00:00:39.000 Listen to this little teaser.
00:00:40.000 I think people have a lot in common because they're all people.
00:00:42.000 I really believe that.
00:00:42.000 I know you think I'm like playing Dr. Seuss or something, but I really believe that.
00:00:46.000 I think the race stuff is totally overblown to this day.
00:00:50.000 And I've heard I'm very hated.
00:00:53.000 I've never one time had any black person come up to me like you're racist.
00:00:58.000 I hear all the time I'm a racist, which I'm not.
00:01:00.000 I'd admit it if I was.
00:01:01.000 I'm not.
00:01:02.000 The only people who ever call me racist are like angry 49-year-old white female lawyers.
00:01:07.000 They're super convinced I'm a racist.
00:01:09.000 Every black person I ever meets, like, hey, man.
00:01:11.000 So I'm serious.
00:01:13.000 I mean, maybe, I don't know, but I can only tell you my own experience.
00:01:16.000 And I think most people don't spend all day mad about race.
00:01:19.000 And you don't want to live in a country where they do, trust me, at all.
00:01:23.000 So we have a lot in common, and I hope that people realize that before it's too late.
00:01:30.000 All right, become a member, everybody.
00:01:31.000 CharlieKirk.com.

00:02:09.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:02:18.000 That's why we are here.
00:02:21.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:02:30.000 Thank you all for attending America Fest and supporting Turning Point USA.
00:02:35.000 And we'll talk more about America Fest and some big takeaways.
00:02:38.000 I have some very specific takeaways of our 13,000 patriots that were there at the Phoenix Convention Center.
00:02:45.000 It was absolutely amazing.
00:02:47.000 And God bless you guys for your support and your prayers.
00:02:49.000 The Turning Point USA staff, they are getting some well-earned time off.
00:02:55.000 They're getting some well-to-earned rest.
00:02:57.000 But we're back here in the studio and lots to talk about.
00:03:00.000 Yesterday, the Colorado Supreme Court, right before Christmas, by the way, and we've been warning about this.
00:03:06.000 We've been saying, look, what is coming into 2024, it's going to be unlike anything we've ever seen.
00:03:12.000 This is not going to be a traditional year.
00:03:14.000 This is not going to be something that you can plan and that you can predict.
00:03:17.000 We're going to try to map it out the best we can.
00:03:20.000 And we're going to be spending our couple days here in studio before Christmas trying to anticipate with moves and counter moves what the bad guys are going to do.
00:03:28.000 And they are showing their hand and they might have, they might have just been too aggressive yesterday.
00:03:34.000 This is a, I think, a strategic mistake.
00:03:37.000 I'm going to tell you, actually, I think they've overshot.
00:03:39.000 I think they've overplayed their hand.
00:03:41.000 They've allowed their intensity, their passion, their hatred of Donald Trump to go too far too early.
00:03:46.000 They basically pulled the nuclear option way ahead of time.
00:03:51.000 And of course, this is predictable because these people have no self-control.
00:03:54.000 So what are the facts?
00:03:55.000 The Colorado Supreme Court yesterday ruled Donald Trump not allowed on the ballot.
00:04:01.000 The left is constantly warning us about fascism, dictatorship, and civil war and talking about democracy.
00:04:07.000 Now, remember, every time you hear democracy, what's the word you replace it with?
00:04:12.000 Oligarchy.
00:04:14.000 Every time you hear them say democracy, oligarchy.
00:04:18.000 They say democracy.
00:04:19.000 We say oligarchy because that's what they mean.
00:04:21.000 They don't mean representative government.
00:04:23.000 They don't mean elections.
00:04:24.000 They don't mean power to the people.
00:04:26.000 They mean people in closed rooms who get to decide your future.
00:04:32.000 They do not want representative government.
00:04:35.000 They want a philosopher king, a ruling class.
00:04:40.000 The left is creating the tyranny that it endlessly warned about.
00:04:44.000 And we got our latest, most powerful confirmation of that yesterday when the 100% Democrat Colorado Supreme Court voted for three to kick Donald Trump off the ballot.
00:04:52.000 Now, I have to take a detour here.
00:04:54.000 Colorado is without a doubt one of the saddest political stories of the last couple decades.
00:05:01.000 Colorado used to be a ruby red state.
00:05:04.000 There's a terrific book that I encourage all of you to read if you have nothing else to do.
00:05:08.000 It's called Blueprint.
