00:00:03.000 My name is Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a Turning Point USA College chapter.
00:00:33.000 Go start a Turning Point USA High School chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:39.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life.
00:00:43.000 And I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am.
00:00:46.000 Lord, use me.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.

00:01:17.000 All right, everybody, we have a jam packed show today.
00:01:20.000 Welcome, welcome across the country to all of you.
00:01:23.000 We're here at the Y Refi Studios, and we're starting off with a bang.
00:01:26.000 We have the one and only Ken Paxton, who is obviously running for Senate in the great state of Texas, on right now.
00:01:34.000 So without further ado, Ken Paxton, welcome back to the show, my friend.
00:01:40.000 There's so much to get to with you.
00:01:43.000 You are barnstorming the state of Texas right now, Mr. Attorney General, and it's the come and take it tour.
00:01:50.000 Where are you right now?
00:01:51.000 How many stops and how's the reception been on the ground?
00:01:54.000 So, good morning.
00:01:56.000 Thanks for having me on.
00:01:57.000 We are on a 17 day bus tour.
00:01:59.000 We're in day 14.
00:02:00.000 We're in Houston today, Brazoria County, Pearland.
00:02:04.000 Yesterday, we were out in Weatherford, which is west of Fort Worth.
00:02:08.000 With the vice president, and we flew down and we were at a location in Beaumont because we couldn't get the bus there in time.
00:02:15.000 So I met the bus there because we had our plans changed when the vice president decided to come.
00:02:20.000 But it was an awesome event.
00:02:21.000 There were over 4,000 people there, it was totally packed.
00:02:23.000 There were people waiting outside, and that has been typical of a lot of the events I've been at.
00:02:28.000 I've been really pleased with the number of people that have come to our events, the excitement.
00:02:35.000 People are getting this race, and how this guy that I'm running against is hiding all of his real views, which are Marxist and leftist.
00:02:42.000 You know, boys and girls sports and all these things that he now suddenly doesn't believe, trying to hide from the public, lie to the public about his actual positions, because he knows that if he talks about issues and he tells the truth about what he actually believes, whether it's oil and gas, whether it's taxes, whether it's transing of kids, he and I disagree on every single issue.
00:03:02.000 But right now, during the general election, he has adopted almost every one of my positions.
00:03:07.000 Of course he has, because that's what they do.
00:03:10.000 They run to the middle and act like moderates.
00:03:13.000 And we know that the problem with Tal Rico is that he's got all these clips.
00:03:17.000 He's got all the clips that are proving exactly what he believes and who he is.
00:03:21.000 And we're going to get to that in just a second.
00:03:23.000 And you talked about the energy on the ground in the state of Texas.
00:03:28.000 And I've been getting messages from all of my contacts there.
00:03:31.000 You know, West Texas is coming out, rural Texas is coming out, East Texas, those Bible Belt communities are really showing up.
00:03:38.000 And that's really encouraging news.
00:03:40.000 So, but, you know, there's a difference between crowd size sometimes and actual analytics.
00:03:45.000 And we have this problem in Texas where you don't have party registration data when it comes to early voting.
00:03:51.000 Like we do in Arizona, for example.
00:03:53.000 So, what is your campaign seeing when it comes to the data, and how are you guys modeling it?
00:03:59.000 Are you liking what you're seeing so far?
00:04:01.000 So early on, the Democrats heavily voted their top voters, the people that show up for every primary.
00:04:08.000 They came out early and they were very strong at the beginning.
00:04:12.000 We are starting to catch up.
00:04:13.000 And I think we may have passed them Wednesday or Thursday of this week.
00:04:19.000 And I'm hopeful that we can continue to get Republicans out today on Friday.
00:04:25.000 Today is the last day of early voting, and then Tuesday.
00:04:27.000 And the reason I say that is we are a Republican state.
00:04:30.000 We have a majority of Republicans.
00:04:31.000 We can win these elections.
00:04:33.000 If our people show up, so I'm encouraging everybody to show up today or Tuesday.
00:04:39.000 Bring your family, bring your friends, act like this matters because if we don't save, if we don't win this election, we're going to lose Texas.
00:04:46.000 And if we lose Texas, we lose the country.
00:04:48.000 We cannot afford to be relaxed, to think everything's fine.
00:04:51.000 I've got other things to do.
00:04:53.000 What matters now is really encouraging your friends to get out and vote.
00:04:59.000 Yeah.
00:05:00.000 Well, everybody needs to be a force multiplier, especially in Texas.
00:05:03.000 You know, I love the name of your tour, Come and Take It.
00:05:06.000 Mr. Attorney General, because it really is the Texas spirit in a title, in a name, and I think it embodies kind of the defiance that we have to have right now.
00:05:17.000 You mentioned the specific marching orders, so I want to make sure that we make that very clear for the audience.
00:05:22.000 If you are listening in Texas, and we have a lot of great Texas Patriots that tune into this show, give them their marching orders exactly where they need to go to vote, when they can vote.
00:05:33.000 I want to just be crystal, crystal clear what days they can vote, et cetera.
00:05:38.000 So, today is the last day of early voting.
00:05:39.000 From 7 this morning till 7 in the evening, you can vote.
00:05:43.000 I would suggest get it over with, get your vote in, get it counted so you don't get distracted or forget on Tuesday.
00:05:50.000 Then, obviously, Tuesday, same thing, 7 to 7.
00:05:52.000 Depending on where you're at in the state, there's all kinds of voting locations, especially during early voting.
00:05:58.000 You can vote usually within the county, many different places on election day.
00:06:01.000 A lot of times, you have to vote at your precinct.
00:06:03.000 So, this is it.
00:06:05.000 I mean, we've got two days left.
00:06:06.000 We are going to decide this election in the next two days.
00:06:09.000 And we're going to decide the difference between Marxism and constitutional republic, freedom versus control by the government in Washington.
00:06:17.000 And if my opponent's elected, he will march to the orders of Chuck Schumer and the leftist in Washington.
00:06:23.000 He will not be listening to Texans about what they want to do about any issue.
00:06:28.000 Of course.
00:06:29.000 And by the way, an underappreciated aspect of this when you have President Trump in the White House, Texas, it's important to have your senator have a red line to the White House.
00:06:40.000 It's very underappreciated, actually, of how much more power you're going to have as a state.
00:06:44.000 To have Ken Paxton as your senator.
00:06:46.000 I want to play two clips in juxtaposition because you mentioned that Talrico is basically going to be a puppet of the far left movement, and I can prove it to you.
00:06:55.000 All right?
00:06:55.000 I'm going to play the first clip from Kamala Harris.
00:06:57.000 This just came out yesterday.
00:06:59.000 And I'm going to play a second clip of James Talrico saying the exact same thing.
00:07:02.000 Listen to this SOT 6. 0.98
00:07:05.000 We need to expand the Supreme Court.
00:07:11.000 You know what I'm saying.
00:07:15.000 We need to fight if the people there want it.
00:07:19.000 For statehood for DC and Puerto Rico, we need to revisit the Electoral College. 0.75
00:07:25.000 She says, We have 13 circuit courts. 0.90
00:07:27.000 There should be 13 justices. 0.70
00:07:29.000 Funny they don't want to do this when they're not in power.
00:07:31.000 We're not in power.
00:07:33.000 We're not in power.
00:07:35.000 We're And so you're going to expect that I will vote for overhauls of the Supreme Court.
00:07:54.000 That'll include binding codes of conduct for our justices, it'll include term limits.
00:07:59.000 And I'm open to a discussion about expanding the number of justices.
00:08:03.000 Mr. Attorney General, you know the law better than just about anybody in this country.
00:08:07.000 You understand the importance of the Supreme Court.
00:08:10.000 When you hear him threaten this, what is the significance to the voters of Texas?
00:08:16.000 Well, this is pure leftist politics.
00:08:19.000 This government was set up by our constitutional framers and our founders, and they set this up, and we've had it for 250 years.
00:08:28.000 And now these guys, for political power, Want to pack the court.
00:08:32.000 They want to change the electoral college.
00:08:33.000 They want to add more states to give them a lock on this country with one party control.
00:08:38.000 That's what this is about.
00:08:39.000 They want one party control.
00:08:41.000 And once they have it, they are not going to relinquish it because they will control the elections and they will make sure that we have a very leftist government, very woke and not friendly to the people of Texas.
00:08:51.000 So this is an extreme version of democracy, if we can even call it that, because that's not where they want to go.
00:08:59.000 They are democratic socialists.
00:09:01.000 Who wants government control, and it will hurt every single Texan if we get it.
00:09:07.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:09:08.000 I mean, it's crazy how much they're just saying exactly who they are.
00:09:14.000 I got to believe that there are enough Bible believing Christians in the state of Texas to reject this stuff. 0.61
00:09:22.000 Hear this stuff. 1.00
00:09:23.000 Sot 9.
00:09:24.000 Yeah, and that's, you know, I always think of myself as a Christian who hates Christianity, right? 0.99
00:09:31.000 And like, I always get drawn back into it. 0.66
00:09:35.000 I think of myself as a Christian who hates Christianity.
00:09:38.000 So, this is the guy that the media is propping up as this pure as the driven snow.
00:09:44.000 He's so virtuous.
00:09:45.000 He's so nice.
00:09:46.000 And the clip after clip after clip just gives me the absolute creeps when it comes to this guy. 1.00
00:09:52.000 What are you hearing from the faith communities?
00:09:55.000 Are they rising up, Mr. Attorney General?
00:09:57.000 Well, first of all, I've never met a Christian that said he hates Christianity.
00:10:01.000 He also fought the Ten Commandments in our school, calling it indoctrination of children.
00:10:06.000 And saying that it was idolatrous and unchristian to have the Ten Commandments talk to our children.
00:10:10.000 And he said, Teaching Christianity to children is like forcing minors to drink beer without them understanding what they're doing.
00:10:18.000 So this guy has very radical views about Christianity.
00:10:22.000 They're not sympathetic to us at all.
00:10:24.000 And what I'm saying to pastors across the state look, Christians don't vote typically in any higher percentage than anybody else.
00:10:30.000 And this is the time for pastors, for churches to communicate to the Christian.
00:10:36.000 If we get the Christian community out to vote, if we get the faith community out to vote, We will win this election, but that's up to these pastors to encourage their congregations and their parishioners to get out and vote and make sure that our values are protected.
00:10:51.000 Yeah, I completely agree.
00:10:52.000 I'm going to play one last clip here for you.
00:10:55.000 I know you got a busy day, but this topic of getting the church out to vote couldn't be more important.
00:11:01.000 You know, you look at places like Michigan and El Sayed, you've got 95% of Muslims are going to vote.
00:11:07.000 And I'm assuming those numbers are probably going to hold fairly true in Michigan or in Texas and Christians, we have some estimates that show 50% of us are not going to vote. 0.96
00:11:18.000 And that is unacceptable because when we cede the public square to people who don't share our values, guess what kind of values they're going to inject into the public square? 0.87
00:11:27.000 And this is a clip from a pastor down in Texas who is describing Tal Rico wearing the skin suit of Christianity.
00:11:35.000 It's a little bit longer clip here, Mr. Attorney General, so just bear with me, but I think it's so critically important.
