The Charlie Kirk Show - Congressional Feuds, Redistricting, and RINOs with Rep. Lauren Boebert

00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, today on the Charlie Kirk show, Lauren Bobert.

00:00:03.000 We talk about Colorado.

00:00:04.000 We talk about forest fires.

00:00:06.000 We talk about a lot of different things.

00:00:08.000 I think you're really going to enjoy it.

00:00:09.000 Email us your thoughts.

00:00:10.000 As always, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:00:12.000 If you want to support our show, go to charliekirk.com/slash support.

00:00:16.000 If you want to get involved with Turning Point USA, where we play offense with a sense of urgency to win the American Culture War, sort of high school or college chapter today.

00:00:24.000 And if you're a parent out there and you want to see your child get excited about America again, go to tpusa.com.

00:00:31.000 That's tpusa.com.

00:00:33.000 Lauren Boebert is here.

00:00:34.000 Buckle up, everybody.

00:00:35.000 Here we go.

00:00:36.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:00:38.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.

00:00:40.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:00:43.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:00:46.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:00:47.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:00:48.000 His spirit, his love of this country.

00:00:50.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.

00:00:56.000 Turning point USA.

00:00:57.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:01:06.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:08.000 Brought to you by my friends, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage, 888, 888 1172 or AndrewNTodd.com.

00:01:18.000 Hey, everybody, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:01:20.000 With us is an amazing member of Congress from Colorado.

00:01:23.000 Lauren Bobert, how are you?

00:01:25.000 I'm doing great, Charlie.

00:01:26.000 This is spectacular.

00:01:28.000 Thank you.

00:01:29.000 Thank you for all that you do.

00:01:30.000 You know, I hear all the time: what are Republicans doing?

00:01:34.000 We don't have control.

00:01:36.000 Sorry, I don't want to just jump in and take over your narrative.

00:01:38.000 I love listening.

00:01:38.000 I love it.

00:01:41.000 So we don't have the control of the floor schedule.

00:01:44.000 Nancy Pelosi controls that. 0.84

00:01:46.000 So we can't pass our legislation.

00:01:47.000 We can only sign on to Democrat bills.

00:01:50.000 So I hear what are Republicans doing to stop all this stuff that's going on.

00:01:53.000 Charlie, you're doing it.

00:01:55.000 This is what we're doing.

00:01:56.000 It we are getting the youth, the younger generations involved and engaged, and so much more.

00:02:02.000 There is so much diversity here right now.

00:02:05.000 10,000 people here to proclaim their love for America and say they will do whatever it takes to defend freedom.

00:02:12.000 Thank you.

00:02:13.000 And you're a big part of that.

00:02:13.000 Thank you.

00:02:14.000 A lot of people are excited to hear from you.

00:02:17.000 We always do these interviews, almost always do the interviews before speakers take the stage.

00:02:20.000 So it's really fun for our audience to know that.

00:02:22.000 And you're a fan favorite.

00:02:23.000 You spoke at our women's summit.

00:02:24.000 And people were really excited about that.

00:02:24.000 Yes.

00:02:26.000 So where do I start?

00:02:28.000 That was a nice Christmas photo your family took.

00:02:31.000 Yes.

00:02:32.000 You know, it's funny.

00:02:32.000 Those are just 22s.

00:02:34.000 And you couldn't, you could barely kill a rabbit with a 22.

00:02:39.000 Maybe I'm misremembering the picture.

00:02:40.000 They looked a little bit AR-15 or something.

00:02:43.000 Yes, an AR-15 style, yes.

00:02:44.000 But no, those are 22s.

00:02:46.000 And it's amazing, but it's just easy for them to handle and to get them shooting accurately.

00:02:52.000 You know, not a lot of kick.

00:02:53.000 And 22 is much more dangerous than the congresswoman has military assault rifles with her children.

00:03:01.000 And so that was kind of off of the Thomas Massey thing.

00:03:03.000 Right.

