00:00:01.000 A little piggyback off the 1 million voters that have recently become Republicans.
00:00:05.000 How many of them are becoming Republicans to influence Republican primaries?
00:00:09.000 Also, what does the Republican Party stand for?
00:00:11.000 Do you think people are gravitating towards the Republican Party because of how good the Republican Party is or because of how negative Democrats are and how terrible they are, I should say?

00:01:06.000 Come to our student action summit again, tpusa.com slash SAS.
00:01:10.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:01:11.000 Here we go.
00:01:12.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:14.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:01:16.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:19.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:23.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:24.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:25.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:33.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:42.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:45.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:54.000 You see, we talked yesterday about the 1 million voters switching to the Republican Party in a warning sign for Democrats.
00:02:01.000 But I do not believe this is because of the brilliance of the Republican Party.
00:02:06.000 I believe this is because of how terrible the left is.
00:02:09.000 Now, the left is terrible for the time being.
00:02:13.000 I actually think we're going to have a generation of Democrats digging a deeper and deeper hole of policies and ideas and a worldview that is deeply unpopular because it runs against nature.
00:02:27.000 You see, we're going to celebrate July 4th coming up.
00:02:30.000 Actually, on Friday, we're going to do our July 4th show in anticipation of July 4th next week because we're taking off on Independence Day.
00:02:37.000 And when we do our July 4th show on Friday, as we talk about the Continental Congress and we talk about what exactly was being debated when the Declaration was being written, primarily by Thomas Jefferson, there is this beautiful line about the laws of nature and nature is God.
00:02:54.000 We talk about that a lot on this program.
00:02:56.000 So nature comes from the Latin word, which means birth, comes out of the earth.
00:03:02.000 Things that do not change.
00:03:04.000 You see, inherent in being a conservative is you believe there is a certain natural law.
00:03:09.000 You believe there's laws of economics.
00:03:11.000 You believe that there's laws of thermodynamics.
00:03:13.000 There's laws of physics.
00:03:15.000 There's laws of politics and there's laws of nature.
00:03:18.000 And so a conservative generally recognizes that men cannot become pregnant.
00:03:24.000 Generally, Reclaim recognizes that life is sacred.
00:03:26.000 And so you kind of live within the framework of what we would call reality, but that is also articulated as the natural law.
00:03:35.000 You see, as the left continues to wage war against nature, it just doesn't seem to make any sense.
00:03:42.000 So we call this common sense.
00:03:43.000 The phrase common sense actually can be best described as prudence, otherwise known as prudentia in the Greek, where people say this doesn't really resonate with me.
00:03:55.000 And the kind of bumper sticker I see quite often here in Arizona is common sense 2022.
00:04:02.000 Common sense isn't that common after all.
00:04:04.000 It's kind of a very typical meme that you'll see, especially for people over the age of 50, because they believe what used to be considered to be upon agreed-upon truths are now all kind of being put into question.
00:04:16.000 For example, in math classes across America, they're teaching young children that math and science are symptoms of a white supremacist construct.
00:04:27.000 And so now we see this one million voters switching to the Republican Party, something we talked about yesterday, but I thought about this kind of in the last 24 hours.
00:04:38.000 I don't want Republicans to be preemptively celebrating this.
00:04:42.000 This is not because of the compelling, persuasive message of the Republican Party.
00:04:47.000 In fact, I think it's the opposite.
00:04:48.000 I think people are reluctantly and begrudgingly becoming Republicans.
00:04:55.000 Now, if Republicans were more like Ron DeSantis, who were clear and precise in what they believe and why they believe it, were bold in their action and stand up against Washington, D.C. and the entrenched corporate interests.
00:05:08.000 And even though people might not agree with everything that Republicans are saying, they might respect that they're doing something and they can explain why they believe it.
00:05:17.000 You see, Ron DeSantis has really upended and challenged so much of the entrenched political orthodoxy on the right.
00:05:25.000 And we're still seeing this today.
00:05:26.000 You know, there's primaries happening all across the country today, in Illinois, there's primaries happening in Arizona.
