00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, today at Charlie Kirk Show.
00:00:01.000 We have Trump's lawyer who joins us, and also a little bit of a hat tip to Churchill.
00:00:06.000 We will never surrender.
00:00:07.000 We will never give up.
00:00:08.000 If this is not the fight for you, that's okay.
00:00:11.000 For those of us that love the country, we're going to dig in.
00:00:13.000 We want to live in a free America.
00:00:15.000 Email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:00:32.000 Ron DeSantis, Kerry Lake, and Blake Masters, tpaction.com.
00:00:35.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:36.000 Here we go.
00:00:38.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:39.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:41.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:45.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:48.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:49.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:50.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:57.000 Turning Point USA.
00:00:59.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:07.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:10.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:19.000 When Napoleon led Boulogne for a year with his fat-bottom boats and his grand army, he was told by someone there are bitter weeds in England.
00:01:33.000 There are certainly a great many more of them since the British Expeditionary Force returned.
00:01:40.000 So I have myself full confidence that if all do their duty, if nothing is neglected, and if the best arrangements are made, as they are being made, we should prove ourselves once more able to defend our island home, ride out the storm of war, and to outlive the menace of tyranny, if necessary for years, if necessary alone.
00:02:08.000 At any rate, that is what we are going to try to do.
00:02:12.000 That is the result of His Majesty's government, every man of them.
00:02:16.000 That is the will of Parliament and the nation.
00:02:19.000 The British Empire and the French Republic, linked together in their cause and in their need, will defend to the death their native soil, aiding each other like good comrades to the utmost of their strength.
00:02:33.000 We shall go on to the end.
00:02:35.000 We shall fight in France.
00:02:38.000 We shall fight on the seas and oceans.
00:02:41.000 We shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air.
00:02:47.000 We shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be.
00:02:51.000 We shall fight on the beaches.
00:02:53.000 We shall fight on the landing grounds.
00:02:56.000 We shall fight in the fields and in the streets.
00:03:00.000 We shall fight in the hills.
00:03:02.000 We shall never surrender.
00:03:04.000 And if, which I do not for a moment believe, this island or a large part of it was subjugated and starving, then our empire beyond the seas,
00:03:17.000 armed and guarded by the British fleet, would carry on the struggle until in God's good time, the new world with all its power and might steps forth to the rescue and the liberation of the old that energy.
00:03:37.000 That.
00:03:37.000 Welcome, everybody.
00:03:38.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:03:39.000 We started with that Churchill speech for a reason.
00:03:43.000 Not everybody is ready for what comes next.
00:03:47.000 Not everybody is ready for the new phase we have entered, the new chapter.
00:03:51.000 In fact, I'm getting texts from people.
00:03:53.000 Charlie, are we could we go back to how things used to be?
00:03:58.000 No.
00:03:59.000 Charlie, why is it that tensions are so high right now?
00:04:02.000 They invaded us.
00:04:03.000 They're the occupying force.
00:04:05.000 I know this is something a lot of people are afraid of talking about.
00:04:09.000 They don't like acknowledging it or admitting it.
00:04:14.000 But here is where the conservative movement is.
00:04:16.000 I know so many of you out there, the email is freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:04:19.000 When you hear that Churchill quote, you say, yes, we will never surrender.
00:04:24.000 And for all the bad guys that are watching this program and that monitor everything we do, guess what?
00:04:29.000 Our resolve only deepens.
00:04:30.000 We remain joyful, optimistic, positive, regardless of how much you throw at us.
00:04:35.000 We are anti-fragile, not just resilient.
00:04:39.000 Anti-fragile, as a term coined by Nassim Nicholas Taleb, are groups of people that actually gain and get stronger from disorder.
00:04:50.000 The more that gets thrown at us, the stronger we become.
00:04:54.000 But you must have a commitment like Churchill did.
00:04:56.000 It doesn't matter what you throw at us.
00:04:58.000 It doesn't matter if you audit us.
00:05:00.000 It doesn't matter if you convict us.
00:05:02.000 It doesn't matter if you deplatform us.
00:05:05.000 We're dissidents.
00:05:07.000 There's nothing you could do that will make us break our will.
00:05:12.000 And the regime that is watching here, they are weaker than they will ever admit.
00:05:16.000 They are, of course, woke and they are wicked.
00:05:19.000 The three W's that describe the regime.
00:05:22.000 But the one thing that we have that they don't have, well, more than one thing, we have the truth and we have joy.
