00:01:12.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:01:13.000 Here we go.
00:01:14.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:16.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:01:18.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:21.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:25.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:26.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:27.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:35.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:44.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:46.000 Boy, do we have a lot to get to?
00:01:48.000 We are going to be covering what is happening in Arizona with the Arizona audit, a recount, going through to try to find out if there was any sort of shenanigans and tomfoolery and nonsense that happened in the 2020 election.
00:02:04.000 It's finally happening.
00:02:05.000 In fact, I think we're going to be joined today by Tyler Boyer.
00:02:10.000 I think he's going to be coming on, who knows this better than anyone else.
00:02:13.000 And he's the National Committee Man for Arizona, also happens to be our chief operational officer at Turning Point USA.
00:02:21.000 So I look forward to exploring that with him.
00:02:22.000 He knows Arizona very well.
00:02:24.000 People have been messaging me, Charlie, what's going on in Arizona?
00:02:26.000 I say, I kind of know.
00:02:28.000 And I spent about an hour researching it last night.
00:02:30.000 But I even have some questions for Tyler.
00:02:32.000 So we're going to learn alongside one another throughout this hour.
00:02:37.000 But I want to tell you something that happened in the last couple of days, this last weekend.
00:02:43.000 So this coming weekend, I was scheduled to speak in Seattle, Washington at a good man's church, Roger Archer.
00:02:50.000 It's called Motion Church.
00:02:53.000 And they were planning to host me for a big event.
00:02:56.000 So they started promoting it.
00:02:58.000 And this is in Seattle, Washington.
00:03:01.000 And so word got out that Charlie Kirk was coming to Seattle.
00:03:06.000 And I was going to bring the message that we share on this radio program and our podcast every single day.
00:03:11.000 I was going to talk about some very basic things: taking responsibility for your life, deferred gratification, working hard and playing by the rules, believing in ultimate truth, treating other people well, and pursuing dialogue.
00:03:27.000 Now, those messages are considered to be so threatening and such a danger to the people of Seattle that Antifa got word of this.
00:03:37.000 The same people that planned Chaz and CHOP, you remember that sovereign country that was created in Seattle, that our leaders did not take very seriously.
00:03:46.000 So they started to threaten mobilization and violence against my visit, my upcoming visit in Seattle, Washington.
00:03:55.000 And so this started to grow, and there was even estimates that 1,200 masked and armed Antifa people could be there in response to my visit to Seattle.
00:04:09.000 Now, the way I handle things and the way that we prefer to handle things is to hold the line and to not allow these terrorists to treat communities as a hostage situation.
00:04:21.000 But this pastor, Pastor Roger Archer, he's on the front lines, and I'm not one to say that I know any better than him because he's the one that would have to deal with the fallout if Antifa decided to burn down neighborhoods just because I decided to come and visit.
00:04:37.000 Cut 22 is the message that Pastor Archer gave to his congregation saying that we have been forced to cancel because Antifa is threatening us.
00:04:46.000 Cut 22.
00:04:48.000 Upon hearing that Mr. Kirk was coming to our church, radical terrorist mobs, like the ones that rallied in Capitol Hill in Seattle, they sprung into action.
00:04:59.000 They sprung with threatening declarations.
00:05:01.000 They vowed to not only burn our properties to the ground, but also brought threats of physical violence against our church leadership, our neighbors, their properties, and basically wreak havoc in our community.
00:05:12.000 It is for the safety of my precious city and our precious church people that we have heartbreakingly canceled our event with Mr. Kirk.
00:05:22.000 Now, my heart goes out to Roger Archer and his leadership team.
00:05:26.000 They wanted to host me.
00:05:29.000 They had enough boldness and courage to advertise me.
00:05:32.000 But I think they realize that we're up against something a lot more sophisticated and quite honestly more venomous and pernicious and evil than I think they quite realized.
00:05:43.000 And that's okay.
00:05:44.000 But I hope every pastor and every church in the country is watching this closely.
00:05:50.000 This is a church who came under direct terrorist threat.
00:05:54.000 And so you might be asking yourself, how are we allowing this to happen, Charlie?
00:05:59.000 Well, first of all, I'm a guest, okay?
00:06:00.000 I'm not the one calling the shots up there.
00:06:03.000 And again, I'm actually seeing it from their perspective because these people got into the ministry to try to heal and to love.
