00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you'll end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter.
00:00:33.000 Go start a Turning Point USA high school chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:39.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life.
00:00:43.000 And I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am.
00:00:46.000 Lord Musemy.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.
00:00:56.000 The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold, the leading gold and silver experts and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers.
00:01:09.000 This is the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:10.000 I'm Andrew Colvett, executive producer of this show.
00:01:14.000 And today I am joined by MAGA's main man.
00:01:17.000 That's right.
00:01:19.000 The most important influencer in the MAGA world.
00:01:23.000 And that is, of course, Jack Pasobic, host of Human Events Daily.
00:01:27.000 Take a bow.
00:01:27.000 That's right, Jack.
00:01:28.000 Yeah, okay.
00:01:29.000 I did not write The Atlantic piece.
00:01:31.000 I did not go on the record for the Atlantic piece, but I will say this.
00:01:36.000 I respectfully disagree with The Atlantic naming me MAGA's most important influencer, next top influencer.
00:01:45.000 I respectfully disagree.
00:01:47.000 The name of MAGA's most important influencer is Charles James Kirk.
00:01:54.000 And that's all I'm going to say about that.
00:01:55.000 Well said.
00:01:55.000 Well, well said.
00:01:56.000 Well, you took it in a classy direction.
00:01:58.000 I was just trying to razz you a little bit.
00:02:00.000 It came out this morning.
00:02:02.000 The Atlantic.
00:02:04.000 We knew this story was kind of percolating.
00:02:06.000 Jack, you and I talked about it a little bit.
00:02:08.000 And listen, I'll tell you what.
00:02:10.000 You know, I think it's well earned.
00:02:12.000 I think you do a lot for the movement.
00:02:14.000 You've been out and about like crazy lately, working campaigns.
00:02:19.000 You've been campaigning for Jack Chitterelli.
00:02:21.000 You've been encouraging the grassroots of turning point action.
00:02:25.000 Obviously, you've been everywhere as we remember and celebrate the legacy of Charles James Kirk.
00:02:31.000 So, you know, I'm excited to see it.
00:02:34.000 I mean, it is kind of a, it's the Atlantic.
00:02:37.000 So, you know, it's only fake news.
00:02:39.000 It has to be fake news.
00:02:40.000 Yeah, I mean, they've been calling around.
00:02:42.000 They were asking, like, they were asking about my military record.
00:02:45.000 They were calling some, you know, people I had served in the military with, and they were saying, you know, what was, you know, what units was he in?
00:02:52.000 And what was his service like?
00:02:53.000 And what was this?
00:02:54.000 And what was that?
00:02:55.000 And I think they foyed my military records.
00:02:57.000 They got a copy of that at one point, which is funny because, you know, I'll release my military records, but Mickey Sherrill, who's running for governor in New Jersey, she won't release her Navy Academy records when she was caught up in that cheating scandal.
00:03:10.000 I'm like, I've released my records to every single reporter who's ever asked.
00:03:14.000 I never have a problem with it.
00:03:15.000 But for some reason, they never want to put that out because, oh, as it turns out, my records are actually pretty good.
00:03:20.000 Turns out.
00:03:21.000 Well, listen, there's another story about keeping records, Jack.
00:03:24.000 And this is, of course, the Democrats on the Oversight Committee in the House are going, they've announced a plan to roll out a master online ice tracker.
00:03:35.000 So, and this corresponds with a really creepy story that we covered at TPOSA Frontlines about this basically an Antifa hit list.
00:03:44.000 I want to know what the heck is going on with Democrats keeping lists all of a sudden.
00:03:49.000 And so it's amazing, right?
00:03:51.000 So There's no daylight whatsoever between what you see at the Antifa level and what you see at the Democrat level in the House.
00:04:00.000 And this is something where, you know, Harry Sisson asked me the other day, he said, you know, does, you know, are there any high-ranking Democrats who call Republicans fascists in Hillary?
00:04:09.000 I said, well, yeah, Kamala Harris did when you were campaigning for her.
00:04:12.000 They all do.
00:04:13.000 Joe Biden, you go down the list, right?
00:04:15.000 So what Katie Davis Court and TPOSA Frontlines were able to uncover on the ground, they've gone through Seattle, they've gone through Portland, they've been infiltrating Oakland, California, infiltrating these Antifa cells.
00:04:27.000 And they found hit lists of prominent influencers, reporters, media figures, conservatives. 0.99
00:04:35.000 That if you see these people, that you are essentially to fight them, to attack them, and to kill, and I'm just going to say it, to kill them. 0.89
00:04:44.000 These are kill orders that got put out certainly after the murder of Charlie Kirk and certainly after that White House roundtable that we held talking about Antifa. 0.99
00:04:53.000 And that's what they're doing now.