00:05:33.000 I'm sorry, not Arizona.
00:05:34.000 There's primaries happening in Mississippi, runoff in Mississippi, South Carolina, New York, and Utah.
00:05:39.000 And people always ask the question, they say, Charlie, do we support candidates that can win a general, or do we support candidates that sound good in the primary?
00:05:50.000 And Ron DeSantis basically says both: you can be bold and conservative on every single issue and still win a general.
00:05:58.000 Now, some of it is based on presentation.
00:06:00.000 Some of it's based on style and not on substance.
00:06:03.000 Your ability to articulate certain issues and matters, your ability to fight back against the lies of the media.
00:06:09.000 You see, if the media feels as if you're going to call them out, they're less likely to attack you with kind of their drive-by smear tactics, as the great Rush Limbaugh would call it, the drive-bys.
00:06:21.000 You see, what we have bubbling up in America right now is a massive political movement based solely and simply on opposition, which is great.
00:06:32.000 I oppose giving chemical castration drugs to 10-year-olds.
00:06:36.000 I oppose puberty blockers for 12-year-olds.
00:06:40.000 I oppose surgical intervention for a 15-year-old that might be having some sort of gender crisis.
00:06:49.000 I oppose open borders.
00:06:50.000 I oppose high taxes.
00:06:52.000 I oppose inflation, and you do too.
00:06:55.000 But the Republican Party needs to get serious about what do we actually stand for?
00:07:00.000 What are the solutions that we are putting forward?
00:07:02.000 For example, how are we going to make it easier for people to have children in America?
00:07:08.000 This needs to be a pro-life issue, whereas we're talking about pro-life right now.
00:07:12.000 The number one reason why people do not have children is because it's too expensive.
00:07:16.000 Now, is the Republican Party position?
00:07:18.000 Well, that's fine.
00:07:19.000 You know, do whatever you want to do.
00:07:21.000 Are we going to be serious that corporate America is actually rigged against the American family, not in favor of the American family?
00:07:29.000 And that begs another question, which is why is it that all these companies are paying for abortions for their workers?
00:07:36.000 Well, a vast majority of college graduates are women.
00:07:39.000 A vast majority of corporate professionals are now women.
00:07:42.000 And a vast majority of the most loyal, hardworking people in the biggest companies are women.
00:07:48.000 Well, having children can be a mass disturbance to that.
00:07:51.000 Having children for a corporate America is a danger sign.
00:07:55.000 As Tucker Carlson beautifully put it last evening in his monologue, a woman is less likely to quickly respond to an email about some sort of internal issue happening in the company if she has to put her kids down to sleep or she has to feed them dinner or pick them up at soccer practice.
00:08:12.000 Moms do not make as good of corporate loyalists as Goldman Sachs, Nike, or Netflix would like them to be.
00:08:20.000 Now, I still think they make phenomenal workers, but they need to be moms first.
00:08:24.000 That's what actually matters for your society and your civilization.
00:08:28.000 Now, one of the kind of circumstances we're seeing is a generation of millennial women that are in their late 20s and early 30s that have pursued their career first.
00:08:38.000 I'll get married later.
00:08:39.000 I'll find a boyfriend or a husband later in life.
00:08:43.000 And that very well might work out for you.
00:08:45.000 Who am I to say differently?
00:08:46.000 But I am one to look at generational trends and trajectory.
00:08:50.000 That largely as more of a generalization than a rule that has created a deeply unhappy demographic of hyper-successful corporate women, of women that are in corporate life, I should say, but they're deeply unhappy.
00:09:06.000 Why?
00:09:07.000 It's because they've been told to just get the next paycheck, stick with cats and dogs, get an above-average apartment, live in a very expensive urban center and metropolis, focus on your career at all costs, and do not, whatever it takes, get married or have children.
00:09:23.000 Now, some women find fulfillment in that for the rest of their life.
00:09:27.000 Fine.
00:09:28.000 Most do not.
00:09:29.000 And so make no mistake, that corporate America that is pushing forward these, I'm going to pay you to go get an abortion.
