00:01:23.000 I'm getting lots of emails from you.

00:01:24.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:01:26.000 We got one email here I want to focus on.

00:01:28.000 Chris, Charlie, I was on the fence about Donald Trump running in 2024.

00:01:32.000 I was tired of all the media turmoil.

00:01:33.000 However, after this raid, I'm more emboldened than ever to support Trump in 2024, Chris in Texas.

00:01:39.000 Remember, on June 8th, and believe it or not, we did the podcast, which is Welcome to the Final Phase.

00:01:46.000 We might repost parts of it.

00:01:47.000 It's very important where I talk about how the left's name-calling strategy against us has weakened significantly, where they're able to control us through the paralysis of name-calling, that all they have left is brute force.

00:02:02.000 We did that podcast on June 7th.

00:02:05.000 On June 8th, Joe Biden, remember, joked about sending his political opponents to jail.

00:02:15.000 Play cut 30.

00:02:17.000 I understand their argument, but also it's like you're playing monopoly with somebody who, you know, won't pass go and won't follow any of the rules.

00:02:24.000 And how do you ever make any progress if they're not following the rules?

00:02:29.000 We got to send him to jail.

00:02:30.000 You know, there's that little box in there.

00:02:33.000 Directly with the office.

00:02:37.000 Yeah, send him to jail.

00:02:38.000 Everyone applauds.

00:02:39.000 Make no mistake, there's reports that show White House staffers, Joe Biden White House staffers, erupted in applause when they heard that Donald Trump's home was raided.

00:02:50.000 They want us in jail.

00:02:51.000 They hate you so badly. 0.83

00:02:54.000 They hate me. 0.99

00:02:55.000 They hate you. 0.99

00:02:56.000 They hate Trump. 0.94

00:02:57.000 They want people in leg irons, handcuffs, floggings. 0.98

00:03:00.000 That is what they want.

00:03:02.000 They dream of it.

00:03:03.000 They fantasize of it.

00:03:06.000 It's Joe Biden right there talking about, well, you got to send him to jail.

00:03:09.000 They don't want to have to do elections.

00:03:11.000 That's messy business.

00:03:13.000 No, no.

00:03:13.000 They would rather have brute force.

00:03:17.000 Now, to give you an idea, I have not heard this tape yet.

00:03:20.000 I've only seen a description.

00:03:22.000 So we'll be able to judge together.

00:03:24.000 This is Senator Tim Scott from South Carolina on his response to President Trump's home being raided.

00:03:31.000 I have not heard this tape yet, but I want your thoughts on whether you think Republican leadership is adequately fired up with the fact that Donald Trump's home was raided by, as Newt Gingrich calls it, not me, the Stasi.

00:03:46.000 That's not Alex Jones, who, by the way, will be joining our program.

00:03:49.000 It's Newt Gingrich, who calls them the Stasi.

00:03:53.000 This is your Republican establishment.

00:03:55.000 Are you happy with this?

00:03:57.000 Play cut 40.

00:03:59.000 Do you think the FBI, do you still believe and trust in the FBI to do its job, even with a former president, in a nonpartisan way?

00:04:07.000 Or do you believe, as the former president says, that the FBI is executing a witch hunt?

00:04:12.000 Well, we've had the FBI before, the Judiciary Committee, just in the last two weeks, trying to figure out why they do what they do.

00:04:21.000 And there's been lots of questions before this raid about whether or not the FBI is doing their job apolitical.

00:04:28.000 And we don't know the answer to that question yet.

00:04:32.000 This is going to raise more questions, in my opinion.

00:04:35.000 We need to let this play out and see exactly what happens.

00:04:39.000 That's your Republican establishment.

00:04:41.000 Look, we don't know if they're being political or not.

00:04:44.000 Let this play out.

00:04:44.000 What do you feel about that, freedom at charliekirk.com?

00:04:48.000 Senator Tim Scott, look, we got to see the other side of the story here, right?

00:04:52.000 I mean, come on.

00:04:54.000 Andrew Cuomo has a more forceful response.

00:04:59.000 Andrew Cuomo comes out and says the following: the DOJ must immediately explain the reason for its raid, and it must be more than a search for inconsequential archives, or it will be viewed as a political tactic and undermine any future credible investigation and legitimacy for January 6th investigation.

00:05:15.000 Now, why is Andrew Cuomo saying that?

00:05:17.000 Because Cuomo is afraid long term, the fascist police state that he wants to run, it's being implemented too quickly.

00:05:25.000 Cuomo says, well, hold on, guys.

