00:02:26.000 And for those of you that have grown exhausted, the campaign ads, the mailers, the yard signs, it is all coming to an end.

00:02:36.000 It's very quiet right now.
00:02:38.000 It's all quiet on the Western Front, as some people would say.
00:02:42.000 And President Donald Trump is completely monopolizing the airwaves and the narrative.
00:02:51.000 I go to foxnews.com right now and I see a ad right here for Joe Biden.
00:02:59.000 I then see an ad, not for Donald Trump, but Trump talking uninterrupted on the Fox News feed.
00:03:06.000 So Joe Biden is spending massive amounts of money trying to buy television advertising, trying to get himself on television.
00:03:16.000 Yet, within the same moment in time, President Donald Trump buys hundreds of millions of dollars in ads by just doing events.
00:03:25.000 Donald Trump did a full schedule of events this last weekend.
00:03:30.000 President Trump was in Ohio.
00:03:32.000 He was in New Hampshire.
00:03:33.000 He was in Florida.
00:03:34.000 He was in Wisconsin.
00:03:35.000 He was in Banger, Maine.
00:03:37.000 And today, President Trump is doing three events in Pennsylvania.
00:03:41.000 No one will outwork President Trump.
00:03:44.000 I think we knew that.
00:03:46.000 But what I don't think we knew that I am trying to unpack here this hour is why is Joe Biden doing nothing?
00:03:55.000 Now, it'd be one thing to kind of do a Joe Biden event where you have six people in circles and you kind of just have a conversation.
00:04:02.000 The networks would still carry that, by the way.
00:04:05.000 There's a couple explanations for this.
00:04:08.000 But I'll just first admit, it's very bizarre.
00:04:12.000 It's bizarre that Senator Harris and Joe Biden, eight days out from the election, are choosing not to be visible.
00:04:21.000 So typically in a presidential race or any race, you try to get in front of the cameras and get in front of as many people as possible.
00:04:29.000 I just spoke at a great event in Calvary Chapel, Huntington Beach.
00:04:33.000 It's packed, people around the grounds, people here on the ground, they're coming out of the windows.
00:04:38.000 And they said they do an event on the beach every single year where all the elected officials that want to get elected, they come to their event because there's 20,000 people there.
00:04:48.000 And the pastor, Pastor Joe, said something so obvious.
00:04:52.000 He said, they're all there because they want to get in front of all the people to get elected.
00:04:55.000 I said, of course they do.
00:04:56.000 And I thought to myself a couple days later, and I thought to myself today, why isn't Joe Biden doing that?
00:05:02.000 Why isn't Joe Biden just taking the free and earned media so that he can get in front of people?
00:05:07.000 I mean, it's one thing to call a lid after the debate.
00:05:10.000 Maybe he needs a full day to heal.
00:05:12.000 Maybe he needs a full day to recuperate.
00:05:14.000 Maybe he needs a weekend to recuperate.
00:05:17.000 But full days of doing nothing, something's not right here.
00:05:23.000 So there's a couple explanations here.
00:05:25.000 If we are trying to go to Joe Biden campaign headquarters, let's try to put ourselves in his position.
00:05:31.000 Let's try to put ourselves in what the discussions they are having.
00:05:35.000 There are three possible explanations to this.
00:05:39.000 Number one, the Joe Biden campaign believes, through internal and public polling and their cash advantage, that they have such an exorbitant lead that all they could possibly do at this moment is make it worse.
00:05:54.000 That they're going to shelter in place.
00:05:56.000 They will not answer questions.
00:05:58.000 They will keep to themselves.
00:06:00.000 They will not try to go public.
00:06:02.000 They are going to let their multi-billion dollar cash advantage through all the outside groups and their own campaign try to get them to Election Day.
00:06:10.000 That they have such a lead that there is nothing they could possibly do to contribute.
00:06:15.000 In fact, they might be of the belief that the more the American people see them, the more their numbers will go down.
00:06:21.000 That might be one explanation.
00:06:23.000 A second explanation is that Joe Biden literally cannot campaign.
00:06:27.000 That whatever they injected him with last week, there was enough of that.
00:06:31.000 They don't want to overexpose him.
00:06:34.000 And he actually is not capable of campaigning.
