00:01:22.000 The great Tom Homan, the legendary Tom Homan.
00:01:25.000 How you doing?
00:01:28.000 I'm doing great.
00:01:29.000 And, you know, there's been a lot of stuff in the news, but the most important stuff has actually not been talked about this week, which is that there is a slow-motion insurrection happening on our cities.
00:01:40.000 And again, there's so much stuff happening.
00:01:42.000 We have the flooding in Texas, which is terrible.
00:01:45.000 Tom, bring us up to speed.
00:01:47.000 What happened in California?
00:01:49.000 There was a marijuana farm that was raided.
00:01:53.000 Miners were working at it.
00:01:54.000 And is it correct that an illegal alien discharged a weapon at ICE officers?
00:02:00.000 All true.
00:02:01.000 So we're serving criminal search warrants.
00:02:04.000 I mean, it wasn't, you know, it wasn't your normal, like what the media want to call immigration raid.
00:02:09.000 We're serving criminal warrants, a part of a criminal investigation into, you know, illegal weed farm, child trafficking, labor violations.
00:02:21.000 So we were there enforcing the laws of this country.
00:02:23.000 And the protesters showed up, enforced, assaulting officers.
00:02:28.000 And, you know, if you went and actually asked any of the protesters, what are your protesters?
00:02:33.000 They don't know what the hell they're doing.
00:02:33.000 They didn't tell you.
00:02:35.000 They just say hatred on ICE.
00:02:36.000 Hatred on ICE that is perpetuated by members of Congress.
00:02:40.000 So if a member of Congress can call him racist, they can call them the Gestapo.
00:02:45.000 Then, you know, these nuts in the public, it just emboldens them to go out there and take on ICE, which is they'll lose.
00:02:52.000 Yes, they will.
00:02:53.000 And so at this specific incident, a guy started shooting at ICE officers.
00:02:58.000 Have we found out who that person is?
00:03:00.000 FBI is investigating it.
00:03:02.000 I know a little bit, but I really can't talk about it right now, but they're deep in it.
00:03:06.000 So what did we learn about this specific marijuana facility that was so egregious?
00:03:11.000 They were using child slave labor or something akin to it?
00:03:15.000 They had unaccompanied alien children that crossed under Joe Biden.
00:03:20.000 Some of the ones that he released and he lost.
00:03:23.000 So they were working.
00:03:26.000 And so this is important.
00:03:27.000 Sorry to interrupt you, Tom.
00:03:28.000 This is what the media calls a farm.
00:03:30.000 So you know how there's been a lot of controversy around farms the last couple of weeks, right?
00:03:35.000 So at this farm were illegal aliens that were how old, Tom?
00:03:39.000 12?
00:03:40.000 Yeah, they're young, young teenagers.
00:03:42.000 So no, this is not what you think it is, working on farms.
00:03:45.000 These are illegal 12-year-olds that come and they're producing marijuana illegally.
00:03:53.000 And we're continuing investigation on the interviews.
00:03:55.000 Were they even being paid?
00:03:56.000 Were they paying off smuggling fees?
00:03:58.000 How many hours were they working?
00:04:00.000 Look, I've said this forever.
00:04:01.000 And I truly believe this.
00:04:02.000 I've been doing this since 1984.
00:04:04.000 No one hires an illegal alien out of the goodness of their heart.
00:04:08.000 They hire them because they work them harder, pay them less, and undercut their competition with U.S. citizen employees and drive labor rates down.
00:04:14.000 So a deep dive investigation, interviews are being had, these kids will have.
00:04:20.000 They'll do a forensics interview, and we'll uncover the trafficking issue and try to find those responsible for smuggling these kids and trafficking them, and we'll prosecute them.
00:04:30.000 And so more broadly on the deportation project, you recently said, I don't want to misquote you, Tom, and you're doing an amazing job.
00:04:37.000 Isn't Tom just doing incredible?
00:04:41.000 You recently said the goal is to get to 7,000 deportations a day.
00:04:48.000 Am I quoting?
00:04:49.000 What I said was the media is out there losing their minds because there was the goal set of 3,000 a day.
00:04:57.000 And they asked her, is that even possible?
00:04:58.000 Isn't that racist?
00:05:00.000 I said, 3,000 a day is nothing.
00:05:02.000 Because if you do the math, we would have to rest 7,000 a day for the rest of the administration just to remove those that Biden released in the country.
00:05:11.000 You're not talking about the 15 million plus already here.
00:05:14.000 So 3,000 a day is a drop in a bucket.
00:05:17.000 And with the big, beautiful bill now passed, just watch and see what happens.
00:05:22.000 And so 7,000 a day would be like 2.5 million people a year.
00:05:31.000 Can you talk about the self-deportations as well?
00:05:36.000 Because if history shows for every one person that we deport, there could be upwards of 10 people that self-deport.
00:05:44.000 Is that about right?
00:05:45.000 The studies have been done showing close to 1 million have already left the country on their own or through the app.
00:05:55.000 And I think a big part of that is a big part of that is what we're doing right now.
00:05:59.000 We've got over 1,000 arrest teams on the streets of this nation arresting illegal aliens every day.
00:06:04.000 Of course, prioritizing the public safety threats, national security threats first, what they see.
00:06:08.000 Now you can wait and let us find you and deport you, or you can get your affairs in order and leave on your own and make yourself available for other opportunities in the future if they come up.
00:06:18.000 But I think consequences matter.
00:06:21.000 Bad behavior doesn't change unless there's consequences, and we're shaming consequences.
00:06:25.000 So I'll tell you a quick anecdote.
00:06:26.000 So a local church that Eric and I go to, it's a Catholic Church.
00:06:30.000 I'm not Catholic.
00:06:31.000 She was raised Catholic, but we just like going there and great community and fellowship to go and pray, and it's great.
00:06:37.000 And it's beautiful.
00:06:38.000 I love beautiful churches.
00:06:39.000 I like beautiful things.
00:06:40.000 I don't like going to church in Costco.
00:06:41.000 Sorry, I don't.
00:06:42.000 So I don't like going to Home Depot to worship.
00:06:44.000 Call me old-fashioned.
00:06:46.000 So they're doing this major marble project at this church, major, right?
00:06:50.000 And so the priest who I know, we were walking in one weekday just to go pray, and the marble project was half finished.
00:06:57.000 And I said, oh, hey, what's going on here?
00:06:59.000 He said, oh, I got to tell you a story.
00:07:00.000 He said, so the original contractor started this effort, and he had to stop at the beginning because all of his labor self-deported.
00:07:08.000 And so then he was super worried that he wasn't going to be able to fulfill the project.
00:07:12.000 He found Americans within 48 hours that did a better job for only $2 to $3 more an hour.
00:07:20.000 And it's all legal, and it's all American, and the job will be finished at the exact same time.
00:07:24.000 Everybody, don't believe the lie.
00:07:26.000 We can get this.
00:07:29.000 And that right there is a glaring first-person example because we're sort of, oh, who's going to be the stonemasons?
