00:00:41.000He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:47.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:01:26.000It's important to note that when an individual is called before courts across the country, they appear.
00:01:33.000Why should the Attorney General, who is supposed to be head of all law enforcement authorities, any different?
00:01:41.000Garland still has time to comply with this request.
00:01:44.000We are asking that he bring the tapes to the house and let us listen to them.
00:01:49.000But in the event that he does not, we will press forward with calling the privilege motion on inherent contempt to the floor on Friday morning.
00:01:58.000It is also important to note that if we as a Congress do not have the ability to enforce our investigative ability, that we are essentially going to be ignored and undercut and essentially handicapped by all other branches, which would make us not a co-equal branch of government.
00:02:14.000That is Congresswoman Ana Paulina Luna, who I am so proud of.
00:02:39.000Yeah, so this is actually, it's an old parliamentary procedure that was actually written into Jefferson's manual.
00:02:46.000So we're talking about back in the late 1700s, and I actually found this in reading the rule manual, and what it allows is, there's two different types of contempt of Congress.
00:02:56.000Criminal goes as direct referral to the Department of Justice, and inherent contempt actually authorizes the body itself, the ruling majority, to Basically be a punitive arm.
00:03:09.000I don't think that our founding fathers ever anticipated that there would be two rogue branches of government, but this is supposed to be the check and balance that, you know, we need in order to have a fair and free country.
00:03:20.000So what would happen is the inherent contempt vote likely will be coming to the floor on Friday.
00:03:27.000And at that point, pending it passes, what it will allow is Speaker Johnson at his direction to either call the Attorney General to appear before the House of Representatives, or it turns the Sergeant at Arms into essentially an enforcement arm for the Speaker to go get the Attorney General, if need be, and force him to compel the evidence.
00:03:49.000Now, a lot of people have asked, you know, was this possible?
00:03:52.000In fact, a couple of weeks ago, Newsweek was actually Basically saying that it wasn't.
00:03:57.000And now, as you're seeing, there is constitutional founding for this.
00:04:00.000The Supreme Court has upheld a decision, lastly in 1927, that would actually allow and actually give Congress, under Article I authorities, the ability to do this.
00:04:12.000But I think more importantly, Charlie, for especially the listeners, you know, again, as I said in the press conference, any other person in the country, if you're called before court and you don't appear, they issue a bench warrant.
00:04:21.000And we are seeing the Attorney General, one, knowingly breaking the law.
00:04:24.000But also, too, he's running interference for Biden.
00:04:27.000We also obtained a letter that Biden's counsel actually had sent to Congress.
00:04:32.000And what that letter does, Charlie, is it actually stated that Garland asked the president to invoke executive privilege, of which you know, Charlie, is actually not even valid because they gave us transcripts.
00:04:43.000So what is about the audio that they don't want us to hear?
00:04:51.000While Republican attorneys general across the country are silent and cowardly, we have freshman, or I should say fresh woman, Congresswoman from Florida, Ana Paulina Luna, Who is coming out and leading the charge, and this is a growing movement.
00:05:32.000That is correct, but what I think will likely happen, Charlie, is I think that at that point, once the vote hits the floor, I think that Garland will indeed present himself.
00:05:41.000Now, I mean, Garland still has, up until that date on Friday, to essentially let us hear the audio recording, stop interfering with our Article 1 authorities, and this can all go away.
00:05:52.000But in the event that he doesn't, I hold the simple belief that everyone should be held accountable and equally accountable at that.
00:05:58.000And that is exactly why we're doing what we're doing.
00:06:00.000And I've actually, you know, been able to make this argument.
00:06:02.000I sent out a dear colleague letter that actually has the constitutionality, the case law, all of this.
00:06:07.000And again, I know that it hasn't been done, you know, for almost a hundred years.
00:06:11.000And that's why there are so many questions surrounding this.
00:06:13.000But Charlie, this actually dates back to even Parliament in England.