00:05:26.000 We have resilience.
00:05:27.000 And we have a commitment that says, you know what?
00:05:29.000 We will outlast you.
00:05:31.000 We will outbreed you.
00:05:32.000 We will out-create you.
00:05:33.000 We will outthink you.
00:05:35.000 We want it more.
00:05:38.000 It just so happens that you control the institutions.
00:05:40.000 You'll get fat, sloppy, and lazy.
00:05:42.000 You'll end up fighting amongst yourselves, of which I believe there is a big fight happening right now in the FBI between Christopher Ray and Merritt Garland.
00:05:49.000 I think they're bickering amongst one another.
00:05:52.000 This is why the media narrative is now going to be covering all of the threats against the FBI, of which, of course, are unacceptable.
00:06:00.000 You must remain peaceful.
00:06:03.000 In fact, they want you to try to get into physical confrontation.
00:06:08.000 They want you to try to become violent.
00:06:10.000 That only confirms their national security police apparatus.
00:06:14.000 Your self-control is what keeps them afraid.
00:06:18.000 If you're able to control yourself, they actually get fearful of that.
00:06:23.000 The outburst here, people shooting there, it's unacceptable.
00:06:25.000 Don't do it.
00:06:27.000 You remain self-controlled, focused, disciplined.
00:06:32.000 We will win.
00:06:33.000 Churchill's speech was given at a time when it seemed as if there was no hope.
00:06:38.000 London was being bombed relentlessly.
00:06:41.000 Interestingly enough, C.S. Lewis, the great C.S. Lewis, we'll talk about him a little bit later, actually delivered a series of radio broadcast addresses that later got turned into mere Christianity.
00:06:52.000 Churchill took to radio and said, we will never surrender.
00:06:55.000 We'll fight on the beaches.
00:06:56.000 We'll fight on the landing grounds.
00:06:59.000 What was Churchill really articulating there?
00:07:01.000 Churchill was articulating a doctrine and a commitment of the will.
00:07:09.000 What Churchill was articulating is Is that you might outnumber us, you might have better technology, but the resolve of the British people will not be broken.
00:07:20.000 Without Churchill, I believe the United Kingdom would have sued for peace.
00:07:24.000 That's what the Chamberlain folks wanted to do.
00:07:25.000 Sound familiar.
00:07:28.000 That's what the Vichy French did.
00:07:30.000 They literally betrayed the French cause and helped the National Socialist Workers' Party.
00:07:34.000 It took someone like Churchill, a learned man, born in an aristocracy at Blenheim Palace, who, by the end of his life, wrote 50 books, served in combat theaters of war in nearly every single continent.
00:07:49.000 A remarkably wise and charismatic person who was exiled at an early age for, let's just say, a chapter of military confusion, but was brought back when people needed him.
00:08:03.000 And then he was excommunicated when he wasn't needed anymore.
00:08:06.000 You see, there's a great quote in Godfather, and we'll get it.
00:08:10.000 And Kurt Schlichter mentioned it yesterday.
00:08:12.000 Are you wartime or are you peacetime?
00:08:14.000 When I say wartime, I do not mean physical or violent.
00:08:17.000 That's where the media is sloppy and they are imprecise intentionally.
00:08:21.000 I'm, of course, talking about metaphorically.
00:08:23.000 Now, the other side, they talk about this stuff all the time, and no one ever calls them out.
00:08:27.000 Everything I talk about in those terms is metaphorical in the sense of we will beat you at the ballot box, even though you want to beat us with bullets.
00:08:35.000 As Abraham Lincoln famously said, he said, if we no longer are able to resolve our differences with ballots, unfortunately, we will descend into bullets.
00:08:42.000 I refuse to let that happen.
00:08:43.000 I know you do too.
00:08:44.000 But the hour is late, and the time is now.
00:08:49.000 I know I got some messages from people.
00:08:51.000 Charlie, is it time to give up?
00:08:52.000 It is the opposite.
00:08:53.000 What a time to be alive.
00:08:55.000 Are you kidding me?
00:08:56.000 You want to be alive in the 90s where everything was great and the stock market was high?
00:08:59.000 You don't have to worry about this stuff?
00:09:00.000 Boring.
00:09:02.000 Yeah, I grew up in that America.
00:09:04.000 I miss it.
00:09:05.000 So what?
00:09:05.000 You're going to complain about it?
