After watching the Democratic Debates, it's clear that Joe Biden's performance in the Vice Presidential Debates was worse than the performance of Richard Nixon during the Watergate hearings in the late 19th century. This is the worst performance of a presidential debate I've ever seen, and it may have been worse than any Joe Biden has ever done before. Today's After Show Was Hosted By: Tim Stanley, Founder of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk, Founder and President of the Center for American Progress, John King, Senior Democratic Strategist for CNN, John Avlon, CNN Senior Political Commentator for CNN's Jake Tapper, and National Security Correspondent for CNN John Downey, CNN's Chief Strategy Officer for the 2020 Democratic Primary Campaign and Senior Political Analyst for the Democratic National Committee, Ana Navarro, joins me to discuss what went wrong, what went right, and why it's time for Joe Biden to quit the race. Join us in this special bonus episode hosted by Charlie and Tim as we unpack the most important part of the Debates: the VOTER DECISION! and break down the results from CNN's decision to put both candidates on the screen for the first time in a presidential Debates. 00:02:02.000They haven't seen me and Trump on the debate stage and we need to get Trump back into that environment.
00:02:07.000We can kind of poke him, we can provoke him and we can narrow up this race.
00:02:11.000That was the calculus of the Biden campaign.
00:02:13.000That they've done all these things that they've done, the Infrastructure Act and deficit spending and They turned Easter into Transgender Day of Awareness, and if we were just able to have a debate of Biden v. Trump, everything would be better and the race would narrow.
00:02:27.000His advisors thought it was time to put him up on stage.
00:02:31.000And last night, for Joe Biden and the Biden campaign, and Democrats across the country, that's right, Democrats top to bottom, from the Democrat running for dog catcher in Mesa, Arizona, to Ruben Gallego, to Jackie Rosen in Nevada, last night, was the Hindenburg for the Democrat Party.
00:02:55.000From the moment that the debate ended, CNN, John King said, I'm getting calls from senior Democrats that it is time for Joe Biden to drop out.
00:03:42.000In previous presidential debates, when Trump was speaking, Trump would go full screen and they would maybe cut back and forth for a split screen.
00:03:49.000CNN made the production decision to show Joe Biden while Donald Trump was speaking.
00:03:55.000It was hard to even listen to what Trump was saying because you were trying to say, is Joe Biden okay?
00:04:01.000The visual was that Joe Biden was doing the mouth open while Donald Trump was speaking.
00:04:07.000And so Biden would be looking in different directions, left, right, up, down.
00:04:12.000And as far as television goes, historically, visuals are important.
00:04:16.000This was a worse visual performance than Richard Nixon sweating after back surgery in the JFK presidential debate of 1960.
00:04:27.000So the split screen hurt Joe Biden tremendously.
00:04:34.000And this is where it gets super interesting.
00:04:37.000As soon as the debate was ending, it is very clear That a CNN executive, probably in harmony and in symmetry with Democrat leaders, they gave the green light.
00:04:51.000You see, we were watching the entire debate with our war room.
00:04:53.000We have a picture of the war room we could put up.
00:04:55.000We were clipping and, you know, we thought, wow, this is going great for Trump.
00:04:58.000And I said, do other people think this too?
00:05:00.000I mean, because you said Joe Biden is doing terrible, but, you know, we're obviously partisans.
00:06:29.000Good minutes into the debate, and it continues right now.
00:06:32.000It involves party strategists, it involves elected officials, it involves fundraisers.
00:06:37.000And they're having conversations about the President's performance, which they think was dismal, which they think will hurt other people down the party in the ticket, and they're having conversations about what they should do about it.
00:06:47.000Some of those conversations include, should we go to the White House and ask the President to step aside?
00:06:51.000Others are, other of the conversations are about, should prominent Democrats go public?
00:06:56.000With that call, because they feel this debate was so terrible.
00:07:38.000This is Nicole Wallace, another regime appointed spokesperson, Placut 128.
00:07:44.000And there is a conversation happening inside Biden's circle and certainly a much more frank conversation happening inside the Democratic coalition.
00:07:52.000And I think there will be stories of a lot of concern about the performance tonight.
00:07:57.000And I think what- When you say conversations happening, what do you mean?
00:08:00.000I think people are talking, I think the conversations range from whether he should be in this race tomorrow morning to what was wrong with him.
00:08:07.000Breaking news report, quote, all options are on the table.
