00:00:01.000 Julie Kelly answers the question: Would the FBI really plant evidence?

00:00:30.000 Here we go.
00:00:31.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:33.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:35.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:00:41.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:42.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:43.000 His spirit is rubber for this country.

00:00:52.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:01.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:03.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:13.000 With us is one of our national treasures.
00:01:15.000 She does an amazing job.
00:01:16.000 One of the reasons she does such a great job is because she does the tough work.
00:01:20.000 She actually does research into the weeds, into the details, and that is Julie Kelly.
00:01:26.000 Julie, welcome back to the program.
00:01:28.000 Hey, Charlie, thank you.
00:01:30.000 What a gracious introduction.
00:01:31.000 I appreciate that.
00:01:32.000 Well earned, especially over the last couple years.
00:01:35.000 So, Julie, let me ask you: you were talking about how the FBI has a track record of planting evidence.
00:01:41.000 I have said, Gingrich has said, and President Trump has said, I hope they weren't planting some stuff at Mar-a-Lago.
00:01:46.000 And immediately, we're all smeared as conspiracy theorists.
00:01:49.000 Enlighten us about the FBI's track record on planting evidence.
00:01:54.000 Well, we have to look no further, of course, than the infamous Steele dossier, which was fake evidence planted not only throughout the media, throughout Congress, but of course presented to a secret court, not once, but four times and presented by the FBI, signed off on by James Comey and then Andrew McCate.
00:02:16.000 So, what was interesting, Charlie, is that I've been covering the retrial of the remaining two defendants in the Whitmer fednapping case.
00:02:23.000 And what came up yesterday in opening arguments by a defense attorney was talking about how an FBI informant planted material for an explosive device in the truck of his client, the defendant.
00:02:36.000 And then, when he was arrested by the FBI, the FBI collected that and used it as evidence against him.
00:02:42.000 So, it was just sort of funny to see this all happening in real time.
00:02:47.000 And of course, the Whitmer case is a perfect example, not just of evidence.
00:02:51.000 There was tons of evidence planted throughout this six-month, seven-month CAPER by the FBI, but they were primarily responsible for the entire scheme.
00:03:01.000 So, this FBI is not above or below doing anything.
00:03:05.000 And this fully justified why our side and certainly Donald Trump would believe that all these FBI agents spread out throughout his house and put possibly put something somewhere.
00:03:17.000 Yeah, I mean, and what were they doing for nine and a half hours, Julie?
00:03:22.000 That's the question, right?
00:03:23.000 Nine and a half hours.
00:03:24.000 Do we have an answer to that?
00:03:27.000 Um, we don't.
00:03:28.000 Um, and now you could see, Charlie, how they're trying to change the subject.
00:03:32.000 Now they're changing the subject from what the FBI did on Monday night to now we are somehow a threat because we are criticizing what happened in the FBI.
00:03:41.000 Who knows now?
00:03:42.000 We're hearing there's an alleged gunman outside of the Cincinnati field office.
00:03:46.000 Very few people.
00:03:47.000 It's already getting mocked, which is sad because the FBI doesn't realize the danger of their destroying their credibility, burning the trust of the American people.
00:03:57.000 This has real consequences, which we also can see in the Whitmer case.
00:04:02.000 You had so many prospective jurors the other day saying, We don't trust the government, which is fine.
00:04:08.000 There's no reason to trust it.
00:04:10.000 But now the FBI will come out with anything and half the country not only does it believe it, they're openly mocking this now on social media.
00:04:18.000 So, this has real consequences to the country, the security of the country, what Christopher Ray's FBI and this DOJ has been doing for years.
00:04:26.000 What do you think the calculus was for this?
00:04:28.000 I mean, the backlash has been so severe.
00:04:30.000 Merrick Garland has yet to speak out at all.
00:04:33.000 Christopher Wray did some bumbling press conference yesterday where you're right.
00:04:36.000 Immediately, he says, Look, the problem is how we are being attacked as law enforcement.
