00:01:29.000 Hey, everybody.
00:01:30.000 Welcome to this live response of the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:33.000 You were probably watching the Democrat convention this week, and you probably saw Joe Biden tonight.
00:01:40.000 We have the truth here.
00:01:41.000 Look, Joe Biden and the Democrats, they had their four days of uninterrupted propaganda messaging.
00:01:48.000 There was so much nonsense throughout these last couple days.
00:01:50.000 We did some live streams to try to give you the truth, and we had some guests throughout the week.
00:01:55.000 I was watching Joe Biden tonight, and I said, I got to address this one-on-one.
00:02:01.000 Joe Biden, it was a really tough evening, I think, for him to get through that entire speech.
00:02:07.000 And he did.
00:02:09.000 There were some errors throughout.
00:02:11.000 There were some things where he said things that didn't always necessarily resonate or make sense.
00:02:16.000 But overall, Joe Biden, I think, can say it wasn't a complete and total disaster for him this evening.
00:02:24.000 What really motivated me to make sure we went live tonight was when Joe Biden said, we need to make sure we are compassionate to make sure that we tell the truth, that we trust science.
00:02:37.000 And then a couple seconds later, Joe Biden goes and says, and America leads the entire world in deaths and new cases.
00:02:46.000 I have no tolerance for this line of lying and falsehoods.
00:02:51.000 It's deception.
00:02:52.000 Now, why would America have the most cases?
00:02:54.000 Is it because we really have the most infected people?
00:02:57.000 Probably not.
00:02:58.000 It's because we have the most testing and we have the most open society.
00:03:02.000 You see, when you have an open society like America, testing is reported the same day.
00:03:07.000 People are demanding accountability from their leaders.
00:03:10.000 So, for example, America is the third most populous country in the world.
00:03:14.000 So, you have China and India, and then America.
00:03:17.000 So, America will definitely be in the top three of confirmed cases if those other countries have the same amount of testing.
00:03:23.000 India does not.
00:03:24.000 India has half of their population that is in third world poverty, almost half their population.
00:03:30.000 China is a totalitarian state.
00:03:33.000 And so, people are bragging lately in the state-run media, in the activist media.
00:03:37.000 Look how great of a job that China has done in response to the Chinese coronavirus.
00:03:42.000 Well, first of all, we do not know the real numbers out of China.
00:03:45.000 They lied about the virus, they covered it up, they let it spread throughout the world.
00:03:48.000 And then, our own leaders, Andrew Cuomo, called it the European virus, called it the European virus.
00:03:54.000 So, then Joe Biden says, We lead in cases and we are behind the rest of the world.
00:03:59.000 I think he even went as far to say that we lead in deaths.
00:04:02.000 I refuse to believe that China is honestly reporting their death figures.
00:04:06.000 I refuse to believe it.
00:04:08.000 Secondly, even Dr. Burks said herself that we are taking a more liberal approach.
00:04:15.000 That's a quote, a liberal approach to how we count the Chinese coronavirus deaths.
00:04:20.000 So Joe Biden went out of his way to try to politically capitalize on pain, yet no one in the activist media went up to Joe Biden and said, What about the H1N1 swine flu epidemic that happened under your watch when tens of thousands of Americans died?
00:04:34.000 No one tried to politicize that.
00:04:36.000 What about during your presidency and vice presidents, the Obama presidency, when over 50 to 60,000 people a year just died from the flu every single year?
00:04:45.000 So you add all that together.
00:04:46.000 Of course, every single death is a tragedy.
00:04:49.000 Every single death is personal.
00:04:51.000 It's a real story.
00:04:52.000 However, what I have no tolerance for is for Joe Biden to read a pre-scripted narrative on a teleprompter just for political purposes when it is such absolute garbage.
00:05:03.000 So that was the number one thing that shut me up, that really upset me, that really compelled me to do this tonight.
00:05:08.000 Number two was when Joe Biden went again to the lie of Charlottesville.
00:05:16.000 You know that the Democrats have so little to run on when they repeatedly have to attack our amazing president on his response to what happened in Charlottesville, Virginia.
00:05:27.000 In Charlottesville, we all remember what happened.
00:05:29.000 There was a demonstration and there was a massive amount of, there was a violent clash that happened.
00:05:38.000 And the president was first talking about the statue incident.
00:05:41.000 And then he said he denounced neo-Nazism.
00:05:44.000 He denounced white supremacy, as he should, by the way, as true forms of evil.
00:05:49.000 And yet what the press does is they selectively edit when he was talking about the statue issue and they say that's what he was talking about with the white supremacist issue.
00:05:58.000 That is not, they're intentionally copy-pasting it into that.
00:06:03.000 Joe Biden did this again tonight.
00:06:04.000 He said that was the reason why he decided to run.
00:06:07.000 I'll be surprised if Joe Biden even remembers that incident.
00:06:10.000 Mind you, Joe Biden represents the party of segregation.
00:06:13.000 Joe Biden was against busing for his vice presidential candidate.
00:06:19.000 He actually opposed his vice president from being, his vice presidential candidate, from being bussed to a proper school.
00:06:25.000 Joe Biden opposed being able to have Kamala Harris be able to get in a bus to a better school.
00:06:32.000 Joe Biden and the Democrats are the party of KKK, they're the party of slavery.
00:06:36.000 They're the party that has always cared more about the color of somebody's skin than the content of their character.
00:06:42.000 Joe Biden, for his entire career, played nice with bitter segregationists.
00:06:47.000 Joe Biden played nice with Robert Byrd, who was a racist Southern Democrat.
00:06:52.000 Joe Biden was able to build coalitions with other Southern racist Democrats.
00:06:57.000 It's just until recently where he tries to make himself seem as if I'm all so high and mighty about it.
00:07:01.000 Tell me, Joe, what did you call black men in the 1990s?
00:07:03.000 You called them super predators.
00:07:05.000 Tell me, Joe, what did you say about 7-Eleven?
00:07:08.000 Do you know what Joe Biden said about 7-Eleven?
00:07:10.000 He said, quote, you cannot walk into a 7-Eleven without a slight Indian accent.
00:07:15.000 Just stereotyping anyone that works at a 7-Eleven as being as if they are from Indian descent, from the country of India.
00:07:22.000 What did Joe Biden say about Barack Obama?
00:07:25.000 That finally he's been able to find a clean-cut black man to run for the presidency.
00:07:29.000 These are direct quotes from Joe Biden.
00:07:31.000 What does Joe Biden think about black people today?
00:07:33.000 Unlike what Kerry Washington said last night, Joe Biden said that black people are not diverse.
00:07:40.000 Unlike what anyone would say that has any sort of wherewithal and is not a bitter racist, Joe Biden said, quote, If you are not, if you do not vote for me, you are not black.
00:07:51.000 If you do not vote for me, you are not black.
00:07:53.000 Do you know what Joe Biden called a black journalist two weeks ago just got swept under the rug?
00:07:58.000 A junkie.
00:08:00.000 He asked a black journalist if he was on cocaine.
00:08:03.000 This is Joe Biden.
00:08:04.000 Yet tonight he put on a nice appearance.
00:08:07.000 I thought the speech was a big zero in the sense that it was flat line across, but I guess that's a victory for someone that is probably suffering from mental decline.
00:08:16.000 So I have a list of 10 big takeaways from the Democrat convention, but I just needed to start with that.
00:08:22.000 That Joe Biden is a self-serving politician who's been transactional his entire life, who has deep-seated, bitter racism in his heart.
00:08:32.000 He is projecting to the rest of the country.
00:08:34.000 He says, well, we need to eradicate racism in our country.
00:08:38.000 While he himself has been the one that has been against school choice, against any sort of urban revitalization, he has been the one that has been pandering to the most anti-black policies imaginable.
00:08:50.000 Yet he is using this as a Democrat dog whistle, a Democrat dog whistle to try to enthuse the Democrat base.
00:09:00.000 Computer systems in cars are the new normal, from electronically controlled transmissions to touchscreen displays to dozens of sensors.
00:09:06.000 But you can't fix any of these new features yourself.
00:09:09.000 So when something breaks, it could cost you a fortune.
00:09:11.000 And now is not the time for expensive repairs.
00:09:14.000 That's why I have CarShield.
00:09:16.000 It's a terrific product.
00:09:17.000 It's a terrific service.

00:10:07.000 Code Kirk, a deductible, may apply.
00:10:11.000 So here are 10 takeaways that I think are really interesting that we want to think about tonight.
00:10:16.000 And you guys can email us your questions, freedom at charliekirk.com right now.
00:10:20.000 And I will read a couple of them as they come in.
00:10:22.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:10:25.000 Number one, one of the things I found very interesting about the last couple days, something that the Democrats did not specifically brag about.
00:10:33.000 In fact, I don't think they even mentioned with any intentionality, intentionally, with any intentionality at all, which is, did the Democrats go out of their way to mention that Donald Trump was impeached?
00:10:48.000 This was a huge effort of theirs earlier in the year.
00:10:51.000 Donald Trump was impeached in the House and he was completely cleared in the Senate.
00:10:56.000 And it makes you wonder why is it the Democrats didn't talk about this?
00:11:00.000 There was no bragging about it.
00:11:01.000 There's no victory lap.
00:11:03.000 They didn't even go out of their way to say, I'm the impeached president.
00:11:05.000 I mean, this is a very interesting thing.
00:11:07.000 They might have some polling to reflect that it doesn't do as well as they might think.
00:11:11.000 I would venture a guess that it would actually hurt them to talk about it because it shows that they tried to remove a president just on political purposes and the upper chamber actually acquitted the president.
00:11:22.000 For all of that effort that Adam Schiff put into it, all the effort that Nancy Pelosi, all the effort that Chuck Schumer put into it, they did not put any sort of emphasis on impeachment.
00:11:33.000 That was my first takeaway.
00:11:34.000 It was glaringly missing.
00:11:37.000 It was so clear that the Democrats were avoiding the entire issue of impeachment.
00:11:42.000 Now, why?
00:11:42.000 It's because the Republicans and Donald Trump won on the issue of impeachment.
