when he ran for 1988 when he ran for president because Joe Biden's a serial plagiarist.

00:26:26.000 Play tape.

00:26:27.000 The reality is when you look at the Biden plan, it reads an awful lot like what President Trump and I and our task force have been doing every step of the way.

00:26:36.000 I mean, quite frankly, when I look at their plan that talks about advancing testing, creating new PPE, developing a vaccine, it looks a little bit like plagiarism, which is something Joe Biden knows a little bit about.

00:26:50.000 The reality is...

00:26:53.000 Sorry, Senator Harris.

00:26:55.000 I'd like to call the DA because I think I just witnessed a murder.

00:26:59.000 Oh, my goodness.

00:27:00.000 That was brutal.

00:27:01.000 Senator Harris got called out for the fact that the Joe Biden campaign has offered zero policy differences of how they would have handled the pandemic.

00:27:09.000 For those of you just joining in, again, if you guys want to win a signed copy of the MAGA doctrine, we're giving out 28 of these tonight.

00:27:15.000 Email us right now and show us that you're subscribed to the Charlie Kirk Show podcast.

00:27:18.000 Type in Charlie Kirk Show, hit that subscribe button, email it to us, freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com right now, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:27:28.000 We are giving out 28 of these.

00:27:29.000 And also just ask any questions.

00:27:31.000 If we take your question, you also win a signed copy of the MAGA Doctrine, New York Times bestseller.

00:27:38.000 Look, people are starting to drive again.

00:27:40.000 That's the beauty of reopening the economy and getting rid of these lockdowns.

00:27:43.000 With it, I'm sure a lot of your cars are acting in very strange ways, and you probably need some parts for your car.

00:27:48.000 You guys have heard me talk about it before.

00:27:50.000 I love our partners at rockauto.com.

00:27:52.000 Rock Auto is a family business.

00:27:54.000 They serve auto parts customers online for over 20 years.

00:27:58.000 You guys have probably seen their advertisements before, but I've dove into it.

00:28:00.000 I did my research.

00:28:01.000 Rockauto.com saves you money.

00:28:03.000 That's why I wanted to partner with them here on the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:28:06.000 And why would you choose to spend 30, 50, or 100% more for the exact same auto parts at a chain store or new car dealership?

00:28:13.000 And so for a random example, a Delphi FG146 fuel pump assembly for a 2005 to 2010 Honda Odyssey is $353.99 at an advanced big chain store, but only $225 at Rock Auto.

00:28:26.000 By the way, all these different car parts might as well be in a different language for me.

00:28:30.000 That's why Rock Auto has all the information so you can compare and you can make an informed decision.

00:28:36.000 That's why I like Rock Auto.

00:28:37.000 And the best prices out there are always reliably low.

00:28:40.000 And the same for professionals and do-it-yourselfers.

00:28:42.000 Why spend up to twice as much for the same parts?

00:28:45.000 So go to rockauto.com.

00:28:47.000 You guys have heard the jingle before.

00:28:49.000 Rock Auto, all the parts, what?

00:28:51.000 That's right, you'll ever need amazing selection, reliably low prices, all the parts you ever need.

00:28:55.000 And just say that Charlie Kirk sent you.

00:28:57.000 Get your parts right now.

00:28:58.000 You guys might need a muffler or whatever other parts are incorporated in a car that I don't know.

00:29:02.000 So rockauto.com, use the code Charlie Kirk.

00:29:07.000 Mike Pence said something I didn't know tonight.

00:29:09.000 And that's not to say I know everything, but I'm pretty well informed on kind of the zeitgeist on the landscape of kind of talking points and one-liners and back atchas.

00:29:18.000 When Mike Pence called out Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on H1N1 and said that if you would have played out all the data for the infectiousness and the lethality of the Chinese coronavirus to H1N1, 2 million Americans would have died.

00:29:33.000 Mike Pence did his homework, and Mike Pence put Senator Harris on trial.

00:29:37.000 Play tape.

00:29:39.000 You know, the reality is when you talk about failure in this administration, we actually do know what failure looks like in a pandemic.

00:29:48.000 It was 2009.

00:29:50.000 The swine flu arrived in the United States.

00:29:53.000 Thankfully, it ended up not being as lethal as the coronavirus.

00:29:59.000 But before the end of the year, when Joe Biden was vice president of the United States, not seven and a half million people contracted the swine flu.

00:30:08.000 60 million Americans contracted the swine flu.

00:30:12.000 If the swine flu had been as lethal as the coronavirus in 2009, when Joe Biden was vice president, we would have lost 2 million American lives.

00:30:21.000 His own chief of staff, Ron Clain, would say last year that it was pure luck that they did, quote, everything possible wrong.