00:09:06.000 Are you going to get to work?
00:09:09.000 People say all the time, well, Charlie, what's the purpose in fighting?
00:09:13.000 I have no time for you anymore.
00:09:14.000 I will give you a little bit more time.
00:09:15.000 If I have to answer that question one more time, move to France.
00:09:19.000 Their whole country is built on apathy and retreat.
00:09:23.000 We're people of action here.
00:09:26.000 Let us channel the energy of Churchill, where we say to the FBI and the DOJ and the American left and these sinister forces that are coming after us.
00:09:35.000 And yes, the 87,000 new IRS agents.
00:09:40.000 So what?
00:09:41.000 You can bankrupt us, seize our bank accounts.
00:09:44.000 You can kick us off social media.
00:09:47.000 You can stalk us, follow us, surveil us.
00:09:49.000 Our will will not be broken.
00:09:50.000 Our cause is greater than yours.
00:09:52.000 We fight for truth and with joy, and in the end, we will defeat you because we will always have something you don't have.
00:10:00.000 No matter how many leg irons you put on us, no matter how many raids you execute, you will always be miserable because you're fighting for something that is evil.
00:10:10.000 And we will never surrender.
00:10:14.000 Right now, Bank of America has just lowered its 2022 forecast for the SP 500 by a whopping 900 points to 3,600.
00:10:24.000 Saying we're headed for a recession this year, it said the new year target is the lowest on the street.
00:10:29.000 This is not good news for those of you stuck in equities or anything tied to stock markets.
00:10:34.000 I know thousands of people who have put their trust in Noble Gold to prevent losing money and the financial storm that is brewing.
00:10:40.000 You can join them by calling their expert team.
00:10:42.000 Noble Gold has recently voted the number one gold company in the country by Consumer Affairs.
00:10:47.000 No call centers, no scripted response, no bull, just a straight, honest run through options so you can decide.
00:10:53.000 And by the way, they're giving away a beautiful one-tenth of an ounce gold American Eagle coin with every qualifying IRA or 401k rollover this month.
00:11:01.000 You can't go wrong with Noble Gold.
00:11:02.000 Call the team now at 877-646-5347 to find out more or visit noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:11:08.000 That is noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:11:13.000 So yesterday, there was a job posting that someone found on the internet.
00:11:19.000 Now, it seems as if there's a lot of enthusiasm going on at the IRS right now.
00:11:23.000 The IRS is really excited.
00:11:24.000 They get 87,000 new IRS agents.
00:11:27.000 That would never have happened if we would have won the Georgia Senate runoff.
00:11:31.000 It would have been blocked.
00:11:33.000 But the IRS decided to post a job opening.
00:11:36.000 Now, remember, the IRS has a weird and bizarre amount of ammunition and bullets.
00:11:41.000 They've been buying up ammunition all across the country.
00:11:45.000 The IRS is now posting jobs that says the following.
00:11:50.000 In order to get this job, you must adhere to the highest standards of conduct, especially in maintaining honesty and integrity.
00:11:57.000 Okay.
00:11:58.000 You must be able to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, which include irregular hours, and be on call 24-7, including holidays and weekends.
00:12:06.000 Okay.
00:12:08.000 Maintain a level of fitness necessary to effectively respond to life-threatening situations on the job.
00:12:12.000 Whoa, whoa, whoa, what?
00:12:13.000 The IRS?
00:12:15.000 You mean that audits people and tells people they're late on their taxes?
00:12:20.000 That's weird.
00:12:21.000 Continues.
00:12:23.000 In order to get the job at the IRS, you have to be able to carry a firearm and be willing to use deadly force if necessary.
00:12:30.000 This is it right here on screen.
00:12:32.000 This is on the IRS's website, everybody.
00:12:34.000 They just scrapped it as soon as we and many others, Sean Davis, the great Sean Davis, started to publicize it.
00:12:42.000 The IRS then says, be willing and able to participate in arrests, execution of search warrants, and other dangerous assignments.
00:12:50.000 That's the Internal Revenue Service's new job posting.
00:12:53.000 87,000 new IRS agents made possible by Kirsten Cinema and Joe Manchin and Mark Kelly and Raphael Warnock.
00:13:03.000 The House has to still vote on it, but the IRS is now advertising you have to, quote, maintain a level of fitness necessary to effectively respond to life-threatening situations on the job and carry a firearm.
00:13:16.000 Again, these are the tax people.
