00:01:15.000 Joining us now is one of the most important Senate races in the country, and he is fighting, like you wouldn't believe, up against massive amounts of money.
00:01:26.000 And I believe he is going to win Herschel Walker.
00:01:30.000 Herschel, welcome back to the program.
00:01:32.000 Hello there.
00:01:32.000 How are you doing?
00:01:34.000 Doing great, Herschel.
00:01:35.000 How do things feel on the ground?
00:01:36.000 How do you believe your race is going?
00:01:38.000 Walk us through it.
00:01:39.000 The race is going well.
00:01:40.000 We're having a lot of momentum right now.
00:01:44.000 We're going around the state of Georgia, meeting with all the voters and letting them know the difference between Senator Warnock and myself.
00:01:51.000 And I think they saw it during the debate.
00:01:53.000 You know, he was supposed to wipe the floor with me, but he realized that he met in Rome, Georgia, that I'm for the people of Georgia.
00:02:01.000 He seemed to be the center for President Byte.
00:02:05.000 And I think he had a rude awakening.
00:02:07.000 So now the people now are starting to listen to my message that this is a wolf in sheep's clothing.
00:02:13.000 Yeah, in more ways than one.
00:02:15.000 And so I want to ask you about one of his votes.
00:02:18.000 He voted for 87,000 new IRS agents, and you've been talking about that a lot.
00:02:23.000 Explain to me what you're hearing from the voters in Georgia about inflation, about crime, and Warnock just seems to be ignoring all those issues.
00:02:32.000 Well, he's ignoring them because he doesn't have a solution for them.
00:02:36.000 But yet, the reason he voted with Joe Byte, because I say either have no clue what he's doing or he's just having them to tell him what to do, to have 87 ARS agents, they're going to go after you.
00:02:48.000 They're not going after the we're rich, like they say.
00:02:50.000 They're going after people of less than $200,000.
00:02:54.000 So that's who they're going to go after.
00:02:56.000 And I think they continue to lie to the people, which I want the people to know that the people on the left and center aren't doing nothing but lying to you.
00:03:04.000 And you see after two years, just what they're doing.
00:03:07.000 You know, he voted against having 18,000 border agents.
00:03:11.000 You know, he doesn't tell people about that, you know, to vote against 18,000 border agents, but have 87,000 RS agents.
00:03:18.000 People know something is wrong when that happens.
00:03:20.000 Yeah, that's well said.
00:03:21.000 I want to play a piece of tape here of Barack Obama going after you.
00:03:25.000 At least he admits you were a good running back, though.
00:03:27.000 Play cut 58.
00:03:29.000 One of the best running backs of all time.
00:03:31.000 Does that make him the best person to represent you in the U.S. Senate?
00:03:37.000 Does that make him equipped to weigh in on the critical decisions about our economy and our foreign policy and our future?
00:03:48.000 Herschel, he's going right after your response.
00:03:51.000 Well, my response is he forget that I built my own company and it one of the largest minority-owned food service companies in the United States of America.
00:04:00.000 And he called me a celebrity and all he hangs out with is celebrities.
00:04:04.000 So I'm not a celebrity because he never hung out with me.
00:04:07.000 And when you're talking about what makes him equipped, well, it doesn't seem that he was equipped to do too much because not too much happened when he was in office.
00:04:15.000 And right now, not too much is happening with Senator Warnott in office because that's the reason we have this terrible inflation.
00:04:21.000 We have an open border.
00:04:23.000 A lot of the crime has skyrocketed.
00:04:25.000 So they're not doing the right thing.
00:04:27.000 And what makes me equipped because I know how to vote.
00:04:30.000 And I think people saw that during the debate.
00:04:33.000 I knew what I was talking about.
00:04:34.000 He seemed to not understand what they were asking him.
00:04:37.000 And he got a little bit confused because he decided not to answer any questions.
00:04:41.000 And I think people saw that there was a difference between he and I.
00:04:45.000 Yeah, I mean, and that is, that's right.
00:04:47.000 And I think the voters are starting to resonate with that.
00:04:49.000 Let's play Cut 59 when Obama speaks on violent crime, play cut 59.
00:04:55.000 If you're watching TV, you've heard a lot about crime.
00:04:58.000 Violent crime has gone up over the last seven years, not just the last two, not just in liberal states, but in conservative rural states, too.
00:05:08.000 That's a serious problem.