00:06:10.000 And all of a sudden, 1,200 armed mass terrorists threatened to congregate outside their church.
00:06:16.000 They say, I thought we've loved our community the last couple decades.
00:06:18.000 We are in a moment right now that a lot of Christians are confused by.
00:06:22.000 We're in a moment right now that a lot of Americans are confused.
00:06:25.000 And we saw this happen in Minneapolis, and we've seen this happen through the words of Maxine Waters.
00:06:29.000 Get more confrontational.
00:06:31.000 Mobilize in the streets.
00:06:33.000 The rule of America right now is that if you get enough people into the streets of our country, you get your way.
00:06:41.000 You're upset with an election result.
00:06:43.000 You're upset with the way that something has been conducted, like a jury decision, or Charlie Kirk coming to Seattle.
00:06:53.000 Show them your muscle.
00:06:54.000 Now, the government, the role of government, is to protect our first freedoms.
00:06:59.000 We've been through this many different times.
00:07:03.000 That we as conservatives believe our rights come from our Creator and from God.
00:07:07.000 It's not some mistake that we have these rights.
00:07:09.000 And it's government's role and responsibility to protect our rights.
00:07:14.000 Now, there are two clauses in the United States Constitution that protect religious worship: the Establishment Clause and the Free Expression Clause.
00:07:23.000 The Free Expression Clause is more applicable here.
00:07:28.000 To be able to worship is a constitutionally protected activity.
00:07:32.000 And it is the government's responsibility to protect people if their right to worship comes under threat.
00:07:42.000 But the governor of Washington, Governor Inslee, is completely uninterested in using taxpayer-funded National Guardsmen or resources to make sure that people can worship CUT 23.
00:07:58.000 Well, recent history has taught us that there is an apparent lack of interest at the state level of leadership to protect decent taxpaying citizens.
00:08:07.000 Those terrorist mobs know that there is no consequence for their lawlessness.
00:08:12.000 They have nothing to lose and nothing to fear.
00:08:15.000 The soft targets of churches, the elderly, women, children, and law-abiding citizens are vulnerable to anarchists who live free of the fear of reprisal.
00:08:27.000 This is the state that we live in.
00:08:30.000 So, this is Pastor Archer, who is saying publicly, hey, old people, women, and children might get hurt or killed if I host Charlie Kirk.
00:08:41.000 That's right.
00:08:42.000 That's where we're at.
00:08:43.000 That if I go and speak in one of the 50 states, Washington, in Seattle, a pastor is afraid that his congregation, his buildings, and his people will be hurt or possibly killed.
00:08:59.000 The governor is nowhere to be seen, of course, because he's actually supportive of this.
00:09:05.000 The governor knows that Antifa is the muscle of the Democrat Party.
00:09:10.000 Now, we talked about this at length on one of our podcasts this last weekend: of who is funding Antifa, who is behind Antifa.
00:09:16.000 And if that interests you at all, you should take out your podcast app and type in the Charlie Kirk show.
00:09:21.000 We had a great interview with Andy No.
00:09:23.000 How is this America?
00:09:26.000 Well, it's because we did not draw the line early enough against these people.
00:09:31.000 We did not say very clearly what is acceptable and unacceptable behavior in our country.
00:09:38.000 Instead, when Antifa burns federal courthouses or storms police precincts like they did in Seattle, very few people get arrested and very few people then get charged.
00:09:49.000 And I hope you all understand there's a difference between being arrested and charged.
00:09:53.000 Some of these people get arrested and then the DA just drops the charges two weeks later.
00:09:58.000 And make no mistake, this sort of model of pandering to the anarcho-terrorists is spreading.
00:10:08.000 It's spreading to San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Denver.
00:10:11.000 It's spreading to Milwaukee, Chicago.
00:10:13.000 What they have perfected in Seattle and Portland is that, oh, you have a right to speak, but you might get a cement brick thrown at your head.
00:10:22.000 Oh, you have a right to speak, but your church is going to get burned down.
00:10:25.000 You have a right to speak, but we're going to go terrorize elderly people in wheelchairs and six-year-olds.
00:10:30.000 We're going to go burn down your neighborhoods.
00:10:34.000 So I will not be at Motion Church this next weekend.
00:10:39.000 And it's coming to a neighborhood near you.
00:10:41.000 The only way to deal with terrorists is not to negotiate with terrorists.