00:05:09.000 And it's these Democrat operatives that brag about how they turned Colorado from red to blue.
00:05:14.000 Blueprint is an amazing book.
00:05:15.000 It talks about how they got mail-in balloting, mass mail-in balloting.
00:05:20.000 They relaxed signature and voter registration requirements.
00:05:22.000 They focused on wedge ballot referendum issues.
00:05:26.000 They focused on abortion and legalization of weed.
00:05:31.000 They got all sorts of donors in a room and they focused on local, local, local.
00:05:36.000 And they turned Colorado from a red state, a reliably red state, to, and I mean this.
00:05:43.000 In some ways, Colorado is worse than California.
00:05:46.000 I know that sounds extreme, but Colorado, in some ways, is more Marxist and more captured than parts of California.
00:05:56.000 So Colorado, it makes sense that this comes out of Colorado.
00:05:59.000 And by the way, the Christians and the conservatives have been beat into submission in Colorado.
00:06:05.000 I do a lot of traveling.
00:06:06.000 When I speak in California, the conservatives, the Christians, the Patriots, the freedom fighters, they are on fire, even though they're outnumbered.
00:06:13.000 I love our California conservatives.
00:06:16.000 They're some of my favorite people in the country.
00:06:18.000 I, of course, love our Colorado conservatives, but they are beat down in Colorado.
00:06:23.000 There is not that fighting spirit that I see in California.
00:06:25.000 I'm sorry, I'm just being honest.
00:06:27.000 Not to say that they're not trying, but the Colorado conservatives, they are just submissive to the regime.
00:06:34.000 So it makes sense this comes out of Colorado.
00:06:36.000 And by the way, what is Colorado?
00:06:38.000 Colorado is the second most college-educated state in the country, Massachusetts and Colorado.
00:06:44.000 So of course, it makes sense that New York Times, MSNBC-style opinions find their way into Colorado.
00:06:53.000 Now, Colorado, why would Colorado have the second most college graduates of any state in the country?
00:06:57.000 A lot of tech companies, beautiful place to live, and a lot of people who graduate from college, get their degrees, come to Colorado.
00:07:03.000 They keep their toxic ideology and they've turned Colorado into a dystopian hellscape.
00:07:09.000 So the Colorado Supreme Court voted for three to kick Donald Trump off of the primary ballot and presumably the general election ballot as well.
00:07:17.000 So has Donald Trump been convicted of a crime?
00:07:19.000 Did Donald Trump burn down a Wendy's?
00:07:21.000 Did Donald Trump get an axe and start murdering people?
00:07:28.000 What is Donald Trump convicted of?
00:07:30.000 Well, Donald Trump is currently under indictment, but not even under indictment of anything that would disqualify him from ballot access.
00:07:39.000 The grounds for this, the court says, in a massive ruling over 100 pages long, Donald Trump engaged in insurrection by inviting supporters to D.C. and giving a speech where he encouraged them to, quote, fight.
00:07:53.000 Has Donald Trump been indicted for insurrection?
00:07:56.000 No, not yet, and he probably won't.
00:08:00.000 Now, this all is around the most, it is a necessary amendment.
00:08:06.000 The media always misquotes me on this, obviously, but it is too broadly written, and this amendment is overused by really bad people to reshape the country.
00:08:16.000 And it's the 14th Amendment.
00:08:17.000 Specifically, here is my handy-dandy turning point USA Constitution.
00:08:22.000 It says that anybody who is an insurrectionist shall not serve.
00:08:27.000 No person shall be senator, representative of Congress president, hold any office.
00:08:31.000 Time out, time out, time out, time out.
00:08:32.000 Hold on.
00:08:33.000 Even if Donald Trump was an insurrectionist, even he's allowed to run for office.
00:08:39.000 Just holding office and running are two different things, technically.
00:08:42.000 So there is no constitutional ground that the Colorado Supreme Court stands on, but he's not an insurrectionist because January 6th was not an insurrection.
00:08:50.000 Where are the weapons?
00:08:52.000 You have an unarmed insurrection?
00:08:54.000 Where's the meeting where Donald Trump met with the Proud Boys or the Oath Keepers?
00:08:58.000 Or if this was an insurrection, this would be the fakest, dumbest insurrection in history.
00:09:03.000 Play Cut 42.
00:09:05.000 Now that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.
00:09:14.000 Peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.
00:09:17.000 What kind of insurrection is that?
00:09:20.000 So they use this provision in the 14th Amendment that abolished slavery, which is necessary and a moral good for society.
