00:01:44.000 We're going to have a whole panel discussion.
00:01:45.000 We're going to have our ThoughtCrime crew together.
00:01:48.000 Okay, so this should be the number one news story in the country.
00:01:52.000 And this clip is a perfect example of exactly what has been happening on the southern border.
00:01:58.000 Why this is now hitting the news is very interesting to me.
00:02:02.000 It's hitting the news probably because the government is trying to play catch-up for what very well might be an imminent terror attack against the homeland.
00:02:11.000 Now, I don't like fear-mongering.
00:02:13.000 I do not like making people have to be in a place of hysteria unnecessarily.
00:02:18.000 We have been warning about this and we have been met with mockery after mockery after mockery after mockery from the media.
00:02:25.000 Charlie Kirk says that terrorists are coming across the border and lacks evidence. 0.99
00:02:29.000 These people are liars.
00:02:32.000 Could the October surprise be the activation of sleeper cells in this country? 0.94
00:02:38.000 Could it be a mass casualty event where they go after hospitals, elementary schools, go after the grid?
00:02:44.000 I hate even thinking like this, let alone talking like this.
00:02:49.000 But breaking today, this should be the number one news story on the planet.
00:02:55.000 Federal government acknowledges 400 illegals smuggled into the United States were done so by an ISIS-affiliated network.
00:03:03.000 Where 50 of them are, we do not know.
00:03:06.000 The federal government is saying that there are now 50 potential 9-11 hijacker types in the interior of the United States.
00:03:14.000 Remember, it only took 19 terrorists for 9-11.
00:03:19.000 There are thousands of others, but in this one particular group, there are 50.
00:03:24.000 Now, we have been saying repeatedly, you have to understand what is happening on the southern border.
00:03:28.000 Border Patrol, paid for by our taxpayer dollars, they are not allowed to repel entry of bad hombres that want to come into the country.
00:03:38.000 They are a paper processing agency.
00:03:42.000 Joe Biden has turned the Southern Border Patrol into a paperwork processing agency, an Expedia.com concierge service, a one-stop shop to be able To get a non-stop flight to the city in America of your choosing.
00:04:02.000 We are allowing the worst of society to come into America and now the federal government is saying we might get a mass terror attack later this year.
00:04:10.000 And amazingly, I do not see people very concerned about this.
00:04:14.000 Now, Republicans are, of course, somewhat to blame because they have not taken the border as seriously as they should.
00:04:19.000 They refuse to secure the southern border.
00:04:21.000 This is from NBC News.
00:04:23.000 They're laying this out.
00:04:25.000 In great detail that the next mass terror event, the terrorist himself is likely here from Tajikistan, from Georgia.
00:04:38.000 You see the terror attacks happening in Russia?
00:04:40.000 They might be planning them here next.
00:04:43.000 U.S.
00:04:43.000 Border Patrol terrorist watch list hits rise.
00:04:47.000 In 2023, there were 70 on the terror watch list that came across the southern border, but we don't know about the gotaways.
00:04:52.000 What makes this group so maddening is that they surrendered themselves to Border Patrol.
00:04:57.000 They ran a background check and nothing was...
00:05:01.000 Found available, and now they're in the interior, and now the federal government says, oh no, it's an election year.
00:05:06.000 We might have allowed the new 9-11 hijackers into the country. 1.00
00:05:11.000 Meanwhile, Venezuela is emptying prisons. 0.97
00:05:13.000 Our young ladies in this country are being kidnapped and raped and murdered. 0.67
00:05:17.000 This is NBC News. 0.96
00:05:20.000 Listen carefully.
00:05:20.000 Play Cut 45.
00:05:22.000 Tonight, NBC News has learned more than 50 migrants with potential ties to an ISIS-affiliated smuggling network are at large in America.
00:05:31.000 Many illegally crossed the border and were released into the U.S.
00:05:34.000 by Border Patrol because there was no information suggesting terror ties at the time.
00:05:39.000 Now their whereabouts are unknown as immigration agents look to arrest them.
00:05:43.000 U.S.
00:05:43.000 officials tell us, saying they're among a group of over 400 migrants DHS identified in the U.S.
00:05:49.000 from Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia and Russia as subjects of concern because they were brought to the U.S.
