00:05:45.000You take your oil bill, you take your electric bill, you take your food bill into the voting booth with you, and you look at that card and you look at Senator Hassan's name and then Don Baldick's name.

00:06:04.000And we're going to be looking at power outages, which are going to close schools, going to close hospitals, going to really make life difficult in the middle of the winter.

00:07:05.000It doesn't appear that it's, you know, it's a very good one given the fact that we have very tight races and they're moving money around and placing it with, you know, people that have more than enough money on the Republican side.

00:21:08.000Now, that's not rhetoric that unites us like we are seeking in Maryland and is certainly not going to keep us safe like I intend to do as governor.
00:21:16.000Yeah, and it just seems like the entire regime is just propping him up.
00:21:33.000And we're seeing that even in Baltimore City, I've been told up to 50% of the graduates have trouble with their literacy, even being able to read as a graduate of high school.

00:21:46.000You know, we have a program in Maryland that allows high school students to graduate not only with a high school diploma, but with a certification in a tech area.
00:21:54.000For instance, whether it's your HVAC system or a welding or a computer technology, the certifications then provide immediate job access.
00:22:05.000At age 18, can you imagine being hired at $35 to $50 an hour?
00:22:09.000Well, we're doing that in Maryland, but we need to expand that.
00:22:12.000There's only two colleges offering this with high schools.
00:22:15.000I'd like to see this expanded because when I'm in Baltimore City talking to the young people there, they actually long for these opportunities.
00:22:23.000They dream about having their own business.
00:22:26.000For instance, the one guy I played ball with in West Baltimore on a very, very bad street.
00:22:31.000People have been killed on the street.
00:22:35.000And he told me, he said, look, his view is to expand his iPhone business to be able to cut commercials for other businesses, but he just needs to be able to access technology and resources and have this opportunity expand without the regulations and the taxes.
00:22:50.000So that's what I intend to bring to Maryland.
00:22:54.000I was just in Baltimore City yesterday and in Columbia today, and we're working at I-95 corridor.
00:22:59.000And I had, I'm having random people come up to me, historic Democrats, saying, I'm voting for you, Dan, because we believe in you and your vision for Maryland.
00:23:46.000What's happened is they've defunded the police.
00:23:48.000They've sought to allow for, even in my committee, they were trying to get Public Information Act requests to obtain the finances of the families of police officers, including where they might be sending their kids to school to try to collect money if they sue them.
00:24:05.000This has chased over 800 officers off the streets of Baltimore.
00:25:07.000It's the fact that they don't have enough.
00:25:09.000They're literally not supplying the level of funding that they need to make sure those officers stay there, nor are they protecting them.
00:25:18.000If you, you know, under attorney, State's Attorney Mosby, the reason why Baltimore voted her out is because under her watch, if an officer had a complaint, she would literally throw that officer to the wolves, so to speak.
00:25:34.000And so who wants to be in that environment and try to protect anyone?
00:25:37.000If you draw your gun, all of a sudden now you're a felon simply because you got a street fight going on and you need to properly bring it under control.
00:25:45.000This is what's going on in Baltimore City.
00:25:47.000The blood is running there every single day.
00:25:49.000The cartels are running many sections.
00:25:51.000And Charlie, you know it's bad when the NAACP says like it did three weeks ago and cried out calling for the National Guard in parts of the city.
00:27:03.000This is something that your national audience needs to understand matters because the DNC is using Maryland as a microcosm to push their radical policies on the nation.

00:27:51.000The CDC's latest report is to add these experimental vaccines to the vaccine schedule for kids in order to go to school.
00:27:59.000I mean, this is an advice that needs to be immediately said: no, we're going to keep our freedoms and let parents make those judgments with the healthcare providers.