00:05:09.000 Who will fight to keep you and your family safe?
00:05:12.000 The Republican politicians who want to flood our streets with more guns?
00:05:16.000 Now, he doesn't mention that the BLM movement that he helped actually inspire post-2014 in Ferguson was one of the main reasons violent crime skyrocketed.
00:05:28.000 Barack Obama was president, actually, during that entire regime, you could say, back in 2015, he said seven years ago, almost to a day of Michael Brown and the lies and the reaction of Ferguson and the Ferguson effect.
00:05:42.000 So Herschel, violent crime is skyrocketing in Georgia.
00:05:46.000 And Raphael Warnock has no response whatsoever.
00:05:50.000 What's your response?
00:05:51.000 Well, his response is he has no respect for all the law enforcement.
00:05:55.000 Right now, he's calling them names and calling them bullies and thugs.
00:05:58.000 He has no respect for all law enforcement.
00:06:00.000 So if you know his leader have no respect, his citizen is going to have no respect either.
00:06:05.000 Well, I support all men and women in blue.
00:06:07.000 That's the reason I got 114 sheriffs that has endorsed me.
00:06:12.000 I have more sheriffs that has endorsed me than anyone running in Georgia because they know I will always have that back.
00:06:18.000 But when you have someone like Senator Warney and like the president, ex-president, who's out here talking, like, they don't want to give anyone the facts.
00:06:26.000 The facts are, you know, Obama did absolutely nothing for anyone while he was in office.
00:06:31.000 He walked cool, smoked, spoke very well, the same thing as Raphael Oneot is doing.
00:06:36.000 And I told everyone, you got to watch out for those smooth, walking, slick-talking people because they're not going to do anything.
00:06:42.000 After two years, you see where we're at right now.
00:06:45.000 We're at skyrocketing the crime.
00:06:46.000 The border wide open.
00:06:47.000 His economy is messed up.
00:06:49.000 And it's because it's Raphael One, who doesn't seem to know what he's doing by Joe voting with Joe Biden.
00:06:55.000 He votes with Joe Biden every single time, and he votes for the most radical ideas imaginable.
00:07:00.000 It's extraordinary.
00:07:02.000 And they have to try to deploy Barack Obama, and you're up in the latest polls.
00:07:05.000 It's really, really exciting.
00:07:07.000 I want to play this one here.
00:07:10.000 Let's go to this one.
00:07:11.000 Obama talking about a thought experiment, play cut 60.
00:07:15.000 Let's say you're at the airport and you see Mr. Walker, and you say, hey, there's Herschel Walker, Heisman winner.
00:07:22.000 Let's have him fly the plane.
00:07:24.000 You probably wouldn't say that.
00:07:26.000 You'd want to know, does he know how to fly an airplane?
00:07:30.000 So Barack Obama trying to say that you're not qualified for the job.
00:07:33.000 Really interesting as they try to deploy him here.
00:07:36.000 I don't think it's working at all.
00:07:38.000 How do you reply to that?
00:07:40.000 Well, it's not working, first of all, because I wouldn't get him to fly the plane either.
00:07:43.000 Let's say we're going to airport and I see Barack Obama and I said, whoa, let's let him fly.
00:07:48.000 No, I wouldn't let him fly the plane either.
00:07:50.000 But I can promise you, if they see me and Barack Obama standing there, they probably pick me to fly the plane.
00:07:56.000 And I told everyone if he had to pick a debate team, I bet he'll pick me over Senator Warnock because, you know, I cannot bait Senator Warnot.
00:08:04.000 So, you know, he told us a lot of stuff.
00:08:05.000 He came to Georgia, but the Georgian people know that what he stands for.
00:08:09.000 He doesn't stand for Georgia either.
00:08:11.000 He lost in Georgia when he ran for president.
00:08:14.000 He didn't win Georgia.
00:08:15.000 And also, he told us to pick Joe Biden.
00:08:17.000 He lost to that as well.
00:08:19.000 So Joe Biden hasn't done a good job since he's been off.
00:08:22.000 So he lost twice.
00:08:23.000 So I think he ought to set this one out and let Senator Wynot speak for himself because he doesn't seem to be doing a good job at that.
00:08:30.000 Right now, I think Senator Why Not?
00:08:32.000 Has seen that he this is tough job that he uh signed up for, and the best person for that seat is Herschel Walker, and I think he knows that.