00:30:32.000 That one liner right there that Joe Biden's chief of staff even admitted that they were unprepared.

00:30:39.000 If we can find a tape of that, I'll pledge right now at turning point action.

00:30:43.000 We are going to run paid advertising of that one liner.

00:30:46.000 Because Vice President Pence, you need to get that message out that Joe Biden did mishandle the virus and they are nakedly, politically posturing over this entire issue.

00:30:59.000 There's one part of the entire debate tonight that probably bothered me more than anything else.

00:31:04.000 And it shows you exactly where the Democrat Party is.

00:31:07.000 And guess what?

00:31:08.000 Almost no one is going to mention it.

00:31:10.000 It was kind of a side comment.

00:31:12.000 It kind of will get brushed under the carpet, but it's philosophical in nature.

00:31:16.000 And it's important that every single one of you listen to my words very carefully.

00:31:20.000 And those of you watching in Facebook, there's a podcast link in the description.

00:31:24.000 Make sure you guys subscribe to the Charlie Kirk show right now.

00:31:27.000 And if you might want to copy the MAGA doctrine, what is this?

00:31:31.000 And we'll get tape of this.

00:31:34.000 Senator Harris was filibustering and demagoguing about packing the courts, about how unqualified nominees are.

00:31:42.000 And then at the end of it, she says something that is so telling, and it should be alarming to all of you.

00:31:48.000 It should scare you.

00:31:49.000 She said, not one of the nominees were black.

00:31:56.000 I'm glad that Vice President Pence held his tongue.

00:31:59.000 I'm glad that Vice President Pence didn't engage, because then you get into kind of alienating people on race.

00:32:05.000 I will engage.

00:32:07.000 Why does it matter, Senator Kamala Harris, what skin color a judge is? 1.00

00:32:13.000 Ask any Bible-believing Christian, and they will say they will take theoretically nine lesbian Mexicans on the Supreme Court if all of them believe in the U.S. Constitution. 1.00

00:32:25.000 Who cares what the color of the skin of a judge is? 1.00

00:32:28.000 That's the whole point of a judge.

00:32:30.000 Oh, yeah, and by the way, the singular black person on the court is named Clarence Thomas, who your running mate, Joe Biden, slandered when he tried to become on the U.S. Supreme Court in what he called a high-tech lynching. 0.68

00:32:45.000 Can you build out exactly what a black judge would be different than a Mexican judge or a Latino judge or a white judge or a Christian judge or a Jewish judge?

00:32:54.000 How about a judge of what you believe?

00:32:56.000 And this shows you, and this should scare every single one of you.

00:32:59.000 This should scare you because Senator Harris represents a completely new paradigm of the Democrat Party. 0.91

00:33:05.000 She cares about skin color, not about ideas. 0.67

00:33:10.000 Senator Harris thinks that your skin color matters.

00:33:13.000 I don't.

00:33:14.000 Vice President Pence doesn't.

00:33:17.000 Donald Trump doesn't.

00:33:18.000 We say, you know what?

00:33:19.000 I actually care about: do you love the Constitution?

00:33:24.000 Do you care about the Constitution?

00:33:26.000 Are you a textualist or an originalist or not? 0.52

00:33:29.000 Play tape of Vice President, the person running for the Vice President, Senator Harris, I should say, who makes such chilling comments, not one of them black, as if skin color matters. 0.99

00:33:41.000 She's a racist. 1.00

00:33:42.000 Play it. 1.00

00:33:43.000 Let's talk about packing the court then.

00:33:45.000 Let's talk about this.

00:33:47.000 Yeah, I'm about to.

00:33:51.000 So the Trump Pence administration has been, because I sit on the Senate Judiciary Committee, Susan, as you mentioned, and I've witnessed the appointments for lifetime appointments to the federal courts, district courts, courts of appeal.

00:34:05.000 People who are purely ideological, people who have been reviewed by legal professional organizations and found to have been not competent, are substandard.

00:34:16.000 And do you know that of the 50 people who President Trump appointed to the Court of Appeals for lifetime appointments, not one is black? 0.70

00:34:28.000 Not one is black. 1.00

00:34:29.000 Who cares? 1.00

00:34:30.000 What is the significance right now, Senator Harris, of a nominee being black?

00:34:36.000 What does that mean?

00:34:37.000 What does that matter?

00:34:39.000 Can you build out specifically and totally why a nominee's skin color matters?

00:34:44.000 If there is one philosophical distinction between the Democrats and Republicans, between President Trump and Joe Biden, is this.

00:34:52.000 They care about skin color.

00:34:54.000 We don't. 0.95

00:34:55.000 That's it.

00:34:56.000 If you vote for one thing in November, it's Joe Biden cares about the color of your skin.

00:35:02.000 Donald Trump doesn't.