00:13:19.000 The tax man cometh.
00:13:21.000 Carry a firearm and be willing to use deadly force if necessary.
00:13:26.000 Be willing and able to participate in arrests, execution of search warrants, and other dangerous assignments.
00:13:32.000 This is happening very fast, everybody.
00:13:34.000 Keep your eye on this.
00:13:35.000 They approve 87,000 new IRS agents from the Senate.
00:13:38.000 IRS budget increases dramatically.
00:13:40.000 They raid Mar-a-Lago.
00:13:41.000 They take Scott Perry's cell phone.
00:13:43.000 The administrative state is salivating with their newfound power, thinking that we're going to roll over.
00:13:48.000 And the message we have to send to them is we grow stronger the more tyrannical that you get.
00:13:54.000 And by the way, we got an email here.
00:13:56.000 Charlie, I'm going to vote Republican, but my bumper sticker will say Bernie 2024.
00:14:01.000 I am going to give in, and I want to be left alone.
00:14:05.000 A lot of people believe that, by the way, maybe you do.
00:14:07.000 I'd love your thoughts.
00:14:08.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:14:09.000 A lot of people are saying, I do not want to be in this fight.
00:14:13.000 I'm going to pretend I'm a liberal.
00:14:14.000 I'll vote Republican, but I will not be engaged in this.
00:14:18.000 I'm not going to judge you.
00:14:20.000 I'll let God judge you.
00:14:21.000 I'll let your conscience judge you.
00:14:22.000 I'll let your children judge you.
00:14:24.000 I will not.
00:14:26.000 I refuse to be the inheritor of a nation that my family fought for and to sit idly by while our nation is taken over by these parasites and to pretend to be somebody I'm not.
00:14:38.000 But that's just the way I'm wired.
00:14:42.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:14:44.000 The recent rulings in the Supreme Court, they didn't happen on their own.
00:14:47.000 It took support of companies like Patriot Mobile who passionately fought on behalf of the unborn and your constitutional rights.
00:14:53.000 Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative mobile phone provider and has been on the front lines fighting for your values.
00:15:00.000 Inflation has really made it hard on Americans.
00:15:03.000 Thankfully, Patriot Mobile has plans for almost any budget.
00:15:07.000 They offer the same nationwide coverage as all the major carriers.
00:15:10.000 You get the same service, and your money is going to a company fighting for the sanctity of life, religious liberty, and the second amendment.

00:15:44.000 Joining us now is President Trump's personal lawyer, Alina Haba, is with us right now.
00:15:49.000 Alina, thank you for joining the show.
00:15:52.000 So, I have so many questions for you.
00:15:54.000 Let me just ask first one more generally: what is the president's spirits right now?
00:15:59.000 How is he looking at all of this?
00:16:01.000 Um, so I always say this, but I think his spirits are the same as any other day.
00:16:08.000 I will say he has been really impressed with the amount of support, the outpour of support that has happened after Monday, which is not a normal situation for him when he's in this under siege situation with the raid.
00:16:22.000 But what that actually did, I believe.
00:16:24.000 And if you look at his donations just that night, and Eric mentioned it, I think on the news as well, but he got so much support because it was to such an extreme that what they've done, I think, has just empowered the base, has reminded people.
00:16:43.000 I mean, you've got Cuomo tweeting that he's completely appalled by what happened.
00:16:47.000 So, I think his spirits are generally great right now, to be honest.
00:16:52.000 We got through a tough deposition yesterday, as I'm sure you know.
00:16:56.000 And, you know, he's a fighter.
00:16:59.000 And this is all happening simultaneously.
00:17:01.000 They raid Mar-a-Lago, then you have the deposition the next day.
00:17:04.000 So, I want to talk about Mar-a-Lago for a second.
00:17:06.000 Is it true that there was a June 3rd meeting with the FBI on the premises of Mar-a-Lago, working very cooperatively and saying, Okay, here's what you might need, or what is this?
00:17:17.000 And then President Trump even came by and voiced his support for all of this.
00:17:21.000 And then this just comes out of nowhere.
00:17:22.000 There is no aforementioned notice before this raid.
00:17:26.000 Is that right?
00:17:27.000 It's right, except for one fact.
00:17:29.000 It was the Department of Justice.
00:17:30.000 It was a coordinated planned meeting where we said, Look, we've got nothing to hide.
00:17:37.000 He's got great attorneys that are there as well.