00:08:41.000 Yeah, and I mean, you really got him on the ropes.
00:08:44.000 And so Herschel, how can people support your campaign in this last critical juncture?
00:08:49.000 And then, what's the call to action for all of our grassroots friends in Georgia?
00:08:53.000 How can people get behind your campaign?
00:08:55.000 Well, people can go to Teamherschel.com if they want to volunteer that time, do door knocking, uh telephone, or they want to contribute to the campaign because we're going to win this uh, right now.
00:09:06.000 I think they're nervous as anything right now because they didn't realize that when I told them I was going to win, I I meant that I came here to win.
00:09:14.000 I came here to represent the Georgia people and he thought it got to be an easy cakewalk.
00:09:18.000 Right now, you see everything.
00:09:20.000 They're throwing everything and the kitchen sink after me and the races virtually title.
00:09:24.000 I'm in the lead, which meant that they don't know how to spend their own money, but yet they want to spend your money.
00:09:29.000 So what I want the people to do is just get out and pray for me.
00:09:33.000 Uh, call all your friends that live in Georgia, tell them to vote for me that i'm the right one for this Senate seat for the great people of Georgia.
00:09:40.000 The character assassination they attempted towards you is failing, and that really is strong.
00:09:44.000 It's important.
00:09:45.000 I want to play a cut here.
00:09:46.000 I want you to respond.
00:09:47.000 It's cut 78 of you talking with Raphael Warnock, one of the best lines in a debate I have seen in quite some time.
00:09:55.000 Play cut 78.
00:09:57.000 He told me black lives matter and if you think about it senator, in Atlanta Georgia, there's more black babies that is aborted than uh, than anything.
00:10:07.000 So if black lives matter, why are you not protecting those babies?
00:10:10.000 And instead of aborting those babies, why are you not baptizing those babies?
00:10:15.000 Hersh, I love it.
00:10:17.000 You put the rev on notice that.
00:10:20.000 What kind of pastor does that expand on that?
00:10:23.000 Well, one of the things that I realized by senator One is he's, uh and I hate to say this a one-trick pony, and what I mean by that is he already had answers that he was going to play and he was going to use, and when he get in trouble, he throws bible verses at me, at you, and then he uh would talk about the church at Dr Martin Luther King and I was not going to let him get away with that and for him to be a reverend and as as extreme as he is,
00:10:50.000 because people didn't know that you know he talked about abortion all the way up to nine months and also, if baby survived an abortion, he didn't vote to deny that baby medical care.
00:11:01.000 That's very extreme For a pastor.
00:11:03.000 That's supposedly a man of the cloth, and so he kind of thought he could use Bible verse or use old things at me.
00:11:09.000 And he don't realize I was brought up in the church, and I was not going to let him get away with it.
00:11:14.000 And that's one reason I think that the Lord put me here to run against him because I had to run not just against a senator, but I had to run against a guy that I think is a false prophet.
00:11:24.000 I say that I think he's a Marxist for what he stands for and what he says.
00:11:28.000 I think he's a total Marxist, and I'm not ashamed to say that.
00:11:31.000 Good for you.
00:11:32.000 That's exactly right.
00:11:33.000 He is a false prophet, and he is a Marxist.
00:11:35.000 That's well said.
00:11:36.000 And he has not been representing the needs, wants, or interests of what Georgia really needs in Washington, D.C.
00:11:44.000 So, let me expand to our audience, Raphael Warnock evicting people from their homes.
00:11:49.000 This is an extraordinary story, and the media has ignored it.
00:11:52.000 Tell us about it.
00:11:54.000 Well, the media ignored it, and you know, we found out about it the day of the debate.
00:11:59.000 And I was just totally shocked that the moderators talked to him about it.
00:12:03.000 And I think he was shocked, and he started blaming my people first.
00:12:06.000 And, like, you know, we just heard about it as well.
00:12:09.000 And you can tell right there that he's a false prophet.
00:12:12.000 You can tell that he's a liar because he tried to pretend that we did it.
00:12:15.000 Then he tried to throw Dr. King's name in it.
00:12:18.000 He threw Congressman Lewis' name in it, but it was totally his fault.
00:12:23.000 And what he was doing, he was evicting people from an apartment building that his church owned.
00:12:29.000 You know, he was evicting people from it for $38, for $28.
