00:00:00.000 Hey, everybody.
00:00:00.000 Today on the Charlie Kirk show, why is Merrick Garland so silent?
00:00:04.000 Is there more coming?
00:00:05.000 A new press release or a new article from Newsweek shows that there's dissent within the FBI and disagreement over this raid.
00:00:13.000 Will we unpack that and so much more?

00:00:55.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:04.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:07.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:16.000 Where is Merrick Garland?
00:01:19.000 You would think that after you raid a former president's home, that you would at least get a press release.
00:01:26.000 You'd think that the DOJ would mention this in passing.
00:01:32.000 Silence.
00:01:33.000 Nothing.
00:01:34.000 You go to justice.gov.
00:01:37.000 They have this Justice Department establishes Reproductive Rights Task Force. 0.96
00:01:42.000 Justice.gov, they have clicks of links of COVID-19 relief fraud scheme.
00:01:50.000 Massachusetts construction company owner indicted for tax crimes.
00:01:54.000 Okay.
00:01:55.000 Nothing about the raid of a president.
00:01:59.000 To give an idea of how extraordinary this raid was, it was a nine and a half hour occupation, including over 30 agents, equivalent of 180 man hours where Trump's staff were literally kicked out of Mar-a-Lago.
00:02:19.000 And now we're just waiting in anticipation.
00:02:24.000 Where is Merrick Garland?
00:02:26.000 In Sun Tzu's Art of War, there's a great quote that says, one may know the condition of a whole army from the behavior of a single man.
00:02:36.000 Now, the silence is something I didn't anticipate.
00:02:41.000 The raid surprised me to some extent, the timing of it.
00:02:45.000 But generally, when I thought about it, we predict it here on this program.
00:02:49.000 But Merrick Garland, being the Attorney General of the United States, owes the country.
00:02:57.000 Hey, how did this happen exactly?
00:03:01.000 What was the reason for it?
00:03:02.000 Why could you have not issued a subpoena?
00:03:05.000 Why a raid?
00:03:06.000 Just so everyone understands, a raid is only necessary if you believe a crime is currently being committed or property is about to be destructed.
00:03:15.000 Donald Trump was not even at Mar-a-Lago.
00:03:18.000 How could you believe that property was about to be destroyed? 0.98
00:03:21.000 And the judge who signed off on it is a very corrupt, weird dude.
00:03:26.000 He's a very strange person.
00:03:28.000 And we'll get more into the judge in a second.
00:03:31.000 Signed off on this.
00:03:34.000 So here's my theory.
00:03:35.000 There's only two explanations for why Merrick Garland is silent.
00:03:38.000 There's only two explanations for this.
00:03:41.000 And no one else is really talking about it.
00:03:43.000 Why is Merrick Garland silent?
00:03:45.000 Where is he?
00:03:46.000 It has now been 36 hours post-raid, and we don't have a press release.
00:03:51.000 We don't have a tweet.
00:03:52.000 We don't have a press conference.
00:03:54.000 We don't have a comment from the nation's top law enforcement officer.
00:03:58.000 Two explanations.
00:04:00.000 Number one, and by the way, these actually could be both true.
00:04:04.000 They're not exclusive or they could be exclusive.
00:04:07.000 Number one, more is coming.
00:04:09.000 That's the first explanation.
00:04:12.000 That there will be more raids and more confiscations.
00:04:14.000 Just yesterday, this confirms the current theory.
00:04:17.000 Scott Perry, chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, had his phone seized by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
00:04:23.000 They are not stopping.
00:04:25.000 I don't want to make you too afraid or too paranoid.
00:04:29.000 However, if Merrick Garland is silent, it means that the window of the raiding and of the confiscating is not yet over.
00:04:40.000 Merrick Garland wants to let this play out and then do a press conference.
00:04:44.000 That's horrifying, but it's very realistic.
00:04:48.000 That's the first explanation.
00:04:50.000 The second potential explanation is that something went wrong.
00:04:56.000 Somebody might have jumped the gun.
00:04:58.000 Somebody might have signed off on something that was unnecessary.
00:05:02.000 Somebody might have misunderstood.
00:05:05.000 This whole thing very well could have been an internal mistake by the Department of Justice.
00:05:11.000 Now, I know what you're saying.
00:05:12.000 Oh, Charlie, of course they want to raid it.
00:05:14.000 That's not what I'm saying. 0.97
00:05:15.000 What I'm saying is that it is more than conceivable that our government is both evil, corrupt, and incompetent. 0.52
00:05:24.000 You could be a mixture of all of that.