00:10:48.000 You show them what is acceptable and unacceptable, and you stand for truth.
00:10:52.000 This is not an isolated incident.
00:10:54.000 This is spreading like wildfire because we've always tried to sue for peace and they're playing for keeps.
00:11:02.000 We are going to be joined very soon, momentarily, by Tyler Boyer, who is the expert on all things, Arizona.
00:11:10.000 I'm still learning the landscape here in Arizona.
00:11:12.000 You guys might remember the live stream we did where I literally had all the counties of Arizona lifted up.
00:11:18.000 And I think I remember many of them.
00:11:21.000 Pinal, Maricopa.
00:11:24.000 There were some others too.
00:11:25.000 I don't remember all of them, but there's only like nine counties in Arizona.
00:11:28.000 But we had a lot of fun.
00:11:30.000 And it's so funny.
00:11:31.000 I was actually just at an event this last weekend.
00:11:33.000 And the number one piece of feedback I get is: Charlie, you kept me sane through the election when we were trying to figure out what was happening.
00:11:39.000 So that's a great piece of feedback.
00:11:41.000 And so to kind of close the loop, I will not be in Washington this weekend.
00:11:48.000 And that's a shame.
00:11:49.000 And the pastor was very gracious, and he apologized.
00:11:52.000 And I get it.
00:11:53.000 I really do.
00:11:54.000 And I get the situation he's in.
00:11:58.000 But where are the other churches standing beside Pastor Archer?
00:12:02.000 Silent.
00:12:03.000 Eat us last.
00:12:05.000 You see, the equivalent, it's so funny.
00:12:06.000 Victor Davis Hansen and I think so.
00:12:09.000 I don't know where one idea starts and one stops.
00:12:13.000 I listen to his commentary so often.
00:12:16.000 And so I was listening to one thing that Victor said, and we said this like two months ago, which is the BLM flag is the equivalent of an Exodus when you put the blood over your door to try and have the spirit of the Lord or God pass over your house.
00:12:33.000 Like, do not kill my firstborn because I have the BLM flag.
00:12:37.000 It's exactly what it is.
00:12:38.000 Whenever you see a church with a BLM flag, they're trying to say, please do not destroy our church.
00:12:43.000 That's what they're trying to say.
00:12:44.000 There's some big stuff happening out of Arizona, everybody.
00:12:47.000 Drama, intrigue.
00:12:50.000 And the left is freaking out.
00:12:53.000 We have to play offense.
00:12:54.000 The only way to deal with what's happening in America is a massive, bold, no excuses, forward-thinking countermove against the people that wish to deconstruct our country.
00:13:06.000 And in Idaho, I was just there with some of my very good friends.
00:13:09.000 They are passing a anti-critical race theory piece of legislation.
00:13:16.000 And it's very exciting.
00:13:18.000 And so it's House Bill 377.
00:13:21.000 And it will probably hit the Senate Tuesday or Wednesday.
00:13:26.000 And the bill basically says that it prevents biased indoctrination from being taught in schools of taxpayer funding across Idaho.
00:13:34.000 It's a good bill.
00:13:36.000 Now, whether or not this gets signed in the law and gets passed to the Senate, we will see.
00:13:41.000 But if we do not play offense about core American values, saying that critical race theory is an ideology, it's a belief, it's a philosophy that we will not tolerate, then what good is our government?
00:13:56.000 You see, the left has realized that they are going to use the apparatus of taxpayer-funded systems to make America in their desired image.
00:14:08.000 It's about time that conservatives start to do the same.
00:14:11.000 That we as Americans and conservatives say, wait a second, the people have given us power for many decades.
00:14:17.000 What have we done to actually substantially change public education, to have our kids love America?
00:14:23.000 Now, some conservatives say, well, we don't like doing that because it's the power of the state.
00:14:28.000 Wait a second.
00:14:28.000 If a state is not actively engaged in the replication of your values, then what good is the state?
00:14:34.000 This kind of indifference that we are going to allow the left to dictate curriculum, we're going to allow the left to dictate what our children are learning.
00:14:42.000 What could possibly be more important for the success and the future of our republic than the education of our children?
00:14:55.000 And so what's happening in Idaho right now, I hope, spreads, and I hope it gets signed in the law, which is very exciting.
00:15:01.000 Again, it's House Bill 377.