00:03:04.000 Actually, he and I were in the cloakroom, you know, going off about, you know, how they were so outraged over his photo.

00:03:04.000 Yes.

00:03:11.000 And I said, actually, I have one of those too.

00:03:13.000 I got your six, Massey.

00:03:14.000 That's so funny.

00:03:16.000 So there's so much going on in DC.

00:03:19.000 It must be so frustrating.

00:03:21.000 Did they censure you or did they want to over that whole thing?

00:03:25.000 The Elon Omar thing.

00:03:26.000 I can't keep up with this.

00:03:27.000 That's how little I care.

00:03:28.000 Right.

00:03:28.000 I don't think the Democrats want to spend a week of the House's time talking about Lauren Boebert.

00:03:35.000 And really, because we know we're going to talk about all the things that they've done, all the anti-Semitic rhetoric from Elhan Omar and the squad, the anti-American rhetoric, the police bashing, all of this stuff.

00:03:48.000 And they don't want a week of that.

00:03:50.000 So, no, there was no censure.

00:03:53.000 I still have my committee assignments.

00:03:54.000 I'm hoping to get more committee assignments.

00:03:57.000 And so, you know, things are still rolling along.

00:04:00.000 We did vote on the Islamophobia bill.

00:04:02.000 What was that?

00:04:04.000 So actually, one of the authors of the bill is Ilhan Omar, and she wants to create a new department in the State Department to monitor Islamophobia.

00:04:16.000 And she didn't define what Islamophobia is. 1.00

00:04:17.000 Yeah, what is Islamophobia?

00:04:19.000 She didn't define it.

00:04:20.000 And, you know, perhaps I would have been more of a lean yes if she would have like went in to define it.

00:04:25.000 Maybe if we could say Islamophobia is not condemning someone from marrying their brother to commit immigration fraud to come into our country.

00:04:33.000 You know, I could have been a lean yes if we would have had that definition in there, but it wasn't there.

00:04:36.000 So yeah, I mean, I have no tolerance for people that were saved by the generosity of the West and then hate our country.

00:04:43.000 Right.

00:04:44.000 I think Elon Omar is one of the most reprehensible, despicable people ever to serve in the U.S. Congress.

00:04:49.000 That says something. 0.98

00:04:50.000 We've had some scumbags in the U.S. Congress over the last couple hundred years. 0.99

00:04:54.000 But there's just something so profoundly gross where you weren't born here. 0.98

00:04:59.000 You were rescued by the value system of the West.

00:05:02.000 Yes.

00:05:03.000 Right.

00:05:03.000 Mogadishu does not exactly, is not really known for its refugee resettlement programs.

00:05:09.000 It's not exactly a Somali value.

00:05:10.000 I don't know what is.

00:05:12.000 And then she comes here and gets resettled, and now she tells us how racist we are, how awful we are, how bigoted we are, how terrible we are.

00:05:21.000 And yeah, I think Trump was exactly right when he said, go back to where you came from, obviously.

00:05:26.000 But yeah, if you don't love it, leave it.

00:05:27.000 Right, exactly.

00:05:28.000 She is living the American dream and despises every aspect of it, except for where it's benefited herself.

00:05:33.000 And she's nasty in every single way. 1.00

00:05:35.000 And so I'm glad you've criticized her in more ways than one.

00:05:38.000 We get criticized when we criticize Elon Omar.

00:05:40.000 But I do say, even with some of the left-wing people in my life, they don't like her very much either.

00:05:47.000 She caters to a very, very radical fringe. 0.96

00:05:49.000 Very radical.

00:05:50.000 Her and Rashida Talib and Corey Bush and all those other.

00:05:50.000 Yes.

00:05:55.000 Did you know that if you shop at Nike, they turn around and give your hard-earned dollars to pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood and the Population Council?

00:06:03.000 Did you know that Airbnb gave $500,000 to the Marxist Black Lives Matter organization? 0.59

00:06:08.000 Your first vote is at the ballot box, but that isn't enough to defend our traditional Judeo-Christian values.