00:08:18.000You want to have a summer debate where your entire party looks like a bunch of liars, that you are filled with treachery and deceit, that you've been saying Joe Biden is perfectly mentally fit.
00:08:28.000And then you have to, for the first time in American history, pull an incumbent president nominee before the nomination.
00:08:38.000I think that now it is in front of them, the green light that was then lit and the dogs released, they have no choice.
00:08:44.000They have no choice but to try and remove Joe Biden, but only if Joe Biden goes willingly.
00:08:51.000If Joe Biden does not release his delegates at the Chicago convention coming up in mid-August, They bizarrely chose a very, very late convention.
00:09:01.000They could have chose the week after the RNC.
00:09:03.000However, the Olympics start close to that.
00:09:05.000So the Olympics, by the way, might have actually helped us out here.
00:10:23.000He deserves unbelievable credit for his self-control, his restraint, his prudence, and his ability to see the big picture and not take the bait.
00:10:35.000Alright, I need to tell you guys about StrongCell.
00:12:28.000The last 24 hours is the most hopeful I have seen.
00:12:32.000From the Supreme Court decisions, which we'll get to Mike Davis in just a second, to what happened last night.
00:12:38.000There's a lot of chatter about how terrible Joe Biden did, but not enough credit for how brilliant Donald Trump performed and allowed Joe Biden to hang himself.
00:12:47.000Do not interrupt your enemy if they are destroying themselves.
00:12:51.000This is a perfect piece of tape here that demonstrates this.
00:12:53.000This is 116, prepare it, where Donald Trump could have said, you are a senile and terrible and dementia filled person.
00:14:35.000Making sure that we're able to make every single solitary person eligible for what I've been able to do with the COVID, excuse me, with dealing with everything we have to do with, look, if We finally beat Medicare.
00:15:09.000He just, he was, he was talking about all the plays and we finally beat Medicare.
00:15:13.000I made this point last, by the way, our, our live stream last night, just on Twitter X, I had 12.5 million views on Twitter X and That is just on Twitter.
00:15:22.000On YouTube alone, half a million views.
00:16:29.000Joe Biden had his glitches in the moments where viewership was the highest.
00:16:35.000If Joe Biden would have glitched out at the end of the debate, it would have been bad, but it wouldn't have been nearly as catastrophic to the low information voters.
00:17:39.000I want to share with you an upcoming film that has core values like bravery, courage, individuality, hope, and firm faith that the best is yet to come.
00:17:46.000It's called Horizon, an American Saga.
00:17:49.000Dive into the heart of the nation with Horizon, an American Saga where faith, family, and freedom intertwine to ignite the patriotic flame.
00:17:56.000This film delves into courage, resilience, and unyielding determination of America's pioneer spirit.
00:18:02.000Horizon, an American saga, highlights timeless values and cherished principles, serving as an inspiration and stirring tribute to the quintessential American ethos.
00:18:11.000Horizon is the story of how America became the country we love.
00:18:15.000It's the story of courageous men and women who sacrificed everything for their chance at the American dream.
00:18:19.000Hollywood legend Kevin Costner stars in and directs the epic tale of how the West was won.
00:18:24.000This July 4th, make Horizon part of your celebration of this great nation.
00:18:28.000Don't miss Horizon, an American Saga, Chapter 1 in theaters June 28th and Chapter 2 in theaters August 16th.
00:19:19.000The Supreme Court reversed a 40-year-old precedent where the Supreme Court instructed the lower courts to simply defer to unelected Bureaucrats in these executive branch agencies, when they interpret statutes, dealing with their own power.
00:19:39.000So of course these unelected bureaucrats, the Tony Fauci's of the world, interpreted these statutes to give them more power.
00:19:46.000And it created this problem where not only does the executive, the federal government, have too much power, power that it doesn't have under the U.S.
00:19:55.000Constitution, then that power was consolidated In the executive branch, legislative power that Congress is supposed to have, judicial power that the Supreme Court, lower federal courts are supposed to have, and then they made it even more unaccountable in the executive branch by saying these executive branch bureaucrats were not removable by the President of the United States.
00:20:19.000And unaccountable to the American people.
00:20:22.000So the Chevron decision is very, very important because it says that Congress must do its job and legislate and courts must do its job and interpret laws.
00:20:34.000And we don't just defer to these executive branch agencies.
00:20:37.000Another big case that came out today was the Fisher case.
00:20:41.000And the Fisher case is a big win for these January 6th defendants who are being politically persecuted by President Biden and the Biden Justice Department.
