00:00:28.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:29.000 Here we go.
00:00:30.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:32.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:34.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:38.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:41.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:42.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:43.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:50.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:51.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:00.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:03.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:12.000 Making global headlines at this hour, we have learned this evening that Mikhail Gorbachev has died, the last leader of the Soviet Union who helped end the Cold War and the threat of nuclear war.
00:01:22.000 They buried the Hunter Biden story before the election because they were like, we can't risk having the election thrown to Trump.
00:01:29.000 We'll tell them after the election.
00:01:31.000 And we know for a fact that that's what they did.
00:01:33.000 Of course.
00:01:34.000 You know, but I'm saying you know for a fact that that's what they did.
00:01:36.000 I don't know what they did.
00:01:37.000 I know, because you only watch MSNBC.
00:01:39.000 That's the truth.
00:01:40.000 That's the truth.
00:01:42.000 Well, then you would know about this.
00:01:44.000 We've been asking for more information.
00:01:45.000 So now you have this photograph around.
00:01:47.000 And in a way, it looks like that this is just how they found the documents and lying all over the floor.
00:01:52.000 Well, the impression I got is that it was a public relations effort.
00:01:56.000 This is not needed in a court document to make the case to the sitting judge.
00:02:00.000 This was put out there knowing that they were going to go out there to the media.
00:02:04.000 And I would love to see on the far right side there, there's framed photos of Donald Trump on the cover of Time magazine.
00:02:11.000 What in the world does that have to do with these idea that there are classified documents?
00:02:16.000 What's Donald Trump doing?
00:02:18.000 He is circulating QAnon conspiracy theories on social media.
00:02:23.000 QAnon conspiracy theories on the same day Joe Biden is saying, bring it in, Republicans.
00:02:31.000 You all are being extremists.
00:02:33.000 Come on.
00:02:34.000 This is.
00:02:37.000 This is a turning point.
00:02:38.000 I mean, they have this factual recitation has him dead to rights.
00:02:45.000 This is a curious one because typically, if you're going to do a damage assessment, you know that something bad has already happened.
00:02:51.000 I don't mean somebody storing documents improperly.
00:02:54.000 I mean, for example, a spy giving away documents to the Russians.
00:02:57.000 And for those brave right-wing Americans who say it's all about keeping America, you're keeping America independent and safe.
00:03:06.000 If you want to fight against the country, you need an F-15.
00:03:10.000 You need something a little more than a gun.
00:03:12.000 Welcome, everybody.
00:03:13.000 As we just played a couple clips there as we frame our conversation today.
00:03:17.000 As always, you can email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:03:20.000 There is some breaking news that happened last evening of the Department of Justice that just released a filing of a picture of documents from our Lago seemingly just kind of spread all across the floor.
00:03:33.000 It is very clear that our prediction on Monday is becoming true.
00:03:37.000 This is the Department of Justice sending a clear and obvious and intentional message towards Donald Trump and his allies and towards you that the fourth branch of government is not going to take it anymore.
00:03:50.000 That the fourth branch of government, the unelected, unknown, unchecked power apparatus, is going for it.
00:03:56.000 They know they're unpopular.
00:03:57.000 They know they do not have a constituency.
00:03:59.000 They want to be the few ruling the many.
00:04:02.000 They want to destroy the idea of the many ruling the few.
00:04:05.000 What is it in this picture exactly?
00:04:06.000 Well, the administrative state posts this picture of documents all across the floor.
00:04:12.000 Nothing necessarily telling there, but there's two big things, and you have to look a little deeper for there.
00:04:17.000 The first of which is an intentional placement of a Time magazine cover.
00:04:23.000 Now, look, they knew that this was going to go viral.
00:04:25.000 They knew that this was going to be examined through every single way.
00:04:28.000 Picture of Donald Trump with all the Democrat candidates looking outside of the window, and it says knock-knock.
00:04:36.000 This is back from March of 2019.
00:04:38.000 Get it?
00:04:39.000 Knock-knock.
00:04:40.000 Like we're knocking on your door on home.
00:04:43.000 No mistake that that was put in there.
00:04:48.000 Now, this is not for the purpose of the judge.
00:04:50.000 This is simply and solely for a public relations move.
00:04:54.000 This was designed with the sole intent to try to chill dissent.
00:04:58.000 It's so smug.
00:05:00.000 It's so arrogant.
00:05:01.000 The FBI no longer even tries to hide their political bias.
00:05:04.000 And I'm going to say this again: they're going for it.
00:05:08.000 They're going for an indictment of Donald Trump.
00:05:11.000 I wish that was not the case.