00:05:26.000 I understand that all we care about is political power.

00:05:29.000 Slow down.

00:05:31.000 Cuomo is worried about the equal and opposite reaction.

00:05:33.000 Cuomo, similar to Bill Clinton, has good political instincts, even though Cuomo's killed thousands of old people, old folks, by putting them in nursing homes.

00:05:42.000 So Tim Squat, Tim Squat, Tim Scott, you just, Connor emailed me, Tim, Tim Squishy.

00:05:50.000 Tim Scott, same guy who came out and said we must find common ground on Biden's first speech and join Congress, now comes out and says, well, look, we have to hear the other side.

00:06:01.000 Is that how you feel?

00:06:02.000 Let's have Mike Davis join us from the Article 3 project.

00:06:05.000 Mike, I saw you on War Room this morning.

00:06:07.000 I wanted to have you on.

00:06:09.000 Thank you for joining this program.

00:06:10.000 It's the most fired up I've heard you in a while, I think rightfully so.

00:06:13.000 Mike, you said something interesting when I zero in on.

00:06:16.000 You said that they are declassified documents as long as Donald Trump left the White House with them while he was president.

00:06:25.000 Can you please elaborate on that?

00:06:27.000 So, yes, the president of the United States has inherent constitutional authority as commander-in-chief to classify or declassify any record he wants.

00:06:40.000 So this idea, this theory, this political nonsense that President Trump took classified records with him in these 15 boxes and therefore he committed a crime is just nonsense.

00:06:52.000 That when President Trump, first of all, he didn't pack up his own boxes and leave.

00:06:57.000 Every president leaves the White House and the staff packs up boxes when they leave.

00:07:01.000 They take the boxes with them to their homes.

00:07:05.000 They have the office of the former president.

00:07:07.000 The office of the former president has staff.

00:07:11.000 They have office space.

00:07:12.000 They have secure facilities for classified records called SCIFs.

00:07:16.000 Former presidents and their staffs have security clearances.

00:07:19.000 Not only is it not, as a matter of law, these are not classified records, even if they are classified records, there's no evidence.

00:07:27.000 There's no allegation that these records with Trump would have gotten into the wrong hands because of all these safeguards we have for former presidents.

00:07:34.000 This is a political witch hunt by the Biden Justice Department, by Attorney General Merrick Garland and his lackey, FBI Director Chris Ray, and they're needed serious political consequences.

00:07:49.000 Yeah, so I'm sorry to cut you off, Mike.

00:07:51.000 Let me ask you, though, really quick, what do you think is the calculus right now of the Federal Bureau of Investigation? 0.96

00:07:56.000 I think they're evil, but I don't think they're dumb. 0.97

00:07:58.000 What were they thinking by doing this? 0.98

00:08:00.000 What did they hope to achieve?

00:08:01.000 Is this really a national archive dispute?

00:08:03.000 Is this an act of desperation?

00:08:05.000 What's your speculation here?

00:08:07.000 Well, you know, President Trump left office 18 months ago.

00:08:10.000 So what's the urgency right now?

00:08:12.000 And it seems like the urgency is they know that President Trump is going to run again.

00:08:17.000 They know he's going to win the primary and they know he's going to win the White House again.

00:08:20.000 And I think they're panicking and they think this is a Hail Mary.

00:08:23.000 They think I've seen Mark Elias, the top Democrat election lawyer, putting out this theory that under the statute, if someone misuses presidential records, they're just qualified from office.

00:08:35.000 It's just complete nonsense that they're pushing this theory.

00:08:40.000 The Constitution clearly spells out how the president is picked, how he's elected, what his qualifications are.

00:08:46.000 And they're just grasping at straws here.

00:08:48.000 They're desperate.

00:08:49.000 They see President Biden in free fall.

00:08:51.000 And who do they have next?

00:08:53.000 Vice President?

00:08:53.000 I mean, look, I mean, and that's where I speculated a little bit.

00:08:58.000 I think, and so let me just really quick, one minute remaining.

00:09:00.000 What's your thought on the idea that maybe they did this to show that they're not political because of a looming Hunter Biden indictment?

00:09:06.000 Do you think there might be some calculus between the DOJ in that sense?

00:09:11.000 I don't think they're going to do anything with Hunter Biden.

00:09:15.000 I think President Biden's going to pardon them.

00:09:18.000 That's quick and straight to the point.

00:09:20.000 Article 3 project is amazing.

00:09:22.000 Mike, thank you for your commentary.

00:09:24.000 As always, phenomenal.