00:20:51.000President Biden and his Justice Department maliciously misinterpreted a post-Enron obstruction of justice statute meant to go after corporate fraud.
00:21:02.000That they used to politicize, they politicized it and weaponized it to go after Trump and his supporters.
00:21:09.000And so the Biden Justice Department got smacked down by the Supreme Court for this egregious abuse of power, these malicious prosecutions of these January 6th defendants.
00:21:22.000We also had a third case where the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, this wacky Ninth Circuit, said that it's cruel and unusual punishment For state and local governments to outlaw homeless camps and public parks.
00:21:38.000They want to say it's cruel and unusual to let parks get overrun by tents and needles and drugs and garbage and filth instead of kids and families.
00:21:48.000The Supreme Court Mike, that was a really thorough analysis.
00:21:51.000The only thing that was shocking about that six or three ruling is the three
00:21:55.000left-wing Supreme Court justices are that crazy that they think that it
00:22:00.000violates the constitution to clean out public parks from this garbage.
00:22:05.000Mike, that was a really thorough analysis.
00:22:07.000Number one for, I hope everyone understands these landmark decisions are thanks to Donald Trump.
00:22:13.000Donald Trump defeating Hillary Clinton 2016 and doing the work and standing by these nominees, very, very important.
00:22:21.000I want to get into the Amy Coney Barrett versus Ketanji Brown-Jackson because we're seeing some shit.
00:22:25.000Amy Coney Barrett is quickly becoming a lib on the court and that has been a buried lead.
00:22:29.000But first, Mike Davis, I want to zero in on the Chevron decision.
00:22:33.000Does this now mean that the hundreds of thousands of Federal code that has been ushered by the regulatory agencies the last couple of decades is now invalidated.
00:22:50.000The Chief Justice made it very clear in the Chevron decision that they're going to respect what they call stare decisis or precedent on this statute because they decided this under the Administrative Procedures Act.
00:23:05.000And they said that the Administrative Procedures Act requires judges and not bureaucrats to adjudicate cases and controversies.
00:23:13.000They are That does not mean that 40 years of Chevron bogus decision-making is out the door.
00:23:22.000It should be, just as Gorsuch and Thomas would throw it out the door, because if a court gets it wrong, Story decisis or precedent doesn't give them cover to keep getting it wrong when they got it wrong.
00:23:36.000We're not the English common law in our federal system where the judges write the laws, and so you have to rely on the laws that judges write as the law of the land.
00:23:48.000We don't have a federal common law system like that, so why should we follow precedent that is wrong, right?
00:23:55.000So, this is going to be litigated through the lower courts for the next many years, but besides that point, this is a monumental decision, and this is going to start to devolve power out of the executive branch, devolve power out of the federal government back to the states and to the people where it belongs, as confirmed by the 10th Amendment to the Constitution.
00:24:23.000So on this really important news day, I hope everyone understands, you know, talking about the debate is really important.
00:24:27.000This Supreme Court stuff is so critical.
00:24:31.000Mike Davis now, secondly, the January 6th, does that now invalidate or cancel out some of these convictions for the January 6th defendants?
00:24:41.000And what does that look like for these peoples whose lives have been ruined?
00:24:47.000Yeah, so the Biden Justice Department contorted, maliciously contorted, selectively prosecuted, politicized and weaponized this post-Enron statute to go after Trump and his supporters while they let BLM and Antifa and Hamas and abortion industry activists and trans terrorists Cause a hell of a lot more death and destruction across our country than what happens on January 6th.
00:25:12.000And they're putting people in prison for 10 or more years.
00:25:16.000One of these guys got 22 years in prison.
00:25:19.000Now, there's a difference between the people who showed up on January 6th.
00:25:23.000Even if you think that they're wrong, even if you think that they're crazy, they have an absolute First Amendment right to protest government.
00:25:30.000Then there are people who trespassed and they could be charged with trespass.
00:25:33.000And then there are people who were violent.
00:25:35.000And they could be charged with violence, but to make up criminal statutes to go after your political enemies is unacceptable.
00:25:44.000And what's going to happen with this is you're going to see these criminal convictions vacated.
00:25:52.000These January 6th criminal convictions will be, many of them will be vacated.
00:25:59.000And then the government, the Biden Justice Department is going to have to figure out if they're going to come up with another legal theory or if they're going to rely on the other charges that they got them on.
00:26:08.000But what needs to happen, this is, I think the American people see that this was political persecution by Biden and his Justice Department to go after Trump and his supporters.