00:07:34.000 and no one's going to want to work on the roofs, and no one's going to...
00:07:42.000 You know, I got a similar story.
00:07:44.000 So a few years ago, I had to put a new roof in my house because of a storm.
00:07:48.000 I had to call five or six different companies before I found a company that guaranteed me a legal workforce.
00:07:53.000 But while I was getting the bids, the father and son showed up.
00:07:56.000 And they're hoping I didn't need a whole roof replacement.
00:07:59.000 They were hoping just to repair it.
00:08:00.000 But once they saw it, they said, no, we can't do this.
00:08:03.000 And he told me a story.
00:08:05.000 He had a successful roofing company that had over 20 U.S. citizens employees that he put on the roof at 20 bucks an hour.
00:08:12.000 And he lost the business because he couldn't win any contracts.
00:08:15.000 Other companies put illegal aliens on the roof for $7 an hour.
00:08:18.000 He just couldn't win a contract.
00:08:20.000 So now him and his son just go out and do roof repairs.
00:08:23.000 He laid off 20 U.S. citizen employees.
00:08:25.000 That happens every day across the country.
00:08:27.000 Every day.
00:08:28.000 And this idea, like, look, I will acknowledge that some of the youth of America, there are some of these jobs that they don't want to do.
00:08:35.000 But I reject the premise in a country of 330 million people that we have maxed out the labor potential of this country.
00:08:42.000 I'm sorry.
00:08:43.000 I just don't buy it, okay?
00:08:45.000 You do not, and what I will buy, though, is that yes, if you don't raise wages, then there will be a problem.
00:08:51.000 But we're not talking about going from $20 an hour to $85 an hour.
00:08:55.000 We're talking about minor adjustments on the wage scale, which, by the way, I would personally, as an employer, by the way, only hire legal Americans at Turning Point USA.
00:09:05.000 The fact that I have to say that is ridiculous.
00:09:07.000 We use E-Verify.
00:09:09.000 But as a citizen, I want to make sure the workforce is not just legal, but I feel an obligation to fulfill the mandate of my fellow countrymen.
00:09:20.000 Because, Tom, you're getting at something.
00:09:22.000 Is it correct that the thrust of hiring illegal labor is that they actually don't want to pay Americans what they, just a normal wage?
00:09:31.000 Absolutely.
00:09:32.000 Like I said, they overwork them, underpay them.
00:09:35.000 And I agree with you.
00:09:36.000 We have plenty of workforce here.
00:09:39.000 If they get out of their mother's basement, stop protesting nice, and go get a job, they could actually add to our economy.
00:09:45.000 Well, and even beyond that, you know, if you, again, I hate racial politics, I really do, but we have Blexit, and Black America's been treated terribly by the Democrat Party, awful.
00:09:58.000 You want to know who's been treated the worst by mass migration is black America.
00:10:02.000 And how many black Americans who used to do a lot of these jobs happily, carpentry, woodworking, and all of a sudden you bring in a steady flow of illegal labor, and people say, well, they just work harder.
00:10:18.000 I guess I could sympathize for us.
00:10:21.000 I'm sure that at the extremes, that's true, right?
00:10:24.000 Would you agree, Tom, at the extremes?
00:10:26.000 But at the median, I'm sorry, like, I don't buy that.
00:10:30.000 I think that this idea that you need to get maximal corporate return, even though you don't have a nation, it's been a bad bargain for us, actually.
00:10:38.000 It's that we're a nation of strangers.
00:10:41.000 We don't know how many people are actually in America.
00:10:43.000 We have no idea who they are.
00:10:45.000 They're endangering our communities.
00:10:47.000 But we save a couple bucks an hour on wages.
00:10:51.000 I remember when I was another example, when I was ice-dragged, just a few years back, but we actually did a work site enforcement operation on a plant in Chicago that made sausage.
00:11:02.000 We wrestled a lot of illegal aliens there.
00:11:04.000 Within two weeks, they were back open, replaced by black labor.
00:11:09.000 Gave them law jobs.
00:11:10.000 So that's just one example.
00:11:11.000 So you're exactly right.
00:11:12.000 A lot of them have been displaced because of illegal immigration and cheap labor.
00:11:16.000 So, Tom, let me ask you then.
00:11:20.000 So we saw this in Nebraska where there was a meat packing facility, raided it, all the illegals were arrested, line out the door for Americans to get the job the next day.
00:11:31.000 Why don't we hold the employers accountable?
00:11:34.000 Why don't we have why don't we start arresting business owners that are knowingly arresting illegal aliens?
00:11:44.000 Aren't they breaking the law?
00:11:46.000 They are.
00:11:47.000 Federal law.
00:11:48.000 And just a couple weeks ago, I gave a direction to ICE that I want to see many, many, many more criminal prosecutions at work sites.
00:12:01.000 I love it.
00:12:04.000 Of the people that know they are processing fraudulent social security numbers.
00:12:09.000 We're going to prosecute not only an employer, but if you use a false Social Security card, a false green card, you're going to get prosecuted too.
00:12:15.000 Zero tolerance.
00:12:17.000 I love it.
00:12:19.000 And private student loan debt in America totals about $300 billion.
00:12:26.000 About $45 billion of that is labeled as distressed.
00:12:28.000 WhyReFi refinances distressed or defaulted private student loans that others won't touch?
00:12:32.000 You can finally take control of your student loan situation with a plan that works for your monthly budget.
00:12:37.000 Go to YReFi.com.
00:12:38.000 Can you imagine being debt-free and not living under this burden anymore?
00:12:41.000 The first step is contacting YReFi.
00:12:43.000 Just call 888-YREFI34 or go to YReFI.com.
00:12:46.000 That is YREFY.com.
00:12:48.000 That is whyRefi.com.
00:12:50.000 May not be available in all 50 states.
00:12:51.000 If you have a co-borrower, YReFi can get them released from the loan.
00:12:54.000 Go to YReFi.com.
00:12:56.000 That is YREFY.com.
00:13:00.000 Look, and I think we should acknowledge this.
00:13:03.000 Not in every sector are we going to be able to refill the workforce overnight.
00:13:06.000 It's not going to happen.
00:13:07.000 There will be hiccups.
00:13:08.000 There will be bumps.
00:13:10.000 But I think it's worth it as a national project because eventually we will solve it.
00:13:14.000 And understand this, that in agriculture, everyone talks about farms, farms, farms.
00:13:18.000 Okay, do you know that our reliance on migrant labor has largely actually held back the farms from automating, investing in robotics, and actually becoming more efficient?
00:13:30.000 Because they don't want to spend their money on that.
00:13:32.000 They could just keep on hiring illegal migrant labor.
00:13:35.000 It's actually held us back significantly.
00:13:37.000 But we're told, Tom, that all the crops are going to rot in the field if we do mass deportations.
00:13:42.000 Look, I know that the president made some comments about farmers.
00:13:45.000 I know Department of Labor, DHS, and Department of Agriculture are all getting together talking about possible options.
00:13:55.000 I'm not going to get a present on this, but I can tell you this, there will be no amnesty.