00:06:38.000 The third explanation is this, is that any exposure that Joe Biden would have right now would mean that the media would have access to him.
00:06:48.000 And they'd be able to ask him about Hunter Biden in the laptop, the Federal Bureau of Investigation interviewing Tony Bob Yelinski, which, by the way, should be headline news on every newspaper across the country.
00:07:01.000 And the fact that it isn't is a dark day for democracy.
00:07:05.000 It really is.
00:07:07.000 Because there was more media coverage focused on Ivanka Trump's son allegedly not making a Lego castle after the RNC speech than on whether or not Hunter Biden sold out our country to China.
00:07:23.000 Why is it that we sent 15 FBI agents to go investigate Bubba Wallace, the NASCAR driver?
00:07:32.000 15 FBI agents to go investigate that.
00:07:35.000 We conclude that it wasn't a noose.
00:07:38.000 Yet we can't send 15 FBI agents to go interview Hunter Biden.
00:07:43.000 So I think Joe Biden is stuck in a very difficult position here.
00:07:49.000 And if I were to put myself in his position, I would argue that Joe Biden feels as if he's in a catch-22 position.
00:08:00.000 He goes public, it exposes himself, and he could plummet in the polls.
00:08:05.000 He stays in hiding.
00:08:08.000 It gives Donald Trump an opportunity for an uninterrupted surge.
00:08:14.000 And that's exactly where we are right now in the state of the race.
00:08:18.000 It's bizarrely quiet.
00:08:21.000 I have a prediction.
00:08:22.000 The media in the next 72 hours is going to try to cook up some story based on race, based on allegations, to try to put Trump on defense.
00:08:32.000 They see what's happening here.
00:08:34.000 When the president is doing three events a day, uninterrupted, President Trump is not taking questions from the pool.
00:08:41.000 He is just blitzing the country.
00:08:43.000 He's on message.
00:08:44.000 And right now, for example, on foxnews.com, he doesn't have to buy the advertising, which cost hundreds of thousands of dollars per minute.
00:08:52.000 He just speaks.
00:08:54.000 So what cash, who cares if Joe Biden has the cash advantage?
00:08:58.000 And this is what doesn't always get talked about.
00:09:02.000 When President Trump goes to small towns in Pennsylvania, for example, he's going to Allentown today.
00:09:09.000 He's going to a town I've never heard of, which is called Lillitz, Pennsylvania.
00:09:14.000 All of the local newspapers, all of the local radio will air his speech on an erupted as he says it.
00:09:21.000 They're just honored to have him in their town.
00:09:24.000 And that stuff is more respected and widely read than CNN.
00:09:29.000 One of the things that the Democrat political consultant class get wrong so often is that the way that these little towns operate is first on the local school bulletin, the local newspaper, the local radio guy.
00:09:43.000 What's the guy at the deli saying?
00:09:45.000 They care much less about what CNN says.
00:09:47.000 Who cares if CNN is not covering these rallies?
00:09:50.000 But President Trump doing three events in Pennsylvania, I just wonder why Joe Biden isn't doing one.
00:09:57.000 And I think it's because he's in a position.
00:10:00.000 If he does, he gets hurt.
00:10:02.000 And if he doesn't, he gets hurt.
00:10:03.000 So he's playing it safe.
00:10:07.000 We know in politics, when you try to play it safe, you usually lose.
00:10:13.000 The only reason you would play it safe is if you're in a state like Delaware or Massachusetts and your lead is up by 35 points, then you would quarantine to victory.
00:10:24.000 But that is not the state of the race.
00:10:25.000 And if Joe Biden has convinced himself that he truly has a six-point structural lead, then he's looking at data that I'm not looking at and he's communicating to a population that I do not think exists.
00:10:38.000 I was just talking to normal suburban voters.
00:10:40.000 They weren't MAGA hat-wearing people.
00:10:43.000 They weren't five-hour a day political consuming patriots.
00:10:48.000 They were just normal voters that could be swing voters, but they were on board for President Trump because in just the Dallas area, oil and natural gas contributes over $80 million in tax revenue to Dallas County alone.
00:11:04.000 Better schools, better bridges, better community centers.
00:11:08.000 And Joe Biden, I think, learned a lesson in the debate against Donald Trump, that talking is hard, that communicating actually might put his campaign in jeopardy.