00:05:13.000 I wish that it was kind of like the Mueller investigation.
00:05:16.000 I wish it was like all these other ones.
00:05:18.000 Instead, I think they're going to create a crime out of thin air because they are so afraid of what 2024 is going to hold and what the midterms will hold.
00:05:29.000 We're going to get into this latest court filing from the Department of Justice, which is nothing more than a flagrant, a smug political move against Donald Trump.
00:05:38.000 But I want to start with a different piece of news.
00:05:41.000 I actually want to honor one of the great men that lived in the 20th century, and I actually think it can be rather instructive of exactly what is in front of us right now and what we need to help solve our problems here domestically.
00:05:58.000 Yesterday, Mikhail Gorbachev passed away.
00:06:01.000 Now, for many young people out there, they have no idea who Gorbachev is.
00:06:04.000 In fact, I was talking to some young people recently.
00:06:06.000 I said, oh, you know, tell me about the Soviet Union.
00:06:09.000 Never heard of the Soviet Union.
00:06:10.000 In high school, never heard of the Soviet Union.
00:06:12.000 They don't learn that stuff in school anymore.
00:06:15.000 Now, Gorbachev was a very special leader.
00:06:19.000 Gorbachev, by all estimates, was ethical and full of integrity in a country that was basically run by thugs and criminals and was nothing more than a massive cartel enterprise.
00:06:33.000 Now, Gorbachev was met with a fair amount of anti-Soviet Union protests, and he was one of the first people not to crack down on the anti-communist, anti-totalitarian protest with force.
00:06:51.000 Now, Gorbachev is not totally beloved in Eastern Europe.
00:06:56.000 In fact, Vladimir Putin has said many times that one of the greatest mistakes that Russia ever made was the dissolution of the Soviet Union, brokered by Gorbachev.
00:06:56.000 He's not.
00:07:06.000 Gorbachev ended the Cold War.
00:07:08.000 And yes, Gorbachev was outmaneuvered and out-strategized by Reagan, but he was always inclined towards peace.
00:07:16.000 Gorbachev was probably too good of a person to run the Soviet Union.
00:07:22.000 And he did bring a lot, he brought a movement of sovereignty in Estonia and Lithuania and Latvia, in the Balkan Peninsula.
00:07:31.000 The Soviet Union was a far-reaching, totalitarian, communist blanket over the eastern part of Europe.
00:07:39.000 And a lot of that has broken up, and Russia is doing their best job to try to recreate that, albeit very difficult and clumsily, and at a very, very high cost.
00:07:49.000 But Gorbachev was a realist, but Gorbachev wanted peace.
00:07:54.000 And if I look right now at our struggle against the American left, if I look at the totalitarians that run the administrative state in our own country, I say, boy, do we need a Gorbachev of the Democrat Party?
00:08:06.000 We need someone that wants peace, that doesn't want to have this endless conflict that calls us semi-fascists.
00:08:13.000 You see, Gorbachev was not loved by his base.
00:08:16.000 Gorbachev got done what needed to get done.
00:08:19.000 He liberated many of these countries.
00:08:21.000 He restored private property rights, consent to the government.
00:08:23.000 And of course, the gangsters took over not too long after.
00:08:26.000 But there's no doubt that the standard and quality of life in many parts of Eastern Europe have improved dramatically thanks to the moves of Mikhail Gorbachev, one of the most important people to live in the 20th century, worked well with Reagan, understood the necessity of markets and of decentralized power.
00:08:45.000 But if I look at our struggle right now against what could be called the administrative state, the fourth branch of government, the shadow government, the deep state, I ask ourselves, we have to ask ourselves, where's the Gorbachev of the left?
00:08:56.000 There is no one.
00:08:56.000 And there is no.
00:08:58.000 Someone that recognizes that this endless struggle between the two incumbent factions is not going to end well.
00:09:07.000 Instead, Joe Biden goes out and taunts conservatives, saying that if you really are going to want to fight your government, you're going to need F-15s.
00:09:15.000 Hold on a second.
00:09:15.000 We never say we want to fight our government.
00:09:17.000 We said that, God forbid, we're ever going to have to push back against a usurptatious, tyrannical government, of which the 20th century had plenty of examples of.
00:09:26.000 Then that is what the Second Amendment is designed for.
00:09:28.000 We've been very clear on the program.
00:09:30.000 That's what the founding fathers wrote the Second Amendment for.
00:09:32.000 That's why the Second Amendment exists, to protect all the other amendments.
00:09:36.000 Does it make people feel good to hear that?
00:09:37.000 It's just true.