00:35:05.000 What you're really looking at is a post-racial, colorblind agenda and a racist, pseudo-KKK agenda that Joe Biden is embracing.

00:35:13.000 And I say that intentionally.

00:35:15.000 We have not seen this kind of race baiting since grand wizards were allowed on cable television when Mike Wallace was interviewing them 40 years ago.

00:35:23.000 Why does the color of the skin matter, Senator Harris? 1.00

00:35:26.000 And of course, Susan Page lets her get away with it.

00:35:28.000 It's fine.

00:35:29.000 I think she did better than average.

00:35:33.000 When you look at a judge, do you want someone that looks like you?

00:35:39.000 Or do you want someone who's going to rule fairly, rule soberly, be steeped in wisdom?

00:35:48.000 Is Senator Harris trying to say something to us that a skin color matters?

00:35:53.000 Does she think melanin matters?

00:35:56.000 See, if the activist media wasn't so racist, which they are, we would actually get blatant answers on this.

00:36:02.000 And I hope all of you watching this understand the significance of where this party is going.

00:36:08.000 Because you have true, almost neoliberal ideas that are being now embraced by conservatives and Republicans, and you have these collectivist melanin-mattering ideas on the Democrat Party.

00:36:22.000 Let's look at the course of the 20th century.

00:36:25.000 Has it typically been a good idea or a bad idea to judge people based on the color of their skin?

00:36:31.000 Was America's best days when we judge people based on how they acted or what they looked like? 0.75

00:36:39.000 Was America, were we most proud of our country's history when we said that blacks couldn't go to school with whites? 1.00

00:36:46.000 Was that a good thing?

00:36:47.000 See, Senator Harris, the reason she justifies this is she thinks that the only way that black people can get ahead is to try and make other people of other races not have the same preference of black people.

00:37:01.000 We call that racism.

00:37:03.000 It's also called affirmative action. 0.56

00:37:06.000 And if the activist media had any interest in talking about the philosophical differences between these two campaigns, which they won't, but I'm here to tell you this, do you want an America that you're going to grow up in, and if you are white out there and you have a white child, do you want your child to be judged by how they look, something they can't control, or how they act?

00:37:27.000 Because you have on one side Senator Harris and Joe Biden that actually care about how they look.

00:37:32.000 And you have Mike Pence and Donald Trump that care about how they act. 0.99

00:37:36.000 Not one of them black. 1.00

00:37:38.000 So what? 0.99

00:37:40.000 I care about their judicial interpretation.

00:37:42.000 And, by the way, Senator Harris, turn to your Septogenarian 47-year in Washington, D.C. Lock nest creature swamp monster, running mate and ask what he did the last time a black qualified constitutional nominee went up to the Supreme Court.

00:37:57.000 Clarence Thomas, he tried to high-tech lynch him, is what happened. 0.93

00:38:02.000 Mike Pence also put senator Harris on record for locking up black people, more so than anyone else in the urban cities of California.

00:38:10.000 So while we're on the topic of trying to say we need to end racism in this country, maybe we should end Kamala Harris play tape.

00:38:17.000 When you were, when you were DA in San Francisco, when you left office, African Americans were 19 times more likely to be prosecuted for minor drug offenses than whites and Hispanics.

00:38:30.000 When you were Attorney General of California, you increased the proportion, the disproportionate incarceration of blacks in California.

00:38:38.000 You did nothing on criminal justice reform in California.

00:38:42.000 You didn't lift a finger to pass the first step back on Capitol, Capitol Hill.

00:38:46.000 I mean, the reality is your record speaks for itself.

00:38:49.000 President Trump and I have fought for criminal justice for foreigners.

00:38:52.000 Thank you, Vice President. 1.00

00:38:53.000 We fought for educational choice and opportunities for African Americans all of our military.

00:38:57.000 Thank you, sir.

00:38:57.000 And we'll do it for four.

00:38:59.000 Thank you.

00:39:00.000 Senator Harris had no response to that all whatsoever.

00:39:02.000 Susan Page is very quick to say thank you.

00:39:04.000 Thank you.

00:39:05.000 Mike Pence deserves credit for pushing through, though.

00:39:08.000 Mike Pence deserves credit for pushing and completing the point and quote unquote landing the plane.

00:39:14.000 For those of you just tuning in, if you can show us your subscribe to the Charlie Kirk Show or we take one of your questions, email it to us, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:39:22.000 I'm going to sign one of these books on air for one of our listeners right now in just a couple minutes.

00:39:27.000 One of the other things that really bothered me tonight is when Senator Harris and Susan Page did this too, but it's a little thing.

00:39:34.000 It's semantical.