00:11:46.000 It's because despite what the media might, activist media might have told you, the Democrats tried their best to remove the president and they failed.
00:11:54.000 So, this is a recurring theme that the Democrats did not want to remind the American people that they actually lost some of the most consequential fights over the last couple years, which leads me to my second takeaway.
00:12:05.000 These are 10 takeaways from the Democrat Convention instant analysis that no one else is giving you.
00:12:09.000 Number two, where was the mention of Brett Kavanaugh?
00:12:13.000 Did you notice that almost no one went out of their way to say, impeach Kavanaugh, we are going to get rid of him?
00:12:18.000 It was the worst thing that ever happened.
00:12:20.000 This is a massive learning lesson for Republicans.
00:12:23.000 Brett Kavanaugh is more popular than he ever has been in public approval.
00:12:27.000 Why?
00:12:29.000 It's because Republicans drew the line.
00:12:31.000 They said that we are not going to give an inch.
00:12:34.000 We are going to get this justice confirmed to the Supreme Court, that we are not going to allow lies to go without us confronting them.
00:12:41.000 If only Republicans fought as hard as they did with Brett Kavanaugh on every other issue.
00:12:47.000 It seems as if the Brett Kavanaugh fight really animated Republicans in a very special way because they realized the multi-generational stakes that the Kavanaugh confirmation had.
00:13:01.000 They understood that if Kavanaugh was not confirmed, that if he was borked, if you will, then it very well might have lost to the Republicans their Senate majority, all of their relevancy in the public eye.
00:13:12.000 And quite honestly, they would not have been able to deliver any sort of tangible results from the Keep the United States Senate.
00:13:20.000 And in a very unlikely fashion, the 2008 midterms were not great in the U.S. House of Representatives, but the United States Senate, the Republicans grew in the U.S. Senate, which is a massive deal.
00:13:30.000 That is so rare to happen.
00:13:32.000 And it's because of Kavanaugh.
00:13:34.000 The Democrats launched an entire political attack on Kavanaugh.
00:13:37.000 You remember the people that were literally scratching the doors of the Supreme Court?
00:13:42.000 I walked the streets during the Kavanaugh protests.
00:13:46.000 Some of our most viral content, those of you guys watching on YouTube, you guys can go back and watch those videos as soon as we're done tonight.
00:13:53.000 Some of the most viral moments that I ever had were going up against these activist Kavanaugh protesters that were inciting violence, that were coming up against you, that were threatening me, that were trying to get me arrested.
00:14:06.000 And so I saw firsthand the hatred that they had for Brett Kavanaugh.
00:14:10.000 Yet after all of that organizing, they really don't mention it once.
00:14:15.000 They don't mention it at all the last four days.
00:14:16.000 Now, they might have mentioned it once.
00:14:17.000 I might have missed it.
00:14:18.000 I saw almost all the convention.
00:14:19.000 I might have missed 20 minutes here and there.
00:14:22.000 There was a little bit too much musical singing.
00:14:24.000 And by the way, the musical number yesterday in Spanish while that individual, who had a nice voice, but he was obviously lip-syncing, was walking and the entire shot was just graffiti.
00:14:36.000 I was like, is this really the kind of country that they want to sell to the American people?
00:14:40.000 I think, was it Stand By Me in Spanish?
00:14:42.000 I think it was Stand By Me in Spanish or something like that.
00:14:44.000 It was, I have nothing against the song.
00:14:47.000 I think it's a little bizarre to try to communicate to swing voters in Spanish.
00:14:52.000 I think that English should be the official language of the United States.
00:14:54.000 However, I just, I just, during that time, I kind of tuned out.
00:14:58.000 So if I missed the Kavanaugh part of it, then I'll stand corrected, but it wasn't an emphasis.
00:15:02.000 I think that there was no emphasis at all on Kavanaugh.
00:15:02.000 I think that's fair.
00:15:05.000 In fact, I do not think he was mentioned at all.
00:15:09.000 Whether you're working from home or working in your fitness, you want to know what you're listening to to actually be what you're listening to.
00:15:16.000 Everyone needs a good pair of wireless earbuds.
00:15:18.000 But before you drop hundreds of thousands of dollars on a pair, check out our wireless earbuds from Raycon.

00:16:06.000 Here's my third biggest takeaway from the DNC: the inherent contradictions in the message.
00:16:12.000 The inherent contradictions in the message were that while you had an entire kind of narrative that was being painted to try to get Republicans to come home.
00:16:22.000 For example, let's think back to, I think it was the first night when John Kasich, they just found John Kasich in a meadow.
00:16:27.000 And I just want to make something very clear.
00:16:28.000 This is not a convention.
00:16:30.000 And for the Republicans next week, I believe the Republican convention is going to be terrific.
00:16:34.000 All of you, make sure you tune into it.
00:16:35.000 I think it's going to be phenomenal because there's a lot to learn from this.
00:16:38.000 This was not a convention.
00:16:40.000 This was a series of Democrat political advertisements.
00:16:43.000 It's not a convention.
00:16:44.000 Big difference.
00:16:45.000 This was as if they just put together every single advertising firm in the Democrat tickler file or in the Democrat portfolio.
00:16:50.000 And they said, let's just all together create ads around every single kind of oppressed grievance group and then put it on television.
00:16:59.000 A convention I would have recommended to them, have at least some form of a central stage, at least have some sort of an area of continuity.
00:17:06.000 All the different parts, it just felt so scattered.
00:17:09.000 But the contradictions is something that's really important.
00:17:13.000 Because while they were saying, Joe Biden even did it in his own speech tonight, he said, we're going to bring this country together around science, around compassion.
00:17:22.000 And then literally 30 seconds later, he's saying that Donald Trump represents a vital threat to the Republic.
00:17:29.000 And with it, he says that it's a new nastiness that has been brought to the entire political conversation.
00:17:35.000 And he almost, I mean, it almost went as far to say that people support him.
00:17:39.000 And so you can't have it both ways.
00:17:40.000 And it was a contradiction throughout the entire four days.
00:17:44.000 And so I think back to the Republicans come home message.
00:17:48.000 Hey, John Kasich was trying to say, hey, come on, come and vote for us.
00:17:51.000 Meg Whitman, the same.
00:17:52.000 And then previously, they had the Washington, D.C. mayor.
00:17:56.000 I think her name is Muriel Bowser.
00:17:57.000 I might have that name a little bit off, but I think it's Muriel Bowser.
00:18:00.000 I apologize if I don't have it right in front of me.
00:18:03.000 Muriel Bowser says, we are going to rewrite the laws completely and totally.
00:18:07.000 And so you think to yourself, wait a second, is it Republicans that are embracing this as kind of a centrist candidate?
00:18:12.000 Or is this a fundamental revolution under someone who has no idea what's actually going on?
00:18:17.000 And that kind of segues to my fourth takeaway here of the Democrat National Convention.
00:18:22.000 Two Ds.
00:18:23.000 This was dismal and it was depressing.
00:18:26.000 I mean, if I was watching this as just a foreign citizen or if I was watching this as a foreigner, I would think quite honestly that the country was in complete and total irreparable harm.
00:18:40.000 I would think that the country was suffering from such systemic issues that there is no hope in sight.
00:18:46.000 I think this is really where the Democrats failed.
00:18:49.000 And I'm going to tell you where actually the Democrats, I think they did something correct, believe it or not.
00:18:52.000 I'm going to compliment them.
00:18:53.000 I think they did a couple things right.
00:18:54.000 I'm going to tell you that in a second.
00:18:56.000 But this is where I think they really missed an opportunity.
00:18:59.000 The Democrats had an opportunity to excite people around something specific.
00:19:03.000 So the Bolshevik Bernie Sanders, who missed his calling by about 100 years in the Russian Revolution, this is something he does really well.
00:19:11.000 I got to give Bernie Sanders credit.
00:19:12.000 He gets his followers specifically excited about something.
00:19:17.000 He gets his followers excited about something that they can believe in, something they can articulate, something they can see, something they can touch, and something they can see that can impact your life.
00:19:27.000 President Trump also has this gift.
00:19:30.000 The Democrats missed a huge opportunity to do that this week.
00:19:34.000 It was a lot of platitudes, very little specifics.
00:19:38.000 And we'll get to how there were no solutions either.
00:19:41.000 However, let's just talk about specifics.
00:19:42.000 I think the Democrats miss an opportunity where they could have had some very vivid imagery of people, of even pop, like, I don't want to say I don't think Democrat ideas are popular, but this is something that Bernie Sanders does really well.
00:19:54.000 He's like, Medicare for all.
00:19:56.000 That's a specific thing.
00:19:56.000 Okay, free stuff.
00:19:58.000 Now, I can understand why the Biden campaign didn't want to do that.
00:20:01.000 I can understand why the Biden campaign didn't want to embrace some of these Democrat socialist or just socialist ideas.
00:20:08.000 I can understand why they didn't do that on the outset.
00:20:11.000 However, just the endless platitudes, just the endless one-liners or these idiomatic phrases, if you will, it just kind of bored the audience.
00:20:20.000 You want people to sit up and see the future and grasp it and vote for it and say, yes, I'm going to go vote for that.
00:20:27.000 Instead, this, and this goes to my next point.
00:20:29.000 It was so dismal, so depressing.
00:20:31.000 Instead, if you kind of look at the tone level, right?
00:20:33.000 And I think this would be a really interesting poll to take.
00:20:35.000 I don't think it's going to happen because it would take a very specific group of people.
00:20:38.000 It would probably be very expensive to do.
00:20:40.000 If you just took a focus group or a control group of 100 citizens that are not very involved in politics and you had them watch the Democrat convention and you asked them, do you feel better or worse about America after watching this?
00:20:52.000 Every single one of them would say worse.
00:20:53.000 Now, some would say that's exactly the Democrat strategy, right?
00:20:56.000 Is that they need to make people feel so awful about America that they will not go vote.
00:21:01.000 This is actually, I think, a failed strategy to defeat an incumbent.
00:21:05.000 So I actually think this is not the correct way to defeat somebody politically from the presidency.