00:09:30.000 But they also couple this with, quote, shall have engaged in insurrectional rebellion against the same.
00:09:37.000 This is why we need a new January 6th committee.
00:09:39.000 I've said it for a while.
00:09:40.000 January 6th is the cornerstone of so many of the 2024 shenanigans.
00:09:46.000 You want to countermove the moves of the regime.
00:09:49.000 You have to set the record straight of what happened on January 6th.
00:09:52.000 It was a deep state insurrection, if anything.
00:09:57.000 It was the Intel agencies embedded, infiltrating, and provoking activity.
00:10:02.000 And of course, there were a handful of people that acted improperly.
00:10:06.000 Of course, there were a handful of people that did things that they should not have done inexcusably.
00:10:11.000 But 99% of the people there on January 6th did nothing wrong.
00:10:16.000 Nothing wrong.
00:10:18.000 We just had one on our show, Masaquai, an amazing patriot.
00:10:24.000 Massaquai came on our program and he's facing a year in prison and felony counts because he took five steps into the Capitol and came back and the FBI raided his home and took his devices and been spying on him for two years.
00:10:37.000 And he gets off a plane, Siaka Massaquai, and they arrest him.
00:10:43.000 Trump never did any of these things.
00:10:45.000 This is so deep.
00:10:46.000 We're going to spend the whole hour on this story, everybody.
00:10:48.000 But by the way, it involves the monument at Arlington National Cemetery.
00:10:53.000 It involves the Civil War references.
00:10:56.000 All of this ties together.
00:10:58.000 We have said for a while that we're in the midst of a cold civil war.
00:11:02.000 We are in the middle of a slow-motion civil war of the Washington D.C. and the regime against the citizenry.
00:11:10.000 The sooner we recognize and realize that, they are so afraid of you, terrified of what they are seeing.
00:11:21.000 I believe they have overreached and they have said, nope, you don't even get the right to vote for Donald Trump.
00:11:32.000 Okay, Kirk fans, I need you to stop and pay attention to this.
00:11:36.000 If you deal with exhaustion, brain fog, mood swings, or food cravings, if you're constantly getting sick or simply lack the zeal you used to have in life, then I have some news for you.
00:11:45.000 While back, I found a liquid supplement called Strong Cell, and it changed my health in a very profound way.
00:11:51.000 I take it every single day.
00:11:53.000 Look, I knew I had to partner with them.
00:11:55.000 I did the research.
00:11:56.000 Google and look up online what happens when you mix NADH with CoQ10 and marine collagen.
00:12:02.000 It's simple.
00:12:03.000 Every area of your body has cells.
00:12:05.000 So if your cells are healthier, then you will also be healthier.
00:12:08.000 You don't have to take my word for it.
00:12:10.000 Listen to one of these testimonials.
00:12:11.000 After taking Strong Cell for six weeks, I found improvement in many areas, less shoulder pain, improved mental clarity, increased natural energy, and so much more.
00:12:18.000 I'm thankful that Charlie Kirk recommended this to his listeners.
00:12:21.000 Rebecca says, I absolutely love Strong Cell.
00:12:24.000 At first, I didn't think it would make much of a difference for my chronic fatigue, depression, and anxiety, but I thought I'd give it a chance.
00:12:29.000 I've tried to find depression meds for 10 years, and since you strong cell, I'm feeling better than I ever have on depression medication.
00:12:37.000 Customer for life, thank you, Charlie Kirk, for recommending this product.
00:12:40.000 So there it is.
00:12:41.000 You've heard from me directly and some of the users who have seen their lives changed by Strong Cell.
00:12:46.000 I personally recommend taking it every day for at least 30 days.
00:12:50.000 I take it every day before I go on the air, and it's helped me in more ways than I can even name.
00:12:54.000 Each of our bodies is very different.
00:12:55.000 So I would recommend you give the supplement at least two to three months to see the changes in your body.
00:13:01.000 Go to strongcell.com and learn more for yourself.
00:13:04.000 That's strongcell.com forward slash Charlie.
00:13:06.000 And don't forget to use discount code Charlie at checkout to get your special 20% discount for Kirk listeners.
00:13:11.000 Or you can call 888-596-0155 to order over the phone.
00:13:17.000 That is 888-596-0155 or visit strongselle.com forward slash Charlie.
00:13:27.000 For entire lifetimes, the standard for controlling speech in this country has been that if you are accused of criminal speech, you must incite imminent lawless action.