00:39:35.000 Again, I'm not going to make this about Susan Page. 0.91

00:39:37.000 I think that she was actually somewhat neutral, if not center left. 0.99

00:39:41.000 She was a little bit favoring because she interrupted Mike Pence a lot. 0.98

00:39:44.000 She kind of had to lay down the law of the land once.

00:39:46.000 But besides that, okay.

00:39:50.000 But when Susan Page and Senator Harris said the virus has put people out of work, this is a lie.

00:40:00.000 The virus has not put people out of work.

00:40:02.000 Our reaction to the virus did.

00:40:04.000 Our lockdowns did.

00:40:06.000 The Swedish GDP will only go down by 3.3% this quarter.

00:40:12.000 Sweden is now being heralded by the New York Times as having the scourge under control after they said the New York Times, very same journalist, used to say a couple months ago that it was an experiment in a pariah state.

00:40:27.000 It is the lockdowns that did this.

00:40:29.000 And I wish that, and Vice President Pence had a very good moment, very good moment, where he said, we trust the American people to make good choices.

00:40:37.000 Win.

00:40:38.000 Thank you.

00:40:39.000 Thank you for using that word trust because liberty requires trust.

00:40:43.000 Do you know why?

00:40:45.000 Where is liberty at its lowest in America?

00:40:47.000 Let's just think about this as a thought experiment.

00:40:49.000 Where is liberty at its lowest?

00:40:51.000 Rikers.

00:40:54.000 Rikers, penitentiary.

00:40:56.000 When you're in prison, that's where liberty is at its lowest.

00:41:00.000 Why is liberty at its lowest in a prison?

00:41:04.000 Because our trust of those people are at the lowest.

00:41:06.000 We don't trust those people.

00:41:08.000 That's why their liberty is low.

00:41:10.000 When you don't trust people, you get rid of their liberty.

00:41:14.000 That's why we have prisons.

00:41:16.000 So, for example, when someone goes and shoots a cop and murders them, we say that person should not see the light of day again.

00:41:23.000 And we lock them away because we don't trust them.

00:41:26.000 What Mike Pence was making the argument, and it's hard, you're under fire and all this.

00:41:30.000 He did a great job.

00:41:31.000 I wish he would have built it a little bit more, contextualized it by saying, we trust people, therefore we want to protect their liberty.

00:41:38.000 When you don't trust people, you take away their liberty.

00:41:42.000 I was going to say Chris Cuomo.

00:41:44.000 Yeah, him too.

00:41:44.000 Andrew Cuomo, Gavin Newsom, Bill de Blasio, J.B. Pritzker, the entitled spoiled brat who's the governor of Illinois.

00:41:53.000 All of them don't trust their citizens.

00:41:55.000 Therefore, they don't want them to have liberty.

00:41:58.000 All of them have turned into forms of statewide prison wardens.

00:42:03.000 J.B. Pritzker, Gavin Newsome, and Andrew Cuomo, they're basically running Shawshank.

00:42:11.000 You can only leave your home with certain requirements.

00:42:14.000 You must wear the mask.

00:42:15.000 Gavin Newsom has said, you must wear the mask in between bites.

00:42:20.000 When you don't trust people, of course you take away liberty.

00:42:24.000 They want you, the Democrats want you to live in a form of an open-air prison as long as they're in control.

00:42:30.000 Donald Trump favors the reopening of the American economy.

00:42:33.000 He favors the reopening of our country.

00:42:36.000 That is precisely and exactly why the economy has recovered at all.

00:42:40.000 Susan Page, with a misleading question at one point, she says, the economy has not been what you want it to be.

00:42:46.000 It's because New York, the wealthiest city in the country, one of the wealthiest on the planet, is still almost completely closed.

00:42:54.000 That's why the recovery is not what it should be, alongside the wealthiest state in the country, California.

00:43:00.000 San Francisco and Los Angeles are completely closed.

00:43:04.000 So if we would have followed the guidelines that President Trump and Mike Pence outlined, the economy would be much better than what it is right now.

00:43:10.000 And guess what?

00:43:11.000 It is surging and it is getting back to where it should be.

00:43:16.000 Senator Harris mentioned something so misleading when she says Donald Trump measures success based on how the wealthiest of Americans are doing.

00:43:28.000 Who do you think benefited the most from these lockdowns?

00:43:31.000 Who got the richest during these lockdowns?

00:43:34.000 Jeff Bezos did.

00:43:36.000 Do you think Jeff Bezos wants four more years of Trump or Joe Biden in office?

00:43:40.000 Well, he owns the Washington Post.

00:43:42.000 Donald Trump canceled his corrupt Jedi deal.

00:43:45.000 Did Jeff Bezos benefit or suffer under the nationwide lockdowns?

00:43:51.000 He benefited.