00:06:18.000And so this was actually something that, at least in the United States, had been done
00:06:21.000close to a hundred times, made it up to the Supreme Court five different times, of which
00:06:25.000that 1927 McGrane versus Doherty actually upheld our authority to do so.
00:06:30.000So everybody, this is amazing and it should absolutely work.
00:06:33.000I'm reading on House.gov, by the way, the Sergeant-at-Arms is, they are tasked with the enforcement of safety and security, members of Congress, and the Capitol Complex.
00:06:43.000Also coordinates extensively with U.S.
00:06:45.000Capitol Police and various intelligence agencies to assess threats against members and the Capitol Complex.
00:06:50.000So there is precedent for the Sergeant-at-Arms arresting if there is inherent contempt of that, correct?
00:06:57.000The last case I just stated, McGarrett v. Dougherty, 1927.
00:07:01.000And so then, the process is, is it correct that Merrick Garland, the Attorney General of the United States, has been calling members trying to lobby them not to vote for inherent contempt?
00:07:12.000We actually heard that being reported by Chad's program over the weekend.
00:07:16.000And I'd like to note, though, that most members, this is actually an educational opportunity because a lot of members were unfamiliar that this power existed.
00:07:25.000And so it's been actually really good for the conference as a whole because we've been able to have those discussions.
00:07:31.000And as you saw at the press conference, there's people, you know, from Dan Crenshaw to Derek Van Orden to Mark Alford to Max Miller to Tim Burchett that are supporting this initiative.
00:07:41.000So it's a good cross section of the entire conference.
00:07:47.000We have to explain this to every single member, but I think that's part of why my voter sent me here.
00:07:51.000What I will say, though, is that we did hear when I was researching this, and I asked many questions, also two from constitutional scholars once I read it, because I could not realize what I had stumbled upon in the rule manual, but what I did ask was, you know, has this been done before?
00:08:07.000And to my knowledge, Nancy Pelosi actually was considering doing it last election cycle, and I believe the reason why they did, or last Congress, the 118th Congress, I believe the reason, or 117th Congress, I believe the reason why they didn't, Charlie, is because The second phase of this is that the Speaker, once he's charged with inherent contempt, could say, well, look, maybe we don't want to arrest you, but we will actually hold a trial in the House.
00:08:33.000Okay, so Congress will hold a trial and that would actually open him up to discovery.
00:08:38.000So I believe that Pelosi did not want to do that.
00:08:41.000She wanted to push the dirty work onto the Department of Justice to go after political opponents or, you know, outspoken voices.
00:08:49.000Conservatives, whatever it might be, and because of the fact that they would have been able to make that case to the American people and present that in a court fashion, I believe that's why she did that.
00:08:58.000Just really quick, do members not read the rules?
00:09:01.000So you're a freshman and you just read the rules.
00:09:04.000How many members actually know the rules or read them?
00:09:06.000So you decided to go into the actual rules and you found this nugget?
00:09:24.000I don't know if anyone understands this.
00:09:26.000Ana Paulina Luna, on maternity leave, and this was kind of floated by some people, and you find the sergeant at arms here, and this is, you know, we're always asking for our side to fight, to have people to fight, and we say in my book, Right Wing Revolution, we actually have more power than we realize.
00:09:45.000Here, all of a sudden, we have potentially the power to arrest Merrick Garland for defying subpoenas and being held in inherent contempt.
00:10:07.000I think that what is actually going to happen is I think that this will likely get called up on Friday.
00:10:14.000And I think at that point, the leadership in the House will have to decide if they're going to basically allow that vote to happen right then and there or if they're going to wait until after recess.
00:10:24.000But I do think that in my conversations without, you know, divulging the personal conversations, because the speaker did ask me to not divulge that as of right now, I just want to let everyone know that we are talking and that the speaker is definitely perceptive and is aware of this and what it represents.
00:10:43.000But I do think that the call to action is just ask your members to listen and to be open to it because really in retrospect, Charlie, you know, a lot of people in this country right now understand that there is a two-tier justice system and we have Republicans in jail for ignoring subpoenas.
00:11:02.000and yet the enforcement arm of the Department of Justice at this direction...