00:11:23.000 I look at the publicly available schedule for President Trump, and it would be difficult for any human being, let alone a man in his mid-70s who just overcame the Chinese coronavirus, to blitz the country in 30-degree weather, in hailstorms.
00:11:40.000 He's up in Banger, Maine.
00:11:42.000 Love Banger, Maine, one of my favorite places on the planet.
00:11:46.000 President Donald Trump has committed himself to one thing in the next week.
00:11:52.000 You might outsmear me.
00:11:54.000 You might outspend me, but you will not outwork me.
00:12:00.000 And I think he'll be richly rewarded for that.
00:12:02.000 I do.
00:12:03.000 I think that campaigns have changed in so many different ways, where people get text messages and you have peer-to-peer text messaging and digital ads and all these different tools in the toolkit.
00:12:16.000 But President Trump and his focus on in-person rallies is still the most effective way to persuade voters and get out the vote.
00:12:26.000 What is the Democrat narrative right now?
00:12:30.000 And I think President Trump actually captured the Democrat narrative perfectly.
00:12:34.000 He said it over the weekend in his final event in Wisconsin, where we are right now doing this broadcast, where President Trump said, and Joe Biden said that we're going to have a dark winter?
00:12:45.000 What a terrible message.
00:12:48.000 Perfect capture there, Mr. President.
00:12:50.000 It is a dark message.
00:12:52.000 People rarely go out of their way to go vote for darkness.
00:12:56.000 Thanks, Joe Biden.
00:12:58.000 You're trying to sell misery to the American people.
00:13:01.000 And Joe Biden was asked some questions this weekend.
00:13:05.000 You see, when Joe Biden speaks, it doesn't always go well.
00:13:08.000 He confused President Trump with George Bush.
00:13:11.000 But most importantly, he snapped at a reporter asking about Hunter's laptop and emails, and then pivots to Trump not having a plan.
00:13:18.000 This is cut six.
00:13:20.000 Let's see if we can get cut six of Joe Biden snapping out at a reporter, play tape.
00:13:24.000 Okay, Mr. Blind, if I can.
00:13:26.000 Sure.
00:13:26.000 Questions of controversy continue to say about Hunter Biden, your son's.
00:13:31.000 There is no controversy about this.
00:13:33.000 It's a flat lie because the president has nothing else to run on.
00:13:33.000 It's all a lie.
00:13:38.000 If you notice, while American people are talking about what's happening to their families, he has no plan.
00:13:43.000 In the debate, he has no plan.
00:13:45.000 And because he doesn't want to talk about how manufacturing has gone into recession, how our economy's in a hole, how we're approaching a bleak winter.
00:13:55.000 That's his message.
00:13:56.000 Things are awful, so vote for me.
00:13:57.000 And I guess we'll make them better.
00:14:00.000 I mean, he has no concrete examples of that.
00:14:03.000 But there is a growing criminal scandal around Joe Biden specifically and his son.
00:14:09.000 This is something that should be frontline news.
00:14:12.000 And I think Joe Biden doesn't want to take more questions like that.
00:14:15.000 Do you notice how Joe Biden, Hunter Biden still, considering some of, let's say, the more graphic revelations that have come out against Hunter Biden with this laptop?
00:14:26.000 And I'll just leave it at that, that they still haven't denied the authenticity of the laptop.
00:14:30.000 So they started by saying this is Russian disinformation.
00:14:33.000 They got 50 former intelligence officers who blatantly aligned with a lie saying that this laptop was another tool of the Russian disinformation artists.
00:14:45.000 And yet Joe Biden and Hunter Biden have yet to deny any of the authenticity of the material on the laptop, which goes to show that Joe Biden is a subcontractor.
00:14:56.000 He's a 990 employee of the Chinese Communist Party.
00:15:01.000 He is a wholly owned subsidiary of Xi Jinping.
00:15:06.000 So Joe Biden is making a decision.
00:15:09.000 His decision right now, and to be honest with you, if I was in the internal meetings for Joe Biden, I can see how they reached this decision.
00:15:20.000 I can see how they want to just run out the clock, how they just want to hope Donald Trump will have a misstep.
00:15:26.000 The media will provide cover fire.
00:15:28.000 We'll get our people out there.
00:15:29.000 The outside groups will try to enthuse people and then we'll win.
00:15:34.000 But it's not that simple.