00:05:26.000 Now, I do believe that people at the top level are cunning and Machiavellian and deceitful.
00:05:32.000 But it's also conceivable that they might have messed up.
00:05:39.000 You see, if you're the Attorney General of the United States and under your watch, you bring armed agents into Mar-a-Lago.
00:05:46.000 And by the way, let me just say this.
00:05:48.000 Praise God, no one got hurt.
00:05:51.000 You got Secret Service watching over the property and you got federal agents coming.
00:05:56.000 This could have been a friendly fire-firefight.
00:05:58.000 Praise God, that didn't happen.
00:06:00.000 Now, allegedly, they tipped them off and they said they were coming a couple hours or minutes beforehand.
00:06:07.000 But still, I mean, why the guns, FBI?
00:06:11.000 Shock and awe, intimidation.
00:06:11.000 Answer.
00:06:14.000 They want you to submit.
00:06:16.000 However, if you're Merrick Garland and this is considered to be a success, why has Merrick Garland not taken a victory lap yet?
00:06:25.000 Where is Merrick Garland coming out and saying this was necessary?
00:06:30.000 You'll see what happens.
00:06:32.000 You'll see why we did it.
00:06:34.000 And we stand by this.
00:06:36.000 They're not even defending it.
00:06:39.000 That's what's so confusing to me.
00:06:41.000 And it should be for you.
00:06:42.000 And I want your thoughts, by the way, freedom at charliekirk.com, because the silence of Garland, I think, is very instructive.
00:06:50.000 Now, both could be true, by the way.
00:06:53.000 More might be coming.
00:06:55.000 All the while, something might have went wrong.
00:06:58.000 They might have gone too heavy.
00:07:00.000 Could you imagine if someone misunderstood in a meeting, hey, go subpoena Trump's documents.
00:07:04.000 And someone thought they said, go raid Trump's documents.
00:07:07.000 That's unlikely, by the way.
00:07:10.000 But I'm only inferring that because of the silence of the FBI.
00:07:17.000 By the way, it's 30 agents for nine hours would be 270 man hours.
00:07:22.000 Sorry, I screwed up my math a little bit.
00:07:24.000 Catherine emailed this freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:07:26.000 Charlie, don't be surprised.
00:07:27.000 This is the left's M.O.
00:07:29.000 They lob Obama and won't respond.
00:07:31.000 Call you names and walk away.
00:07:32.000 They didn't make a mistake.
00:07:33.000 It is possible they're planning more.
00:07:34.000 Watch your back.
00:07:36.000 That's why I led with that.
00:07:37.000 But there is still something suspicious about the silence of it.
00:07:40.000 And even the liberal media is starting to get a little bit nervous about this whole thing.
00:07:45.000 The New Yorker comes out with an article and says that the silence is not here.
00:07:52.000 After the Trump raid, silence is not an option for Merrick Garland.
00:07:56.000 19 hours ago.
00:07:58.000 New York Post says: if Merrick Garland doesn't give a solid, fast reason for raiding Trump's home, he probably just reelected him.
00:08:06.000 Every day Merrick Garland is silent about the raid, the more they are losing the court of public opinion.
00:08:14.000 270 man hours, a nine and a half hour occupation.
00:08:19.000 Jamie, email this freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:08:21.000 Garland isn't taking credit for his terroristic raid on Mar-a-Lago because he was forced into it by somebody else.
00:08:28.000 There's something not right here.
00:08:30.000 And if you think this is all according to plan, it's unusual because they're losing even Democrats on this.
00:08:36.000 They're losing independents on this.
00:08:38.000 Even the Democrat media is like, I don't know if we love this.
00:08:42.000 Front page of the New York Times: high stakes gamble in a divided nation.
00:08:49.000 That's not exactly a victory lap for the New York Times to cover your raid.
00:08:54.000 High stakes gamble in a divided nation?
00:08:58.000 I think it's most likely that they're not done.
00:09:01.000 Why would Merrick Garland speak when this was just the pregame?
00:09:06.000 They go after Scott Perry's cell phone.
00:09:09.000 Who else are they targeting?
00:09:10.000 Who else are they thinking of raiding?
00:09:15.000 There's something else here, everybody.
00:09:16.000 We have to be on our guard.
00:09:19.000 We have to look a level deeper.
00:09:21.000 Garland, and this is what's so frustrating.