00:09:40.000 Where is the Democrat that actually wants peace?
00:09:43.000 The thing is, we on the right would love it.
00:09:45.000 We want to live in the country.
00:09:48.000 We want to live in an America where we are not at each other's throats all the time.
00:09:54.000 That is the heart of your modern conservative.
00:09:57.000 That is the heart of your mega conservative.
00:09:59.000 You talk to a mega conservative, they would love to go back to the country of the 1980s and 1990s, where we didn't talk about politics all the time.
00:10:07.000 But if you even say that, you are called a racist and a fascist by your government, by the left-wing regime.
00:10:14.000 You see, because leftists find their identity, they find their meaning in their activist causes.
00:10:23.000 We as conservatives only use politics as an unfortunate necessity as a means to the end to protect our meaning.
00:10:32.000 Politics is not our meaning.
00:10:34.000 Family, business, maybe a local small business, church, your relationship with the divine is far more important than politics.
00:10:44.000 Gorbachev in the 1980s and 90s showed us a way that peace is possible.
00:10:53.000 And for many young people, they don't teach about the Soviet Union in school at all because the Soviet Union shows exactly where the modern left wants to take us.
00:11:02.000 You can read the Gulag Archipelago.
00:11:04.000 You could read Darkness at Noon by Arthur Kessler.
00:11:07.000 Whether it be the secret police, the KGB, gulags, forced confiscation of property, the Kulaks, the lessons from the Russian Revolution from Lenin to Trotsky, to the assassination of General Tukhachevsky, to Joseph Stalin.
00:11:23.000 Russian and Soviet history is instructive to exactly what they're trying to do here.
00:11:31.000 Here's Joe Biden joking about conservatives who want to have firearms to potentially protect themselves against tyranny.
00:11:37.000 This is the way that Joseph Stalin would talk.
00:11:40.000 Play Cut 42.
00:11:41.000 Brave right-wing Americans who say it's all about keeping America, you're keeping America's independent and safe.
00:11:50.000 If you want to fight against the country, you need an F-15.
00:11:53.000 You need something a little more than a gun.
00:11:56.000 What an irresponsible thing to say.
00:11:58.000 He's basically saying, okay, if you want to be able to have firearms to protect yourself against potential tyranny, of which happened in the National Socialist Worker Party in Germany, of which happened in Vietnam, which happened in Cambodia, which happened in communist China, which happened in Korea, death camps in every hemisphere, everywhere, of the government terrorizing their citizens.
00:12:23.000 Joe Biden is taunting you and baiting you.
00:12:26.000 And you say, boy, where is the Gorbachev of the American left?
00:12:30.000 Where is someone that's trying to actually bring down the temperatures?
00:12:33.000 And that was the brilliance of Gorbachev.
00:12:35.000 He cared so deeply about his people.
00:12:38.000 He was willing to sacrifice ideology for humanity.
00:12:44.000 That's the lesson.
00:12:45.000 Whereas the American left, they elevate ideology over humanity.
00:12:51.000 Power is all that matters to them.
00:12:53.000 And Joe Biden thinks that, I mean, Joe Biden's been on this PR campaign recently, and he has just been going after conservatives and Republicans, taunting, baiting, trying to poke you in the eye.
00:13:06.000 And I've said many times that absent a Gorbachev on the left, the only way that we defeat the left is we defeat the left.
00:13:16.000 They're only stopped when they will only stop when they're stopped.
00:13:19.000 And this is the truth that conservatives do not want.
00:13:22.000 And guess what?
00:13:23.000 That's the lesson from Ronald Reagan, too, with Gorbachev.
00:13:27.000 Peace through strength.
00:13:30.000 We get peace against the left if we are strong and they respect us.
00:13:35.000 Gorbachev wanted to seek peace against America because he feared America.
00:13:40.000 Does the American left fear conservatives?
00:13:44.000 Gorbachev was the last of a statesman leader.
00:13:47.000 We now deal with thugs and criminals, both in our government and internationally.
00:13:51.000 A legend has passed away.
00:13:53.000 It's one of the great men to live in the 20th century.
00:13:55.000 I just hope that we can learn the proper lessons.
00:14:00.000 We live in a more peaceful society thanks to his leadership, but it only happened because of American strength.
00:14:08.000 Hey, everyone, Charlie here.
00:14:10.000 It's hard to overstate how important magnesium is for all aspects of our health.
00:14:14.000 Everyone talks about how critical magnesium is for us.
00:14:17.000 Dr. Hyman, Andrew Huberman, and all sorts of industry leaders.