00:11:41.000 Sot 8.
00:11:42.000 What he does is he selectively edits Jesus until Jesus becomes a mascot for his cause.
00:11:50.000 Jesus Christ is the Lord of the universe.
00:11:54.000 He is not a mascot for your cause.
00:11:57.000 They want the government to do the role of the individual, and they want nobody to do the role of the government.
00:12:03.000 Enforce justice to be a terror to the wrongdoer.
00:12:07.000 That's the role of the government in Romans 13. 0.57
00:12:09.000 So, what progressive Christians do is they want the government to do the role of the individual, and they want nobody to do the role of the government.
00:12:17.000 If Christians do not do our responsibility as salt, the salt of the earth, salt and light of the earth, what you're going to see is you're going to end up with a biblically defined heretic and demonic false teacher leading your state.
00:12:31.000 And that is going to affect the societal inheritance that you hand your children, grandchildren, and the future church in America.
00:12:40.000 That last line there hit me so hard, Mr. Attorney General, that it affects the inheritance of what you're passing down to your children.
00:12:49.000 And I think that's where I'd like to end this conversation with you.
00:12:54.000 Texans are a proud people, and you have a massive inheritance that you're passing down to your children.
00:13:01.000 Maybe let's end it there.
00:13:03.000 Why does this race mean so much to the state of Texas and to the future children of that state? 0.95
00:13:08.000 Look, we have 250 years of freedom in this country. 0.99
00:13:10.000 We're at the first year of the next 250 years.
00:13:12.000 And it's our responsibility to pass that on to our children, our grandchildren, and to the people that are going to be looking back 250 years from now and they're going to say, Did Texas leave that legacy to us like the founders left it to them?
00:13:26.000 And look, we don't have to go to war to do this.
00:13:28.000 We don't have to go to bloodshed.
00:13:29.000 We don't have to do all you have to do is show up at the polls and vote.
00:13:33.000 It's such a Such a little effort to preserve freedom, to preserve opportunity, not just for you, but for you and your family and you and your kids and grandchildren.
00:13:43.000 So, look, we have to win Texas.
00:13:45.000 We cannot afford to lose Texas.
00:13:47.000 And if they get control of Texas, it's going to be very difficult to have any ability to affect this country.
00:13:54.000 And we will continue to move towards a one party system of democratic control and corruption.
00:14:00.000 That's right.
00:14:02.000 The stakes are simply too high.
00:14:03.000 Texas, you need to get out and vote.
00:14:06.000 It sounds like you can early vote until 7 p.m. Texas time tonight.
00:14:10.000 And then again on Tuesday, election day, 7 to 7, you can get out to your polls, elect Ken Paxton.
00:14:18.000 He will fight for you.
00:14:19.000 He's proven he is a conservative that loves his state and loves your people.
00:14:23.000 We have your back, Ken Paxton.
00:14:25.000 Thank you for your time today.
00:14:27.000 You're going to run this thing through the finish line.
00:14:29.000 The come and take it tour is barnstorming that state.
00:14:32.000 God bless you, sir.
00:14:33.000 And we got your back 100%.
00:14:35.000 We're going to be watching very closely.
00:14:37.000 God bless.
00:14:38.000 Thanks for having me on.
00:14:39.000 Get your friends out to vote.
00:14:40.000 Get your family out to vote.
00:14:41.000 It's very important.
00:14:41.000 God bless.
00:14:42.000 That's exactly right.
00:14:42.000 God bless you.
00:14:44.000 Be a force multiplier, folks.
00:14:45.000 You got to get Ken Paxton.
00:14:47.000 If you're listening to this in Texas, you got to get your friends out to vote.
00:14:52.000 You got to harass everybody.
00:14:53.000 Download the Turning Point Action app.
00:14:55.000 We've got the Texas data in there.
00:14:56.000 You can call, you can make texts, all that stuff through the app.
00:15:00.000 So go to tpaction.comslash app, tpaction.comslash app, and be a force multiplier in the state of Texas.
00:15:07.000 That race could determine the balance of the Senate.
00:15:12.000 And a lot of people have that as the most important race to watch in the country.
00:15:16.000 All right.
00:15:16.000 And every so often they do this in the state of Texas, especially in midterm years, because Republicans, for whatever reason, they don't like to show up during midterms.
00:15:25.000 This has to be the absolute first thing you think of if you're in the state of Texas, you're involved in politics.
00:15:31.000 Vote.
00:15:32.000 Vote today.
00:15:33.000 Get your ballot banked and tell your friends to do the same.
00:15:36.000 Blake.
00:15:37.000 Yeah, just 100%.
00:15:40.000 We emphasize this over and over because it matters.
00:15:43.000 Midterms are entirely decided by who cares more.
00:15:47.000 That in every single race, everywhere in this country, the winner is going to get fewer votes than Kamala Harris got to lose last year's election in that state.
00:15:57.000 So in Texas, whoever wins that race needs far fewer votes than either Trump or Kamala got two years ago.
00:16:04.000 This is entirely down to who wants it more.
00:16:07.000 And there's a lot of reasons we could be optimistic. 0.67
00:16:10.000 Young people don't like Democrats that much, a lot of them are just jaded and tuned out. 0.60
00:16:17.000 Are very jaded about our political system.
00:16:19.000 We have so many things to be excited for.
00:16:22.000 That list that we did took the 20 biggest promises, 16 of them big home runs.
00:16:28.000 We're building that new chip fab here in Phoenix.
00:16:32.000 We're building things like that all over the country.
00:16:34.000 We are building huge factories for the first time in this country, basically in my lifetime, where we can say, oh, a big, cutting edge, world class factory going up in the US.
00:16:45.000 We have a secure border, first time in our lifetimes.
00:16:48.000 We're getting real deportations, first time in our lifetimes.
00:16:51.000 DEI.
00:16:51.000 DEI, going away.
00:16:53.000 We're not having, if you're a white person or Asian person in America, your children are not being discriminated against by their own government for the first time in your life.
00:17:03.000 These are all gigantic wins that we can entrench and expand over the next two years if we turn out to vote.
00:17:11.000 Not one step back.
00:17:13.000 And if you throw this away because you just didn't care enough, because you're mad about gas prices, you want to throw your country away to people who are.
00:17:21.000 Overtly saying we want a revolution so there will never be a conservative government in this country again.
00:17:27.000 When they say we're going to expand the Supreme Court, what they are saying is, do you like school vouchers?
00:17:33.000 We're going to ban those.
00:17:34.000 Do you like the right to bear arms?
00:17:35.000 We're going to confiscate them.
00:17:37.000 Do you like having restrictions on abortion in your state?
00:17:39.000 We're going to get nationwide abortion until birth.
00:17:42.000 That is what they are saying they are going to do when they say expand the Supreme Court.
00:17:46.000 That is why they want to expand the Supreme Court so they can throw out every single Supreme Court decision you have ever approved of.
00:17:53.000 The left is the party of revolution, the party of push the delete America now button.
00:17:59.000 They'll amnesty every single illegal.
00:18:01.000 They will pay money.
00:18:03.000 I'm just going to promise you this.
00:18:04.000 If the left gets power again, they will pay millions of dollars to go and find illegal immigrant violent criminals that we deported, fly them back to America, give them amnesty, and pay them reparations.
00:18:16.000 That is what the left believes right now.
00:18:20.000 That is what they will do if we do not turn out.
00:18:22.000 Two notes on what you just said.
00:18:24.000 The polls don't matter.
00:18:26.000 If you look at The CNN polls ahead of 2024, they had Trump losing Pennsylvania.
00:18:31.000 They had Trump losing Michigan.
00:18:32.000 They had Trump losing Wisconsin.
00:18:35.000 None of that panned out.
00:18:36.000 Okay.
00:18:36.000 The polls can and will be wrong.
00:18:38.000 Very wrong.
00:18:39.000 And one of those points is that they model them wrong, right?
00:18:41.000 For example, a lot of the polls that you see are modeling youth vote at 15 to 18 percent of the electorate.
00:18:47.000 Guess what?
00:18:47.000 Right now, they're about six percent of the electorate.
00:18:49.000 What does that tell me?
00:18:50.000 It says that maybe they've soured on Trump and the conservative movement, but they're not rushing to Democrats.
00:18:56.000 They're not enthusiastic about going and voting for the blue guys.
00:18:59.000 Okay.
00:19:00.000 That's not happening.
00:19:01.000 That's not what we're seeing.
00:19:02.000 Also, what we're seeing is the electorate is getting older.
00:19:06.000 That's just a midterm phenomenon.
00:19:08.000 I don't know why people don't think to vote in the midterms, but a lot of young people don't tend to do it.
00:19:13.000 In a country where more and more people are checked out, a side that just cares that much more about turning out, voting, making sure their people get their vote every single time has that much more power.
00:19:25.000 Well, and listen, you should care.
00:19:26.000 Listen to it.
00:19:27.000 They're not hiding the ball, what they want to do here, folks.
00:19:29.000 Sot 16.
00:19:31.000 They could just pick a few people.
00:19:32.000 To me, that's the way you go. 0.98
00:19:34.000 You pick like a Hegseth, a Musk, and I don't know, big balls, someone like that. 0.86
00:19:38.000 Like pick someone like that and then, you know, show what they did. 0.93
00:19:42.000 Right.
00:19:43.000 And rather than go for Trump, go for everybody, make it so broad that it'll exhaust people who just do want to move on.
00:19:50.000 You see, you hear what Kara Swisher is saying.
00:19:53.000 This is like some sort of geriatric, you know, prestige journalist, podcaster.
00:19:58.000 Kara Swisher says, pick a few people to go after to bring lawfare on.
00:20:05.000 And she says, Elon Musk, Pete Hegseth, and Big Balls.
00:20:10.000 A kid that just, what was he, like 19, like 20, something like this.
00:20:14.000 And they just made him into the left will do this to you.
00:20:16.000 They will pick some.
00:20:18.000 Minor person at the lower end who did some who tried to help their country, yeah, and they will try to vaporize them.
00:20:24.000 They openly will say, We want to honestly, what it is is it is the political version of Tyler Robinson murdering Charlie, yeah, which is why a bunch of the far left people they cannot do without the votes of will go and brag, Ha ha, we killed Charlie because they want to say, If you voice conservative opinions, you might be shot dead on a campus.
00:20:41.000 Same thing, if you want to work for a Republican government, we might bring 50 felony charges against you and throw you in prison.

00:22:07.000 We have a breaking story.
00:22:09.000 Again, one of our favorite investigative journalists, Luke Rosiak, he has been on it like white on rice on this fraud scheme, bilking federal taxpayer dollars for a new and rising, the fastest growing. 0.99
00:22:25.000 Employment opportunity, especially amongst refugees. 0.98
00:22:28.000 America's biggest employment opportunity, the biggest job sector, fastest growing is just looting this country for money. 1.00
00:22:34.000 Yes.
00:22:35.000 Home care has quickly become the most common job in many blue states.
00:22:40.000 And Luke Rosiak has been monitoring, surveilling, and reporting on this growing fraud phenomenon.
00:22:47.000 Luke, welcome back to the show.