00:09:25.000 Garland has not even been asked to go in front of Congress for this, obviously, because Democrats are controlling it.
00:09:34.000 The silence is instructive.
00:09:37.000 And there's a pattern here.
00:09:41.000 Look, we talk about current events a lot on this show, but there's other things that are in life that are bigger than current events, bigger things.
00:09:47.000 We try to do some shows every so often on these things.
00:09:50.000 But look, what am I talking about when I say that?
00:09:52.000 How about good and evil?
00:09:53.000 Right and wrong?
00:09:54.000 Prayer and the Bible or heaven and hell.
00:09:56.000 So look, the great C.S. Lewis, who's one of the most amazing minds ever to exist, was a master at addressing these questions.
00:10:05.000 And that is why Hillsdale College, the great college, the only college, in my opinion, wants you to learn more about him and his writings and their newest free online course, C.S. Lewis on Christianity.
00:10:17.000 And it all starts with taking a short quiz to find out how much you already know about Lewis.
00:10:23.000 He wrote more than the Narnia series, by the way.
00:10:25.000 Look, Hillsdale College is amazing.
00:10:27.000 They defend liberty.
00:10:28.000 They pursue truth.
00:10:29.000 They do a great job.
00:10:31.000 So just write this down.
00:10:32.000 This should be your go-to resource.
00:10:33.000 Remember, I have taken 16 of their online courses, and I have promised Dr. Arn I'm eventually going to finish them all.
00:10:40.000 Go to charliforhillsdale.com to take this fun, interactive quiz, and then sign up for this free course.
00:10:45.000 The answers may even surprise you, even if you think you know everything about C.S. Lewis.
00:10:49.000 They surprised me, my goodness.
00:10:51.000 The quiz, the course, and everything you learn at Hillsdale College are yours for free, as always.
00:10:56.000 So take the C.S. Lewis quiz, charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:10:59.000 That is charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:11:01.000 Take as many online courses as you can.
00:11:03.000 The Constitution course is amazing, but their C.S. Lewis course is extraordinary.
00:11:09.000 And by the way, Hillsdale College, just phenomenal.
00:11:13.000 Charlie4Hillsdale.com.
00:11:18.000 Why do we need to continue to have an FBI?
00:11:20.000 That is a very serious and simple question.
00:11:23.000 We can have state-run agencies.
00:11:25.000 Now, the answer was the FBI came into being because of interstate crimes, primarily because of bank robberies.
00:11:31.000 Now, of course, there's some good things the FBI does.
00:11:33.000 That's not what I'm saying.
00:11:34.000 Even Ron Paul would say that.
00:11:35.000 Going after child sex trafficking, going after interstate gang activity, cartel activity, but even that seems to have diminished in recent years to be more focused on moms and dads that show up at school board meetings.
00:11:47.000 And this, the front page of the Justice Department website, while all this is happening, the first thing on their website is this.
00:11:55.000 Justice Department files lawsuit and proposed consent decrees to end long-running conspiracy to suppress worker pay at poultry processing plants and address deceptive abuses against poultry growers.
00:12:10.000 Look, this might be a major issue for some of you in the audience, the suppressed pay at poultry plants.
00:12:16.000 Why is that exactly the focus of the Department of Justice?
00:12:19.000 How about the next one?
00:12:21.000 Justice Department establishes Reproductive Rights Task Force.
00:12:25.000 And this one, Attorney General Merrick B. Garland's statement on Supreme Court ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson.
00:12:31.000 Now, isn't that interesting?
00:12:34.000 By the way, if we're looking into poultry plants, why don't we investigate why they're all burning down?
00:12:39.000 Totally, that's a tangent.
00:12:40.000 But isn't it interesting how quickly Merrick Garland and Joe Biden and all of them speak out when Roe versus Wade is repealed and they're silent when their own Stasi raids Mar-a-Lago? 0.67
00:12:54.000 Why is that?
00:12:56.000 There might be more coming.
00:12:58.000 As I mentioned yesterday, Scott Perry is evidence to show that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is not done.
00:13:05.000 Republican Representative Scott Perry said Tuesday the FBI had seized his phone.
00:13:09.000 This morning while traveling with my family, three FBI agents visited me and seized my cell phone.
00:13:16.000 The search is connected to an investigation being conducted by the Justice Department, Inspector General.
00:13:21.000 While Perry has not said why his phone was seized, the watchdog is also investigating the actions of former Justice Department Jeffrey Clark and potentially others.
