Summary

After watching the Democratic Debates, it's clear that Joe Biden's performance in the Vice Presidential Debates was worse than the performance of Richard Nixon during the Watergate hearings in the late 19th century. This is the worst performance of a presidential debate I've ever seen, and it may have been worse than any Joe Biden has ever done before. Today's After Show Was Hosted By: Tim Stanley, Founder of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk, Founder and President of the Center for American Progress, John King, Senior Democratic Strategist for CNN, John Avlon, CNN Senior Political Commentator for CNN's Jake Tapper, and National Security Correspondent for CNN John Downey, CNN's Chief Strategy Officer for the 2020 Democratic Primary Campaign and Senior Political Analyst for the Democratic National Committee, Ana Navarro, joins me to discuss what went wrong, what went right, and why it's time for Joe Biden to quit the race. Join us in this special bonus episode hosted by Charlie and Tim as we unpack the most important part of the Debates: the VOTER DECISION! and break down the results from CNN's decision to put both candidates on the screen for the first time in a presidential Debates. 00:01:19.000 We are living through history.
00:01:20.000 That's right.
00:01:21.000 What a time to be alive, everybody.
00:01:24.000 And we were streaming till 1 a.m.
00:01:27.000 Eastern last night.
00:01:28.000 We were streaming till 1 a.m.
00:01:30.000 Eastern last night with so many of you, and we were up very early.
00:01:33.000 I did not sleep very much last night.
00:01:35.000 We did eight hours of streaming total yesterday.
00:01:38.000 We are back in the chair.
00:01:39.000 Okay.
00:01:41.000 What happened last night?
00:01:43.000 Let's remember how we got to this point.
00:01:45.000 Donald Trump said, anytime, anyplace, we are going to the debate.
00:01:49.000 Joe Biden saw in his internal tracking polls that he was falling behind Donald Trump and understand the hubris and the pride of Joe Biden.
00:01:56.000 They say, how on earth could we be losing to Trump?
00:01:57.000 Oh, it's because people haven't seen the contrast.
00:02:00.000 They haven't seen the choice.
00:02:02.000 They haven't seen me and Trump on the debate stage and we need to get Trump back into that environment.
00:02:07.000 We can kind of poke him, we can provoke him and we can narrow up this race.
00:02:11.000 That was the calculus of the Biden campaign.
00:02:13.000 That they've done all these things that they've done, the Infrastructure Act and deficit spending and They turned Easter into Transgender Day of Awareness, and if we were just able to have a debate of Biden v. Trump, everything would be better and the race would narrow.
00:02:27.000 His advisors thought it was time to put him up on stage.
00:02:31.000 And last night, for Joe Biden and the Biden campaign, and Democrats across the country, that's right, Democrats top to bottom, from the Democrat running for dog catcher in Mesa, Arizona, to Ruben Gallego, to Jackie Rosen in Nevada, last night, was the Hindenburg for the Democrat Party.
00:02:52.000 It was a complete implosion.
00:02:55.000 From the moment that the debate ended, CNN, John King said, I'm getting calls from senior Democrats that it is time for Joe Biden to drop out.
00:03:04.000 Now understand this.
00:03:05.000 I first want to mention, I thought CNN handled themselves shockingly professionally last night.
00:03:12.000 Why?
00:03:13.000 Maybe it's because there was an order that you have to conduct this correctly because we want to get rid of Joe Biden if he can't perform.
00:03:19.000 I don't know.
00:03:19.000 There was no home field advantage for Joe Biden.
00:03:23.000 Jake Tapper's questions were boring and rather scripted.
00:03:28.000 The moderators were not part of the debate.
00:03:30.000 They just kind of said, here's some general talking points, have at it.
00:03:34.000 CNN also did not do Biden any favors by showing both candidates on screen.
00:03:40.000 This is very important.
00:03:42.000 In previous presidential debates, when Trump was speaking, Trump would go full screen and they would maybe cut back and forth for a split screen.
00:03:49.000 CNN made the production decision to show Joe Biden while Donald Trump was speaking.
00:03:55.000 It was hard to even listen to what Trump was saying because you were trying to say, is Joe Biden okay?
00:04:01.000 The visual was that Joe Biden was doing the mouth open while Donald Trump was speaking.
00:04:07.000 And so Biden would be looking in different directions, left, right, up, down.