00:13:39.000 And that doesn't even include vaguely saying we should overthrow the government.
00:13:43.000 It means specific time, place, and manner.
00:13:45.000 For example, go do XYZ to that man over there, or go break into the place right there, right now, right there.
00:13:54.000 And by the way, the threshold for incitement is very, very, very high.
00:14:00.000 This is a mockery of a ruling, but it reeks of desperation.
00:14:04.000 There is no spin around.
00:14:05.000 And even morning Mika, even Rachel Maddow, when I listened to the Rachel Maddow call-in session when she calls in MSNBC, it was not, Rachel Maddow sounded like an NPR reporter.
00:14:19.000 If you didn't know it was Rachel Maddow, you'd think you would be somewhat of an NPR reporter of a center-left tilt of just kind of a fact pattern.
00:14:25.000 It was very, very revealing to me.
00:14:28.000 So, Rachel Maddow calls into MSNBC.
00:14:32.000 And yeah, this clip is worth it.
00:14:33.000 And this is the most wild thing she says.
00:14:35.000 It's not crazy for a democracy thing to do in our democracy, but honestly, the general call-in of Rachel Maddow and MSNBC was extremely vanilla for kind of her commentary.
00:14:48.000 Because deep down, even MSNBC knows this is really, really uncharted territory here.
00:14:54.000 The party of democracy says that you do not have a constitutional right to vote for a former president.
00:15:02.000 And the obvious thing that nobody is mentioning, hello, based on all polls that were told are gold standard, he's the frontrunner and he is the betting odds favorite in certain online betting markets.
00:15:15.000 Blake, can you go do the thing where you look at the betting markets, predict it or whatever?
00:15:20.000 I'm just curious.
00:15:22.000 Last time I checked, it said that Donald Trump was favored, which again, those things go up and down, and who knows?
00:15:27.000 But the polls show that Donald Trump is up.
00:15:29.000 Donald Trump is up.
00:15:30.000 So now we live in a country where four people in a private room can say that 75 million people are not allowed to vote for a former president.
00:15:39.000 Is that the country you want to live in?
00:15:41.000 That's the country we are in.
00:15:45.000 Where four people, four people can say Trump is a threat to our democracy.
00:15:54.000 Oh, Donald Trump is the favorite.
00:15:56.000 Okay.
00:15:58.000 According to the betting odds, am I looking at that right?
00:16:00.000 Yeah.
00:16:00.000 It says that Donald Trump is the favorite to win the presidency.
00:16:03.000 So if you look at, by the way, the betting markets are very interesting.
00:16:05.000 The betting markets, because there's bluster in the polls, but when money comes in, you can see stuff.
00:16:10.000 It's aimed, you know, college football betting or NFL betting.
00:16:12.000 Right now, according to the betting markets, Donald Trump is the favorite to become president next year.
00:16:16.000 Again, that could change.
00:16:17.000 So the person who is favored to become president, you could have four lunatics, lunatics, saying, nah, not going to happen.
00:16:28.000 Here's Rachel Maddow, play cut 38.
00:16:31.000 I mean, listen, I think in the broad strokes in terms of our democracy, there are very few magic wands.
00:16:39.000 That said, it is not, this is not a crazy thing for a democracy to do.
00:16:45.000 This is something that our own Congress did in 1868 after our own Civil War, specifically to preclude anybody from holding office in this country who had engaged in insurrection against this country.
00:16:57.000 And so it's not unheard of, but it would be an incredible wildcard.
00:17:03.000 Well, hold on a little bit.
00:17:05.000 This is why this all ties together.
00:17:08.000 We are in the midst of a cold civil war.
00:17:09.000 We don't know it, but they think it.
00:17:11.000 They call us Confederates.
00:17:13.000 So Rachel Maddow says, well, it's not a crazy thing to do if Jefferson Davis is running for the presidency.
00:17:20.000 She's basically calling Donald Trump a slave-owning Confederate.
00:17:26.000 This was the inevitable end point.
00:17:27.000 By the way, they're doing this for a variety of reasons.
00:17:30.000 They want to justify violence against you.
00:17:33.000 They want to justify, if it happens, an assassination attempt against Donald Trump.
00:17:37.000 And we need to say that publicly.
00:17:39.000 That's what they're doing here.
00:17:40.000 Well, we've run out of options.
00:17:42.000 We've tried to kick him off the ballot.
00:17:44.000 We've tried to do this.