00:04:54.000 And so you can actually see there are certain members of the Turning Point Frontlines team, like Jonathan Cho and Dr. Carlin Borsenko, who joined them as well, that were on the list, even as they themselves were there taking the photos and were infiltrated.
00:05:09.000 So they're sitting there taking a picture of their own mugshots, essentially, from this terrorist group.
00:05:16.000 And again, it really just goes to show you that whenever you hear the media, whenever you hear the Democrats say that they don't exist, Antifa doesn't exist.
00:05:24.000 They have hit lists, they have cells, they have bookbears, they have communes, they have command centers in Seattle that you can go into and infiltrate like Turning Point Frontlines did.
00:05:33.000 And God bless them for going in there, putting themselves in harm's way like this.
00:05:36.000 They literally go to the front lines, and that's why they're called that.
00:05:39.000 Those are the guys who should be called top influencers.
00:05:42.000 Those are the guys who are the most important, the ones that are actually putting themselves in harm's way.
00:05:46.000 And I used to do stuff like this, but actually, there's a piece in the article where Bannon says he, you know, he chewed me out for doing this in 2020 because I started to become more recognized by Antifa.
00:05:58.000 And that's what led to that picture of me in the Lincoln Park, the statue of Lincoln, Abraham Lincoln from 2020, squaring off with Antifa because they had recognized me.
00:06:07.000 And I was just there to do a report on what was happening.
00:06:09.000 So you look at all this, and then you combine that with the fact that now we have House members that want to target ICE officers, the same ones who want to bring up January 6th.
00:06:18.000 Every time they get a chance, they bring up Gen 6, Gen 6, Gen 6.
00:06:22.000 And now you are the ones that are physically doxing, harassing, and targeting federal agents on the street, who, by the way, are enforcing the laws that were passed by Congress.
00:06:33.000 That's what federal agents do.
00:06:35.000 Well, yeah. 0.97
00:06:35.000 They're trying to get people killed. 0.97
00:06:37.000 Yeah, let me play some of these clips.
00:06:39.000 This is Robert Garcia.
00:06:41.000 He's a top Democrat on the Oversight Committee, and he's announcing this plan, Cut 243.
00:06:47.000 I shared this with the mayor.
00:06:48.000 Over the course of the next couple of weeks, the Oversight Committee will be launching on their website a master ICE tracker where we're going to be essentially tracking every single instance that we can verify that the community will send us information on.
00:07:04.000 Yeah, and you saw Karen Bass there. 1.00
00:07:07.000 And then we have another disgraced big city mayor. 1.00
00:07:10.000 This is Lori Lightfoot just getting in on the action. 1.00
00:07:12.000 290.
00:07:13.000 We start the process of unmasking the agents.
00:07:17.000 Even though they're wearing masks, every single one of them has a towel.
00:07:20.000 You say unmasking, they're going to say you're going to dox them, and that's why threats against them are up.
00:07:24.000 They are on public property out in the open.
00:07:26.000 We have an absolute right under our Constitution to be able to document what's happening.
00:07:33.000 Every single one of those agents, height, weight, hair color, they wear their vests in a particular way.
00:07:39.000 They're wearing insignias.
00:07:41.000 Even the masks that they wear, the shoes that they wear, the cars that they're driving.
00:07:45.000 We have a right to compile that information. 0.97
00:07:49.000 So she's claiming she has a constitutional right to essentially dox, track, and endanger ICE agents that are enforcing federal immigration law.
00:07:58.000 And by the way, that we're just this policy of mass deportations that was just voted on by the American people after Joe Biden let in 10 million plus illegals stream into this country.
00:08:09.000 And so now they're doing it.
00:08:11.000 So you're seeing this at the federal level.
00:08:13.000 You're seeing this at the local level.
00:08:14.000 There's Leticia James, who's getting in on the action here, Jack.
00:08:18.000 288. 1.00
00:08:19.000 Let's play that cut.
00:08:20.000 A new portal where residents can send photos and videos of ICE operations.
00:08:25.000 James says the portal is meant to review and investigate legal violations by agents.
00:08:29.000 And her statement referenced Tuesday's immigration raid in Chinatown in New York City.
00:08:34.000 Meantime, House Democrats say they will launch their own similar ICE tracker.
00:08:38.000 U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi is criticizing that effort, citing a sharp increase in violence against law enforcement.