00:17:20.000 We'll do peer-to-peer text messaging.
00:17:22.000 We'll get our volunteers and staffers out there.
00:17:24.000 There's nothing, Joe, that you can do that will actually excite people.
00:17:27.000 The more you actually talk, you end up getting into problems, just quarantine to victory.
00:17:33.000 Where President Trump is taking the more traditional approach, I'm going to do as many events as possible till election day.
00:17:40.000 I remember watching President Barack Obama campaign in 2008 and 2012.
00:17:44.000 He outworked Mitt Romney.
00:17:46.000 He did three, four events a day.
00:17:47.000 I remember an event he did at University of Wisconsin-Madison, and we are doing this show right from Wisconsin, where he had 40,000, 50, 60,000 people show up for him.
00:17:57.000 Joe Biden's doing none of that.
00:17:58.000 And he cites virus concerns, but that doesn't mean he can't do his typical rally where he has six people in chairs, socially distanced.

00:18:11.000 So Kamala Harris was asked a question from Nora O'Donnell. 0.99
00:18:15.000 Let's go to cut seven of Kamala Harris bursting out laughing when asked if she represents a socialist or progressive perspective.

00:18:49.000 Well, I think we all know exactly where Kamala Harris comes from. 0.94

00:18:52.000 And her self-deprecating laugh there, I think, is actually very, very telling.
00:18:57.000 Now, look, Senator Harris will actually run our government if Joe Biden gets elected as president of the United States.
00:19:03.000 Despite all of the attacks launched at Joe Biden in the last couple weeks, Joe Biden's favorables, they remain basically unchanged.
00:19:11.000 And this just kind of goes to the guiding premise and thesis that we've been talking about the last week and a half here, which is that President Trump needs to connect the Joe Biden scandal directly with Kamala Harris, saying that she will be in charge.
00:19:24.000 She will be running the government. 0.99
00:19:26.000 Senator Kamala Harris is a California Marxist radical.
00:19:31.000 And I'm driving through rural Wisconsin.
00:19:33.000 I see these people with these Joe Biden signs.
00:19:35.000 And I say, if they only realized who would actually be in control if Joe Biden were to win, it is the most liberal senator in America, Kamala Harris, who ran the California Attorney General's office and targeted people of faith, targeted pro-life groups.
00:19:51.000 That's who will be in charge of your government if Joe Biden were to win.
00:19:55.000 And so the Joe Biden campaign is probably so convinced by their polling lead that they have decided to suspend almost all campaigning.
00:20:05.000 And in another perplexing turn of events, Kamala Harris is going to Texas this week.
00:20:12.000 And so if I were to kind of read between the lines here, the Joe Biden campaign truly does believe that they're going to win.
00:20:19.000 The only reason why Kamala Harris would go to Texas is trying to expand the electoral map so dramatically that they want a landslide, and they think they're going to get it.
00:20:31.000 Joe Biden has done no campaign events at all in the final eight days, has none planned.
00:20:36.000 He has one actually to go to Georgia.
00:20:39.000 No other details besides that.
00:20:41.000 Maybe he's trying to help candidates in Georgia.
00:20:44.000 But I think what we're looking at is two completely different perspectives of how we view data.
00:20:51.000 The Joe Biden campaign has truly convinced themselves that they need to start measuring the curtains in the Oval Office, similar to what Hillary Clinton did, where she decided not to visit Wisconsin, Michigan, or Pennsylvania up until the very end of the campaign.
00:21:08.000 And obviously, a lot of this is conjecture, and a lot of this is just guessing, but that's exactly what a campaign is supposed to do.
00:21:16.000 They're supposed to internalize data, make decisions around it, and then decide whether or not they're going to campaign, what advertisement they're supposed to do.
00:21:25.000 The greatest asset that a campaign has is typically, in normal circumstances, a candidate's time.
00:21:32.000 It's supposed to be where the candidate can visit, do interviews.
00:21:35.000 In a regular campaign, you want your candidate in front of people.
00:21:40.000 This is the first campaign in the history of the planet.
00:21:42.000 You don't want your candidate in front of people.
00:21:44.000 You don't want him to do interviews.
00:21:46.000 You don't want people to see him.
00:21:48.000 So it's either that they believe that there will be a surge of voters to vote out Donald Trump, the likes of which we've never seen before, or that Joe Biden could only harm the current trajectory.
00:21:59.000 There's a great story by Sean Trend, who's on staff at Real Clear Politics.
00:22:03.000 He says, no, really, don't pay attention to early voting data.
00:22:07.000 It's very thorough because there was an article this weekend in Politico that said it's a fire alarm or a warning flare.
00:22:14.000 New swing state data shows massive Democrat early voting lead.
00:22:18.000 And you look into it, it's done by a Bloomberg data company, which very well might be, there might be some truth to it.
00:22:24.000 But let's just look at the data as it is today.
00:22:26.000 People say, well, Democrats are showing up in record numbers in states like North Carolina.
00:22:31.000 So in North Carolina, for example, it shows that, well, Democrats have a 10.5 percentage point lead in North Carolina.
00:22:39.000 But what it doesn't say is that in 2016, Democrats had a 13.1 percentage point lead in early voting at the very same time.
00:22:47.000 They say that blacks are showing up in record numbers.
00:22:50.000 Well, that's not true either.
00:22:52.000 In 2016, blacks were 22% of the early electorate.
00:22:55.000 Right now, they're 20.5% of the early electorate.
00:22:58.000 We also don't know how independents are voting.
00:23:01.000 We don't know how people that are non-party affiliation are voting in states like Florida.
00:23:05.000 And most importantly, we don't know how many Democrats are still voting for Donald Trump.
00:23:10.000 They might be registered Democrats voting for Trump.
00:23:13.000 And here's a good question for you.
00:23:15.000 Do you think there are more Republicans voting for Biden or Democrats voting for Trump?
00:23:20.000 It's not even close.
00:23:21.000 I'm sure there's some Republicans out there that are defecting against Trump because they've been convinced that his style is so terrible that we must then destroy the country.
00:23:30.000 However, if you look at Donald Trump's approval rating in the Republican Party, it's plus 96%.
00:23:36.000 Donald Trump had the most decisive primary of any candidate ever in a primary election.