00:17:45.000 And the pesky Constitution gets in the way.
00:17:48.000 And some lunatic is going to call for Donald Trump to be taken out.
00:17:53.000 In fact, that's not an exaggeration.
00:17:55.000 They did play after Broadway, play after Broadway play, fantasizing the assassination of Trump.
00:18:00.000 Snoop Dogg, Bet Middle, not Bette Midler, that other psycho crazy person.
00:18:05.000 What's her up?
00:18:05.000 Well, I think Bette Midler said something.
00:18:07.000 But no, with the head, Kathy Griffin, with the decapitated head of Donald Trump.
00:18:11.000 They have been fantasizing murdering Donald Trump for seven years.
00:18:17.000 They're setting the optics and the narrative and the philosophical rationalization and justification to kill you, to raid your home, put you in prison, and take out the leader of the movement.
00:18:29.000 And there is not an ounce, an inch, or a sliver and iota of exaggeration in that.
00:18:34.000 As the Colorado Supreme Court, four people can disenfranchise 75 million.
00:18:42.000 Dark clouds are gathering as markets shutter.
00:18:46.000 Stocks are sinking and currency stubbling.
00:18:48.000 Fear and uncertainty reign.
00:18:50.000 The Middle East, Ukraine, Taiwan, the debt, it is endless.
00:18:53.000 Yet one asset historically stands firm.
00:18:55.000 It is gold.
00:18:56.000 In crisis after crisis, gold is there in the background.
00:18:59.000 Its enduring value guards against loss, like a missile shield against incoming.
00:19:04.000 If paper wealth burns, gold has shown the strength to persist.

00:20:01.000 Has the left unintentionally given us a Christmas gift with this ruling?
00:20:06.000 This is a bad ruling.
00:20:08.000 It is trash.
00:20:09.000 It is dangerous.
00:20:11.000 It is unprecedented.
00:20:13.000 Thankfully, the Supreme Court, the United States Supreme Court, is going to weigh in on this.
00:20:18.000 But the argument that they are making, the Colorado Supreme Court made, is that, well, he incited violent activity.
00:20:27.000 Now, one of the most revealing things about this ruling is: of the seven justices on the Supreme Court, four of them went to elite top 14 law schools, and three of them went to the regional University of Denver Law School.
00:20:39.000 And that is exactly the breakdown of today's ruling.
00:20:42.000 The elitist eggheads convinced themselves that they were protecting democracy by abolishing free elections and free speech, while the three less quote-unquote prestigious judges did not fall for that nonsense despite them being Democrats.
00:20:56.000 So the divide on the Colorado Supreme Court is where were they educated?
00:21:02.000 The ones that want Donald Trump off the ballot went to the creme de la creme schools.
00:21:07.000 Now, there's another news story that seems unrelated to this.
00:21:11.000 And people say, oh, you know, this is a separate story.
00:21:15.000 It's all tied together.
00:21:17.000 And it involves a civil war memorial.
00:21:22.000 Arlington National Cemetery.
00:21:24.000 This monument at Arlington National Cemetery is one of the great pieces of work.
00:21:29.000 It's America's most noteworthy sculptors.
00:21:32.000 Moses Ezekiel, a Jewish man, who was put up in 1914, a half century after the Civil War.
00:21:39.000 As a testament to the nation's reconciliation, Woodrow Wilson spoke at the dedication.
00:21:44.000 He called it an emblem, not of the South, but a reunited people.
00:21:48.000 And for a century, that's what it was.
00:21:50.000 But now the monument is being ripped down pointlessly, not for the sake of reconciliation, but the exact opposite, to create hatred, anger, and discord.
00:22:00.000 Why would the left do this?
00:22:02.000 This is all connected.
00:22:04.000 Trump off the ballot, January 6th, the national security state, the 2024 election, and statues at the Arlington National Cemetery.
00:22:15.000 It's all working pieces of the same operation.
00:22:22.000 It's because the left sees us in a cold civil war already.
00:22:27.000 Ladies and gentlemen, when I say we're in a civil war, some people say, I don't like that chat.
00:22:32.000 We are in one whether you like it or not.
00:22:34.000 You are in the midst of a cold civil war.
00:22:38.000 They will do whatever it takes to hold on to power.
00:22:44.000 They will throw away the United States Constitution.
00:22:48.000 This means nothing to them.
00:22:51.000 They will deploy their activist proxies in the streets.
00:22:56.000 They will kick us off of social media.