00:43:53.000 Jeff Bezos became richer, and the ruling class supports Joe Biden.

00:44:00.000 The ruling class of America wants Biden and Harris back in office. 1.00

00:44:05.000 Let's listen to Kamala Harris misrepresent Donald Trump's economic agenda play tape. 0.99

00:44:10.000 He believes you measure the health and the strength of America's economy based on the health and the strength of the American worker and the American family.

00:44:20.000 On the other hand, you have Donald Trump, who measures the strength of the economy based on how rich people are doing, which is why he passed a tax bill benefiting the top 1% and the biggest corporations of America, leading to a $2 trillion deficit that the American people are going to have to pay for.

00:44:40.000 On day one, Joe Biden will repeal that tax bill.

00:44:44.000 He'll get rid of it.

00:44:45.000 And what he'll do with the money is invest it in the American people.

00:44:49.000 And through a plan that...

00:44:52.000 America's billionaires benefited from these lockdowns.

00:44:55.000 They have wealth managers.

00:44:56.000 They have hedging positions.

00:44:57.000 They're wealthier today, with obvious exceptions, than they were before the lockdowns.

00:45:02.000 According to Vanguard News, at the end of July, the total assets of the world's more than 2,000 billionaires had risen to a record level of about $10 trillion, according to an analysis published on Wednesday.

00:45:17.000 Recent study.

00:45:19.000 So who actually wants to lock down America again?

00:45:22.000 If I was Jeff Bezos, I would be happy that 100,000 small businesses would have collapsed and gone under.

00:45:27.000 If I'm Jeff Bezos, I'd be happy that the world has gone more digital and they require packages being delivered to your home.

00:45:36.000 If I was Sergey Brin, I would love the fact that everyone went digital.

00:45:41.000 The ruling class, tech elites, and tech oligarchs, they love the fact that America shut down.

00:45:47.000 They thought it was terrific.

00:45:49.000 And so Kamala Harris says that Donald Trump is the billionaire class candidate.

00:45:56.000 I understand some of you may say, oh, he is a billionaire.

00:45:58.000 That's what makes him so dangerous to these people, because he used to be part of the ruling class and he defected from it completely and totally.

00:46:06.000 And so when you look at Senator Harris misrepresenting the economic agenda, everything that they stand for would benefit the wealthy, the few, and the well connected.

00:46:18.000 Senator Harris also did a very interesting thing.

00:46:22.000 She went out of her way.

00:46:24.000 Again, you have to understand that everything these candidates do, especially in a vice presidential debate, is micromanaged by pollsters, by experts, by people that are looking at mountains of millions of dollars of data of where the American people stand on every single micro-issue.

00:46:39.000 I learned something tonight.

00:46:42.000 I learned how awful the Biden campaign is doing with younger voters.

00:46:47.000 She went out of her way in a question that wasn't addressed to her to try to make an appeal to students and to 20-year-olds. 0.97

00:46:54.000 It was clumsy.

00:46:55.000 She swerved out of her way to do it.

00:46:57.000 She said that she has a 20-something that is her daughter.

00:46:59.000 And she's talked about free community college and free two-year university.

00:47:03.000 She did this intentionally because Joe Biden is suffering with young voters across the country for a couple different reasons.

00:47:11.000 On-campus voting is closed.

00:47:14.000 Therefore, it is harder than ever to ballot harvest and commit widespread and deliberate vote-by-mail fraud.

00:47:23.000 And also, Joe Biden is not going to be able to replicate the youth voter turnout in 2008 and 2012.

00:47:29.000 What we are doing at Students for Trump, at TP Action, turning point action, I think is going to play a very sizable role.

00:47:34.000 We were just last night in Salt Lake City, right there where the debate happened, and we had thousands and thousands of people that showed up. 0.97

00:47:42.000 And now, Senator Harris, who, by the way, previously called young people stupid, she said that 20-year-olds are dumb, is now trying to make an overture to try to win it over. 0.99

00:47:52.000 Play tape. 0.99

00:47:53.000 What else do we know about this population, 18 through 24? 1.00

00:47:57.000 They are stupid. 1.00

00:48:01.000 That is why we put them in dormitories. 1.00

00:48:04.000 And they have a resident assistant.

00:48:08.000 They make really bad decisions. 0.96

00:48:12.000 She's so likable. 0.88

00:48:14.000 I can see why swing voters are just gravitating her in record numbers. 1.00

00:48:18.000 She really gives Hillary Clinton a run for the money for how to alienate decent people that otherwise would have voted for your co-candidate. 1.00

00:48:27.000 They're stupid. 1.00

00:48:28.000 That's why we put, what does that even mean? 1.00

00:48:29.000 Put them in dormitory.

00:48:30.000 What is that supposed to mean?