00:09:35.000 I'm going to pay you if I'm Amazon to go out of state, or even Tesla, deeply disappointed to hear that from Elon Musk's company.
00:09:42.000 I'm going to pay you to go out of the state to go basically remain loyal to our company.
00:09:49.000 It's not about abortion.
00:09:51.000 It's about profit margins.
00:09:54.000 Will the Republican Party speak out against that?
00:09:56.000 So this is something I want to continue to explore with you because it's something that I've been thinking deeply about, which is, are Republicans starting to benefit politically because of the Democrats or because of the Republicans?
00:10:08.000 Because this memo, wow, Republican Party's doing so well.
00:10:11.000 The Republican Party's celebrating.
00:10:12.000 We're finally doing stuff terrific.
00:10:14.000 No, you're not.
00:10:15.000 You simply exist and you aren't called Democrats.
00:10:19.000 That's why people are registering to be Republicans.
00:10:22.000 They're doing so begrudgingly and reluctantly.
00:10:26.000 They're not doing it because all of a sudden you spent $56 billion and sent it to Zelensky.
00:10:30.000 They're not doing it because you've signed on to red flag laws.
00:10:32.000 Now, if Republicans got serious about what they believe and why they believe it, it would be a political victory the likes of which we've never seen.
00:10:42.000 For a couple years now, people have been setting up a contest between crypto and gold, but that's like comparing a truck with an SUV.
00:10:48.000 Both carry stuff and travel from A to B, but they do different jobs.
00:10:51.000 Gold's job is to keep the value of your money safe and preserve its value.
00:10:55.000 And since Ukraine, the oil, and the inflation crisis, it's done a brilliant job compared to stocks and other investments.
00:11:00.000 So if you're worried about what's going on right now, who isn't?
00:11:03.000 Just talk to an expert at Noble Gold about precious metal IRAs for your retirement.

00:11:18.000 So call 877-646-5347.
00:11:21.000 Now to find out more or visit noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:11:25.000 That's noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:11:30.000 And this is something I also want to mention about the kind of the Democrats and the Republicans switching over.
00:11:36.000 This is really, yeah, I got an email here from actually one of our listeners, which is, Charlie, are you not sure this is people that are switching parties just to be able to vote in closed primaries?
00:11:48.000 That's a very smart point.
00:11:51.000 Very smart.
00:11:52.000 I don't think so.
00:11:54.000 I think that actually might be a component of this, though.
00:11:56.000 I totally agree.
00:11:57.000 And that's something that as you try to make selections in these primary races, especially this summer, it's kind of the summer of primaries.
00:12:05.000 Some very important primaries are coming up in Arizona.
00:12:08.000 We have primaries coming up in Florida.
00:12:10.000 Today is Illinois.
00:12:11.000 Pulling for my friend, old friend, known him for a decade, Gary Raybein running for governor in Illinois.
00:12:18.000 Really hope he does well tonight.
00:12:19.000 There's a lot of great, important primaries happening out there right now.
00:12:25.000 But we just have to recognize and kind of show, kind of ask: are Democrats also trying to do what Rush Limbaugh called, what was the, it was Operation Something.
00:12:36.000 It was Operation, wasn't Operation Warp Speed, that's for sure, where people switch parties to try to influence their primaries.
00:12:43.000 We know this is happening in Wyoming, by the way.
00:12:45.000 We know that Democrats are being courted to try and register in Wyoming.
00:12:50.000 We also know this is happening in Arizona.
00:12:53.000 Tyler Boyer, who runs Turning Point Action for us, also a committeeman for the RNC, Operation Chaos.
00:13:00.000 Thank you, Connor, where Tyler said that he has evidence that in Arizona that people are switching parties just to be able to influence the upcoming Arizona election.
00:13:13.000 And this is another one we got here.
00:13:14.000 Be cautious about the email we got, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:13:18.000 Be cautious about the 1 million that registered as Republicans from Democrats.
00:13:21.000 I true believe a large portion have moved to support Rhinos.