00:14:20.000 I love Andrew Huberman.
00:14:21.000 There's a long list of symptoms and diseases that can be treated and even cured with magnesium.
00:14:26.000 In fact, way back when magnesium was a critical element for a cure, doctors use magnesium for all kinds of conditions, from arrhythmia to constipation to preeclampsia and even seizures.
00:14:41.000 For some reason, now doctors use it as a last resort and put patients on high doses of magnesium if they're at risk of premature labor, seizure, or other very serious conditions.
00:14:51.000 I use magnesium every single day.
00:14:53.000 It's really essential to our health and our well-being.
00:14:57.000 This is a huge problem because magnesium deficiency can increase your risk of all diseases and keep you from performing optimally.
00:15:05.000 We shouldn't wait until we are magnesium deficient.
00:15:08.000 And even more critically, there's not just one type of magnesium.
00:15:11.000 There are seven different types that we need in order to ensure both our health and vitality remain strong.
00:15:17.000 Now, I'm normally a big advocate of getting as many of our nutrients as we can through a well-balanced diet.
00:15:23.000 It would be perfect if we could do just that.
00:15:25.000 But in this case, it's almost impossible to get enough magnesium taken through your food alone because our soil is so overworked and depleted of minerals.
00:15:33.000 And honestly, it lacks organic matter, which helps the plants get the minerals from the soil.
00:15:40.000 I read somewhere that if 10 years ago we needed to eat one orange, now we need to eat 10 to get the same amount of nutrients.
00:15:45.000 It's just simply impossible to eat the same amount of food to get the minerals you need.
00:15:49.000 Fortunately, Buy Optimizers has the solution.
00:15:52.000 Their magnesium breakthrough supplement is the only one in the market with all seven types of magnesium.
00:15:58.000 And it's specifically formulated to help reach every tissue in your body to provide maximum health benefits.
00:16:04.000 Buy Optimizers Magnesium Breakthrough gives you access to the full spectrum of magnesium, which can dramatically improve your overall health from reducing stress to improving sleep and in boosting your energy levels.
00:16:17.000 Right now, you can try Buy Optimizers Magnesium Breakthrough and any other Buy Optimizer product for 10% off.

00:16:49.000 The Department of Justice filed with the court a picture.
00:16:58.000 They filed a bunch of stuff as to why they don't want a special master, but they said, oh, no, no, don't worry.
00:17:02.000 We don't need a special master.
00:17:05.000 And they said, look, the documents that were at Mar-a-Lago were likely concealed and removed from President Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in violation of a grand jury subpoena.
00:17:18.000 In the most detailed filing to date, the Justice Department lawyers late Tuesday night pushed back on claims from the former president's team that they conducted a diligent search.
00:17:28.000 The filing in a South Florida court was in response to Mr. Trump's lawsuit asking a federal judge to appoint a special master.
00:17:35.000 But then they put this picture up of these documents.
00:17:38.000 They put the picture in the filing.
00:17:40.000 Documents all over the floor, which if they're super confidential documents, why do you put them all over the floor?
00:17:46.000 With the Time magazine cover intentionally still put in there that says knock knock, not so subtle.
00:17:55.000 And so look, I just want to reemphasize this.
00:17:57.000 So as we put, as the FBI puts this filing in the court documents, they go out of their way.
00:18:07.000 They make an intentional effort to try to have a Time magazine cover that says knock knock.
00:18:17.000 This is the Bureau sending a clear and unmistakable message to you, to Trump supporters, to Donald Trump, to Donald Trump's orbit, that the administrative state is sovereign.
00:18:31.000 It's not enough that they're going to indict Donald Trump.
00:18:34.000 They want to send a clear message that you better back down.
00:18:37.000 I mean, this seems like a political campaign, not law enforcement.
00:18:42.000 This seems like a direct and clear infiltration and injection into the American constitutional process.
00:18:53.000 I'm going to read this from Mike Davis.
00:18:56.000 All former presidents get a federally funded office, office of the former president, with staff and security clearances and Secret Service protection and secure facilities, SCIFs.
00:19:08.000 Even if Trump had classified records, they were protected.
00:19:11.000 All presidents take records when they leave.
00:19:13.000 They don't pack their own boxes.
00:19:15.000 National Archives takes the position that almost everything is a presidential record.
00:19:19.000 The federal government overclassifies almost everything.
00:19:22.000 It is routine for any office of the former president to negotiate with National Archives.
00:19:27.000 They could have alerted Congress.
00:19:29.000 The Biden DOJ could have filed a civil lawsuit and they could have sought a subpoena.
