00:01:21.000 We're going to have Jack, we're going to have Tyler, I think Andrew might be piping in.
00:01:26.000 It is going to be an amazing day.
00:01:30.000 Pre-debate analysis starts at 8 p.m.
00:01:32.000 Eastern, and post-debate reaction immediately following.
00:01:35.000 You guys can find that at Rumble.
00:01:37.000 We might come in and out on Real America's Voice, and of course, Blake Neff will be there.
00:01:42.000 I thought I said Blake, but...
00:01:44.000 Blake will be there as well.
00:01:46.000 So check it out, pre-debate analysis starting at 8pm tonight, and also all of the breakdown of what is going to be the most consequential debate in modern American history.
00:01:57.000 Now, it could end up being a very boring debate.
00:02:00.000 Honestly, boring is a win for Donald Trump!
00:02:03.000 Boring would be a triumph.
00:02:06.000 Now, there are two ways of governing.
00:02:09.000 You can govern using force, Or you can govern using speech.
00:02:15.000 The last three and a half years, we have been living under a pseudo-tyranny that uses force, not speech.
00:02:24.000 When you use speech, you try to find a moderate ground.
00:02:28.000 When you use speech, you try to find where you agree to disagree.
00:02:32.000 When you use speech, you say, you know, I might not see the world the way you do, but I'm not going to lock you up in federal prison for 700 years.
00:02:41.000 The Founding Fathers, when they wrote the U.S.
00:02:44.000 Constitution, which was and is the greatest political document ever written, it was an emphasis on what Aristotle would say is we are the speaking beings.
00:02:55.000 What makes us different than dogs and horses is we are able to make sense of the natural world by using our speech, to use reason.
00:03:05.000 The spoken word is an exhibit and is an ability for us to show that we have reason, And animals do not.
00:03:13.000 More than just feeling pain or pleasure, we are able to differentiate between good and evil.
00:03:21.000 Speech is what built the West.
00:03:26.000 Force is what is destroying it.
00:03:29.000 Joe Biden and the regime knows that what they have done is deeply unpopular.
00:03:33.000 They know that their set of policies and the destruction on the country is not polling well with people at all.
00:03:39.000 If you live in Kennebunkport or Sun Valley, where I just was, or parts of Aspen, and you are on the center left, you think that things are great.
00:03:48.000 You're richer than ever before.
00:03:50.000 Your oligarchy is protected like never before.
00:03:55.000 Truth is a threat to the regime.
00:03:57.000 Free speech is a threat to the regime.
00:03:59.000 With free speech, you can transmit truth.
00:04:03.000 The Biden regime has suppressed our freedom of speech and suppressed our access to truth.
00:04:07.000 I do not think people understand the profundity of what is about to happen tonight.
00:04:13.000 Tonight is the first opportunity since 2020, in an unscripted way, that Joe Biden is on an island.
00:04:22.000 It is the first opportunity where he does not have his handlers.
00:04:25.000 Now, he does have his CNN babysitters there.
00:04:27.000 He's got Jake Tapper and Dana Bash.
00:04:30.000 But this is the first chance that the alleged leader of the free world, the Commander-in-Chief, has to answer for what he has done to this country.
00:04:41.000 He has to answer as to why he's allowed the foreign invasion on our southern border, how he has deteriorated the U.S.
00:04:47.000 dollar, how he has got us closer and closer to World War III by funding this bloody proxy war of Ukraine versus Russia.
00:04:57.000 Tonight is the first opportunity at accountability.
00:05:01.000 You see, the Democrats do not want to do this.
00:05:04.000 Joe Biden would not be doing a summer debate.
00:05:07.000 I've been doing this radio program now for almost four years.
00:05:10.000 It'll be four years in October.
00:05:14.000 Summers are usually the hardest to find stories.
00:05:16.000 We're always, you know, oh, can we have an expert on this?
00:05:18.000 Or can we have an author?
00:05:20.000 And, you know, trying to promote books.
00:05:21.000 Summers, they call it the slow news summers.
00:05:24.000 People take time off.
00:05:27.000 Not this summer.
00:05:28.000 This summer is unlike any other.
00:05:30.000 We have Supreme Court decisions looming.
00:05:32.000 We have sentencing to prison looming.
00:05:34.000 We have a presidential debate.
00:05:37.000 Understand that the framework of what is about to happen tonight is an act of desperation by Joe Biden.