00:22:49.000 You got a big breaker this morning.
00:22:50.000 And if you are not pissed off yet, you will be after listening to Luke describe what he's uncovered.
00:22:56.000 Luke, the floor is yours. 0.98
00:22:58.000 Explain home care and why it's growing so quickly, especially in blue states and especially amongst new immigrants. 0.98
00:23:06.000 Yeah, thanks for having me.
00:23:07.000 So, when you look at the statistics from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, home health care is the most common job in states like California, Minnesota, New York, and then also Pennsylvania.
00:23:19.000 And it's grown really fast.
00:23:21.000 And basically, what it means is you go to your relative's house and cook and clean for them.
00:23:26.000 So, this isn't a nurse or anything like that.
00:23:28.000 And it's always funded by Medicaid, which is weird because if people really are just old and they can't cook, you would think that like private insurance and Medicare would do it too.
00:23:40.000 But what it is, is, you know, poor people on Medicaid, they basically can get a free check to their family member for, you know, doing hanging out with their family.
00:23:50.000 And in particular, in certain refugee communities, this has become so common that it's just a way of life.
00:23:57.000 And so I spent weeks in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, just filming these people. 0.96
00:24:01.000 And you can see that they don't even go to the houses that they're billing for.
00:24:06.000 And I literally got the GPS records that the government uses to say that there's no fraud.
00:24:12.000 The GPS records are fake.
00:24:14.000 I saw the internal records that said the guy that's on the screen right now was at a different house across town while I had eyes on him.
00:24:22.000 So the government has no clue who's getting this money, what they're doing, if the people are really sick.
00:24:29.000 And the craziest thing is so you see him on the screen here pulling in.
00:24:33.000 He uses a GPS to clock in, but then he goes home and he comes back 11 hours later and clocks out.
00:24:40.000 So the GPS checks that he's on site during the clock ins and clock outs, but not in between.
00:24:45.000 And so, home care, the Democrats say it's only 20 bucks an hour and they want to give them a raise.
00:24:51.000 But 20 bucks an hour is a lot when you're not talking about a 40 hour work week.
00:24:56.000 You're talking about an 80 hour work week or 77 in this case.
00:25:00.000 So, the guy's making like 82 grand a year.
00:25:03.000 And then the craziest part is I found out he's logging into a second house while he's at this one, which would total $160,000 a year. 0.90
00:25:13.000 So, the end of the day, in Pennsylvania, Bhutanese refugees have a higher. 0.92
00:25:19.000 Median household income than Pennsylvanians do. 0.79
00:25:22.000 And it's because Governor Josh Shapiro and others in similar blue states, they've looked the other way at mass Medicaid fraud because they've just turned it into essentially a universal basic income for some people in their voter base.
00:25:35.000 You said Bhutanese?
00:25:37.000 Bhutan.
00:25:38.000 Jeez. 1.00
00:25:39.000 Which I don't know why they're coming here as refugees. 1.00
00:25:41.000 How many crappy countries do we have to just deal with all the time that just come over here and they bilk American taxpayers? 1.00
00:25:48.000 It's infuriating.
00:25:50.000 Yeah, here, this is a mini documentary you guys have made.
00:25:53.000 You can find it on Luke's X account, which I encourage you to go to.
00:25:56.000 But we have this clip of what we were just showing there.
00:25:59.000 So let's show clip two.
00:26:00.000 What I'm about to reveal is so scandalous and wrong, it should end the $35 billion a year taxpayer funded Medicaid home health program overnight. 0.98
00:26:09.000 For a foreign transplant to Pennsylvania, life is pretty good. 0.82
00:26:14.000 Ram makes $80,000 a year with a curiously light schedule. 0.88
00:26:18.000 Every day, he pulls his car into the driveway of a nearby home at 6 a.m.
00:26:23.000 Fiddles with his phone for two minutes and then leaves.
00:26:26.000 Exactly 11 hours later, you'll see his car come back.
00:26:30.000 He pulls up, a few swipes on the phone, and then he leaves without even getting out of the car.
00:26:35.000 The reason why could bankrupt America.
00:26:38.000 This is happening at such scale that home health aid is now the most common job in Pennsylvania and California and New York.
00:26:46.000 It's absolutely loaded with waste, fraud, and abuse.
00:26:51.000 So, who is in that house that he's driving up to?
00:26:54.000 Anyone?
00:26:56.000 So, it's a woman whose Facebook photos show her gallivanting across the world.
00:27:01.000 She spent, she was in Nepal last month, the same country that she claims to be a refugee from.
00:27:06.000 She's vacationing there, constantly going to Disney World, Aruba.
00:27:11.000 She's got a Range Rover and a custom Cybertruck in the driveway.
00:27:15.000 And she puts her aunt on the aunt has diabetes. 1.00
00:27:19.000 And that's the justification that gets her 77 hours a week of home healthcare.
00:27:24.000 And so I talked to her and she was super sketchy.
00:27:27.000 She was super confused because she said, well, The government inspector always calls ahead before they show up to verify that the guy is here.
00:27:36.000 So I don't, I'm confused that you would just show up unannounced.
00:27:39.000 And so the government is basically tipping off these people to help them get away with it.
00:27:44.000 The aides are not actually there.
00:27:46.000 If they think a government inspector is coming by, they'll swing by for maybe five minutes a month.
00:27:51.000 Is the government inspector state based or federal based?
00:27:54.000 It's state.
00:27:55.000 And so this is the problem Medicaid is mostly state.
00:27:59.000 It's run by the states, but it's mostly federal money. 0.52
00:28:02.000 And so the states are basically taking what congressional Republicans intended to be health care funding and they're converting it into just free welfare for refugees because then the states, Don't have to pay for it. 0.51
00:28:14.000 It's the purest moral hazard in the world that if it's states checking for fraud, but it's federal money that's paying for it, they're not going to try very hard. 0.64
00:28:23.000 I'm just going to make a prediction right now since you were basically following them to find this fraud.
00:28:29.000 My guess is they'll pull a Nick Shirley here. 0.67
00:28:32.000 We'll get the Luke Rosiak Act that says the real problem here is that someone was investigating these refugees.
00:28:37.000 So we'll make it illegal. 1.00
00:28:38.000 They're the bad guys. 1.00
00:28:39.000 We'll make it illegal to investigate these refugees. 1.00
00:28:41.000 Yeah, I'm sure you just broke some law that didn't exist yet. 1.00
00:28:44.000 And they're going to try and entrap you with it.
00:28:46.000 So, I have a follow up to that.
00:28:47.000 So, even though I'm not optimistic here, did you communicate with anyone in the Pennsylvania state government?
00:28:53.000 Do you think there is going to be any movement to, for example, charge these people or cut off their scam?
00:28:59.000 Or what has been the reaction of the state government, if any, to this sort of behavior?
00:29:03.000 So, after I laid out the evidence to the head of a home healthcare company for the guy that you saw on the screen, he himself called for the abolition of this program.
00:29:14.000 As it relates to the, you just talked about a moral hazard.
00:29:17.000 The other moral hazard is when you pay your family member to do services for you, that family member is not going to tell the government that you didn't show up.
00:29:27.000 It's not going to tell the government, hey, my brother sucks at doing his job, he's lazy, he doesn't do anything, send me a real aid.
00:29:35.000 And so, what the company owner himself even called for lawmakers to do is say, at a minimum, we can't pay, we can't let people steer Medicaid funding.
00:29:45.000 To their family members.
00:29:46.000 And Democrats will say, well, but it's just so much more comfortable to have your son be the one who takes care of you.
00:29:53.000 Of course it is.
00:29:53.000 But guess what?
00:29:55.000 An old lady and Pennsylvania only requires you to be 60, which is the big problem here. 1.00
00:30:01.000 But an old lady may claim to be infirm to get her son a paycheck, but she's not going to pretend to be sick so that a stranger can come hang out in her house and like cook for her if she doesn't really need it. 0.99
00:30:15.000 So I think there's a Core moral hazard.
00:30:17.000 Yeah, well, you're more optimistic than I am, Luke. 1.00
00:30:20.000 I just think about the asabiya we see with the Somali community. 0.99
00:30:23.000 I think it'd be so easy for them to have their clan.
00:30:27.000 Your second cousin will watch my grandma, and my son, who's your second cousin, will watch them.
00:30:33.000 They'd work out ways to make this.
00:30:34.000 This is the problem, though.
00:30:36.000 We used to do this sort of thing for free.
00:30:38.000 It was called being a good son, being a good daughter, being a good aunt or cousin or whatever.
00:30:43.000 And I don't understand why this has to be funded by the government in the first place.
00:30:49.000 I find that particular aspect of this troubling. 0.98
00:30:53.000 But I also think it's important to expand the aperture here and understand that this is affecting affordability for all Americans because you're paying the taxes that are now getting fleeced by Bhutanese refugees and people that are apparently fleeing their home countries of Nepal while they go back and vacation there. 1.00
00:31:11.000 This crap needs to stop too because we've seen this with Somalis. 1.00
00:31:15.000 The Somalis say, oh, I'm a refugee from Somalia. 1.00
00:31:17.000 It's this terrible place. 0.93
00:31:18.000 And then guess what?
00:31:19.000 They go back and vacation there and go visit their families. 0.87
00:31:22.000 If you can go back and vacation where you're fleeing from, you're not a refugee.
00:31:27.000 And your paper should absolutely be pulled. 1.00
00:31:30.000 And by the way, we should stop admitting these people because it's all rife with fraud.
00:31:33.000 Here's JD Vance last night at a town hall in Fort Worth talking about this fraud.
00:31:38.000 The fraud is actually, to me, very closely connected to the affordability problem in the United States of America.
00:31:46.000 If you're stealing hundreds of billions of dollars, and that's what we've already uncovered in the anti fraud effort, if you're stealing hundreds of billions of dollars that should go to American citizens, or at the very least should be returned to Americans in the form of tax relief, and you're going out and spending that money, you know, buying a Mercedes Benz as a fraudster, then you're actually contributing to the affordability crisis.
00:32:08.000 And so I think one of the biggest dividends that we're going to see.
00:32:11.000 From the anti fraud effort, is that we're going to give the American people more of their money back, less going to fraudsters, and that's how we make life more affordable.
00:32:20.000 We got an email just a moment ago from BJ.
00:32:23.000 He says, I've got to tell you, the fraud we allow is so infuriating.
00:32:26.000 I live in Pennsylvania, he says, and I'm watching the show now on my lunch break.
00:32:30.000 I work from home, I work overtime, I have a second job, I still don't make $70,000.
00:32:37.000 These losers who shouldn't be here in the first place are living their best lives. 0.96
00:32:41.000 I am seriously about to explode. 1.00
00:32:43.000 I'm about to explode.
00:32:44.000 This is beyond just, oh, it's a big waste of money.
00:32:47.000 This is, it's morally corrosive to our country that people are able to do this, that they're able to come here and so nakedly loot our treasury, loot the country, brag about it, and get all this political sponsorship because they're clients of the Democrats.
00:33:02.000 Exactly.
00:33:03.000 It's political patronage.
00:33:04.000 So Josh Shapiro is incentivized.