00:09:25.000 And it's a dark day in America.

00:09:27.000 And you, as a constitutionalist, I know totally agree.

00:09:30.000 We can't put up with this.

00:09:32.000 It's just that simple.

00:09:33.000 We've said this throughout the entire show, and Speaker Gingrich agreed, the Rubicon has been crossed.

00:09:38.000 What side are you on?

00:09:40.000 Choose your side.

00:09:41.000 There is no middle anymore.

00:09:42.000 Article 3 Project, Mike Davis.

00:09:44.000 Thank you so much.

00:09:45.000 Thank you, Charlie.

00:09:46.000 Now, there is another wrinkle to this that we must think about.

00:09:50.000 What if the FBI raided Mar-a-Lago to get the documents that Donald Trump had on them?

00:09:59.000 What if the FBI, of course, they did it under a National Archive thing?

00:10:03.000 What if some of these boxes included heinous activity by the federal Bureau of Investigation that they wanted to get back?

00:10:13.000 Pure speculation.

00:10:15.000 But look, if you trust the FBI at this point, you might as well go be an establishment Republican because they're the only ones left that actually trust the FBI.

00:10:23.000 Your Republican Party is out there defending the FBI, as Senator Tim Scott just did.

00:10:29.000 I had to rewatch the tape in the break.

00:10:29.000 I mean, I'll just be honest.

00:10:32.000 It's just shocking.

00:10:35.000 Cut 42, Jonathan Turley last night said that Presidential Records Act has never been a criminal matter, but it makes you think, what might justify the fact that they go after these records?

00:10:46.000 Maybe Donald Trump had declassified documents there that they think are classified that might actually blow the top off the federal Bureau of Investigation.

00:10:54.000 What if Trump had documents that they were really afraid that we're going to see the light of day?

00:10:59.000 Play Cut 42.

00:11:01.000 The problem with the PRA or the Presidential Records Act being the basis of this type of action is that it has not been traditionally a criminal matter.

00:11:11.000 Certainly, it has not been that way for former presidents.

00:11:15.000 It's never a criminal matter.

00:11:17.000 Now, Cut 39, as we mentioned, the judge who signed the warrant represented associates of Jeffrey Epstein.

00:11:26.000 The cartel always protects their own.

00:11:29.000 Are there documents in there Donald Trump had about the FBI's covering up of the Jeffrey Epstein case?

00:11:35.000 What are in those 15 boxes?

00:11:36.000 It makes you think, doesn't it, that the FBI had to go to such unprecedented levels with the FBI trying to preserve themselves?

00:11:45.000 Wilder things have happened.

00:11:47.000 If you would have told me 10 years ago that former presidents and members of the royal family were flying on private jets with underage women to private islands, of which was probably an intelligence operation by a foreign government to get blackmail on them, I'd say you were a conspiracy theorist.

00:12:01.000 Now that's just an agreed upon fact that no one talks about.

00:12:04.000 I'm an open mind, and you should be too.

00:12:06.000 Play cut 39.

00:12:08.000 And this morning, the New York Post is now reporting that the federal magistrate in Florida, who approved this search warrant, after he left working for the U.S. Attorney's Office back in 2008, he then went into private practice and represents several associates of the disgraced financier and accused serial pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein.

00:12:34.000 Connected to a serial pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein.

00:12:37.000 That's the judge that signs off on the warrant.

00:12:40.000 So the precedent is that you can have the FBI show up at your home at any time when a corrupt judge signs off on it.

00:12:51.000 What is the motivation behind such a raid?

00:13:00.000 Who's actually looking out for who?

00:13:02.000 Well, MSNBC says that this is the Justice Department is returning to its historical position as a law enforcement agency above politics.

00:13:11.000 Play Cut 32.

00:13:13.000 And as a lawyer, I mean, the reason I show up on these shows is because I believe so much in the rule of law.

00:13:19.000 And what it signifies to me, the news yesterday, is the Justice Department is returning to its historical position as a law enforcement agency above politics, trying to do the right thing and enforce the laws when they're violated.

00:13:34.000 The exact it's so Orwellian.

00:13:36.000 Yeah, you know, we're above politics because we just go after political figures.

00:13:40.000 Hunter Biden, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Peter Strzokstroke, Smark.

00:13:44.000 Yeah, by the way, has Peter Strzok's house ever been raided by the FBI?

00:13:48.000 How about Lisa Page?

00:13:49.000 How about Andrew McCabe?

00:13:51.000 How about Bruce and Nelly Orr?