00:05:58.000 by an ISIS-affiliated smuggling network, something the FBI director warned about earlier this year.
00:06:04.000 Some of the overseas facilitators of the smuggling network have ISIS ties that we're very concerned about.
00:06:10.000 And recently, the DHS Inspector General sharply criticizing vetting at the U.S.
00:06:15.000 southern border, saying DHS is at risk of admitting dangerous persons into the country or enabling asylum seekers, who may pose significant threats to public safety and national security, to continue to reside in the United States.
00:06:29.000 Threats to the United States national security that are residing in the United States. 0.93
00:06:34.000 Let's be clear.
00:06:35.000 Biden leaked this to NBC News because they are terrified that there actually might be a terror attack that could hurt them politically.
00:06:43.000 That is the question.
00:06:44.000 If there is a sleeper cell terror attack, who does it help?
00:06:47.000 Who benefits?
00:06:48.000 Depends at what scale?
00:06:51.000 They could target polling stations, by the way, on election day.
00:06:53.000 Are they waiting for a sleeper cell activation on election day?
00:06:57.000 I hate even speaking like this.
00:06:59.000 But our leaders are woefully unprepared and they are playing patty cake while we are being invaded by the worst on the planet. 0.83
00:07:08.000 Here is the traitor to America.
00:07:11.000 And in a second Trump term, this guy needs to be thoroughly criminally investigated.
00:07:17.000 And hopefully charged for high crimes against the United States of America.
00:07:22.000 Alejandro Mayorkas lying and now contradicting the NBC News report saying there's no evidence that illegal aliens from Central Asia and potential ISIS connections are plotting to harm the U.S.
00:07:34.000 Your own government calls you a liar, Mayorkas. 0.65
00:07:37.000 Play cut 50.
00:07:38.000 Well, if I may correct you in a number of regards.
00:07:43.000 Number one, with respect to the people from Central Asia, we have no evidence that they are individuals plotting to harm the United States.
00:07:51.000 That is inaccurate.
00:07:52.000 It's very important to note that the safety and security of the American people are our highest priority.
00:07:59.000 Highest priority.
00:08:01.000 This is the king of treason in the Biden regime.
00:08:04.000 Donald Trump in the debate tomorrow should say, hey Joe Biden, where are the 50 terrorists?
00:08:09.000 Do you know where they are?
00:08:10.000 What a great message for Donald Trump to bring to the debate tomorrow.
00:08:14.000 Say your own government says that there are 50 potential terrorists, potential terrorists gotta be clear, waltzing around America right now and they don't know who they are because they let them into the country.
00:08:22.000 And I love the NBC News report.
00:08:24.000 The NBC News report says, well there was no evidence that they could have been terrorists.
00:08:29.000 They're from Tajikistan.
00:08:31.000 They are from Georgia.
00:08:33.000 Why did you let them into the country in the first place? 1.00
00:08:35.000 Because they say the magic word, asylum?
00:08:38.000 To understand, to get into America, you have to just be able to say one word.
00:08:43.000 And the NGOs, the Catholic Charities, and the non-government organizations do this.
00:08:47.000 They give these potential would-be terrorists a little piece of paper.
00:08:52.000 Asylum.
00:08:54.000 And abracadabra, the doors open.
00:08:57.000 That is the magic word and you're allowed into America. 0.87
00:09:02.000 Why would the government say an ISIS-affiliated smuggling network?
00:09:07.000 The government is playing PR catch-up right now because if there is an imminent activation of a sleeper cell in America, the Biden administration wants to say, well, we tried to warn you and this slipped through the cracks and this is Border Patrol's fault.
00:09:21.000 That's what they're going to say.
00:09:22.000 They're going to blame the rank and file of Border Patrol.
00:09:25.000 We have been warning about this for years.
00:09:28.000 about the people on the terror watch list that show up on the border.
00:09:32.000 Fellow illegals, by the way. 0.98
00:09:34.000 Ryan, can you get that clip of that one guy who says, well, I'm a good dude, but these other guys crossing the border, they're bad people.
00:09:41.000 And our government now acts as Travelocity.
00:09:47.000 It acts as Priceline Negotiator.
00:09:50.000 It acts as Expedia.com for the next Osama Bin Laden. 0.98
00:09:56.000 Hello, sir.
00:09:58.000 Abdul Jabbar Mohammed?