00:33:06.000 Gavin Newsom is incentivized.
00:33:08.000 Kathy Hochul is incentivized to keep paying these people for their votes.
00:33:12.000 And it entrenches this fraud even deeper into our system.
00:33:16.000 And then, you know, Luke, you could stick around for another segment.
00:33:18.000 There's this other story that I think perfectly contrasts it.
00:33:23.000 And that's this Red Baron pizza stalker guy.
00:33:26.000 He's stocking pizzas at these grocery stores.
00:33:29.000 And I want people to see this contrast.
00:33:33.000 And all of this is on the ballot.
00:33:35.000 All of this is on the ballot on Tuesday.
00:33:39.000 What kind of country are we becoming if we allow this to go unchecked? 1.00
00:33:42.000 You know, you hear about these foreigners coming in claiming refugee status. 0.99
00:33:47.000 Democrats roll out the red carpet, they got their new voters. 0.99
00:33:50.000 In tow, they're waiting for them to be naturalized, rushing them through.
00:33:54.000 Remember when Biden rushed through all those naturalizations?
00:33:56.000 Oh, yeah, yeah, get more people eligible for every program in existence so we can give them all our money.
00:34:04.000 And meanwhile, you have this guy, he is doing things the right way, and he's stocking pizzas at a grocery store.
00:34:16.000 And these little punks come up to him and they try and play a gag on him for you know social media content or whatever.
00:34:22.000 And this thing has gone viral.
00:34:24.000 And I want to play this because I think it's the perfect contrast.
00:34:27.000 It shows what we're fighting for.
00:34:29.000 Sot 17.
00:34:30.000 Hey, excuse me?
00:34:31.000 You know what time it is, bro?
00:34:33.000 11 35.
00:34:35.000 What are you doing?
00:34:38.000 Dude, thank you, bro.
00:34:41.000 I just took $10 out of it.
00:34:42.000 You're not asking me right now, okay?
00:34:44.000 Huh?
00:34:45.000 I need it.
00:34:46.000 But I need it real quick. 0.99
00:34:48.000 I am not in the room for this crap right now. 0.98
00:34:50.000 Apple Play? 0.99
00:34:51.000 Dude, you hear me?
00:34:52.000 I just need to buy something real quick, though.
00:34:54.000 You think this is fine, aren't you?
00:34:55.000 Thank you for the $20, man.
00:34:56.000 I appreciate it.
00:34:59.000 Are you for real, bro?
00:35:00.000 It is not that easy.
00:35:01.000 It was just a joke.
00:35:02.000 No, it's not a joke to me, okay? 0.99
00:35:04.000 I don't have time for this crap in my life. 0.97
00:35:06.000 My life is hard enough as it is, okay? 1.00
00:35:08.000 I don't need this crap. 0.98
00:35:09.000 I got kids at home that went to bed without me right now. 0.99
00:35:12.000 And I was supposed to be at home an hour ago.
00:35:14.000 And I'm still out here working.
00:35:16.000 And I got to get up at 5 in the morning and do 10 more stores.
00:35:20.000 So this is not a joke to me.
00:35:23.000 Ugh.
00:35:24.000 I know. 0.79
00:35:24.000 So these punk kids try and play gag on him. 0.79
00:35:27.000 They just have a sound effect.
00:35:29.000 It just took $10 from him.
00:35:30.000 Then he says, Thanks for $20.
00:35:32.000 And you see that.
00:35:33.000 It felt like this guy was a throwback to the 90s, like a 90s dad.
00:35:36.000 You know, where he's just trying to get home to us kids.
00:35:40.000 He's desperately upset that he's an hour late and he doesn't get to put them to bed.
00:35:44.000 He's got to wake up at five to do it all over again.
00:35:47.000 Contrast that guy.
00:35:48.000 And by the way, I want to give a shout out to Red Baron.
00:35:51.000 They're saying, Employee of the Month nominations are closed.
00:35:55.000 You know why.
00:35:56.000 That tweet has been seen over 7 million times at this point.
00:36:00.000 And they say that, you know, he's still with us.
00:36:02.000 He's got a lot of fans, a fan club, and we're among those fans.
00:36:06.000 So good for Red Baron because that guy.
00:36:09.000 Salt of the earth, working his tail off, trying to pay his mortgage, take care of his four kids, doing it the right way.
00:36:15.000 And then to hear stories like those that you are exposing, Luke, of a freaking Bhutanese refugee taking care of some 60 year old woman with diabetes, okay, you know, cry me a river.
00:36:27.000 And then to find out she's got fancy cars, gallivanting around the Caribbean and going back to Nepal, the country she claims she's fleeing from, is so insulting to the American taxpayer and so insulting to everybody in this audience.
00:36:43.000 Especially when you see that guy working his tail off and his fingers to the bone.
00:36:47.000 Luke.
00:36:47.000 Yeah, I think it's a perfect analogy, really.
00:36:49.000 And I think that with the election coming up, Americans should be disgusted by the fact that blue state governors like Josh Shapiro have made it so that Bhutanese refugees have a higher median household income than actual Pennsylvanians. 0.99
00:37:06.000 That's worth saying again. 1.00
00:37:07.000 The refugees make more money than the Americans, according to census statistics. 0.98
00:37:13.000 And it's because they're all getting paid to take care of their own relatives. 1.00
00:37:17.000 Merely for being 60 years old.
00:37:20.000 The video that you showed earlier, that guy's getting paid because the woman has diabetes.
00:37:25.000 It's all stuff that all of us do.
00:37:27.000 The guy, the pizza guy, does.
00:37:29.000 We all take care of our own family because it's the right thing to do, and life is hard sometimes. 1.00
00:37:34.000 But when these refugees won't take care of their own family unless they get paid, it makes you wonder whether they're refugees at all. 1.00
00:37:42.000 And I think, you know, it connects to Ilhan Omar too, because there's all the evidence that her refugee application was fraudulent. 0.99
00:37:50.000 But if you take a step back, just what we can all see that she's not grateful to be here, that's all the evidence you need. 0.51
00:37:56.000 Because if you were really fleeing hardship, you'd get down on your knees and you'd thank America and you'd go through your life without complaint because it would be better than whatever hellhole you escaped from.
00:38:07.000 And that's not what we're seeing from these people.
00:38:09.000 Yeah, Luke, have you contacted the Trump administration, the fraud division?
00:38:13.000 Have you sent them all of this material?
00:38:15.000 Yeah, I did send it to them.
00:38:17.000 You know, we'll see if they take action.
00:38:19.000 It certainly exposes that the GPS system they're using to track.
00:38:23.000 Does not reflect what's happening on the ground.
00:38:26.000 And Dr. Oz has pointed out recently, he's talked about this program and said there was a drug dealer arrested in Pennsylvania who, while he was being arrested, he asked the cops to let him out of handcuffs so he could clock out of his home health care shift.
00:38:39.000 And the cops were like, Why would you tell us that?
00:38:41.000 That's fraud.
00:38:43.000 And he said, Oh, everybody's doing it.
00:38:44.000 What are you going to arrest the whole city?
00:38:46.000 And so Dr. Oz said, You know, the problem with these fraud scissors, they're not just stealing our money, they're not just taking services away from people who actually need them.
00:38:54.000 But they're stealing our trust. 1.00
00:38:56.000 And I think that's the most evil part about these refugees. 1.00
00:38:59.000 They're turning us into a low trust society because we can't do it anymore. 1.00
00:39:03.000 We can't trust people.
00:39:05.000 When the next guy comes down the aisle at the grocery store and asks you what time it is, you're going to have to tell them to F off because people like this, you know?
00:39:13.000 Yeah, that line is so powerful.
00:39:15.000 They're stealing our trust.
00:39:17.000 And that's really tragic.
00:39:19.000 And, you know, I think about the America that I grew up in, and we were suckers because it was such a high trust society.
00:39:25.000 We couldn't imagine. 1.00
00:39:27.000 Some Bhutanese or Somali refugee that we extended our heart and our graciousness and our generosity to, turning around and repaying that by looting the treasury. 1.00
00:39:38.000 But that's exactly what happened. 1.00
00:39:40.000 And so the trick here is when we expose this, when Luke does his reporting, when we talk about it on this show, you cannot turn around and be like, well, I don't want to be racist.
00:39:49.000 I don't want to be called hateful.
00:39:51.000 And this is what they do.
00:39:53.000 We had Tim Miller from The Bulwark on this week, and he was like, well, we're supposed to be an open society and welcoming, and you're turning America into something else.
00:40:01.000 No, they're turning America into something else.
00:40:04.000 They stole our trust.
00:40:06.000 They are fleecing the system.
00:40:07.000 And if you're not pissed off, you should be. 0.99
00:40:09.000 And we need to stop being suckers. 0.98
00:40:12.000 You need to stop caring when people use the racist word against you. 0.97
00:40:16.000 Because Americans are not racist. 0.98
00:40:19.000 But we've been suckers for a long time. 0.98
00:40:20.000 And that needs to stop.
00:40:22.000 Luke, God bless you in this reporting, man.
00:40:24.000 It's really important.
00:40:25.000 Keep at it.
00:40:25.000 I hope you've got a couple new leads that you're going to be pursuing on this front.
00:40:29.000 I got more coming.
00:40:30.000 Thank you, guys.
00:40:30.000 You're the best.
00:40:31.000 Thanks.
00:40:32.000 Luke Rosiak, investigative journalist and reporter at the Daily Wire. 0.99
00:40:36.000 And, you know, listen, Daily Wire takes a lot of crap. 1.00
00:40:40.000 You know, Turning Point takes a lot of crap. 0.99
00:40:41.000 It's part of doing business, okay? 0.97
00:40:43.000 But the fact that they are funding reporters like Luke Rosiak to go out there and do real journalists, they deserve your respect and appreciation.
00:40:50.000 Yeah, just 100%.
00:40:51.000 And another thing to drive home is like, it's not even just that this happens, it's that the left, just like with the border, it's that they are very much.
00:41:02.000 Aligned with let this continue forever.
00:41:05.000 They think you're evil.
00:41:06.000 They want to loot the Treasury.
00:41:08.000 Their approach for voter fraud, if you expose it, is to charge people exposing it.
00:41:12.000 Their response to Nick Shirley's of the world and probably the Luke Rosiak soon enough is to pass bills that make it so you can't go and videotape this fraud.
00:41:19.000 That it is literally hear no evil, see no evil.
00:41:22.000 That if they will make it so nobody's looking for this, then they can argue it's not happening.
00:41:27.000 And then they make it so pervasive, it's like that criminal.
00:41:30.000 What are you going to do?
00:41:31.000 Arrest the whole town?
00:41:32.000 That's what they want to do.
00:41:33.000 And the answer has to be yes.
00:41:35.000 We are willing to do that.
00:41:36.000 100%.
00:41:37.000 All of them will go home.
00:41:38.000 All of this is on the ballot.
00:41:40.000 Vote.
00:41:41.000 Vote. 0.99
00:41:42.000 We cannot be suckers anymore.
00:41:45.000 By the end of the year, more than 60,000 babies will have been saved by preborn centers.
00:41:51.000 Just this year 60,000 babies.