00:04:40.000 Like, look, no one is attacking you guys in the sense of calling for physical violence.
00:04:45.000 No one in decent societies.
00:04:46.000 I'm not doing that.
00:04:47.000 Fannin's not doing that.
00:04:48.000 You're not doing, no one's doing that.
00:04:49.000 We're talking about being peaceful.
00:04:50.000 We're talking about how outrageous you are.
00:04:52.000 You guys drew the guns.
00:04:53.000 You guys came in guns blazing 30 FBI agents for 270 man hours.
00:04:58.000 And so now there's an FBI shooter that came today and they say, say, see, look, look.
00:05:02.000 And again, we don't know any of the facts surrounding it.
00:05:04.000 What is the calculus, though, do you think?
00:05:06.000 What were, do you really think this was, do you think this was a properly thought-out raid, or do you think they regret doing it?
00:05:16.000 Oh, I don't think they regret anything because, look, Charlie, we just go back to Prospire Hurricane, what Kash Patel was talking about, six years of this nonsense, not any criminal repercussions for the people responsible for that.
00:05:29.000 So they don't care.
00:05:31.000 And this is part of creating the optics, Charlie, of eventually charging, indicting, and arresting Donald Trump for some sort of crime related to January 6th.
00:05:40.000 This is all PR spin.
00:05:42.000 They don't care about the evidence.
00:05:44.000 They don't care about the repercussions because they've gotten away with everything so far.
00:05:49.000 And you know what, Charlie?
00:05:50.000 The GOP can say whatever they want now.
00:05:52.000 They've been mostly silent in the face of this very dangerous political persecution of hundreds of Americans for January 6th.
00:05:59.000 Now we're supposed to believe they're going to get tough.
00:06:01.000 I don't know.
00:06:02.000 I need more evidence than a few mean letters and a few nasty tweets.
00:06:05.000 Yes, so totally unrelated about planting evidence.
00:06:07.000 Who planted the pipe bombs?
00:06:09.000 That's right.
00:06:11.000 Don't know.
00:06:12.000 We don't know, right?
00:06:13.000 That's a perfect example right there, Charlie.
00:06:16.000 We were told by this FBI that these devices were planted the night before outside of RNC and DNC headquarters, that they threatened, they threatened the life of Kamala Harris, who still inexplicably was at the DNC building that day.
00:06:30.000 DOJ has lied about it for a year until it was finally exposed.
00:06:34.000 So who planted the pipe bombs?
00:06:36.000 It created all kinds of chaos, right?
00:06:38.000 It prompted the first evacuations.
00:06:41.000 That's completely been memory hold.
00:06:43.000 There's no evidence of it.
00:06:44.000 And furthermore, I know Darren Beatty at Revolver.news last week had a whole video montage of how certain chunks of time were cut out of the surveillance video that the FBI posted.
00:06:56.000 So that's a great example of the FBI either planting evidence or creating some sort of narrative that is not backed up by fact.
00:07:04.000 If Republicans take back two chambers of the House and the Senate or even one, what is the solution?
00:07:11.000 What do you suggest we do?
00:07:14.000 Well, first of all, Charlie, I really think they need to cut off all federal funding for the DC U.S. Attorney's Office.
00:07:19.000 This is the festering sore for all of this, especially related to January 6th.
00:07:24.000 Those agents were at Mar-a-Lago.
00:07:26.000 Those agents have been responsible for the criminal persecution of hundreds of Americans for January 6th.
00:07:33.000 It is run now by the same guy who was in charge of the Detroit field office under the Whitman fednapping.
00:07:40.000 You can't make this up, right?
00:07:41.000 Cut out the, I'm sorry, he's head of the FBI field office, but these people all work in tandem minute by minute.
00:07:48.000 The DC U.S. Attorney's Office cut off all federal funding.
00:07:51.000 My friend Kyle Scheidler has a great piece up at Americangreatnessandbreatness.com, which lays out very specifically how this FBI needs to be dismantled and where its more critical functions can be handed off to other agencies, including state and local law enforcement.