00:10:00.000 What country would you like to go to?
00:10:02.000 I'm sure you mean well.
00:10:03.000 Want to go to New York?
00:10:04.000 Want to go to LA?
00:10:05.000 Want to go to Denver?
00:10:08.000 And we pay for them.
00:10:09.000 They get a cell phone, they get benefits, and they get a trip to anywhere in the United States.
00:10:13.000 If you can't afford travel this summer, don't worry.
00:10:16.000 The potential would-be terrorists from Tajikistan, they get to go to the city of their choosing, and you get to pay for it. 1.00
00:10:28.000 America is facing real danger.
00:10:30.000 The kind of danger only real Americans are ready for.
00:10:34.000 What makes a real American a defender of truth?
00:10:37.000 A freedom fighter.

00:11:25.000 Did you have to pay a cartel?
00:11:27.000 Did you have to pay a cartel?
00:11:30.000 How much?
00:11:30.000 Yes.
00:11:31.000 Around 10,000.
00:11:33.000 Yes.
00:11:33.000 In fact, the American people is right, completely true.
00:11:37.000 Who come into this country, they don't know. 0.90
00:11:39.000 Okay, I'm good, but how if they're not good?
00:11:41.000 How they're killers, psychopaths, else?
00:11:43.000 No guarantee of that. 0.90
00:11:45.000 Like, no security check.
00:11:48.000 No background check.
00:11:49.000 No security check, no background check.
00:11:51.000 You're worrying about who's crossing the border?
00:11:53.000 Yes, yes, yes.
00:11:54.000 Of course, maybe because I'm like, people are not look normal.
00:11:58.000 This is a guy who's, he's an illegal worried about the country he's invading. 0.70
00:12:02.000 Maybe I should have invaded a different country.
00:12:05.000 Maybe I should have broke into a different place.
00:12:07.000 It's not the place that I thought it was.
00:12:10.000 These are really bad hombres.
00:12:11.000 No background check, no DNA check. 0.68
00:12:13.000 Only in America could the invader be warning the citizen of the country, hey, these invaders are really bad.
00:12:23.000 You have to do something about it.
00:12:25.000 Immigration and the border and mass invasion is becoming the top issue of the 2024 race. 0.90
00:12:32.000 Now, I have CBS News up here, a bunch of propagandists.
00:12:35.000 They say border crossings down 40%.
00:12:38.000 We warned about this.
00:12:39.000 This is nonsense.
00:12:41.000 Joe Biden has bribed the Mexican government to bring down the numbers artificially.
00:12:44.000 That's still five, six thousand people a day.
00:12:48.000 This is a talking point just for his debate.
00:12:51.000 And it's only because they're now crossing via the CBP One app.
00:12:56.000 They are flying into the interior of the United States. 0.99
00:12:59.000 It is all rubbish. 1.00
00:13:00.000 It is complete nonsense. 1.00
00:13:02.000 And we bribe the government of Mexico to make the numbers look better.
00:13:05.000 But I think the American people are smarter than this.
00:13:07.000 This cake is baked when it comes to this.
00:13:09.000 People know what Joe Biden has done when it comes to the border.
00:13:13.000 I want to play 57 and I got to get to this Florida story because it's terrific.
00:13:17.000 This is 57.
00:13:20.000 I think they eventually arrested this guy.
00:13:21.000 I'm not sure, but this is a window.
00:13:23.000 This is a guy that says, you will know my name soon.
00:13:25.000 You will know my name.
00:13:26.000 I believe he was from Uzbekistan or something, or Kazakhstan, on the terror watch list.
00:13:32.000 Threatening the homeland of the United States.
00:13:34.000 Play cut 57.
00:13:36.000 By the way, if you are smart enough, you will know who I am.
00:13:39.000 But you are really not smart enough to know who I am.
00:13:42.000 But soon you're gonna know who I am.
00:13:45.000 Wow, very easy.
00:13:46.000 The entitlement, the entitlement.
00:13:49.000 No, believe me, I'm much better than that.
00:13:51.000 The entitlement, guys.
00:13:53.000 Wow.
00:13:55.000 So this guy, Mavsum Samadaz, he led the Azerbaijan Islamic Party, and they have close ties to Hezbollah.