00:06:14.000 Left-wing corporations are subverting our democracy by taking money from conservative customers and giving it to radical organizations that support abortion, gun control, and critical race theory.

00:06:26.000 You have another vote, a second vote at the checkout line.

00:06:29.000 And that is where massively important organizations called Second Vote come in.

00:06:33.000 The courageous people at Second Vote are exposing corporations for how they spend your money.

00:06:53.000 It doesn't happen for free.

00:06:55.000 Please support their work so we can defend our future from the woke Marxist mob.

00:07:28.000 So I talked, we just talked to Matt Gates and Marjorie Taylor Green.

00:07:32.000 So I'm going to try to talk to you about something that we haven't, things we haven't talked about.

00:07:35.000 So the best way that I could figure out is what's on your, what's on your mind?

00:07:35.000 Sure.

00:07:38.000 What are you talking about the most?

00:07:40.000 And then we can kind of navigate from there.

00:07:43.000 There's a lot that's going on, but I want to get focused on the future.

00:07:47.000 And I want to make sure that we don't just take back the house, but we take back the house with conservatives.

00:07:53.000 What kind of majority are we going to have?

00:07:55.000 And so, you know, bringing up Matt Gates and Marjorie Taylor Greene, this is exactly in line with that.

00:08:00.000 What kind of people are we going to elect to Congress?

00:08:03.000 Are we going to elect more people who have their political science degree and are lawyers and career politicians and have waited their turn and have been tapped by the establishment?

00:08:13.000 Are we going to elect the go-getters who say, no, I'm principled.

00:08:16.000 I'm principled and I'm here to put people first, put people ahead of me and secure the freedoms that we all love so much.

00:08:16.000 I'm not perfect.

00:08:24.000 And so, I mean, that's definitely top of the ticket.

00:08:26.000 But then just undoing all of the mess that we've seen from the Biden regime.

00:08:31.000 I mean, there's so much to do there.

00:08:33.000 Yeah.

00:08:33.000 So let's say you take back the House, which I think we will.

00:08:36.000 How's it looking in Colorado?

00:08:37.000 Colorado, you know, we picked up a new seat.

00:08:40.000 And so I do believe that that's going to be a toss-up seat and Republicans have an advantage.

00:08:44.000 It's a D2, but with Democrat policies right now, Republicans have an advantage with that.

00:08:50.000 And also, Congressman Ed Perlmutter's seat is kind of in jeopardy right now.

00:08:55.000 He's a Democrat and a Republican may take that.

00:08:58.000 I'm in a pretty good district.

00:08:59.000 I have some rhinos coming after me. 0.99

00:09:02.000 But hey, I'm a professional political rhino hunter, so I'll be fine.

00:09:06.000 See some people primaring you?

00:09:07.000 Yes, I do.

00:09:08.000 Yes.

00:09:09.000 What's the tilt of your district?

00:09:11.000 So we are very conservative, agriculture, farming, energy, and forest management is something that I've been pushing heavily, especially with climate change being at the top of every conversation.

00:09:23.000 And look, Charlie, climate change is absolutely real.

00:09:26.000 It happens four times every year.

00:09:27.000 In Colorado, sometimes four times in one day.

00:09:29.000 I was going to say.

00:09:30.000 He's like, wait a second, in the interview right now.

00:09:32.000 No, I mean, it's true.

00:09:34.000 I've been in Denver where it's been like snowing in the morning and then it's like 71 degrees the next morning.

00:09:41.000 Yes.

00:09:42.000 Well, if we're going to actually go after that narrative and do something that, you know, they want to push electric vehicles, well, carbon emissions is the top of your list.

00:09:52.000 So let's manage our forests.

00:09:53.000 Let's get rid of the 6 billion standing dead trees in the West and actually manage our forests because the wildfires frivolous lawsuits by extreme radical environmentalists.