00:15:03.000 And I want to just mention this because I know so many state legislatures.
00:15:06.000 I know so many people in Idaho that are doing this work.
00:15:10.000 And I want to really point out Representative Wendy Horman, who's a Republican from Idaho Falls, and she's pushing forward here.
00:15:20.000 And the left is playing offense in every single arena, adding new states.
00:15:25.000 Washington, D.C. is a state.
00:15:27.000 Court packing, HR1, HR5.
00:15:29.000 So they need to know that if they are going to have a cultural blitzkrieg against the fabric of our republic, then we are going to stay what we stand for.
00:15:36.000 We're not just going to always play defense.
00:15:38.000 We're not just always going to be fly swatting in state legislatures, which feels like all we do is say no to their ideas.
00:15:45.000 How about we push forward meaningful legislation that makes our kids love America again, that protects women's sports, that clearly defines what a functioning and healthy family is, that attempts to try to boost church attendance, that protects small businesses and goes after Amazon.
00:16:04.000 That's what the conservative movement should stand for.
00:16:06.000 So I'm pleased to see this in Idaho.
00:16:08.000 Idaho's changing quickly, everybody.
00:16:10.000 I hope you know that.
00:16:11.000 They're trying to make it into a new Washington or Oregon, but bills like this are not going to let that happen.
00:16:18.000 I have to tell you about this incredible movie, Roe versus Wade.
00:16:21.000 This is not a documentary.
00:16:22.000 It's a real Hollywood movie with actors like John Voigt, a friend of mine, Stacey Dash, and John Schneider from Dukes of Hazard, Steve Guttenberg from Police Academy, and even LA Laws, Corbin Bernson.
00:16:32.000 Not some boring movie about a court case.
00:16:33.000 No, no, no.
00:16:34.000 I was blown away to learn about how Planned Parenthood manipulated the courts and lied to the media back in the 70s, all for power and greed.
00:16:41.000 And this was a mass conspiracy, including the corruption of Supreme Court justices.
00:16:45.000 Literally the most famous court case in American history that everyone has heard about, but no one knew anything about.
00:16:50.000 Finally, the truth comes out.
00:16:51.000 Hollywood and the media have tried to stop this movie from coming out.
00:16:53.000 It could get canceled any moment and banned every day.
00:16:56.000 So go see it right now before they remove it from iTunes, Amazon, Google Play, or download it from your major cable or satellite carrier.
00:17:02.000 It's on demand.
00:17:03.000 Enjoy Roe versus Wade, the movie, today.
00:17:08.000 We are joined by Tyler Boyer, who is Mr. Arizona.
00:17:11.000 He knows everything that's happening in this beautiful state.
00:17:15.000 And you guys remember him from the live stream.
00:17:17.000 And we are back.
00:17:18.000 Tyler, welcome.
00:17:19.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:17:20.000 Happy to be here.
00:17:21.000 Tyler's also the COO of Turning Point USA and Turning Point Action and does some great, great work.
00:17:27.000 We have a big event tonight in San Diego.
00:17:29.000 Looking forward to seeing you there.
00:17:30.000 Okay, Tyler, what is going on in Arizona?
00:17:32.000 Oh my gosh, where do we even start?
00:17:33.000 So let's like, let's rewind and take ourselves all the way back to where this whole thing started.
00:17:40.000 So basically, just to give everybody a quick recap of where Arizona is, why we are where we are today.
00:17:46.000 Essentially in Maricopa County, which is the largest county in Arizona, it's about two-thirds of the state, maybe a little bit more, depending upon what you look at for population.
00:17:58.000 They had some significant concerns about how they were doing business because years ago, now we're going back four years, the Democrats worked really, really hard to replace our county recorder with a radical Democrat who just got unelected.
00:18:14.000 He just got beat in the 2020 election.
00:18:16.000 And so a lot of people had a lot of questions with him about the funny business that was going on in Maricopa County.
00:18:21.000 And so some of that was that that county recorder, who was a Democrat, was trying to do what we've seen all over the country, which was give everybody a ballot, all sorts of things.
00:18:32.000 Like all the things that we've been discussing, right?
00:18:34.000 Which including and involving this election cycle was the first election cycle.
00:18:41.000 They didn't do a legitimate hand count by precinct.
00:18:44.000 They did not do that.
00:18:45.000 They did not do that.