00:14:02.000 He was jailed for 12 plus years on charges of attempts to organize terror attacks and to overthrow the government.
00:14:06.000 He was released on January 19, 2023, and I think allegedly was arrested again.
00:14:11.000 I can't quite remember.
00:14:14.000 He does get a cell phone, but not Patriot Mobile.
00:14:18.000 He gets a cell phone, but not Patriot Mobile.
00:14:21.000 He gets ISIS Mobile.
00:14:24.000 The Biden campaign is acting weird.
00:14:28.000 I read 10-12 hours of news a day, and this story immediately hit differently.
00:14:36.000 If you are running a campaign, and you are asked by the media Whether or not a state is a battleground state, you give the same rehearsed answer regardless of what your data is showing.
00:14:49.000 We plan to compete in every possible state.
00:14:52.000 We plan to expand the map.
00:14:54.000 We plan to compete in Florida and even Texas.
00:14:57.000 That is your simple workshopped answer.
00:15:02.000 The Biden campaign is increasingly undisciplined.
00:15:07.000 The Biden campaign comes out in an interview with Puck News with John Heilman.
00:15:12.000 The Biden campaign chair, Jen O'Malley Dillon, responded bluntly when asked if Florida was a battleground state.
00:15:18.000 No.
00:15:19.000 Heilman then joked that he was afraid that you were going to lie about Florida's status.
00:15:23.000 The comments seem to throw political politics into a tailspin, with even many Democrats viewing them as contradicting an April memo when Biden campaign manager Julie Chavez Rodriguez declared Florida winnable.
00:15:37.000 Not a lot of staffers, consultants, or organizers are in a position to say it, but this was such an unnecessary, demoralizing gut punch.
00:15:43.000 Florida-based communications consultant Kevin Kane wrote on X about the comments,
00:15:46.000 Democrats have spent months pointing to signs of change in a state that has raced away from them
00:15:51.000 since Donald Trump carried it by three points in 2020. They won the mayorship in Jacksonville
00:15:56.000 and a state house seat in a special election. The party got candidates to run in every forthcoming
00:16:00.000 legislative race and the Biden campaign has hired roughly two dozen staffers at state level. However,
00:16:05.000 despite all of this, they are now signaling that it is not in play.
00:16:10.000 day.
00:16:11.000 And they are largely right, by the way.
00:16:15.000 Florida has increasingly become a deep red state.
00:16:20.000 Harder and harder for Democrats to be able to navigate, especially with Cuban-Venezuelan communities and Hispanic communities that are undermining Democrats at every turn and destroying the South Florida Hispanic base for the Democrats. 1.00
00:16:36.000 This is something to keep your eye on.
00:16:37.000 It's weird that they're advertising it.
00:16:40.000 Was this an op?
00:16:41.000 Or is this a rare moment of honesty that shows that Joe Biden's weakness is that he really is only going to compete in three states?
00:16:50.000 Or is this an attempt to try to get him out before the debate?
00:16:57.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:17:55.000 RUFFGreens.com slash Kirk. Joining us now is Ilya Shapiro, really smart legal mind to help us break
00:18:04.000 down what is going on with the Supreme Court in Murthy v.
00:18:07.000 Biden, how it impacts the First Amendment.
00:18:10.000 Ilya, walk us through what happened today. Sure. This was the social media tech government
00:18:16.000 collusion case, not the regulation of social media by Texas and Florida.
00:18:21.000 Those are coming, the next choice cases.
00:18:23.000 This is the voluminous record, as both sides admitted, showing how Facebook, Twitter, other social media companies shadow banned, blocked, otherwise censored communication about COVID-19.
00:18:41.000 during the pandemic. And ultimately, the court today ruled six to three, that the challengers
00:18:48.000 to this people who had been affected by these platform decisions, and states who had an
00:18:55.000 interest in various ways did not have standing to bring this kind of challenge. And to be
00:18:59.000 clear, what the allegation was here was against the government, that it was using these private
00:19:05.000 companies, either through coercion, collusion, cooperation, otherwise, job owning, sometimes
00:19:11.000 it's called, to do to censor to violate the First Amendment in ways that it clearly could
00:19:17.000 not do if it was acting directly.
00:19:20.000 Various serious charges Help me understand this.