00:04:12.000 And as far as television goes, historically, visuals are important.
00:04:16.000 This was a worse visual performance than Richard Nixon sweating after back surgery in the JFK presidential debate of 1960.
00:04:27.000 So the split screen hurt Joe Biden tremendously.
00:04:32.000 And then it was very clear.
00:04:34.000 And this is where it gets super interesting.
00:04:37.000 As soon as the debate was ending, it is very clear That a CNN executive, probably in harmony and in symmetry with Democrat leaders, they gave the green light.
00:04:51.000 You see, we were watching the entire debate with our war room.
00:04:53.000 We have a picture of the war room we could put up.
00:04:55.000 We were clipping and, you know, we thought, wow, this is going great for Trump.
00:04:58.000 And I said, do other people think this too?
00:05:00.000 I mean, because you said Joe Biden is doing terrible, but, you know, we're obviously partisans.
00:05:04.000 We're on Team Trump, resolutely.
00:05:07.000 And Jack Posobiec, to his great credit, we were doing a stream together.
00:05:10.000 Jack says, I want to hear what CNN has to say.
00:05:12.000 I said, I don't know, but Jack's instincts were right.
00:05:14.000 Yeah, we can put the war room up on screen.
00:05:16.000 John King sent the salvo.
00:05:20.000 He was the first tomahawk missile against the Biden campaign.
00:05:25.000 Once John King opened the floodgates, the Rubicon was crossed Everybody on that panel, everybody at MSNBC said, oh, we can say that.
00:05:34.000 What cut is John King?
00:05:35.000 The first John King comment, which by the way, John King is a left-wing journalist.
00:05:41.000 He's somewhat fair, but he's very trusted by the intelligentsia and the ruling class of DC.
00:05:47.000 John King gave people a permission to unload.
00:05:50.000 And he basically said, I'm talking to senior Democrats.
00:05:52.000 This is an unmitigated disaster.
00:05:54.000 They don't think Joe Biden can do it.
00:05:55.000 He's going to face calls to be pulled out of this race.
00:05:58.000 He's going to face calls to get pulled out.
00:06:00.000 Unmitigated disaster.
00:06:02.000 And I want to play the piece of tape here of John King.
00:06:05.000 This is it.
00:06:06.000 Cut 120.
00:06:08.000 This right here was an ambush.
00:06:10.000 My working hypothesis is that the media was willing to resurrect Joe Biden's campaign if he would have been passable.
00:06:17.000 As soon as Joe Biden was hardly intelligible, the green light was lit and the dogs were released.
00:06:27.000 Play cut 123.
00:06:29.000 Good minutes into the debate, and it continues right now.
00:06:32.000 It involves party strategists, it involves elected officials, it involves fundraisers.
00:06:37.000 And they're having conversations about the President's performance, which they think was dismal, which they think will hurt other people down the party in the ticket, and they're having conversations about what they should do about it.
00:06:47.000 Some of those conversations include, should we go to the White House and ask the President to step aside?
00:06:51.000 Others are, other of the conversations are about, should prominent Democrats go public?
00:06:56.000 With that call, because they feel this debate was so terrible.
00:07:00.000 And from there, the pylon continued.
00:07:04.000 The ambush did not slow down, it accelerated.
00:07:07.000 In fact, I just took a picture of a CNN chyron, and it says, Biden's disastrous debate sends re-election bid into crisis.
00:07:17.000 Now, many of you say, oh, this was all a setup against Biden.
00:07:21.000 Maybe.
00:07:22.000 I think that some people on high wanted to try to see if Biden was as bad as they feared, can they pull him?
00:07:28.000 But pulling him is a lot easier said than done.
00:07:31.000 I'm going to get into that the best I can this program.
00:07:35.000 John King continued.
00:07:37.000 Actually, let's go to this one.
00:07:38.000 This is Nicole Wallace, another regime appointed spokesperson, Placut 128.
00:07:44.000 And there is a conversation happening inside Biden's circle and certainly a much more frank conversation happening inside the Democratic coalition.
00:07:52.000 And I think there will be stories of a lot of concern about the performance tonight.
00:07:57.000 And I think what- When you say conversations happening, what do you mean?
00:08:00.000 I think people are talking, I think the conversations range from whether he should be in this race tomorrow morning to what was wrong with him.