00:13:53.000 Their house ever been raided by the FBI?

00:13:55.000 How about Epstein's client list?

00:13:58.000 Oh, we don't talk about that.

00:14:00.000 No, no, no.

00:14:01.000 If you happen to keep papers that otherwise might have been considered classified or declassified, and literally, this is what's so hilarious about this.

00:14:09.000 It's literally a paperwork dispute.

00:14:12.000 We always joke around like, oh, you know, they're paper pushers.

00:14:15.000 You know, what's interesting is bureaucrat in the French literally means desk worker or the desk people.

00:14:21.000 This is literally a paper dispute.

00:14:23.000 But is it?

00:14:24.000 Is it possible Donald Trump had the goods on the FBI?

00:14:30.000 And they had to say, and they were saying, wait a second, we have information to believe that Donald Trump might be able to expose us.

00:14:36.000 It's just conjecture.

00:14:37.000 It's speculation.

00:14:39.000 There's no coming back.

00:14:41.000 You might not like it.

00:14:42.000 You might want a restoration of the America you grew up in.

00:14:44.000 I'm sorry to say that America no longer exists.

00:14:47.000 You can want it to exist.

00:14:48.000 You can get it back.

00:14:50.000 This is no joke.

00:14:54.000 So look, I recently received a question from one of our amazing listeners.

00:14:57.000 By the way, we have the best audience in the world.

00:14:59.000 Love you guys.

00:15:00.000 Thank you.

00:15:01.000 He wanted to know if it was possible to avoid digestion problems by eating only healthy organic food.

00:15:06.000 It's a nice thought, but unfortunately, it's not possible.

00:15:09.000 You see, your natural ability to digest food declines with age.

00:15:13.000 This is because your body produces fewer enzymes, which are the proteins responsible for digesting food.

00:15:20.000 Fewer enzymes means more difficulty digesting food.

00:15:24.000 Even organic foods won't provide enough enzymes to properly digest them.

00:15:28.000 This is especially true if you cook your food because cooking kills enzymes.

00:15:33.000 This is why you might have digestive problems even after a wonderfully healthy meal.

00:15:36.000 Your body just can't produce enough enzymes to get the job done.

00:15:39.000 That is why supplementing with a high-quality enzyme supplement could be a massive help.

00:15:44.000 I personally recommend Mass Symes by Buy Optimizers.

00:15:48.000 It's a best-in-class supplement loaded with full-spectrum enzymes for digesting proteins, starches, sugars, fibers, and fats.

00:15:55.000 When I started to take digestive enzymes, made everything a little bit easier, if you know what I mean.

00:16:00.000 Taking Mass Symes daily helps top off your enzyme levels and replace the enzymes your body is no longer producing, which means you'll be able to eat all sorts of delicious food and digest them quickly and effortlessly.

00:16:11.000 After you start taking Mass Symes, you may notice that you no longer feel bloated after meals and your belly feels flatter.

00:16:16.000 And if you have a leaky gut, Mass Symes can reduce gut inflammation or irritation and help you absorb more nutrients.

00:16:23.000 Listen, life is too short to suffer from digestive problems.

00:16:27.000 If you want freedom from your food and digestive health and comfort, try Mass Symes, risk-free, and experience for yourself the magic of high-quality enzymes.

00:16:37.000 For an exclusive offer for my listeners, just go to masszymes.com/slash Kirk, M-A-S-S-Z-Y-M-E-S.com slash Kirk.

00:16:45.000 They're a wonderful company.

00:16:46.000 Check it out.

00:16:47.000 MassZymes.com/slash Kirk.

00:16:50.000 That is masssymes.com slash Kirk.

00:16:55.000 Michael Anton wrote the following recently: The regime can't allow Trump to be president, not because of who he is, but because of who his followers are.

00:17:06.000 That class, as Angelo Cotovilla wrote, is the country class.

00:17:10.000 They must not be allowed representation by candidates who might implement their preferences, which also, and above all, must not be allowed.

00:17:19.000 The rubes have no legitimate standing to affect the outcome of any political process because of who they are, but mostly because of what they want. 1.00

00:17:28.000 Complaints about the nature of Trump are just proxies for objections to the nature of his base.

00:17:37.000 I actually spent a week with Michael Anton last week at the Claremont Institute.

00:17:42.000 I want to just read that again.

00:17:44.000 Complaints about the nature of Trump are just proxies for objections to the nature of his base.

00:17:53.000 We warned about this on our program.

00:17:55.000 We called this we were entering the final phase.