00:05:45.000 Joe Biden would not be showing up and demanding a summer debate if he felt like he was winning in the polls.
00:05:54.000 He is seeing In his own internal numbers, that if the election was held today and that election was free and fair, he would fall short.
00:06:02.000 This is a move of desperation.
00:06:05.000 And they are hoping that they will be able to get Trump off of his game.
00:06:09.000 That Trump will be able to play into the stereotypes that they have been fitting on TV.
00:06:15.000 They hope that the race is going to tighten tonight.
00:06:18.000 They are looking for a great campaign reset.
00:06:23.000 They are hoping that with a push of a button, they will reset and resurrect Joe Biden back into the margin of error, which we know is the margin of steal within these states.
00:06:35.000 You see, Joe Biden falling behind Donald Trump so significantly is why we are now going to have this summertime debate.
00:06:45.000 And it is so fascinating because if they had their way, they would continue to use force to terrorize The country, not speech.
00:06:55.000 They would continue to use handcuffs and leg irons and subpoenas and raiding of homes, not debate.
00:07:05.000 This is one of the last opportunities that we will ever have tonight to be able to put the current ruling class regime, the expert class, the managerial class, on trial.
00:07:20.000 And that is how Donald Trump should view his role tonight.
00:07:24.000 Two things, defend your record, not just defend it, brag on your record, and put the regime on trial.
00:07:31.000 Make it bigger than Joe Biden.
00:07:34.000 Don't just say it's you, Joe.
00:07:36.000 It's your team.
00:07:37.000 It's your policies.
00:07:40.000 The other buried lead of this is that Operation Mockingbird has been losing its influence.
00:07:46.000 Alternative media has put Joe Biden and the regime on defense.
00:07:49.000 I want to play some pieces of tape here of previous debates.
00:07:57.000 It's just awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law in our country.
00:08:04.000 because you'd be in jail.
00:08:06.000 You see, I love the fact that there was an audience there.
00:08:06.000 Secretary Clinton.
00:08:15.000 That was one of the most legendary moments in debate history.
00:08:21.000 Remember, there are no fans tonight.
00:08:23.000 Well, that's not true.
00:08:24.000 Joe Biden has two fans in the audience, the moderators.
00:08:28.000 It turns out we know Trump will not have a live in-person audience to feed off of.
00:08:32.000 Even reporters will be housed in a building across the street.
00:08:36.000 Trump will be alone in the studio with the only people to feed off of are the CNN moderators, who, of course, will be cold and hostile towards him.
00:08:43.000 This creates a very sterile academic environment for the first presidential debate, which favors a lawyer legislature like Biden, who is more experienced at this kind of dispassionate debating.
00:08:53.000 Clearly CNN designed it in this way to give the edge to the Democrat candidate.
00:08:58.000 So you have to understand the framework, the debate details favor Joe Biden in this regard.
00:09:06.000 You have to give credit for Donald Trump.
00:09:07.000 He is playing offense.
00:09:10.000 He's unafraid to take the fight to Joe Biden.
00:09:13.000 He is not playing prevent defense.
00:09:16.000 This is not the, hey, go three safeties high and just allow the team to get back into it.
00:09:22.000 Trump is a fighter.
00:09:24.000 As Trump says, he accepted rules rigged against him.
00:09:29.000 Because Trump believes that his ethos of this campaign is that the rules are rigged against the American people.
00:09:36.000 And that is what he should say tonight.
00:09:39.000 Ladies and gentlemen, the rules tonight are rigged against me at CNN, the same way the rules have been rigged against you the last three and a half years.
00:09:45.000 Rigged against you for being able to afford groceries.
00:09:47.000 Rigged against you for being able to walk at night without getting mugged or raped.
00:09:52.000 And we're going to fight anyway.
00:09:56.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:09:57.000 Debt.
00:09:57.000 It keeps you tossing and turning at night.
00:09:59.000 You can't get away from it.
00:10:00.000 But the truth is, the system is designed to trap you in debt.
00:10:03.000 Insanely high-interest credit cards and loans make it nearly impossible to pay off your debt.
00:10:08.000 There's a way out of the debt trap.
00:10:09.000 It's Zero Debt USA.
00:10:11.000 You've heard me talk about pivotal debt solutions.
00:10:13.000 Well, now they're Zero Debt USA.
00:10:16.000 And they have new aggressive strategies that can end your debt faster and easier than you thought possible.