00:17:40.000 And they allowed them to come into the premises.
00:17:43.000 Secret Service was courteous.
00:17:45.000 They showed them where the boxes were.
00:17:47.000 Also, don't forget, NARA actually in February had come removed.
00:17:53.000 There were 12 things they wanted back.
00:17:54.000 We sent it back, no problem.
00:17:57.000 And then, when there were reports that that was a raid, they put a statement out in February 8th, I believe it was, where they corrected it, that it wasn't a raid, it was a coordinated, peaceful effort to get to the bottom of whatever it is they're looking for.
00:18:10.000 So, yeah, there was that first with NARA, then the Department of Justice.
00:18:13.000 And when the Department of Justice came, they actually told us, Okay, everything looks fine, but can you add a lock to the space where the boxes are?
00:18:24.000 And he said, Sure, absolutely.
00:18:25.000 And he spoke with them himself and with the attorneys was absolutely coordinated.
00:18:30.000 And then they send this raid in and break the lock they told us to put on, which we were opening.
00:18:35.000 So, wait, so I'm just a little confused here.
00:18:37.000 So, he gave them the boxes, they gave them back, and then they raided them for them again for nine and a half hours.
00:18:43.000 There were a couple documents that when NARA came, they had asked for, which was not a problem.
00:18:47.000 He sent it back to the National Archives.
00:18:49.000 Um, it was coordinated, it was very nice.
00:18:51.000 Then the Department of Justice showed up in June.
00:18:54.000 That was, they didn't just show up, it was scheduled.
00:18:57.000 They came, we worked together, and they said, Please add an additional lock.
00:19:01.000 So, he added an additional lock.
00:19:04.000 Haven't heard anything, and then the FBI comes guns ablazing.
00:19:07.000 30 of them breaks the lock, which we said we'll get the key.
00:19:12.000 They kick the lawyers out.
00:19:14.000 It was very yeah, so kicking the lawyers out, that's not legal.
00:19:17.000 Is it they have to allow representation to be able to see it?
00:19:21.000 How is that possible?
00:19:22.000 Yeah, it's a strange thing.
00:19:25.000 You never see behavior like this.
00:19:27.000 I was yesterday with a really well-known criminal attorney who I have a lot of respect for around Faschetti.
00:19:33.000 And we work together on a lot of things.
00:19:35.000 And I said, Ron, have you ever?
00:19:36.000 This is a guy who used to represent the mob.
00:19:39.000 I mean, I said, have you ever experienced a situation where the FBI busts in a door where there's nobody there and says, we're breaking the lock.
00:19:49.000 Your people have to go out and the lawyers can't stay.
00:19:53.000 You know what made me nervous, honestly, Chris?
00:19:55.000 They came in with backpacks.
00:19:57.000 So we have, you know, cameras.
00:19:59.000 They wanted us to shut the cameras off.
00:20:00.000 We refused, just so you know.
00:20:03.000 That was not going to happen.
00:20:04.000 So we're seeing them come in.
00:20:05.000 They've got backpacks.
00:20:06.000 They've got cameras.
00:20:08.000 I don't know what they did in there.
00:20:10.000 Wait, so what were they doing for nine and a half hours?
00:20:13.000 Yeah.
00:20:14.000 So, you know, searching.
00:20:18.000 And then they, my understanding is they do an inventory and they took the boxes.
00:20:23.000 So I'm not sure what they were doing for the nine and a half hours that they took the boxes and searched them again.
00:20:28.000 But they went through his home.
00:20:30.000 They went through parts of the premises that, you know, there's no documents, his office and the basement or wherever else they went.
00:20:42.000 They went wherever they wanted to go, but they made very clear that nobody could watch and they tried to have us shut the cameras off and we refused to shut them out.
00:20:49.000 And Melania's closet?
00:20:52.000 Oh, yeah, because that's a very highly confidential, sensitive area to go into.
00:20:56.000 So, I mean, they issued a warrant once.
00:21:00.000 I think Christina asked for Christina Bob eventually with the warrant.
00:21:05.000 What can you tell us about what was on that warrant?
00:21:08.000 So the scope was clearly NARA.
00:21:13.000 And that's what's the most disturbing thing.
00:21:15.000 It was the boxes, the archive documents.
00:21:20.000 I wish I could tell you it was something else, a weapon, a something to justify this behavior, but the scope was clearly that, which is disappointing.
00:21:30.000 He would have sent them back.