00:22:58.000 They will keep our patriots in pre-trial, gulag-style, solitary confinement detention.
00:23:06.000 That's how you act if you're at war, not if you're trying to govern a country.
00:23:12.000 The way the left is acting and the way that we are just kind of, oh, wow, we need corporate tax cuts.
00:23:20.000 They're acting as if they want to administer a death blow because they think that we, patriots, are the greatest threat to the Republic.
00:23:34.000 And how many times do we need to hear them say it?
00:23:39.000 So they're taking down this monument, 46, you can put it up, which is a beautiful monument.
00:23:44.000 By the way, I mean, I don't know where it's going, but Turning Point USA would be honored to put in a bid to put it on campus here in Phoenix, Arizona.
00:23:50.000 I'm sure it would be a crying shame if that thing would be melted.
00:23:55.000 But I don't know what the process is.
00:23:56.000 I'd be happy to raise money for it.
00:23:58.000 I don't know what it is.
00:23:59.000 I'm not trying to do it for ego or anything.
00:23:59.000 Okay.
00:24:01.000 I would just, it would be a heavy tragedy.
00:24:03.000 Blake would probably know.
00:24:04.000 Are they incinerating it?
00:24:06.000 Are they just going to we should sue over that, by the way?
00:24:10.000 Oh, Youngkin has plans to take it.
00:24:12.000 Good.
00:24:12.000 Good for you.
00:24:12.000 Governor of Virginia has it.
00:24:14.000 I'll step back.
00:24:14.000 So that's good for him.
00:24:16.000 Good for you, Governor Yunkin.
00:24:18.000 That's the right thing to do.
00:24:20.000 But that monument there is about reconciliation.
00:24:22.000 So they tank down the monument, and then this affirmative action moron, Mara Gay, who probably is related to the other affirmative action moron that runs Harvard, Claudia Gay, who says what they all are thinking.
00:24:39.000 Now, to Morning Joe's credit, Morning Joe seems like slightly bothered by all this.
00:24:46.000 Joe Scarborough is like, well, what do you have to say about them?
00:24:48.000 Just beat them at the ballot box.
00:24:51.000 And Mara Gay, who's a New York Times reporter, this is not some fringe campus purple-haired activist.
00:24:59.000 This is a New York Times reporter.
00:25:02.000 She reveals the whole ballgame.
00:25:05.000 She tells you that they believe they're in the Civil War.
00:25:11.000 She says that if you support Donald Trump, you are in the Confederacy.
00:25:16.000 And to tie it all together, what is the amendment they're using to kick Donald Trump off the ballot?
00:25:21.000 The 14th Amendment.
00:25:23.000 What is the argument that Rachel Maddow used also in MSNBC?
00:25:26.000 Well, this is not that unusual.
00:25:27.000 Congress after the Civil War kicked people off the ballot.
00:25:30.000 Hello, everybody.
00:25:31.000 They're telling you that they're at war against you.
00:25:35.000 Play cut 30.
00:25:37.000 To the Republican candidates' argument that this should be, the voters should have the say and not the courts.
00:25:45.000 Why are you standing with Confederates who betrayed this country?
00:25:53.000 And this is what they're standing with is the spirit of those Confederates rather than the Americans who came together after a long and brutal Civil War that was fought to keep the Union together and saw,
00:26:10.000 clearly saw a threat in ex-Confederates running for office, so much so that they amended the Constitution to prevent those traitors from running for office.
00:26:26.000 That should send a message that our election system, our electoral system, can be used for nefarious purposes against the democracy itself.
00:26:39.000 So there's affirmative action woman at the New York Times calling you a Confederate traitor.
00:26:47.000 She's saying that if you went to January 6th, you're a traitor to the country.
00:26:52.000 This is why the January 6th narrative is the baseline of this, everybody.
00:26:57.000 It's so tempting to walk away from it.
00:26:59.000 Ooh, it's just, I don't like what happened that day.
00:27:02.000 I don't know.
00:27:03.000 No, This is if you allow them to tell the story of January 6th, the downstream effects are that the whole country gets obliterated.
00:27:14.000 The lack of truth around January 6th, the suppression of what actually happened is directly correlated with ballot access.
00:27:23.000 It's directly correlated with your right to vote for who you want to vote.
00:27:28.000 And by the way, before I play this next clip, if you're a Democrat and you're okay with this, you're a bad person.
00:27:35.000 You're showing us that you can't beat us at the ballot box.