00:18:46.000 That was like the big, that's a big qualm.
00:18:49.000 Why didn't they do that?
00:18:50.000 Well, because of COVID, right?
00:18:52.000 They instituted all of these voting centers, right?
00:18:56.000 And the voting centers, there were questions with because there wasn't a single full precinct that was counted, hand counted in Maricopa County.
00:19:04.000 And Maricopa County has over 700 precincts, so it's a lot of precincts.
00:19:08.000 It's a huge, huge county.
00:19:09.000 It's bigger than like 30 states, something like that.
00:19:13.000 And so that didn't happen.
00:19:14.000 And then there was a lot of questions like we've been seeing all over the country with mail-in ballots, right?
00:19:18.000 Which is, was a hand count, how was the adjudication process done on the hand count verification for each of the signature verification for each of these ballots?
00:19:29.000 And so these are the questions that are being discussed and that people are diving into.
00:19:34.000 So let's fast forward to where we're at today.
00:19:36.000 So the Arizona Senate has actually done a really good job, has done their job in demanding that an audit be done.
00:19:43.000 And so they subpoenaed essentially all of the voting equipment and ballots.
00:19:48.000 And they were in this huge legal battle essentially with the left when the left was trying to stop them, including our Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, that's predominantly Republican, unfortunately, was really trying to get in the way and stop them from their legal recourse that they have here to subpoena the ballots.
00:20:07.000 And so they finally won all of that.
00:20:10.000 They finally got possession of them.
00:20:12.000 They basically rented out the old fairgrounds, the old Phoenix Sun Stadium, which is where they're doing the whole thing right now.
00:20:24.000 That's where they moved all the ballots to.
00:20:26.000 And so that's where the ballots have gone.
00:20:28.000 And in the meantime, basically Mark Elias and Perkins Coy and huge law firms.
00:20:34.000 Huge, huge law firms.
00:20:35.000 This is like the left's legal.
00:20:37.000 Yeah, this is their entire, this is their artillery, right?
00:20:40.000 They're sending huge.
00:20:43.000 I mean, these are, this is what we're up against on our side.
00:20:46.000 Conservatives are up against.
00:20:47.000 They're filing lawsuits like crazy, right?
00:20:49.000 So he, Mark Elias is not just an attorney, not just a powerhouse attorney.
00:20:53.000 He also runs the Protect Democracy Project, which is a nonprofit, which is just all they do across the entire country is recruit radical leftist attorneys to essentially help push forward these same insane, very dishonest voting practices across the country.
00:21:16.000 So I want to play a clip here of Rachel Maddow of just how the left is reacting to what's happening here in Arizona, just to give you some context, play tape.
00:21:24.000 This process by which they are bastardizing the actual secure election from November 2020, and they're going to produce some result that says that it was some other fraudulent thing will be used by the Trump part of the Republican Party and the Trump right to cast out on the 2020 election among their most fervent supporters in a way that none of their failed lawsuits in the past have been able to do.
00:21:48.000 They got the actual ballots and they handed them to conspiracy theorists who say that, you know, QAnon is the mastermind or whatever it is that stopped this, that they need to use to stop the steal.
00:22:00.000 Okay, so that's Rachel.
00:22:01.000 I know you don't have sound entirely.
00:22:02.000 That's Rachel Maddow saying that the ballots have changed custody.
00:22:05.000 So let's walk through what's happening right now.
00:22:06.000 There's a bunch of people in a stadium, and we'll show some clip from that.
00:22:10.000 And they're going through an audit process.
00:22:13.000 So they just barely started the audit process this last week.
00:22:17.000 I believe it was Friday, was when they began the process.
00:22:21.000 They brought in an auditing firm.
00:22:23.000 The firm is Cyber Ninjas.
00:22:25.000 It's quite a name.
00:22:26.000 Yeah, they are the ones that are responsible for conducting the audit.
00:22:31.000 Actually, online, if you follow any of this and if you see some images of this, they have a lot of different individuals across the floor of where they're doing the audit and different color t-shirts.
00:22:42.000 These are different groups doing different things.
00:22:44.000 So some of them are checking the folds and creases, which is a big issue in the mail-in ballots.
00:22:51.000 So one of the complaints and one of the things that people are looking for are, well, if you mail in a ballot, there's folds and creases from the mail, right?
00:23:02.000 And so, you know, are all those existent, right?