00:21:31.000 He locked it for them.
00:21:32.000 No, no, this is not just disappointing.
00:21:34.000 I mean, I'll editorialize here and you have to, you know, be the lawyer.
00:21:38.000 This is illegal.
00:21:38.000 This is outrageous.
00:21:40.000 This is this makes the third world look as if they're straight and narrow.
00:21:45.000 So they come guns ablazing.
00:21:47.000 And were you guys just taken by surprise?
00:21:50.000 There was no like, hey, attorney heads up.
00:21:52.000 And do they work with Secret Service then?
00:21:54.000 I mean, how did they get access to the premises?
00:21:57.000 They came in and said, we have to come in.
00:21:59.000 They wouldn't give a copy of the warrant.
00:22:01.000 They only let Christina, and I believe she's stated this, they only let Christina look at it.
00:22:07.000 Christina and I were on the phone coordinating and as was, you know, all of the attorneys up here and down there, trying to understand how this was happening and why this was happening.
00:22:19.000 But I will say that the one thing that, and I was with the president while this was happening, and nobody was nervous.
00:22:25.000 We were more just confused.
00:22:27.000 And he said himself, he's, why is this happening?
00:22:30.000 I just had a meeting with them and they would have sent it.
00:22:34.000 It was strange.
00:22:35.000 They actually even weren't wearing jackets that said FBI.
00:22:37.000 They were wearing black jackets with no label.
00:22:42.000 So there's a question here about kind of the process, right?
00:22:46.000 So the right hand, left hand, FBI and DOJ, and this was signed by some magistrate judge.
00:22:53.000 What's your thoughts on that?
00:22:54.000 This is bizarre.
00:22:56.000 You know, I don't know if you realize, and people don't, you know, the Hillary case that I have, We're dealing with five magistrates that have recused themselves.
00:23:07.000 This gentleman was one of the magistrate judges who two months ago recused from handling the Hillary Clinton case where we're suing Hillary, the FBI, you know, Schiff, all of them.
00:23:22.000 And he actually recused.
00:23:23.000 So he recuses himself from the Hillary case.
00:23:26.000 This same judge?
00:23:28.000 The same judge.
00:23:30.000 Reinhardt, Bruce Reinhardt, the Epstein guy, right?
00:23:33.000 So people keep covering he helped Epstein's employees.
00:23:37.000 What's worse is he recused himself from my case against Hillary Clinton two months ago, but didn't think he should recuse himself to issue this warrant.
00:23:45.000 So the FBI goes to this judge and we don't know yet what was in their application, right?
00:23:54.000 But the FBI legally had to also say to the judge, hey, by the way, we had a meeting or DOJ had a meeting with him back in June and they've been cooperating.
00:24:04.000 Why didn't they just issue a subpoena?
00:24:06.000 Why the guns are blazing?
00:24:08.000 That's exactly the problem.
00:24:10.000 They could have issued a subpoena just how we cooperated when they gave us a ring and spoke to the attorneys and said we'd like to come in.
00:24:16.000 But government entities, I don't care if it's the DOJ or the FBI, it's really one in the same to me.
00:24:21.000 You're cooperating.
00:24:22.000 Issue a subpoena.
00:24:24.000 Unbelievable.
00:24:25.000 Do you think this actually might be, do you think there's something deeper here?
00:24:28.000 It's not about the National Archives, that this might be the January 6th or something else, just a means to the end?
00:24:33.000 You know, I'm going to tell you something.
00:24:35.000 I am working with an attorney on several cases, and I will not name that attorney, but they are very much connected with the other side.
00:24:45.000 And I was on a call and a completely unrelated call a few weeks ago.
00:24:52.000 And this attorney said, what about the boxes?
00:24:58.000 And I stopped and said, what?
00:25:01.000 What does that have to do with what I'm speaking about?
00:25:04.000 And I realized when this happened, you know, it came to my head.
00:25:09.000 I said, this is bizarre.
00:25:10.000 Something is going on here.
00:25:12.000 And I'm not a- This was an attorney for who?
00:25:15.000 If I said, you know, but was it a, okay, so, but someone, okay, so someone.
00:25:20.000 Not one of my, not one, not on our side.
00:25:22.000 Okay, but just out of nowhere mentioned the boxes?
00:25:25.000 Yes.
00:25:26.000 Did you go in the boxes?
00:25:27.000 I said, excuse me.
00:25:28.000 That's so interesting.