00:10:34.000 Before you do anything, contact Zero Debt USA first, talk to them for free, and find out how fast they can help you get out of debt.
00:10:42.000 Visit zapmydebt.com.
00:10:45.000 That is zapmydebt.com.
00:10:47.000 They find every solution possible to end your debt permanently.
00:10:50.000 That is zapmydebt.com.
00:10:53.000 One more time, check it out, zapmydebt.com.
00:10:59.000 If we go behind the podiums, you can see two green lights.
00:11:03.000 When they're on, they signal to the candidate his microphone is on.
00:11:06.000 When the green lights are off, they signal to the candidate his microphone is off.
00:11:10.000 Now I want to give you a sense of what it will look like for viewers at home if a candidate whose microphone is off interrupts a candidate whose microphone is on.
00:11:18.000 So I'm standing at one podium and I'll ask Phil to come in and take the other podium.
00:11:22.000 And so let's say I'm answering a question.
00:11:24.000 My light is green and I'm speaking.
00:11:27.000 Phil's microphone is off and his green lights are not illuminated.
00:11:30.000 He's going to interrupt me as I'm speaking and this is what it will sound like.
00:11:34.000 My volume remains constant while Phil's interruption can be difficult to understand.
00:11:40.000 Let's try the opposite.
00:11:41.000 My microphone is now off.
00:11:42.000 Victor's microphone is off.
00:11:44.000 And he's going to interrupt me.
00:11:47.000 My volume remains constant, while Victor's interruption can be difficult to understand.
00:11:51.000 Asena's production team has shared this demonstration with the campaigns earlier today, and we're sharing it with you, our viewers, so everyone fully understands how tomorrow night will work.
00:12:01.000 Now, we should note By agreeing to participate in this debate, both campaigns and candidates have also agreed to abide by these rules.
00:12:09.000 The CNN presidential debate airs live at 9 p.m.
00:12:12.000 Eastern.
00:12:13.000 So the first question I have is if Donald Trump is finishing a point and he is a second over the minute, are they just going to cut his mic?
00:12:21.000 And Donald Trump has to now keep his eye on the light of whether or not they cut his mic and he can't come across as too upset because of that.
00:12:29.000 So for example, if he's making a good point, all these guys go over there a lot of time.
00:12:32.000 They go over there a lot of time.
00:12:34.000 And if they go over by five seconds, they say, okay, Mr. Trump, thank you very much.
00:12:37.000 Let's get Mr. Biden.
00:12:38.000 Instead, are they just going to cut the mic?
00:12:41.000 You see, what we have in front of us for Donald Trump is far more upside than Joe Biden.
00:12:48.000 Joe Biden's campaign is in survival mode right now.
00:12:52.000 This here is a bailout rescue operation for Joe Biden.
00:12:57.000 And you have to give Donald Trump enormous amounts of credit.
00:13:01.000 The stones and the cojones to go into a CNN presidential debate in the summer when you are the frontrunner, that defies all conventional presidential wisdom and logic.
00:13:17.000 And so if President Trump ties against Joe Biden, Quite honestly, President Trump doesn't have any one-line moments or any, you'll be in jail.
00:13:27.000 If people say, well, that debate was kind of less than I expected, that is a win for Donald Trump.
00:13:34.000 Said differently in a football analogy, no need to stretch the ball out and to throw 50 or 25 or 30-yard passes, just run the ball.
00:13:45.000 We're hearing that Joe Biden is already rehearsing one-liners.
00:13:49.000 Now, he could butcher them terribly.
00:13:51.000 Now I want to play this piece of tape here.
00:13:53.000 This here is the entire debate.
00:13:56.000 It is an extraordinary video.
00:13:58.000 It is one of the most powerful TikToks I've seen.
00:14:00.000 This is a non-political guy on TikTok.
00:14:04.000 This is what Donald Trump needs to lean in on this.
00:14:06.000 And he should actually use this example, by the way.
00:14:08.000 He goes to his Walmart app.
00:14:10.000 It's a brilliant idea.
00:14:11.000 And by the way, this should be a movement like writing the no tax on tips thing.
00:14:16.000 He went on his Walmart app.
00:14:18.000 And he looked at two years ago, exactly to the date, June of 2022, of groceries that he would purchase that would feed him for one month.
00:14:29.000 On the app, you can press a button that says Reorder All, because it remembers your orders even two years later.