00:23:05.000 Like, are all, you know, and if not, you know, what's the answer for that?
00:23:09.000 And do those, again, on the signature verification ballots.
00:23:13.000 And so some of them are doing some signature verification.
00:23:15.000 Some are really looking at the adjudication pieces.
00:23:19.000 And then the big core part, which is really, I think, is the most important part to me is the hand count verification of the actual physical ballots to the numbers that the systems machines.
00:23:31.000 So actually cross-referencing and tabulation.
00:23:34.000 Yeah.
00:23:34.000 And this is really, I think, what's most important, which is why this is so common sense, is that I'm a believer that every election in America should have a physical ballot to back up the number that shows up on any machine.
00:23:47.000 And that's not the case in every state, but it is the case for Arizona.
00:23:51.000 So Arizona, you do have a physical ballot for every vote.
00:23:55.000 By law.
00:23:55.000 Yeah.
00:23:56.000 I mean, that's just how it works.
00:23:57.000 And so they can verify if they wanted to. that the physical ballot exists for whatever number actually shows up on the system.
00:24:06.000 So that's what they're essentially doing.
00:24:08.000 That's basically what they're doing is like the baseline, right?
00:24:11.000 And they're looking at a couple of these other things that I think are important to, you know, instilling confidence in what happened.
00:24:18.000 But, you know, all along the way, these now this, these leftist attorneys are now coming in in an army format.
00:24:26.000 I mean, there's dozens of attorneys, dozens of attorneys that are here that are just trying to look for ways to thwart the process.
00:24:35.000 And so, you know, in general, you know, you have, you know, and again, I love our Senate president.
00:24:41.000 Her name's Karen Fan.
00:24:42.000 She's a, she's like, like most legislators in most states, like the way that the founders want it intended.
00:24:48.000 Total citizen government.
00:24:49.000 Citizen government, right?
00:24:51.000 Like Karen is a very competent lady, but she's a good Karen.
00:24:54.000 She's a nice, she's a good Karen, right?
00:24:56.000 She's that, she's a, she's a nice, and she's, and really she deserves a lot of credit because she's pushed forward through all this.
00:25:01.000 It would have been real easy to buckle and not do anything.
00:25:04.000 But our, our, our Arizona Senate is more conservative, I think, than it's ever been.
00:25:08.000 And they're wanting to do the right thing on behalf of Arizona citizens.
00:25:11.000 So they've moved forward.
00:25:13.000 They've trudged forward.
00:25:14.000 And now they're in this battle of a lifetime now.
00:25:18.000 The Arizona Senate is with these leftist attorneys that are coming from out of state.
00:25:22.000 And some that are from around here that are just radicalized and recruited via this.
00:25:27.000 Mark Elias.
00:25:28.000 Yeah, Mark Elias, Democracy Docket and Protect Democracy Project.
00:25:35.000 Sounds so C3s.
00:25:37.000 So C4s.
00:25:38.000 I want to play this clip from Chris Hayes.
00:25:39.000 After this clip, Tyler, I want you to walk through what's happened with the judge and the attorney general after this clip.
00:25:44.000 A lot of news happened yesterday.
00:25:45.000 Yeah, because I'm still trying to make sense of it.
00:25:48.000 Okay, let's play Chris Hayes.
00:25:50.000 Not only are they introducing restrictive voting legislation, they are also undertaking a truly insane audit of the 2020 election vote five months after the election.
00:26:01.000 No, I'm not making up this.
00:26:03.000 They are actually, look, they're doing it as we speak.
00:26:05.000 That's them.
00:26:06.000 That's them auditing the vote.
00:26:09.000 This is a live shot of an actual audit of the actual physical ballots that were cast.
00:26:17.000 So, Tyler, you didn't hear it.
00:26:18.000 He just said they're actually doing the audit right now.
00:26:21.000 And so this is going to take how long?
00:26:25.000 So that's the question.
00:26:26.000 So, I mean, look, this should be a pretty quick process if the Democrats stop trying to stifle the entire process, right?
00:26:34.000 So again, let's look at this.
00:26:37.000 It's an audit, right?
00:26:38.000 Just like you would audit your finances, just like you would audit from an accounting perspective.
00:26:45.000 There is the whole purpose of audit is to take a paper trail.
00:26:49.000 Take a paper trail, make sure it matches up with the books, right?