00:17:59.000 We did that on June 7th.

00:18:02.000 I know we have a short clip that details that.

00:18:06.000 I'm trying to see what clip that is.

00:18:08.000 And then we'll get to John Solomon in just a second here.

00:18:12.000 Please, yeah, play cut 21.

00:18:14.000 Is that right?

00:18:16.000 Okay, play cut 21.

00:18:17.000 They are now realizing: wait a second, we can't destroy careers like we used to.

00:18:21.000 Conservatives won't fire their own.

00:18:24.000 Our ability to be able to control them is weakening.

00:18:28.000 And so they are recalibrating their attacks and their strategy as we enter this final phase.

00:18:35.000 Remember, they were able to infiltrate society for 40 years and we ignored them.

00:18:40.000 Then we woke up and we started to talk about it.

00:18:42.000 And then they professionalized the name-calling operation with this final phase.

00:18:45.000 We said, you can call us whatever you want.

00:18:46.000 We're going to build new stuff and run better candidates, make better arguments, expose your treachery, shine a light on your deceit.

00:18:52.000 What are you going to do about it?

00:18:53.000 And the answer is this.

00:18:54.000 This is what they're going to do about it.

00:18:56.000 All they have left is brute force.

00:19:00.000 They now know that the name-calling thing is not going to get them anywhere.

00:19:03.000 And so now they are going to rely on pure deplatforming, banning, and yes, criminal and civil force.

00:19:13.000 That was June 7th.

00:19:16.000 We laid it all out.

00:19:17.000 That's where we are.

00:19:18.000 We knew it was going to happen.

00:19:19.000 We just didn't think it was going to happen so quickly.

00:19:21.000 Joining us now is John Solomon from Just the News.

00:19:24.000 John, welcome back to the program.

00:19:27.000 Hard to kind of comprehend all of this.

00:19:29.000 Abuse of power.

00:19:30.000 You've been in this space for quite a while.

00:19:32.000 Have you ever seen anything like this?

00:19:34.000 Listen, we've never had a former or sitting president raided by the FBI.

00:19:39.000 And he was raided when he wasn't even at his home, which raises the question: what was the purpose of the raid?

00:19:44.000 Because normally you do a search warrant, you do an urgent raid when you think there's a danger of evidence or documents being destroyed or hampered or hindered.

00:19:53.000 The president was in New York, and he had been in Bedminster before that.

00:19:58.000 There are lots of questions among defense lawyers, legal experts, former and current FBI agents, wondering what went on yesterday.

00:20:06.000 And the fact of the matter is, we don't have enough facts yet.

00:20:08.000 I assume that the president will go to court and do a show cause and get the judge to segregate these documents and protect them for claims of privilege and other things.

00:20:18.000 But we passed a threshold last night.

00:20:21.000 We've never passed an American politics, American history before, and the consequences we won't know for sure for some time.

00:20:29.000 But if you look at what Democrats are saying, people like Mark Elias, they're talking about using this event as a nullification to keep President Trump from running again.

00:20:38.000 So at least we know the Democrats who are often behind these things, what their motivation is.

00:20:43.000 They are saying it overtly today.

00:20:45.000 They want to keep Donald Trump from being eligible to run against him in 2024.

00:20:49.000 I think that speaks volumes to what we think may be going on behind the scenes.

00:20:53.000 So, John, you've covered the FBI for many years now.

00:20:55.000 You are on the front edge of the Russia Gate situation. 0.93

00:21:00.000 I believe the FBI is evil and they can be sloppy at times, but I don't consider them to be dumb. 0.97

00:21:06.000 What on earth is the calculation here? 0.98

00:21:08.000 This seems to be so desperate, so reckless, so misguided.

00:21:13.000 What is their calculation here?

00:21:16.000 Well, we don't know, right?

00:21:18.000 We know that they are investigating a crime that usually is a low-level crime in the justice manual.

00:21:25.000 So, not the sort of thing you normally raid people over.

00:21:28.000 We know they're following a procedure that they didn't follow for people like Hillary Clinton.

00:21:31.000 Let's think about this.

00:21:32.000 Seven years ago, this summer, this month, in fact, is when Hillary Clinton's classified emails were discovered.

00:21:39.000 In that case, they didn't raid Hillary Clinton's Chappaqua home.

00:21:42.000 I wrote this story, I wrote and broke the story for Washington Times.

00:21:46.000 They allowed David Kendall, Mrs. Clinton's lawyer, to take the classified information, put it on a thumb drive, put it on a safe that the FBI helped arrange for David Kendall.