00:14:34.000 You will see for yourself how expensive it now is to feed yourself in America.
00:14:40.000 This is one of the most powerful clips from a non-political TikToker, Playcut85.
00:14:46.000 I feel like I'm going to be sick.
00:14:49.000 I just like looked through my Walmart history and I found this like Walmart order from two years ago for the whole month worth of groceries.
00:14:58.000 45 items cost $126.
00:15:01.000 A whole month of groceries just for me basically.
00:15:06.000 But I did notice this reorder all button and I wanted to see how much it would cost now.
00:15:12.000 Now?
00:15:15.000 This order of 45 items for one month would have cost $414.
00:15:23.000 That is four times more!
00:15:27.000 How the f- How?
00:15:30.000 Now, I don't know how you voted, my friend, but you voted for Joe Biden, you voted for that.
00:15:35.000 We told you it was going to happen.
00:15:36.000 We made the accurate prediction.
00:15:37.000 When you spend $6 trillion a year, and trillions of dollars that we do not have, and flood the system with more dollar bills than value, food is getting really expensive.
00:15:46.000 Let me repeat that.
00:15:48.000 Groceries for this young individual cost $126 for one month, two years ago.
00:15:51.000 Now it is $414.
00:15:52.000 for one month two years ago now it is $414 so unless his income went up by nearly four times
00:16:00.000 a 400% increase in groceries he's saying oh why It's because Democrats are in control of our country.
00:16:09.000 That is why.
00:16:10.000 Because Joe Biden and deficit spending is driving this.
00:16:17.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:16:18.000 What an unbelievable start to 2024.
00:16:20.000 We had last month saving babies with preborn by providing ultrasounds.
00:16:24.000 And we're doing again this year what we did last year.
00:16:26.000 We're going to stand for life because remaining silent in the face of the most radically pro-death administration is not an option.
00:16:31.000 As Sir Edmund Burke said, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing, and we're not going to do nothing.
00:16:37.000 Your gift to preborn will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice.
00:16:44.000 $280 can save 10 babies.
00:16:46.000 $28 a month can save a baby a month all year long.
00:16:49.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.
00:16:55.000 It is debate day.

00:17:27.000 So make plans tonight to watch us with debate coverage here as we have a pre and a post game.
00:17:37.000 It is a big, big night.
00:17:38.000 Joining us now is Mike Davis, who is outside of the United States Supreme Court, maybe waiting for—are they going to drop the decision on the day of the debate?
00:17:48.000 It would be gutsy.
00:17:49.000 Mike Davis, how are we doing?
00:17:51.000 What are we expecting soon from the Supreme Court?
00:17:54.000 The Supreme Court just announced another opinion day on Monday, which is unusual that they're going into July.
00:18:02.000 It's been several years since they've done that.
00:18:05.000 I think going back to 2021 that they haven't gotten their opinions out by the end of June.
00:18:11.000 But there are still quite a few cases that the Supreme Court Must decide, including the crucial case of whether the President of the United States, any President of the United States, is immune from criminal prosecution for his official acts.
00:18:28.000 Not his personal acts, his official acts.
00:18:30.000 And if the Supreme Court does not get this right, you're going to have Presidents indicting their predecessors For what they did as the President of the United States, you're going to destroy the country in the process.
00:18:44.000 So I think the Supreme Court understands that and they're going to rule in Trump's favor in that case.
00:18:50.000 You also have the Fisher case, the January 6th case that the Supreme Court must decide where the Biden Justice Department has contorted a post-in-run federal obstruction of justice statute intended to go after corporate fraud that Biden And Garland and Matthew Graves and Jack Smith have used to go after Trump and his supporters on January 6th.
00:19:18.000 They have been persecuted.
00:19:20.000 The Supreme Court appears to be on the cusp of reversing those criminal convictions
00:19:26.000 under this post-Enron obstruction of justice statute.
00:19:31.000 Just today, the Supreme Court issued a critically important ruling on the separation of powers
00:19:37.000 and on the administrative states.
00:19:40.000 The Chief Justice in a six to three opinion issued, said that the Securities and Exchange Commission
00:19:48.000 can't have employees, administrative law judges, as they say, decide these cases as judges.
00:19:56.000 That is something that federal judges must do.