00:13:30.000 So I guess you could just go and grab lawmakers' cell phones now.
00:13:34.000 How is that not a violation of separation of powers?
00:13:38.000 How is that not a violation of the executive branch and the legislative branch being co-equal branches?
00:13:46.000 Under this precedent, why can't Congress, if we get back Congress in January, just walk into the FBI and go grab all of their cell phones?
00:13:57.000 Why can't Scott Perry, as chairman of the Freedom Caucus, just walk into the FBI and IRS building and just go grab all their cell phones?
00:14:04.000 Hey, here's a question for you.
00:14:05.000 Was Eric Swawell's cell phone ever confiscated for having an affair with a Chinese spy and lying about it and being a wholly owned and operated, let's just say, voluntary participant in Chinese intelligence with Fang Fang?
00:14:24.000 Oh, no, we don't grab cell phones for that.
00:14:27.000 Was Elon Omar's cell phone ever grabbed by the Department of Justice for likely committing marriage fraud and immigration fraud?
00:14:34.000 Was Hunter Biden's cell phone?
00:14:36.000 Well, actually, we didn't have to grab Hunter Biden's cell phone.
00:14:38.000 He gave it to us himself. 0.99
00:14:40.000 These lunatics. 0.96
00:14:41.000 Ever grabbed for a fake and fraudulent gun application that was filled out? 0.67
00:14:49.000 Scott Perry said they made no attempt to contact my lawyer who should have made arrangements for them to have my phone if that was their wish.
00:14:56.000 I'm outraged, though not surprised.
00:14:58.000 Now, look, I'm actually, it's funny.
00:15:00.000 I was going to send Scott Perry a text message here.
00:15:02.000 Scott Perry voted for that gay marriage awful bill a couple weeks ago.
00:15:06.000 He's the chairman of the House Freedom Caucus.
00:15:07.000 I'm very upset with him, but I'll hear him out.
00:15:10.000 Scott Perry, the very same people you thought that you could get to stop hating you because you voted for that gay marriage bill just took your cell phone.
00:15:17.000 Stop trying to make peace with these people.
00:15:20.000 Lawmaker representing Pennsylvania's 10th District was cited more than 50 times in a Senate judiciary report outlining how Trump's effort to overturn his election defeat to Joe Biden brought the Justice Department to the brink of chaos and prompted top officials there and the White House officials to resign.
00:15:36.000 But it's not just Scott Perry.
00:15:37.000 Remember Roger Stone, Dinesh D'Souza, Steve Bannon just got convicted, Paul Manafort, James O'Keefe's apartment was raided as a journalist.
00:15:47.000 Rudy Giuliani, the president's lawyer's apartment, was raided.
00:15:52.000 They're not going to stop.
00:15:54.000 And so one of the only explanations of the overwhelming sound of silence, as Simon and Garfunkel would say, is that there is more coming.
00:16:05.000 But I do think, and again, I could be proven wrong here, I think that there is a little bit of chaos going in with the DOJ right now.
00:16:13.000 I think that somebody jumped the gun, somebody did something they shouldn't have done.
00:16:18.000 There is something on the warrant or the judge or the process that was not as precise as they would have liked.
00:16:24.000 I could be totally wrong about this, but it's a gut, and our gut is usually right here.
00:16:28.000 Garland, even if there was more coming, probably would come out and speak a little bit.
00:16:32.000 Not a press release, not a tweet, not a statement.
00:16:36.000 And what a shame and a disgrace you raid a president's home and the Attorney General is silent, unacceptable.
00:16:47.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:16:49.000 The recent rulings in the Supreme Court, they didn't happen on their own.

00:17:49.000 I bet Merrick Garland resigns before the end of the year.
00:17:52.000 That's right.
00:17:53.000 That is my guess.
00:17:54.000 My guess is Merrick Garland will resign before the end of the year and go help his son-in-law push for critical race theory in classrooms and go make money at some high-priced law firm.
00:18:03.000 My gut was right according to this story that just broke in the last couple of minutes.
00:18:08.000 Remember, I said, why is Merrick Garland silent?
00:18:10.000 What is going on here?
00:18:11.000 Well, a new story, exclusive FBI informant has spoken to Newsweek.
00:18:18.000 The raid on Mar-a-Lago was based largely on information from an FBI confidential human source who was able to identify what classified documents former Donald Trump was still hiding, even the location of those documents.