00:08:08.000 Yeah, I mean, it's so, it's tragic what's happening.
00:08:12.000 Is there any going back from this?
00:08:13.000 Or is this, do you think the raid is such a big deal?
00:08:15.000 This is kind of a new chapter in American politics.
00:08:20.000 I think they took it to a new level.
00:08:22.000 I think they took it to a new level intentionally because they want to create so much chaos before the election, Charlie, along with the FBI and indicting Donald Trump.
00:08:33.000 I mean, they are, they're in very dangerous territory.
00:08:36.000 So there's no going back for us.
00:08:38.000 We know this.
00:08:39.000 The big question is what the GOP is going to do when they take control.
00:08:43.000 Are you confident they're going to do anything?
00:08:45.000 No.
00:08:46.000 No, I'm really not because this takes real courage.
00:08:50.000 And we just don't see this, that in the Republican leadership unless they put courageous people in charge like MTG, Matt Gates, people like Andy Bates.
00:09:01.000 Yeah, I mean, here's the thing is that every Republican member of Congress that has the Church and Pike Committee, yes, the feds will also spy on you, probably indict your family members and raid you if you dare try to oversee them.
00:09:12.000 That's why everyone in D.C. is so afraid of the administrative state.
00:09:15.000 They use their power against you if you dare challenge them.
00:09:19.000 That's right.
00:09:20.000 And I think they're misfiring too.
00:09:21.000 This is not a Merrick Garland problem.
00:09:23.000 Eric Garland is Joe Biden.
00:09:25.000 He is simply supposed to be a grandfatherly figurehead.
00:09:29.000 The problem is Christopher Wray.
00:09:31.000 The problem is 56 field offices with agents working at his direction.
00:09:35.000 Matthew Graves, the DC U.S. Attorney's Office, and Lisa Monaco, the deputy AG who got 48 Republican senators to vote for her confirmation.
00:09:45.000 And also, Merrick Garland got 20 Republican senators, but I agree.
00:09:49.000 It's not all about Garland.
00:09:50.000 It is the Federal Bureau and the police state they've created.
00:09:53.000 Julie Kelly, thank you so much.
00:09:54.000 Amgreatness.com.
00:09:55.000 You do a wonderful job.
00:09:56.000 Thank you.
00:09:57.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:10:01.000 Are you like every one of us that thinks our country has gone nuts, whether it's Russia Gate market crashes or selling oil to China or this insane inflation?
00:10:09.000 Well, right now, you need a financial mind who understands your concerns, but at the same time has a Christian worldview of money.
00:10:16.000 That's why you should talk to my friends at PAX Financial Group.
00:10:19.000 Look, I've given my money to PAX Financial to manage.
00:10:22.000 If it's good enough for me, I think it's good for you.
00:10:24.000 Like all of us, they have concerns, but they also have hope.
00:10:27.000 In this market, you must have a financial person who shares your hope and at the same time can help you with biblical responsible investing, B-R-I, biblical, responsible investing.
00:10:37.000 That's why I want you to text the word Charlie to 74868.
00:10:42.000 That is Charlie to 74868 to connect with my friends at the PAX Financial Group.
00:10:47.000 Biblical responsible investing.
00:10:49.000 So take out your phone.
00:10:50.000 Just text Charlie to 74868.
00:10:52.000 That's 74868.
00:10:54.000 Text Charlie to connect with my great friends at the PAX Financial Group.
00:11:01.000 The IRS hiring spree is the biggest expansion of the police state in American history by David Harsani.
00:11:11.000 The Democrats Reconciliation Bill I'm reading from thefederalist.com isn't just going to be the largest ever expansion of a government agency.
00:11:18.000 It's going to be the largest expansion of the domestic police state in American history.
00:11:22.000 Many of you watching right now will be audited, and many of you will have to go through a very difficult time defending yourself.
00:11:28.000 Nonprofits, churches, get ready.
00:11:31.000 They're coming.
00:11:32.000 The Internal Revenue Service will embody their inner KGB, their Stasi, and come after every single freedom lover.