00:48:31.000 Is there some sort of collegiate form of a prison system?

00:48:35.000 I guess.

00:48:36.000 But it shows that Joe Biden and Senator Harris are suffering major polling deficits with younger voters.

00:48:45.000 They're really seeing enthusiasm problems and support problems.

00:48:49.000 And that's why I wrote this book.

00:48:50.000 You guys want a signed copy of it?

00:48:57.000 Type in Charlie Kirk Show.

00:48:58.000 I'll send it to you.

00:48:59.000 I wrote this book for younger voters.

00:49:01.000 And it details the MAGA doctrine, ending the endless wars, holding the corporate class accountable, middle-class work, people that shower before work and after work, an agenda that benefits young people in our country.

00:49:12.000 And so I'm going to sign a book right now for one of our listeners that emailed us right now and showed us that they were subscribed, freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:49:22.000 Justin T, congratulations.

00:49:24.000 I'm going to write a book to you right now.

00:49:26.000 You say this.

00:49:26.000 I think Harris came off as condescending.

00:49:28.000 What do you think about the way she lectured the American people on how she felt the need to explain the meaning of a debt and a bounty?

00:49:34.000 Great question, Justin.

00:49:36.000 You really do deserve a book.

00:49:36.000 I took offense while she was talking.

00:49:38.000 Justin, God bless you.

00:49:44.000 Congrats.

00:49:45.000 We're going to have this book out to the mail.

00:49:46.000 If you guys want to get one, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:49:49.000 All you have to do is show us you're subscribed.

00:49:50.000 Terrific point.

00:49:53.000 What was Senator Harris doing, acting so pedantically as if we don't understand basic terms like debt?

00:50:00.000 Like, look, I would understand one thing if all of a sudden they were using words like ventriloquist or duplicitous or deoxoribal nucleic acid or pseudostrulified salumbar ciliated epithelium, which is a true word, by the way.

00:50:12.000 It's actually a word.

00:50:13.000 It actually means the cells of a wall.

00:50:14.000 Pseudo-stratified, ciliated epiphilium.

00:50:18.000 It's a real word.

00:50:19.000 That's the only thing I learned in seventh grade biology class. 1.00

00:50:22.000 Also, I learned that there are only two genders. 1.00

00:50:23.000 It was a great year. 1.00

00:50:26.000 And yet she went out of her way to try to pander to people in the middle, trying to say that, not even the middle.

00:50:33.000 I'm sorry, let me rephrase that. 0.93

00:50:34.000 She was trying to pander saying, let me just try to explain English to you.

00:50:38.000 Okay, I know what a debt is and a bounty is, okay?

00:50:41.000 I've played video games before.

00:50:42.000 I know what a bounty is.

00:50:44.000 New poll comes out right now.

00:50:46.000 Let's show it on the screen.

00:50:47.000 Mike Pence, who won the debate?

00:50:50.000 Dun da da dun.

00:50:51.000 Mike Pence, 69%.

00:50:52.000 Kamala Harris, 29%.

00:50:53.000 And that is a News Nation poll, which is run by WGN America, not exactly a right-wing network.

00:50:59.000 69% of voters, 69% thought that Mike Pence won.

00:51:03.000 Tough to take the L, Senator Harris.

00:51:06.000 Big win for Mike Pence tonight.

00:51:08.000 I think the polling is coming through in a very decisive way.

00:51:12.000 Let's take another question.

00:51:14.000 We're going to sign a book for you right here.

00:51:17.000 Hey, Charlie, my name is Tyler Landman, and I'm from Israel.

00:51:20.000 Hey, how are you?

00:51:21.000 I'm going to send you a book.

00:51:22.000 Not kind of sure how this is going to work logistically, but I guess we're going to have to send it overseas.

00:51:27.000 I was wondering, after the decisive Pence victory at the debate tonight, what are the best next steps for Trump campaign?

00:51:31.000 Why is it to help him win the November election?

00:51:33.000 Best regards, Tyler.

00:51:34.000 The Trump campaign must understand they were given a massive political victory tonight thanks to Mike Pence.

00:51:40.000 Mike Pence did the hard, stoic work and delivered a win.

00:51:44.000 The Trump campaign must make this a massive, full-out blitz, surrogates on every channel, CNN, MSNBC, Fox News, ABC, CBS, NBC.

00:51:54.000 And here's what the Trump campaign must do.

00:51:57.000 If you're listening, I don't talk to the Trump campaign because I run an outside group, but here's what the Trump campaign must do.

00:52:03.000 And if you guys want to say, Charlie Kirk says this, they should run ads of Mike Pence now that he has had a decisive win.

00:52:12.000 They should cut ads of Mike Pence in suburban swing districts for hard R's GO TV.