00:41:54.000 And for every baby who's saved, there's a mom who's saved from a lifetime of pain and regret. 0.87
00:41:58.000 Take a stand for life by providing an ultrasound for a young woman. 0.73
00:42:02.000 When you do, She is twice as likely to choose life.
00:42:05.000 Just $28 helps provide that ultrasound that saves one baby. 0.99
00:42:08.000 $140 helps save five.
00:42:11.000 A gift of $15,000.
00:42:12.000 And I know there's people out there in this audience that can do this.
00:42:16.000 $15,000 provides an ultrasound machine that can save thousands of babies for years to come.
00:42:21.000 And $28 a month can help save babies all year long for less than a dollar a day.
00:42:26.000 So call 833 850 2229.
00:42:30.000 That's 833 850 2229.
00:42:32.000 Or click on the preborn banner at charliekirk.com today.
00:42:36.000 Preborn was so special to Charlie, and it's so important to me as well.
00:42:41.000 Right now, you can help make motherhood possible by providing ultrasounds with preborn.
00:42:45.000 I'd be so honored if you'd prayerfully consider joining us.
00:42:50.000 We have a special guest from the White House to kick us off here.
00:42:54.000 One of my favorite guests, and I think Charlie's favorite guest when it comes to talking about the economy, a complete white pill.
00:43:01.000 I call him White Pill Kevin Hassett.
00:43:03.000 He's the director of National Economic Council at the White House there.
00:43:07.000 And we got some breaking economic news that was very, very positive yesterday.
00:43:13.000 I'm going to play the clip from CNBC just because I want people to know I'm not making this stuff up.
00:43:18.000 All right.
00:43:19.000 And then we'll get your reaction on this other side, Kevin.
00:43:21.000 SOT 21.
00:43:22.000 We're coming in on the headline of PCE at 3 6.
00:43:26.000 I think that's a tick better than expectations.
00:43:30.000 Had been 3-7.
00:43:31.000 I have ex-food, energy, and housing at 0.3%.
00:43:35.000 Let's see, the services price index up 0-4, so still a little hot in there.
00:43:39.000 I'm looking for the core price index up 0-3 as expected, and I'm assuming that means that the year-over-year is 3-1 up a tick.
00:43:46.000 On GDP, hotter, I can't use that word because that's not the word worse used, better than expected.
00:43:53.000 3-4 versus an expectation of 3-2, and that's up from But the economy is not hot, it's strong or solid or whatever word the Fed used yesterday.
00:44:02.000 All right, so GDP comes in at 3.4.
00:44:05.000 That's up from 2.2.
00:44:07.000 That's massive.
00:44:08.000 A 3.4 GDP number posted just a few days before the midterms.
00:44:12.000 I will take it.
00:44:14.000 Kevin, what does our audience need to understand about this number?
00:44:18.000 What is it telling them about the underlying economic strength?
00:44:21.000 Right.
00:44:21.000 Well, what's going on is that the fewest people ever in U.S. history are getting laid off.
00:44:29.000 And so people are getting to work because of no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, no tax on Social Security.
00:44:36.000 People are working harder.
00:44:38.000 So weekly wages are going up.
00:44:40.000 That's making GDP grow and making consumption grow.
00:44:43.000 And, you know, the Democrats, their favorite word is affordability.
00:44:48.000 And they point to high gas prices, which are indeed high.
00:44:51.000 But if you look at the standard of living of a typical American from the day President Trump was inaugurated through this report, then their spending.
00:45:02.000 Their consumption has gone up cumulatively for all Americans by, you won't believe it, a trillion dollars.
00:45:10.000 A trillion dollars.
00:45:11.000 And so people are, after adjusting for inflation, that ordinary Americans are a trillion dollars better off than they were when Joe Biden left office.
00:45:20.000 That's more than $5,000 per family of increased well being because of all the great news that President Trump's policies had produced.
00:45:28.000 And so then I got in a little bit of left wing trouble, which is, as you guys know, it's kind of cause for celebration and raise the toast, right?
00:45:37.000 Because I was on, I forget, I was on one of the Sunday shows.
00:45:41.000 And I actually said, after citing this number, I said, look, the whole affordability story is just a fraud.
00:45:49.000 It's fake.
00:45:50.000 There is no affordability story because people right now are a trillion dollars better off than they were before.
00:45:56.000 And so it's just a myth that affordability is what's going to be driving the election.
00:46:00.000 And then the person said to me, well, then they quoted this Christine Jean Pierre person that worked for Biden.
00:46:09.000 And she said, Oh, well, Hassett's making the same mistake Biden made.
00:46:12.000 He's out there saying the economy's great and the people don't agree with him and it just shows he's out of touch.
00:46:19.000 And then I said, No, there's a big difference because Joe Biden was saying the economy's great and the economy sucked.
00:46:25.000 We're saying the economy's great and the economy's great.
00:46:28.000 It's a fundamental logical difference.
00:46:30.000 I'm sorry.
00:46:31.000 Yeah, no, no, no.
00:46:32.000 And I understand what you're doing and you're saying.
00:46:35.000 And it does become sort of a self fulfilling prophecy when we constantly say, Well, affordability, affordability, affordability.
00:46:41.000 And then people feel.
00:46:42.000 Like they're not, you know, things aren't that affordable and prices are high.
00:46:47.000 And so you don't want to insult your voters.
00:46:48.000 And I understand that.
00:46:49.000 But there is a really good success story to be told on this economy.
00:46:54.000 And yeah, gas prices are high.
00:46:56.000 So how do you square that circle?
00:47:00.000 Because, you know, gas prices end up trickling, energy prices end up trickling throughout the economy, they make everything more expensive.
00:47:07.000 But that is not hurting the Trump economy in a larger macro sense.
00:47:12.000 But there are micro stories, right?
00:47:14.000 So, they're definitely micro stories.
00:47:16.000 Yeah.
00:47:16.000 Yeah.
00:47:17.000 Well, you can finish the question first, too.
00:47:19.000 Well, you know, I think the question is out there.
00:47:21.000 It's sort of, you know, really it comes down to this earnings per capita and this income.
00:47:29.000 People obviously have a trillion dollars more in their pockets to spend than they did just a little while ago.
00:47:33.000 So we know that people have more money.
00:47:36.000 The earnings per capita, though, under Trump is higher than when he started and it was lower adjusted for inflation under Biden.
00:47:44.000 Maybe that's the story that makes it.
00:47:46.000 Right.
00:47:47.000 People were $3,000 per family worse off under Joe Biden because of Biden's inflation.
00:47:52.000 And right now they're $5,000 better off already.
00:47:56.000 Because of President Trump.
00:47:57.000 But the thing about the affordability thing is that because of the sort of corruption of journalism, the reason I like to mention it with people who are out of journalists like yourselves is this that they love to try to take a Trump White House person and give them a question that kind of like, when did you stop beating your wife?
00:48:18.000 And so if you sort of say, well, geez, people, the polls say that people think it's the worst economy ever, then if you disagree with them, Then you're insensitive.
00:48:28.000 And if you agree with them, then you're basically saying you admit that Trump's policies are bad.
00:48:34.000 And so they constantly set up these weird questions where you aren't really supposed to answer one way or the other and look like an okay guy.
00:48:45.000 And so you're constantly having to deal with stuff like that.
00:48:47.000 And the affordability one is one of those.
00:48:50.000 Everybody's saying things aren't affordable.
00:48:52.000 And so that if you say, well, things are affordable, then you're out of touch.
00:48:56.000 Well, exactly.
00:48:58.000 And so it's welcome to my day.
00:48:59.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:49:01.000 Exactly.
00:49:01.000 Well, and there was an interesting moment at JD Vance's, Vice President JD Vance's town hall last night where he was talking about the price of homes, right?
00:49:10.000 So he gets a question from a, I think it was one of our Turning Point USA vice president, I believe at Texas Tech, and asking about the price of homes, right?
00:49:20.000 He went back and looked at the numbers and he said, since we've been doing our deportation, since we've been doing all this stuff, cracking down on H 1B fraud, the price of homes in Texas dropped almost 3%.
00:49:32.000 But the problem.
00:49:33.000 Right.
00:49:34.000 Is that under Joe Biden, the price of homes in Texas went up 100%.
00:49:38.000 And I think this is wherein you kind of run into a problem is that our policies really do work.
00:49:44.000 When you restore financial stability and common sense in our markets and some of these other ancillary issues like immigration, they do start working, but it's slower than ruining them.
00:49:57.000 It's great.
00:49:58.000 You can ruin them much faster than you can fix them.
00:50:00.000 It's been a decades long ruination process, and it's very difficult to undo that damage.
00:50:05.000 And I think that's what we're getting at.
00:50:07.000 People say affordability is a problem.
00:50:08.000 The problem is they're just a miasma that everyone knows America's not as good as it was 30 years ago.
00:50:14.000 And that's going to take a while to undo all of that damage, even if you have very good America First policies. 0.97
00:50:19.000 But we're really fixing it fast.
00:50:22.000 I agree that, you know, like, so you lost because of Biden 22% of your purchasing power.
00:50:28.000 And instead of having 10% inflation, now you've got 2% inflation, but the prices are still higher.
00:50:34.000 And so then the question is, how do you make it up?
00:50:36.000 Well, you make it up with wage growth and income growth.
00:50:38.000 And we're seeing the wage growth and income growth.
00:50:40.000 So people are.
00:50:41.000 Better off, but the prices are still really, really high.
00:50:44.000 So, Kevin, this is the final push.
00:50:46.000 It's your final pitch to this country in explaining why the economy is actually rip roaring.
00:50:53.000 It's solid.
00:50:54.000 The fundamentals are strong.
00:50:55.000 GDP growth is strong.
00:50:57.000 Your earnings are going up.
00:50:58.000 Employment is strong.
00:51:00.000 Gas prices are high.
00:51:02.000 Okay.
00:51:02.000 Gas prices are high.
00:51:04.000 I do believe we're in a race against the clock when it comes to the economy because we've got, yeah, there's an election on Tuesday, but then we've got two years until 2028.
00:51:15.000 What When you're looking at the economy, what are you seeing that makes you so encouraged and so enthusiastic?
00:51:21.000 Your note to the voters.
00:51:23.000 One of the best things that I see in the data right now is for the longest time, it feels like the people in their sort of 20s and early 30s were getting handed the bill for everything else that the government is doing and not really seeing much of government come out and provide things that are helpful to their lives.
00:51:49.000 And under the Biden administration, you saw, for example, first time home ownership.
00:51:55.000 Basically, it went from being like 26 year old people to 36 year old people.
00:52:01.000 And one of the things that I think is the strongest about the economy right now is it's an economy that is teeing itself up for a golden age for today's younger folks, today's young workers.
00:52:14.000 And the way you can see it is that we just had in the GDP report that we just had, we had the biggest capital spending increase I've ever seen.
00:52:21.000 And back in the day when I was a kid just out of graduate school, I was the guy who followed capital spending for Alan Greenspan at the Fed.
00:52:29.000 And in all my years, I've never seen capital spending go up so much.