00:19:34.000 But an unprecedented home raid, Trump had these records for 18 months.
00:19:41.000 The question is, why was it necessary to raid the home to try to sweep up things that otherwise they would not have been able to get through a subpoena?
00:19:50.000 What kind of documents were those?
00:19:52.000 We are still hope.
00:19:53.000 We're hopefully going to find this out.
00:19:56.000 And I hope that this judge has some form of a moral fiber in her being to say, hold on a second, this is just, this is grotesque.
00:20:06.000 Saying that you are not able to use the power of the federal Bureau of Investigation to go raid, to go collect whatever documents you want despite compliance, and then to infer that Donald Trump is a national security threat.
00:20:20.000 Biden's DNI, Department of the Head of Department of National Intelligence, will perform a political damage assessment, even though Trump's records were declassified, personal copies and secured by Secret Service.
00:20:32.000 Obama's DNI did not perform one, a single one of these, for Hillary's illegal home server of our most classified secrets hacked by our enemies.
00:20:44.000 But this is a clear campaign by the Bureau, according to this latest filing, that they're coming after you.
00:20:50.000 They're making their move, everybody.
00:20:54.000 There is no mistake that the Bureau and the Department of Justice, they're going to go for it.
00:20:58.000 And the political ramifications of this, they're quite significant.
00:21:03.000 To be able to interfere with somebody's political campaign on a paperwork dispute, otherwise known as it's an overdue library book.
00:21:11.000 We're not going to let you run for president because of an overdue library book, and you're a former president.
00:21:16.000 That's how much they fear our movement.
00:21:21.000 Millions of Americans are waking up to a country they don't recognize.
00:21:24.000 And while they struggle to raise their families and pay the bills, the media and major corporations are telling them that they're what's wrong with America.
00:21:31.000 Thankfully, there are strong companies, very good ones like Patriot Mobile, stepping up.
00:21:36.000 Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative cell phone company.
00:21:40.000 They are on the front lines fighting for the sanctity of life, religious liberty, and the Second Amendment.
00:21:45.000 This is why Patriot Mobile is different from every other provider out there.
00:21:49.000 Inflation has made it really hard on many Americans.
00:21:51.000 Thankfully, Patriot Mobile has plans for almost any budget, and they offer the same nationwide coverage as the major carriers.
00:21:58.000 Get the same great service, plus the knowledge that your money is supporting the values that made America great and will again.
00:22:03.000 Go to patriotmobile.com slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot.
00:22:07.000 Use offer code Charlie and get free activation.
00:22:09.000 Special discounts are available for veteran and first responders.
00:22:12.000 Go to patriotmobile.com slash Charlie, patriotmobile.com/slash Charlie, or call 972Patriot, patriotmobile.com/slash Charlie.
00:22:24.000 With this right now, I want to welcome to the program someone who knows the Bureau quite well, John Guandolo.
00:22:31.000 He has a career in the FBI as a special agent from 1996 to 2008 and was also in DOD from 08 to 2012.
00:22:38.000 John, welcome to the program.
00:22:40.000 Thanks very much for having me, Charlie, and congratulations to you and Eric on your new baby girl.
00:22:46.000 Oh, thank you very much.
00:22:48.000 I appreciate that.
00:22:49.000 So, John, let's just take a step back here.
00:22:52.000 What is your analysis of what's happening with the FBI here?
00:22:54.000 They're posting pictures of Time magazine covers.
00:22:58.000 Seems as if they're almost taunting the former president.
00:23:01.000 I believe this is highly political.
00:23:03.000 You've worked in the Bureau for quite some time, and you know it better than almost anybody else.
00:23:07.000 What's going on right now with the FBI?
00:23:10.000 Is it as bad as it seems?
00:23:11.000 Yes, I think it's actually worse than most Americans understand, both the Department of Justice, the FBI, and quite frankly, the broader federal government.
00:23:19.000 You've addressed a number of these points on this show and previous shows.
00:23:25.000 So I would go back to James Comey.
00:23:28.000 I honestly believe you got to start there.
00:23:30.000 One of the things I find fascinating as I go around the country and speak to leaders and communities and as we train communities at my organization, understanding the threat, I find that very few people know that James Comey publicly admitted he was a communist right when he was leaving the office as the U.S. Attorney of the Southern District of New York to become the Deputy Attorney General.
00:23:57.000 And this is back in 2003 in a New York magazine article.
00:24:00.000 He admits he's a communist.
00:24:02.000 And then he gets elevated to the deputy attorney general and then elevated to become the director of the FBI.