00:27:39.000 So you want four people in a private room to cheat.
00:27:44.000 This is cheating.
00:27:46.000 This is not the way that representative government operates.
00:27:49.000 So what actually happened on January 6th?
00:27:51.000 Were these people part of the Confederacy?
00:27:53.000 Were they raising up their AR-15s to go hunt down lawmakers and take over the government?
00:27:57.000 PlayCut 43.
00:27:59.000 Most January 6th people, I've interviewed a lot of them, as you have.
00:28:02.000 And they're all, I mean, they were there because they believe in the system, because they all had pocket constitutions.
00:28:08.000 They thought it was real.
00:28:09.000 And they were so shocked to see their election stolen, which obviously it was, and that they marched on the Capitol.
00:28:15.000 But they were there to uphold the system.
00:28:17.000 And some did it imperfectly and some got out of hand, of course.
00:28:20.000 But this guy is there to degrade it, to defile it on purpose.
00:28:25.000 Like, there's no reason to do that in the hearing room.
00:28:28.000 He's talking about the Senate staffer who filmed himself having gay sex in a Senate hearing room and then played a victim.
00:28:35.000 Story that we will cover, which, by the way, what he did is worse than what 99% of people did on January 6th, but we'll put that aside.
00:28:42.000 That's Tucker at the Turning Point USA conference, Tim Cast, and he says it perfectly.
00:28:49.000 The people that were there on January 6th were not trying to overthrow anything.
00:28:52.000 They were trying to say, why don't you listen to us?
00:28:54.000 Follow this.
00:28:55.000 These are the types of people that will go to a Tea Party meeting and start handing out pocket constitutions.
00:29:02.000 They're the type of people that will stay up to 2 or 3 a.m. watching reruns of Fox News, making sure they got all the notes.
00:29:09.000 These are people that make sure the flag is up at 5 a.m. on July 4th on Memorial Day.
00:29:17.000 These are people that will do anything for the country.
00:29:21.000 These are not insurrectionists.
00:29:23.000 The framing what happened on January 6th is now one of the most important elements of what we are living through.
00:29:30.000 And it's tempting to back away from it.
00:29:32.000 Oh, we don't want it.
00:29:33.000 No, no, no, no.
00:29:33.000 How many federal agents were there?
00:29:35.000 Who planted the pipe bombs?
00:29:37.000 All of these are answers that we need.
00:29:39.000 In fact, they are necessary.
00:29:41.000 And Speaker Johnson, believe it or not, Speaker Johnson's lack of releasing all the January 6th tapes is tied to this ballot access.
00:29:50.000 Speaker Johnson, release them all.
00:29:52.000 Enough of this slow drip thing.
00:29:54.000 Oh, you know, we have to, you are playing some sort of game, Speaker Johnson.
00:30:00.000 You have not released them all.
00:30:01.000 He's just, oh, you know, federal law enforcement, forget it.
00:30:04.000 You are your own branch of government, Speaker Johnson.
00:30:07.000 You don't answer to the FBI.
00:30:09.000 The FBI answers to you.
00:30:10.000 That is a separate branch of government.
00:30:12.000 It happened on the legislative turf.
00:30:15.000 It happened on Article 1 turf.
00:30:18.000 If it happened on Article II turf, they control it.
00:30:21.000 If January 6th happened at the Department of Interior, you don't have any jurisdiction there.
00:30:25.000 It happened on Article I turf.
00:30:27.000 Every camera is yours.
00:30:29.000 Capitol Grounds is yours.
00:30:31.000 So release all the tapes, Speaker Johnson.
00:30:34.000 Enough patty cake.
00:30:37.000 Oh, I have to wait because people's identities and January 6th, FBI, and all this.
00:30:43.000 Cut it out.
00:30:44.000 Release it all.
00:30:49.000 This Christmas, the new film from director George Clooney arrives.
00:30:52.000 It's a rag to riches, absolute crowd pleaser based on the number one New York Times best-selling book, this inspirational true story about one of the most difficult sports in the world and the 1936 University of Washington College rowing team that competed for gold at the summer games in Berlin will inspire you.
00:31:08.000 This team wrote out of need, need to eat, need to sleep, and it gave them an edge that captures the power of working together to overcome all odds while rowing for America.
00:31:16.000 They don't make movies like this anymore, and it's filled with wholesome content that makes it an ideal multi-generational movie for Christmas.