00:11:06.000This is exactly right. This is why it's so brilliant what ANA is doing.
00:11:10.000They are about to throw Steve Bannon in federal prison for defying a subpoena,
00:11:14.000and they say, okay, you put Steve Bannon in federal prison, we send the sergeant-at-arms, and we go arrest Merrick Garland.
00:13:45.000So, Steve Bannon, they're going to try to throw him in federal prison.
00:13:48.000I've been very critical of Speaker Johnson, but Speaker Johnson is now, at the last hour, and I think he's doing the right thing here and deserves credit, is saying that the January 6th committee was not properly constituted, and that he's filing an amicus brief in Steve Bannon's favor.
00:14:43.000Does he then get jailed in the basement of the house?
00:14:46.000So ultimately, and there's a lot of discussion on, okay, does the house actually have holding facilities or a jail technically?
00:14:53.000And so the answer to that is typically what was done is they would convert a room as a holding cell.
00:14:58.000But I mean, even then, so The last individual that was actually charged with inherent contempt was actually put up at a very nice hotel in Washington, D.C., and then the actual court process played out in the House of Representatives, and they basically had a trial for that individual.
00:15:12.000And so I think what's likely to happen is, again, pending that this passes, I think that Johnson would actually ask the Attorney General to appear.
00:15:20.000Or, you know, best case scenario, Garland does the right thing and lets us hear the tapes prior.
00:15:24.000So the consolidation of Republican support for this has really been promising and remarkable.
00:15:31.000Do you think that because of the escalating lawfare against Donald Trump, of what we've seen with the Department of Justice, what we've seen with Steve Bannon and Navarro, have you seen an attitude shift amongst some of your more moderate Republican colleagues?
00:15:46.000Well, I think so, but I also think that a lot of my colleagues are tired of the fact that it is very apparent that the executive branch And also, too, that the judiciary branch seems to be undercutting and not treating us like an equal branch of government.
00:16:00.000And that's really not, one, how we should operate, but also, too, I mean, what you are seeing is that these people are utilizing a system.
00:16:09.000They are pointing blame to Republicans, saying that we're trying to tear this country apart.
00:16:14.000And ultimately, what they have done is really put oil in a well and poisoned our country using our very institutions against people that are just trying to Trying to get by, right?
00:16:23.000Like how many FBI agents have shown up on doorsteps of Americans that are really not threats instead of investigating known terrorists, right?
00:16:29.000So I think for these people, especially, there's a lot of frustration, but then also to the weaponization.
00:16:35.000And then there's the aspect of there is constitutional grounds for this.
00:16:40.000There's Supreme Court ruling, there's a case law.
00:16:42.000And so I think that the argument that we've presented as a whole, I think everyone knows that if there is another lawsuit, if the court systems get involved again, What's going to end up happening is they will stall, stall, stall because we know that Biden has these different bureaucrats working for him and ultimately what will end up happening is we likely still won't ever get the tapes and so that's exactly why we've been forced to pursue this other avenue.
00:17:05.000It doesn't make me happy to do it but ultimately I do believe that the Attorney General is not above or more important than any other American and should be held to the same standards.
00:17:14.000If Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro are going to be thrown in federal prison for contempt of Congress, and Merrick Garland just gets to walk free, it's time that we reciprocate.
00:17:31.000I want to share with you an upcoming film that has core values like bravery, courage, individuality, hope, and firm faith that the best is yet to come.
00:17:38.000It's called Horizon, an American Saga.
00:17:41.000Dive into the heart of the nation with Horizon, an American Saga where faith, family, and freedom intertwine to ignite the patriotic flame.
00:17:48.000This film delves into courage, resilience, and unyielding determination of America's pioneer spirit.
00:17:54.000Horizon, an American saga, highlights timeless values and cherished principles, serving as an inspiration and stirring tribute to the quintessential American ethos.
00:18:03.000Horizon is the story of how America became the country we love.
00:18:07.000It's the story of courageous men and women who sacrificed everything for their chance at the American dream.