00:24:10.000 And I think the takeaway for your listeners and viewers is that if a guy who openly admits he was a communist can get elevated to those levels inside our federal government almost 20 years ago, imagine how bad the communist movement and the greater cabal is inside our federal government today.
00:24:34.000 So, yes, it is much worse inside the FBI than I think most people believe it is.
00:24:40.000 Geez.
00:24:41.000 And so they raided the president's home, President Trump's home, and now there's this potential special master that could oversee these documents and the handling of them.
00:24:52.000 What's your thoughts on the filing last evening?
00:24:54.000 It seems as if the FBI is taunting President Trump and his allies and those in his orbit.
00:25:00.000 Is that something the FBI would do?
00:25:02.000 I mean, they claim they're not political.
00:25:04.000 What's your thoughts on that?
00:25:06.000 Well, I think, again, when we take the totality of what the Bureau has done, especially in the last six or so years, you have the, again, back to Mr. Comey, but I'll walk it forward to today.
00:25:20.000 You had a situation where the FBI director, the deputy director, and assistant director for counterintelligence, Peter Strzok, lied openly to file a FISA application to the FISA court in order to electronically surveil candidate and then President Donald Trump, his family, and his staff.
00:25:45.000 So that's what we're talking about.
00:25:48.000 And of all the things that came out just from that, we saw internal FBI documents where it's highly, and it's not just, I wouldn't just call it politicized.
00:25:59.000 These are enemies of the state.
00:26:01.000 These are enemies of the Republic who are not just about bringing down Donald Trump.
00:26:06.000 These are people that seem to, based on the evidence on the table, despise our system, the Constitutional Republic, the free market system, and our form of government, which, you know, and I want to remind people, I think this is important.
00:26:23.000 Donald Trump didn't birth the MA movement.
00:26:25.000 The MA movement birthed Donald Trump.
00:26:28.000 And this movement, while he is a major player, is about citizens who are patriots and like the work that you're doing, want to see a restoration of the Republic and liberty.
00:26:41.000 And again, the free market system.
00:26:43.000 So inside the FBI, I still have good friends inside the FBI, and it is a disaster on the inside, both from a leadership perspective and the friction between agents who are like James Comey and Andrew McCabe and Peter Strzzok and others, and the agents that joined for the idealism of it to serve the country, to abide by the oath, and protect and defend.
00:27:11.000 How many good agents are left exactly?
00:27:13.000 Some people say, oh, 95% are good.
00:27:16.000 I mean, or is it 95% are just compliant?
00:27:18.000 I mean, is there what percentage in the Bureau actually believes in the country and the Constitution versus those are just radical anti-Americans?
00:27:27.000 What are your thoughts on that?
00:27:28.000 So that's a great question, Charlie.
00:27:30.000 And I would begin the answer with this, is I would almost say, what's the difference between the communist movement and real card-carrying communists in the United States and people who identify as patriots who are more concerned about losing their jobs than they are about defending their country and their community?
00:27:49.000 So the difference there is nothing.
00:27:51.000 Whether you're a card-carrying member of the Communist Party and you're advancing that movement or you call yourself a patriot, but you're not willing to risk anything to defend the Republic, you're kind of all in the same boat.
00:28:03.000 So the number of agents inside the Bureau actually willing to challenge leadership to defend what they said they came in to defend, it's a very small number.
00:28:17.000 So my first part of the answer is I don't think it matters how many patriots are in if they're all being silent.
00:28:22.000 But that said, I do not agree with the 95% number.
00:28:27.000 I don't know that I'd put a number on it, but there seem to be a pretty big chunk.
00:28:31.000 Just like in the United States, there seems to be at least 30% of the citizens, at least citizens that are active, that are openly calling for communism and socialism and are working towards that.
00:28:45.000 We have the key components of our federal government and the bureaucracy itself at the federal level that is literally controlled by the adversaries of liberty.
00:28:56.000 So I don't know that the percentage is as important as the percentage of people that are actually doing something.
00:29:02.000 And that's very small inside the DOD, inside the FBI, DOJ.
00:29:07.000 It's a very small number.
00:29:09.000 Cowards or communists.
00:29:10.000 They're almost indistinguishable, I suppose, because the cowards give cover to the communists.
00:29:15.000 In closing here, John, how do we reform this?
00:29:19.000 Some people say defund the FBI.
00:29:21.000 Some people say disassemble it.
00:29:23.000 What's your thoughts?
00:29:24.000 How do we do this?
00:29:25.000 Well, so anytime we take an action that advances one of the communist goals, and I know the 45 communist goals that we know that were read into the official congressional record back in 1963, one of those, Objective 35, is to dismantle the FBI.