00:12:33.000 He was evicting people from an apartment.
00:12:36.000 And he said, Oh, are we having an eviction?
00:12:38.000 And he was correct.
00:12:39.000 He had not evicted anyone, but he sent them eviction notice.
00:12:44.000 So he were going to evict them, and they were in courts fighting it.
00:12:47.000 And at the same time, he was a slum lower.
00:12:50.000 You know, the place is totally terrible.
00:12:53.000 You know, there are trash everywhere.
00:12:54.000 The elevator didn't work.
00:12:56.000 And he wanted to get out of it.
00:12:58.000 And so he's the hypocrite as well.
00:13:01.000 And I'm going to call him out on him.
00:13:02.000 Yo, if you're going to be a reverend, don't continue to throw Matthew 25 at me talking about, you know, when I was hungry, you fed me.
00:13:09.000 When I had no clothes, you clothed me.
00:13:12.000 But then when people needed your help by having a place to live, you evicted them.
00:13:17.000 So don't try to do that with me because I know for a fight, I told you I'll give you that wolf in sheep clothing.
00:13:23.000 I told you you're a false prophet.
00:13:24.000 And I think the people saw through that when he couldn't answer that question there and he started blaming everyone else.
00:13:30.000 I love it.
00:13:31.000 Herschel, one minute remaining, closing argument to the voters of Georgia.
00:13:34.000 They got to show up, bring their friends to vote.
00:13:36.000 We need a massive election day turnout.
00:13:39.000 The floor is yours.
00:13:40.000 And I want to just tell everyone out there who's hesitant about voting for a non-politician like myself.
00:13:40.000 Yes.
00:13:46.000 Think about a politician like Joe Biden and Raphael Warnot, what they've done in two short years, what they've done to this country, what they've done to this state.
00:13:54.000 So I just encourage you to go out and vote for me because we can't take six more years of people like Raphael Warnot in office doing the things he's doing, not taking responsibility.
00:14:04.000 That I will promise you that I will fight for lower taxes.
00:14:07.000 I fight to close this border down.
00:14:09.000 I fight to have safe streets because I believe in the people of America.
00:14:13.000 I know we're good people.
00:14:14.000 We're not racist people like Senator Warnott said we are.
00:14:18.000 We're not raising people like Joe Biden.
00:14:19.000 Treat that we are.
00:14:20.000 We're good people.
00:14:22.000 We can get this done together.
00:14:23.000 Amen.
00:14:24.000 That is such an important message.
00:14:25.000 We live in a beautiful country.
00:14:26.000 We must restore it.
00:14:27.000 Herschel, we're behind you.
00:14:29.000 Run to the finish line, which is something you're not unfamiliar with.
00:14:32.000 So you just, and by the way, that Georgia, Tennessee game this weekend, I think you're going to have a good omen.
00:14:36.000 I think you guys are going to win.
00:14:37.000 I hope you're there.
00:14:38.000 And I think it's going to be a good little surge heading into election day.
00:14:42.000 God bless you, Herschel.
00:14:43.000 Hey, thank you.
00:14:43.000 Keep fighting.
00:14:44.000 Thank you so much.
00:14:45.000 Tell everyone to go to teamherschel.com.

00:16:08.000 Check it out today.
00:16:12.000 We are six days out, everybody.
00:16:13.000 We got to do something.
00:16:14.000 You got to get somebody else out to the polls that otherwise would not be going to the polls.
00:16:18.000 Who is your one person today that you're bringing to the polls?
00:16:21.000 One person.
00:16:22.000 They say Republicans are a threat to democracy.
00:16:24.000 By the way, I'm on the record saying that democracy is a bad idea.
00:16:27.000 If you define it in classical terms, people say, oh, what do you not like elections?
00:16:31.000 Of course, I love elections.
00:16:33.000 I believe in the consent of the governed in a constitutional republic.
00:16:36.000 But democracy, in its purest sense, is unsustainable.
00:16:40.000 And when some people hear that, they say, what do you mean?
00:16:42.000 You don't like our system of government?
00:16:43.000 We're not a democracy.
00:16:44.000 We never should be.
00:16:46.000 That's a separate issue that we're going to cover later in the week because it really set some people off.
00:16:51.000 However, they call us a threat to democracy.
00:16:54.000 We're actually the ones that are using the democratic system.
00:16:56.000 We want more people to go vote.