00:08:07.000 Breaking news report, quote, all options are on the table.
00:08:11.000 Chiron right now.
00:08:13.000 Now it's tempting to say, oh, this was all a setup to try to get rid of Joe Biden.
00:08:17.000 So let me get this clear.
00:08:18.000 You want to have a summer debate where your entire party looks like a bunch of liars, that you are filled with treachery and deceit, that you've been saying Joe Biden is perfectly mentally fit.
00:08:28.000 And then you have to, for the first time in American history, pull an incumbent president nominee before the nomination.
00:08:34.000 So you wanted it this way?
00:08:37.000 Maybe.
00:08:38.000 I think that now it is in front of them, the green light that was then lit and the dogs released, they have no choice.
00:08:44.000 They have no choice but to try and remove Joe Biden, but only if Joe Biden goes willingly.
00:08:51.000 If Joe Biden does not release his delegates at the Chicago convention coming up in mid-August, They bizarrely chose a very, very late convention.
00:09:01.000 They could have chose the week after the RNC.
00:09:03.000 However, the Olympics start close to that.
00:09:05.000 So the Olympics, by the way, might have actually helped us out here.
00:09:08.000 It goes RNC, Olympics, Democrat convention.
00:09:11.000 That is the sequence of summertime programming.
00:09:13.000 The Olympics goes for about two and a half, almost three weeks.
00:09:15.000 Who do they pull them with exactly?
00:09:17.000 Oh, you might say Gavin Newsom.
00:09:20.000 Why do you say that?
00:09:21.000 Because he does a lot of press conferences?
00:09:23.000 He's just going to leapfrog over Kamala Harris, who is a black female who is the base of the Democrat Party.
00:09:32.000 He's just going to leapfrog it.
00:09:34.000 And by the way, a lot of people in the Democrat Party don't like Gavin Newsom.
00:09:37.000 This is a disaster for the Democrat Party.
00:09:39.000 And the lesson for us is this.
00:09:41.000 There is a game afoot.
00:09:42.000 There is something happening.
00:09:44.000 What do we do about it?
00:09:44.000 We must do the work.
00:09:46.000 This weekend is a wonderful weekend to wear your MAGA hat and go register new voters at tpaction.com slash vote.
00:09:52.000 This weekend is a great weekend to get involved in your local Republican Party.

00:10:00.000 Wear that MAGA hat.
00:10:01.000 Become the force multiplier in your community.
00:10:05.000 President Trump was a triumphant winner last night, just as much as Joe Biden was a loser.
00:10:09.000 And I want to dwell on that because there's not enough attention.
00:10:12.000 Donald Trump allowed Biden to lose.
00:10:16.000 Let me say that again.
00:10:18.000 Donald Trump allowed Biden to lose.
00:10:23.000 He deserves unbelievable credit for his self-control, his restraint, his prudence, and his ability to see the big picture and not take the bait.

00:12:25.000 Check it out right now.
00:12:28.000 The last 24 hours is the most hopeful I have seen.
00:12:32.000 From the Supreme Court decisions, which we'll get to Mike Davis in just a second, to what happened last night.
00:12:38.000 There's a lot of chatter about how terrible Joe Biden did, but not enough credit for how brilliant Donald Trump performed and allowed Joe Biden to hang himself.
00:12:47.000 Do not interrupt your enemy if they are destroying themselves.
00:12:51.000 This is a perfect piece of tape here that demonstrates this.
00:12:53.000 This is 116, prepare it, where Donald Trump could have said, you are a senile and terrible and dementia filled person.
00:13:01.000 And it was perfect.
00:13:02.000 This piece of tape is going viral and it should.
00:13:06.000 And it's Donald Trump at his best with a gentle touch.
00:13:11.000 Just pushing Joe Biden away saying, you're done.
00:13:15.000 You're fired.
00:13:16.000 Play cut 116.
00:13:17.000 On the total initiative relative to what we're going to do with more border patrol and more asylum officers.
00:13:26.000 President Trump?
00:13:28.000 I really don't know what he said at the end of that sentence.
00:13:30.000 I don't think he knows what he said either.
00:13:31.000 Look, we had the safest border in the history of our country.
00:13:36.000 All he had to do was leave it.
00:13:37.000 All he had to do was leave it.
00:13:39.000 I don't know what he said at the end of that sentence.