00:21:12.000 This is, I think the Biden campaign just committed a huge act of political, the best way to word it, I think, is just a political misstep or just of a political mistake, quite honestly.
00:21:23.000 So the orthodoxy would be that you try to make people feel so terrible that they will go vote for whomever is in office.
00:21:31.000 Well, it's really hard to beat an incumbent.
00:21:33.000 We know that.
00:21:33.000 The last time an incumbent was beat was in 1992, H.W. Bush, largely because of a third-party candidate, Ross Perot, who was very similar to Trump, talked about the issues of trade, talked about the issues of culture.
00:21:44.000 And before that, the last time an incumbent was beat was in 1980, Ronald Reagan against Jimmy Carter.
00:21:50.000 Reagan didn't really run against Carter.
00:21:53.000 He actually got people excited about something different.
00:21:55.000 He talked about, believe it or not, his phrase was make America great again.
00:21:58.000 Believe it or not, his phrase was about a morning in America, about an exciting new America that we could believe in.
00:22:05.000 The same could be said for Bill Clinton in 1992.
00:22:09.000 Bill Clinton in 1992, he did not win necessarily on just getting people to feel awful about H.W. Bush.
00:22:16.000 Ross Perot did plenty for that.
00:22:18.000 But he had that famous phrase, I feel your pain.
00:22:21.000 It was very empathetic.
00:22:22.000 Now, that would probably be where Joe Biden needs to land here.
00:22:26.000 But Bill Clinton also ran on very specifics of people, a lot of specifics, a lot of aspirational ideas.
00:22:32.000 And quite honestly, my idea, my kind of entire playbook of how I look at these things, is the more interesting candidate usually wins.
00:22:40.000 Whoever gets talked about more, whoever gets more people animated, whoever gets more people excited typically wins.
00:22:49.000 Now, that is not a law, but it's a general rule.
00:22:52.000 And I would say that when you have the tone level of your convention basically be like, oh my gosh, we have so many problems.
00:22:59.000 What's even the point?
00:23:00.000 And your candidate is not able to fix those issues, then you have a problem.
00:23:05.000 So Mitt Romney tried this back in 2012.
00:23:07.000 Mitt Romney tried to create a referendum on Barack Obama.
00:23:12.000 Mitt Romney tried to make people feel so terrible about Barack Obama.
00:23:15.000 Guess what?
00:23:15.000 Things were not great in 2012.
00:23:18.000 Job numbers were not great.
00:23:19.000 Economic numbers were not great.
00:23:20.000 GDP was not where it needed to be.
00:23:22.000 The debt was rising dramatically.
00:23:24.000 We were getting embarrassed abroad.
00:23:26.000 We had Benghazi.
00:23:27.000 We had a mess all across the Middle East.
00:23:29.000 The Arab Spring was handled incorrectly.
00:23:31.000 Obama was apologizing for our country.
00:23:33.000 Obamacare was wildly unpopular.
00:23:36.000 But the Democrats had a great convention that year.
00:23:38.000 They had a much better convention than Mitt Romney in 2012.
00:23:41.000 I was at the Romney Convention in 2012.
00:23:44.000 The Romney Convention felt a lot like what Joe Biden's convention was right now.
00:23:48.000 All the phraseology was about the referendum, about the status quo, where Barack Obama was very smart in 2012.
00:23:55.000 Again, I think Barack Obama is one of America's worst presidents.
00:23:58.000 I think that he was very effective at trying to, and not just trying, but getting America to have a huge lurch to the left.
00:24:05.000 However, I give credit to a political mastermind when I see one.
00:24:08.000 And David Axelod and David Plough were some of the best political workshoppers we've ever seen.
00:24:12.000 And they got someone with no skills, no political skills, a fair amount of charisma, had a good capacity to be able to, let's just say, articulate ideas and to become president.
00:24:29.000 And so before I go even further into that, please email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:24:33.000 And all of you guys watching, make sure you guys subscribe to the Charlie Kirk show.
00:24:36.000 Type in Charlie Kirk Show right now to your podcast provider.
00:24:39.000 During this broadcast, we will give away five signed copies of the New York Times bestseller MAGA doctrine.
00:24:44.000 I will sign them for you for five people that subscribe to the Charlie Kirk Show podcast and email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:24:51.000 So I went back to the 2012 convention.
00:24:54.000 Going back to the 2012 convention, the Obama convention was more exciting.
00:24:58.000 Bill Clinton gave a 48-minute speech.
00:25:00.000 The entire, the one-liner that really resonated back in 2012 was, I'm paraphrasing here, but it's basically Osama bin Laden is dead, but General Motors is alive, right?
00:25:13.000 So it was kind of this beautiful juxtaposition of death and rebirth and forward thinking.
00:25:18.000 People were excited at that convention.
00:25:20.000 I was at the Romney convention in 2012.
00:25:23.000 I don't want to say people were not excited, but they were more motivated on referendum than on a future.
00:25:29.000 They were more motivated on removal than on restoration.
00:25:32.000 So it's really hard to win a political race on strictly removal.
00:25:38.000 Can you make the case for Joe Biden without saying the word Trump?
00:25:43.000 Benny Johnson made this point on our live stream last night, which was, can you make the case?
00:25:48.000 And I'm getting all the emails from you guys, freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com, email us while we're doing this.
00:25:54.000 I'm just getting all these emails in from you guys.
00:25:56.000 So thank you.
00:25:57.000 But can you guys make the case for a Biden presidency without saying Donald Trump?
00:26:02.000 Can you say something like Joe Biden is really the person for the job because of this, this, and this?
00:26:06.000 Probably not.
00:26:08.000 So the fourth point that I'm articulating here is how dismal and depressing this was.
00:26:12.000 Really kind of goes to show that the Democrats believe their path to victory is making you feel awful about your country.
00:26:18.000 And so I think right now, as the great Phyllis Schlafly would say, this is a choice, not an echo election, that we need broad differences.
00:26:26.000 And I think the Republican Convention is going to be the celebration of America that all of us have been waiting for in a lot of different ways.
00:26:32.000 So this goes to my fifth point, my 10 takeaways from the Democrat Convention.
00:26:35.000 For those of you that are just tuning in, we are on number five.
00:26:38.000 This is Donald Trump's race to win.
00:26:41.000 Donald Trump now is in a phenomenal position that if he continues to articulate the American way of life, if he continues to talk about first principles, freedom of speech, Western civilization, rebuilding our economy, this is his race to win.
00:26:55.000 This can happen very, very quickly.
00:26:57.000 We're not talking about a lot of people that need to be late breaking in Donald Trump's category.
00:27:01.000 I think the Democrat convention was so unpersuasive, they were playing it very safe.
00:27:05.000 Going back to some of the political rules that I have, I believe the more interesting candidate wins, the more interesting you are, the more compelling you are, the more persuasive you are, the better you are at being able to communicate these ideas.
00:27:19.000 Here's my test for political kind of victory.
00:27:22.000 We know that built into the U.S. population in battleground states.
00:27:25.000 About 41 to 42% of the population, they're going to vote for Trump no matter what.
00:27:29.000 About 41 to 42% in certain states lower, certain states higher, are going to vote for Biden no matter what.
00:27:34.000 The person that is going to win is when you have nine family members around the table and seven of them all know how they're voting.
00:27:41.000 And the last two will either decide to vote or not vote on something that excites them, not something that upsets them.
00:27:48.000 You see, this is the risk that the Biden campaign has made.
00:27:53.000 Being depressed can easily translate into not showing up.
00:27:59.000 This is what we saw with Mitt Romney in 2012.
00:28:01.000 There were a lot of people that did not go and vote for Mitt Romney in 2012 that hated Barack Obama.
00:28:06.000 They just didn't believe in Mitt Romney.
00:28:08.000 You see, just making people feel awful about the status quo will not necessarily invoke movement for people to show up to do something about it.
00:28:19.000 Now, some people say, well, that's different with Donald Trump.
00:28:22.000 Maybe.
00:28:23.000 Maybe the pathological hatred is actually different.
00:28:26.000 I don't think so.
00:28:27.000 I don't think these political rules have changed that much, but this is President Trump's to win.
00:28:31.000 President Trump for the next, I think it's 74 days, 75 days, the next 74, 75 days.
00:28:36.000 It was 77 the other day, so I get mixed up, but let's just say it's 75 days.
00:28:39.000 For the next 75 days, it is President Trump's opportunity to convince the American people that the next four years of our country can be exciting, not depressing.
00:28:49.000 I mean, Joe Biden tried to land that plane tonight, and I understand completely why he has to do what he does, because there is a lot of pain happening around.
00:28:59.000 I think he's committing political malpractice by doing it.
00:29:01.000 I think it comes across as so shallow.
00:29:05.000 I think it comes across as basically someone who's trying to undercut the entire process.
00:29:09.000 However, with that being said, I get it.
00:29:11.000 I get that during a time of crisis, one party is going to take advantage of it.
00:29:11.000 Okay.
00:29:15.000 Okay.
00:29:16.000 Albeit how unfair it was because conservatives did not take advantage of H1N1.
00:29:21.000 But Donald Trump being specific, saying that America is going to be self-sufficient again.
00:29:25.000 We're going to be the drugstore of the world.
00:29:28.000 We are going to make our kids love America again.
00:29:31.000 We are going to have the best education system on the planet that will not teach our kids hatred of Western civilization.
00:29:36.000 We are going to value churches more than casinos.
00:29:40.000 We are going to have more justices like Kavanaugh and like Gorsuch and less like Ginsburg and Sotamayor.
00:29:47.000 We are going to have a revitalized American middle class that we are going to protect the innocent without having to tear down the productive.
00:29:55.000 This country was set up around the risk-seeking, around the entrepreneurs.
00:30:00.000 It's also a benevolent, creative country.
00:30:02.000 The more the president leans into that message, the more he's going to be rewarded.
00:30:06.000 And Joe Biden is just going to be like, no, everything's actually awful.
00:30:09.000 Don't believe that.
00:30:11.000 You see, America's a very forgiving nation.