00:20:00.000 And these people who have matters, when they have enforcement matters, it has to be through judges and juries, not through unelected bureaucrats and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
00:20:12.000 That is going to be a powerful opinion because there are a lot of Three-letter agencies in Washington, D.C.
00:20:20.000 who think they're independent, even though they're part of the executive branch, they don't think they report to the President of the United States, and then they have lawmaking authority, they have the power to enforce their own laws, and they have the power to interpret and adjudicate their own laws.
00:20:36.000 That's the very definition of tyranny, and the Supreme Court is starting to roll back this decades-long unconstitutional process in the federal government.
00:20:46.000 So Mike, help me understand this.
00:20:48.000 So people are saying that John Roberts is going to be the author of the Trump immunity case.
00:20:53.000 Is that a bad sign?
00:20:56.000 It seems like he would be the author, but it seems like that would actually be a good sign because that means that the Chief Justice is in the camp with the other conservatives.
00:21:07.000 I think the opinion could be five or six In the majority, you might have Justice Amy Barrett writing a separate opinion, maybe a concurring opinion, and then the three liberal justices writing a scathing dissent.
00:21:23.000 But I would say this of those three liberal justices, If Biden can get away with indicting Trump for his official acts, like, for example, contemplating firing the acting Attorney General after the election, does that mean the Trump 47 Justice Department can prosecute President Obama for his extrajudicial drone strike on two American citizens, including a minor?
00:21:50.000 Does that mean President Trump's Justice Department Can prosecute President Biden for his illegal mass parole of millions of illegal immigrants into this country and the resulting rapes, kidnappings, murders, and other violent crimes.
00:22:06.000 Does that mean the Trump 47 Justice Department can prosecute George W. Bush?
00:22:13.000 For lying about weapons of mass destruction and the resulting war and deaths of millions of people.
00:22:21.000 Do they really want to go down this path?
00:22:23.000 I don't think so.
00:22:24.000 And I think the Supreme Court understands if you don't find that presidents are immune from criminal prosecution for their official acts, like they've been immune for the last 40 years for their from civil prosecution, you're going to destroy the presidency and therefore you're going to destroy The country.
00:22:41.000 And I think that very much resonates with the Chief Justice and Justice Kavanaugh.
00:22:46.000 So the left will lose their mind over this.
00:22:50.000 How much of Jack Smith's case would then be dismissed based on presidential immunity?
00:22:55.000 Not all of it.
00:22:56.000 The documents case in particular.
00:22:57.000 Help me understand.
00:22:59.000 Well, so it would be whatever President Trump did in his official capacity as the President of the United States.
00:23:06.000 And this would affect all of these criminal prosecutions against Trump.
00:23:11.000 It doesn't mean the whole case goes away.
00:23:13.000 It just means that these cases would get sent back.
00:23:17.000 January 6th case, it would get sent back to D.C.
00:23:17.000 In the D.C.
00:23:20.000 Obama Judge Tanya Shutkin.
00:23:23.000 Who stupidly before just blanketly held that the President could be prosecuted for his official acts.
00:23:30.000 And then three, two partisan Democrats on the D.C.
00:23:34.000 Circuit and a washed up Republican went along with that.
00:23:37.000 They're all going to get reversed as they should.
00:23:39.000 D.C.
00:23:40.000 Obama Judge Tanya Shutkin is going to have to hold an evidentiary hearing, a mini trial, To figure out what did Jack Smith allege that President Trump did in his official capacity?
00:23:52.000 Like, for example, contemplating firing the acting Attorney General.
00:23:55.000 A private citizen can't do that.
00:23:57.000 Only the President can do that versus what did he do in his personal capacity where he could be subject to criminal prosecution.
00:24:05.000 And then that decision, however she decides, if she screws it up again because she's a moron, then it gets appealed again.
00:24:12.000 So the D.C.
00:24:14.000 circuits and they have to decide and then that gets appealed again to the Supreme Court.
00:24:18.000 So the bottom line is it doesn't look like this January 6th case in D.C.
00:24:23.000 who the Democrats thought that was their silver bullet to go after Trump and take him out for the non-crime of objecting to a presidential election, which is allowed by the Electoral Count Act of 1887 and the First Amendment.
00:24:35.000 But the Democrats thought they would have this Biden partisan Jack Smith and this Obama partisan Tanya Shutkin With Trump in trial right now and then heading to prison.
00:24:45.000 Instead, Trump's on the campaign trail and he's heading back to the White House.