00:10:04.000 They want a hands-off approach.

00:10:05.000 They don't want us to touch the forest, dead or alive.

00:10:08.000 They want overgrowth.

00:10:08.000 Yes.

00:10:09.000 They want the dead to stay there.

00:10:10.000 We have the pine beetle epidemic that is destroying our forests.

00:10:16.000 There's just so much there and they just don't want to stop.

00:10:17.000 The controlled burns could have stopped a lot of the California forests.

00:10:20.000 Yes, absolutely.

00:10:21.000 Now, in Colorado, did you guys have an air quality problem because of California forest fires?

00:10:24.000 Absolutely.

00:10:25.000 Absolutely.

00:10:26.000 We all choke on California smoke.

00:10:28.000 Yeah, no, I mean, I say this and people laugh.

00:10:30.000 The next governor of Arizona, because Nevada might not, every day that that happens, they should tax California.

00:10:36.000 Yes, you are exactly right.

00:10:38.000 Well, and actually, even in our coal mines and some of our other energy producing areas, our coal mines, they will have to shut down operations because of air quality.

00:10:49.000 And it's not our air quality.

00:10:50.000 It's smoke from California.

00:10:52.000 And they have to shut down their operations.

00:10:54.000 Well, California is the worst when it comes to forest management, no controlled burns.

00:10:57.000 Right.

00:10:58.000 And in every single way.

00:11:00.000 And people that live on the eastern coast of the United States don't know about this very much.

00:11:04.000 Thankfully, in Arizona, for whatever reason, we don't get as much air quality problems for California.

00:11:08.000 There's not as many forest fires in the southern part of the state as there is in the northern part of the state.

00:11:12.000 Northern part of the state is really where most of the forest fires are.

00:11:15.000 But Montana just gets hit every other summer with huge air quality problems.

00:11:19.000 It's a massive issue.

00:11:21.000 And a lot of, I would say 90% of these fires could be managed if it wasn't for the environmentalists.

00:11:26.000 Absolutely.

00:11:27.000 Well, and even in Colorado, we're seeing more wildfires in our state than ever before.

00:11:31.000 Last year, we had three of the largest wildfires we've ever had.

00:11:33.000 All parts of the state.

00:11:34.000 On the western slope where I represented.

00:11:36.000 Durango area?

00:11:38.000 Yes, Durango, Grand Junction, Glenwood Springs, Steamboat Springs, all in my district.

00:11:44.000 Is Steamboat considered the Western Slope?

00:11:46.000 It's on the western part of the state.

00:11:49.000 So I kind of call it the Western Slope because I'm from there, but no, it's north.

00:11:53.000 But it's west of the divide.

00:11:55.000 Got it.

00:11:55.000 How about that?

00:11:56.000 And one day, if I could have my dreams work out just right, maybe right down that continental divide, we could have a Colorado East and a Colorado West.

00:11:56.000 Yes.

00:12:03.000 Oh, yeah.

00:12:03.000 You split it in half.

00:12:05.000 Let them hold on to Denver.

00:12:07.000 That's right.

00:12:08.000 And you get the rest.

00:12:09.000 That's right.

00:12:09.000 Denver and Boulder.

00:12:10.000 Yeah.

00:12:11.000 Take it.

00:12:11.000 Yes, take it.

00:12:12.000 Keep Centennial.

00:12:13.000 You guys can keep Colorado Springs, though.

00:12:15.000 It's actually really nice.

00:12:16.000 Is Colorado Springs still conservative?

00:12:18.000 Yes, it is.

00:12:19.000 Yes.

00:12:19.000 Colorado Springs is changing.

00:12:21.000 So Jeffco is.

00:12:22.000 I mean, Jeffco is kind of leaning.

00:12:24.000 What do you mean Jefferson County?

00:12:26.000 Jefferson County?

00:12:27.000 Jefferson County is leaning a little blue.

00:12:29.000 But we have El Paso County that's solid red.