00:08:45.000 So Jack, we've got two different efforts here to track ICE agents.
00:08:50.000 And Stephen Miller is livid.
00:08:52.000 He's saying how much more blood has to be spilled by Democrats before this madness stops.
00:08:57.000 And that's exactly where my head goes.
00:08:59.000 We just see it.
00:09:00.000 By the way, just on Lori Veidheiser, I wanted to say I commend her.
00:09:04.000 I know Halloween is next week, but I'm glad that she's already out wearing her Betelgeuse costume in public.
00:09:09.000 I want to say that's really great.
00:09:11.000 Don't say it three times or it might pop up.
00:09:14.000 But I mean, you hear this violent rhetoric and you hear this violent.
00:09:20.000 And again, these are taking steps.
00:09:22.000 So when you talk about the, it's like when you talk to lawyers about what's a cons, you know, how do you constitute a conspiracy?
00:09:27.000 Well, there's a conspiracy to commit violence.
00:09:29.000 Well, taking steps in furtherance of a conspiracy is how you move from just talking about something like, oh, I hate that.
00:09:36.000 I hate that guy so much. 0.98
00:09:37.000 You know, I can murder him or that's free speech. 0.99
00:09:40.000 But when you take steps in furtherance of the conspiracy, that's when it crosses into illegal action. 0.97
00:09:46.000 And so what they're saying out there, the low level are saying, we are going to kill the ICE agents. 0.99
00:09:50.000 We are going to shoot at them. 1.00
00:09:51.000 They have shot at them. 0.99
00:09:53.000 This guy down in Dallas had the anti-ICE written on the bullet casings.
00:09:58.000 And now what do we see?
00:10:00.000 They're giving lists.
00:10:01.000 They're trying to put out addresses.
00:10:04.000 They want another killer.
00:10:05.000 They're taking steps in furtherance of the conspiracy.
00:10:10.000 Look, I know there are a lot of choices when it comes to who you choose for your cell phone service.
00:10:15.000 There are new ones popping up all the time.
00:10:17.000 But the truth is there's only one that boldly stands in the gap for every American that believes that freedom is worth fighting for.
00:10:23.000 And that is Patriot Mobile.

00:10:36.000 Don't just take my word for it.

00:10:44.000 It's easier than it's ever been.

00:10:54.000 Charlie and Glenn over at Patriot Mobile, dear, dear friends.

00:11:13.000 Jack Pasobic, I've got one issue with this Atlantic story.
00:11:18.000 I mean, can I actually say something?
00:11:20.000 Just one.
00:11:21.000 One issue.
00:11:22.000 They didn't mention unhumans, New York Times bestseller.
00:11:24.000 So there you go.
00:11:27.000 Yeah, they mention it, but so they mention it, and they mention that Vice President Vance had given us the top blurb of it before he had become vice president, even before the nomination.
00:11:36.000 And they don't mention New York Times bestseller.
00:11:38.000 How are you going to mention it?
00:11:39.000 And not say that's a disgrace.
00:11:41.000 It's a black eye.
00:11:42.000 It's a black eye on the liberal soul.
00:11:44.000 So here's what I will say.
00:11:46.000 And in all seriousness, you know, I am worried, and we got some emails about this in the break, you know, that they are trying to pain a target on your back.
00:11:54.000 And so if you're in the audience, I want you to pray for me.
00:11:57.000 I've taken the time to put the crosshairs like Photoshopped on my face.
00:12:01.000 Exactly.
00:12:01.000 So I want everybody in the audience to pray against the schemes of darkness and pray for Jack's safety.
00:12:08.000 Thank you.
00:12:08.000 And that you would just keep him in your prayers and keep all of us at TPUSA.
00:12:13.000 And by the way, the Frontlines team that is doing this brave investigation, the Cho show, Jonathan Cho, Servan Hernandez, Katie Davis Court.
00:12:22.000 So please keep them in your prayers as well.
00:12:24.000 So Jack, I mean, I'm just, I'm looking at a list of stories here that I want to get to with you.
00:12:28.000 So we got to move here because I want to get to all of them.
00:12:32.000 We got Pentagon media credential list.
00:12:34.000 I think you're important for that just from a media perspective.
00:12:36.000 We got this NBA.
00:12:38.000 Yeah, the NBA sports betting scandal that just happened this morning with the FBI arrested like 34 people and there's mafia ties up there.
00:12:49.000 You know, Goodell's back in Bad Bunny. 0.96
00:12:52.000 You know, Jen Saki's coming after Usha and JD Vance.
00:12:56.000 There's a CDL story, another CDL story out of California.