00:30:14.000 Now, I don't mean that in the way that you might initially interpret.
00:30:16.000 I'm not saying they're going to forgive a mistake that someone might make that's so difficult.
00:30:21.000 But I do mean forgiving in the sense that I think people widely accept that this pandemic was a Chinese phenomenon.
00:30:29.000 They must be held accountable.
00:30:31.000 And as long as in the next couple of weeks, especially to next week, the president can already show lower case numbers, lower death numbers, lower fatality, higher likelihood to be able to survive.
00:30:43.000 If the president can continue to communicate that, then you pair all these different pieces together, then it's the president's to win.
00:30:53.000 That's my fifth takeaway.
00:30:54.000 Here's my sixth takeaway from the Democrat National Convention.
00:30:57.000 There were no specific solutions.
00:30:59.000 I said this earlier, but where were the actual solutions to these problems?
00:31:03.000 Complaining endlessly and just saying, well, I'm going to trust science.
00:31:06.000 Well, hold on a second.
00:31:07.000 It is a lot of the scientists here have been painting an incomplete picture the last couple months.
00:31:13.000 They say, well, it's all about safety.
00:31:15.000 Well, one in four young people have considered committing suicide in the last couple of months, according to the Center for Disease Control.
00:31:23.000 One in four young people.
00:31:24.000 Do you know that we're on pace this year to have 500,000 less babies than last year?
00:31:29.000 We are on the verge of a population collapse.
00:31:32.000 Alcoholism is up.
00:31:34.000 Drug abuse is up.
00:31:35.000 Domestic violence is up.
00:31:37.000 Sexual abuse is up.
00:31:38.000 Every single category that we have for a civilization in decline is up.
00:31:42.000 Now, that's not a reason to go vote for Joe Biden.
00:31:45.000 In fact, it's a reason that we should actually reopen the economy and do exactly what the president did so well for the first three years.
00:31:52.000 And this is where Joe Biden, I think, is really going to have a misstep here: is that the American people are not just going to say things are bad, therefore blame the president in office.
00:32:01.000 It's not that simple.
00:32:02.000 It's not.
00:32:02.000 In fact, I think it's a much more complex decision-making process when it comes to this.
00:32:06.000 I think instead it's okay, things are not where they should be.
00:32:10.000 Why are they not the way they should be?
00:32:11.000 And who is best to actually get us back to where we were?
00:32:15.000 Well, who is best to bring us back to where we were than the person who brought us to where we were, right?
00:32:19.000 Where before the pandemic, we had an economy that was the envy of the world.
00:32:23.000 We already see the markets recover.
00:32:24.000 And yes, the joblessness is largely because we are still shutting down our entire country.
00:32:30.000 It is President Trump that wants us to play football, open up our schools, be able to look after the least of these, and get our economy back open.
00:32:37.000 Joe Biden did not lean into any of those issues at all whatsoever.
00:32:42.000 With the ever-increasing numbers of makes and models of cars, it's impossible to stock all the parts that you need.
00:32:47.000 In a traditional chain storefront, why endure often pointless or seemingly intimidating questioning and wait while the counterman orders the parts on his computer or chooses his only brand from the warehouse?
00:32:58.000 I've been through this experience.
00:32:58.000 It is the worst.
00:33:00.000 One reason to repair and maintain your cars is to save money, but you have to do it correctly.
00:33:04.000 That's why you guys need rock auto.
00:33:07.000 Chain stores have different price tiers for professional mechanics and do-it-yourselfers.
00:33:11.000 Rockauto.com's prices are the same for everybody and reliably low.
00:33:15.000 Rockauto.com always offers the lowest prices possible rather than changing the prices based on what the market will bear like airlines do.
00:33:22.000 Rockauto.com is a family business serving auto part customers for 20 years.
00:33:26.000 Go to rockauto.com to shop for auto and body parts.
00:33:30.000 Make sure you tell them the Charlie Kirk show sent you.
00:33:32.000 They have everything from engine control, modules, and brake parts, the tail lamps, motor oil, and even new carpet.
00:33:38.000 I highly recommend Rock Auto.
00:33:39.000 They are an awesome company.
00:33:40.000 Rockauto.com.
00:33:42.000 Best of all, prices at rockauto.com are always reliably low and the same for professionals and do it yourselfers.
00:33:47.000 Why spend up to twice as much time for the same parts?
00:33:49.000 Right now, rockauto.com, the amazing selection, reliably low prices, all the parts you'll ever need.
00:33:54.000 Rockauto.com.
00:33:56.000 Here's the seventh big takeaway from the Democrat National Convention.
00:33:59.000 And please email us your questions right now.
00:34:02.000 If I select your question, you get one of the five signed copies of the New York Times bestseller MAGA doctrine.
00:34:08.000 I will give it to you tonight.
00:34:09.000 We will send it off to you.
00:34:10.000 So here's kind of my seventh takeaway from the DNC convention: 10 big takeaways here.
00:34:15.000 Live reaction to Joe Biden lying to the American people and trying to get power and trying to make America less free and destroy the republic as we know it.
00:34:24.000 This kind of positive view of Barack Obama.
00:34:27.000 I'm so done with it.
00:34:29.000 I have zero patience for this kind of deification, this lionization of this president who divided America so bitterly.
00:34:40.000 I mean, you want to talk about who divided America, Barack Obama.
00:34:42.000 Let's just start with how Barack Obama handled the transition process.
00:34:47.000 You know, I felt like saying, I felt like doing this last night, but I think it's more appropriate tonight.
00:34:50.000 You know, Joe Biden went out of his way and he said, we don't do this enough, but thank you, Barack.
00:34:54.000 You were a great president.
00:34:55.000 Hold on a second.
00:34:56.000 What was great about the Obama presidency?
00:34:59.000 Was it the chaos in the Middle East, turning your back on Israel?
00:35:02.000 Was it record funding to Planned Parenthood?
00:35:04.000 Was it pandering to the abortion lobby?
00:35:07.000 Was it illegally trying to recognize foreign nationals, border jumpers in our country as legal residents?
00:35:14.000 Was it Sotomayor?
00:35:16.000 Was it Kagan on the Supreme Court?
00:35:18.000 Was it Barack Obama that literally trafficked weapons across the southern border to Mexico?
00:35:26.000 Was it during Fast and Furious?
00:35:28.000 Was it the IRS targeting scandal?
00:35:31.000 Was it the Veterans Affair scandal?
00:35:33.000 Was it Benghazi?
00:35:35.000 Was it Barack Obama spying on the incoming president of the United States, President Trump?
00:35:40.000 And arguably, and some would say there's still things coming out on this, working with Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Susan Rice to try to interfere in a presidential election when, quote, Peter Strzzok said, quote, the POTUS wants to know what we are doing, or the White House wants to know what we are doing.
00:35:58.000 I believe it was POTUS.
00:35:58.000 We've got to fact check on that.
00:35:59.000 I want to be very precise, but I believe it was POTUS wants to know exactly what we are doing.
00:36:05.000 What exactly was wonderful about President Obama?
00:36:08.000 Was it the worst recovery of any time in our country's history?
00:36:11.000 Was it the pandering to socialists?
00:36:13.000 Was it his phraseology saying, you did not build that?
00:36:16.000 Somebody else made that happen.
00:36:18.000 Was it the entire pandering of going on the world apology tour, saying that we are not a great country and we apologize?
00:36:26.000 No, we should be telling the rest of the world, you're welcome that we created Western civilization.
00:36:31.000 Of course, we have made mistakes.
00:36:32.000 We should have invaded Iraq.
00:36:33.000 We shouldn't have done Afghanistan the way we did.
00:36:35.000 But large in part, when America leads, the world's a better place because of America.
00:36:41.000 It just is.
00:36:42.000 It's a better place because of our values, a better place because of our beliefs, our constitutional republic.
00:36:47.000 Barack Obama believed in none of that, and probably more so than anything else.
00:36:51.000 Under what president did BLM start under?
00:36:53.000 Was it Donald Trump?
00:36:54.000 No.
00:36:55.000 It was Barack Obama.
00:36:56.000 Barack Obama had an opportunity to really move the black community away from the Al Sharptons of the world and into an embrace of fathers back in the home, reduced gang violence, a free market economy, having the church as a center of the community, and did the opposite.
00:37:13.000 Barack Obama pandered to the Al Sharptons of the world.
00:37:16.000 And so this entire new narrative that Democrats are trying to create of this positive view of Obama, and I'll give Obama credit.
00:37:22.000 His speech last night was very effective.
00:37:24.000 He's an incredibly talented liar.
00:37:27.000 He's a very deceitful communicator.
00:37:30.000 Nothing he said last night, almost nothing, he actually believes, or did he actually do for eight years while he is president.
00:37:36.000 And while Barack Obama was president, we saw him undermine the Constitution at every single turn, put justices and judges that do not believe in the Constitution in its written form.
00:37:48.000 And yet he was in front of this massive constitutional symbol, basically in Philadelphia where the Constitution was originally ratified.
00:37:56.000 Now, again, I give Barack Obama credit.
00:37:58.000 He was an exciting candidate.
00:37:59.000 He was a compelling candidate.
00:38:01.000 He was a great speaker.
00:38:02.000 He was able to communicate all those things.
00:38:04.000 In fact, I think that we can learn a lot from Barack Obama.
00:38:07.000 I think it was a very interesting learning lesson how he ran his campaign.
00:38:11.000 He had his campaign headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.
00:38:14.000 Off of the grid, he built one of the best political infrastructures we are ever going to see.
00:38:18.000 He built a successful coalition of single women, of young voters, and minority voters.
00:38:23.000 And I give him credit.
00:38:24.000 I mean, he registered more voters, not he, but his team did.
00:38:27.000 Now, why was he able to do that?
00:38:28.000 He was a community organizer.
00:38:30.000 This is what he did.
00:38:31.000 I mean, his skill set was not negotiating with foreign countries.
00:38:35.000 Oh, yes, let's not forget Barack Obama literally sending billions of dollars to the Iranian mullahs, the evil Iranian mullahs, and $1 billion in cash.