00:11:40.000 Be prepared.
00:11:41.000 The average American has less reason to be concerned about cops with guns.
00:11:46.000 The IRS is looking for special agents that can, quote, carry a firearm and be willing to use deadly force if necessary.
00:11:53.000 The federal government that already collects $4.1 trillion every year or $12,300 for every citizen, why do they need 80 new battalions of IRS cops?
00:12:08.000 There are other overlooked aspects of the IRS's expansion bill.
00:12:12.000 The bill, for instance, strengthens the federal public sector union monopoly that funds Democrat political aspirations.
00:12:20.000 The IRS and Treasury Department employees spend 353,000 hours engaged in union activism.
00:12:29.000 Their PAC gives every cent to Democrats.
00:12:32.000 One can imagine what another 87,000 employees would do for that effort.
00:12:37.000 In the real world, laundering taxpayer funds through unions and using them for political campaigns is called racketeering.
00:12:43.000 Thank you, Joe Manchin and Lois Lerner.
00:12:50.000 And that Lois Lerner, Kirsten Cinema, is reading Lois Lerner here in this segment.
00:12:54.000 And they call it the Inflation Reduction Act.
00:12:57.000 Of course, we've called it the Dissident Imprisonment Act.
00:13:02.000 So don't be surprised in the coming weeks, in the coming months, in the coming years, you heard it here, just clip this tape, when you start to see stories of nonprofits and churches and hospitals and pro-life clinics and people that are audited unfairly and targeted by the IRS.
00:13:19.000 This is their big offensive.
00:13:22.000 Out of all the things that they have done, the 87,000 new IRS agents that they have hired will be one of the most dangerous and long-lasting pieces of legislative approval that they have done.
00:13:38.000 So what can you do about it?
00:13:40.000 Well, Republicans can hopefully repeal it, but they won't.
00:13:44.000 Republicans, I mean, look, remember when Paul Ryan was speaker and McConnell was Senate president and Trump was president?
00:13:52.000 Did we do any of that?
00:13:54.000 Now, the left always said, defund the police.
00:13:56.000 No, we need to defund the police state.
00:14:00.000 Defund the administrative state.
00:14:03.000 Look, many Republicans, when they get into office in January, hopefully we win and hopefully we're able to do some oversight.
00:14:12.000 But many of them are not going to actually go fight the IRS.
00:14:14.000 They might do some oversight, but honestly, they just don't want to get audited.
00:14:21.000 Remember, Harry Truman famously said that the FBI very well could become the Gestapo or the secret police.
00:14:29.000 This is Harry Truman, who was president in the late 1940s up until 1952.
00:14:35.000 He said the FBI is trending in that direction.
00:14:37.000 What would he say now?
00:14:39.000 Adam Mill for AmericanGreatness, amgreatness.com, asked the question, how do we get rid of the FBI?
00:14:44.000 Short of abolishing the Bureau, our elected leaders must exercise their power to reimpose constitutional supremacy over the out-of-control agency.
00:14:53.000 It's a great piece.
00:14:54.000 You guys can read it at amgreatness.com.
00:14:57.000 Increasing transparency, end or limit the stings and setups.
00:15:02.000 Do not let the FBI and Justice Department investigate their own, end self-funding through forfeitures.
00:15:08.000 These are all very important things that we could do.
00:15:12.000 But I'm just going to level with you guys.
00:15:14.000 The likelihood of the UNI party, the likelihood of the Republican Party defunding the IRS this January is very low.
00:15:21.000 And then getting Joe Biden to agree to it, by the way, or whomever is president in January to agree to it.
00:15:27.000 You see, Republicans were too busy passing tax cuts for Goldman Sachs and for Google then to go and fund the IRS.
00:15:35.000 You might say, Charlie, that's a pretty hopeless message.
00:15:37.000 No, it's not.
00:15:38.000 Just be ready for the audits.
00:15:39.000 It's going to be another thing you're going to have to deal with.
00:15:41.000 If you run a business, you'll probably be audited.