00:13:24.000 So I think, Ken, thank you for the note.
00:13:27.000 I agree with you.
00:13:28.000 I don't know the fraction.
00:13:29.000 Here's why.
00:13:30.000 Based on the grassroots work that we're doing at Turning Point Action, based on the travels that I'm doing and the emails I get from all of you, I do believe there is a legitimate defection from the Democrat Party outside of trying to influence Republican primaries.
00:13:44.000 But this is something to keep in note, though, keep in mind, and something to note: that as we approach a lot of these primaries, will the primary kind of universe look different now that the Republican Party is expanding?
00:13:59.000 Does it mean the Republican Party is going to be more conservative?
00:14:02.000 Or does it also mean that you're going to have more moderates in the Republican Party that might be looking for people more socially liberal?
00:14:08.000 We don't know the answer to that, actually.
00:14:11.000 Tonight will be very, very telling, though.
00:14:13.000 There's some, again, the primaries in Illinois are going to be very, very telling.
00:14:17.000 The primary is coming up in South Carolina, the runoff in South Carolina and Mississippi.
00:14:21.000 The primaries in New York are going to be very telling.
00:14:23.000 There's a very hotly contested gubernatorial race in New York with Lee Zeldin and Andrew Giuliani.
00:14:33.000 I've endorsed Lee Zeldin.
00:14:34.000 I think very highly of Andrew.
00:14:35.000 I've known Andrew.
00:14:36.000 I worked with him in the White House, but I think Lee will make a great governor of New York.
00:14:41.000 It's kind of tough to choose when you know two people running.
00:14:44.000 And so that's the question, which is how much of this transfer of people transferring over from Republicans to Democrats.
00:14:50.000 I'm sorry, from Democrats to Republicans are actually people that are going to try to influence our own primaries.
00:14:56.000 I'm a big believer in closed primaries.
00:14:59.000 With that being said, though, closed primaries, it can still allow people to change their voter registration ahead of time.
00:15:09.000 I'm a big believer in closed primaries.
00:15:11.000 But I just want to reiterate this point, which is Republicans should not be popping the champagne and celebrating as if we've won everything.
00:15:20.000 First of all, we haven't totally fixed our elections.
00:15:22.000 That's a separate issue.
00:15:24.000 But more specifically, what do Republicans even stand for?
00:15:29.000 You see, moderate and establishment Republicans love it when they never have to tell you what they stand for.
00:15:38.000 They just tell you what they oppose.
00:15:40.000 A lot of establishment Republicans get very nervous when they have to tell you what they're actually fighting for.
00:15:47.000 And I got to give Bernie Sanders an AOC credit.
00:15:50.000 They're very good at telling you what they stand for.
00:15:53.000 It's varieties of free stuff.
00:15:56.000 It's dreadful and terrible for the country, but they're able to motivate specifically younger voters and voters on the fringe to go vote for something.
00:16:06.000 We're getting a lot of emails here, freedom at charliekirk.com, about this.
00:16:10.000 People say, basically, Charlie, people are switching not because of the brilliance of the Republican Party or the compelling message, but because of the negatives of the Democrats.
00:16:21.000 I think it's time for a new agenda for the Republican Party.
00:16:25.000 Part of it can be defensive measures, but I believe we need to start to tell people what we believe and why we believe it.
00:16:34.000 What does America look like under Republican rule?
00:16:36.000 Right now, we have one example.
00:16:38.000 We want America to look more like Florida and less like California and New York.
00:16:45.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:16:46.000 How long can we endure this skyrocketing inflation?
00:16:50.000 Millions of Americans can no longer afford to put food on the table and gas in their tanks.
00:16:54.000 If you're feeling the pain, here's how to fight back: get yourself some long-term emergency food from MyPatriot Supply.

00:17:40.000 Preparewithkirk.com.
00:17:42.000 Preparewithkirk.com.
00:17:48.000 The wonderful James O'Keefe, he's just terrific.
00:17:50.000 It's actually James O'Keefe's birthday.
00:17:52.000 So everybody wish James O'Keefe a happy birthday.