00:18:32.000 The officials who have direct knowledge of the FBI's deliberations and were granted anonymity in order to discuss sensitive matters said the raid of Donald Trump's Florida residence was deliberately timed to occur when the former president was away.
00:18:46.000 So either this right here, what I'm about to read, confirms my gut as to Merrick Garland's silence that there was a mistake made internally, which I think might be true, or this whole thing is an op that I'm about to read. 0.85
00:18:58.000 I might just be reading a total op and these people might not be as dumb as they're admitting, but wait till you hear this. 1.00
00:19:03.000 It's one of the, it's shockingly stupid. 0.99
00:19:07.000 FBI decision makers in Washington and Miami thought that denying the former president a photo opportunity or a platform for which to grandstand would lower the profile of what they call the event. 0.99
00:19:22.000 As if just raiding somebody's private home is, we have a right to your home.
00:19:26.000 We're the FBI.
00:19:29.000 The effort to keep the raid low-key failed, according to the FBI.
00:19:34.000 It prompted a serious and furious response from GOP leaders and Trump supporters.
00:19:39.000 What a spectacular backfire, says the justice official.
00:19:43.000 You really didn't expect a backfire.
00:19:45.000 So there's only one or two explanations that Operation Melania's closet, which we're now going to call this Operation Crossdresser, is what we should call it, just kind of in the spirit of J. Edgar Hoover's degeneracy. 0.52
00:20:00.000 They really are so insulated with people that hate Donald Trump, they don't believe anybody still supports this man, or this whole thing is a lie that I'm reading from Newsweek.
00:20:10.000 Both could be true.
00:20:12.000 This is what the Department of Justice official says.
00:20:15.000 I know there is much speculation out there that this is political persecution, but it really is the best and worst of the bureaucracy in action, the Department of Justice official says.
00:20:26.000 Look, the FBI wanted to punctuate the fact that this was a routine law enforcement action, stripped of any political overtones, and yet they got the exact opposite.
00:20:39.000 You go raid the winter White House and you go raid Trump's home?
00:20:44.000 Like, oh, no, no, this is not political, okay?
00:20:47.000 No, trust us, this is a routine law enforcement action.
00:20:52.000 Both senior government officials say the raid was scheduled with no political motive.
00:20:59.000 Can you believe this?
00:21:00.000 This is what they say to Newsweek.
00:21:01.000 And this is Garland's silent because I think he said, what just happened?
00:21:06.000 There is a chance they did this without the approval of Merrick Garland, too.
00:21:10.000 There is a chance, and I just want to cushion this a little bit, that there's a deep state within the deep state.
00:21:15.000 Think about that.
00:21:18.000 I'm not handicapping that too greatly.
00:21:19.000 I think Garland is the orchestrator.
00:21:21.000 I think Biden knew about this too.
00:21:23.000 I think some of this might be a cover-up operation for Joe Biden as well.
00:21:27.000 Again, these are all speculation.
00:21:28.000 It's theory, but according to this story, there is chaos within the DOJ right now.
00:21:34.000 And we can't forget, by the way, Christopher Wray, who just testified in front of Congress.
00:21:41.000 Now, this entire story I'm reading from Newsweek could all be a major op, but I'm going to keep reading it because even in the slightest chance it's true, it shows our gut instinct on this program.
00:21:50.000 We're going the right way.
00:21:51.000 Our gut is correct.
00:21:52.000 Okay.
00:21:54.000 Both senior government officials say the raid was scheduled with no political motive.
00:21:58.000 The FBI solely intent on recovering highly classified documents that were illegally removed from the White House.
00:22:04.000 Wrong.
00:22:05.000 Preparations to conduct such an operation began weeks ago, but in planning the date and time, the FBI field office and Washington headquarters were focused on the former president's scheduled return to Florida from his residences in New York and New Jersey.
00:22:18.000 Wait, if it's not political, then why are you worrying about Trump's visits?
00:22:23.000 Wouldn't you just go do it?
00:22:25.000 The second source who told Newsweek, a senior intelligence official, said, quote, they were seeking to avoid any media circus.