00:38:44.000 Let's not forget that.
00:38:46.000 But Barack Obama, this view we have of him, that he was this wonderful president, this stoic leader, and we need to return to it.
00:38:55.000 I will take any day Donald Trump's blunt truth than the well-crafted lies of Barack Obama, the anemic economic numbers, the slow descent into socialism, the embrace of Obamacare, the destruction of the American healthcare industry, open borders, turning our back on Israel, billions of dollars of cash to Iran, weaponizing the Internal Revenue Service, trafficking guns to Mexico.
00:39:22.000 All those things we should be basically saying we want nothing to do with.
00:39:26.000 Now, the press views Barack Obama as a celebrity.
00:39:29.000 They view him as somebody no different than Brad Pitt or George Clooney.
00:39:33.000 Therefore, they must treat him as if he is in the protected class.
00:39:38.000 But we need to be very, we need to be very honest about the record that Barack Obama had and the damage that he did to our country.
00:39:45.000 Not to mention, he spied on Donald Trump.
00:39:48.000 When Donald Trump tweets about that, he's exactly right.
00:39:51.000 He was spied on.
00:39:53.000 Takeaway number eight from the Democrat National Convention.
00:39:56.000 And we are getting your questions right here.
00:39:57.000 Emails, freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:40:01.000 And when you guys email us, we are giving away five signed copies of the New York Times bestseller, the MAGA Doctrine.
00:40:06.000 I will sign the MAGA doctrine.
00:40:08.000 We will send them out.
00:40:08.000 And guess what?
00:40:10.000 We are not going to send them to the Postal Service tonight.
00:40:12.000 They got a little bit of backlog.
00:40:14.000 Okay.
00:40:15.000 We'll use FedEx.
00:40:16.000 Okay.
00:40:16.000 So email us, freedom at charliekirk.com, your questions.
00:40:19.000 And if you're a subscriber, you have a higher likelihood of having your questions selected.
00:40:23.000 So I have three more takeaways, and I'm going to take your questions here live, Charlie, on the Charlie Kirk show as we respond to Joe Biden.
00:40:30.000 Takeaway number eight.
00:40:32.000 And I kind of talked about this, and I just kind of did these in free form, so I'm not going to spend too much time on this one.
00:40:36.000 But I said this earlier, but number eight, hatred is really hard to manifest in the political votes.
00:40:40.000 It's really hard to create a political referendum, campaign around a singular individual.
00:40:44.000 It's just really, really hard to do that.
00:40:46.000 I talked about that previously and earlier, so I don't want to spend too much time on that.
00:40:49.000 But I think it's worth its own point that if you just do nothing but focus on the hatred and focus on the negative, it's really hard to build a political coalition around that.
00:40:56.000 Okay, number nine.
00:40:59.000 Now let's talk about what we didn't see.
00:41:02.000 One thing that we didn't really hear about.
00:41:04.000 I think one of the most dishonest, disingenuous, and dangerous politicians in America is Andrew Cuomo.
00:41:13.000 Andrew Cuomo is coming out with a book on October 13th, trying to make money off the pandemic and make Donald Trump look bad.
00:41:24.000 It's so Orwellian what these people are doing.
00:41:28.000 In fact, it's creepy how Orwellian this is.
00:41:32.000 That Andrew Cuomo comes out with a book to profit off the pandemic when he's going and accusing Donald Trump of profiting off the pandemic, when he is projecting exactly what is happening, what he's projecting in Donald Trump what he himself is actually doing.
00:41:48.000 Andrew Cuomo goes out of his way to say that this virus was the European virus.
00:41:54.000 So this is number nine: nothing on China.
00:41:59.000 I think there was a mention by someone who used to run the labor department under somebody, under Barack Obama, either Bill Clinton, where they said something about China, when they said something about how we are going to re-domicile some jobs from China.
00:42:12.000 That's it.
00:42:13.000 Nothing about holding the Chinese Communist Party accountable.
00:42:15.000 Nothing about holding these tyrants that spy on us, that brought the virus over to us, that built Confucius Institute on our college campuses, that deindustrialized our economy, where we shipped jobs overseas, that are building islands in the South China Sea, that are building a military, trying to abolish our entire way of life, that are closer than ever from having an economy that can surpass ours, that has a manufacturing base that should be in our country.
00:42:39.000 They are imperializing the entire world.
00:42:41.000 Nothing on China.
00:42:42.000 This shows the Democrats should be nowhere near governing.
00:42:45.000 If you follow our commentary here on the Charlie Kirk show, you know that I have no tolerance for pandering to the Chinese Communist Party.
00:42:52.000 Pandering to the Chinese Communist Party is the great evil of today.
00:42:55.000 So here's the Democrat Party.
00:42:57.000 This shows how disingenuous the Democrat Party is.
00:42:59.000 The Democrat Party says it's all about kids in cages.
00:43:02.000 First of all, Barack Obama did that, okay?
00:43:04.000 Not Donald Trump.
00:43:05.000 Barack Obama put kids in cages.
00:43:07.000 The Democrats lie because left is not, because truth is not a left-wing value.
00:43:12.000 Dennis Prager says that.
00:43:13.000 Truth is not a left-wing value.
00:43:16.000 They really care about kids in cages.
00:43:18.000 They care about ethnic minorities.
00:43:21.000 They care about the least of these.
00:43:23.000 What about the 1 million ethnic Uyghur Muslims that were put in railway cars and sent off to concentration camps?
00:43:31.000 Don't believe me.
00:43:32.000 Go look up the footage on your own right now.
00:43:34.000 Go look up the footage on 1 million Uyghur Muslims put on the railway cars, just like we did in 1930s Germany, and send them off to concentration camps.
00:43:42.000 The Democrats are silent on China.
00:43:45.000 Why?
00:43:46.000 Because the Democrats are primarily influenced through their corporate donors by people that are financially in bed with China.
00:43:54.000 You might say, who?
00:43:55.000 Let's just start with the National Basketball Association, LeBron James.
00:44:00.000 He might as well be a wholly owned subsidiary of Xi Jinping.
00:44:05.000 LeBron James is not a patriot, okay?
00:44:07.000 LeBron James has said far too many nice things about the Chinese Communist Party to be a patriot in my book.
00:44:13.000 And the entire National Basketball Association has gone out of their way to pander to the Chinese Communist Party.
00:44:19.000 Never say one thing about the tyranny that is happening in Hong Kong and people that are seeking freedom in Hong Kong.
00:44:26.000 How about Hollywood?
00:44:28.000 Hollywood has a diminishing market here in America.
00:44:31.000 They need to sell their movies somewhere.
00:44:33.000 Where do they sell them?
00:44:34.000 Mainland China.
00:44:35.000 They refuse to say anything about the Chinese Communist Party.
00:44:39.000 All of the actors, all of the producers, all of the directors are directly tied financially to the Chinese Communist Party, all of them together like this.
00:44:50.000 Well, who else you might say?
00:44:51.000 Well, how about the financiers?
00:44:53.000 See, this is what they will not tell you: the Democrats are actually the party of Wall Street.
00:44:57.000 They posture, you know, big, oh, yeah, Kamala Harris took on the big banks.
00:45:01.000 You're financed by the big banks, Joe Biden.
00:45:04.000 When your campaign was in total disrepair, where did Joe Biden go?
00:45:09.000 He took a chauffeured trip down to Wall Street while Bernie Sanders was winning New Hampshire and he did a last-minute Hail Mary fundraiser on Wall Street to try to get campaign cash to try to have his last stand in South Carolina.
00:45:26.000 Joe Biden is only the Democrat nominee because of Bernie Sanders, only because of Bernie Sanders.
00:45:31.000 Because of Bernie Sanders' radicalism, it spooked and scared the entire party.
00:45:37.000 It scared the entire party.
00:45:38.000 He said, we just have to start embracing him.
00:45:39.000 Budiciej and Robert Francis O'Rourke and Andrew Yang and who else we got?
00:45:43.000 Well, we got Hillary Clinton.
00:45:44.000 Yeah, throw her into everyone go endorse Joe Biden right now.
00:45:47.000 He won South Carolina and he went from there and Bernie Sanders was left basically with his 40% socialist face and they were eliminated.
00:45:55.000 Bernie Sanders was on his way to become the Democrat nominee and it got stolen to him like that.
00:45:58.000 We forget about that because of the pandemic.
00:46:00.000 It's easy to understand.
00:46:01.000 There's lots of, that's happened.
00:46:03.000 But Joe Biden, where did he go?
00:46:05.000 He went to Wall Street.
00:46:06.000 Who's Wall Street in alliance with the Chinese Communist Party?
00:46:10.000 The biggest banks on Wall Street, the biggest consulting firms, they have done the most immoral, border should be, but not borderline illegal, but it's not illegal because our laws allow for this, but it is immoral.
00:46:23.000 What is legal is not, what is allowed is not always what is good.
00:46:26.000 It's a very important lesson.
00:46:27.000 What is allowed is not what is always good.
00:46:30.000 Where Wall Street went to manufacturing plants in Iowa and Wisconsin.
00:46:34.000 I'm a free market capitalist, but I'm a patriot first.
00:46:37.000 I'm a patriot before I'm a capitalist.
00:46:39.000 I'm a capitalist because I love my country.
00:46:41.000 And mostly, almost all the time, free market capitalism benefits the country.
00:46:44.000 However, when you have these Wall Street firms that go to Iowa, they go to Minnesota, and there are 600 workers, men and women, that might be making refrigerators.
00:46:56.000 They might be making dishwashers.
00:46:58.000 They might be making televisions.
00:47:00.000 They might be making cars.
00:47:01.000 They might be making tires.
00:47:03.000 And these Wall Street executives say, they go and they talk to the top CEOs.
00:47:07.000 They say, how many people work here?
00:47:10.000 600.
00:47:11.000 Okay.
00:47:11.000 What's the average wage?
00:47:13.000 Well, with benefits, it's probably about $55 an hour.
00:47:16.000 Huh.
00:47:17.000 What if I told you that we'll cover all the consulting costs of this?