00:25:30.000 So someone not on our side, just out of nowhere, what about the boxes?
00:25:35.000 Let me ask you a question.
00:25:38.000 There's been some conflicting information here.
00:25:40.000 Did the cameras remain on at Mar-a-Lago?
00:25:44.000 Yes, they wanted them off, but I think they kept them on.
00:25:48.000 Boy, I would love to see exactly what they did and where they did it.
00:25:51.000 You know, you can't, you couldn't actually see where, you know, in fairness, yes, they're on, but the boxes are not everywhere, right?
00:25:58.000 I mean, excuse me, the boxes.
00:25:59.000 The cameras are not everywhere.
00:26:01.000 They're not in his home for privacy reasons.
00:26:04.000 They're not, you know, certain places.
00:26:06.000 So what you can see, you can see, and what you can't see, you can't see.
00:26:10.000 And they were going into a lot of places where you couldn't see what they were doing.
00:26:15.000 This is extraordinary.
00:26:17.000 Have you ever seen anything like this in your practice of law?
00:26:20.000 No.
00:26:23.000 What is the reaction that even behind the scenes you're getting from some left-wing lawyers?
00:26:28.000 I can't imagine people are okay with this.
00:26:30.000 No, people don't realize some of the attorneys that I work with every day on President Trump's cases are liberal.
00:26:40.000 They're Democrats, registered Democrats.
00:26:43.000 And we discuss everything.
00:26:45.000 It's wonderful working with them because we're not about politics.
00:26:49.000 We're about making sure that we're following our ethical rules and doing the right thing.
00:26:52.000 And the outrage that we all had sitting there the day that we found out, half the room was actually registered Democrats.
00:27:01.000 We're sitting there and all of us could not believe what we were watching.
00:27:05.000 It just destroys the foundation of this constitution that the bedrock of our country shouldn't be this.
00:27:12.000 So super quick, we are going to find out what was in their application, though, at some point.
00:27:16.000 Is that right?
00:27:18.000 I understand that there was something filed actually today in order to unseal so that we could see what the basis was and why and what and all of those interesting facts that, frankly, I don't even have.
00:27:35.000 Incredible.
00:27:36.000 Well, Lena, thank you for joining us.
00:27:38.000 You're doing a wonderful job.
00:27:39.000 And this is one of the most grotesque constitutional violations our country has ever seen, raiding the home of a president, an occupation for nine and a half hours.
00:27:51.000 And I could tell you, if you're there for nine and a half hours, you're doing something very suspicious.
00:27:55.000 And I just hope that.
00:27:56.000 Yeah, go ahead, really quickly.
00:27:57.000 Especially don't forget Hillary Clinton took antique furniture out of the White House.
00:28:02.000 That's right.
00:28:02.000 Obama took 30 million pages and nobody got those back.
00:28:07.000 No care.
00:28:08.000 And this is what I'm saying, the double standard.
00:28:11.000 It's a double standard.
00:28:12.000 I just hope they didn't plan evidence.
00:28:14.000 Alina Haba, thank you so much for joining us.
00:28:16.000 Awesome.
00:28:16.000 Thank you.
00:28:17.000 Thank you.
00:28:17.000 Boy, the stakes are higher.
00:28:19.000 They have just over the last week, everything is an exponent.
00:28:23.000 Everything is higher now.
00:28:24.000 The stakes are higher than ever.
00:28:27.000 And I just, so many people are emailing me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:28:30.000 Charlie, it's not as bad as you say.
00:28:31.000 Stop talking about the raid.
00:28:33.000 Just if you don't understand the significance of the government going into a political opponent's home for nine and a half hours for 270 man hours and understanding the implications of how that is invading half the country, then there's a lot of things you probably don't understand as well.
00:28:50.000 I'm only going to be the judge.
00:28:51.000 So because we went so hard after him, Senator Tim Scott is now on a clarification tour.
00:28:57.000 I have not yet heard this tape.
00:28:59.000 You be the judge.
00:29:00.000 Do you think Tim Scott is genuine now?
00:29:02.000 He went on mornings on Maria to explain his statements when he said the FBI is not political or weaponized.
00:29:07.000 Play cut 67.
00:29:09.000 Do you believe that the FBI is political?
00:29:14.000 Absolutely, number one.
00:29:16.000 But the truth is that some of the words that I spoke on Monday on CBS or Tuesday on CBS, my friends were twisting my words.