00:52:33.000 And we still have a trade deficit, but the imports that we're bringing in are machines and tools and things that people are going to use to build things in the future.
00:52:42.000 And so it's one thing if we're buying things that like today's folks are consuming, that doesn't create like a stock of capital that can help create a golden age for today's younger workers.
00:52:55.000 Right now, what we're doing is we're growing like crazy, but we're not growing like crazy because we're buying like carnival animals.
00:53:02.000 We're buying like We are growing like crazy because we're buying stuff that's going to make our productive capacity way higher in the future.
00:53:10.000 And there's never really been such a revolutionary time in the history of the American economy.
00:53:15.000 I think that's great.
00:53:16.000 And that's going to lead to jobs, that's going to lead to productivity that will further increase the earnings per capita of the average American family.
00:53:26.000 And let me give you an example.
00:53:27.000 Just sorry if I cut you off, but think about this.
00:53:31.000 From the time President Trump took office to today, There are 120,000 people who are currently employed building factories who weren't doing that in the January before President Trump took office.
00:53:45.000 So you go to the University of Michigan football stadium, take everybody who's in there at that game, and then put them to work building a factory.
00:53:53.000 Like, think about how many factories are going to be built all around the country.
00:53:57.000 And then when those factories turn the lights on, just think about what's going to happen to jobs and to wages.
00:54:02.000 And, you know, I think that what's going on is that the Trump economy right now. 0.51
00:54:07.000 Is reversing not just the damage to Joe Biden, but the damage that we got when China entered the WTO and created all those ghost towns around America.
00:54:15.000 Well, the ghost towns are waking up and they're flourishing, and they're doing it on the backs of 120,000 workers who were building factories that weren't just a year and a half ago. 0.90
00:54:24.000 Yeah, and we're employing Americans, not foreigners. 0.87
00:54:27.000 And the fastest growing segment of the economy isn't government jobs either, which is another huge problem.
00:54:34.000 In fact, it's the reverse.
00:54:35.000 So federal government employment is down 330,000 workers.
00:54:39.000 Since President Trump took office, that's going to save us about half a trillion dollars in government salaries over the next 10 years.
00:54:46.000 And by the way, you know, government workers are fine people too.
00:54:50.000 I'm a government worker right now.
00:54:52.000 And the fact is that we've been following closely what happens around the DC area to the government workers when they leave federal employment.
00:54:59.000 And you know what?
00:55:00.000 They're getting jobs right away that are higher paying jobs than the ones that they had in government.
00:55:05.000 And so there's no increase in unemployment in the DC area, despite the fact that 330,000 federal government workers have moved on.
00:55:13.000 Well, that could probably be a model for everybody.
00:55:17.000 I remember when Elon Musk fired all those people at Twitter, now X, and guess what?
00:55:22.000 The app still works.
00:55:23.000 I still use it every day.
00:55:25.000 Kevin Hassett, thank you.
00:55:26.000 God bless you.
00:55:28.000 The white pill economist from the White House, we love it.
00:55:31.000 And this is our final pitch to voters that so much foundational work has been done to right the wrongs of the Biden years and, frankly, decades before that.
00:55:42.000 We're at the precipice of some really good things.
00:55:46.000 And if we get those gas prices down, I think people are really going to feel it.
00:55:49.000 They're going to emotionally connect with that.
00:55:51.000 And so hopefully that's what's on the horizon.
00:55:53.000 Kevin Hassett, thank you so much.
00:55:54.000 God bless you.
00:55:55.000 Thanks for having me, guys.
00:55:56.000 Thank you.
00:55:59.000 Before he ever stepped onto a debate stage or behind a microphone, Charlie understood something really important that if you want to lead, you first have to learn.
00:56:08.000 Charlie believed that ideas shape character, conviction, and courage.
00:56:12.000 That's why he spent years studying the classics, the American founding, and the Bible through Hillsdale College's.
00:56:17.000 Free online courses.
00:56:18.000 He would rave about these courses all the time.
00:56:20.000 These free online courses are taught by Hillsdale College professors and draw from the same great books and enduring ideas studied on Hillsdale's campus.
00:56:29.000 Hillsdale's newest free online course is the Iliad, where Professor Stephen Smith guides students through Homer's great epic of honor, courage, friendship, leadership, and the pursuit of true greatness.
00:56:40.000 For nearly 3,000 years, the Iliad has shaped the Western imagination.
00:56:44.000 It tells the story of Achilles as he confronts injustice, rage, grief, responsibility, and the terrible costs of war.
00:56:50.000 But Homer's epic is more than a story of ancient battles.
00:56:53.000 It raises enduring questions about courage, duty, leadership, sacrifice, and self command.
00:56:59.000 Achilles is the greatest warrior among the Greeks, but Homer asks whether strength alone is enough to make a man truly great.
00:57:05.000 In this new free online course, you'll follow Achilles through the defining trials of his life and discover why one of the greatest works of Western literature still speaks to the permanent questions of human life.
00:57:16.000 Charlie understood that learning isn't just about gaining knowledge.
00:57:19.000 It's about forming the mind and character needed to face the challenges of life.
00:57:23.000 With wisdom and courage, you can enroll today completely free and take this class or their 40 plus other free online courses.

00:57:43.000 All right, we actually have a lot of questions that have been piling up in the AMA, so let's dive right into them.
00:57:48.000 Caleb and Michelle, you're first.
00:57:51.000 What's your question?
00:57:52.000 Caleb and Michelle, hey guys, unmute yourself.
00:57:56.000 Hi, how are you guys doing?
00:57:57.000 Doing lovely.
00:57:58.000 How are you?
00:58:00.000 What's your question?
00:58:01.000 Um, hey, um, so let's see.
00:58:03.000 Michelle's parents sent us a video link from the Liz Wheeler show, and they said, What do you know about this?
00:58:09.000 And I'm like, Oh, I don't know.
00:58:10.000 Let's let's ask on the Charlie Kirk show.
00:58:12.000 So there was a story about um Candace Owens receiving money from Russia to be an influencer, and I was like, Whoa, what do you guys know about that?
00:58:23.000 And what do you think about it?
00:58:25.000 Blake, you want to go first?
00:58:26.000 I mean, my answer is, I I know nothing to that extent.
00:58:30.000 I know it's a popular allegation. 0.73
00:58:32.000 It's made against Candace. 0.99
00:58:33.000 It's made against Tucker and others that they get money from foreign countries, from Russia, from Qatar, from wherever.
00:58:42.000 It's thrown around a lot.
00:58:44.000 I think it can get thrown around more than there's direct evidence for it.
00:58:49.000 I can see why people believe it because you'll very often hear these people make very anti American takes.
00:58:57.000 They'll be very, very sympathetic to these foreign countries.
00:59:00.000 So, like, Candace went to Russia.
00:59:02.000 She's extremely pro Russia. 0.88
00:59:04.000 She chills for Russia. 0.94
00:59:06.000 I don't think that proves she's taking money from them.
00:59:08.000 I think a lot of these people will do it for love of the game.
00:59:11.000 But do you know anything more about that, Andrew?
00:59:14.000 No, I mean, there's a guy named Ryan Morrow online that has been following this.
00:59:19.000 I know Andrew Wilson is another guy that has speculated that she's plotting an escape to Russia with these lawsuits.
00:59:28.000 I don't have any insider knowledge about it.
00:59:32.000 When she went to Russia, I know she was involved with some Putin allied events.
00:59:40.000 It's very interesting.
00:59:42.000 I don't know.
00:59:44.000 They like to trot out these people who are.
00:59:46.000 Prominent figures in U.S. media as trophies.
00:59:49.000 Yeah, of course.
00:59:50.000 And the other thing I would say is, I guess the whole ideology is that Russia is this proudly Christian nation that stands up for Christianity or something.
01:00:01.000 But if you really peel back the layers, it's like divorce rates are through the roof, fertility rates are bottoming out, alcoholism and all this stuff.
01:00:09.000 I know a lot of Christians from Russia, and they don't view Russia as a Christian paradise. 0.92
01:00:13.000 It's better than it was under the Soviets. 0.95
01:00:15.000 Yeah, certainly.
01:00:16.000 And the other thing is, though, they get really upset about Christians getting killed in Gaza, for example, which you should be upset about that.
01:00:24.000 But then, you know, what about all the Christians that Putin's killing in Ukraine?
01:00:28.000 I never hear them complain about that.
01:00:30.000 It's just something to think about.
01:00:32.000 A little piece of breaking news here the DOJ is now investigating CCTV footage from Lewiston, Maine City Hall.
01:00:40.000 And what does that footage show?
01:00:42.000 It appears to show Somali NGO translators.
01:00:46.000 That's right.
01:00:48.000 We provide translators so foreigners can vote in our elections.
01:00:51.000 And they're coaching migrant voters and even filling out their ballots per Maine wire.
01:00:57.000 So the U.S. Attorney for Maine, Andrew Benson, confirmed his office is reviewing the early voting video and says, We will not tolerate threats to the integrity of our elections.
01:01:06.000 This is what they do over and over.
01:01:08.000 They've been doing this a decade.
01:01:09.000 They all get their interpreter in the booth with them.
01:01:13.000 No one knows Somali.
01:01:14.000 So what happens is, when the handful of times this gets watched, They literally are just saying, like, that's our guy.
01:01:20.000 Fill that out.
01:01:20.000 Vote for them.
01:01:21.000 Like, that's the translation they're doing.
01:01:23.000 And they're diluting the votes of actual people.
01:01:25.000 And they all vote in block, 100% for whoever is going to give them the most money and not enforce fraud laws.
01:01:32.000 Absolutely glaring.
01:01:33.000 140 hours of security footage obtained by the main wire shows 200 plus non English speaking Somali voters walked through the process by a handful of these translators.
01:01:45.000 Under main law, translators can't approach voters unasked, can't influence their choices, and can't touch the ballot.
01:01:51.000 We'll see if they did or did not.
01:01:53.000 But bottom line, if you can't speak English, you shouldn't have the franchise.
01:01:56.000 I mean, it's that simple.
01:01:57.000 Who's our next question?
01:01:58.000 All righty.
01:01:59.000 I think Michael is next.
01:02:00.000 Michael, unmute yourself and what's your question?
01:02:02.000 Can you hear me?
01:02:03.000 Yep.
01:02:04.000 Yes.
01:02:04.000 Hey, Michael.
01:02:05.000 Awesome.
01:02:06.000 So I've been seen in the news a lot with the Bush wing and especially John Corrin trying to throw the Texas race.
01:02:13.000 And quite frankly, just absolute.
01:02:16.000 If I had tried half of this stuff when I first got started in politics, they would have thrown me out of the Republican Party and never would have let me back in.
01:02:22.000 So, where's the loyalty at?
01:02:23.000 Because I got lectured nonstop for the first 10 years.
01:02:26.000 You got to be loyal.
01:02:27.000 You got to be loyal, Witness.
01:02:28.000 Your turn.
01:02:29.000 When your turn comes, then you can set the policy and you can set the agenda.
01:02:33.000 And here we are, under 45s, finally got Trump in the White House, and we've got none of it.
01:02:38.000 At what point in time do we just say, screw you and burn everything they have down?