00:12:32.000 Is Colorado Springs in Jefferson County?

00:12:34.000 El Paso.

00:12:35.000 Yes.

00:12:35.000 Oh, okay.

00:12:36.000 So, but it's all kind of there, right by Colorado Springs.

00:12:36.000 Got it.

00:12:40.000 But that's Congressman Doug Glamborn's district, and he'll be fine.

00:12:46.000 And so a lot happening in Colorado.

00:12:49.000 They're coming after you, right?

00:12:50.000 Both the Democrats and the Routers.

00:12:51.000 Oh, goodness.

00:12:52.000 Yes, they are.

00:12:53.000 Because I'm doing what I said I would do.

00:12:55.000 I'm a mom who's saying, you know, you're not doing this to my children.

00:12:58.000 I'm not sending my children into a socialist nation.

00:13:00.000 I'm going to do something about it.

00:13:01.000 And they've never, it's like they've never encountered someone who is authentically themselves, who is, I am radically me.

00:13:10.000 I am radically Lauren Boeber, and I am not compromising to anyone.

00:13:14.000 And the demands that they give, I'm doing everything that I promised that I would do.

00:13:18.000 And that authenticity is very rare.

00:13:21.000 How's the restaurant been?

00:13:22.000 The restaurant's been good.

00:13:24.000 But, you know, I mean, with that, we get, gosh, dozens of death threats.

00:13:29.000 I just had a bomb threat in my restaurant.

00:13:31.000 Yeah, you know, just another Sunday.

00:13:33.000 I mean, a guy left a briefcase.

00:13:34.000 Very, yes, very suspect, left a briefcase, left some hammer and sickle stickers on his table.

00:13:42.000 And the police said we need to treat this seriously, shut the entire street down to come in and investigate.

00:13:49.000 It was fine. 0.71

00:13:50.000 But I mean, there are real psychos out there.

00:13:52.000 And it kind of makes me grateful that the left doesn't like firearms.

00:13:56.000 Yeah, I mean, that's for sure.

00:13:58.000 So let's think more broadly.

00:14:00.000 You think we're going to take back the house?

00:14:01.000 You're comfortable with that?

00:14:02.000 Yes, but we can't just expect it.

00:14:05.000 We can't just expect it to be handed over to us.

00:14:07.000 We have to work and we have to convince the American people that we are actually going to do something with the majority.

00:14:12.000 We can't have a majority like Republicans had in 2016 and 17.

00:14:16.000 That was some of the most frustrating times of my life sitting back watching Republicans fight our president and do nothing.

00:14:25.000 And so we actually have to accomplish something.

00:14:27.000 We have to promise, make promises that we can actually deliver on.

00:14:30.000 Let them know that we're going to have these investigations when we take back the house.

00:14:33.000 We're bringing in Fauci.

00:14:36.000 With NIH and all of this, we're bringing in those in charge of Afghanistan and that horrible withdrawal that we saw.

00:14:44.000 We need to make sure that we will secure the southern border, not just leave it on the shoulders of Texas to do and give education back to the parents.

00:14:53.000 Yes, that's right.

00:14:54.000 Yes, absolutely.

00:14:55.000 We need to take a page out of America's governor Ron DeSantis' book and say no federal dollars will go to any school that's teaching our children to hate our country and hate someone else because of the color of their skin.

00:15:10.000 Look, everyone out there has been asking me, Charlie, how do I get more pillows?

00:15:14.000 Well, that's mypillow.com.

00:15:16.000 And it's promo code Charlie, actually.

00:15:18.000 It's a great special.

00:15:19.000 And MyPillow doesn't have their box stores anymore, so we got to help them out.

00:15:22.000 And part of them being canceled, they want to give you the lowest price yet.

00:15:26.000 So you can get the lowest price in the history of my pillow for their classic standard MyPillow regularly, $69.98.

00:15:34.000 Now only $19.98 with the promo code.