00:19:23.000 information suppression and the court punted. I think it was a cop out. That's my editorial
00:19:28.000 judgment. I filed a brief in this case supporting the challengers. The court punted. It did not say,
00:19:33.000 yes, the government is allowed to collude with these tech companies or what it did
00:19:37.000 was or was not coercion. It simply said the challenger did not have standing.
00:19:42.000 Help me understand this. So how does a case go all the way up to the Supreme Court
00:19:47.000 and they take their valuable time and it gets dismissed on procedural grounds?
00:19:52.000 typically yeah i think what is the substantive issue right The technical stuff should be dealt with in the lower courts.
00:19:58.000 Am I wrong?
00:19:59.000 Typically, that's the case.
00:20:01.000 Although this isn't the first time, not even this term, not even this month, where the Supreme Court has decided a case on these standing grounds.
00:20:11.000 They try to decide not to decide, and I guess they don't want to create political controversy, I think is what it comes down to.
00:20:20.000 For John Roberts or Brett Kavanaugh, the kind of the median justices.
00:20:25.000 But you're right.
00:20:25.000 The lower courts, the district court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal found standing and found the collusion between the government and the tech companies to be such that they imposed an injunction.
00:20:38.000 That is, they said that they ordered government officials, the Surgeon General and others, not to meet with executives from these tech companies because it created a First Amendment injury.
00:20:50.000 But the Supreme Court said, look, we're not, you know, there's a lot of smoke here, essentially, they're saying, you were blocked, you were shadow banned.
00:20:58.000 That could well be, but you're not suing the tech companies.
00:21:03.000 And you're essentially treating, the majority says, in an opinion by Justice Amy Coney Barrett, you're treating the government and the tech companies as one, and you haven't established that you're being injured by the government rather than by the tech companies.
00:21:18.000 So I have a ton of questions here.
00:21:19.000 How do the American people not have standing?
00:21:22.000 How can they justify that?
00:21:24.000 So help me understand.
00:21:25.000 This is a cop-out, the easy way out.
00:21:28.000 So Amy Coney Barrett wrote the majority, Ketanji Brown Jackson, Kagan, Kavanaugh, Roberts, and Sotomayor.
00:21:35.000 So who would have standing in this case, theoretically?
00:21:38.000 Well, there was a case decided unanimously earlier this term called NRA versus BULO, where the NRA, the National Rifle Association, was harmed by the New York Attorney General and other officials in New York State, in the executive branch in New York State, pressured various banks and other financial entities not to do business with the NRA.
00:21:59.000 So it has to be kind of a direct pocketbook type of harm, Uh, rather than these allegations that the government is colluding with somebody it's the that connect the dots that the court seemed to have a problem with and it seems to be that short of that kind of direct smoking gun where it's a government official saying go harm that person.
00:22:20.000 You're going to have trouble understanding.
00:22:25.000 So does Justice Alito in dissent.
00:22:28.000 the dissenting justices were Alito, Jones, Bytomas, and Gorsuch.
00:22:31.000 Anything Alito and Tomas do is the right decision, and the other ones are flaky.
00:22:36.000 They don't know what they're going to do. So help me understand.
00:22:40.000 You have a $6 trillion annual enterprise called the Federal Government, and they show up at Twitter, and they say, we want these 10 accounts, including mine, by the way.
00:22:51.000 I was shadowbound by Twitter at the behest of the government.
00:22:55.000 The government wanted me to be shut up.
00:22:58.000 And I don't have standing to be able to say the government wanted this, but what is the argument that, well, they didn't directly say it, they just showed up and softly and tacitly said, hey, it would be a shame if the FTC showed up, wouldn't it, Mark Zuckerberg?
00:23:13.000 It'd be a shame if you guys were called a monopoly.
00:23:15.000 We know what's going on here.
00:23:17.000 Yes!
00:23:17.000 That is what's of course lurking in the background.
00:23:20.000 And there's case law, that's classic jaw boning cases going back to the 50s where the local government
00:23:29.000 wanted to ban some books, really ban some books, not this artificial stuff that's being manufactured now
00:23:36.000 about porn in schools and what have you.
00:23:38.000 But they wanted to really ban books, but they realized they couldn't do it.
00:23:41.000 So a policeman came by the bookstore and said, it's a nice shop here.
00:23:45.000 Be too bad if there was no police protection or, you know, making a very clear mafia style threat against them.