00:13:43.000 Donald Trump very well could have escalated the debate.
00:13:46.000 And Joe Biden was trying to provoke him with the losers and suckers hoax.
00:13:51.000 With all that.
00:13:52.000 He's allowing, he allowed Biden to lose.
00:13:57.000 And then there was this moment where Joe Biden inexplicably said, well, we beat Medicare.
00:14:03.000 Trying to find that tape where he says, yeah, we, we beat up Medicare and Donald Trump responded beautifully.
00:14:10.000 Well, yes, you did beat Medicare.
00:14:13.000 You beat it up terribly.
00:14:15.000 What I love also was the message discipline.
00:14:17.000 It was almost a running joke in the office and it was brilliant on Trump's behalf.
00:14:22.000 No matter what the question was, He brought it back to the border.
00:14:27.000 They said, what is your opinion on childcare?
00:14:30.000 The border is wide open.
00:14:31.000 What about climate change?
00:14:32.000 The border is wide open.
00:14:34.000 Play cut 97.
00:14:35.000 Making sure that we're able to make every single solitary person eligible for what I've been able to do with the COVID, excuse me, with dealing with everything we have to do with, look, if We finally beat Medicare.
00:14:56.000 Thank you, President Biden.
00:14:58.000 President Trump?
00:14:59.000 Well, he's right.
00:15:00.000 He did beat Medicare.
00:15:01.000 He beat it to death.
00:15:04.000 Perfect answer.
00:15:07.000 Perfect.
00:15:09.000 He just, he was, he was talking about all the plays and we finally beat Medicare.
00:15:13.000 I made this point last, by the way, our, our live stream last night, just on Twitter X, I had 12.5 million views on Twitter X and That is just on Twitter.
00:15:22.000 On YouTube alone, half a million views.
00:15:24.000 Rumble, nearly a million views.
00:15:26.000 We are also on The Great Real America's Voice.
00:15:27.000 Thank you to The Six, Parker, and Rob.
00:15:29.000 You guys were super great to us last night.
00:15:31.000 Easily, we had 15, 16 million people watch the Charlie Kirk Show livestream slash Jack Posobiec thoughtcrime livestream.
00:15:40.000 I said this last night on the livestream.
00:15:42.000 NFL football games increase in viewership as you get closer to the fourth quarter.
00:15:47.000 Increase.
00:15:49.000 So, I'm one of those guys.
00:15:51.000 If I don't really care that much about the game, I will watch the third or fourth quarter, because I got other stuff to do.
00:15:56.000 Unless I'm really into the teams, really into the players.
00:15:59.000 So, it increased, second quarter goes up, after halftime goes up, and then fourth quarter spike.
00:16:03.000 Close game.
00:16:05.000 Mahomes has the ball.
00:16:06.000 Okay.
00:16:07.000 Presidential debates are the exact opposite.
00:16:10.000 Presidential debates start with extremely high viewership.
00:16:15.000 And after about seven to ten minutes, they go off a cliff.
00:16:18.000 They just go straight down and they don't recover.
00:16:21.000 They go down and they plateau because most people are not as political as we are.
00:16:25.000 They're not.
00:16:26.000 So Joe Biden did not just do poorly.
00:16:29.000 Joe Biden had his glitches in the moments where viewership was the highest.
00:16:35.000 If Joe Biden would have glitched out at the end of the debate, it would have been bad, but it wouldn't have been nearly as catastrophic to the low information voters.
00:16:44.000 And don't take my word for it.
00:16:46.000 According to a CNN post, 67% of viewers say Donald Trump won the debate.
00:16:58.000 How are they going to pull Joe Biden?
00:16:59.000 All options are on the table.
00:17:01.000 I have a theory of how it could possibly work, but this is a calamity for them.
00:17:06.000 This is a mess.
00:17:07.000 There are no good options.
00:17:10.000 None.
00:17:10.000 There's ballot access issues, getting on the ballot in Wisconsin, getting on the ballot in Nevada, getting on the ballot in Georgia.
00:17:16.000 There's convention issues.
00:17:18.000 And let me be clear, is the party of democracy going to pick a nominee without their voters?
00:17:25.000 This was the Hindenburg for them last evening.
00:17:29.000 And they do not have a path forward.
00:17:31.000 And it's time for us to go full acceleration and play to win.