01:02:41.000 Well, we're doing a lot of that. 0.97
01:02:43.000 Like, I know we're very annoyed that John Cornyn is clearly pouting.
01:02:48.000 He clearly wants Tal Arika to win.
01:02:50.000 We discussed that with Tim Scott the other day.
01:02:53.000 Tom Tillis.
01:02:54.000 Endlessly signaling he wants the GOP to lose these midterms.
01:02:57.000 They have this fantasy that if these midterms go badly, there will be some great revival of 2014 era GOP, the same GOP that lost a bunch of presidential elections in a row, that lost on every issue, that never delivered on anything.
01:03:10.000 They imagine they'll bring this back.
01:03:12.000 But we say, like, when do we get these people out?
01:03:15.000 That is what's going on. 0.99
01:03:16.000 We did give Cornyn the boot.
01:03:18.000 There will not be another person like John Cornyn ever running for Senate in Texas again.
01:03:23.000 Win or lose this race.
01:03:23.000 And we're going all out to win this race.
01:03:25.000 But God forbid we lose.
01:03:27.000 We'll be running someone who agrees with Ken Paxton on the issues in six years' time, not someone who's a revival of John Cornyn.
01:03:34.000 Period.
01:03:35.000 There's endless progress being made.
01:03:37.000 We just suffer from the fact that senators get six year terms, it's hard to unseat an incumbent.
01:03:42.000 They don't change as quickly as the party does, as the base does.
01:03:46.000 But basically, almost every senator, every new senator we get is almost always better than the person that they're replacing.
01:03:52.000 Yeah.
01:03:53.000 Hell hath no fury like a rhino scorned.
01:03:55.000 Yeah.
01:03:56.000 I will tell you.
01:03:56.000 And a lot of these people just end up being Democrats eventually.
01:03:59.000 We don't need to kick them out of the party because they kick themselves out with their disgraceful behavior.
01:04:03.000 Yeah.
01:04:03.000 I mean, we saw that with Flake in Arizona.
01:04:05.000 We, you know, and candidly, it happens a lot.
01:04:08.000 Sadly, even some of our guys, for example, you got Darlene Graham running for Senate in.
01:04:15.000 South Carolina.
01:04:16.000 And unfortunately, Ralph Norman, who actually we endorsed at Turning Point Action before the president endorsed Darlene, he didn't win and he didn't win that primary.
01:04:26.000 And he's a bit upset.
01:04:27.000 And there's a whole write in, you know, project for him in the general.
01:04:31.000 That's not good.
01:04:32.000 Yeah.
01:04:33.000 No.
01:04:33.000 So you are voting Republican in the general election.
01:04:35.000 People need to stop being embittered by losing in politics.
01:04:38.000 It's part of the game.
01:04:39.000 It's what you signed up for.
01:04:40.000 Did I hear you ask in a second?
01:04:42.000 Follow up?
01:04:43.000 Well, I was just going to say at this point, I don't, honestly, sometimes I don't understand because it gets confusing to people.
01:04:48.000 I think it's confusing people who aren't.
01:04:50.000 As involved in politics, when we say we have the Senate, but when you look at how the Senate actually votes, there's always three or four Republicans.
01:04:57.000 That's a good point.
01:04:57.000 Endlessly.
01:04:58.000 Hugely frustrating.
01:05:00.000 And then they're like, and then I'm going to my Normie friends.
01:05:02.000 I'm like, you don't understand.
01:05:03.000 We really don't have the Senate.
01:05:04.000 Yes, there's four or five Republicans in there that are under our banner, but if you look at how they vote, if you look at their actual actions, they may as well be Democrats.
01:05:11.000 I mean, it is one of the most frustrating things in the world that there's a lot of people, there are people out there who will not vote because they'll say, President Trump betrayed us on the Save Act.
01:05:21.000 And it is no.
01:05:22.000 President Trump endlessly fought for the Save Act, demanded the Save Act, howled for the Save Act, lobbied for the Save Act.
01:05:28.000 And there are a bunch of Republicans who just say, we're not going to get rid of the filibuster to do it.
01:05:32.000 So we're not going to pass it.
01:05:33.000 And deep down, I think a lot of them just didn't want to pass it.
01:05:36.000 And they pretend otherwise.
01:05:37.000 You got McConnell.
01:05:39.000 You've got Lisa Murkowski.
01:05:41.000 Susan Collins is somebody you can work with.
01:05:43.000 Yeah.
01:05:43.000 We like Susan in a broader sense.
01:05:46.000 She's not like part of the tribe or anything. 0.56
01:05:48.000 Susan Collins is always allowed to be as moderate as she needs to be to get elected because she's always there when we really need her. 1.00
01:05:54.000 Yep.
01:05:54.000 And then, but, But the point is very well made.
01:05:56.000 There is economic illiteracy in the country that drives me nuts.
01:06:00.000 People don't understand basic supply and demand.
01:06:02.000 They don't understand where inflation comes from.
01:06:04.000 And the other thing that really drives me nuts is that people don't understand that Trump is not a king.
01:06:08.000 You know, they do these no kings protests.
01:06:10.000 Trump himself might sometimes wish he was a king.
01:06:12.000 I mean, he wishes he was probably, but he's not.
01:06:15.000 You know, we have a constitutional republic and he cannot.
01:06:18.000 Okay, for example, people get really upset about the spending in Washington.
01:06:23.000 I get really upset about the spending in Washington.
01:06:25.000 Here's the thing.
01:06:27.000 If you're upset about the spending levels in Washington, the answer is to not go give power back to the Democrats.
01:06:34.000 It's to vote in more Republicans because our margins were too narrow.
01:06:39.000 And as you made a great point here, we had about four senators that would just go rogue.
01:06:43.000 And we had to throw them all these goodies to get them to vote for anything.
01:06:46.000 So if you want conservative governance, we need more conservatives.
01:06:50.000 This is one of the reasons why I'm really in favor of getting rid of the 17th Amendment because senators need to get elected by the Senate.
01:06:56.000 We've got to stop saying get rid of an amendment because it will not happen.
01:06:59.000 But the point is, I don't want to give people cocaine.
01:07:01.000 The point is, we need more, not less.
01:07:04.000 We need to enforce our numbers, reinforce the, we need the cavalry to come in.
01:07:09.000 All right.
01:07:09.000 So the cavalry to come in.
01:07:12.000 Elizabeth, next. 0.96
01:07:14.000 Elizabeth, welcome to the show.
01:07:16.000 Please unmute yourself.
01:07:17.000 Hi, Blake.
01:07:18.000 Hi, Andrew.
01:07:19.000 How are you?
01:07:19.000 We're doing great.
01:07:20.000 Doing great.
01:07:20.000 Thank you.
01:07:22.000 The reason I was calling is I didn't think we got enough attention by any conservative media that there are a lot of really great propositions on the ballot.
01:07:32.000 Like, for example, in Alaska, Prop 2 is to get rid of ranked choice voting.
01:07:38.000 And also, there were some propositions in Colorado.
01:07:42.000 Like, for example, if you are found guilty of trafficking a minor, it would be like an automatic life sentence in prison.
01:07:51.000 And I want to know if you guys, because you know more about these things than I do, are there really good propositions on the ballot that might help bring out like low propensity voters?
01:07:58.000 100%.
01:07:59.000 100%.
01:08:00.000 So, first of all, you're correct.
01:08:01.000 And this is a big reason to turn out, even if you're in a state that you think is not competitive, like Colorado.
01:08:06.000 We're not flipping a Senate seat there.
01:08:08.000 I doubt we're, I don't even know if their governor's up, but, and their House seats are pretty gerrymandered.
01:08:11.000 So, not a lot of big national races, but you can make your state better.
01:08:15.000 By making them tougher on crime.
01:08:18.000 Alaska, ranked choice voting.
01:08:19.000 I looked.
01:08:20.000 That passed super narrowly.
01:08:22.000 It failed to be repealed two years ago, super narrowly.
01:08:25.000 Now maybe people are realizing what a scam ranked choice voting is with the Dan Sullivan, the decoy Dan stuff.
01:08:30.000 We need to get rid of that.
01:08:32.000 We just need to keep trying, and they've got to do it because through initiated measures.
01:08:35.000 I don't think the legislature can do it.
01:08:37.000 You guys got to vote for it.
01:08:38.000 There's another one.
01:08:39.000 We actually got an email.
01:08:40.000 I want to shout this out from Joni.
01:08:41.000 She pointed out that Prop 39 is on the ballot in California.
01:08:46.000 That is voter ID, mandatory voter ID.
01:08:50.000 Polls are all over the place on this one.
01:08:52.000 There's some that have it losing by 20, some that have it winning by 11.
01:08:55.000 I don't think it's well polled, but I think when you get normal Democrat voters who don't really get the memo of how extreme their party is, they read, Oh, should you require ID to vote?
01:09:04.000 They shrug and they go, Yeah, of course.
01:09:06.000 So if you're in California, even if you're in a House seat, we're not going to win.
01:09:10.000 You need to be turning out to vote.
01:09:12.000 You need to be turning out to vote for things like this, because even in 2020, when California was as blue as it would possibly be, they tried to legalize racial discrimination in that state with a ballot measure.
01:09:23.000 And it failed.
01:09:23.000 It failed because normal Democrats recoiled at what their party was trying to do.
01:09:28.000 So there's a lot of good measures like that all around the country.
01:09:32.000 Your state might have a right to life measure or a pro abortion one.
01:09:35.000 You should be voting on those. 0.89
01:09:36.000 There's voter ID stuff.
01:09:38.000 There are so many things.
01:09:39.000 We can't highlight all of them because it's state by state.
01:09:41.000 Every state's different.
01:09:43.000 But I'm glad you flagged those too.
01:09:45.000 Yeah, Prop 39 is the big one in California.
01:09:47.000 And that really can pass.
01:09:49.000 And it would amend the California Constitution to require government issued ID.
01:09:53.000 For in person voting.
01:09:54.000 And they make, they have such ridiculous lies where they're like, it would cost us hundreds of millions of dollars to implement this burdensome requirement to have an ID.
01:10:00.000 Hundreds of millions of dollars on an environmental study.
01:10:03.000 Think about how many feet of high speed rail that money could run.
01:10:06.000 That high speed rail that will never be built.
01:10:08.000 Who's up next?
01:10:09.000 Let's do, how about, David?
01:10:13.000 Yeah, David, let's get David up.
01:10:16.000 Hey, how are you doing there, David?
01:10:17.000 Doing great.
01:10:17.000 What's your question?
01:10:19.000 My question is, actually, I have two questions, but I see there's a lot of people.
01:10:23.000 So I'm just going to ask one.
01:10:26.000 I'm also in California.
01:10:28.000 And our advice, my advice, I want to know what's your advice.
01:10:32.000 Say you don't get what you want in this election, what's your advice to keep going?
01:10:42.000 Because you just talked about John Cornyn and the GOP, and it doesn't seem like things get done.
01:10:50.000 What is Turning Point's actions advice?
01:10:54.000 Well, are you considering leaving California or are you a lifer?
01:11:00.000 That's a good question.
01:11:04.000 I have no answer for that right now.