00:52:18.000 Mike Pence just basically came up in huge approval to the American people.

00:52:23.000 They should lean in on that.

00:52:24.000 We're taking your questions, freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:52:29.000 Ben says this.

00:52:30.000 I've done at least three year challenges with a signed MAGA doctrine, still trying to get one.

00:52:33.000 Okay, Ben, you win.

00:52:34.000 You get one.

00:52:34.000 Congratulations.

00:52:35.000 You didn't ask a question.

00:52:36.000 You've done it three times.

00:52:37.000 Ben V, thanks for listening.

00:52:39.000 Thanks for playing.

00:52:40.000 Just ask a question next time.

00:52:40.000 You get one.

00:52:41.000 Kidding.

00:52:42.000 Thanks for watching.

00:52:43.000 Here's another good one.

00:52:45.000 Let's get to this one right here.

00:52:49.000 Why does the LGBTQ community feel their lives will be miserable and have no rights in Trump's America?

00:52:55.000 It's just pure fear-mongering and divisive political posturing.

00:53:02.000 There is no evidence to this whatsoever.

00:53:03.000 Just look at Rick Rinnell.

00:53:05.000 Rick Rinnell, the first openly gay man to serve in a cabinet position ever in the history of the U.S. government.

00:53:11.000 You notice Senator Harris didn't attack Mike Pence on the gay issue?

00:53:14.000 Very interesting.

00:53:16.000 Typically, that's a big opening of a big stereotype to go after Mike Pence.

00:53:20.000 Let's get another question here.

00:53:22.000 After watching the first presidential debate and now the vice presidential debate, not one word has been mentioned about the straight attack from Harris to Biden on racial injustice or racially charged comments made by Biden.

00:53:32.000 When presented with accusations that Trump is racist, why hasn't this used in a rebuttal?

00:53:37.000 Ryan S.K., Louisiana, congratulations, you win a signed copy of the MAGA Doctrine.

00:53:41.000 And please keep the questions coming.

00:53:42.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.

00:53:45.000 They need to be more aggressive about it.

00:53:47.000 President Donald Trump watched the debate tonight, and President Trump needs to do what Mike Pence did not do.

00:53:53.000 Don't interrupt.

00:53:54.000 Let the questions be finished and play offense.

00:53:56.000 Play offense and be the prosecutor.

00:53:58.000 Ask the questions.

00:54:00.000 Set the frame of debate.

00:54:01.000 Say, hey, Joe Biden, why is it that you said you can't walk into a 7-Eleven without a slight Indian accent? 1.00

00:54:06.000 Why is it that you called our military stupid bastards? 1.00

00:54:09.000 Why is it that you said the first time you saw a clean-cut black man, his name is Barack Obama? 1.00

00:54:14.000 Why did you call the inner cities of our country urban jungles? 0.99

00:54:17.000 Why is it that you said black people were super predators?

00:54:20.000 Why did you eulogize KKK members? 0.98

00:54:22.000 Why is it that you were best friends with KKK members?

00:54:24.000 Why is it that you opposed busing?

00:54:26.000 And why is it that you were pro segregation?

00:54:31.000 Why is it, Joe?

00:54:32.000 Why did you author the Clinton crime bill?

00:54:34.000 Why did you refuse to have record funding for HBCUs?

00:54:37.000 And why is it that you never passed this First Step Act?

00:54:39.000 Why is it that it was Donald Trump that had the lowest ever black unemployment, the black poverty rate, and yet you didn't even get close to that?

00:54:46.000 Why is it that 5 million people went off of food stamps under Donald Trump?

00:54:49.000 He had 5 million black people went onto food stamps under your administration.

00:54:52.000 That's because Joe Biden and Joe Biden and Senator Harris, they measure success.

00:54:57.000 When Joe Biden and Senator Harris have their meetings every evening, if they get elected, God forbid, and you better do your job to make sure they don't get elected.

00:55:08.000 When they have their meetings in the evening, they judge success by how many people signed up for government benefits.

00:55:16.000 Based on that number, it's a win.

00:55:18.000 Donald Trump and Mike Pence, when they have their evening meeting, they said how many people got off of government benefits onto meaningful work.

00:55:24.000 Difference of self-reliance versus reliance on the government.

00:55:31.000 Next question here: I'm so proud of our vice president.

00:55:34.000 I found it interesting that Kamala used the question from the eighth grader to push votes for Biden while Pence spoke about being united despite differences.

00:55:40.000 What did you think of that exchange, Brandy G?

00:55:42.000 Congratulations, Brandy G. You know what that means?

00:55:45.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com, you win.

00:55:47.000 Signed copy of the MAGA Doctrine.

00:55:48.000 Make sure you guys subscribe right now.

00:55:50.000 Brandy, I thought it was very interesting.