00:17:38.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:39.000 I want to share with you an upcoming film that has core values like bravery, courage, individuality, hope, and firm faith that the best is yet to come.
00:17:46.000 It's called Horizon, an American Saga.
00:17:49.000 Dive into the heart of the nation with Horizon, an American Saga where faith, family, and freedom intertwine to ignite the patriotic flame.
00:17:56.000 This film delves into courage, resilience, and unyielding determination of America's pioneer spirit.
00:18:02.000 Horizon, an American saga, highlights timeless values and cherished principles, serving as an inspiration and stirring tribute to the quintessential American ethos.
00:18:11.000 Horizon is the story of how America became the country we love.
00:18:15.000 It's the story of courageous men and women who sacrificed everything for their chance at the American dream.
00:18:19.000 Hollywood legend Kevin Costner stars in and directs the epic tale of how the West was won.
00:18:24.000 This July 4th, make Horizon part of your celebration of this great nation.
00:18:28.000 Don't miss Horizon, an American Saga, Chapter 1 in theaters June 28th and Chapter 2 in theaters August 16th.
00:18:36.000 Again, it is an American Saga.
00:18:38.000 Check it out right now.
00:18:41.000 When it rains, it pours, everybody.
00:18:43.000 There is so much drama and intrigue.
00:18:45.000 And the next hour, you're going to want to make sure you listen.
00:18:47.000 We have Vivek Ramaswamy and Ari Fleischer on the topic of pulling Biden.
00:18:51.000 What does that look like?
00:18:53.000 The technical details, because there's ballot access questions.
00:18:56.000 There's Chicago Convention chaos questions.
00:18:58.000 Time is running out to pull Joe Biden in some of these states.
00:19:01.000 But first, Mike Davis with some bombshell Supreme Court news, in particular, the Chevron decision and also the January 6 decision.
00:19:10.000 Mike Davis, welcome to the program.
00:19:12.000 Mike, tell us about those two amazing bombshell decisions today.
00:19:16.000 Rob, the Chevron case is monumental.
00:19:19.000 The Supreme Court reversed a 40-year-old precedent where the Supreme Court instructed the lower courts to simply defer to unelected Bureaucrats in these executive branch agencies, when they interpret statutes, dealing with their own power.
00:19:39.000 So of course these unelected bureaucrats, the Tony Fauci's of the world, interpreted these statutes to give them more power.
00:19:46.000 And it created this problem where not only does the executive, the federal government, have too much power, power that it doesn't have under the U.S.
00:19:55.000 Constitution, then that power was consolidated In the executive branch, legislative power that Congress is supposed to have, judicial power that the Supreme Court, lower federal courts are supposed to have, and then they made it even more unaccountable in the executive branch by saying these executive branch bureaucrats were not removable by the President of the United States.
00:20:19.000 And unaccountable to the American people.
00:20:22.000 So the Chevron decision is very, very important because it says that Congress must do its job and legislate and courts must do its job and interpret laws.
00:20:34.000 And we don't just defer to these executive branch agencies.
00:20:37.000 Another big case that came out today was the Fisher case.
00:20:41.000 And the Fisher case is a big win for these January 6th defendants who are being politically persecuted by President Biden and the Biden Justice Department.
00:20:51.000 President Biden and his Justice Department maliciously misinterpreted a post-Enron obstruction of justice statute meant to go after corporate fraud.
00:21:02.000 That they used to politicize, they politicized it and weaponized it to go after Trump and his supporters.
00:21:09.000 And so the Biden Justice Department got smacked down by the Supreme Court for this egregious abuse of power, these malicious prosecutions of these January 6th defendants.
00:21:22.000 We also had a third case where the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, this wacky Ninth Circuit, said that it's cruel and unusual punishment For state and local governments to outlaw homeless camps and public parks.
00:21:38.000 They want to say it's cruel and unusual to let parks get overrun by tents and needles and drugs and garbage and filth instead of kids and families.
00:21:48.000 The Supreme Court Mike, that was a really thorough analysis.
00:21:51.000 The only thing that was shocking about that six or three ruling is the three
00:21:55.000 left-wing Supreme Court justices are that crazy that they think that it
00:22:00.000 violates the constitution to clean out public parks from this garbage.
00:22:05.000 Mike, that was a really thorough analysis.
00:22:07.000 Number one for, I hope everyone understands these landmark decisions are thanks to Donald Trump.