00:24:02.000 And so unless Joe Biden is seeing something that we are all missing, and maybe he is, I think Joe Biden is of the opinion that public appearances and public speeches will only further jeopardize his campaign.
00:24:16.000 And there's a series of new polls that show Donald Trump up three points in Florida, the Trafalgar Group.
00:24:23.000 It shows Donald Trump up two points in Michigan, Donald Trump up two points in Florida, Donald Trump up three points in Arizona and two points in North Carolina.
00:24:32.000 If all of that is true, Donald Trump will soar to victory.
00:24:37.000 And mind you, if you go deeper into the data, Republicans are doing historically well with early voting.
00:24:44.000 And one of the things that frustrates me the most with early voting, you don't get extra points if you vote early.
00:24:49.000 Your vote doesn't count more.
00:24:51.000 It counts the same on Election Day that you vote early, absentee, or in person.
00:24:56.000 The only thing that it does is it narrows the amount of voters that you have to actually drive out to the polls.
00:25:02.000 The fact that Republicans are doing as well as we are doing in early voting with the amount of understandable skepticism that Republican voters have towards fraud and towards the nonsense of the ballot issue should really worry Democrats, not Republicans.
00:25:18.000 But understand, these next eight days, you are going to see a steady build of Trump's closing message.
00:25:26.000 The number one issue for voters heading into the election, according to every single poll, is the economy.

00:25:34.000 President Trump is 60 plus percent better on the economy than Joe Biden.
00:25:43.000 60% of voters believe Donald Trump is much better equipped to handle the economy than Joe Biden.
00:25:49.000 And so many of the people that will be voicing support for Joe Biden will be doing it simply on style or radical left-wing ideas and values and issues.

00:26:02.000 And Donald Trump has been given a gift.
00:26:05.000 Typically, when Donald Trump does these events, like in 2016, I mean, you can say whatever you want about Hillary Clinton.

00:26:49.000 In close elections, the candidate who does more appearances, who does more interviews, almost always wins.

00:27:00.000 Also, Republicans won the voter registration battle in the key battleground states.
00:27:05.000 Republicans have more enthusiasm than the Democrats.
00:27:10.000 And yet Joe Biden remains quarantined in place.
00:27:14.000 Let's play tape right here of Fox News reporting that there were more Trump supporters at a Biden campaign event on Sunday.