00:47:21.000 We'll find a bank to finance it.
00:47:23.000 What if I told you you could get $4 an hour wage?
00:47:26.000 And the owner says, But I have an obligation to all these workers.
00:47:29.000 Yeah, but you want to make real money, don't you?
00:47:33.000 And they say, Well, I guess, yeah.
00:47:35.000 It is Wall Street that came in like predators and shipped your jobs to China.
00:47:41.000 And what do we get in return?
00:47:43.000 Piles of cheap plastic and destroyed communities.
00:47:47.000 That's not healthy for anyone.
00:47:48.000 It's not healthy for the local church that had to shut down.
00:47:51.000 It's not healthy for the school that all of a sudden had to do budget cuts.
00:47:54.000 It's not healthy for the opioid clinic that then had to open up because people had to compensate for the loss of meaning.
00:47:59.000 And people say, well, Charlie, they should just go pick up their life and move.
00:48:02.000 Yeah, okay, that's fine.
00:48:03.000 Sure.
00:48:04.000 For 10% of them.
00:48:04.000 Okay, fine.
00:48:06.000 But if you're realistic, when you just rob someone of their meaning like that, when they have a good paying job, and it's Joe Biden that did that, and Joe Biden had the wherewithal to have his little roundtable tonight, try to say, Yeah, you know, we stand for the working man.
00:48:19.000 No, you don't.
00:48:20.000 You're the one that worked with Xi Ji Ping to make sure that our jobs kept on going over to China endlessly.
00:48:25.000 And it was the billionaire from New York that came down the golden escalator.
00:48:29.000 And he was the first one to speak truth into the zeitgeist to the political conversation.
00:48:33.000 Everyone said, Oh my goodness, I don't like this guy because he's actually telling the truth.
00:48:37.000 I don't like this guy because he's actually saying things that are really true.
00:48:40.000 He might call us out.
00:48:41.000 Let's try to oppose him.
00:48:42.000 Anyone?
00:48:44.000 Nothing on China.
00:48:45.000 That's my ninth takeaway at all whatsoever.
00:48:47.000 It's Wall Street.
00:48:48.000 It's Hollywood.
00:48:48.000 It's the NBA that we're all in it together in inter-finance collusion to influence the Democrat Party.
00:48:55.000 Because you know what would happen?
00:48:56.000 If the Democrat Party went after China, they'd be getting calls like crazy from their crony donors.
00:49:03.000 They'd be getting calls from all the big Wall Street banks.
00:49:05.000 They'd be getting calls from Silicon Valley too, saying, Can't do that.
00:49:09.000 Stop it.
00:49:09.000 CCP, they're good with us.
00:49:11.000 We'll protect you when the real reign of terror begins.
00:49:13.000 You know, when Mao's Red Guard gets deployed, we'll be the chosen few.
00:49:17.000 And the Democrats listen.
00:49:17.000 Stop it.
00:49:19.000 You see, the Democrats right now is a corporate class.
00:49:22.000 I think Bernie Sanders is more dangerous than Joe Biden.
00:49:24.000 I really do.
00:49:26.000 However, Bernie Sanders and AOC, they actually believe in something.
00:49:30.000 They believe in something evil, immoral, very, very dangerous.
00:49:32.000 Joe Biden, I think he's actually more liberal than he puts on.
00:49:36.000 But right now, they're kind of controlled by this corporate governing class that right now are so influenced by kind of this cartel of corporations in every single vertical: pharmaceutical, hospital, Wall Street, Hollywood, film, Silicon Valley, you name it.
00:49:52.000 Joe Biden and the Democrats are bought by it.
00:49:54.000 And that means they have some connection to the Chinese Communist Party.
00:49:59.000 I'm seeing lots of questions pour in.
00:50:01.000 We are going to get to the last takeaway.
00:50:04.000 Then we're going to get to your questions.
00:50:05.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:50:06.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:50:09.000 The last thing that was missing: nothing on the terrorism, insurrection, or riots happening in the inner cities of our country.
00:50:19.000 Nothing about the 600 businesses in downtown Chicago that were rioted through planned organized attack by BLM Incorporated.
00:50:27.000 Meanwhile, Elizabeth Warren does her entire speech with those three letters, BLM, behind her.
00:50:32.000 So she supports the insurrection happening in our cities.
00:50:34.000 Nothing around the insurrection in Portland.
00:50:36.000 In fact, they glamorized it.
00:50:38.000 Man, I'm telling you right now, do the Republicans have an opportunity to have a 10-point boost?
00:50:43.000 And I think they're going to seize it.
00:50:44.000 I really do.
00:50:45.000 Next week by leaning in on this issue of civil insurrection, by leaning in on this issue of civil discord in our inner cities.
00:50:52.000 Nothing on riots, nothing about the disorder.
00:50:55.000 Instead, they're like, these were mostly peaceful protests.
00:50:58.000 Really?
00:50:59.000 I mean, it's kind of like saying, I'm trying to think of a good way to kind of equivalate, equivalent, a good equivalent of that.
00:51:07.000 It's kind of like saying, well, you know, Benghazi was a mostly peaceful demonstration.
00:51:13.000 That'd probably be a best way to kind of put a metaphor there.
00:51:17.000 Benghazi was mostly peaceful.
00:51:18.000 Only four Americans died.
00:51:21.000 And they kept on saying, and Joe Biden is such a spineless hack, and Kamala Harris and all of them.
00:51:27.000 We say the names.
00:51:28.000 They said the names, and fine.
00:51:31.000 Okay.
00:51:31.000 They said the names of the people.
00:51:33.000 George Floyd, I believe they said they said Ahmaud Arbery.
00:51:37.000 But they didn't say David Dorn.
00:51:39.000 They didn't say Patrick Underwood.
00:51:41.000 And if you're watching this right now and you say, who are those people?
00:51:44.000 Exactly.
00:51:45.000 Patrick Underwood and David Dorne were two black police officers that were killed in the insurrection that was motivated by BLM Incorporated.
00:51:52.000 Twice as many black police officers died within one week of the insurrection that happened in our country than what happened in that very unfortunate and evil act in the streets of Minneapolis.
00:52:04.000 Unfortunate and evil.
00:52:06.000 I'll say it again.
00:52:06.000 I repeat it.
00:52:07.000 Not defensible.
00:52:09.000 However, without any sort of context at all whatsoever, we just allowed our entire country to go into complete and total insurrection.
00:52:18.000 Not at all saying that a black individual is 18 and a half times more likely to kill a police officer than an unarmed black person is to be killed by a police officer.
00:52:29.000 18 and a half times more likely, 18 and a half times.
00:52:32.000 And until we have a real conversation around crime in our country, and I mean a real conversation, such as when you don't have a father, you're much more likely to commit a crime.
00:52:40.000 It's that simple.
00:52:41.000 It's not a racism issue.
00:52:43.000 It is a systemic fatherlessness issue, period.
00:52:45.000 Do you know that a black child raised by a mother and a father is far more likely to succeed in the country than a white child raised by a single mother?
00:52:53.000 Not bashing single mothers.
00:52:54.000 They're American heroes.
00:52:55.000 Love single mothers.
00:52:56.000 However, and I think it's one of the most cowardly things a man can do to abandon a woman.
00:53:00.000 I think it's like the utmost cowardly thing, and they should be condemned and repudiated and, quite honestly, mocked for what they do to women in this country.
00:53:07.000 That's disgusting.
00:53:08.000 However, a white single mother, when she's raising that child, that child has a less likelihood to succeed in every single metric than a black child raised by a mother and a father.
00:53:17.000 That shows you this entire systemic racism is complete and total nonsense.
00:53:22.000 And where is it that blacks actually are struggling the most?
00:53:24.000 In Democrat-run cities.
00:53:26.000 That's where they have six schools in downtown Baltimore where they cannot find a black child that can read at fifth grade level, run by Democrat-controlled public sector teacher unions.
00:53:37.000 I mean, next week, the Republican Party is going to put out, I believe, an agenda of black, school choice for black kids, of urban revitalization, being able to talk already what's been done in these cities that is positive.
00:53:50.000 But the real message is this: if your entire civilization is on fire, none of that matters.
00:53:55.000 None of it.
00:53:55.000 And the Democrats have decided they do not want to talk about it at all, whatsoever.
00:53:59.000 No mention at all on the riots.
00:54:02.000 Okay, let's get to your questions.
00:54:03.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:54:04.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:54:08.000 So Claire has a great question.
00:54:10.000 I appreciate this.
00:54:10.000 Thank you, Claire.
00:54:11.000 You win a signed copy of the New York Times of Selector MAGA Doctrine.
00:54:13.000 Why do you always separate the Chinese Communist Party and the Iranian regime from the people?
00:54:18.000 Don't we all get the government we deserve?
00:54:20.000 You win a signed copy of the MAGA Doctrine.
00:54:20.000 Thank you, Claire, so much.
00:54:22.000 And you're probably a very loyal listener of the Charlie Kirk show because that is something I make very deliberate.
00:54:26.000 So look, I make a point many times that I try to distinguish, and I'm going to defend it, the people of China versus the Chinese Communist Party.
00:54:35.000 Number one, the people of China did not elect Xi Jinping.
00:54:38.000 Okay, they say they have some form of elections.
00:54:40.000 They don't.
00:54:41.000 It's total and complete nonsense.
00:54:42.000 They are being held hostage by the Chinese Communist Party.
00:54:45.000 Same in Iran.
00:54:46.000 They do not have elections at all.
00:54:47.000 See, the people of Iran were traditionally Persian, which were a more secular culture.
00:54:52.000 It was not necessarily fundamentalist Islamic at all.
00:54:57.000 In fact, the Islamic Revolution was only made possible largely because of failed U.S. intervention through our central intelligence agency.
00:55:04.000 However, a lot of the people of Iran have been held hostage by these theocratic Islamic maniacs, these mullahs that want complete and total destruction of Israel, of Jewish people, and of the West.
00:55:15.000 And so a lot of these Iranians and a lot of these Chinese were born into it.
00:55:18.000 They have no say.