00:15:36.000 They also have queen size, regularly $79.98 and $24.98 with a promo code or king size, usually $89.98, only $29.98 with your promo code.

00:15:47.000 MyPillow is not just pillows.

00:15:48.000 They have over 150 products, everything from sleepwear to new beds.

00:15:51.000 The promo code Kirk also works on mystoreandfrankspeech.com.

00:15:55.000 Go to mypillow.com or call 800-875-0425 and use promo code Kirk to take advantage of Mike's special offer on his standard MyPillow.

00:16:03.000 That's mypillow.com, promo code Kirk, or call 800-875-0425, mypillow.com, promo code Kirk, mypillow.com, promo code Kirk.

00:16:16.000 Do you think from the investigation side, that's realistic?

00:16:19.000 Absolutely.

00:16:20.000 Yes.

00:16:21.000 I mean, we even see current leadership saying that we will have these investigations and we will put it in the middle.

00:16:25.000 Yeah, Kevin came out with a really good statement.

00:16:27.000 Yes, he did.

00:16:28.000 And so on day one, we'll have these investigations going.

00:16:31.000 And, you know, I hope to be on the oversight committee and I am going full throttle.

00:16:36.000 I gave this idea to Matt Gates.

00:16:37.000 I got an idea for you.

00:16:38.000 You know, you could just show up at these federal buildings, right?

00:16:40.000 Yes.

00:16:41.000 You should show up at the IRS building and demand a meeting.

00:16:44.000 Yes.

00:16:44.000 I could totally MTG that, you know, just Marjorie Taylor Greene show up.

00:16:47.000 The thing is that enough of the committee stuff where you invite them in, you should go to them.

00:16:52.000 Just go to them.

00:16:53.000 Just show up to the IRS building, be like, yeah, I want answers or show up to Department of Energy.

00:16:58.000 So how is it that you guys want to get rid of fossil fuels?

00:17:00.000 Or how about Department of Justice targeting moms and dads, National School Board Association, criminalizing them?

00:17:07.000 And so there's a lot of different things happening in Congress.

00:17:10.000 You haven't been there a year.

00:17:12.000 Right.

00:17:12.000 Are they trying to loop you into this committee that they have right now?

00:17:16.000 In the January 6th committee, gosh, it's such a sham committee.

00:17:19.000 It's just another distraction because they don't have any policies that are good to talk about.

00:17:24.000 So they need a distraction to try to continue to create fear in the American people.

00:17:28.000 And of course, they're going to try to bring me into it.

00:17:30.000 They're going to bring anyone who has taken a stand for freedom, who is close with President Trump.

00:17:35.000 They're bringing us all into it.

00:17:36.000 But no, their committee, Nancy Pelosi, made it very clear that this is a partisan committee when she wouldn't allow Jim Jordan and Jim Banks on this committee and replace them with Adam Kensinger and Liz Cheney. 0.63

00:17:48.000 I mean, she politicized it right there and said that this is partisan.

00:17:52.000 Yeah, no doubt.

00:17:53.000 And I mean, the committee is incredibly, it's the questions around them editing the text messages, right?

00:18:03.000 Have you ever seen anything like this before?

00:18:05.000 No.

00:18:06.000 They could do whatever they want and they do it and they do it without shame.

00:18:11.000 And, you know, one thing that is reassuring, when we take back the house, this committee doesn't exist anymore.

00:18:16.000 So this is something that has to be reformed by the majority.

00:18:20.000 Every two years.

00:18:20.000 Yes.

00:18:21.000 So that's one good thing.

00:18:23.000 When we take back the house, this committee's done.

00:18:25.000 So talk about the exact issues you think that are resonating with your voters, the moms and dads type issues.

00:18:31.000 What is really doing well in kind of local politics in Colorado?

00:18:35.000 I think the number one issue that I hear about is the southern border, the invasion that's taking place of our country.

00:18:40.000 And in Colorado, that matters because our governor, yes, Polis, has a dear leader.