00:26:51.000 So that, you know, people aren't cooking the books or there's not issues that exist that were unanticipated.
00:26:57.000 You know, truly here, if the left really felt like there were no issues, why would they be fighting?
00:27:04.000 I totally paper.
00:27:05.000 Why is Rachel Maddow screaming at the camera?
00:27:08.000 It's not like we can inject, like, there's no way.
00:27:10.000 There's no way in this process.
00:27:12.000 And if they're, you know, they become the conspiracy.
00:27:14.000 They're the bigger conspiracy theorists in this.
00:27:16.000 If they're trying to say that we're like the entire Arizona Senate, which is an elected representative body, is somehow going to like manipulate the election in a very public setting that's very open.
00:27:29.000 And so The scenario that we have right now is that you have Democrats essentially, when it boils down to it, trying to stop a basic audit process that they say that there are no issues with the election.
00:27:43.000 They're just trying to carry this out, do it as quickly and rapidly as possible and efficiently to make sure and effectively to make sure that they're doing the right thing.
00:27:51.000 So we're actually doing what the voters want, which is to verify the results.
00:27:55.000 But the Democrats are the ones that are holding this process up.
00:27:58.000 I mean, if it takes weeks or even months to do this, it'll be because they've sent in a legion of attorneys in here to try to stop the process.
00:28:09.000 Look, by now, you've all heard me talk about My Pillow and how Mike has done it again by introducing his My Slippers.
00:28:16.000 Mike Lindell, he's got a lot of ambition.
00:28:19.000 He's a patriot.
00:28:20.000 He loves his country.
00:28:21.000 A lot of people like Mike Lindell.
00:28:22.000 In fact, I get emails from people.
00:28:24.000 They say, Charlie, how can I help you?
00:28:26.000 How can I help Mike Lindell?
00:28:27.000 How can I help the country?
00:28:28.000 Well, if you go to mypillow.com and buy anything with the promo code Kirk, it helps both of us.

00:29:05.000 What's going on with the Attorney General and the judge?
00:29:08.000 So I don't, I can't really speak to the Attorney General's involvement, but he said, I'll get the story, but what's going with the judge?
00:29:16.000 Well, first, so first, what happened this weekend was the Democrats came in and wanted to halt the process.
00:29:24.000 And the judge came back and said, okay, a million dollars bond.
00:29:27.000 Yes.
00:29:28.000 And we can do this and we can address some of these issues that you're saying.
00:29:32.000 And then the Democrats said, oh, we don't have a million bucks to put up.
00:29:35.000 And so, so, yeah.
00:29:37.000 Or they didn't want to do that because they didn't want to all of a sudden, because once that's up, then you know, then we were, yeah, I think the Senate and the conservative side was going to start nicking away at that and basically pocket all that money.
00:29:49.000 And they didn't want to play that game.
00:29:50.000 And so they backed off of that.
00:29:52.000 And then all of a sudden, out of nowhere yesterday, the judge that's in charge of this, this, this whole deal, recused himself.
00:30:02.000 And it was based again.
00:30:04.000 This is why they're bringing in all these attorneys is because they're just papering the process.
00:30:08.000 So if there's even any wiggle room around anything, they're going to do it.
00:30:13.000 So this is lawfare.
00:30:15.000 It really is.
00:30:16.000 Basically, the Democrats have filed in and they've, I mean, there's literally three law firms.
00:30:21.000 It's a platoon.
00:30:22.000 A platoon of attorneys to basically look for every, I mean, they're, they are, every crack in everything that they can possibly find, they will find.
00:30:32.000 And then they are going to, I mean, their entire goal is just, I think, to paper this thing to death.
00:30:36.000 So then everyone finally gives up and they, and they, and they move out, right?
00:30:40.000 So that's the other thing, too, is remember the legislature right now is in session, but it expires in June.
00:30:46.000 I mean, well, it's, it's, they're, they could be done soon, right?
00:30:49.000 And so I think part of their strategy too is they want to drag this thing out because if I mean, look, if they find something wrong, then it takes a two-thirds vote for the legislature to go back into session in order to actually start passing more laws to correct the things that they possibly find within this.
00:31:07.000 So even if they're small things and it's like not overturning the election and all those things, which you know, we don't know until we know what the results of the audit are.