00:55:52.000 Senator Harris completely missed the point of the question, which was a post-political question.

00:55:58.000 Mike Pence being very aware of where the question was coming from and kind of a non-political nature.

00:56:04.000 He said, I think it's good that you're being involved.

00:56:08.000 I think the guy's name is Braxton or Bradenton or something.

00:56:11.000 I'm misremembering.

00:56:14.000 And Brooklyn, yeah.

00:56:17.000 Brecklin.

00:56:18.000 Okay, Brecklin.

00:56:19.000 Got it.

00:56:20.000 And Mike Pence kind of used his time to talk about civility and unifying our country.

00:56:25.000 Senator Harris doesn't believe in unifying our country.

00:56:27.000 She doesn't. 0.99

00:56:28.000 Senator Harris believes in power.

00:56:31.000 And by the way, if I was Joe Biden, I wouldn't trust her.

00:56:33.000 Are you kidding me? 1.00

00:56:34.000 I mean, geez, get out of the way.

00:56:37.000 Watch out. 1.00

00:56:37.000 She wants power. 1.00

00:56:39.000 Because what you saw tonight, when there was a chance to unify the country on a message, all she cared about is how do I get closer to power? 0.91

00:56:46.000 She literally used the question to peddle the Charlottesville lie again.

00:56:51.000 Donald Trump condemned white supremacists at Charlottesville.

00:56:56.000 Donald Trump has condemned the KKK and neo-Nazis so repeatedly, it's exhausting.

00:57:03.000 Donald Trump deported actual Nazis from our country.

00:57:06.000 Donald Trump has recognized the neo-Nazis and the KKK as domestic terror organizations.

00:57:14.000 Did you know that the organizer of the Charlottesville insurrection, I don't even want to call it an insurrection, the Charlottesville event, whatever it is, maybe it is, maybe it wasn't.

00:57:23.000 The Charlottesville tragedy.

00:57:25.000 How about that? 0.67

00:57:25.000 That's a fair way to put it. 0.67

00:57:26.000 The Charlottesville tragedy.

00:57:28.000 The organizer, Richard Spencer, endorsed Joe Biden for president.

00:57:32.000 David Duke is endorsing Democrats.

00:57:36.000 Donald Trump, even after Charlottesville, condemned white supremacists, play tape of Senator Harris lying.

00:57:44.000 You know, I think this is one of the things that makes people dislike the media so much in this country, Susan, is that you selectively edit, just like Senator Harris did, comments that President Trump and I and others on our side of the aisle make.

00:57:59.000 I mean, Senator Harris conveniently omitted, after the president made comments about people on either side of the debate over monuments, he condemned the KKK neo-Nazis and white supremacists and has done so repeatedly.

00:58:14.000 You're concerned that he doesn't condemn neo-Nazis.

00:58:17.000 President Trump has Jewish grandchildren.

00:58:20.000 His daughter and son-in-law are Jewish.

00:58:23.000 This is a president who respects and cherishes all of the American people.

00:58:30.000 I'm so glad Vice President Pence answered it in that way.

00:58:33.000 He has Jewish grandchildren. 0.96

00:58:35.000 Recognize the white supremacists as domestic terror organizations. 0.98

00:58:40.000 Travis says, Hey, Charlie, love the show. 0.58

00:58:41.000 Daily listener, first time emailer.

00:58:43.000 Congratulations.

00:58:43.000 My question is: this, and by the way, congratulations because you went a signed copy of the MAGA doctrine.

00:58:47.000 That's why.

00:58:48.000 My question is: this: if the Democrats and Joe Biden somehow managed to steal the election through fraudulent mail-in ballots, and initially Joe Biden is declared the president, however, later on evidence was the surface showing they stole the election, would Trump retroactively become the president again, or would that fall the speaker if Biden-Harris were removed?

00:59:03.000 So I'm just trying to understand this question.

00:59:05.000 I think that what you're saying is if they steal the election, it's hard to say.

00:59:10.000 It all depends on the Supreme Court.

00:59:11.000 That's why you need nine people on the Supreme Court. 1.00

00:59:13.000 We need to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the United States Supreme Court.

00:59:18.000 And did you notice how Senator Harris, for the second debate in a row, refused to attack Amy Coney Barrett?

00:59:26.000 The Republican trinity remains strong.

00:59:29.000 We talked about that in our podcast.

00:59:33.000 Senator Harris did not lay a glove on Amy Coney Barrett because she's popular. 0.81

00:59:38.000 Lean in on this, Republicans. 1.00

00:59:40.000 She's popular. 0.98

00:59:41.000 We need to get her confirmed. 1.00

00:59:42.000 We need nine justices.

00:59:44.000 Mike Pence, you won tonight.
