00:02:15.000 We love the nation and we're going to defeat the left.

00:02:26.000 So, so I was sitting at breakfast this morning and I would go to table by table and I'd say, how many of you are unhappy with the dating pool?

00:02:58.000 And so I thought to myself, there needs to be a message delivered here at the chapter leadership summit to men of what men need to do and to women, what women need to do, because the problems on both sides.
00:03:09.000 And I'm not going to say one side more than the other, even though I have some personal opinions on that, but you'll try to be able to guess.
00:03:15.000 But more importantly, though, if we do not value the most important things, it should be God should be the most important thing in your life.

00:03:23.000 Most important thing.
00:03:26.000 But then beyond that, it's getting married, having children, building families, leaving a legacy, doing big and great things.
00:03:34.000 And that goes for everybody in this room.
00:03:37.000 Right now, our generation, well, I'm a little bit older than you, but kind of in the younger demo.
00:03:44.000 We are the most suicidal generation in history, the most anxious generation in history, the most medicated generation in history.
00:03:53.000 And there's something seriously wrong where we are the least married generation.
00:03:57.000 And also, we are less likely to have babies than any other generation prior to us.
00:04:04.000 We have more comforts.
00:04:06.000 We have more cell phones.
00:04:08.000 We have more things at our disposal.
00:04:10.000 And yet we are having less children and we are literally not repopulating the species.
00:04:15.000 So there's a lot of things going on here.
00:04:17.000 First and foremost is we do not value the ultimate thing.
00:04:20.000 And the ultimate thing should be loving God, loving people, and raising children.
00:04:26.000 in a society that follows God's commands against the culture, not inconsistency with the culture, to stand on my opinion on eternal truths, fight for the country, fight for our civilization, and then also understand that you, especially as men, but women as well, you are obligated to do difficult and hard things.
00:04:47.000 The West was built, our nation was built on delayed gratification, not instant gratification.
00:04:54.000 That maybe I'm not going to go do what feels good in the moment.
00:04:57.000 I'm going to forsake what feels good and I'm going to parlay that into the future.

00:08:30.000 First of all, even if it's hard, maybe you should work to improve your own life to make yourself more attractive to the woman that you want to one day find.

00:12:26.000 Go look to your grandfather's generation that stormed Normandy Beach.
00:12:30.000 They'll built this nation that started big businesses that went on adventure.
00:12:35.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.

00:12:48.000 You see, we live in a country where they think that purpose, where they think that happiness is pleasure.

00:13:02.000 That there is a struggle of good versus evil.
00:13:04.000 By the way, you're involved in that struggle every single day on the college campuses.
00:13:07.000 Every day you get to fight for what is good and what is true and beautiful.
00:13:10.000 So next time when you're on a college campus, and if you want to be a man, this is what you do.
00:13:14.000 If you want to stay a boy, go and do what your other friends do.
00:13:18.000 But men say, you know what?
00:13:19.000 No, I'm actually not going to go hook up with a bunch of girls. 1.00
00:13:21.000 I'm going to save myself for marriage.

00:13:25.000 But if you want to go be a boy, go do that.
00:13:28.000 It takes no skill and no talent and no self-restraint whatsoever just to follow your flesh.

00:13:51.000 It's time for you guys to stop doing just what feels good all the time.
00:13:54.000 Oh, yeah, we're just going to go get, you know, blackout drunk till 2 a.m. and hook up with some stranger.

00:14:00.000 If you want to stay in the lower standard, a miserable, miserable cycle of debt and suffering and depression, lack of community, go do that.
00:14:08.000 Instead on a Saturday night, say, you know what?
00:14:10.000 I'm going to hang out with some friends that are not going to drink, are not going to engage with this stuff.
00:14:15.000 And then maybe on Sunday morning, I'm going to go to church or I'm going to go to mass and then I'm going to go work out and then I'm going to study.

00:14:22.000 You know I'm right.
00:14:24.000 Who will be happier?
00:14:25.000 Come 12 high noon on Sunday.
00:14:28.000 The person that went crazy full of regrets, the person that went out late at night, you know, trying to find the next 10 second orgasm, or the person that went to go after something holy or went after something divine.
00:14:41.000 And if you are not, the final thing I'll say this to the men and then we'll go to the woman's side, which is you need to be consuming information, content, and community. 0.98

00:19:05.000 Because deep down, deep down, and I know this is true, deep down, the ladies, even in this room that play the girl boss thing on Instagram, deep down, you're begging for a man to lead you. 1.00

00:47:32.000 And so you go through that early and you figure out some framework because here's the key.
00:47:38.000 Premarital counseling will give you the framework to refer to when things start to fall apart because they will.

00:47:55.000 If you are marrying a man and he does not have close male friends, that is a red flag.