00:22:32.000 So even though everything made sense bureaucratically and the FBI feared that the documents might be destroyed, they also created the very firestorm they sought to avoid in ignoring the fallout. 1.00
00:22:43.000 I almost refuse to believe that our government is this stupid. 1.00
00:22:46.000 If our government is this stupid, you are not safe. 1.00
00:22:50.000 There will be a terrorist attack, a dirty bomb, another mass shooting sometime soon. 1.00
00:22:54.000 If our government is this dumb, arm yourself because you are not in good hands. 0.99
00:23:01.000 On about Monday, about 10 a.m. Eastern, two dozen FBI agents and technicians showed up at Donald Trump's Florida home. 0.96
00:23:08.000 Documents that might be in possession of Trump under the provisions of the 1970 Presidential Records Act, which obviously came after Nixon.
00:23:15.000 The act established the presidential records are the property of the U.S. government, not a president's private property, put in place after Watergate.
00:23:23.000 The act concerns about illegal possession of classified national defense information.
00:23:28.000 So what do I mean by an op, by the way?
00:23:30.000 I might be this entire article I'm reading by Newsweek where they say, oh, it was a backfire.
00:23:34.000 This might all be orchestrated by Garland to plant the story because there's been such backlash that he had nothing to do with it.
00:23:42.000 So this whole Newsweek story very well might be an operation by the Bureau itself to plant a fake story as if we didn't know it was going to be this bad.
00:23:50.000 It was just a routine law enforcement operation.
00:23:55.000 Damage control, otherwise known as.
00:23:58.000 So this Newsweek story confirms one of the two explanations of Garland's silence.
00:24:05.000 According to this story, of which it could be incorrect, this whole thing could be damage control, smokescreen, and synthetic.
00:24:13.000 It shows, quote, that they thought they were just doing their job going to Mar-a-Lago and they did not anticipate any of the backlash.
00:24:22.000 Again, this is what they said.
00:24:24.000 This is what the federal bureau of investigation, the Department of Justice, as Donald Trump would say, they are not sending their best. 1.00
00:24:31.000 Either these people are outright total liars or they really are this stupid. 0.99
00:24:36.000 An unnamed Department of Justice official says, quote, I know there is much speculation out there that this is political persecution, but it really is the best and worst of the bureaucracy in action. 1.00
00:24:47.000 Do you believe them?
00:24:48.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:24:51.000 The entire operation was conducted relatively stealthily.
00:24:54.000 No FBI were seen in their iconic blue windbreakers announcing the presence of the Bureau.
00:25:00.000 And though local law enforcement was present, the Palm Beach Police Department was careful to not tweet on Tuesday or to tweet on Tuesday they didn't know about a specific search warrant.
00:25:12.000 Ah, but here is the end of the article.
00:25:15.000 I just, again, this is breaking in real time.
00:25:18.000 The senior Justice Department official says that Garland was regularly briefed on the Records Act investigation and that he knew about the grand jury and the material federal prosecutors were seeking.
00:25:29.000 He insists, though, that Garland had no prior knowledge of the date and time and specific of the raid, nor was he asked to approve it.
00:25:36.000 Quote, I know it's hard for people to believe, said the official, but this is a matter for the U.S. Attorney and the FBI.
00:25:41.000 No, no, no, it's not a matter of hard to believe.
00:25:43.000 I refuse to believe it.
00:25:45.000 FBI Director Christopher Wray ultimately gave his go-ahead to conduct the raid.
00:25:50.000 It really is a case of the Bureau misreading the impact.
00:25:54.000 You know why Christopher Wray misread the impact?
00:25:57.000 Because Christopher Wray was probably partying with Peter Strzok and James Comey and Lisa Page and people that should be in leg irons and handcuffs serving decades in prison for doing this same sort of thing.
00:26:08.000 And no one was held accountable from the Russia Gate investigation.
00:26:11.000 So why would the Bureau stop?
00:26:14.000 According to this whistleblower, FBI Director Christopher Wray gave his go-ahead, and the senior justice official said it really is the case of the Bureau misreading the impact. 0.98
00:26:28.000 Am I really supposed to believe the FBI is this stupid that somehow we were going to put up with this? 0.95
00:26:36.000 That this is that the Rubicon being crossed of them raiding Trump's home, that we were going to tolerate this? 1.00
00:26:43.000 Maybe.
00:26:45.000 Maybe. 1.00
00:26:48.000 Diane says, Charlie, the government is that stupid. 1.00
00:26:52.000 Check out the fake Patriot Front group. 1.00
00:26:53.000 That is the FBI. 1.00
00:26:54.000 They think we are stupid. 1.00
00:26:55.000 Diane, you're not wrong. 1.00
00:26:57.000 So it could go either way.
00:27:00.000 If this story is true, this is an even greater reason to defund and disassemble the FBI.