00:13:02.000 Another guy named Isn't it Patel?
00:13:04.000 Isn't that his last name?
00:13:05.000 Let me just double check on that.
00:13:07.000 I think that's the FBI director.
00:13:09.000 Well, it's a, yeah, exactly.
00:13:11.000 Name released. 0.93
00:13:13.000 Yeah, it's another illegal alien from India. 0.97
00:13:16.000 Yeah, and this is Singh. 1.00
00:13:17.000 Sing. 1.00
00:13:18.000 S-I-N-G-H.
00:13:20.000 Yeah.
00:13:20.000 I was like, that doesn't sound right.
00:13:21.000 Patel's because of the FBI thing this morning.
00:13:23.000 So you've got all your stories.
00:13:26.000 They're blurring together.
00:13:27.000 They're blurring together.
00:13:28.000 So, Jack, tell us about this Pentagon thing.
00:13:30.000 The way I understand it is that the Pentagon, and this is, of course, our good friend Pete Heggset, who Charlie fought real hard to get confirmed.
00:13:40.000 And they basically put out new press guidelines saying that you cannot ask members of staff, Pentagon officials to go off the record.
00:13:49.000 And essentially, everybody in the press corps that covers the Pentagon walked out, except for groups like TPOSA, the National Poles.
00:14:01.000 Tell us about this story from a, give your, give us your media perspective on this.
00:14:05.000 Yeah, so, you know, when I was reached out to about the new Pentagon Press Corps by the Department of War and their press office, I jumped at the chance.
00:14:15.000 I mean, why wouldn't I want Human Events and our entire team from there and the post-millennial to get in on the stories to embed with as new media for any of these things like I just did with the Secretary of War as well as the president down to the Navy 250th?
00:14:30.000 And I had the opportunity to go to the Marine Corps 250th.
00:14:33.000 It just didn't work out time-wise with the Vice President Vance.
00:14:37.000 And so you want to be able to do that coverage.
00:14:39.000 Now, the media, of course, prior to this administration, they were given free reign of the Pentagon.
00:14:46.000 They were allowed to walk around the halls.
00:14:49.000 They were allowed access like just at a complete inordinate.
00:14:53.000 Honestly, I can understand from the Pentagon's perspective, perhaps inappropriate level of access because what have they been dealing with?
00:14:59.000 Leaks.
00:15:00.000 They've been dealing with very bad political leaks, the likes of which have turned into impeachments, like the one Eric Charamella, that started with a guy on the National Security Council leaking to the leaking to the press, specifically David Ignatius and the Washington Post and the Usaw, the General Flynn case started with leaks.
00:15:17.000 So they've been dealing with all of these leaks over the years.
00:15:20.000 What they're trying to do is fight those leaks.
00:15:22.000 Look, the press is the press.
00:15:24.000 The press has the First Amendment.
00:15:25.000 And we at Human Events and the Postmillennial are certainly going to exercise our First Amendment rights.
00:15:30.000 No one ever tells us what to write.
00:15:32.000 No one ever tells me what to say.
00:15:34.000 And I would honestly bristle if anyone did.
00:15:36.000 And they know that's not how this game works.
00:15:37.000 But at the same time, we are going to tell what we hear and what we find out publicly and honestly.
00:15:43.000 And we are not going to put any spin on it.
00:15:45.000 And people can go and look at my record all the way through the strikes in Iran or the Israel, the Israel conflict with Hamas and Gaza.
00:15:55.000 And we covered it here with Charlie every single day when all of that was going on.
00:15:59.000 We, in fact, did a massive live stream about it, telling everybody what was going to happen and what our analysis was.
00:16:05.000 So we are going to stick to that.
00:16:07.000 And if the mainstream media is upset that the Pentagon is actually taking these leaks seriously, then I think they kind of seem to have forgotten what their actual role is.
00:16:18.000 Yeah, I mean, I just, you know, I have worked in press and media from a PR perspective.
00:16:24.000 You know, I did all of Charlie's crisis PR and booked him on all the media hits, handled profiles, et cetera.
00:16:32.000 And I will tell you that, you know, there are good, kind people in the press corps at the national level, legacy media level.
00:16:41.000 And there are a pit of vipers that will make up the remainder.
00:16:45.000 And you have to understand this is the most entitled, pretentious, I would say, career that one might choose, or just the disposition of those people that tend to occupy that career in that profession.
00:17:00.000 And yeah, to your point, it doesn't seem like, listen, you can work outside of the halls of the Pentagon and still ask for something on background or off the record.