00:24:49.000 Yeah.
00:24:50.000 And so, Mike, I certainly hope so.
00:24:53.000 Help me understand on this separation of powers issue.
00:24:57.000 This is a big one.
00:24:58.000 What would that then mean for a second Trump term as far as giving the ability to control the administrative state?
00:25:07.000 And spend a little bit of time on this.
00:25:08.000 Spend a couple minutes, please, Mike.
00:25:10.000 The administrative state is a post-constitutional and largely unconstitutional legal creation.
00:25:17.000 Please explain to our audience.
00:25:19.000 Yes, so the Constitution is a loan agreement between we the people and our governments, the federal, state, and tribal governments.
00:25:29.000 We escaped from England.
00:25:32.000 We escaped from the crown where power Power comes from God to the king and then is lent to the subjects through decrees like the Magna Carta.
00:25:43.000 In the United States, it's the opposite.
00:25:46.000 Power comes from God to us as the sovereign people instead of a sovereign crown, and we lend power to governments.
00:25:55.000 That is a radically different concept from England and Europe and the rest of the world, especially at the time.
00:26:01.000 And so if we did not lend the federal government's powers specifically enumerated in the Constitution that belongs to the states and we the people, the Tenth Circuit confirms that.
00:26:13.000 We were supposed to give the federal government very limited, specific, and divided powers.
00:26:19.000 So Congress has legislative power, the President has the power to execute, And the judiciary has the power to decide cases and controversies, the judicial power.
00:26:30.000 What has happened with the administrative state is the federal government has assumed all power from the states and from the people, power they're not supposed to have that started after FDR.
00:26:41.000 And then we've created these administrative agencies That are part of the executive branch, but they pretend like they are independent of the president of the United States.
00:26:51.000 It used to be you couldn't fire them, right?
00:26:52.000 And so then what happened is these agencies, not only do they grab all power that the federal government doesn't have, they grab judicial power, they grabbed legislative power, and then they grabbed the president's executive power.
00:27:05.000 And so over the next 20 years, what you're going to see are these constitutional A constitutionalist judge is thanks to President Trump, who transformed the Supreme Court and the lower federal courts, where they're going to start rolling back the federal government.
00:27:22.000 They're going to start rolling back this federal power, and they're especially going to take away the power from these agencies that think that they're independent.
00:27:30.000 We saw that with a major decision today.
00:27:32.000 This July, as we celebrate the birth of our nation, it's important to reflect on the freedoms our forefathers fought for.
00:27:41.000 But today, these freedoms are under attack.
00:27:42.000 Look no further than the treatment of President Donald Trump.
00:27:45.000 If the left can go after him, they can and will come after us.
00:27:48.000 That's why now, more than ever, we need to stick together and fight back.

00:28:18.000 So a lot of people have been asking me, Charlie, what happens when Joe Biden says, and under my administration, women will have a right to choose, under Donald Trump, How should Donald Trump respond?
00:28:27.000 It's so simple.
00:28:29.000 President Trump should say, okay, Joe, tell me what is a woman.
00:28:33.000 That is how he should respond.
00:28:35.000 I can tell you it works.
00:28:36.000 They can't answer that question.
00:28:38.000 Katanji Brown-Jackson couldn't answer that question.
00:28:41.000 The debate is tonight.
00:28:42.000 It is the CNN presidential debate.
00:28:44.000 It will be simulcast.
00:28:46.000 It's a very interesting media story here that is not being covered, which is, CNN was going to have exclusive rights to this, and now they're blasting it out to everybody.
00:28:56.000 They're allowing it to be simulcasted.
00:29:00.000 It's going to have huge numbers on Rumble.
00:29:02.000 Rumble is just going to be amazing.
00:29:03.000 If they ask him about January 6, here's how President Trump should respond.
00:29:08.000 January 6 is an important day, and it's 14 days before we take back the White House and fix the mess that you, Joe Biden, have inflicted on this country.
00:29:18.000 That's what he should say.
00:29:20.000 Very simple.
00:29:21.000 Move on.
00:29:23.000 That is backward-facing nonsense, total BS.
00:29:27.000 We will see how he handles these things.
00:29:29.000 I believe he's going to do very well.
00:29:31.000 Focusing on migrant crime is incredibly important.
00:29:36.000 Oh, just so you know, another story out today.
00:29:39.000 Another illegal has raped a woman in downtown New York.