00:17:54.000 He's 10 years older than I am.
00:17:57.000 So James O'Keefe at Project Veritas discovered that there was a scheme in South Carolina to infiltrate and to try to run Democrats as Republicans.
00:18:09.000 And this is something that happens in a lot of states.
00:18:11.000 This is one of the reasons why, and my theory is still being developed here.
00:18:15.000 It's one of the reasons why I believe that if you are in a deep red state, you actually get more moderate Republicans than if you're in a 50-50 state.
00:18:26.000 It's my current theory.
00:18:27.000 And I'm not saying it's bulletproof, but I have said for quite some time that Mississippi, Alabama, Wyoming, North and South Dakota, South Carolina are all more Republican based on how the voters believe than Florida is.
00:18:48.000 And yet in Florida, they have to compete for every single vote.
00:18:50.000 And if you're a Democrat in Florida, if you're a Democrat, you run as a Democrat.
00:18:56.000 In Mississippi or Wyoming, if you're a Democrat, you run as a Republican.
00:19:01.000 And so in Florida, they have some problems of people infiltrating the Republican Party.
00:19:06.000 I know that's happening in Pinellas County and Sarasota for sure.
00:19:09.000 I get messages from people there.
00:19:11.000 And that's actually the only concern that if Florida becomes too Republican, the Democrats are just going to pretend to be Republicans to try to run into the party.
00:19:20.000 For example, Nancy Mace is a Democrat, period.
00:19:22.000 End of story.
00:19:23.000 She calls herself a Republican.
00:19:24.000 She's a Democrat.
00:19:25.000 But she runs as a Republican because she otherwise would not be able to win in that district or obviously in a primary.
00:19:33.000 And guess what?
00:19:35.000 James O'Keefe exposed this.
00:19:37.000 Play Cut 55.
00:19:39.000 We need some secret sleepers.
00:19:40.000 Like, we need them to run as the other side, even though they for our side.
00:19:46.000 And we need them to win.
00:19:48.000 We need people to run as Republicans in these local elections.
00:19:51.000 This is the only way you're going to change the dynamics in South Carolina.
00:19:55.000 We can battle them in public all day.
00:19:57.000 As long as we know we're working for the same goal, for me, I feel like, y'all, we need sleepers.
00:20:03.000 When we get enough of us in there, we can rehab and have it for real from the inside out.
00:20:08.000 Then we can push some from the inside out.
00:20:11.000 We got to take back some of these seats, especially in these local elections.
00:20:15.000 We need a group of sleepers.
00:20:17.000 I still got to struggle to raise money for my campaign.
00:20:20.000 Where the f is my black people with money?
00:20:22.000 I don't care about no dope money.
00:20:23.000 Give me that dope boy money.
00:20:25.000 Where the double bag boys.
00:20:28.000 Now, if I said that, that would be considered to be very racist.
00:20:32.000 Where she says, where's my black people money at?
00:20:34.000 Why are you guys spending money on dope?
00:20:36.000 Give me money.
00:20:37.000 See, I don't believe that because I'm not racist, but she definitely is.
00:20:41.000 She says, Why are all the black people buying dope?
00:20:44.000 Like, that's a really racist thing to say.
00:20:46.000 So you might wonder why we have that phone call.
00:20:48.000 Well, Project Veritas Action, their 501c4, they were able to get this tape because she was just kind of chatting it up with a convict.
00:20:57.000 And when you call a convict, all of those calls are recorded and opened to FOIA.
00:21:03.000 And basically, what she's saying is, we need sleepers.
00:21:06.000 We need a sleeper strategy to get within the South Carolina Republican Party and then be able to blow it up once we get there.
00:21:13.000 I believe they have done this in states like Georgia, Alabama.
00:21:16.000 I believe they've done this in states like Wyoming.
00:21:19.000 I believe the redder the state at times it opens up the opportunity for people to be able to infiltrate the party and to be able to get Democrats disguised as Republicans to come into the inner circle.