00:17:09.000 They're just saying, like, while you're in this building, you cannot do that.
00:17:13.000 And that's the new rule.
00:17:14.000 I don't see what the big deal is.
00:17:15.000 Post-millennial human events, a national poll, gateway pundit.
00:17:19.000 You know, it's going to be a whole new day at the Pentagon.
00:17:22.000 And if the press is just going to opt out, don't be surprised when you don't get the stories.
00:17:28.000 We truly are living in a historic time.
00:17:31.000 After 738 days, the 20 living Israeli hostages have been released from captivity.
00:17:38.000 And those who were killed will finally rest in peace near their loved ones.
00:17:41.000 Praise God.
00:17:42.000 In this time of celebration, our good friends at the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews send their deepest gratitude for your prayers and unwavering support.
00:17:50.000 Thanks to you, the fellowship has provided $300 million in emergency aid since October 7th, including millions in direct support for the hostages and their families.
00:18:01.000 Of course, the road ahead is still a long one.
00:18:03.000 Much needs to be done to restore and revive these victims of terrorism.
00:18:07.000 But that's exactly what the fellowship does.
00:18:09.000 For example, they're assisting returned hostages, along with their families and friends, with immediate medical, psychological, and financial support.
00:18:17.000 They're also providing mental health care for Israelis of all ages.
00:18:21.000 To find out how you can help, visit ifcj.org.
00:18:25.000 That's ifcj.org.
00:18:29.000 You guys in the audience have been sending us emails, and they're great.
00:18:33.000 It says, Amanda says, for prayers for Jack and all, for safety and protection, prayers to St. Michael.
00:18:39.000 Figured you'd like that one, Jack.
00:18:43.000 Catherine says, hello, lovely people and friends and family of beloved Charlie Kirk.
00:18:47.000 I miss him every day and find myself talking to him and thanking him and praying for him.
00:18:51.000 And about that Lori Lightfoot clip, if it is okay because they, ICE agents, are on public property to gather all their personal data and unmask them, is it not fair to demand the same of the Antifa massed rioters so we can see who they are?
00:19:04.000 Yes, Catherine, I think it's a great idea.
00:19:06.000 And I already forwarded that idea on to some folks.
00:19:09.000 Robin, yes, they are trying to put a target on Jack's back.
00:19:12.000 I often read the comments on truth.
00:19:14.000 Okay, they're mostly good.
00:19:16.000 Of course they are.
00:19:18.000 So here's a this was a subject we covered yesterday, Jack, on the Muslim call to prayer.
00:19:23.000 Mehdi Hassan saying it's just like church bells.
00:19:26.000 It says, Andrew, our country was based on Christian Jewish values, freedom of religion, but not from religion.
00:19:31.000 No public calls to prayer for Muslims or any other religion besides Christian church bells, in my opinion.
00:19:36.000 Thank you all praying for you all, Sue.
00:19:38.000 God bless you, Sue.
00:19:40.000 Here's a So, Thorter, I don't know if you know the answer to this, Jack, but John Solomon reported that the current restrictions on the Pentagon press corps are less than those during the Obama administration, and they didn't complain then.
00:19:52.000 I don't know if you know the answer to that, but it certainly remember that the Obama administration went after James Rosen and held him in contempt of court and actually threw him in prison for refusing to release a source.
00:20:07.000 So, let's you talk about freedom of the press.
00:20:08.000 I don't think I don't think I've no, don't let's let's just be fair.
00:20:12.000 There are a few reporters that I'd love to see locked up, but I uh I haven't seen the White House doing that under Trump.
00:20:17.000 That's that's exactly right.
00:20:20.000 All right, so listen, next story up here, Jack.
00:20:23.000 We've got to get to it because it's just too important.
00:20:27.000 So, this NBA sports betting, and I liked it because Charlie loved talking about the NBA.
00:20:33.000 It's weird he didn't watch it, but he loved arguing about Jordan and LeBron.
00:20:39.000 So, this came out today that it was, you know, basically there's a mass conspiracy involving La Cosa Nostra, the mafia, and that involves current players.
00:20:53.000 It involves a head coach of the Portland Trailblazers, Chauncey Billips, and the mafia.
00:20:59.000 So, it's quite the extensive deal.
00:21:01.000 34 arrests.
00:21:02.000 Go ahead, Jack.
00:21:03.000 So, I remember, and Rudy Giuliani talks about this all the time because he was the lead prosecutor at SDNY that went after the five families of La Cosa Nostra and really broke that back in the 80s before he became mayor.
00:21:15.000 That was what started his political career and those ambitions and put him on the map.