00:16:58.000 We want the biggest election day turnout ever.
00:17:01.000 In fact, at Turning Point Action, we're going to be doing mass get-out-the-vote operations on election day.
00:17:06.000 It's going to be very exciting.
00:17:07.000 In fact, we have some donors stepping up to help just getting people out to the polls, just massive amounts of public awareness, billboards, knocking on doors.
00:17:19.000 We want to try to increase that same-day election turnout, and you should help us with that.
00:17:25.000 Okay, joining us now is Darren Beattie from the wonderful website Revolver.news.
00:17:29.000 I go there almost every single day, and I love revolver.news.
00:17:32.000 Darren, welcome back to the program.
00:17:34.000 Fantastic to be back.
00:17:35.000 Thank you.
00:17:36.000 Darren, you have, I think, incredible clarity on the issue of Elon Musk with Twitter.
00:17:42.000 Walk us through your perspective on this.
00:17:44.000 You call it the greatest show on earth.
00:17:46.000 The purchase is complete.
00:17:48.000 And give us your take.
00:17:49.000 The floor is yours.
00:17:51.000 Well, look, it's a remarkable development, and I have to give him credit.
00:17:57.000 He's undertaking an extremely dangerous, extremely high-stakes endeavor for a cause of civilizational importance.
00:18:08.000 And, you know, the question remains.
00:18:10.000 I say he's got one fate, one destiny, which is to remain sort of glorified IT support for our corrupt regime.
00:18:18.000 There's another path, and he's stepping toward that path where he's a hero.
00:18:23.000 And he's a hero for restoring free speech to the global public square.
00:18:28.000 So, how this story ends, we don't know.
00:18:31.000 Nobody knows.
00:18:31.000 It's yet to be written.
00:18:34.000 But it's truly one of the very few things that's actually consequential in a genuine sense, because if we don't have open discussion on the global public square, we just can't progress in any fashion.
00:18:50.000 And it enables the elites in their corruption in the same way as maybe, you know, a drug dealer enables an addict.
00:18:59.000 And in fact, the more censorship there is, the lower quality lies we're given by a regime, which is insulting on top of the injury.
00:19:09.000 And so, at the very least, I say, if we have open discussion, if we're allowed to finally criticize the regime on matters of existential importance, healthcare, election integrity, these crucial issues to how a society functions and works, and crucially, implement accountability to the elites for their mistakes and their mismanagement.
00:19:33.000 It forces the elites to be better as well.
00:19:38.000 I totally agree.
00:19:39.000 So, just something, Darren, I want you to speak to this because some of our audience, they say Twitter doesn't matter.
00:19:44.000 It's irrelevant.
00:19:45.000 I'm on Getter.
00:19:46.000 I'm on truth.
00:19:47.000 Can you just walk through how Twitter actually does matter?
00:19:50.000 It is the incubator of elite thought in America.
00:19:53.000 We might not like that, but it's true.
00:19:56.000 Right.
00:19:57.000 And look, it's not to the exclusion of Gitter or any of these alternatives.
00:20:01.000 They're not mutually exclusive, but they're fundamentally different products.
00:20:06.000 You use Getter to resonate with your people, with your tribe, and with kind of the benefit of that mutual implicit understanding.
00:20:16.000 And that's a very valuable thing.
00:20:17.000 But Twitter is something entirely different and frankly unique.
00:20:22.000 A lot of people have tried to replicate these unique network effects that exist on Twitter, and nobody's been successful because it's the only place really that the phrase global public square captures it perfectly.
00:20:36.000 It is the place where all the journalists are.
00:20:40.000 It's a place where all the major cultural influencers, business titans.
00:20:48.000 It's increasingly a theater for hybrid warfare and public diplomacy between state actors and their proxies.
00:20:58.000 It is the arena as far as the info war, to use a term.
00:21:03.000 This is the arena.
00:21:05.000 And this is why intelligence agencies and their proxies of all stripes have been extremely jealous in terms of guarding their control over information flow on this global public square.
00:21:21.000 And yes, foreign agencies do it, but Newsflash, hate to say it, our people do it too.
00:21:27.000 The DHS leaks the other day, Darren.
00:21:29.000 Exactly.
00:21:29.000 I mean, the Department of Homeland Security has back-end access to Facebook.
00:21:33.000 I mean, can you make it more flagrant?
00:21:35.000 They have a login to Facebook's company.