00:55:19.000 They are not the obstacle.
00:55:21.000 They are the opportunity, right?
00:55:23.000 They are definitely not the enemy.
00:55:25.000 They should be communicated to as the people that can start the revolution.
00:55:28.000 This was a real, and thank you, Claire, for the question.
00:55:30.000 This was hotly debated back right before the fall of the Soviet Union, which is, well, are the people in the Soviet Union really the ally or are they also friends with the Soviet government?
00:55:41.000 And once the wall fell, we saw that the people of Poland, the people of Belarus, people of Lithuania, of Estonia, of Latvia, they're actually, a lot of them loved freedom so much they were just under this oppressive government that was controlled by the Soviet Union.
00:55:57.000 Great question.
00:55:58.000 So if you guys email us freedomatcharlykirk.com, you guys get a signed copy of the New York Times bestseller, MAGA Doctrine, just like Claire.
00:56:05.000 Congratulations.
00:56:06.000 And also to my amazing production team sent me a note.
00:56:06.000 Oh, yeah.
00:56:09.000 Steph Curry was also a speaker tonight at the Democrat National Convention, just to reinforce the argument I was making about how the Chinese Communist Party owns wholly the Democrat National Party through their subsidiaries.
00:56:22.000 Let's get to this question right here.
00:56:24.000 Hello, Charlie.
00:56:25.000 I am a Hispanic for Trump.
00:56:28.000 My question is, do you believe a federal sales tax would be better than a federal income tax?
00:56:32.000 Jesus, no, I do not.
00:56:34.000 I think that a federal sales tax actually is regressive.
00:56:38.000 I think a federal sales tax, now, some people say you could exempt things like groceries and things like that.
00:56:42.000 I'm not that convinced of it.
00:56:44.000 I love the fair tax people.
00:56:45.000 I think it's a creative thinking.
00:56:46.000 I think we need more of it.
00:56:47.000 People say, what is your ideal tax rate?
00:56:49.000 10% across the board.
00:56:50.000 That simple.
00:56:52.000 Just as the Bible says, 10% across the board, no deductions.
00:56:55.000 10% of your income.
00:56:55.000 You got it.
00:56:56.000 You pay 10%.
00:56:57.000 That's it.
00:56:58.000 And some people say, well, that allows people with a lot of money to be able to keep more money.
00:57:01.000 Well, then you know what?
00:57:02.000 Encourage them to give more of it away.
00:57:04.000 Okay.
00:57:04.000 I do not believe the tax code should be about trying to like be like trying to centrally plan our morals.
00:57:10.000 I think the tax code morally should be everyone pays the same amount.
00:57:10.000 Okay.
00:57:13.000 That's my own opinion.
00:57:14.000 I don't think it's realistic.
00:57:16.000 Therefore, I think that in the progressive tax code we have, which I don't think is actually a good way to describe it, I think it's actually regressive.
00:57:21.000 I think that middle-income workers get hurt more than upper-income workers.
00:57:25.000 Under the progressive tax code we have, we should more simplify it and lower the rates.
00:57:29.000 Thank you, Jesus.
00:57:30.000 You win a signed copy of the New York Times bestseller, the MAGA Doctrine.
00:57:35.000 Let's see what one we have here.
00:57:36.000 You guys can keep on emailing us, freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:57:40.000 Let's do one right here.
00:57:42.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:57:43.000 Ideas for the RNC.
00:57:44.000 Can the RNC be similar to College Game Day?
00:57:47.000 Make it as fun as possible.
00:57:48.000 I'm thinking of College Game Day, Tailgate.
00:57:50.000 By the way, this is Thomas.
00:57:51.000 Congratulations.
00:57:52.000 Email us.
00:57:52.000 We'll get one, do you?
00:57:52.000 You win a book?
00:57:53.000 Have Trump and Pence manning the grill, serving veterans.
00:57:56.000 I actually kind of like that.
00:57:57.000 Have a huge contrast from the DNC.
00:58:00.000 I have a few highlight reels.
00:58:01.000 Trump's visit to India, his ovation at Army, Navy, holding the Washington Post, Trump acquitted Thomas.
00:58:08.000 Look, all I can say is I think it's going to be very exciting.
00:58:10.000 I love the idea of college game day.
00:58:11.000 I actually think people will love it because I think that people are missing football more than ever.
00:58:17.000 I know I am.
00:58:17.000 I can't believe that the Big Ten and the Pac-12 are still going to be canceled.
00:58:21.000 Okay, Greg says this.
00:58:22.000 What is the single most important thing Republicans must do next week?
00:58:25.000 Great question, Greg.
00:58:26.000 Greg M. with 2Gs, which I am guessing you are from the South.
00:58:30.000 That is usually how they spell Greg in the American South.
00:58:33.000 Thank you so much.
00:58:34.000 God bless you.
00:58:34.000 And thank you for watching.
00:58:35.000 You went a signed copy of the MAGA Doctrine, freedomatcharikirk.com.
00:58:38.000 The most important thing that the Republicans must do next week, they must make people more excited on Thursday about America than they were at Monday.
00:58:47.000 That's their goal.
00:58:47.000 That's it.
00:58:49.000 They have to make more people, millions of more people, more excited about our country when they wake up Friday morning than they were on Monday morning.
00:58:56.000 That's it.
00:58:58.000 The election is theirs.
00:58:58.000 They do that.
00:58:59.000 If this entire election can be a vector around our country, this is a terrain Republicans play very, very well in, really well.
00:59:08.000 Democrats have to pretend and then they lose their base, right?
00:59:11.000 So this is one of the downfalls of the radicalization of the Democrat base.
00:59:15.000 One of the problems for us is it's really hard to run up against free stuff.
00:59:19.000 One of the opportunities for us is that when we actually talk about the flag, we talk about the Constitution, we talk about the American way of life, we talk about civil society and building families, all those sorts of things.
00:59:28.000 All of a sudden, the Democrats, when they try to at least make themselves seem more center or center-right, the Democrat base, which is primarily 28, 29, 30, and 31-year-old single individuals that own nothing, that don't believe in God and don't go to church, they're like, screw that.
00:59:41.000 I don't like the Democrats anymore.
00:59:42.000 They want people like AOC that are constantly angry, very bitty, very bitter, I should say, very bitter, very arrogant, and very deceitful, right?
00:59:51.000 So that's kind of what they want.
00:59:52.000 They want the bitter, arrogant, deceitful triangle, if you will, right?
00:59:56.000 That's derived from the great Jordan Peterson.
00:59:58.000 I think he has something similar to that.
00:59:59.000 But essentially, if you are bitter, if you are arrogant, and you are deceitful, you're a perfect Democrat, right?
01:00:04.000 When Democrat, when Republicans are thankful, positive, and excited and forward-thinking, oh my goodness, they're optimistic.
01:00:11.000 They are, we're so thankful we live here.
01:00:13.000 People want that more, right?
01:00:15.000 So they call it a party for a reason.
01:00:18.000 You actually go back to the actual reason why we call it a party.
01:00:20.000 They used to actually have a political party, literally.
01:00:24.000 You go back way, way, way into kind of the formation of political parties.
01:00:28.000 But if you just, again, I'm playing kind of word games right here, but if you think of it as a political party, what party do you want to go to?
01:00:33.000 You want to go to that Democrat party?
01:00:34.000 I mean, my gosh, having Billy English sing.
01:00:37.000 I mean, stop.
01:00:37.000 Like, that's enough of that.
01:00:38.000 My goodness.
01:00:39.000 I mean, it's just incredibly depressing.
01:00:41.000 I would rather have Lee Greenwood sing God bless America or any of the patriotic songs that we love.
01:00:48.000 You need to get people so excited throughout the week.
01:00:50.000 And I think the Republicans are going to do a great job of this.
01:00:52.000 And I'm convinced of it because the president is one of the greatest communicators when it comes to these things.
01:00:57.000 Throughout the week, people need to be so excited.
01:00:59.000 They're like, Republicans, country, America.
01:01:02.000 I love it.
01:01:02.000 I love my country.
01:01:03.000 I will go vote for it because I'm going to defend what I love.
01:01:07.000 And the other things they have to do, what's their big goal?
01:01:09.000 They got to get the Democrats really regretting the way they did their convention by the end of next week.
01:01:13.000 That's another one of their goals.
01:01:14.000 Now, the media is going to intentionally not try and cover a lot of this.
01:01:18.000 The media is going to try to censor a lot of this.
01:01:20.000 But I think that they're going to come out on top.
01:01:22.000 Okay, let's take a couple more questions: freedom at charliecurk.com.
01:01:25.000 And if make sure you guys, right now, if you're watching on YouTube, one thing you could do me a favor for: we are fighting big tech censorship all the time.
01:01:31.000 We're saying things that are not supposed to be said, like there are only two genders.
01:01:34.000 God is real, and Trump is awesome.
01:01:36.000 Can you guys just please hit that subscribe button, but also the bell?
01:01:39.000 Please hit the bell.
01:01:40.000 Thank you guys so much.
01:01:41.000 Let's get to this question right here.
01:01:43.000 We just did that one.
01:01:44.000 Okay, Tiffany says this: Hey, Charlie, do you think the American people and traditional Democrats are waking up more to what today's Democrats are all about at the convention?
01:01:52.000 It seems the ratings haven't been great, and Biden's poll numbers are actually dropping.
01:01:56.000 Yes, I think things, as Ernest Hemingway would say, I said this with the great Michael Knowles the other day on our live stream, things happen gradually, then they happen suddenly.
01:02:05.000 I think that the riots, the arson, insurrection, the terrorism, the people that are being left with absolute nothing in the face of Democrat-sponsored insurrection, and some would say crime, some would even say terrorism.
01:02:17.000 I think that that's starting to get out.
01:02:18.000 And I think that people are saying, wait a second, I need some sort of counterbalance to this.
01:02:21.000 Who's the person that was going to defend my country?
01:02:23.000 Who's the bodyguard of this country, if you will?
01:02:25.000 Which is a phrase that I enjoy.
01:02:26.000 Who's actually the person who's going to protect us from the malevolent mob?