00:18:47.000 He has, he's designated us as Sanctuary State.

00:18:51.000 And we even have a Department of New Americans in Colorado.

00:18:55.000 What is that?

00:18:55.000 Yes.

00:18:55.000 So actually, interesting you ask.

00:18:58.000 That DNA.

00:18:59.000 Yeah.

00:19:00.000 Yes, DNA.

00:19:01.000 So, yeah, look at that.

00:19:02.000 Look at that.

00:19:03.000 So at the top of the page on the government website, it says, what is a new American?

00:19:07.000 Well, New Americans of Coloradan, refugee, asylum, DACA recipient, SIV.

00:19:11.000 Are you kidding me?

00:19:12.000 All other forms of immigrants seeking safety, opportunity, and reunification of family, chain migration. 0.86

00:19:19.000 The state legislature just this past session enhanced benefits for illegal aliens. 0.88

00:19:24.000 Now, listen, I haven't seen any beefed up benefits or opportunities for the Americans who have been punished by this Fauci-funded Chinese virus. 0.74

00:19:32.000 The businesses that have been shut down, our kids that have been massed and bound in schools, kept out of schools, the people who are losing their jobs because of an unconstitutional medical mandate. 0.87

00:19:41.000 So the border crisis, this invasion absolutely resonates with the people back home.

00:19:47.000 Department of New Americans?

00:19:49.000 Yes.

00:19:49.000 DNA.

00:19:50.000 Yes.

00:19:50.000 So what do they do?

00:19:52.000 They make sure they get the benefits that they need.

00:19:54.000 They get the opportunities that they need.

00:19:55.000 They get the reunification of family.

00:19:57.000 They're the first inverts of Denver.

00:19:58.000 I guess it is, right?

00:20:00.000 You know, there is a class of people who feel like this is their charitable donation, that this is their charitable work because they pay taxes and that's their contribution to society.

00:20:09.000 You know, conservatives, we would rather have more of our own and be charitable where we see fit.

00:20:15.000 We would like to give to our churches.

00:20:17.000 We would like to do more with the school, sponsor a team.

00:20:19.000 But Democrats want, no, you just take care of it.

00:20:21.000 Just create a new department for the T-Balls, for the T-Balls team. 0.94

00:20:24.000 And yes.

00:20:25.000 So this really hits home with people.

00:20:29.000 And I think next in line in Colorado, especially is the energy crisis.

00:20:34.000 We were energy independent.

00:20:36.000 Colorado is rich in resources.

00:20:38.000 I said on the Natural Resource Committee because this was a priority for my district.

00:20:42.000 And now we've lost that. 1.00

00:20:44.000 We are begging OPEC to produce more oil instead of relying on the American roughneck. 1.00

00:20:49.000 Everything that we're doing, we're outsourcing our energy development to our enemies. 1.00

00:20:53.000 And we're shutting down our coal-fired energy plants in Colorado while China's building 200 of them. 0.95

00:20:59.000 We have 40,000 children mining with their bare hands for cobalt in the Congo while we buy solar panels from China.

00:21:06.000 This is ridiculous.

00:21:08.000 So the energy crisis is definitely number two in Colorado, especially because people can see it coming out of their checkbooks.

00:21:16.000 Yeah.

00:21:17.000 And not to mention the war on fracking, the war on the exploring of oil.

00:21:21.000 Do you think it's intentional?

00:21:23.000 Of course.

00:21:23.000 It's a weaken us.

00:21:25.000 This is a national security threat to have us weak on energy. 0.99

00:21:29.000 And it's because the Democrat Party is bought and owned by China. 0.97

00:21:34.000 Working with them, I see how envious they are of the Chinese Communist Party. 0.94

00:21:37.000 They want to be them so badly.

00:21:40.000 It is amazing the lengths they will go to defend them and their policies and to give them more of what we can be doing.

00:21:49.000 You think Democrats in D.C. want to be the CCP?

00:21:52.000 Of course they do.