00:29:24.000 What I was essentially saying was to the left, chill out.
00:29:27.000 We should be embarrassed for taking the bait of the left who are trying to divide us.
00:29:31.000 We have to remember the left's playbook is to take a clip, take it out of context, and then sit back and laugh as Republicans pull each other apart.
00:29:41.000 I'm going to focus on the double standard of justice.
00:29:46.000 This DOJ, it is silent, but it is also weaponized.
00:29:49.000 We have serious problems, and this is one of the reasons why we must win back the majority in both houses.
00:29:56.000 This was unprecedented, stunning, shocking, and wrong, period.
00:30:01.000 I'm going to be super clear.
00:30:02.000 Tim Scott, super sweet guy.
00:30:04.000 So let's just remember what he said.
00:30:06.000 You be the judge.
00:30:07.000 And again, I appreciate a little bit more of the intense language shows that the base is running the Republican Party.
00:30:14.000 But this is what he said.
00:30:15.000 Play cut 40.
00:30:16.000 Do you think the FBI, do you still believe and trust in the FBI to do its job, even with a former president, in a nonpartisan way?
00:30:24.000 Or do you believe, as the former president says, that the FBI is executing a witch hunt?
00:30:29.000 Well, we've had the FBI before, the Judiciary Committee, just in the last two weeks, trying to figure out why they do what they do.
00:30:38.000 And there's been lots of questions before this raid about whether or not the FBI is doing their job apolitical.
00:30:45.000 And we don't know the answer to that question yet.
00:30:48.000 I have doubts about the FBI.
00:30:49.000 This is going to raise more questions, in my opinion.
00:30:52.000 We need to let this play out and see exactly what happens.
00:30:55.000 You guys be the judge.
00:30:56.000 I'd love to hear your thoughts.
00:30:57.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com, freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:31:01.000 That was the first instinct, and then he went on Mornings of the Marie.
00:31:04.000 And then he's kind of accusing us of being like the left and taking it out of context.
00:31:07.000 I'm sorry, a 40-second clip is not really out of context, but I do appreciate, I want to say this, the kind of anchoring back to gravity, meaning, okay, I have to correct it or else people are going to come after me.
00:31:21.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com, want your thoughts.
00:31:23.000 Do you think he's legit with that or not?
00:31:25.000 Again, I want to be very clear.
00:31:26.000 He's a super sweet guy.
00:31:28.000 As Kurt Schlichter said, I'd love to have him as a neighbor.
00:31:31.000 But he's not a wartime consigulari.
00:31:34.000 By the way, if you have just, if you just watch Godfather and Seinfeld, you can find almost all political references you need in almost every place imaginable.
00:31:46.000 Someone says here, Charlie, you're right.
00:31:48.000 I called Tim Scott three times because of you.
00:31:51.000 For him to endorse Lisa Murkowski and then have that weak, pathetic loser response about the raid was stunning to me.
00:31:58.000 I love Tim Scott, but I'm afraid that we're seeing who he truly is.
00:32:03.000 All right, we have that Godfather clip.
00:32:04.000 It's just very short.
00:32:06.000 And he kicks out Tom, otherwise known as, I think it's Robert Duvall, right?
00:32:10.000 Play cut 72, really short.
00:32:12.000 You're not a wartime consiglier, Tom.
00:32:15.000 And then he says, you're out.
00:32:17.000 Now, if you know anything about the Godfather story, it says, look, there's wartime and there's peacetime.
00:32:21.000 There's wartime and there's peacetime.
00:32:25.000 Some people aren't made for the fight, and that's okay.
00:32:28.000 Go be an accountant.
00:32:30.000 Not that we don't need accountants and that's not important, okay?
00:32:32.000 But it's different than when you are a senator on the front lines.
00:32:36.000 And just again, for the low IQ vermin that watch this program, I don't mean violence.
00:32:41.000 I mean peaceful.
00:32:43.000 Can I just have a sign?
00:32:44.000 Could we have a sign up here, guys, that says when I say fight, I mean it metaphorically?
00:32:48.000 We just should have that.
00:32:49.000 Like a big sign up here.
00:32:51.000 Let's remember the words of Winston Churchill.
00:32:53.000 We will never surrender.
00:32:55.000 Ever.
00:32:56.000 We will win and they will lose.
00:33:00.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:33:02.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:33:04.000 Thanks so much.
00:33:05.000 Talk to you soon.