00:29:44.000 And asking the question, Joe Biden, how many illegals have crossed the southern border under your presidency?
00:29:48.000 Do you have any range?
00:29:49.000 How many are currently crossing?
00:29:50.000 What is the number, Joe Biden?
00:29:52.000 How many terrorists are in the American homeland that your own government acknowledges they have no idea where they are?
00:29:58.000 Are women safe in this country, Joe Biden?
00:30:01.000 Do you know how many rapes are happening every single day, Joe Biden?
00:30:06.000 And this is the tape that must be played and played and played over and over again.
00:30:10.000 This is Cut 23, mother of 12-year-old Houston girl who was strangled by Biden's boys, the two Venezuelans speak out.
00:30:17.000 I'm angry that they took advantage of her.
00:30:18.000 She was so young.
00:30:19.000 But this is who Joe Biden has invited into the country.
00:30:22.000 Play Cut 23.
00:30:23.000 I'm like angry that they took advantage of her.
00:30:28.000 She's so young.
00:30:31.000 She's 12.
00:30:32.000 He took my baby away.
00:30:33.000 Now I get to...
00:30:36.000 Let her brother know her sister never coming home.
00:30:40.000 Open borders are a tragedy on the society.
00:30:43.000 Another young innocent girl raped by an illegal in New York last night.
00:30:45.000 Turkish national Sekir Akan entered our country illegally last year.
00:30:51.000 No background check, no idea who he's doing.
00:30:52.000 Biden just let him into the country.
00:30:54.000 Arrested for allegedly forcing a teen girl into his car with a metal pipe and raping her.
00:31:00.000 This reportedly happened in May and the police decided not to notify the public because they believe he didn't pose a threat.
00:31:06.000 He came to our country illegally last year and was released by Border Patrol.
00:31:11.000 As the illegals who are coming into the country, they warn us that the other illegals are not
00:31:16.000 so good people.
00:31:17.000 This is Bill Maluzan.
00:31:18.000 This tape needs to be repeated.
00:31:20.000 Turkish man who says there are some really bad guys coming in the border.
00:31:23.000 Maybe he was with the rapist as he passed the border.
00:31:26.000 Play cut 56.
00:31:28.000 Did you have to pay a cartel?
00:31:30.000 Yes.
00:31:31.000 How much?
00:31:32.000 Around $10,000.
00:31:34.000 Yes.
00:31:34.000 In fact, the American people is right.
00:31:36.000 Completely true.
00:31:37.000 Who come into this country, they don't know.
00:31:39.000 Okay, I'm good.
00:31:40.000 But how if they're not good?
00:31:41.000 How they're killers, psychopaths, elves?
00:31:44.000 No guarantee of that.
00:31:46.000 No security check.
00:31:49.000 No background check.
00:31:50.000 No security check, no background check.
00:31:52.000 You're worrying about who's crossing the border?
00:31:53.000 Yes, yes, yes.
00:31:55.000 Of course, maybe because I'm like, people are not normal.
00:31:58.000 People are not normal.
00:32:00.000 President Trump should commit these three names to memory.
00:32:03.000 Jocelyn Nungare, Lakin Riley, and Rachel Morin.
00:32:07.000 He should ask Joe Biden, who are these people?
00:32:10.000 Joe Biden, who's Rachel Morin?
00:32:11.000 Oh, the mother of five that was hunted down in a hike in Maryland, raped and murdered by one of your boys that you let into the country?
00:32:19.000 You see, Joe Biden's going to try to spin on the border.
00:32:21.000 Border crossings are down 40% and Trump has to call that absolute BS.
00:32:27.000 Mr. President, Joe Biden.
00:32:30.000 I called their family.
00:32:31.000 Did you?
00:32:32.000 Did you call the Lake and Riley family?
00:32:33.000 Did you call the Rachel Moran family?
00:32:36.000 Joe Biden, we spent an entire summer after George Floyd died, burning the entire country that you were responsible for and you were supportive of, I should say.
00:32:47.000 Why are you so indifferent when American citizens are being killed by foreigners that you let into the country?
00:32:53.000 Immigration and the economy are the two biggest issues going into this debate.
00:32:58.000 I certainly hope that it will be given a opportunity and a platform to be discussed.
00:33:06.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:33:07.000 Everybody email us as always freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:33:09.000 Thanks so much for listening and God bless.