00:21:35.000 And so as we see this shift, more than 1 million voters switch to Republican Party and warning for Dems.
00:21:40.000 I just want to reiterate this point.
00:21:42.000 We need closed primaries.
00:21:45.000 We have them in a lot of these states, and they try to game them through party switching, through making it you have to switch the party.
00:21:53.000 But let's not rest on our laurels yet.
00:21:56.000 So I want to ask the question, which is, why does the left hate Clarence Thomas so much?
00:22:02.000 Clarence Thomas is one of the most extraordinary stories ever.
00:22:10.000 Clarence Thomas grew up in total poverty and rose to the United States Supreme Court.
00:22:15.000 Clarence Thomas is a black man that most black youth are not even exposed to.
00:22:22.000 Clarence Thomas is an articulate, charismatic leader.
00:22:27.000 Now, he doesn't speak much on the U.S. Supreme Court, and there's a reason for that.
00:22:30.000 You can learn about that in the book, Created Equal, that I still have on our desk here.
00:22:35.000 But Clarence Thomas receives more backlash than any member of the Supreme Court in recent memory.
00:22:45.000 Why is that?
00:22:46.000 Why is it that Clarence Thomas gets more of the focus and the antagonism and the venom from the media and from the left than Neil Gorsuch?
00:22:58.000 You know, you notice no one's attacking Neil Gorsuch right now.
00:23:01.000 Neil Gorsuch is probably fly fishing in Colorado, which I know on good authority.
00:23:06.000 That's what he enjoys doing because he mentioned it in his Senate confirmation hearing.
00:23:10.000 They're attacking Kavanaugh a little bit because he was the swing vote.
00:23:13.000 They just have decided not to attack Amy Coney Barrett.
00:23:16.000 They tried that in the confirmation hearing and she just ran circles around them.
00:23:19.000 But why Clarence Thomas?
00:23:21.000 Because they must make an example out of Clarence Thomas.
00:23:24.000 The same Democrat Party that calls convicts on the phone and says, where's my black money at?
00:23:30.000 Why are blacks spending all this money on dope?
00:23:32.000 Very racist thing to say is the same Democrat Party that says we can't allow people like Clarence Thomas to think freely.
00:23:43.000 You see, the Democrat Party used to own black people.
00:23:47.000 Then they would control black people, and now they still want to control black people.
00:23:52.000 The same type of command and control impulse in the Democrat Party that owned slaves and then controlled plantations wants to continue to control black people's thoughts, their ideology, and their philosophy.
00:24:05.000 Clarence Thomas doesn't play this game at all.
00:24:07.000 Clarence Thomas doesn't care, and that's what drives them crazy.
00:24:11.000 White liberals like Hillary Clinton go on and on and on about how Clarence Thomas is someone who has resentment, grievance, and anger.
00:24:20.000 Hillary Clinton is saying this.
00:24:22.000 Because of course, when I think of Hillary Clinton, I think of joy overfloweth and hope and optimism, peace and tranquility.
00:24:30.000 When I think of Hillary Clinton, I think of the fruits of the spirit.
00:24:33.000 Love, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, and self-control.
00:24:35.000 That's what I think of when I think of Hillary Clinton.
00:24:39.000 Play cut 44.
00:24:40.000 I went to law school with him.
00:24:42.000 He's been a person of grievance for as long as I've known him.
00:24:46.000 Resentment, grievance, anger.
00:24:49.000 And the thing that is, well, there's so many things about it that are deeply distressing, but women are going to die, Gail.
00:24:56.000 Women will die.
00:24:58.000 Oh, yeah.
00:24:58.000 She says it with a smile on her face.
00:25:00.000 Yes, I have to go get a lecture about grievance and resentment from Hillary Clinton.
00:25:06.000 Yes, if only Clarence Thomas was at peace with himself as much as I am.
00:25:11.000 I'm a very happy person.
00:25:12.000 Don't you know that?
00:25:15.000 Hillary Clinton found lost in the woods, never becoming president.
00:25:18.000 And by the way, don't be surprised if Hillary runs for president this next cycle.