00:23:52.000 The problem that the majority found was that those dots were not connected with respect to the plaintiffs here.
00:24:00.000 So the, You know, it's not a question of whether Facebook or Twitter was doing things that harmed them or blocked their speech.
00:24:07.000 That wasn't an issue, the majority said.
00:24:09.000 It was, can you show, can you connect those actions by the tech companies to government demands, coercions or anything?
00:24:18.000 So basically just saying this is our policy these are kinds of things that we like that's not enough there the majority said there has to be a much closer connection of the government ordering and either threatening or offering say a a tax break if you go along with our policy will I don't know some sort of Insight inducement like that and the court said that there's not enough so help me just Theoretically because of the court's cop-out and because of Amy Coney Barrett and Kavanaugh and Roberts Just you making an inexcusable decision here going into this election
00:24:51.000 The Biden administration could now go up to Facebook and Google and demand, you gotta take down the Charlie Kirk Show, you gotta take down Steve Bannon, or whatever, and there's no recourse there, effectively, because they could now deem something disinformation, which is a very loose term, and they can basically say, we want you to take this down, Google.
00:25:15.000 Which, by the way, Google does business with the federal government.
00:25:19.000 The problem is how smoking the gun is, if you will, to make kind of a bad metaphor.
00:25:25.000 If you can show that some government official says, take down the Charlie Kirk Show, and then your show, of course, loses money because of that, that's a direct harm that should clear the court's standing hurdle.
00:25:38.000 But of course, it will never be like that.
00:25:41.000 We don't like information that talks too much about underminers. 1.00
00:25:44.000 But we know what that is.
00:25:45.000 I mean, it's the same federal government that can audit you, raid you, subpoena you, and indict you, and they come up with a request.
00:25:53.000 And so that's really where we're at, is that these justices are so unwise, Amy Coney Barrett, that they think when the federal government shows up and requests something out of your multi-trillion dollar company, that you take it as like a nice, polite thing.
00:26:06.000 No, of course we know what it is.
00:26:08.000 The problem is, I think, is that the companies themselves are all too happy to do that because they're doing it anyway.
00:26:17.000 They're doing it anyway.
00:26:19.000 And so the court is saying that the companies are doing it anyway, just because it aligns with what the federal government or certain officials would want, doesn't all of a sudden make it an injury that's caused by the federal government.
00:26:33.000 I think that's too clever by half, but that is what the standard is now.
00:26:39.000 Again, we know what it is.
00:26:40.000 The federal government, with its incredible authority, it's far too big, it's far too powerful, should not be able to wink or nudge or nod or say, you know, nice empire you built, Mark Zuckerberg.
00:26:52.000 It'd be a darn shame if the Antitrust Commission ruled against you.
00:26:56.000 Which basically Zuckerberg said on Rogan's podcast, that's effectively how they talk to you when you show up.
00:27:01.000 But again, that's not a smoking gun, I guess.
00:27:02.000 So let me ask you, Ilya, your expertise on the Supreme Court, is there anything we said about horse trading that they conceded on this one because we're about to get an immunity decision that is going to upset?
00:27:15.000 I doubt it.
00:27:16.000 I doubt it.
00:27:17.000 I also don't buy into the idea that they're holding the immunity decision to come out the morning of the debate, tomorrow,
00:27:24.000 or they're holding it to be after the debate, they get these things done when they can.
00:27:29.000 And if they were really trying to time things, they would have released Murthy this case this morning,
00:27:34.000 the same time they were releasing the Net Choice cases, which is Texas and Florida trying to regulate
00:27:41.000 the tech companies like public utilities.
00:27:44.000 Ironically, the court's decision today that effectively you can't sue
00:27:48.000 unless you have a direct smoking gun, really bad language from a government official
00:27:53.000 like you did in that NRA case, makes stronger, in my view,
00:27:57.000 the state's arguments for why they need to regulate the tech companies themselves because...
00:28:04.000 In effect, to the extent that they monopolize or have extreme power over information, whether it's Twitter, whether it's Facebook, whether it's TikTok, these things seem to break down generationally.
00:28:18.000 If nobody can sue, then that means it needs to be a regulated industry.