01:11:06.000 Well, if you're going to stay in California, then the key thing is to fight locally and to organize locally.
01:11:13.000 So, for example, we have different GOPs throughout the state of California that have contacted us to white label our Turning Point Action app, which is something you can do.
01:11:24.000 You can put your own county GOP logo on it.
01:11:26.000 People can download it from the app store and use all the data, all the tools that we've built over here at Turning Point Action.
01:11:32.000 So, there's county GOPs all over California doing.
01:11:36.000 This is on a volunteer basis.
01:11:37.000 Now, it's not a state we're going to invest hard resources in because we have to think about ROI and stewarding our resources in the best way possible, the most efficient way possible.
01:11:49.000 So, unfortunately, we can't do that for you.
01:11:51.000 But look at what Steve Hilton is doing.
01:11:53.000 He's mobilizing a massive groundswell.
01:11:56.000 Steve Hilton, he could very well lose the governorship, but ensure that Proposition 39 gets enforced.
01:12:02.000 And what that does is it's a brick on brick approach.
01:12:05.000 That Prop 39 getting passed might ensure that other conservatives can.
01:12:08.000 Be elected in the state of California in the future.
01:12:11.000 So you got to think of it incrementally in a state like California.
01:12:14.000 The problem is too big to fix it in one cycle.
01:12:19.000 So it's local, it's school boards, it's local races, local congressional races, and then fighting for these incremental wins on the statewide level.
01:12:28.000 Because California, people don't realize this.
01:12:32.000 Things change very quickly.
01:12:35.000 We might have an election where we have Michelle Tafoya winning in Minnesota.
01:12:40.000 Kathy Hochul, believe it or not, is like up against it against Bruce Blakeman in New York. 0.98
01:12:44.000 You could have Sununu win the Senate seat in New Hampshire, Susan Collins in Maine.
01:12:49.000 You might have this weird little inverted map, and that should give you inspiration that anything can change in politics.
01:12:55.000 Things are cyclical, put it that way.
01:12:58.000 So keep fighting the good fight.
01:13:00.000 You don't know when those investments are going to pay dividends.
01:13:05.000 Yeah, we got Halloween coming up this weekend, which I know some people are anti Halloween.
01:13:09.000 Do a Harvest Festival.
01:13:10.000 Do it.
01:13:12.000 At least eat a bunch of candy and get a stomachache.
01:13:14.000 Can you do the trunk or treats and things like that?
01:13:17.000 I despise trunk or treating.
01:13:18.000 It's not my thing either.
01:13:19.000 It's so lame.
01:13:21.000 We have a big plan for our kids.
01:13:23.000 We ended up buying them two different costumes because the girls decided they wanted to be cheerleaders last minute.
01:13:29.000 To me, real trick or treating needs to be a priority for American governance.
01:13:34.000 It's a matter of maintaining your community.
01:13:36.000 And if you think your neighborhood is too unsafe to do trick or treating, one, you're probably wrong.
01:13:40.000 But two, that should be a core law and order element.
01:13:43.000 Our goal is. 0.64
01:13:43.000 We should have bukeleism if it is necessary to have cities where you can go trick or treating to your neighborhood. 0.64
01:13:49.000 It's a really interesting point.
01:13:50.000 It's a reflection on relative cultural cohesion and safety and neighborly trust.
01:13:55.000 And have a national task force to find people who steal entire bowls of candy. 0.94
01:14:00.000 Those people might need to get life in prison.
01:14:02.000 If you're speaking English and you're raiding our Medicare and Medicaid programs and then you raid bowls of treats. 0.88
01:14:09.000 That said, you shouldn't do bowls of treats, you should be handing them out to people.
01:14:12.000 Anyway, we have Mary.
01:14:14.000 We lost Mary, but we have her question.
01:14:16.000 She was asking us.
01:14:17.000 Do you think it is possible to flip Minnesota red?
01:14:20.000 One, yes, even though it's a blue tilting state.
01:14:24.000 And, you know, famous last words maybe we'll lose, but we have a lot of signs, a lot of ordinary people in Minnesota.
01:14:30.000 They've seen their state become a national laughingstock because of how corrupt its blue state government is. 0.99
01:14:36.000 That their state is getting absolutely looted by Somali fraudsters. 1.00
01:14:41.000 And the only reaction of their state government is we should try to make it illegal to expose this.
01:14:47.000 So many people are angry.
01:14:48.000 It is a poster child of fraud and.
01:14:51.000 Poor governance. 0.86
01:14:52.000 And Michelle Tafoya, she's a great candidate. 0.84
01:14:54.000 She's run well. 0.50
01:14:55.000 She's a really good candidate. 0.97
01:14:56.000 And Penny Flanagan is a radical, like trans loving nutcase. 0.92
01:15:02.000 She's not a popular. 0.91
01:15:03.000 It's the perfect storm for where you can get an upset in what's otherwise a tough year.
01:15:08.000 That weak candidate in party power, strong candidate in the challenging party, and a lot of dysfunction in the state, which can boil over and make it significantly to the right of where it normally would be in the country as a whole.
01:15:23.000 And so, got to fight hard in Minnesota.
01:15:26.000 But we're just going to keep saying it.
01:15:28.000 If you're in Minnesota.
01:15:29.000 Your state is a joke for the entire country, and you can help fix that by turning out the Democrats.
01:15:36.000 So, next, we have Elizabeth, the other Elizabeth.
01:15:40.000 So, Elizabeth, unmute yourself and what's your question?
01:15:43.000 Good morning, guys.
01:15:45.000 So, in the 2022 midterms, being from Arizona, I experienced issues at the polls.
01:15:53.000 I had to go through the polls three times to vote, to cast my vote.
01:15:58.000 The ballot machine or reader would not.
01:16:01.000 Read my vote, and it was not just happening to me.
01:16:04.000 There were a bunch of us kind of looking around at each other, being sent through twice, three times.
01:16:09.000 And by the third time, they basically turned me away and said, We'll just take your ballot, put it in this box, and we'll take it downtown to be read, which I was not super comfortable with.
01:16:21.000 But I didn't have any other recourse at the time, I didn't know what to do.
01:16:26.000 So I know lightning never really strikes the same place twice.
01:16:30.000 I'm not expecting that to happen to me again.
01:16:35.000 Just want to make other Arizonans aware that things do go awry because I know it didn't happen to my husband.
01:16:41.000 He was at a different polling location to vote in the 2022 election.
01:16:46.000 But what can we be looking out for?
01:16:49.000 And if we experience something suspiciously off at the polls, what is our recourse?
01:16:56.000 What do we do?
01:16:57.000 Because I know we can't like start taking pictures and videos in the polling place.
01:17:03.000 I was told we can go live outside and, you know, start.
01:17:07.000 Taking to social media airwaves and things like that.
01:17:10.000 But if there's a call we can make or something like that when something's off.
01:17:16.000 Well, yeah.
01:17:17.000 And I just want to take everybody's mind back for a moment to 2022, where you had the ballots didn't fit right and the paper issues because they were the wrong size.
01:17:28.000 And it's crazy that somebody like yourself went to three different polling places to ensure that they got their ballot in.
01:17:33.000 How many people just turned away and said, I got to get back to work?
01:17:36.000 I got to drop my.
01:17:38.000 I was just at one place.
01:17:40.000 I was just at one place, and they sent me through the line three times.
01:17:44.000 They gave me a new ballot three times to fill out, and all three times my ballot would not be read.
01:17:51.000 And it was just at the one location.
01:17:53.000 I did not go to three separate locations.
01:17:56.000 It was just the same location, but I had to go through the line three times.
01:17:59.000 And I wasn't the only one.
01:18:00.000 There were several of us, and we're all looking at each other like we knew who we were voting for.
01:18:06.000 Well, first of all, this is a reason to emphasize.
01:18:09.000 It's a good idea if you're still able to early vote this weekend.
01:18:12.000 You can early vote in person.
01:18:14.000 It's just like voting on election day.
01:18:16.000 We encourage that for reasons like that.
01:18:18.000 If you can, you can.
01:18:19.000 Some states, they close it off over the weekend.
01:18:21.000 Arizona, I believe you still can.
01:18:23.000 You certainly still can today.
01:18:24.000 Today, you can.
01:18:25.000 We encourage getting those ballots in.
01:18:28.000 You can drop them off at drop boxes.
01:18:30.000 Get them in.
01:18:31.000 They're banked.
01:18:32.000 We don't have to worry about turning you out on election day.
01:18:34.000 And it also protects you against these election day issues.
01:18:38.000 If you do see something suspicious and the range of that is so wide, I don't even want to make a specific forecast of what it would be.
01:18:44.000 But if something seems off to you, make sure, even if you can't take photos, either you can record a video of yourself outside, take notes, like record very specifically what happened because that evidence would be useful.
01:18:57.000 Yeah, you need to record it.
01:18:59.000 You need to document it, you know, track your ballot.
01:19:02.000 So you have my.arizona.vote.
01:19:04.000 You can contact the county recorder.
01:19:06.000 So if you're in Maricopa, Justin Heap is fantastic.
01:19:10.000 So you can call him 602 506 1511.
01:19:13.000 That's 602 506 1511.
01:19:17.000 And report it immediately.
01:19:19.000 And if there are systemic issues, you know, across the valley, like that's going to pile up.
01:19:24.000 We're going to hear about it very quickly.
01:19:25.000 We're going to be monitoring it like crazy.
01:19:26.000 You better believe it the morning of.
01:19:28.000 So we're going to be a resource for that, just like we were in 2022.
01:19:32.000 And, you know, just immediately go to a poll worker.
01:19:35.000 Immediately go to a poll worker.
01:19:37.000 There's going to be observers at all of these locations.
01:19:40.000 Trust me, in Maricopa specifically, in Arizona specifically.
01:19:44.000 So you've got resources at your disposal, but definitely contact a poll worker.
01:19:49.000 And to Blake's point, document it, document it, document it.
01:19:52.000 And if you have to, Record a video on social media, if you have to make a phone call, those are the things you have to do.
01:19:59.000 Be vigilant.
01:20:00.000 Absolutely.
01:20:02.000 So it's going to vary by state, but you just definitely take care of it immediately.
01:20:08.000 Yeah.
01:20:09.000 Final question, Catherine. 0.75
01:20:10.000 You only have 50 seconds.
01:20:11.000 What's your question?
01:20:13.000 I am, you know, how can we ensure that all Americans understand that our vote is our voice and that no vote is no voice?
01:20:22.000 And that sounds like a great slogan, but we don't hear enough of that.
01:20:26.000 You know, we're screaming it from the rooftops every day that the only way you can directly impact what's going on is by voting.
01:20:32.000 It's not by attending rallies.
01:20:33.000 It's not by complaining online.
01:20:35.000 You have to actually go vote.
01:20:37.000 And we're going to keep repeating it because that's how you save your country.
01:20:40.000 President Trump's barnstorming the country, honestly.
01:20:43.000 He deserves a lot of appreciation for getting out there and making sure everybody gets the message.
01:20:48.000 It's just about energy.
01:20:50.000 Get out and vote so we don't have bloody revolution in the streets.
01:20:52.000 Talk at church this weekend.