00:21:39.000 I mean, they call us fascist.
00:21:41.000 How is that not something in the garden variety of the blending of fascism, of private interests, and government power?
00:21:49.000 So, Darren, so then I want to talk to it.
00:21:52.000 I want you to speak to a second thing, which is the cynics in our audience.
00:21:55.000 Some of the cynics agree with the premise, but they think Elon is not going to be able to get it done.
00:22:01.000 He'll be investigated by the government.
00:22:02.000 They're going to quote unquote take him out.
00:22:04.000 He's going to bend a knee and really Twitter won't change that much.
00:22:07.000 What do you think?
00:22:08.000 What do you think about that?
00:22:10.000 First of all, I don't think that's cynical at all.
00:22:12.000 To a certain extent, that's accurate, but it's almost the opposite of cynical.
00:22:17.000 It's optimistic because the very anticipation of a real pushback by the regime presupposes that what he's doing is actually meaningful.
00:22:27.000 So I would rather have somebody stepping in the arena for something that actually matters rather than the standard smoke and mirrors, fake and performative bull that we constantly get.
00:22:42.000 Unfortunately, a lot of it we get from the GOP side.
00:22:45.000 So I'd rather have something real, something that's dangerous and high stakes that will actually matter with all of the risks that come with it than the opposite.
00:22:56.000 And so I actually think it's encouraging.
00:22:58.000 It's the optimistic side to think that Elon is actually going to get attacked rather than it's all fake.
00:23:05.000 And as to what his chances of success are, what his strategy should be, that's all a very interesting discussion.
00:23:15.000 He does have some leverage.
00:23:16.000 He doesn't have infinite leverage.
00:23:18.000 He has leverage too.
00:23:19.000 And he really needs to think strategically about Starlink and you mean SpaceX?
00:23:25.000 You mean that basically a portion of our United States defense apparatus is reliant on a company he built, which is legitimate, by the way.
00:23:34.000 I think that's a big part of it.
00:23:34.000 Right.
00:23:36.000 And sort of that's how interesting this dynamic is.
00:23:39.000 Because when I say glorified IT support, I'm not just sort of being derisive.
00:23:45.000 That's what big tech is at the highest level.
00:23:47.000 It's IT support for the regime.
00:23:50.000 Someone like Elon Musk very, very deftly and very cleverly managed a friendly relationship with the government such that they were willing effectively to outsource NASA to him.
00:24:02.000 They're willing to massively subsidize Tesla and these other things.
00:24:06.000 And now he has Starlink.
00:24:08.000 And that gives him some leverage.
00:24:11.000 Again, he doesn't need to overestimate it.
00:24:13.000 The other side probably has more leverage at the end of the day, but it's very important to the regime.
00:24:19.000 The question of what Starlink does, and we saw this drama play out just on a micro scale in terms of, you know, he's allowing Ukraine to use Starlink for free effectively.
00:24:31.000 He's not even getting paid.
00:24:32.000 So he got outmaneuvered on that.
00:24:34.000 But we saw just the little hint that Starlink wasn't just going to be a little toy for the regime.
00:24:43.000 The pushback on there.
00:24:44.000 David Frum even said, oh, if Elon Musk doesn't play ball with Starlink, we're going to nationalize this.
00:24:50.000 You know, people think of SpaceX and these things as about going to the moon, going to Mars.
00:24:54.000 No idea.
00:24:55.000 It's not really what it's about.
00:24:57.000 It's about who's sending satellites up into space because that is absolutely critical for our quote-unquote national security.
00:25:05.000 Even putting aside the fact that a national security, for the most part, just means security for the crooks that control our nation, but it's still leverage, and he can use that leverage.
00:25:16.000 So it's a question of how far is he willing to go?
00:25:19.000 How much does he really want this?
00:25:20.000 What is his conviction level?
00:25:23.000 Does he understand the civilizational importance of open, free speech on a global public square?
00:25:30.000 And I think his resolve will result from that conviction.
00:25:34.000 And his leverage is those tools that the national security state absolutely needs in order to maintain hegemony on a geopolitical.
00:25:43.000 Have we seen any evidence that Elon's reforms are going to be meaningful, or have we seen some things that are less than desirable, like content moderation committees?
00:25:52.000 That's a great question.
00:25:53.000 And again, I like to be good cop and bad cop when it comes to Elon.