00:31:15.000 But if there are really big things, if there are small things that need to be corrected, if the legislature has closed, then that becomes an issue because they can't fix those things.
00:31:25.000 Anyways, that's such a good point.
00:31:26.000 And then they're trying to run out the clock.
00:31:28.000 Yeah, they're trying to run out the clock.
00:31:29.000 And then also, if they drag this thing out, and if the state senate needs to do something and there's issues that come up and they've closed that session, they can't vote and do things.
00:31:39.000 They can't actually give more.
00:31:40.000 And so I think that what they're trying to do is they're trying to paper us to death here on this thing.
00:31:46.000 They're going to try to hold this thing up, elongate it, prolong it as long as they can.
00:31:50.000 And then the legislature is going to, yeah, they're going to be able to pick off a few Republicans, shut down the legislative session, and then we're going to be hamstrung with nothing to be able to do once they come out of this.
00:32:00.000 Now, this plays really into what we saw yesterday happen, which is they'll find every crack in the system here.
00:32:08.000 A guy who is a junior associate with cyber that is at the firm that is representing Cyber Ninjas was an extern for the judge.
00:32:20.000 So an extern is just kind of like when you're typically in law.
00:32:24.000 I don't know the details of what his extern is.
00:32:26.000 It's just like a lawyer intern.
00:32:27.000 But typically it's like when you're in law school, like you have to do a certain amount of externships where you just have to go down and let's like just basically follow a judge and his staff around and things like that.
00:32:40.000 So I don't know exactly what his job was, but I get the feeling he wasn't like super involved with Judge Corey's work and business that was down there.
00:32:53.000 But still they found it.
00:32:54.000 And so the judge yesterday recused himself because this guy who's working for this law firm that's representing Cyber Ninjas is there.
00:33:04.000 And so now we don't know.
00:33:06.000 I mean, we're waiting on pins and needles to see who's going to pick judges.
00:33:09.000 Yeah, who the new judge is going to be.
00:33:11.000 And there's a lot of people already online saying like, oh, this is a plot.
00:33:15.000 Like this isn't, I don't think it was an internal, this isn't an internal plot.
00:33:19.000 This was more of like, hey, you know, you're up when you're up against an army of lawyers, like they're going to catch everything.
00:33:25.000 And so you have to know every, you have to be totally prepared.
00:33:29.000 And in this case, I think that some things were missed.
00:33:33.000 And again, I don't know if the past judge was going to be the best situation.
00:33:38.000 Maybe we're going to end up with a better judge.
00:33:41.000 The likelihood is, is based off of my knowledge of Maricopa County Superior Court judges, is that that's probably not the case.
00:33:47.000 So just so everyone understands, there was a judge that was ruling in favor of this audit happening.
00:33:52.000 And then these auditions.
00:33:54.000 Well, he placed this million-dollar thing, right?
00:33:56.000 So the bond.
00:33:58.000 And so, like, yeah, it was looking pretty good.
00:34:00.000 But then Perkins Coy comes in with their stormtroopers of lawyers and they find one thing of one person who's employed by Cyber Ninjas, conflict of interest, and they submit a motion and the judge agrees.
00:34:11.000 That's what happens when you have really good attorneys versus mediocre attorneys.
00:34:14.000 I want you to think how many times in these states where Trump filed lawsuits that the people that were working had conflict of interest that we didn't catch.
00:34:21.000 Yeah.
00:34:22.000 So we only have a couple seconds remaining here, Tyler.
00:34:24.000 But the long and short of it is this is happening and it's a live ball, to use a Schumer phrase.
00:34:29.000 So they're moving forward.
00:34:31.000 The audit is going to move forward.
00:34:33.000 We'll see who the judge actually ends up being here.
00:34:37.000 But the name of the game here is that we've got to go to war, basically legal war, to get over these hurdles and stop the papering that's going to happen to try to slow this thing down.
00:34:48.000 I'm going to say this.
00:34:49.000 I think there's something there.
00:34:50.000 I think the more we look into it, the more we're going to find.
00:34:53.000 I don't know the extent of it.
00:34:54.000 I don't know the depth of it, but you could tell by how the Democrats are reacting that they are nervous that something might get uncovered.
00:35:01.000 Tyler, you're going to have to come back.
00:35:04.000 We'll have big stuff in the next couple of days and we'll come back and keep it.
00:35:07.000 Big stuff coming, everybody.