00:29:49.000 So anytime people start advocating for something that's a goal on the communist list, I would hesitate.
00:29:55.000 But the FBI has got to be seriously purged.
00:29:57.000 The leadership is non-functional, especially in the counterterrorism and counterintelligence divisions in the leadership.
00:30:06.000 You know, during the transition in 2016, I was asked to write a short point paper for the transition team for Mr. Trump.
00:30:15.000 And the three things I commented on is how the FBI hires, how they train, and how they promote.
00:30:20.000 And those three things in the Bureau are broken.
00:30:23.000 So if it is revamped, it has to be seriously purged and a complete overhaul.
00:30:29.000 And I think it's going to be very difficult based on the culture.
00:30:33.000 And it's going to require bold leadership.
00:30:36.000 And I don't see that anywhere around the DOJ or the FBI, but it's going to require some serious effort.
00:30:43.000 I'm a little hesitant to say completely shut it down and defund it because there are still great Americans doing great work.
00:30:51.000 The last part of that answer goes to the work that my company understands the threat does, which is this is a war to bring down the Republic, and the war is only going to be won at the local level, at the county level.
00:31:04.000 And what we do is we train communities at the leadership level and at the citizen level to identify the hostile individuals and organizations, to flush them out, and to reestablish a Republican form of government.
00:31:18.000 I think that's how we win this.
00:31:19.000 I think spending too much time focused on the federal government can be wasteful.
00:31:25.000 I agree.
00:31:26.000 The problem is the federal government focuses on us, right?
00:31:28.000 When they start raiding James O'Keefe's home and trying to go after presidents, it's hard to ignore.
00:31:33.000 Thank you so much for the wonderful commentary, John.
00:31:35.000 I want to just author a couple terrific books.
00:31:38.000 You guys can check it out.
00:31:39.000 John Guandolo, really appreciate it.
00:31:41.000 Thank you so much.
00:31:41.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:31:43.000 I find it very interesting as we go through this.
00:31:48.000 The more people you actually talk to that have been in the FBI, how bad it actually is.
00:31:55.000 Now, what are the 45 goals, by the way?
00:31:58.000 The 45 goals here that we have of the Communist Party.
00:32:03.000 This was read into the Congressional Record 58 years ago.
00:32:09.000 The 45 communist goals.
00:32:11.000 I'll just read some of them.
00:32:12.000 Gain control of key positions in radio, TV, and pictures.
00:32:16.000 Infiltrate the press.
00:32:18.000 Get control of students of schools and teachers' associations and soften the curriculum.
00:32:23.000 Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.
00:32:27.000 Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate and old-fashioned.
00:32:31.000 This is 58 years ago, everybody.
00:32:33.000 Discredit the American founding as selfish autocrats and racists.
00:32:37.000 Belittle American culture and discourage the teaching of American history.
00:32:40.000 By the way, this is not a conspiracy theory.
00:32:42.000 This is what the communists read.
00:32:43.000 We read this into the congressional record thanks to the McCarthy Committee, which he gets a bad rap.
00:32:49.000 Joe McCarthy, senator from Wisconsin.
00:32:51.000 Discredit and eventually dismantle the FBI.
00:32:54.000 Infiltrate and gain control of big business and unions.
00:32:56.000 Transfer some of the powers of arrest from police to social agencies.
00:33:00.000 Treat all behavioral problems as mental health or social problems.
00:33:04.000 Discredit the family as an institution.
00:33:06.000 Encourage sexual promiscuity and easy divorce.
00:33:10.000 That's right.
00:33:11.000 Easy divorce and sexual promiscuity is the goal of the Communist Party.
00:33:15.000 Emphasize the need to raise children away from the negative influence of parents.
00:33:20.000 And it continues on.
00:33:21.000 You could see all 45 goals.
00:33:23.000 They're written in great detail.
00:33:26.000 45 goals for a communist America.
00:33:29.000 And boy, does it seem like they are ahead of schedule.
00:33:31.000 You should read them yourselves.
00:33:33.000 It shows exactly what we are up against here.
00:33:37.000 Especially if people say, oh, Charlie, we're up against a normal Democrat Party.
00:33:40.000 No, you're up against Marxists.
00:33:42.000 You're up against people that are directly consistent with the communist agenda.
00:33:47.000 How about this one?
00:33:48.000 Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with social religion.
00:33:53.000 Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a religious crutch.
00:33:59.000 How about this one?
00:34:01.000 This is one of my favorites.
00:34:02.000 Create the impression, overthrow all colonial governments before native populations are ready for self-government.