00:27:08.000 And guess what?
00:27:08.000 If this story is true, this means that my gut instinct that Garland is worried and that's why he's not coming out and speaking, it shows that finally we now can play offense against the administrative state.
00:27:23.000 We now have the opening where they admit they did something they should not have done.
00:27:28.000 If this story is true, a blatant, transparent violation of the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution.
00:27:38.000 Not to mention just going against a future political opponent.
00:27:43.000 Donald Trump is going to run again in 2024.
00:27:47.000 In the past week, the prosecutor in the case, as if we need a prosecutor in this case to prosecute national archives, and local assistant U.S. attorney went to local Florida judge magistrate Bruce Reinhart in West Palm Beach to seek approval for the search of Donald Trump's private residence.
00:28:04.000 The affidavit is to obtain the search warrant, the intelligence source says, and to contain abundant and persuasive detail that Trump continued to possess the relevant records in violation of federal law and that investigators had sufficient information to prove those records were located at Mar-a-Lago.
00:28:20.000 According to the DOJ source, according to Newsweek, in order for the investigators to convince the Florida judge to approve such an unprecedented raid, the information had to be solid, which the FBI claimed.
00:28:31.000 There's something else going on here.
00:28:34.000 And by the way, even though this confirms my original suspicions that there is something wrong with Garland's silence, I actually think that this whole thing is damage control.
00:28:49.000 This is a CYA operation.
00:28:52.000 But it could be true.
00:28:55.000 It could be.
00:28:57.000 It could be true. 1.00
00:28:58.000 The FBI is so stupid that they are blown away by the backlash of raiding Trump's home. 1.00
00:29:07.000 I think Garland resigns before the end of the year. 1.00
00:29:09.000 He does not want to have to deal with a Republican Congress with this.
00:29:13.000 He doesn't have the stomach for it.
00:29:15.000 And I just want to reiterate something.
00:29:17.000 I've never seen the MAGA base this angry, ever, ever.
00:29:22.000 And by the way, we're going to say this once.
00:29:23.000 We'll say it again.
00:29:24.000 Stay peaceful.
00:29:25.000 They're going to try to provoke you towards violence.
00:29:27.000 The feds would love nothing more than to see violence. 0.95
00:29:29.000 Peaceful, peaceful, peaceful.
00:29:31.000 These people that are like, oh, we're going to go to Washington, D.C. and protest outside the FBI building.
00:29:36.000 Bad idea.
00:29:36.000 Go register voters.
00:29:37.000 Okay.
00:29:38.000 Go run for office.
00:29:40.000 Just stay out of D.C., okay?
00:29:41.000 They'll infiltrate your ranks.
00:29:43.000 They'll ray up you 2.0.
00:29:44.000 Do not do that.
00:29:45.000 And let me be very clear.
00:29:46.000 Do not show up at Mar-a-Lago with a weapon.
00:29:48.000 That's a waste of time.
00:29:49.000 Okay.
00:29:50.000 I'll tell you when to show up for a rally.
00:29:53.000 That's not a good idea.
00:29:55.000 That will give the feds an opportunity to win back the narrative war.
00:29:58.000 Okay?
00:29:58.000 They would love to go send some undercover agents to some of these gatherings.
00:30:02.000 Don't do it.
00:30:03.000 Stay peaceful.
00:30:04.000 Do constructive things.
00:30:05.000 So here's what this Newsweek article tells me.
00:30:08.000 Exclusive.
00:30:09.000 Informer told FBI what Docs Trump was hiding and where.
00:30:14.000 That's a terrible headline, honestly.
00:30:17.000 The rest of the story, this is obviously planted by Merrick Garland.
00:30:23.000 And at the end, you could tell why. 1.00
00:30:24.000 This entire article here, again, these people think we're so stupid. 0.98
00:30:28.000 They think we're dumb in the media too, because they're like, oh, they wouldn't know we planted the story. 0.98
00:30:32.000 How do you know this story was planted?
00:30:34.000 Quote, the senior justice source says that Garland was, yes, regularly briefed on the Records Act investigation, but he insists, though, that Garland had no prior knowledge of the date and time and of the specific raid, nor who he is asked to approve it.
00:30:48.000 I know it's hard for people to believe, but this is a matter of the U.S. attorney and the FBI.
00:30:52.000 This is 100% leaked by Garland.
00:30:55.000 Garland is trying to save face to try to hold on to his position for a little bit.