00:25:59.000 He can be our instrument, hopefully, or he can be someone who is, again, just put him back in the trash bin as the IT support guy.
00:26:07.000 It's up to him.
00:26:08.000 And so far, I think the results have been mixed.
00:26:11.000 You know, have to give him credit, have to give him to some degree a benefit of the doubt for just pulling it off.
00:26:17.000 And this guy is not political.
00:26:19.000 He's not a political genius.
00:26:22.000 He, you know, from people close to him, he hasn't thought through the political dynamics deeply.
00:26:28.000 He's not a political person.
00:26:30.000 He's an engineer.
00:26:33.000 That's not the kind of game he plays.
00:26:35.000 He's not an oligarch.
00:26:36.000 He's not an oligarch like George Soros, whose money is just so deeply intertwined with politics and power that he can operate in a different level of sophistication.
00:26:50.000 Elon's money is kind of separate from that.
00:26:53.000 It's tied in, yes, with his role as I.T. support for the regime, but he hasn't reached that sort of oligarch level where he's politically weaponized his money so that he creates an infrastructure and he has robust power with it on an institutional level.
00:27:09.000 So he's playing a game that's very difficult and he just stepped into it at the highest level.
00:27:16.000 And he's getting a lot of incoming.
00:27:18.000 Everybody's whispering in his ear.
00:27:19.000 So I sympathize with the difficult position that he's in.
00:27:23.000 That being said, I think the whole idea of a content moderation board is severely ill-advised.
00:27:31.000 It's severely ill-advised.
00:27:33.000 And even on its own terms, if the whole purpose is to deflect criticism from Twitter and from Musk, it doesn't work that way because everybody knows that the council is created by Twitter.
00:27:47.000 That ultimately, if Twitter wants to, it can ignore the council.
00:27:51.000 And so you're left with a couple of options.
00:27:54.000 Either he appoints weak people or actually enemies, like the people like he's just been in consultation with the ADL, which is a disgraced organization.
00:28:06.000 So either he listens to these people who are completely disgraced, complete enemies of civilization and free speech, or he appoints somebody who's actually good and he's attacked for appointing an extremist on the council.
00:28:22.000 So if he thinks this is going to get around the criticism, around the pain box, it's not going to get around it.
00:28:28.000 It's just I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt long term.
00:28:31.000 I think he will.
00:28:32.000 And I mean, you don't do a $44 billion asset transfer just to kind of be bullied around by the ADL.
00:28:38.000 I just, I don't think so.
00:28:43.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:28:44.000 Look, you've helped build the wonderful My Pillow into the incredible company it is today.

00:29:27.000 And believe me when I say this, you'll get a great night's sleep.

00:29:39.000 Support this show and Mike Lindell.
00:29:41.000 Mypillow.com, promo code Kirk.
00:29:47.000 To our audience, if Elon is successful, this could go down as one of the most consequential purchases in American history.
00:29:56.000 Is that overstating it?
00:29:57.000 Not overstating it at all.
00:29:59.000 And in fact, it's consequential far beyond the actually comparatively meager price tag.
00:30:05.000 Look, it's $44 billion, which, of course, is nothing to scoff at.
00:30:10.000 But there are many other companies with vastly higher market caps than that.
00:30:16.000 Think of Home Depot, which is just to take an example, which is much bigger.
00:30:20.000 But the question of who controls Home Depot is just not meaningful at a cultural scale, versus the question of who controls Twitter is existential and indeed civilizational.
00:30:32.000 So I think part of the magnitude of this comes from the very special and indeed unique type of product that Twitter actually is as the de facto global public square.
00:30:43.000 It's well said.
00:30:45.000 So, Darren, midterms are looming around the corner.
00:30:48.000 Yep.
00:30:48.000 I think it's going to be a good night.
00:30:50.000 How should we view it, though?
00:30:52.000 Absent kind of the regime mockingbird way of looking at it.
00:30:56.000 What are you?
00:30:56.000 What are you looking at in particular as a harbinger, as a canary in the coal mine?
00:31:01.000 What is the buried lead of the midterms that Revolver is really going to be focusing on?
00:31:06.000 Well, what I'm focusing, there are a lot of great people running, and I'm very encouraged by that.
00:31:11.000 And so, we all know, you know, new and old political stars.
00:31:16.000 And so, that's a great thing in and of itself.