00:14:06.000 Can't happen.
00:14:07.000 When you reward illegal behavior, it is not going to stop.
00:14:12.000 We're national laws.
00:14:13.000 We need to finally say enough.
00:14:16.000 We're done.
00:14:17.000 So I understand the policy discussions.
00:14:20.000 I'll get involved with that this week.
00:14:24.000 I talked to the president, and he said there will be no amnesty.
00:14:27.000 He said the same thing to me on a phone call a couple days ago, no amnesty period.
00:14:31.000 And he's been clear on that.
00:14:32.000 But I want you in those policy discussions to come back with a message from Tampa.
00:14:36.000 Because if they even play footse with amnesty, this coalition will be more angry than anything that's happened over the last decade.
00:14:44.000 This is the core campaign promise.
00:14:46.000 We finally got the one big, beautiful bill.
00:14:49.000 And all of a sudden, we're now flirting with jeopardizing our coalition.
00:14:53.000 So I want you to just bring that memo back to the policy discussion.
00:14:56.000 They have not seen the MAGA base so animated.
00:15:00.000 I mean, we are not even at yet removing all the Biden people.
00:15:03.000 And let me just, let's play this out, Tom.
00:15:05.000 And the great Stephen Miller and I had a great conversation about this.
00:15:08.000 So let's say somebody says, well, if you've been here for 15 years, you can stay.
00:15:12.000 And you get legal residency.
00:15:14.000 Sounds common sense.
00:15:16.000 Okay, fine, sure.
00:15:17.000 But let's talk about this in practice before we even get to the policy.
00:15:20.000 Tom, do we have any record of when any illegalists come across the border?
00:15:24.000 No.
00:15:24.000 No.
00:15:25.000 So therefore, if you say if you've been here for 15 years, you can stay, wouldn't every illegal just say the magic words, hocus, pocus?
00:15:33.000 I've been here for 15 years.
00:15:34.000 And even if you could prove it otherwise in court.
00:15:36.000 Well, that happened in 1986.
00:15:38.000 I was there.
00:15:38.000 Simpson Mazzoli, talk about that.
00:15:40.000 Well, during IRCA in 1986, what they call a special assault program, special agriculture worker program.
00:15:47.000 I was a specialist at that time, and I conducted criminal investigations.
00:15:51.000 I can tell you over 85% of those applications were fraudulent.
00:15:54.000 He just went to a farmer, gave him $100.
00:15:56.000 He gave me a letter saying, yeah, he worked for me for 90 days from this day and that day.
00:15:59.000 There was no check and balances on that.
00:16:01.000 So it's just right for fraud.
00:16:02.000 And that was the failure of the 1986 amnesty, and it will happen again.
00:16:07.000 And on top of even the fraud, guys, what it would do then is it would suspend all deportations in real time, because all they'd have to do is say the magic words, and you'd have to adjudicate it, and it would backlog the courts, and you wouldn't be able to have hands on any illegal alien, just as a practical matter.
00:16:22.000 But we've got to go beyond the time in the country, what they're going to claim, what time they have in the country.
00:16:28.000 But we also got to talk to the false narrative being pushed by the media that we're deporting U.S. citizens.
00:16:35.000 We're not deporting U.S. citizens.
00:16:36.000 I said this from day one.
00:16:38.000 If you're in the country illegally and you choose to have a child, that's on you.
00:16:43.000 And when you get an order deportation, it's parenting 101.
00:16:47.000 Either you take the child with you or leave them with a relative, the other spouse.
00:16:50.000 Having a U.S. citizen child in this country doesn't make you immune from our laws.
00:16:54.000 Because if that's the message we send to the whole world, you're never going to fix this problem.
00:16:58.000 Yes, and by the way.
00:16:59.000 So like I said, what can you do?
00:17:01.000 Can you do a mass deportation without separating families?
00:17:05.000 We deport them together.
00:17:06.000 Yes, and by the way, the kid technically, I get, well, we need to get rid of birthright citizenship.
00:17:10.000 It's a terrible thing.
00:17:11.000 It's awful.
00:17:13.000 I'm not optimistic the Supreme Court's probably going to wuss out on that.
00:17:16.000 But I hope we get a victory there.
00:17:19.000 But I guess the kid's still a U.S. citizen.
00:17:21.000 But you're right.
00:17:22.000 The whole mass migration project post-1986.
00:17:27.000 So for those of you that don't know, Reagan, worst thing Reagan did, by the way, by far, he was a good president in a lot of ways.
00:17:32.000 This was his biggest mistake by far.
00:17:34.000 Would you agree, Tom?
00:17:36.000 Mark Urke was a mistake.
00:17:36.000 Yeah.
00:17:38.000 Yeah.
00:17:38.000 And so he comes out, Sims Mazzoli, we're going to give amnesty a pathway to citizenship for anyone that worked on a farm all the way up to 1985.
00:17:46.000 And then we're going to have all this border enforcement stuff.
00:17:47.000 None of the border enforcement stuff actually materialized.
00:17:50.000 But all the amnesty.
00:17:50.000 No.
00:17:51.000 None of the work site materialized.
00:17:53.000 None of the work site.
00:17:53.000 So all these promises of how tough we were going to be, none of it happened, but all the amnesty happened.
00:17:58.000 But here's the kicker.
00:17:59.000 And Tom, you're a government official, so I don't know if you can comment on this, but I can.
00:18:03.000 Which is that we were promised that all Hispanics would vote Republican if we gave them amnesty.
00:18:09.000 And I want you to understand this, because I hear this from sometimes the ruling class.
00:18:14.000 What happened is actually Hispanics got more Democrat every single year until Donald Trump came, and he actually won back Hispanics by promising mass deportations.
00:18:23.000 So if you want to win over Hispanics, you actually talk about lawful deportation because the legal Hispanics are sick of people that have cut in line, stolen Social Security numbers, lied to the system.
00:18:35.000 Am I correct on that, Tom?
00:18:38.000 No, I was an agent at the time.
00:18:40.000 I started this 1990s.
00:18:40.000 I'm old.
00:18:41.000 I love this before I was alive.
00:18:43.000 But I was an agent during that time.
00:18:44.000 I remember, I get pissed off a lot, but I remember being pissed off back then because there was so much fraud going on.
00:18:51.000 And CIS, who was taking, well, it was equal to CIS at the time, that were taking applications, ICE officers at the time, INS special agent, weren't even allowed to enter the building to grab the fraudulent applications to take action on them.
00:19:05.000 They totally separated the benefits from investigations.
00:19:07.000 So even though there's 90% fraud, we weren't allowed access to the government records.
00:19:12.000 That's how bad IRC was run.
00:19:14.000 And so then we fast forward and we had open border, open border.
00:19:18.000 Trump is the first one to not just say, let's close the border.
00:19:21.000 By the way, Tom Holman deserves such credit.
00:19:23.000 The border, we're not even talking about it anymore.
00:19:25.000 How many people crossed the southern border into the interior of the United States in May?