00:28:22.000 Now, that wouldn't necessarily be my preferred policy view, but if you can't sue for this government collusion, then the states need to be able to come in and address the harm caused by the private actors.
00:28:34.000 Ilya, how do people follow you or support your great work?
00:28:37.000 I'm at I Shapiro on Twitter.
00:28:40.000 I'm at the Manhattan Institute.
00:28:43.000 You can look me up there.
00:28:44.000 I have a book coming out called Lawless, the Miseducation of America's Elites. 0.97
00:28:49.000 No cover yet, but it is available for pre-order on Amazon and everywhere fine books are sold.
00:28:55.000 Ilya, great work.
00:28:55.000 We'll have you back on for the book.
00:28:56.000 Oh, and also, Charlie, I'm remiss.
00:28:58.000 My substack, Shapiro's Gavel.
00:29:01.000 You find personal musings, you find legal analysis, lots of stories, even pictures of my kids there.
00:29:07.000 So, I love it.
00:29:07.000 There you go.
00:29:08.000 Very good.
00:29:08.000 Come back anytime.
00:29:09.000 Thanks so much.
00:29:10.000 Thank you.
00:29:13.000 Hey, this is Charlie Kirk, and I know a lot of you have been suffering under the Biden economy.
00:29:17.000 Recently, school loan payments have been reinstated, and for many, it's adding thousands to their monthly expenses.
00:29:23.000 My friends, Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian, they're amazing.
00:29:25.000 They really helped me through a tough, tough situation recently.
00:29:28.000 They've been excellent.
00:29:30.000 They're ethical.
00:29:30.000 They're just really great people.
00:29:33.000 They're followers of Jesus Christ, and our worldviews are the same.
00:29:36.000 I love them.
00:29:37.000 And so please go to andrewandtodd.com.
00:29:38.000 Interest rates are coming down, and they may be able to lower your overall payment.
00:29:41.000 In fact, one of our team members said, Charlie, is it time for me to own a home?
00:29:44.000 I sat down and went through the numbers.
00:29:45.000 I said, get in the owner game.
00:29:47.000 Honestly, enough renting.
00:29:48.000 You are burning your money renting.
00:29:49.000 It might be a little bit more to own, but you're building equity.
00:29:51.000 That's money you'll have for the rest of your life.
00:29:54.000 Perhaps a reverse mortgage is a perfect solution.
00:29:56.000 It's about expertise.
00:29:57.000 You could trust in times like this.
00:29:58.000 I can't tell you how helpful they've been for me personally.
00:30:01.000 They've just been excellent.
00:30:01.000 Andrew and Todd, I'm honored to call them friends.
00:30:03.000 We hang out when I go to Orange County together.
00:30:06.000 They're really great.
00:30:06.000 So say, Charlie sent me 888-888-1172.
00:30:07.000 That's 888-888-1172.
00:30:11.000 They helped me through a mortgage situation recently that was super complex and moving pieces, and it was really, really tough.
00:30:17.000 And other banks, by the way, wanted nothing to do with it, and they crushed it for me.
00:30:20.000 10 out of 10.
00:30:22.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:30:23.000 So check it out right now.
00:30:24.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:30:27.000 Okay, this is a very important story here happening in downtown Los Angeles.
00:30:32.000 Happened in downtown Los Angeles.
00:30:34.000 Israel National News.
00:30:35.000 What I saw at a terrorist rally outside a synagogue. 1.00
00:30:40.000 Quote, billions of us will come and kill you. 0.99
00:30:43.000 They maced a Jew and the Los Angeles police did nothing. 0.97
00:30:48.000 30 minutes after Hamas supporters first set up their operation outside a Los Angeles synagogue, they maced their first Jew.
00:30:55.000 The Los Angeles police did nothing.
00:30:58.000 Not until an hour into the terrorist rally outside of a synagogue did the Los Angeles Police Department finally step in, pushing back masked Jihad supporters in their terrorist scarves.
00:31:08.000 I'm reading from Israel National News, so they use a colorful, understandable language.
00:31:13.000 The mob has been chanting for Intifada and the destruction of Israel and moved outward to target two smaller synagogues attended by Persian Jewish refugees from the Islamic terror in Iran.
00:31:26.000 Chaos and mayhem ensued.
00:31:29.000 This has been somewhat well covered.