00:21:56.000 She got kid gloved treatment. 0.97

00:21:58.000 The president, the former president of the United States, did not get the same treatment.

00:22:02.000 So, you see disparate treatment.

00:22:04.000 That's something that always raises a red flag.

00:22:06.000 Now, let's go to the third factor.

00:22:08.000 The office of the FBI that was involved in this raid yesterday is called the Washington Field Office.

00:22:13.000 It's the one that investigates crimes from federal agencies in Washington.

00:22:16.000 The National Archives is the complainant here that there are some classified documents apparently that the president took with him accidentally to Mar-a-Lago.

00:22:25.000 This is the very office that one week before this raid, the Monday before last, Chuck Grassley revealed there were five or multiple whistleblowers saying that this office was infected with political bias, that there was political meddling going on, including opening a case against Donald Trump, not this case, but a different case, without the proper predicate, trying to thwart an investigation of Hunter Biden by portraying legitimate evidence as disinformation.

00:22:53.000 And the allegations were so serious that the assistant special agent in charge had to be removed from the office.

00:23:00.000 A week after that, while we're still trying to come to graps with the possibility that a major FBI office had political bias, that office goes out and hits one of the targets that the whistleblowers were complaining about.

00:23:11.000 Those are the three things.

00:23:12.000 Factually, as a reporter, we do know.

00:23:15.000 Now we've got to fill in the blanks about what motivated the FBI.

00:23:18.000 Our first chance will be either when the president files something in court doing a show cause, or if the search warrant returns get released by the court, as they often are after a raid like this.

00:23:28.000 Yeah, some people are saying, though, that this was more local and regional and not the FBI senior leadership.

00:23:33.000 I find that impossible to believe, right, John?

00:23:36.000 There's no way Merrick Garland did not personally sign off on this.

00:23:39.000 Is that correct?

00:23:40.000 Yeah, listen, the Attorney General guideline, this is a politically sensitive figure, right?

00:23:44.000 And you're three months out from an election.

00:23:46.000 This almost certainly will have gone to the Justice Department.

00:23:49.000 And by the way, last night sources told me that Maine Justice approved this raid.

00:23:53.000 So yes, a local judge in Florida issued the subpoena, as I understand it.

00:23:58.000 But the Washington Field Office in Washington, in communication and with the blessing of the Maine Justice Department, appears to have authorized this activity.

00:24:07.000 But we'll find out more over the next few days.

00:24:09.000 Listen, there's a lot of facts not in evidence yet, but a lot of aberrations from normal policy, certainly from the way Hillary Clinton was treated.

00:24:16.000 Let's find out what the FBI used as its excuse, and I think we'll be able to make a better judgment at that point.

00:24:24.000 It's such an extraordinary, unprecedented kind of leap here.

00:24:29.000 Some people say now Donald Trump should declare for president because that will keep him less likely from being indicted.

00:24:34.000 Is there any truth to that?

00:24:37.000 No, listen.

00:24:38.000 First off, we're more than two years away from the presidential election.

00:24:41.000 So the U.S. Attorney's Manual doesn't apply yet, right?

00:24:45.000 Normally, it applies to actions 90 days from an election in which the person is running.

00:24:50.000 And in this case, the president won't be running in the midterm elections.

00:24:53.000 So, no, I don't think so.

00:24:54.000 All it does is runs his meter earlier, meaning he's got to start spending 2024 campaign funds now if he's a declared candidate.

00:25:02.000 The right thing to do is for all of us to get the facts, right?

00:25:05.000 For the president to go into court saying, What happened here?

00:25:08.000 I have executive privilege, a lot of things here, and begin the litigation process.

00:25:12.000 That's how a Russia collusion unraveled.

00:25:14.000 And I believe that that's how this story will unfold and potentially unravel.

00:25:19.000 But, you know, we've crossed the Rubicon.

00:25:21.000 We haven't done it before.

00:25:21.000 This is a very extraordinary moment in history.

00:25:24.000 And how the next few weeks play out, I think, will speak volumes to whether this was a political action or some legitimate legal action for which we don't know the whole story about yet.

00:25:34.000 Right now, I'm leaning towards politics based on the reporting I've done today.

00:25:38.000 It's just such an extraordinary intervention and the amount of force that was used.

00:25:43.000 And so I want to play a piece of tape here really quick, John, for you.

00:25:47.000 Is that the six ways to Sunday one?

00:25:49.000 Okay.