00:22:13.000 Donald Trump defeating Hillary Clinton 2016 and doing the work and standing by these nominees, very, very important.
00:22:21.000 I want to get into the Amy Coney Barrett versus Ketanji Brown-Jackson because we're seeing some shit.
00:22:25.000 Amy Coney Barrett is quickly becoming a lib on the court and that has been a buried lead.
00:22:29.000 But first, Mike Davis, I want to zero in on the Chevron decision.
00:22:33.000 Does this now mean that the hundreds of thousands of Federal code that has been ushered by the regulatory agencies the last couple of decades is now invalidated.
00:22:46.000 What are the consequences of this?
00:22:49.000 No, this is going forward.
00:22:50.000 The Chief Justice made it very clear in the Chevron decision that they're going to respect what they call stare decisis or precedent on this statute because they decided this under the Administrative Procedures Act.
00:23:05.000 And they said that the Administrative Procedures Act requires judges and not bureaucrats to adjudicate cases and controversies.
00:23:13.000 They are That does not mean that 40 years of Chevron bogus decision-making is out the door.
00:23:22.000 It should be, just as Gorsuch and Thomas would throw it out the door, because if a court gets it wrong, Story decisis or precedent doesn't give them cover to keep getting it wrong when they got it wrong.
00:23:35.000 Their job is to get it right.
00:23:36.000 We're not the English common law in our federal system where the judges write the laws, and so you have to rely on the laws that judges write as the law of the land.
00:23:48.000 We don't have a federal common law system like that, so why should we follow precedent that is wrong, right?
00:23:55.000 So, this is going to be litigated through the lower courts for the next many years, but besides that point, this is a monumental decision, and this is going to start to devolve power out of the executive branch, devolve power out of the federal government back to the states and to the people where it belongs, as confirmed by the 10th Amendment to the Constitution.
00:24:23.000 So on this really important news day, I hope everyone understands, you know, talking about the debate is really important.
00:24:27.000 This Supreme Court stuff is so critical.
00:24:31.000 Mike Davis now, secondly, the January 6th, does that now invalidate or cancel out some of these convictions for the January 6th defendants?
00:24:41.000 And what does that look like for these peoples whose lives have been ruined?
00:24:45.000 Mike Davis.
00:24:47.000 Yeah, so the Biden Justice Department contorted, maliciously contorted, selectively prosecuted, politicized and weaponized this post-Enron statute to go after Trump and his supporters while they let BLM and Antifa and Hamas and abortion industry activists and trans terrorists Cause a hell of a lot more death and destruction across our country than what happens on January 6th.
00:25:12.000 And they're putting people in prison for 10 or more years.
00:25:16.000 One of these guys got 22 years in prison.
00:25:19.000 Now, there's a difference between the people who showed up on January 6th.
00:25:23.000 Even if you think that they're wrong, even if you think that they're crazy, they have an absolute First Amendment right to protest government.
00:25:30.000 Then there are people who trespassed and they could be charged with trespass.
00:25:33.000 And then there are people who were violent.
00:25:35.000 And they could be charged with violence, but to make up criminal statutes to go after your political enemies is unacceptable.
00:25:44.000 And what's going to happen with this is you're going to see these criminal convictions vacated.
00:25:51.000 Thank you.
00:25:52.000 These January 6th criminal convictions will be, many of them will be vacated.
00:25:59.000 And then the government, the Biden Justice Department is going to have to figure out if they're going to come up with another legal theory or if they're going to rely on the other charges that they got them on.
00:26:08.000 But what needs to happen, this is, I think the American people see that this was political persecution by Biden and his Justice Department to go after Trump and his supporters.
00:26:18.000 And on day one, President Trump needs to come in and give broad pardons to almost all of these January 6th defendants and the people who are violent.
00:26:30.000 Maybe you can reduce their sentence, but what the Biden Justice Department has done here by politicizing and weaponizing our justice system, this is political persecution.
00:26:42.000 This is selective prosecution.
00:26:44.000 And frankly, the people who did this should face severe legal, political, and financial consequences.
00:26:51.000 So help me understand now, Mike Davis, the Amy Coney Barrett trajectory.
00:26:55.000 Why is she voting like a liberal more and more often?
00:26:59.000 What's going on with her?
00:27:01.000 I would say this.
00:27:02.000 On the substance, she's not a liberal.