00:19:29.000 Zero were released.
00:19:30.000 Everybody that crossed were sent right back.
00:19:33.000 Zero.
00:19:36.000 I'll tell you a better number.
00:19:38.000 The number that excites me the most.
00:19:40.000 Under the Biden administration, they averaged 1,800 gotaways every day.
00:19:43.000 No one gotaway.
00:19:44.000 Every day.
00:19:45.000 Because we had digital, we had video, drone traffic, central traffic, 1,800 a day on average you know how many there was yesterday 11 11 11 too many and we'll close that down but we went from 1800 to 11 and and the crossings were 99 to 2000 miles of the board we had 99 crossings how many got released zero how many got released last month zero how many months before that zero we ended catch and release and
00:19:45.000 Every day.
00:20:14.000 Tom, you haven't spoken yet on stage, right?
00:20:19.000 Okay.
00:20:19.000 No.
00:20:19.000 When you do, I hope you emphasize it because a lot of people are, you know, they're confused and they're fighting about stuff.
00:20:24.000 And that's fine.
00:20:25.000 But I hope everyone understands the securing of the southern border.
00:20:25.000 It's healthy.
00:20:29.000 If that's all President Trump does and he golfs for the next four years, that alone makes this all worth it.
00:20:33.000 No, seriously.
00:20:34.000 That at least buys us some time to have a nation again and to have a republic.
00:20:39.000 And having the most secure, right today, you have the most secure border in the history of this nation today.
00:20:44.000 And what has that done?
00:20:45.000 Fentanyl seizures have dropped in half.
00:20:47.000 Sex trafficking women and children are decimated.
00:20:50.000 A number of Americans dying from fentanyl has dropped significantly.
00:20:54.000 Sex trafficking has decreased to a level we've never seen before.
00:21:00.000 I mean, President Trump, by having a secure border, saves lives every day.
00:21:06.000 So, this is now the key.
00:21:11.000 And this is why Tom is so important.
00:21:12.000 He's a hero.
00:21:13.000 It would be very tempting and easy for us to avoid the big cities.
00:21:18.000 it's where all the drama no i know but i want to i want to build you up for it that ain't happening the cities is where you reclaim the country that's actually where you exert dominion because what they're doing is they're trying to be like okay you can do your raids in the rurals tom are we going to avoid l Are we going to avoid Denver?
00:21:37.000 No, we're going to triple down on them.
00:21:40.000 And I said this.
00:21:43.000 You know, right after we got in office, the Mayor of Chicago said I wasn't welcome in Chicago.
00:21:49.000 Guess where I was the next day?
00:21:50.000 Chicago.
00:21:52.000 And I'm going to Portland.
00:21:54.000 Oh, that'll be fun.
00:21:57.000 But President Trump, we talked about this.
00:21:58.000 President Trump said it the other day.
00:22:00.000 Sanctuary cities, we want to prioritize sanctuary cities.
00:22:03.000 We're going to send a massive amount of aids in sanctuary cities because we know we have a problem.
00:22:07.000 We know they're releasing public safety threats back in the community every day.
00:22:10.000 Like, we don't have that problem in Florida.
00:22:12.000 Every sheriff in Florida is working with us.
00:22:14.000 Thanks to the great governor of Santa.
00:22:15.000 Santa's doing great.
00:22:16.000 You know what?
00:22:16.000 So we'll take resources from Florida.
00:22:18.000 We'll throw them in New York.
00:22:19.000 We'll throw them in L.A. We'll throw them in Portland.
00:22:21.000 We'll throw them in Chicago.
00:22:23.000 We'll throw them in Seattle.
00:22:24.000 Every sanctuary city that wants to double down on ice, we're going to triple down.
00:22:28.000 We're going to flood the zone, flood the zone in the neighborhoods, flood the zone at work site.
00:22:32.000 We're going to win this war because what we're doing is making this country safe every day.
00:22:37.000 Every criminal, illegal, alien, or public safety threat that we deport makes this country safe.
00:22:42.000 And that's what we're going to continue doing.
00:22:44.000 We're going to keep President Trump's promise to the American people, we're going to make this country safe again.
00:22:48.000 We're going to enforce the immigration law without apology.
00:22:51.000 And I don't give a sh ⁇ .
00:22:55.000 I did once before you.
00:22:56.000 We're not live.
00:22:56.000 No, you're fine.
00:22:57.000 You're fine.
00:23:02.000 Look, I'll just say this.
00:23:03.000 I take a lot of hate.
00:23:04.000 I take a lot of hip pieces on me every day, and I love them.
00:23:07.000 Because I get tired, and when I read a hip piece, you'll throw a gas in my fire.
00:23:11.000 So I don't give a what people think about me.
00:23:13.000 APPLAUSE We're going to do this job.
00:23:22.000 So the doxing of ICE agents is terrible.
00:23:24.000 The assault on ICs are terrible.
00:23:27.000 The attacks on me and my family, yeah, unfortunate.
00:23:30.000 But guess what?
00:23:31.000 We're not leaving.
00:23:32.000 We're going to keep doing this job.
00:23:34.000 We're going nowhere.
00:23:35.000 So we're going to finish the job we started, and we're going to finish it to the last day of this administration.
00:23:39.000 And hopefully, the next president, Republican president, will have eight more years of doing it.
00:23:43.000 We're going to clean the nation up.
00:23:45.000 Amen.
00:23:48.000 Right now, over 7.5 million businesses in America are thriving on TikTok.
00:23:53.000 We certainly are.
00:23:54.000 We're reaching the next generation rather successfully there.
00:23:57.000 Businesses that employ more than 28 million people.
00:23:59.000 But behind the stats, it's the stories that really matter.
00:24:02.000 Like Dan O'Seasoning from Kentucky, who used TikTok to reach new customers and grow from a one-man show to a team of 45.
00:24:10.000 Or Arizona Taco King in Arizona, able to employ over 28 people and pay them well, thanks to the foot traffic TikTok brings in.
00:24:17.000 Or She Mechanic in Georgia, who expanded her auto shop and hired new employees with the support she found on TikTok.
00:24:23.000 Their success means jobs, support for families, and stronger local communities, because when small businesses thrive on TikTok, so do the communities around them.
00:24:32.000 Learn more about TikTok's contribution to the U.S. economy at TikTokEconomic Impact.com.
00:24:37.000 That is TikTokEconomic Impact.com.
00:24:42.000 What does the Big Beautiful Bill mean for you and for your effort?
00:24:46.000 What has now, it's passed, it's Big Beautiful law.
00:24:49.000 What do now you have at your command to be able to reclaim the country?
00:24:54.000 Well, it does a lot of things.
00:24:55.000 First of all, for the southern border, we're going to finish the wall.
00:24:59.000 And not only finish your wall, we're going to finish the technology in the existing wall that Joe Biden stopped.
00:25:05.000 He didn't just stop building the wall.
00:25:07.000 He stopped putting the technology in the wall that made it a smart wall.
00:25:09.000 So agents can talk to one another in dead zones.