00:18:11.000You're told from the time that you're a child, there are two things you don't talk about in public.
00:18:14.000tale of how the West was won. This July 4th, make Horizon part of your
00:18:18.000celebration of this great nation. Don't miss Horizon, an American saga. Chapter
00:18:23.000one in theaters June 28th and chapter two in theaters August 16th. Again, it is
00:18:28.000an American saga. Check it out right now.
00:18:32.000You're told from the time that you're a child, there are two things you don't
00:18:38.000talk about in public. Politics and religion.
00:18:42.000But those are the exact things we need to be talking about these days, because there's a change in the air, there's things going on that only come to light when you talk about them.
00:20:02.000Pastor, walk us through what happened yesterday in Washoe County, Nevada.
00:20:08.000Charlie, demons were released in Washoe, not simply because I showed up, but because the church was present and the church has been present for a while.
00:20:19.000But we had a mass group of people go to a round table, first and foremost, to discuss what's going on at the Washoe County School District.
00:20:28.000And then we went to the school board meeting and this school board has to be the most trashiest and ghetto school board in America.
00:20:37.000Number one, they have the school board meeting at 2 p.m.
00:20:40.000I mean, parents can't go to a school board meeting at 2 p.m.
00:20:47.000They're trying to find a way to figure out how to overcome all of this inflation that the Obama-Biden administration has caused intentionally.
00:21:00.000they have a school board meeting scheduled, and then the room is packed, and the room is as large as a trailer.
00:21:08.000You know, you can only get about 30 people in there.
00:21:11.000And then the overflow is packed, and then people are lining up in the hallways because, you know, there were hundreds of people who came out in support of what we're doing alongside TPUSA, and the support that Dr. Bob has so generously given towards this campaign.
00:21:28.000And so I stand up and read from the book entitled American Psycho that's in three different schools, three different high schools in particular.
00:21:37.000And the moment I get into the first sentence, the vice chair of the school board begins to gavel me down and says, you know what, that's one strike.
00:21:49.000And then the entire board gets up and walks out.
00:21:53.000The vice chair says that the meeting has been adjourned.
00:21:58.000And the Snowflake Tyrants walk out of the school board meeting, leaving me at the podium to continue to do whatever I want to do, but they walk out of the school board meeting because they said that the content that I was reading was too vulgar.
00:22:47.000He goes and reads what is okay for kids to read, but then adults hear it at the school board meeting, and they say, we have to end the meeting.
00:22:55.000So a 13-year-old can read it, internalize it, and study it, but adults, they don't want to hear it.
00:23:06.000It says, Christy is on all fours facing the headboard, her ASS raised high in the air, and I'm straddling her back as if I was riding a dog or something, but backward, my knees resting on the mattress by half hard, and I'm facing Sabrina, who is staring at me as she spreads open ASS with a determined expression.
00:23:27.000Her smile seems torture, and she's wetting her own lips by f***ing herself, And tracing her glistening index finger across them, like she's applying lip gloss.
00:23:38.000With both my hands, I keep Christie's ASS and **** spread open, and I urge Sabrina to move in closer and sniff them!
00:23:51.000I motion for Sabrina to move her face in closer until she can smell my fingers.
00:23:56.000Reverend, again, what you are doing is the Lord's work.
00:24:22.000You are shining a light on what they say is perfectly fine for 14-year-olds, but when you do it at a school board meeting, they have you expelled.
00:24:42.000We've been able to collectively, alongside TPUSA and others, amass over 300 million views.
00:24:49.000We've been able to flip two school boards, one in Pennsylvania and one in New Jersey.
00:24:53.000We were able to strike down a transgender policy in New Jersey, Policy 5756.
00:24:59.000We defeated the devil in Fort Lauderdale, Broward County.
00:25:04.000There was a person there that was trying to ban the Bible in the public school system, a Satanist to be exact, and on the day that I showed up to confront him, the coward Satanist didn't even show up, so the devil lost again.
00:25:17.000We've been able to remove dozens of pornographic books from around the country, and the work still presses on, and we're going to 12 more states this year.