00:31:00.000 The justice official said this.
00:31:01.000 The effort to keep the raid low-key failed.
00:31:04.000 Instead, it prompted a furious response from GOP leaders and Trump supporters.
00:31:09.000 Quote, what a spectacular backfire.
00:31:11.000 Now, that part actually feels authentic.
00:31:13.000 It does.
00:31:14.000 But there is now going to be a coming schism.
00:31:16.000 Remember, they'll always fight among themselves between the FBI and the Department of Justice.
00:31:23.000 This article right here is throwing the FBI under the bus.
00:31:27.000 And so Garland is silent, I think, because there is friction and tension within the DOJ building right now.
00:31:33.000 And if it is true, if this article is true and the FBI did jump the gun, if the FBI did cut in line, if the FBI did do this, then they're all going to leak on each other into oblivion.
00:31:46.000 If they were not in lockstep, it's not that Garland didn't approve it.
00:31:49.000 It's not that Garland wasn't aware of it.
00:31:51.000 There's also timing.
00:31:53.000 There is... tactics.
00:31:55.000 There is strategy.
00:31:57.000 There's all these different sorts of things that are surrounding it.
00:32:00.000 And now that the backlash is bipartisan and even getting into the liberal media, I mean, look at this.
00:32:05.000 This is CNN.
00:32:07.000 This is one of the reasons why CNN, one of the reasons why probably the DOJ is leaking stories.
00:32:11.000 Why is Garland silent?
00:32:13.000 Play cut 45.
00:32:14.000 This is CNN.
00:32:16.000 If this becomes a Presidential Records Act violation, not more.
00:32:20.000 Do you think it is enough to warrant all of this?
00:32:22.000 No, it's not enough to warrant all this.
00:32:24.000 And this is a daring and dangerous move by the Department of Justice to serve a warrant on a former president and to raid his personal residence.
00:32:33.000 Daring and dangerous move on somebody's personal residence.
00:32:39.000 Now, even the most radical left-wing partisans are thinking to themselves, I don't know if we like this.
00:32:45.000 Now, obviously, the ACLU is totally quiet.
00:32:49.000 The ACLU and all these other civil rights, quote-unquote, civil liberty organizations are completely silent and quiet.
00:32:54.000 We wouldn't expect anything out of them.
00:32:56.000 But Andrew Yang, to Andrew Cuomo, to many people on the left are saying, hold on a second, I don't like this.
00:33:01.000 And we're just supposed to believe this is the FBI doing their business.
00:33:05.000 I don't buy it and you should not either.
00:33:08.000 And this is just the beginning.
00:33:09.000 We're never going to forget this.
00:33:10.000 As we said, this is the Rubicon.
00:33:12.000 We're going to disassemble the FBI.
00:33:13.000 The administrative state is going to be completely torn apart.
00:33:17.000 We need to have state AGs, as we said yesterday, start raiding Democrats left and right lawfully.
00:33:23.000 I hope that state AGs start to do this.
00:33:26.000 The gloves are off.
00:33:27.000 It's over.
00:33:27.000 It's done.
00:33:28.000 You crossed the Rubicon.
00:33:29.000 You raided Mar-a-Lago.
00:33:30.000 I don't want apologies.
00:33:31.000 I don't want explanations.
00:33:32.000 I want terminations.
00:33:33.000 I want arrests.
00:33:35.000 I want people in jail.
00:33:36.000 We want handcuffs and we want leg irons. 0.76
00:33:38.000 You don't raid Trump's home and act as if it's okay.
00:33:40.000 It's not going to happen.
00:33:41.000 You went after Stone, and we said, oh, that's too bad.
00:33:43.000 We went after D'Souza. 0.86
00:33:44.000 We said, oh, that's too bad.
00:33:45.000 We went after Navarro.
00:33:46.000 We said, that's too bad.
00:33:47.000 We went after Bannon.
00:33:48.000 We said, that's too bad.
00:33:49.000 You went after Perry and took a cell phone.
00:33:51.000 We went after Eastman and took a cell phone.
00:33:52.000 You went after O'Keefe and raided his apartment and you raided Giuliani's apartment.
00:33:55.000 We're not going to put up with that anymore.
00:33:57.000 Game on.
00:33:57.000 Rubicon crossed.
00:33:58.000 We're going to win.
00:33:58.000 You're going to lose.
00:33:59.000 And guess what?
00:34:00.000 This article shows you're actually really worried.
00:34:05.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