00:25:22.000 Do not be surprised if you see a Hillary versus Gavin Newsome deal.
00:25:26.000 I think Joe Biden is being put out to pasture.
00:25:28.000 We're seeing that in a variety of different things.
00:25:31.000 People say Michelle Obama might run.
00:25:34.000 That's a separate issue.
00:25:35.000 So why do they hate Clarence Thomas so much?
00:25:38.000 They hate Clarence Thomas.
00:25:40.000 And by the way, you could kind of tell in her, she wanted to say something.
00:25:43.000 She said, oh, yeah, there's things very distressing.
00:25:45.000 You know what distresses Hillary Clinton the most about Clarence Thomas?
00:25:49.000 Is that Clarence Thomas is a free-thinking black person.
00:25:52.000 That drives Democrats insane.
00:25:56.000 They do not believe that black people should be able to have independent thoughts.
00:25:59.000 They don't.
00:26:00.000 They want to control them.
00:26:02.000 I wish it wasn't that simple.
00:26:03.000 I wish that they thought that anybody could think anything based not on the color of their skin, but the content of their character.
00:26:09.000 Don't believe me?
00:26:10.000 Look at Trevor Noah, who used to be a funny man on television, calling Clarence Thomas Justice QAnon.
00:26:17.000 Play cut 51.
00:26:19.000 And if the overturning wasn't bad enough, Justice QAnon himself, Clarence Thomas, wrote that he wants the court to reconsider the rights to gay marriage, gay sex, and contraception.
00:26:32.000 Yeah, imagine that.
00:26:33.000 This dude is so extreme.
00:26:34.000 He's talking about banning rights I didn't even realize could be banned.
00:26:38.000 He's going to be reading the newspaper like, Justice Thomas wants to ban the right to engage in nipple play?
00:26:43.000 What?
00:26:44.000 Like at some point, you're not even a judge anymore.
00:26:46.000 You're just a block in a fancy road.
00:26:47.000 That's all you are.
00:26:49.000 Nothing says moral clarity like being lectured about American values from a South African funny man.
00:26:55.000 I think he's from Johannesburg, if I remember correctly, because that's not quite a British accent.
00:26:59.000 That dialect is more affrikants than it is British.
00:27:02.000 Nothing wrong with that, obviously.
00:27:03.000 Welcome to America.
00:27:04.000 Just don't tell me how to live anyway.
00:27:07.000 So why does Trevor Noah and Hillary Clinton and the activist press, why do they hate him so much?
00:27:13.000 Because Clarence Thomas, if Clarence Thomas went unchecked, he could actually start a revival in black thinking in this country.
00:27:20.000 Where all of a sudden blacks say, you know what?
00:27:23.000 I don't have to be a member of the Democrat Party.
00:27:25.000 As the great Candace Owens has been leading through her organization, Blexit, the black exit from the Democrat Party, the black exit from the American left.
00:27:33.000 This is why they must do everything they possibly can to crush these people.
00:27:37.000 And by the way, the fact that young black kids or any people do not have Clarence Thomas or Thomas Sowell as everyday dinner table conversation is a national tragedy.
00:27:49.000 I wish to change that.
00:27:50.000 Thomas Sowell and Clarence Thomas are two heroes.
00:27:54.000 Their moral clarity, their wisdom, their intelligence, and yet they're the people that white liberals hate the most.
00:28:02.000 Why?
00:28:02.000 Because they could actually get America to care less about skin color and more about values and ideas.
00:28:09.000 That kind of America is an existential threat to the American left.
00:28:14.000 God bless Clarence Thomas.
00:28:17.000 Flashback during Clarence Thomas' confirmation hearing, Joe Biden was talking down to Clarence Thomas, and then Clarence Thomas explains in the documentary that this is just a way to get him to talk about abortion.
00:28:29.000 But isn't it interesting?
00:28:30.000 As our entire national conversation was hyper-racialized for the last couple years and it was all about black voices matter, black lives matter, that white people need to sit down and shut up.