00:25:50.000 Let's just remind our audience: remember Chuck Schumer on Rachel Maddow's program said, you mess with the intelligence agencies, they can get back at you six ways to Sunday, play cut 46.

00:25:59.000 He's taking these shots, this antagonism, he's taunting to the intelligence community.

00:26:05.000 You take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you. 0.99

00:26:10.000 So even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he's being really dumb to do this.

00:26:15.000 What do you think the intelligence community would do if they were moving? 0.91

00:26:18.000 I don't know, but from what I am told, they are very upset with how he has treated them and talked about them.

00:26:26.000 It's just chilling.

00:26:27.000 John, your thoughts?

00:26:28.000 Yeah.

00:26:29.000 Well, listen, look at the smile and smirk on his face when he's saying it.

00:26:32.000 It says it all.

00:26:33.000 Democrats have tried to weaponize the law enforcement community, the FBI, since the summer of 2016 to go after Donald Trump.

00:26:40.000 So much so that whistleblowers have come forward.

00:26:44.000 The one thing I saw over the last six years that was the most chilling document in my hand is the testimony of Agent William Barnett, the FBI agent who was involved in the Michael Flynn portion of the investigation.

00:26:55.000 And he kept talking about watching his supervisors concoct a case when there was no evidence of any wrongdoing.

00:27:02.000 He said it was like a bad game of clue.

00:27:04.000 They put two people in a room and said, that's a conspiracy when there was no evidence of a conspiracy.

00:27:09.000 You take that with his boss's handwritten notes, the former counterintelligence chief for the FBI, Bill Preestop, who wrote during the height of the Flynn investigation when the career agent said the law says we must shut this investigation down.

00:27:23.000 The seventh floor of the FBI, Comey and McCabe, said it must go forward.

00:27:27.000 And he writes on his letter, Bill Preestop writes, What is our motive here?

00:27:32.000 Are we trying to get the truth or are we just trying to get somebody fired, indicted for political gain?

00:27:38.000 For an FBI agent to write that in his notes tells you how much weaponization of the FBI was going on from Democrats, people like Sussman, people like Christopher Steele, the Hillary Clinton campaign.

00:27:50.000 And it probably explains the smirk that Chuck Schumer has in that little segment that you just showed.

00:27:57.000 John, what frustrates me is none of those people ever were properly held accountable.

00:28:00.000 Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Durham is doing whatever Durham is doing.

00:28:04.000 I'm not optimistic.

00:28:05.000 But if the FBI is never held accountable, why wouldn't they go raid Donald Trump?

00:28:09.000 They don't care.

00:28:10.000 It's not like anyone actually ever goes to jail around there.

00:28:13.000 It's just really, really extraordinary.

00:28:15.000 John Solomon from Just the News.

00:28:16.000 John, thank you so much for joining us.

00:28:18.000 My pleasure, Charlie.

00:28:19.000 Thanks a lot.

00:28:20.000 Great job as always.

00:28:21.000 Email me directly, freedom at charliekirk.com, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:28:25.000 I want to share with you an Orwell quote.

00:28:27.000 One of our listeners also emailed us.

00:28:29.000 All tyrannies rule through fraud and force.

00:28:33.000 But once the fraud is exposed, they must rely exclusively on force.

00:28:39.000 George Orwell.

00:28:43.000 How many years have I been telling you about Relief Factor?

00:28:45.000 Producer Andrews right here doing an Iron Man thanks to Relief Factor.

00:28:48.000 And truth is, I know there are millions of people.

00:29:39.000 We're getting lots of emails.

00:29:40.000 Charlie, I agree with you.

00:29:41.000 It's time to shut the evildoers down.

00:29:42.000 President Trump has to be Speaker of the House in January because they'll never allow him to run and win.

00:29:46.000 We need him now.

00:29:47.000 He needs to slip into the Speaker's position, get rid of Biden and Harris, and he's in.

00:29:50.000 No running a campaign, no getting cheated at the ballot box.

00:29:52.000 Not a bad idea.

00:29:53.000 I've said that for a while.

00:29:54.000 Trump, the Speaker, is a very interesting idea.

00:29:57.000 Dennis says, it just amazes me what the Democrats are getting away with.

00:29:59.000 Such corruption and the evidence that the FBI, CIA, and Secret Service, plus the high-tech all being weaponized, we the people perceive stronger than ever.

00:30:07.000 Can this evil be stopped?

00:30:08.000 Does the righteousness in both parties come together to fight this wicked virus?

00:30:12.000 There's not much righteousness left, unfortunately.