00:25:12.000 That we know when someone approaches the wall, climbs the wall, or tries to dig under the wall.
00:25:17.000 It's also going to add technology to the port of entries so we can still move legal trade through the port of entry as quick as possible, but still catch maximum amounts of contraband.
00:25:26.000 On the interior, 10,000 new ice agents.
00:25:29.000 Never heard of that before.
00:25:30.000 This is the biggest plus-up on ice we've seen in the history of the agency.
00:25:34.000 Right now, we've got 5,000 deportation officers, over 20 million illegal agents in this country.
00:25:34.000 10,000.
00:25:39.000 That's a huge plus-up.
00:25:41.000 More boots on the ground.
00:25:42.000 It's going to give us more detention beds.
00:25:43.000 We're going to go to 50,000 beds to 100,000 beds.
00:25:46.000 So we're going to have plenty of room to put people there.
00:25:49.000 We're going to increase the teams as soon as we can.
00:25:52.000 Academy is already starting to roll out.
00:25:54.000 We're going to move a lot of agents through that academy.
00:25:56.000 More boots on the ground, more transportation contracts, more beds.
00:25:59.000 More contracts do jobs that don't require a badging gun.
00:26:03.000 It shouldn't take a badge and gun when someone comes in to report or to do arrest reports or processing.
00:26:08.000 Let contractors do that and get that badging gun on the street where we need them.
00:26:12.000 We're going to keep focusing on public safety threats and national security threats.
00:26:15.000 If you think the numbers look good now, just hold on tight.
00:26:20.000 So I think it's also worth mentioning.
00:26:25.000 Recently there was this MS-13 leader arrested in Nebraska, and I don't even think we knew who he was or how he got.
00:26:33.000 I mean, and all of a sudden here he is, this guy that El Salvador has been looking at.
00:26:36.000 Do you know the case I'm talking about?
00:26:38.000 That shows the great vetting that the Biden administration claimed they did, which they did.
00:26:44.000 Look, millions of illegal aliens were released in this country without proper vetting.
00:26:49.000 And Second Terminus will stand on stage and say, oh, they're property vetted.
00:26:52.000 They're all property vetted.
00:26:53.000 That's a bunch of garbage.
00:26:55.000 Because we don't have access to most countries' criminal data, if they even have a system like NCIC.
00:27:00.000 With the Chinese and the Russians and people from Syria, do you really think those governments are sharing any data with us, especially national security data?
00:27:08.000 These people weren't property vetted, and that's why we're working so hard to find them, because they do pose the biggest national security vulnerability I've seen in my lifetime.
00:27:17.000 What Joe Biden did to this country is the biggest national security vulnerability I've ever seen.
00:27:24.000 Under Joe Biden, over 400 people on terrorist watchlists were arrested coming across the southern border.
00:27:29.000 Under Trump 45, 14.
00:27:31.000 14 compared to 400.
00:27:33.000 But what scares me most are the 2 million plus gotaways.
00:27:36.000 Why did 2 million people pay more to get away?
00:27:38.000 Because you pay the cartel one amount of money to just get to the border, turn yourself into a green uniform, get a free airline ticket to the city of your choice, get a free hotel room, three meals a day, and work authorization.
00:27:51.000 So why do 2 million people pay more not to get that free giveaway program?
00:27:55.000 Because they didn't want to be arrested.
00:27:56.000 They didn't want to be fingerprinted.
00:27:58.000 They didn't want to be vetted.
00:27:59.000 That just scared the hell out of everybody.
00:28:00.000 It scares the hell out of me.
00:28:02.000 Who were they?
00:28:02.000 Why did they pay more to get away?
00:28:04.000 How do we fix the asylum scam?
00:28:06.000 Because the asylum system is so gamed.
00:28:08.000 That's easy.
00:28:09.000 They just, in the first interview on the border, the threshold is so low.
00:28:14.000 The cartels teach you a couple of key phrases.
00:28:16.000 Okay, you pass the first interview, you come in.
00:28:18.000 But when you get to immigration court, the threshold of proof is much, much higher.
00:28:22.000 So we're saying, hey, easy fix.
00:28:24.000 The first interview threshold to equal the judicial threshold.
00:28:27.000 And hold that.
00:28:28.000 Then, look, those that don't know, they keep calling these people their asylum seekers.
00:28:34.000 They have a right to claim asylum.
00:28:35.000 They got a right to see a judge.
00:28:36.000 Okay.
00:28:37.000 Well, here's the facts.
00:28:38.000 Based on immigration court data last decade, nine out of ten people claim asylum at the border end up with order removal.
00:28:47.000 They're asylum cheaters because they're not escaping fear and persecution from their home government because of race, religion, political affiliation, or membership in a specific social group.
00:28:57.000 They're coming there for a better life.
00:28:58.000 And I get that, but it's not asylum.
00:29:00.000 So they keep yelling and screaming about asylum seekers.
00:29:03.000 Understand, 90% of them are asylum cheaters.
00:29:06.000 And while they're cheating the system and backing the system up by five, seven, nine years, there are actually thousands of people in this world that really do need our protection from their countries.
00:29:16.000 And they're sitting in the back seat.
00:29:17.000 So asylum system needs to be fixed, needs to be addressed, ASAP, because even though we're doing all the positive things right now, this can all be undone by Democratic president, like Joe Biden did to the most secure board in my lifetime.
00:29:30.000 So we've got to get Congress, get off their ass, and pass some legislation to fix the system.
00:29:37.000 Absolutely.
00:29:39.000 Walk us through, just, I know I got to get you on stage here, Tom, but walk us through, there's been so much social media misinformation saying ICE is the modern Gestapo, they're going after U.S. citizens.
00:29:53.000 What is the process of enforcement and what should people know that the media is largely missing?
00:29:58.000 The vast majority of people we've arrested are criminals, public safety threats, and national security threats.
00:30:04.000 Now, the media says, well, the percentage is lower than I'm claiming.
00:30:07.000 Well, they don't count misdemeanors as crimes.
00:30:11.000 They don't count taking a guy out of a county jail pending charges as a criminal.
00:30:14.000 We do.
00:30:15.000 If you're in a county jail, you're probably not a choir boy.
00:30:17.000 So we count criminals as criminals.
00:30:19.000 But the vast majority of people arrest are criminal aliens.
00:30:22.000 That's just a stone cold fact.
00:30:24.000 And what people need to understand, why is there so many collaterals, non-criminals?
00:30:29.000 Well, I'll tell you what, and I said this from day one.
00:30:31.000 If you're a sanctuary city and you're going to release that criminal back into the community, we're going to go find him.
00:30:36.000 And when we find him, we find others that aren't criminal targets, but they're in the country legally.
00:30:41.000 They're coming too, because we're going to enforce immigration law.
00:30:44.000 So sanctuary cities get exactly what they don't want.
00:30:47.000 More collateral arrests, more agents in the street, and more work sign enforcement.
00:30:52.000 Again, if they want to push back against ICE, this is what's happening.
00:30:56.000 So yeah, non-criminals arrested.