00:25:26.000Keep in mind, this book, American Psycho, has led to gross massacres in this world.
00:25:34.000A copy was found in possession of Wade Francom, perpetrator of the 1991 Stratfield Massacre in Sydney, Australia.
00:25:42.000Because of that, you have to be 18 years old to purchase this book in Australia, all right?
00:25:49.000During the trial of Canadian serial killer Paul Bernardo, a copy was discovered in Bernardo's bedroom.
00:25:56.000And then, during the Duke Lacrosse case, a team member named Ryan McFadden sent a profane email to several of his teammates alleging he was going to kill and skin some strippers.
00:26:07.000The administrators asserted the email was an imitation of Bateman, one of the characters in this book.
00:26:14.000This book has led to people losing their lives.
00:26:18.000Why are we putting this in public school systems around this country?
00:26:26.000Why are they pushing this filth upon children that not only indoctrinates them, I call it mental rape because it assaults the soul, it stains the brain, and it robs kids of their innocence.
00:26:55.000In this country, from 1962, when prayer was removed, up to 2024, we have gone from prayer to porn.
00:27:04.000From prayer to trannies gallivanting around our school boards and in our classrooms.
00:27:10.000We've gone from prayer to critical race theory and intentional race baiting tactics, labeling whites as inherently racist and blacks as proverbial victims.
00:27:19.000We've gone from prayer to now calling math racist.
00:28:42.000A very interesting video of a guy, he was at a school board meeting, and he was reading from the book that the little kids, little kids these are, are being taught from.
00:29:42.000Chapter 18 verse 10, and I read this scripture yesterday to a group of pastors and local citizens who were concerned about Washoe County School District.
00:29:51.000It says, For I am with thee, and no man shall attack you or hurt you, for I have much people in this city.
00:29:59.000Listen, American patriots, the Lord is with us.
00:30:03.000Truth is on our side, but we can't be afraid to speak it.
00:30:07.000It's now never. It's either we win back the White House, it's either
00:30:13.000we win back the Oval Office, or we watch America continue to burn. What are you
00:30:19.000going to do? Stand bowling, stand strong, and whatever you do, don't claim to
00:30:25.000be a Christian and vote for Democrats. We are gonna bring you across the country
00:30:29.000through Turning Point Action, right Marina?
00:30:32.000Turning Point Action on the political stuff, because you have a really important message to share on the political side.

00:32:39.000And I remember the first time someone told me about Adam Kinzinger.
00:32:44.000He's a tough guy, served in the military, helps people when they're getting mugged.
00:32:48.000I think that was one of his stories when he first ran for office.
00:32:52.000Adam Kinzinger is without a doubt one of the saddest stories in modern American politics.
00:33:00.000He goes from someone who tells his voters that he's a conservative, that he cares about the country, and what he has deformed into is not quite clear.
00:33:13.000He has now come out, and the great Adam Kinzinger coalition, who is so afraid to face his voters out in Illinois, is endorsing Joe Biden for the presidency.
00:34:05.000By the way, if Joe Biden gets through the entire debate tomorrow, it'll be one of the greatest accomplishments in the history of American chemistry.
00:34:55.000And he's continuing to stoke the flames of political violence.
00:34:58.000There's too much at stake to sit on the sidelines.
00:35:01.000So to every American of every political party and those of none, I say now is not the time to watch quietly as Donald Trump threatens the future of America.
00:35:10.000Now's the time to unite behind Joe Biden and show Donald Trump off the stage once and for all.
00:35:17.000People like him, that call themselves conservatives and endorse Joe Biden, are a greater threat to the country than Democrats.
00:36:13.000He's got the Joe Biden treatment going.
00:36:15.000In Adam Kinzinger's Twitter bio, Adam Kinzinger has two foreign flags and only one American flag.
00:36:21.000Adam Kinzinger has in his Twitter bio, proud rhino, dad, husband, lieutenant colonel in the National Guard, CNN political commentator, former congressman, founder of Country First, and a NAFO fella.