00:26:18.000And on day one, President Trump needs to come in and give broad pardons to almost all of these January 6th defendants and the people who are violent.
00:26:30.000Maybe you can reduce their sentence, but what the Biden Justice Department has done here by politicizing and weaponizing our justice system, this is political persecution.
00:27:02.000On the substance, she's not a liberal.
00:27:06.000She's a law professor, and she's a rattled law professor.
00:27:10.000And sometimes law professors think that they're the smartest people in the room, and oftentimes they lack common sense.
00:27:19.000And I think that's what's going on here is, you know, she wants to be the hand raiser in class and show everyone in the classroom how smart she is.
00:27:31.000That might work if you're at Notre Dame Law School, but it doesn't work on the Supreme Court of the United States.
00:27:35.000I would say that Justice Amy Coney Barrett should get her law professor head out of her ass.
00:27:41.000So moving forward, Mike, can we just understand the political implications that if Donald Trump were to win another term, God willing, Then we can have more of these major Supreme Court decisions in the future.
00:27:56.000And the Supreme Court, remember, is a lagging indicator of elections of the past.
00:28:16.000Well, thankfully last night with President Biden having diarrhea in his diaper on the stage, it looks like President Trump has a pretty clear path back to the White House, which is great because guess what?
00:28:29.000The next president of the United States could pick two, maybe three Supreme Court justices.
00:28:35.000And do you want President Trump or President Biden replacing Justice Clarence Thomas on the Supreme Court?
00:28:43.000Do you want A justice like Amul Thapar, who's an all-star down in Kentucky, or do you want a D.C.
00:28:52.000Obama judge radical like Tanya Shotkin?
00:28:55.000The stakes could not be higher for this election for the Supreme Court because as you saw With these opinions coming out of the Supreme Court, these could be much different opinions if Trump did not win the White House back in 2016 and transform the left of center court to the Clarence Thomas Supreme Court.
00:29:13.000We would still be wearing COVID masks and kids would still be- No, I think that's exactly right.
00:29:20.000When can we expect a presidential immunity decision?
00:29:24.000The presidential immunity decision will come out on Monday.
00:29:27.000That's the last day that the court is issuing opinions, and the Chief Justice said that that's the last day, and so it has to come out on Monday.
00:29:44.000Big tech, big government, and the progressives have done everything they can to silence truth and sanity.
00:29:49.000But there's a secret weapon that they can't touch.

00:31:26.00042,000 was the amount of ballots we fell short of in the 2020 election.
00:31:29.000And I know there are all these problems, but it's a good goal to aim for.
00:31:32.000Can we, as the Charlie Kirk Show audience, put together our collective ability and power in one weekend to register 42,000 new voters?
00:31:43.000Now last evening, we had 15 million viewers of our live stream.
00:31:47.000Not everyone's going to do something, but let's say just 1% of our live stream audience from last night, 1%, that's 150,000 people, registered one voter.
00:31:57.000That would be three times the amount we're talking about.
00:32:00.000You see, it's so tempting, and we're going to talk about it all next hour.
00:32:07.000What an opportunity for us to say, while you guys are fighting amongst yourselves in the Democrat Party, we're going to quietly go to work and register more voters.
00:32:15.000We're going to go into the grocery store.
00:32:17.000We're going to go to the kids ballgame.
00:32:35.000By the way, that's a really good lesson for you guys.
00:32:38.000If you live in Arizona, if you live in Wisconsin, especially, if you have new neighbors on the block that have moved in from out of state, chances are they have not yet registered to vote.
00:32:47.000They're probably still registered to vote in their old state.
00:32:50.000For those of you that live in Arizona and you know people that spend part-time here, and they have an address here, try to convince them to register to vote here.
00:32:57.000In fact, I can tell you right now, one of my neighbors says, Charlie, I'm now officially an Arizona resident here full-time.
00:33:03.000And I said, great, now you need to register to vote.
00:33:04.000He said, oh yes, I've wanted to do that.
00:33:06.000Boom, plus one new voter this morning.
00:34:16.000Only 33% of people who watched the debate thought that Joe Biden won, which I thought it should be even lower than that, but that's a separate issue.
00:34:44.000I spent that Independence Day weekend doing work, not just hoping things were going to get better.
00:34:49.000And doing the work is as simple as this.
00:34:51.000Wearing the MAGA hat, finding like-minded people, asking if they're registered, getting them registered to vote at tpaction.com slash vote.