00:30:58.000 But last I remembered, entering United States illegally is a crime, and we're going to force that crime.
00:31:04.000 Exactly, right?
00:31:05.000 And I said this from day one.
00:31:06.000 We prioritize public safety threats and national security threats.
00:31:09.000 But if you're in the country illegally, you're not off the table.
00:31:12.000 All right, I want to open it up for some questions.
00:31:14.000 We love doing this.
00:31:15.000 But guys, I just want to say, ask a question for Tom.
00:31:18.000 Don't give a speech.
00:31:20.000 Don't tell us that your neighbor's getting deported or something and you're worried about it.
00:31:25.000 Sorry, he's not going to help.
00:31:26.000 Okay?
00:31:27.000 So I get those questions all the time.
00:31:29.000 Charlie, my friend's getting deported.
00:31:30.000 Okay, fine.
00:31:31.000 Sorry, I can't help you.
00:31:32.000 So ask a technical question of Tom, please.
00:31:36.000 And I reserve the right to cut you off because Tom's time is very valuable.
00:31:40.000 Okay?
00:31:40.000 So keep it focused on the stuff we talked about.
00:31:42.000 Yes, sir.
00:31:43.000 As one former New Yorker to another, could you give us a little preview of what will happen under potentially soon-to-be Mayor Mamdadi?
00:31:51.000 Did you hear that?
00:31:52.000 Yeah.
00:31:54.000 I got to watch what I say because of Hatch Act.
00:31:56.000 I am a government employee.
00:31:58.000 That's why I was trying to protect you from yourself.
00:32:01.000 I've been in trouble a few times over this.
00:32:05.000 Despite what he says, he's not going to stop me from doing my job.
00:32:13.000 I'll leave it at that.
00:32:15.000 That said everything.
00:32:17.000 Yes, sir.
00:32:18.000 Thank you for what you're doing.
00:32:20.000 First of all, my question is, do you think that if the United States invests in bringing jobs to Latin America and supporting freedom movements in all the socialist countries In Latin America, the immigration issue would subdue itself.
00:32:34.000 I missed that.
00:32:35.000 I'm sorry.
00:32:35.000 So I think you were saying, should we invest in Latin and South America for economic freedom movements and such?
00:32:40.000 Correct, yeah.
00:32:40.000 Is that right?
00:32:41.000 Well, let me tell you what I do know.
00:32:43.000 We've done that under every administration.
00:32:45.000 It hasn't worked because many of these countries are corrupt, the money doesn't get where it belongs.
00:32:49.000 It does not work.
00:32:50.000 Yep.
00:32:51.000 Thank you.
00:32:52.000 It does not work.
00:32:54.000 Yes.
00:32:54.000 So one of the ways you've shut down, well, basically shut down all the illegal immigrants from across the country is by building up your social media by using it as deterrence.
00:33:06.000 Is that correct?
00:33:07.000 So could you tell me how and what are you planning to do to keep on doing that?
00:33:15.000 Well, look, I'm an old guy.
00:33:18.000 I'm still learning social media.
00:33:20.000 And social media, it makes a lot of people brave because they attack you and they hide in their parents' basement.
00:33:27.000 They can say anything they want.
00:33:29.000 But I actually have staff that I'm just starting to do social media.
00:33:33.000 I do have an X account, and I find that a lot of people, like Facebook, I had a Facebook account and I got eight people claiming to be me.
00:33:40.000 So I got some really smart people working on that, but I agree with you.
00:33:44.000 The power of social media is life-changing.
00:33:48.000 So the White House is pushing social media.
00:33:50.000 I am now my staff's going to push more social media because that sends a message to the whole world.
00:33:55.000 Rather than talking to Cooper, I know Charlie's got a big following.
00:33:57.000 Social media, you got the whole world.
00:33:59.000 So we're going to do a hell of a lot more social media and educate the people on the truth about border enforcement, immigration enforcement.
00:34:05.000 And let me also say that part of, you know, you see the guys walking through MacArthur Park.
00:34:11.000 Make no mistake, guys, those videos are being seen in the third world.
00:34:14.000 They don't want to come here because the visible, intimidating, that has a chilling psychological effect and for good reason.
00:34:23.000 So that is a way to deter invasion by just displaying the force of the federal government.
00:34:29.000 Thank you.
00:34:30.000 Next question.
00:34:35.000 Crime is skyrocketing.
00:34:35.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:34:37.000 You may already own a firearm, but before you face the financial and emotional weight of pulling the trigger, consider Burna.
00:34:43.000 Burna's less lethal launchers fire tear gas and kinetic rounds designed to incapacitate attackers for up to 40 minutes, giving you time to escape and call for help without deadly consequences.
00:34:54.000 I use Burna.
00:34:55.000 My family all has them.
00:34:56.000 And now meet the new Compact Launcher, an amazing product.
00:34:59.000 Sleek, slim, and hits like a sledgehammer.
00:35:02.000 About the size of a smartphone, it's perfect for concealed carry.
00:35:05.000 A comfortable, discreet, and confidence-building.
00:35:07.000 It fires at 400 feet per second with 41 joules per square inch of stopping power.
00:35:12.000 That's enough force to halt a threat told about the legal and moral complexities of lethal force.
00:35:17.000 What I love about Burna is they're proudly American.
00:35:19.000 Over 80% of their compact launchers components are sourced in America, and each unit is hand-assembled in Fort Wynne, Indiana.
00:35:25.000 Best of all, Burna is legal in all 50 states with no background checks, ships directly to your door.
00:35:31.000 Trusted by hundreds of police departments and government agencies around the world.
00:35:34.000 Visit Burna to learn more.
00:35:36.000 That is BYRNA.com.
00:35:41.000 I'm actually going to take two questions if you don't mind, because last time I was here at Turning Point's December event, my dad actually had a heart attack.
00:35:49.000 And so I'd like to take two questions if you don't mind.
00:35:51.000 My first question is, there was reports and there's some possibility of ICE going to war with the cartels.
00:35:58.000 Do you think that would just turn into a strict military event?
00:36:00.000 Or how do you think that would turn is my first question?
00:36:03.000 There's two divisions of ICE.
00:36:04.000 There's enforcement removal or operations.
00:36:06.000 There's Homeland Security Investigations.
00:36:08.000 Homeland Security Investigations is working with the Department of Justice.
00:36:12.000 President Trump committed to designating the cartels, criminal terrorist organizations.
00:36:17.000 He did that, and I think that was a great move.
00:36:19.000 And you're going to see the whole might of the United States government taking action on the cartels.
00:36:25.000 Some of the preparatory work has already been done.
00:36:27.000 President Trump will wipe the cartels off the face of the earth.
00:36:30.000 Let's go!
00:36:35.000 We're already bankrupting with the border at the most secure it's ever been.
00:36:38.000 Illegal migration is down 96%, which means 96% less people are coming, which means the Border Patrol is 100% vigilant on the border.
00:36:47.000 They're losing billions of dollars in alien smuggling, billions of dollars in sex trafficking, billion dollars in moving dope across that border.