01:02:29.000 Donald Trump, that's the guy I want.
01:02:31.000 Not the person who panders or plays nicely with this kind of crime syndicate of insurrection.
01:02:36.000 Like, not the person who plays nice with the 18, 17,000 criminals that have just been released from California.
01:02:42.000 That's right.
01:02:42.000 Did you know that 17,000 criminals have just been released from California?
01:02:46.000 Do you know who the Democrats didn't mention?
01:02:47.000 One name, Ibrahim Buchani.
01:02:50.000 Ibrahim Buchani was released early from prison in Virginia by a Democrat judge, now retired.
01:02:56.000 Ibrahim Buchani was released from prison.
01:02:59.000 He raped his girlfriend, abducted her, and strangled her.
01:03:02.000 Not exactly someone who did a white collar crime.
01:03:05.000 Raped, abducted, and strangled his girlfriend.
01:03:08.000 She went to the prosecutor, did the right thing, testified against him, praying that he would actually be locked up for some period of time, awaiting sentencing.
01:03:17.000 He was in jail with no bond.
01:03:19.000 The prosecutors pleaded with the judge not to release this guy, Ibrahim Bukhani.
01:03:24.000 You guys can fact check all of this, by the way.
01:03:25.000 I encourage you to do that.
01:03:26.000 Ibrahim Bukhani was released from prison.
01:03:29.000 As soon as he was released from prison, he went and got a firearm, hunted down his girlfriend, who I believe her name was Carla Dominguez.
01:03:36.000 We're going to get a fact check on this, but I think it was, I don't, it might have been Krista.
01:03:40.000 I have so many names.
01:03:41.000 I apologize for that.
01:03:42.000 Hunted her down and killed her right in front of her apartment.
01:03:44.000 Ibrahim Bukhani.
01:03:45.000 This is the face of the Democrat Party.
01:03:47.000 The Democrats are the party of early release of prisoners, pandering to the most violent criminals.
01:03:54.000 And while they allow this sort of insurrection and terrorism to happen in the country.
01:04:00.000 Next question.
01:04:02.000 We will go to this one.
01:04:03.000 I'll get to some of the earlier ones, you guys that were emailing us early.
01:04:08.000 Let's do this one.
01:04:12.000 Okay.
01:04:13.000 Taylor says this.
01:04:14.000 How likely do you think it is that Joe Biden will win this election by voter fraud and mail-in ballots?
01:04:19.000 Well, look, if he wins, it'll probably be because of voter fraud and mail-in ballots.
01:04:23.000 For those of you watching right now, I highly encourage that you go vote in person.
01:04:28.000 If you have to vote by mail, so be it.
01:04:30.000 If it's for a health reason and you've done it before and you trust it, I'm not going to be the one to get in the way of that.
01:04:34.000 However, if you're healthy enough to go to the grocery store and you feel compelled enough to go vote, I highly encourage you to please go vote in person.
01:04:41.000 I really do.
01:04:42.000 Voting in person is far more statistically safer than just trusting the post office at this time.
01:04:46.000 We know the Democrats are ones to ballot harvest, throw away ballots.
01:04:50.000 I literally come from Chicago.
01:04:51.000 I know what these people do.
01:04:52.000 And in the pursuit of power, do you see the rage in their eyes?
01:04:55.000 Do you see how motivated they are to destroy Donald Trump?
01:04:59.000 You're trying to tell me that they're not going to try to use that motivation to try to destabilize him?
01:05:02.000 Of course they will.
01:05:03.000 And so if Joe Biden wins, it'll be largely because of that.
01:05:07.000 Janelle has a great question.
01:05:08.000 And guys, please keep the questions coming at freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.
01:05:13.000 I will give away two more books right now.
01:05:14.000 Two more books.
01:05:15.000 Janelle, and if you guys win, just email us back again or our team will select you.
01:05:19.000 We want to make sure we stay on top of that.
01:05:21.000 Okay.
01:05:22.000 Janelle says this.
01:05:23.000 Do you think things will get back to normal after the election?
01:05:26.000 Will be hysteria after Trump wins.
01:05:28.000 Great question.
01:05:28.000 Phenomenal question, actually.
01:05:31.000 I don't know if we're ever going to get back to the life we had.
01:05:33.000 I don't.
01:05:34.000 I think, and I don't know what that will look like.
01:05:36.000 I will say this, though.
01:05:37.000 If Trump wins, there will be the most unrest I think we've ever seen.
01:05:42.000 And then I think it's going to go away.
01:05:44.000 I think that once it sets into a second term of office and the spring rolls around, the spring of 2021 and his second term, I think that people are going to get very upset with the constant state of upheaval.
01:05:56.000 There will be no more election to remove him.
01:05:59.000 There will not be a second term to try to prevent him from happening.
01:06:03.000 And I think it will be one of the greatest death blows to the American left that we could possibly imagine.
01:06:07.000 I really do.
01:06:08.000 I think that Donald Trump and his election is one of the few things that can preserve Western civilization and this republic from the most destructive disintegrationist movements in the history of our country.
01:06:23.000 I truly believe that.
01:06:24.000 I believe that if we do not get Donald Trump re-elected, then all of a sudden that mob that would be protesting outside the street of the White House will be let into the White House.
01:06:35.000 That person screaming outside of the White House, throwing a Molotov cocktail at the police officer will then go work at the Department of Justice.
01:06:42.000 That person burning down a building will become invited in and go say, hey, why don't you go run housing and urban development?
01:06:49.000 These people will run our government.
01:06:51.000 That's what will happen if Joe Biden wins.
01:06:53.000 So, and by the way, her name is Carla Dominguez from earlier.
01:06:58.000 Carla Dominguez.
01:07:00.000 Okay, let's get a couple more questions.
01:07:01.000 Freedom at Charlie Kirk.com, freedom at Charlie Kirk.com.
01:07:04.000 Salvatore says this.
01:07:06.000 When has a former first lady ever bashed a president or presidential candidate before as Michelle Obama has done?
01:07:11.000 It's unprecedented.
01:07:12.000 Well, I mean, I think that was George.
01:07:12.000 It's a great question.
01:07:17.000 I was thinking Laura Bush.
01:07:17.000 I don't know.
01:07:18.000 I don't know.
01:07:18.000 Maybe she had Barbara Bush maybe did to Donald Trump, but it's generally unprecedented.
01:07:25.000 What Michelle Obama did basically has no precedent at all.
01:07:28.000 Salvatore, you win a signed copy of the New York Times bestseller, The MAGA Doctrine.
01:07:33.000 Here's a good one right here.
01:07:34.000 Let's do this one right now.
01:07:36.000 This one is from Ryan.
01:07:37.000 Hey, Charlie, love the podcast.
01:07:39.000 I listen every day.
01:07:40.000 Thank you.
01:07:41.000 What do you think that Donald Trump's chances are today?
01:07:44.000 And what do you think the October surprise will be?
01:07:47.000 Well, Ryan, you win a signed copy of the New York Times bestseller MAGA Doctrine.
01:07:50.000 Before I answer that, if you guys are not yet listening, you know that we do two episodes a day of the Charlie Kirk show.
01:07:55.000 Two episodes a day.
01:07:56.000 I'll do the longhorn.
01:07:56.000 I might offend someone in Oklahoma or something.
01:07:58.000 Two episodes a day.
01:08:00.000 More so than any other conservative podcast out there.
01:08:02.000 It is now one o'clock Eastern, and we are still delivering content to you because I actually want to save this country.
01:08:08.000 We operate with a sense of urgency to save our country every day.
01:08:11.000 I believe we need to work harder.
01:08:12.000 We have a country worth saving, saving.
01:08:14.000 We have something so beautiful that has been given to us by the generations before us.
01:08:18.000 We have to step up and save it.
01:08:19.000 That's what we're doing here on the Charlie Kirk Show.

01:08:33.000 Okay, what do I think the October surprise is going to be?
01:08:36.000 I don't know.
01:08:37.000 The indictments might come from Durham.
01:08:40.000 I sure hope they do.
01:08:41.000 We saw exhibited in the last couple of years that the Democrats are unafraid to use their own prosecutorial offices to go after political opponents of theirs or allies of Donald Trump.
01:08:52.000 And so I think that is something that we must be very serious about and that they're unafraid to use the instruments of governmental power to go against people that they disagree with.
01:09:01.000 And I think that if decent people rise up and demand their country back, we're going to win.
01:09:07.000 If we just kind of sit back and allow Democrats to do whatever they want, it will be basically they're going to come after every single one of us.
01:09:14.000 They'll kick us all off social media.
01:09:16.000 They will audit us.
01:09:17.000 They will try to criminally go after people that they disagree with.
01:09:20.000 And I'm not overexaggerating when I say this.
01:09:22.000 If you want a decent country and a reasonable country, a country that goes, basically the country that we had nine months ago is attainable again if Donald Trump wins four more years.

01:09:40.000 Here's the last one.
01:09:41.000 Why does Biden use Trump's campaign and claim it as his own?
01:09:44.000 Does he think he can win by with the appropriation of Trump's policies?
01:09:47.000 Great point.
01:09:48.000 He actually was, a lot of the stuff that Joe Biden was saying tonight was like cherry-picking from Trump's language.
01:09:52.000 It's because Trump is a visionary.
01:09:54.000 It's because President Trump understood the political landscape ahead of anyone else, and he understood how to win.
01:09:59.000 Our 10 takeaways were, again, there was no bragging about impeachment, no mention of Kavanaugh, so many contradictions, how depressing this was.
01:10:07.000 It's Trump's race to win.
01:10:09.000 No solutions at all whatsoever.
01:10:12.000 This positive view of Obama, hatred is hard to manifest into political victory.
01:10:19.000 No mention of China.
01:10:20.000 Joe Biden does not stand for the American middle class.
01:10:23.000 He stands for the middle class of China.
01:10:25.000 Remember that.
01:10:26.000 Joe Biden cares about building the Chinese middle class, not the American middle class.
01:10:30.000 And no mentions of riots or terrorism whatsoever.