00:31:19.000 But to me, really, there's only one thing that I care about.
00:31:22.000 It's that, okay, if they win, that's great.
00:31:25.000 What are they going to do?
00:31:27.000 Yeah, that's exactly what they win.
00:31:28.000 That's all I care about.
00:31:31.000 And I don't know if we were planning to discuss this on this program, but we have a bombshell.
00:31:38.000 Yeah, but I meant to bring it up.
00:31:40.000 Walk us through a bombshell new piece at Revolver.news on the surveillance footage at the DNC that allegedly captures the pipe bomber.
00:31:49.000 And Revolver's last piece on this proved definitively that the FBI is withholding that key critical bit of footage that would have shown the pipe bomber actually planting the bomb.
00:32:00.000 Really weird, isn't it?
00:32:02.000 Why wouldn't they present that to the public?
00:32:04.000 They're trying to catch the guy, right?
00:32:06.000 This is the MAGA pipe bomber terrorist.
00:32:09.000 The DNC, the Democrats aren't even interested in getting this footage that could help capture the person who planted a bomb outside their national headquarters.
00:32:18.000 That's a little bit weird, but it gets even worse.
00:32:20.000 It gets even darker because we've shown not only did they censor critical footage, but it looks like they actually tampered with the footage that they released.
00:32:30.000 And that's this new Revolver.news piece where we show that the frame rate that they show in this footage is statistically almost impossible.
00:32:41.000 It has a 1.2 frame rate industry standard, the very lowest level of industry standard is eight frames per second.
00:32:50.000 It sounds technical, but it's actually very simple when you look at it.
00:32:53.000 And it really gets down to this: we need the chain of custody for the surveillance footage.
00:33:01.000 It went to the DNC, then it went to the FBI, then it went to the public.
00:33:06.000 The people who are responsible for transferring it from the DNC to the FBI have names.
00:33:12.000 We need those names.
00:33:13.000 We need that chain of custody because this footage, I believe, is the smoking gun that tears down the entire hoax narrative that's been visited on the American people.
00:33:24.000 And this isn't just of separate academic interests.
00:33:27.000 This is the narrative that the regime has been using to cast all of us, me and you included, American people, their families as domestic terrorists, and to marshal the full weight and force of the American national security state to crush us for our political views.
00:33:44.000 That's what's at stake here.
00:33:45.000 And so it's very clean.
00:33:47.000 It's very simple.
00:33:48.000 We need the chain of custody for those DNC pipe bomber videos, and we need it as soon as possible.
00:33:54.000 And we need Republicans to do something once they get power.
00:33:58.000 I do think winning is important.
00:33:59.000 I don't want to scoff it because you can't tell people to do something if they don't have political power.
00:34:04.000 But day one of having political power, we need Church and Pike Commission 2.0.
00:34:10.000 Absolutely.
00:34:11.000 We need a full-on commission.
00:34:14.000 We need to root the snakes out.
00:34:16.000 It's, you know, the bureaucracies are full of these snakes, and we need to stay focused.
00:34:22.000 I've said in another interview, we've got the receipts now.
00:34:27.000 We've got the smoking guns.
00:34:29.000 All we need to do is maintain the focus because the number one chance that the regime has to get away with all of this is the low attention span of the American public.
00:34:42.000 If we lose focus on this, we lose the game.
00:34:46.000 We lose the country.
00:34:47.000 We have to keep focused on what's important.
00:34:50.000 January 6th, it might seem uninteresting.
00:34:53.000 The committee is uninteresting, but the narrative is of critical importance because that's what they're using to weaponize the state against you.
00:35:01.000 That's right.
00:35:02.000 The censorship, the government pushing big tech to censor, that's of critical importance.
00:35:06.000 So we zero in on these critical issues with the receipts, and then come the scalps.
00:35:12.000 I think we need to go after Merrick Garland.
00:35:14.000 I think he needs accountability for this.
00:35:17.000 Merrick Garland, Christopher Ray, yes, his scumbag henchman called Stephen D'Antoona.
00:35:23.000 And then also Mayorkas, but that's a separate issue.
00:35:26.000 Indeed, indeed.
00:35:27.000 Darren Beatty, Revolver.news.
00:35:28.000 Thank you so much.
00:35:29.000 Thank you.
00:35:30.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:32.000 Email me your thoughts as always: freedom at charliekirk.com.