00:36:54.000 They're already hurting, but we're going to finish the job.
00:36:56.000 And the Mexican president has a good relationship with President Trump.
00:37:02.000 Is that fair to say, Tom?
00:37:04.000 Oh, absolutely.
00:37:05.000 Yeah, and much better than with Obrador or whatever his name was.
00:37:08.000 So last question, yeah.
00:37:09.000 I'm looking for a new job.
00:37:10.000 Would you be hiring?
00:37:12.000 Have you gone to the turning point hiring booth?
00:37:14.000 Tom.
00:37:15.000 Huh?
00:37:15.000 I said Tom.
00:37:18.000 I'd be open to it, but I was just going to say.
00:37:19.000 Fine now, you blew that.
00:37:21.000 You want a job with ICE?
00:37:22.000 Yeah.
00:37:23.000 Then give me your name and number.
00:37:25.000 All righty, we'll do it.
00:37:30.000 Next question.
00:37:32.000 We're doing massive hiring now because the big, beautiful bill.
00:37:36.000 I imagine, Tom, a lot of the people that would become ICE agents are former cops that might have left because they were dispirited.
00:37:43.000 And how cool if you were a cop that left the San Francisco Police Department to come back into San Francisco working at ICE?
00:37:49.000 Is that am I right?
00:37:50.000 I had to shut down my LinkedIn account because I couldn't handle the number of people who say, I want to work for ICE.
00:37:55.000 Retired cops, retired military.
00:37:58.000 Board of control agents want to come back.
00:37:59.000 ICE agents want to come back.
00:38:01.000 We have no lack of resources.
00:38:02.000 And these are tough, tough dudes.
00:38:04.000 And that's who we want in ICE.
00:38:06.000 Yes, we do.
00:38:08.000 Hey, Tom.
00:38:09.000 So my name is Brennan.
00:38:10.000 I'm a Latino from LA.
00:38:12.000 And as someone who was born with a family that fled communism from Cuba and became legal citizens due to the legal process, thank you for everything you have done.
00:38:22.000 I'm ashamed of what's going on in LA.
00:38:24.000 My question is, they've leaked, I'm sure you're aware of this, they've been leaking where ICE agents have been staying in these hotels, including one close to my house.
00:38:33.000 Is there any way DHS and ICE can proceed to legal action towards the hotels for the management employees leaking to the protesters where they've been staying?
00:38:41.000 Because I'm sure it affects your safety and the operations.
00:38:44.000 Absolutely.
00:38:45.000 Great question.
00:38:45.000 DHS working very closely with the Department of Justice on the doctors, on the people who are leaking our operations where they're at, because it's only a matter of time before ICE agents are ambushed.
00:38:59.000 So we're taking It very seriously again, zero tolerance.
00:39:04.000 And I actually talked to President Trump last night.
00:39:06.000 He called me from Air Force One and wanted how this is going.
00:39:09.000 So we're putting all efforts into this.
00:39:11.000 So for these punks that want to get on and tell us where we're at and want to show up to protest, you got something coming.
00:39:19.000 Yeah, and let me add to that.
00:39:22.000 So Tom, can you just add more detail for the audience?
00:39:24.000 Thank you for the question.
00:39:26.000 For the audience about this mask off thing.
00:39:29.000 So the Democrats are trying to say the ICE agents shouldn't have masks, which for the reason, I just think this is the most evil group of people.
00:39:36.000 You masked our children unnecessarily during COVID for three years, and now you want ICE agents to take their masks off because their lives are actually in danger.
00:39:45.000 Like actually, screw you, you guys are evil.
00:39:47.000 So the BLM to wear masks.
00:39:54.000 It's okay for the rioters to wear masks on college campuses that want to attack the Jewish students.
00:40:00.000 It's okay for the criminals to wear masks.
00:40:02.000 But the reason ICE is wearing masks is because the doxing is at a level we've never seen before.
00:40:08.000 They're not just doxing the agents.
00:40:10.000 They're doxing their wives and their kids through social media.
00:40:14.000 So they're wearing a mask to protect themselves, and I support 100%.
00:40:17.000 But it's just incredible how these legislators say, well, we want to unmask ICE, but the criminal protesters that turn criminal and violent and attack ICE agents, they haven't said a word about their masks.
00:40:27.000 So, you know, I support ICE wearing a mask, and I don't care what the legislation says, they're never going to pass it because we control both houses, and we're going to continue doing what we're doing to keep the agents safe.
00:40:38.000 I got more death threats than anybody.
00:40:40.000 I had a thousand protesters show up in my house, and I'll say it again.
00:40:46.000 You want some, come get some.
00:40:47.000 I'm going to give it.
00:40:48.000 But I'm telling the men and women of ICE, they are American heroes.
00:40:53.000 I'm going to have somebody remember this.
00:40:55.000 Every member of ICE, agents and the deportation officers, they're mothers and fathers too.
00:41:01.000 They have kids.
00:41:02.000 They don't hang their heart on a hook when they come to work.
00:41:06.000 They're enforcing the laws that Congress enacted and that they are appropriated with funding to do.
00:41:11.000 And they're executing orders by a federal judge to deport somebody.
00:41:15.000 They're not making this up.
00:41:17.000 If you don't like what ICE does, then change the law.
00:41:19.000 Until then, we're going to enforce the law without apology.
00:41:26.000 So, Tom, if this ever becomes a big problem, all you have to do is have Bobby Kennedy write a guidance memo saying they need to wear the masks.
00:41:33.000 They're afraid they'll get COVID.
00:41:36.000 And that's all, and everyone will be okay with it.
00:41:39.000 Fanchon.
00:41:41.000 Hi, Tom.
00:41:42.000 I'm from Nebraska, and I just want to thank you for ICE being there in Omaha.
00:41:46.000 But I also want you to know that you need to stay out west of Nebraska because we have a lot of meat packing plants out there.
00:41:53.000 We have tons of illegals in Nebraska.
00:41:55.000 I want to thank you for always coming to Charlie's events.
00:41:58.000 We love hearing from you.
00:42:00.000 I want you to know that when I pray for President Trump every day, I also pray for you because it does break my heart when I hear you say that your wife has to live separate from you.
00:42:09.000 So just thank you for what you're doing for our country.
00:42:12.000 Many of us really appreciate it.
00:42:14.000 Thank you very much.
00:42:16.000 She's a great patriot.
00:42:18.000 And I'm aware of Nebraska.
00:42:20.000 I'll be out there very soon to look for.
00:42:23.000 We're coming.
00:42:25.000 Will you make me dinner?
00:42:26.000 Because I haven't had a home-cooked meal in a while.
00:42:29.000 Fanchon, she's a rucksack.
00:42:31.000 My boss won't give me a day off.
00:42:33.000 Listen, the reason I support Charlie Kirk so much, he's on the right side of the issue.
00:42:37.000 He's picked the side.
00:42:38.000 He's not like a lot of people that want to dance.
00:42:41.000 He picked the side.