00:34:10.000 And at the end, they say all of these would mark a complete subversion of the American Constitution and an end to representative sovereign government as we know it, which is our goal and the whole idea.
00:34:24.000 With us right now is Alina Haba.
00:34:25.000 Alina, let me ask you: so there is this request for a special master, and it just seems like the DOJ is trying to whisper about obstruction of justice and mishandling of documents.
00:34:34.000 But isn't it true that the president can declassify any document of his choosing while he's still president of the United States?
00:34:41.000 Isn't that the case?
00:34:43.000 Correct.
00:34:44.000 Actually, in the Department of Justice's papers that they filed at midnight last night, you can see on page two that they can see that this is part of the Presidential Records Act, which gives presidents, all presidents, the right to declassify documents, label them, some as personal, some declassified, which go to the archives, which go to the presidential library.
00:35:05.000 And they say themselves in these papers that they filed that this is under the Presidential Records Act.
00:35:11.000 So what they did was to try and criminalize Donald Trump, as they always do.
00:35:16.000 They found these three mundane statutes, espionage and the two others, obstruction, and they're trying to claim that there was some sort of criminal activity, but their papers say it's under the Presidential Records Act.
00:35:29.000 So your admission is the power that we've all been saying he does have.
00:35:34.000 So you can take a picture of top secret documents, Charlie, and show the world a label.
00:35:40.000 But if they're declassified as he has the right to do, then he has the right to have them.
00:35:45.000 And he was working together with NARA, as we know.
00:35:49.000 And that back and forth could have been done at a table as they had been doing for months prior.
00:35:55.000 This is a clerical dispute over a potential overdue library book that they are now raiding a president's home over.
00:36:02.000 So let me ask you, Alina, with where this stands right now, where is the president's head at as far as countersuit and also a potential or looming indictment from the Department of Justice?
00:36:14.000 Is it the belief that the DOJ is really going to go for this?
00:36:18.000 I mean, it seems as if nothing is going to stop them right now.
00:36:21.000 What is the legal strategy as it seems you're going up against a hyper-aggressive Department of Justice?
00:36:27.000 Well, I think we're always against a hyper-aggressive anything.
00:36:31.000 If you're Donald Trump's attorneys, you're used to this hyper-aggressive witch hunt in his words, right?
00:36:38.000 So for us, here's the reality of the situation.
00:36:41.000 There's a great team in place that is handling this.
00:36:45.000 And I'm lucky to work with wonderful people, but they have a good grasp on what's going on.
00:36:51.000 They're in communications.
00:36:52.000 Obviously, there are several attorneys on this team.
00:36:57.000 Right now, we're waiting for tomorrow.
00:36:58.000 We have that special master request.
00:37:00.000 I'm really happy that we have a judge that is engaged, that is asking to have a hearing and will ask questions.
00:37:06.000 I'm frankly pleased with their papers that they filed because I think they made their own bed.
00:37:12.000 So at this point, I hope we get a special master.
00:37:16.000 I know that the papers have already been rifled through, but I would like to see what they've taken because we don't even know what they've taken.
00:37:23.000 We do know there was privileged documents there.
00:37:25.000 They've admitted that.
00:37:26.000 They took passports.
00:37:28.000 I want to see how wide they went.
00:37:30.000 And then, of course, Charlie, we're going to look at the Fourth Amendment violations.
00:37:35.000 Anybody, not a president, but more so president, has a right to protect their home.
00:37:41.000 The Presidential Records Act gives him different privileges than a normal citizen, which he has, but no one is allowed to have a violation of their Fourth Amendment privileges.
00:37:51.000 And that was what was done.
00:37:53.000 The warrant was overly broad.
00:37:55.000 So first, we have to understand what their basis is.
00:37:58.000 We've been seeing it.
00:37:59.000 We're still understanding that it's just documents.
00:38:01.000 So I think there will be definitely some counteractions and filings by our team once we go through the procedural ramifications that we have to do first.
00:38:11.000 I sure hope so.
00:38:12.000 It is a targeting of a government against a political dissident.
00:38:16.000 As we remember the passing of Gorbachev, it feels awfully Soviet.
00:38:21.000 We're out of time.
00:38:22.000 Alina, thank you so much for being generous to your time and best of luck.
00:38:24.000 Please keep on fighting hard.
00:38:26.000 It is terrible what they're doing to the president.
00:38:28.000 And they violated Trump's civil rights and they know exactly what they're doing.
00:38:31.000 So please keep fighting.
00:38:32.000 Thank you.
00:38:33.000 Thank you.
00:38:36.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