00:30:15.000 Stacey says, I'm shocked at the illegal raid and abuse of power.

00:30:18.000 I can honestly say I wasn't excited about Trump in 2024, but I can't stick my head in the stand.

00:30:23.000 We have a fighter who is unafraid to take on the opposition to America, who's given our country over the great reset.

00:30:30.000 They have created him into a political martyr.

00:30:33.000 Now, I could just hear some of the people are going to say, well, the FBI did this because they really like Trump.

00:30:36.000 Like, okay, that's called an unintended consequence.

00:30:40.000 But it's true.

00:30:41.000 They have strengthened Trump politically.

00:30:42.000 He will be the nominee if he runs, period.

00:30:45.000 Nothing like a martyr to create a strong political movement.

00:30:49.000 I just want to encourage you.

00:30:50.000 I know these last couple hours have been frustrating, but I also want this to be motivating.

00:30:56.000 You do not raid a former president's home if you feel as if you're completely in control.

00:31:03.000 This is an act.

00:31:05.000 This is an act of a paranoid, afraid, fearful, and frenetic ruling class.

00:31:15.000 They are afraid that the people finally have a voice, and this was supposed to be a shock and all campaign.

00:31:21.000 And this is what they don't understand.

00:31:23.000 We've been saying this for a year and a half.

00:31:26.000 The conservative movement is anti-fragile.

00:31:31.000 The harder they hit us, the stronger we get.

00:31:35.000 It's not even a matter that we're durable and that we're tough.

00:31:38.000 It's in a weird way, the more stress that they put on us, the more pressure they put on us, it only makes us want to fight more.

00:31:47.000 Our resolve is deepening.

00:31:49.000 Our ranks are widening.

00:31:52.000 Our focus is narrowing because we now know it is the intelligence agencies, the deep state, the IRAs, the independent regulatory agencies.

00:32:02.000 Donald Trump and Mar-a-Lago stands between them and their great reset ambitions.

00:32:07.000 You'll own nothing and you'll be happy.

00:32:10.000 America will no longer be the world's superpower.

00:32:12.000 Western values go to a breaking point, but they are so worried.

00:32:16.000 And this is why this one thing should be a shot of hope for you.

00:32:21.000 You don't act like this if you feel as if your victory is inevitable.

00:32:24.000 Let me say that again.

00:32:26.000 If they felt that their victory was inevitable, why do you have to raid Trump's home?

00:32:32.000 They're worried they might not win.

00:32:35.000 You should be upset.

00:32:36.000 You should be mad.

00:32:38.000 You should be pissed.

00:32:39.000 Excuse my language.

00:32:40.000 Some people don't like when I say that on air.

00:32:42.000 I'll reserve it for, I don't know, when a president's home gets raided.

00:32:47.000 CNN is even starting to hedge, saying that this raid was probably not warranted if it was just a National Archives dispute.

00:32:54.000 They're starting to do this because they're afraid of the equal and opposite political reaction.

00:32:58.000 They're trying to bring down the temperature in the room.

00:33:00.000 You see, if CNN went and actually defended this right now, it would only make us angry.

00:33:04.000 The fact that CNN and now MSNBC is hedging, they're trying to make it seem as if, oh, this was just a misunderstanding.

00:33:12.000 Stop it.

00:33:13.000 Don't fall for it.

00:33:14.000 Don't fall for CNN's bait.

00:33:16.000 Stay angry.

00:33:17.000 Play cut 45.

00:33:19.000 If this becomes a Presidential Records Act violation, not more, do you think it is enough to warrant all of this?

00:33:26.000 No, it's not enough to warrant all this.

00:33:27.000 And this is a daring and dangerous move by the Department of Justice to serve a warrant on a former president and to raid his personal residence.

00:33:36.000 Daring and dangerous.

00:33:39.000 It's about as far as CNN will go.

00:33:41.000 The reason they allowed him on television is they're trying to bring down the temperature because they said, I'm afraid we have awoken the sleeping giant.

00:33:50.000 Trump will be more popular than ever before because of this.

00:33:54.000 He will have more support than ever before.

00:33:57.000 The movement is now more focused on the resolve.

00:34:01.000 We don't care about who we're supposed to talk to and who we're not supposed to talk to.

00:34:06.000 We're going to focus on truth and facts, and we're going to fight these people.

00:34:10.000 Thank you so much for listening, everybody.

00:34:12.000 Email me your thoughts as always.

00:34:13.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:34:15.000 Thank you so much for listening.

00:34:16.000 God bless.