00:42:42.000 And I think this man here was a big part of why President Trump's in the White House.
00:42:51.000 Thank you.
00:42:54.000 Hello.
00:42:55.000 I'm from Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania.
00:42:57.000 And I was wondering if there's a way for everyday Americans to file a report on someone who they suspect is an illegal immigrant, whether it be in a grocery store, a school, or the obvious spot, a Home Depot.
00:43:13.000 You go, get on the internet, go to DHS Tipline or ICE Tip Line, you can file a report there.
00:43:18.000 And we have a big team goes through those reports every day.
00:43:21.000 So if you got to go ahead and report it.
00:43:23.000 Lehigh, it's a great wrestling area up there.
00:43:26.000 You wrestle?
00:43:28.000 I've had coaches ask me, but I play tennis.
00:43:31.000 All right.
00:43:32.000 Great wrestling area up there.
00:43:35.000 Thank you.
00:43:35.000 We'll do a couple more, and then I got to let Tom get on stage.
00:43:39.000 In the previous administration, the Biden administration, was it protocol for if someone came in illegally and released, was it protocol for them to get a free plane ticket, free housing, food, and a free phone?
00:43:53.000 Has it always been this way?
00:43:55.000 And how much did that cost the taxpayers these past four years allowing that?
00:44:01.000 And do we know how many hundreds of billions of dollars that is?
00:44:04.000 Well, we're going to find out because I worked with Mark Green.
00:44:07.000 We're going to start having investigative hearings on exactly that issue, how these NGOs made billions of dollars.
00:44:13.000 But you're exactly right.
00:44:14.000 I said earlier, the Biden administration not only released them, they flew them to the city of their choice on a taxpayer-funded airline ticket.
00:44:23.000 They put them in a free hotel room at $500 a night.
00:44:26.000 They gave them three meals a day, free medical care, then work authorization.
00:44:30.000 And let me tell you why they did that.
00:44:32.000 We don't talk about this a lot.
00:44:33.000 Why did they do that?
00:44:34.000 We had empty ice beds throughout the nation.
00:44:36.000 We had thousands of empty ice beds at $127 a night, sitting empty, already paid for by the taxpayer.
00:44:44.000 They sat empty.
00:44:45.000 Why?
00:44:45.000 Because they knew they put them in an ice bed, they get a hearing within 40 days.
00:44:49.000 And 90% lose, and they'll be sent home.
00:44:52.000 They didn't want that.
00:44:54.000 They put them in an hotel room in a 90-tank docket because they knew the hearing would be three, five, seven years out.
00:45:00.000 Much as nine if you exhaust all appeals.
00:45:03.000 They played the long game.
00:45:05.000 They figured they do that.
00:45:06.000 Maybe another Democrat president comes into power and he gets millions of people to give amnesty to millions of people.
00:45:11.000 And that's why they're pissed off because they're ruining their plans right now.
00:45:14.000 That's right.
00:45:15.000 Bingo.
00:45:20.000 One other quick question.
00:45:21.000 I'm in the real estate development business and I see a lot of jails available throughout the country for peanuts.
00:45:30.000 Would ICE consider buying in any jails and reopening those jails for detention centers?
00:45:37.000 Yeah, we're working on that right now with a big, beautiful bill.
00:45:40.000 You'll be seeing a lot of requests for information, requests for proposals going out.
00:45:43.000 We got a lot of sheriffs offering beds in their facilities.
00:45:47.000 And we got, of course, got a lot of contractors willing to build soft-sided facilities and brick and mortar.
00:45:52.000 Again, we're going to have 100,000 beds.
00:45:53.000 So there's an opportunity for a lot of American companies to help us detain these people and deport these people.
00:45:58.000 So you're going to see that.
00:45:59.000 That should be happening this week.
00:46:01.000 A lot of requests for proposals going out.
00:46:03.000 Appreciate the question.
00:46:05.000 This will be the final question.
00:46:07.000 Hello, Tom.
00:46:08.000 Hello, Charlie.
00:46:09.000 I'm a Portlander, born and raised.
00:46:11.000 And I got to say, sanctuary status has been killing my city for the better part of a decade.
00:46:15.000 Sucking it drive, everything that made it beautiful.
00:46:17.000 You mentioned Portland a little bit earlier, but could you possibly go into more detail about what plans you have for Portland and Seattle, Chicago, the sanctuary cities?
00:46:24.000 Because I want my city back.
00:46:27.000 Yeah.
00:46:31.000 Portland's been a problem with ICE for several years.
00:46:35.000 The building's been attacked numerous times, been damaged, hundreds of thousands of dollars in property damage.
00:46:41.000 And the non-law enforcement personnel are at severe risk of personal injury and death threats.
00:46:48.000 And that concerns me.
00:46:49.000 You know, ICE agent, deportation officer, they have a Kevlar vest in the gun.
00:46:54.000 I don't want to see them in danger either.
00:46:57.000 But for the non-law enforcement personnel, they're afraid to come to work.
00:47:00.000 And the Portland PDs, they don't help.
00:47:02.000 It's a sanctuary city.
00:47:03.000 So I'm going out there and show the men and win of ice that I got their six.
00:47:07.000 I want to have their six.
00:47:08.000 And we're not running away from Portland.
00:47:10.000 The stuff that's happening in Portland right now is going to stop.
00:47:13.000 We've got zero talents.
00:47:14.000 You want to come to the ice facility and throw a rock, you're going to jail.
00:47:17.000 If you want to threaten an ice agent, you're going to jail.
00:47:19.000 It ends.
00:47:20.000 As a matter of fact, last night, I'll share this with you because I'm sitting at home Laura Ingram, and she's talking about the rock throwing.
00:47:29.000 While I'm watching it, I get a call from President Trump on the airline, and he says, enough.
00:47:35.000 Zero tolerance.
00:47:36.000 They throw a rock, you get out, and you arrest them, you put them in jail.
00:47:40.000 That starts.
00:47:41.000 You show all those haters how they want to keep throwing rocks.
00:47:44.000 You got something coming.
00:47:46.000 You throw a rock, you're going to jail.
00:47:48.000 That's all there is to it.
00:47:49.000 Zero tolerance.
00:47:52.000 Portland meets law and order again.
00:47:54.000 Thank you, Tom.
00:47:55.000 Thank you.
00:47:55.000 I just want to say in closing, everybody, what Tom is embarking upon is, in my opinion, we say this often on the show, the most challenging and ambitious public policy project in modern American history.
00:48:09.000 It pales in comparison to the Hoover Dam.
00:48:12.000 It's almost up there with the moon project.
00:48:14.000 To remove 20 to 25 million people that were let in by a previous administration as alien invaders, that is so difficult.
00:48:23.000 And it's going to come with ups and downs and lies from the media.
00:48:27.000 But at the end of that, just think about everybody, is a country that all of you guys actually remember.
00:48:33.000 And that's what you, it's finally in our grasp.
00:48:35.000 And that's why there's like no negotiation, no wavering, no amnesty, no exceptions, none.