00:27:06.000 She's a law professor, and she's a rattled law professor.
00:27:10.000 And sometimes law professors think that they're the smartest people in the room, and oftentimes they lack common sense.
00:27:19.000 And I think that's what's going on here is, you know, she wants to be the hand raiser in class and show everyone in the classroom how smart she is.
00:27:27.000 And, you know, that might be cute.
00:27:31.000 That might work if you're at Notre Dame Law School, but it doesn't work on the Supreme Court of the United States.
00:27:35.000 I would say that Justice Amy Coney Barrett should get her law professor head out of her ass.
00:27:41.000 So moving forward, Mike, can we just understand the political implications that if Donald Trump were to win another term, God willing, Then we can have more of these major Supreme Court decisions in the future.
00:27:56.000 And the Supreme Court, remember, is a lagging indicator of elections of the past.
00:28:00.000 It is not a leading indicator.
00:28:02.000 So you are now seeing the fruit of the 2016 election.
00:28:06.000 It's an 8 to 10 year lagging indicator.
00:28:09.000 Mike Davis, talk about how important it is to have positive individuals on the U.S.
00:28:15.000 Supreme Court.
00:28:16.000 Well, thankfully last night with President Biden having diarrhea in his diaper on the stage, it looks like President Trump has a pretty clear path back to the White House, which is great because guess what?
00:28:29.000 The next president of the United States could pick two, maybe three Supreme Court justices.
00:28:35.000 And do you want President Trump or President Biden replacing Justice Clarence Thomas on the Supreme Court?
00:28:43.000 Do you want A justice like Amul Thapar, who's an all-star down in Kentucky, or do you want a D.C.
00:28:52.000 Obama judge radical like Tanya Shotkin?
00:28:55.000 The stakes could not be higher for this election for the Supreme Court because as you saw With these opinions coming out of the Supreme Court, these could be much different opinions if Trump did not win the White House back in 2016 and transform the left of center court to the Clarence Thomas Supreme Court.
00:29:13.000 We would still be wearing COVID masks and kids would still be- No, I think that's exactly right.
00:29:19.000 Locked out of schools.
00:29:20.000 When can we expect a presidential immunity decision?
00:29:24.000 The presidential immunity decision will come out on Monday.
00:29:27.000 That's the last day that the court is issuing opinions, and the Chief Justice said that that's the last day, and so it has to come out on Monday.
00:29:36.000 Get ready.
00:29:38.000 It is a busy Newsweek here.
00:29:42.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:29:44.000 Big tech, big government, and the progressives have done everything they can to silence truth and sanity.
00:29:49.000 But there's a secret weapon that they can't touch.

00:30:45.000 Okay, let's get the voter registration graphic up here.
00:30:47.000 I'm going to tell you what our Turning Point Action team is going to be doing this weekend.
00:30:50.000 Remember, if you register 25 new voters, you get a signed copy of my new book, Right-Wing Revolution.
00:30:56.000 If you register 100 new voters, you get to be on my show to tell your story.
00:30:59.000 In fact, next week, we have several people coming on the show to tell their story of all the voters that are registering.
00:31:04.000 If you register 250 new voters, you get flown out to Phoenix for a dinner or a lunch, and we hang out together.
00:31:10.000 I'd love to meet you, hear your story, which is just awesome.
00:31:13.000 Let's call this Project 42.
00:31:15.000 I bet we could register 42,000 voters this upcoming July 4th weekend by just wearing MAGA hats.
00:31:23.000 What is Project 42?
00:31:26.000 42,000 was the amount of ballots we fell short of in the 2020 election.
00:31:29.000 And I know there are all these problems, but it's a good goal to aim for.
00:31:32.000 Can we, as the Charlie Kirk Show audience, put together our collective ability and power in one weekend to register 42,000 new voters?
00:31:43.000 Now last evening, we had 15 million viewers of our live stream.
00:31:47.000 Not everyone's going to do something, but let's say just 1% of our live stream audience from last night, 1%, that's 150,000 people, registered one voter.
00:31:57.000 That would be three times the amount we're talking about.
00:32:00.000 You see, it's so tempting, and we're going to talk about it all next hour.
00:32:03.000 Who are they going to pull them with?
00:32:04.000 How are they going to do it?
00:32:05.000 The media is freaking out.