00:31:22.000 Joel Edgerton and Callum Turner star in this exciting and incredible story of courage, hard work, and determination, showcasing America at its best.
00:31:29.000 Believe in each other.
00:31:30.000 Believe in the impossible.
00:31:31.000 The Boys in the Boat open Christmas Day in theaters only.
00:31:34.000 Get tickets now.
00:31:34.000 BoysintheBoatMovie.com.
00:31:39.000 Okay, so all these pieces tie together.
00:31:42.000 All of these pieces come together.
00:31:44.000 Okay?
00:31:46.000 So the State Department routinely lectures other countries for a low score on democracy.
00:31:55.000 We're supposed to hate Russia.
00:31:56.000 Again, I don't like Russia.
00:31:58.000 I don't like Putin.
00:31:59.000 It's not a free society.
00:32:01.000 But are we really in a place to lecture Russia when our own state-based Supreme Courts kick former presidents off the ballot?
00:32:10.000 Well, the president of El Salvador, Bukele, came out and he had a great quote.
00:32:16.000 He said the following last evening.
00:32:19.000 He said that, quote, the United States has lost its ability to lecture any other country about democracy.
00:32:26.000 We're acting more like Russia than Russia is at times.
00:32:31.000 At times, we act more like Russia than Russia does.
00:32:35.000 The people that are so invested in our democracy, they want to eliminate elections.
00:32:44.000 In fact, March 26th, 2021, it was re-aired on this.
00:32:52.000 And I'm going to read something from the great Rush Limbaugh.
00:32:58.000 This is after he passed away, I believe.
00:33:00.000 Quote: The Democrats don't believe in giving legitimacy to anybody who's not already on their side.
00:33:06.000 So is this who they are psychologically?
00:33:08.000 If they have no interest in persuading people, if they have no interest in acquiring power as a massive public support, then who are they?
00:33:14.000 What are they?
00:33:14.000 They simply want to have power.
00:33:18.000 The Democrats want to eliminate elections as we know it.
00:33:23.000 And Rush Limbaugh is exactly right.
00:33:27.000 Rush Limbaugh was spot on.
00:33:30.000 This is not normal circumstances.
00:33:32.000 And when I talk, and I want to just say before I go into this, the donors to Turning Point USA and the donors to Turning Point Action, they get it.
00:33:41.000 More and more people that have wealth, that have stature, are waking up.
00:33:49.000 There is not this malaise.
00:33:50.000 That's one of my takeaways from America Fest.
00:33:52.000 It was top and bottom, full spectrum.
00:33:56.000 People are getting the stakes.
00:33:58.000 They are understanding the stakes.
00:34:01.000 Now, how is this going to play out technically?
00:34:04.000 This will go to the U.S. Supreme Court, thankfully.
00:34:07.000 I would not be shocked if we get a 6-3-7-2, maybe even a 9-0 decision, and they could put this to bed.
00:34:14.000 Thank the Lord the Supreme Court is not like the Colorado Supreme Court.
00:34:19.000 But everybody, if we don't win this coming November, if we don't win, they're going to make the U.S. Supreme Court like the Colorado Supreme Court very quickly.
00:34:28.000 You want to see what's coming next?
00:34:30.000 Thank goodness the Supreme Court has lifetime appointments.
00:34:34.000 You want to know one of the great arguments for lifetime appointments on the Supreme Court?
00:34:38.000 It's a way for the conservative values of a couple decades ago to still have a voice in an out-of-control progressive era.
00:34:47.000 Now, the Democrats hate that.
00:34:48.000 The Democrats say, why should Clarence Thomas be there for 20 or 30 years?
00:34:52.000 In some ways, it's this intergenerational check and balance of people that have passed away to still have a voice in the government.
00:34:59.000 I think that's awesome, actually.
00:35:01.000 And by the way, we might get Kagan.
00:35:03.000 Don't be support.
00:35:04.000 Don't not be shocked that it's 7-2 or 6-3.
00:35:10.000 Thankfully, our system is spread across time, space, and geography.
00:35:15.000 The founding fathers, thank you, gave us a check and a balance to these very dangerous people.
00:35:22.000 These very dangerous people on the Colorado Supreme Court.
00:35:27.000 These people in the Colorado Supreme Court are more dangerous than a lot of other people that we're told to hate.
00:35:35.000 The left knows that we're in a cold civil war.
00:35:38.000 They are calling you the Confederacy, and they're playing to win.
00:35:42.000 Maybe we should start to as well.
00:35:46.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