00:28:41.000 The minute that a member of the Supreme Court, at the time, the only black member of the Supreme Court, issues an opinion they don't like, they go into full character assassination mode.
00:28:53.000 Maybe it's not actually about black voices.
00:28:55.000 Maybe it's about black voices you like.
00:28:58.000 And what we're seeing is a continuation of the same sort of tactics, strategies that Joe Biden used back in the confirmation hearing.
00:29:10.000 Because look, what's happening right now, and they have to try to get ahead of it, is they are seeing a massive realignment of Hispanics and blacks that are defecting from the Democrat Party.
00:29:22.000 Now, it's not happening at the same rate with black voters as it is with Hispanic voters.
00:29:26.000 With Hispanic voters, it is out of control.
00:29:30.000 So the Democrat Party needs to hold on to the one demographic that they still dominate, which is upper-middle-class white educated women liberal voters and the white guilt and the hyper-racism that white educated liberal voters have towards black people and to keep black people continually controlled by the Democrat Party.
00:29:49.000 Play cut 60.
00:29:51.000 But it is a fundamental question that is going to be almost impossible for non-lawyers to grasp in an exchange.
00:30:00.000 But you know and I know it is a big, big deal.
00:30:04.000 And in conclusion.
00:30:05.000 One of the things you do in hearing is you have to sit there and look attentively at people you know have no idea what they're talking about.
00:30:16.000 And it was fine.
00:30:17.000 I understood what he was trying to do.
00:30:20.000 I didn't really appreciate it.
00:30:22.000 Natural law was nothing more than a way of tricking me into talking about abortion.
00:30:28.000 Well, you know.
00:30:29.000 Since many Catholic moral philosophers saw the two things as intimately related.
00:30:36.000 That's one of the great quotes ever.
00:30:38.000 While Joe Biden is yammering on and on and on, and Clarence Thomas says, unfortunately, in his deep, beautiful voice, unfortunately, when you have to be confirmed by the Senate, you have to listen to people that have no idea what they're talking about.
00:30:52.000 And Joe Biden goes on and on and on and on and on.
00:30:56.000 Joe Biden was the one that tried and attempted the high-tech lynching of Clarence Thomas due to the baseless, slanderous attacks from Anita Hill.
00:31:07.000 This is why, you want to know why they hate Clarence Thomas?
00:31:09.000 If Clarence Thomas was like John Roberts, he would get beautiful pieces in the New York Times.
00:31:14.000 No, they hate Justice Thomas because he's willing to say, regardless of the fury, regardless of the hurricane, North is still North.
00:31:23.000 Play cut 54.
00:31:25.000 You can be in the middle of a hurricane, or you can be on a calm day.
00:31:30.000 North is still North.
00:31:32.000 You could be in a thunderstorm.
00:31:34.000 North is still North.
00:31:36.000 People can yell at you.
00:31:37.000 North is still north.
00:31:40.000 It doesn't change fundamental things.
00:31:43.000 And in this business, right is still right, even if you stand by yourself.
00:31:49.000 Amen.
00:31:50.000 Doesn't matter if they call him all the worst words.
00:31:52.000 Doesn't matter that a guy upholster in Canada called him the N-word on Twitter.
00:31:57.000 Doesn't matter that the mayor of Chicago, Lori Lightfoot, says F Clarence Thomas.
00:32:03.000 It doesn't matter.
00:32:05.000 What matters is that North is still North.
00:32:08.000 Clarence Thomas has been attacked by every direction imaginable.
00:32:13.000 But I hope that all of you take a moment to appreciate and to thank God and thank everyone who's played a role in the fact that we now have a court that respects and understands the United States Constitution.
00:32:28.000 Because regardless of what everyone else says around you, is that we need to have a burning focus and desire to do the right thing, regardless of what the postmodernists say, regardless of what these racial arsonists say.
00:32:41.000 That's why they hate Clarence Thomas, because he does not give an inch to their demands.
00:32:49.000 Thank you so much for listening, everybody.
00:32:51.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:32:53.000 Thank you so much for listening.
00:32:54.000 God bless.