00:32:07.000 What an opportunity for us to say, while you guys are fighting amongst yourselves in the Democrat Party, we're going to quietly go to work and register more voters.
00:32:15.000 We're going to go into the grocery store.
00:32:17.000 We're going to go to the kids ballgame.
00:32:18.000 We are going to go knock on doors.
00:32:20.000 We are going to say, boy, that new family just moved in.
00:32:23.000 And, you know, they said they like hunting.
00:32:27.000 They say that they go to church.
00:32:29.000 That's kind of a conservative profile.
00:32:31.000 I'm going to go invite them over for a barbecue.
00:32:33.000 And I know they just moved out of state.
00:32:35.000 And that's a great thing.
00:32:35.000 By the way, that's a really good lesson for you guys.
00:32:38.000 If you live in Arizona, if you live in Wisconsin, especially, if you have new neighbors on the block that have moved in from out of state, chances are they have not yet registered to vote.
00:32:47.000 They're probably still registered to vote in their old state.
00:32:50.000 For those of you that live in Arizona and you know people that spend part-time here, and they have an address here, try to convince them to register to vote here.
00:32:57.000 In fact, I can tell you right now, one of my neighbors says, Charlie, I'm now officially an Arizona resident here full-time.
00:33:03.000 And I said, great, now you need to register to vote.
00:33:04.000 He said, oh yes, I've wanted to do that.
00:33:06.000 Boom, plus one new voter this morning.
00:33:08.000 It took one text message.
00:33:10.000 And so he's a high-prop voter that was registered in Illinois, and he's moved now to Arizona.
00:33:16.000 So new voters coming into the states is a great opportunity.
00:33:19.000 What I'm getting at is this.
00:33:21.000 We are going to be covering the noise significantly.
00:33:26.000 And July 11th is a huge day.
00:33:28.000 They might put Donald Trump in prison just because of all this.
00:33:31.000 And we're going to explore that with Vivek Ramaswamy in the next hour.
00:33:34.000 But what an opportunity for us to quietly go and do the work every single day.
00:33:40.000 Galvanize the base.
00:33:43.000 The opportunity is great.
00:33:46.000 If you were a Democrat right now, and you wanted to go register voters, that is a tough, tough terrain.
00:33:51.000 Understand Democrats made their greatest voter registration gains in the summer of 2020.
00:33:55.000 During Floyd Apalooza, during the COVID stuff, they were able to narrow a lot of voter registration gains.
00:34:01.000 We have now been able to expand a lot of the voter registration stuff to benefit us in Arizona and many other states.
00:34:07.000 Right now is an unbelievable opportunity.
00:34:11.000 It's a harvest.
00:34:12.000 People are ashamed to be Democrats.
00:34:14.000 They have a senile leader.
00:34:16.000 Only 33% of people who watched the debate thought that Joe Biden won, which I thought it should be even lower than that, but that's a separate issue.
00:34:22.000 It is a movement versus the machine.
00:34:24.000 And make no mistake, the machine is going to bounce back.
00:34:27.000 They're going to figure it out.
00:34:28.000 The Democrats, they're sophisticated.
00:34:30.000 They have a ton of money.
00:34:31.000 They are not going to just hand over the keys to the White House.
00:34:32.000 They have a serious problem with Joe Biden.
00:34:34.000 They have a serious mess on their hands.
00:34:36.000 They might not be able to recover it, but this race is going to tighten one way or the other.
00:34:39.000 And when it does, we should then say, I am glad.
00:34:42.000 I am thankful.
00:34:44.000 I spent that Independence Day weekend doing work, not just hoping things were going to get better.
00:34:49.000 And doing the work is as simple as this.
00:34:51.000 Wearing the MAGA hat, finding like-minded people, asking if they're registered, getting them registered to vote at tpaction.com slash vote.
00:34:58.000 One, two, three, four.
00:34:59.000 Especially this Independence Day weekend.
00:35:02.000 And absolutely, in Georgia, Wisconsin, all these beautiful parades.
00:35:05.000 Go out there with your MAGA hat.
00:35:06.000 Find the low-prop voters.
00:35:08.000 Find your new neighbors.
00:35:09.000 And do the work.
00:35:10.000 What a great opportunity we have in front of us.
00:35:14.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:15.000 Email us, as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:35:18.000 Thanks so much for listening and God bless.