00:21:20.000 But if you go back to that time, what did they say in the 80s?
00:21:23.000 They used to say, just like Antifa today, they used to say the mafia doesn't exist, that it's a figment of your imagination, that there's this whole conspiracy.
00:21:32.000 Godfather, that's just a Hollywood movie.
00:21:34.000 None of this is real.
00:21:35.000 And it was all completely real.
00:21:37.000 Yeah, well, this is the benefit that Antifa, because you got to understand the evil morphs and it and it adjusts and it evolves in order to stay out of a position where they're going to be held accountable, right?
00:21:48.000 So, Antifa is now this decentralized kind of ideological movement, and little sleeper cells take up the mantle and they organize and then they share pamphlets of information.
00:21:59.000 This is what you saw in the frontlines documentary: that they're all publishing this information.
00:22:04.000 There are far-left radicalizing bookstores in Seattle and Portland that just give this stuff out and then they scan it and they have their little Discord chats or their little like private chats.
00:22:13.000 Sometimes it's just on blue sky, but this is how they do it.
00:22:16.000 And so, but whereas with the mafia, and we and we've talked about this, this is actually part of the limitations of the RICO statutes that were passed essentially to take out the mafia because the mafia had a hierarchy, it had a network, and whereas Antifa doesn't.
00:22:31.000 So, RICO is actually there's our legal argument of whether or not RICO can even be updated.
00:22:37.000 Yeah, and RICO needs to be updated to take out these organized, decentralized organizations like Antifa that do not necessarily have a hiring.
00:22:45.000 The internet didn't exist back then.
00:22:47.000 Of course, of course, yeah, exactly.
00:22:48.000 Because you don't need, you actually don't need hierarchy to be really mobile and really fluid and responsive.
00:22:55.000 And so, that's the key.
00:22:55.000 But, anyways, Kash Patel named several high-profile NBA figures that have been arrested.
00:23:02.000 Play Cut 312.
00:23:03.000 The FBI led a coordinative takedown across 11 states to arrest over 30 individuals today responsible for this case, which is very much ongoing.
00:23:13.000 Not only did we crack into the fraud that these perpetrators committed on the grand stage of the NBA, but we also entered and executed a system of justice against La Casa Nostra to include the Bonano, Gambino, Genovese, and Lucesi crime families.
00:23:34.000 So, we've got a mass conspiracy to defraud people involving high up.
00:23:39.000 You know why I like this?
00:23:40.000 Do you know why I like this, Jack?
00:23:42.000 It's sort of like not on my bingo car.
00:23:44.000 It wasn't something I was like hoping would happen.
00:23:46.000 I've basically ignored the NBA for a long time.
00:23:48.000 I'm not going to be on the convo today for show topics.
00:23:52.000 No, exactly.
00:23:53.000 I've ignored the NBA, but I saw the NBA and it made me think of Charlie and all of his great Jordan versus LeBron debates.
00:23:59.000 And plus, we start hour two with the 90s Bulls intro music.
00:24:03.000 Charlie was a proud Chicagoan, and I love that stuff.
00:24:07.000 You got to get that clip of Charlie's basketball highlights.
00:24:10.000 Yes, yeah.
00:24:11.000 And he played basketball.
00:24:12.000 So I loved it, but I also loved it for another reason.
00:24:15.000 And that was because, candidly, it just felt old school.
00:24:18.000 It felt like a press conference we would have gotten in the early 2000s or something, right?
00:24:23.000 You know, where it was like, here we are, we're taking down, we're making sure that we're wired or Barry Bonds.
00:24:28.000 It felt like we were just, you know, society will fall apart if we don't have rules.
00:24:33.000 If we don't have rules and order and we don't have accountability, society is going to fall apart.
00:24:39.000 I already cannot watch the NBA because I just think it's rigged.
00:24:43.000 I look at the fouls, the flops. 0.94
00:24:47.000 It's a complete garbage league, but some people still like it. 0.90
00:24:50.000 And obviously, people are betting billions of dollars on the NBA. 0.95
00:24:53.000 And so it was really good to have some rules actually be applied.
00:24:59.000 And I love that about it.
00:25:00.000 And you really look at it too, and it's because you step back, and it's like there's that great quote in the General Patton movie where he says, America loves winners.
00:25:11.000 America will not tolerate losing.
00:25:14.000 America will not tolerate losers. 0.65
00:25:16.000 But at the same time, go look at the trans issue. 0.75
00:25:19.000 So the trans issue was gaining traction for years, and conservatives did not know how to fight back because they were saying, oh, it's freedom.