00:21:52.000 Look at everything that they're doing.

00:21:55.000 Yes.

00:21:56.000 Emphatically.

00:21:58.000 I agree.

00:22:00.000 It's nice to hear a congressperson say that.

00:22:02.000 By the way, you have to split the tie.

00:22:03.000 Is it Congressman or Congresswoman?

00:22:05.000 Ah, come on now. 0.77

00:22:06.000 I don't care. 0.79

00:22:07.000 So we are the party of gender. 0.95

00:22:08.000 I agree.

00:22:09.000 See, this is it's Congresswoman. 1.00

00:22:10.000 I think it's a great idea.

00:22:11.000 So yeah, so we're the party of gender.

00:22:12.000 So Congresswoman, but it's also a misnomer.

00:22:15.000 Like there's no title of Congresswoman.

00:22:17.000 It's Congressman.

00:22:17.000 It's gender neutral.

00:22:18.000 So I don't know.

00:22:19.000 I don't think it's it always feels weird to call a woman a maybe it's gender fluid.

00:22:24.000 I know it's like you have to it's like no congress.

00:22:26.000 I think it's that's fine.

00:22:27.000 I mean, it's I don't like Congress person.

00:22:29.000 I cannot stand.

00:22:29.000 Oh, no, that's terrible.

00:22:30.000 I can't stand it.

00:22:31.000 I don't know who does that.

00:22:32.000 No, no, no.

00:22:33.000 Congresswoman, I think makes a lot of sense.

00:22:34.000 Take it.

00:22:35.000 It's kind of funny because the left used to want to do that.

00:22:38.000 It seems they've gotten away from that.

00:22:39.000 Yes.

00:22:40.000 They want to do, I don't know, Congress being or something like that.

00:22:44.000 You have to go speak shortly.

00:22:46.000 What do you think?

00:22:46.000 On the greatest stage.

00:22:48.000 Oh, Charlie, it's amazing.

00:22:49.000 It's amazing.

00:22:50.000 I did have to go and test your ramp.

00:22:51.000 I was a little scared that I was going to.

00:22:53.000 Yes, I went to the bottom.

00:22:54.000 Wait, are you coming down the ramp side?

00:22:55.000 I'm coming down the ramp.

00:22:56.000 Oh.

00:22:57.000 Yes.

00:22:57.000 Like, well, it's right in the center.

00:22:58.000 Yeah, yeah, okay.

00:22:59.000 We'll see stairs too on the side.

00:23:00.000 Okay.

00:23:01.000 We got all sorts of stuff.

00:23:02.000 Yeah.

00:23:02.000 Gosh, I guess there's more to it than I know.

00:23:04.000 But I thought I was going to be like, Trump, remember how they may find President Trump on the ramp?

00:23:08.000 No, I think you'll be okay.

00:23:09.000 You're wearing heels? 0.74

00:23:10.000 I am.

00:23:11.000 Okay, then you got to just walk through it.

00:23:13.000 It is the greatest stage in the history of the conservative movement.

00:23:16.000 Amazing.

00:23:17.000 And the AV and all of that.

00:23:18.000 What are you going to share with our students?

00:23:19.000 You know, I want to encourage them.

00:23:21.000 That's what this is about.

00:23:23.000 This isn't about, hey, everybody, look what I did.

00:23:25.000 Ain't I something?

00:23:26.000 No, this is about you and your family and your children and your children's children, the future of our country.

00:23:32.000 What are you doing with what's in your hand?

00:23:35.000 What are you doing with what you already know, the revelations that you already have, the knowledge that you already have?

00:23:40.000 What are you going to apply that to?

00:23:42.000 And how is that going to benefit our country?

00:23:44.000 So, I want to make sure that I am encouraging everyone in the audience to stay involved and get more involved.

00:23:51.000 Amen.

00:23:52.000 Well, God bless you, Congresswoman, Congresswoman, Gloria, Lauren Boehner.