00:31:31.000 However, I can't help but wonder how many Democrats, specifically Jewish Democrats, are looking at this and wondering Did we vote for this? 0.88
00:31:44.000 And the answer is, you did vote for this.
00:31:47.000 And I say this as someone who is resolutely pro-Israel.
00:31:51.000 I love America.
00:31:53.000 I love Israel.
00:31:54.000 I want Israel to win the war. 0.97
00:31:56.000 What will it take to be a wake-up call for liberal Jews in America to recognize and realize that their partnership with the Democrat Party is their demise? 0.64
00:32:11.000 One of the saddest elements of the horrific tragedy on October 7th was the people that were killed by individuals that they once hosted over for dinner.
00:32:24.000 Do you know that right there on the Gaza border, there were a lot of liberal Jews that moved to the Gaza border intentionally, and they would bring over people from Gaza for dinner and say, you know, we're gonna be friends, we're gonna have peace.
00:32:35.000 They did this for years.
00:32:36.000 Do you know what the people from Gaza were doing? 0.92
00:32:38.000 They were staking out The kibbutzes. 1.00
00:32:43.000 They were looking at where they could kill all the Jews one day. 0.98
00:32:47.000 Jewish moderates have to realize that just because Jamal Bowman lost last night doesn't mean this problem is over. 0.96
00:32:54.000 A bombshell new poll, Biden losing massive amounts of Jewish voters in New York.
00:33:00.000 A new Siena College poll shows that nearly half, 46%, of Jewish voters in the state with the largest Jewish population plan to vote for Trump, compared to 52% for Biden.
00:33:11.000 This is according to Politico.com.
00:33:13.000 A new poll.
00:33:15.000 Jews are not safe in the Democrat Party.
00:33:18.000 And there's going to have to be a decision because, unfortunately, Many Jews in America, they believe that it is their way to advance social justice via the American Democrat Party. 0.94
00:33:31.000 There is a seriously large group on the left that hates Israel and hates them.
00:33:36.000 And understand, these are secular Jews mostly.
00:33:38.000 The more religious you are in your Judaism, the less liberal you are, and the more likely you are to vote Republican and be a conservative. 0.56
00:33:47.000 Many of these are secular Jews.
00:33:48.000 Understand that Orthodox Jews voted for Donald Trump in 2020 by an 83 to 17 margin.
00:33:56.000 So the more seriously you take your religion, the more likely you are to be a Donald Trump supporter in Jewish communities.
00:34:03.000 And the same is for Christians, by the way. 0.57
00:34:05.000 The more serious you take your Christianity, the more serious you take your religion, the better voting choices you make.
00:34:12.000 The less Christian you are, the less religious you are, the less Jewish you are, the more likely you are to want the government to become God in your life. 0.83
00:34:21.000 And the more you believe in God, you ask the question, why does government need to keep on reigning supreme over the entire nation?
00:34:30.000 This is a sad story because, unfortunately, so many American Jews on the left have been financing and supporting these very organizations that are now targeting synagogues.
00:34:43.000 And I laughed.
00:34:44.000 Adam Schiff comes out.
00:34:45.000 He says, this is unacceptable in LA.
00:34:47.000 That is your base of support, Adam Schiff.
00:34:49.000 These are your voters.
00:34:51.000 By the way, did Joe Biden issue a tweet saying that it's unacceptable for people going to synagogue to not be able to go?
00:34:58.000 I don't think Joe Biden said anything.
00:35:00.000 Because he's terrified of his Muslim base. 1.00
00:35:02.000 Terrified. 0.74
00:35:03.000 However, imagine if a group of Christians blocked Jews from going into a synagogue.
00:35:09.000 It would be the number one news story.
00:35:11.000 And the real story here is Karen Bass and the LA leadership let this mob happen. 0.91
00:35:17.000 Police were not able to do their job.
00:35:20.000 It is open season against Jews in this country, and Jews are not safe in the Democrat Party.
00:35:27.000 The police were there early, but they didn't intervene.
00:35:31.000 They were giving us very tacit, stand-down order.
00:35:35.000 And if Jews keep on voting for Democrats, they will continue to vote for their demise and the downfall of American Jewry. 1.00
00:35:43.000 Thanks so much for listening.
00:35:44.000 Everybody email us as always freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:35:47.000 Thanks so much for listening and God bless.