00:25:26.000 It's just freedom.
00:25:27.000 So then we started talking more about how they focus on kids.
00:25:30.000 And that gave it way more traction.
00:25:33.000 But man, it really didn't take off completely until we started talking about sports.
00:25:38.000 Because to the average person out there, and I'm not talking like the people who listen to this show, we are a select and growing group of people.
00:25:47.000 I'm not talking to the people that are involved or engaged in politics.
00:25:50.000 I'm talking about the average person.
00:25:52.000 The average American, what do they love?
00:25:54.000 Fairness in sports.
00:25:56.000 This is one of the reasons that we don't want the AI umpires and refs or something because what do we like to do?
00:26:01.000 We like to argue over whether or not the rules were applied fairly.
00:26:05.000 And so unfairness in sports is something that is just so deeply un-American and cuts against the grain.
00:26:12.000 That's why it was the sports issue. 0.77
00:26:14.000 And I think there was like a powerlifting competition where they had a trans, I guess it was a guy competing in a girls' competition in California or something just this week or like Minnesota.
00:26:24.000 Minnesota.
00:26:25.000 The Minnesota Supreme Court.
00:26:27.000 Yeah, the Minnesota Supreme Court took off.
00:26:29.000 But here's the other reason this is huge.
00:26:31.000 Charlie was starting to really zero in.
00:26:32.000 You saw this in his interview with Tucker Carlson when he went to Tucker's studio for that interview.
00:26:38.000 He talked about the rise of sports betting, especially among younger men.
00:26:43.000 Young adults are more likely than older Americans to say they've placed a sports bet in the last year.
00:26:43.000 Check this out.
00:26:48.000 Some 31% of adults under 30 say this, including 36% of young men and 29% of women, which is supporting.
00:26:55.000 It was just surprising.
00:26:56.000 Sports betting is far less common among older people.
00:27:01.000 And this is a multi-multi-billion dollar industry. 0.66
00:27:04.000 And Jack, we know that this is taking out the lives of young men.
00:27:07.000 And now you find out that at the NBA, there's a lot of rigged betting going on.
00:27:12.000 And what this betting was actually focusing on was prop betting.
00:27:15.000 Prop betting is when you don't necessarily bet on the outcome of a game, but you bet on the singular performance of a player, right?
00:27:22.000 And so, so, so they, so basically, there was a name.
00:27:26.000 Sports works a little bit.
00:27:28.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:27:29.000 Well, so this is the fan duel, exactly, that kind of stuff.
00:27:32.000 And by the way, these are now made sponsors of these sports leagues.
00:27:36.000 That's how big the industry has gone.
00:27:38.000 And as gambling has spread across the country, legalized gambling, you're getting more and more young people that are losing their absolute shirt on betting they have no business doing.
00:27:49.000 And by the way, here's the other little dirty secret is that it's completely rigged in favor of the house.
00:27:54.000 If you bring a better onto these platforms that's too successful, well, they're going to get kicked off.
00:28:01.000 So the whole thing is rigged in favor of the house.
00:28:04.000 So not only are the platforms rigged, but now you're finding out that the players are rigging the games.
00:28:09.000 I guess Chauncey Bills was involved in some sort of elaborate poker scheme.
00:28:13.000 Betters are maybe working with some of the whales to be able to set it all up, so then they get a piece.
00:28:18.000 Well, yeah, and Chauncey Billips was doing something with x-rays and poker games.
00:28:23.000 It was quite elaborate, but nevertheless, very disturbing.
00:28:28.000 This is Lane Schoenberger, chief investment officer and founding partner of YReFi.
00:28:32.000 It has been an honor and a privilege to partner with Turning Point and for Charlie to endorse us.
00:28:38.000 His endorsement means the world to us, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Turning Point for years to come.
00:28:44.000 Now, here Charlie, in his own words, tell you about YReFi.
00:28:48.000 I'm going to tell you guys about whyrefi.com.

00:29:36.000 I have to show this clip here really quick.
00:29:38.000 326.
00:29:39.000 I think this is Charlie smack talking Cabot Phillips years and years ago, who's now with the Daily Wire.
00:29:45.000 It's great.
00:29:45.000 326.
00:29:48.000 Cabot, right here.
00:29:50.000 One-on-one.
00:29:50.000 Better bring your in-game.
00:29:52.000 You're going to get smoked.
00:29:59.000 I love it.
00:30:00.000 I absolutely love it.
00:30:01.000 Charlie loved to play basketball.
00:30:03.000 I was a big basketball player in high school.
00:30:05.000 Jack, I'm going to play this clip.
00:30:06.000 This is Charlie remembering his all-Serbian basketball team.
00:30:09.000 I guess he got a Serbian basketball name.
00:30:11.000 It's pretty funny.
00:30:12.000 This is in suburbs of Chicago. 1.00
00:30:14.000 Apparently, there's like a big Serb.
00:30:16.000 There was apparently a big Serb population there.
00:30:18.000 So his high school team had all these tall Serbs and Charlie on the team.
00:30:23.000 Serbs are super tall.
00:30:24.000 Yeah, 328.
00:30:25.000 I grew up with a lot of Serbs in Chicago. 0.68
00:30:27.000 I have a soft spot for Serbs.
00:30:28.000 They're awesome.
00:30:29.000 I know the worst thing you could say in a Serbian language, and I will not say it on air because the FCC would find some way to still find me.
00:30:35.000 I played on a Serbian basketball team, actually.
00:30:37.000 My name was Sheva Kurkevich.
00:30:40.000 Could you not?
00:30:41.000 I have a jersey that says Kurkivic.
00:30:44.000 Oh, God bless him.
00:30:46.000 I miss him.
00:30:46.000 I want another Charlie clip.
00:30:48.000 I want another Charlie clip.
00:30:49.000 So this is another story.
00:30:51.000 The CDL story.
00:30:52.000 So obviously there was that terrible accident that happened in Florida.
00:30:55.000 Now it happened in California, three dead, and another illegal alien, also named Sing, that kills more people in California this time because, you know, we're just handing out CDLs like they're candy, Jack.
00:31:10.000 But this was Charlie reacting to the Florida story, which was another California-issued CDL, 316.
00:31:18.000 Unfathomable that a person got this, got a commercial license doing this, unless you realize what's actually going on here.
00:31:24.000 California will give a driver's license to anyone as long as they are illegal.
00:31:29.000 They want illegal criminals here.
00:31:31.000 And you're just so casual about it.
00:31:33.000 You know, people say all the time, well, Charlie, what about the law-abiding ones?
00:31:36.000 Aren't they doing well?
00:31:37.000 Law-abiding ones become, unfortunately, responsible for mass carnage.
00:31:43.000 Jack Pasobic, your take.
00:31:45.000 Look, this stems from, and it's something that Charlie, you know, obviously had a, you know, I would say an arc on when, you know, when he started out in politics to where he ended up, where we aren't in an economy first.
00:32:02.000 We're not a GDP first.
00:32:04.000 And there's a lot of GDP firsters and like we all go through, and, you know, people might get mad if I say this, but, you know, we all go through that Ayn Rand phase when we're kids and when we're young.
00:32:15.000 And obviously Charlie was a teenager when he started Turning Point that, you know, we're like, oh yeah, just get the man off our back and everything will be great.
00:32:23.000 But then you start to realize the GDP is actually just a theory.
00:32:26.000 It's like an academic theory.
00:32:27.000 It doesn't actually describe or capture most of how life exists for the country.
00:32:34.000 And when you start to realize that, no, we're actually a nation that has an economy and we're a nation that can use an economy as a tool.
00:32:42.000 And that's just one of the features of American life.
00:32:44.000 But the quality of life is not necessarily captured. 0.97
00:32:48.000 So when you say, oh, GDP first, let's just import all these foreign truck drivers and throw around the CDLs on them. 0.97
00:32:55.000 It'll be great. 0.65
00:32:55.000 It'll make all of our products that much cheaper because, of course, you need more truckers to get products to market. 0.65
00:33:00.000 That's how our system works because we have globalization because we don't make anything in this country anymore.
00:33:05.000 Then all of a sudden it leads to situations like this, where we have people driving these incredibly powerful, literal weapons of mass destruction.
00:33:12.000 If you put it in the hands of, God forbid, someone who has nefarious intentions, let alone someone who's just incompetent.
00:33:18.000 And then you put them in streets and highways all across the country.
00:33:23.000 So every single highway you're in.
00:33:24.000 And I'll just say it, you know, when you drive on the highways these days, I drove all the way up 95 to, you know, North Jersey last week for the Chitterelli rally.
00:33:32.000 And every time you see a semi, you know, they just don't drive as good as they used to.
00:33:36.000 You know, they're always causing trouble.
00:33:38.000 They switch lanes like crazy.
00:33:40.000 It's not like it used to be at all when you could just sort of do the, you could, remember you used to be able to do the home coaching and they would do the horn for like the trucker or whatever.

00:34:39.000 And I would say Charlie had an arc on immigration.