00:15:43.000 If you run a nonprofit, you'll be audited and they will have the deluge, the football stadium of IRS agents will be coming, knocking to a door near you.
00:15:53.000 And I believe the raid is a microcosm, is a metaphor for the attitude that the Washington, D.C. administrative state will now have.
00:16:03.000 They better be careful, though.
00:16:05.000 The people are not going to put up with this.
00:16:07.000 Honestly, what states need to do, states should say, like the I, like Arizona should say, the IRS is not welcome in Arizona.
00:16:16.000 Just an idea.

00:18:28.000 Go to goodranchers.com slash Kirk.
00:18:30.000 That is goodranchers.com slash Kirk.
00:18:36.000 Daniel Horowitz is here, author of a new book that is very subtly titled, you know, not exactly getting to the point.
00:18:43.000 The rise of the Fourth Reich.
00:18:46.000 Confronting COVID fascism with a new Nuremberg trial so this never happens again, Daniel Horowitz.
00:18:52.000 Daniel, I want to get to your book, but let me just ask you a question.
00:18:55.000 You're Jewish.
00:18:56.000 That's a big claim to say that this is the rise of the Fourth Reich.
00:19:00.000 It's a very big claim, and I want to get into it, but I think given the week we live in, I think everyone understands what that means.
00:19:10.000 And I want to be very specific.
00:19:12.000 It's not just about a severity of evil.
00:19:15.000 It's very technical in what they're doing, who's doing it, and how they're doing it.
00:19:20.000 But I mean, more broadly, look, Charlie, when it comes to the FBI raid, and I think kind of forgotten, but just the significant, the seizure of Congressman Scott Perry's phone, this is not a matter of a red line crossed by the bad guys.
00:19:40.000 Because as I lay out in my book, that was crossed March 2020.
00:19:44.000 Okay.
00:19:45.000 And somehow the conservative movement slept through the last two and a half years, which is bizarre.
00:19:50.000 I mean, COVID fascism, BLM, January 6th, and then Ukraine, that was all part of it.
00:19:57.000 But this is more an IQ test, whether we have crossed our own line.
00:20:01.000 It's an IQ test for the conservative movement.
00:20:04.000 Will this finally motivate us to change our strategy and what we do politically?
00:20:10.000 Do you think it is?
00:20:13.000 I definitely see people calling for that and understanding that Rhino's winning back Congress at a federal level and holding hearings is kind of not good enough.
00:20:24.000 It's kind of not inflation, taxes, bad economy.
00:20:31.000 Like, you know, you could wind up a toy and stick it back in the 1970s or 1980s, 1990s and run the same campaign.
00:20:39.000 Those are some downstream severe effects of it, but the it is the fourth Reich.
00:20:44.000 The it is this un-inhibition where we now have an enemy.
00:20:48.000 It's not necessarily race-based, although they do do a lot of baiting of race.
00:20:56.000 It is, are you with the regime or against the regime?
00:21:01.000 This is a global regime.
00:21:02.000 It's not just America.
00:21:03.000 It's in every Western former democracy that if you're with us, you're fine.
00:21:08.000 If not, you don't deserve to live.
00:21:11.000 You forfeit your right to life, liberty, property.
00:21:15.000 Your existence is criminalized.
00:21:18.000 Your human breath, literally, this was what we missed, is criminalized.
00:21:22.000 We could engage in apartheid, track you with a QR code like a bag of celery at a grocery store.
00:21:30.000 And your political views and certainly opposition is criminal.
00:21:34.000 Okay, that in itself is criminal.
00:21:37.000 Your belief.
00:21:38.000 See, this is the difference.
00:21:39.000 Typically, you had a certain crime, and then sometimes they would use your statements.
00:21:43.000 Now the statements are the main ingredient.
00:21:46.000 So what you're seeing with Scott Perry is anyone who believes that, for example, hey, no, I think the elector clause, it's the state legislature more than the governor that has the power to appoint electors, criminal and done.
00:22:02.000 And then we could use their statement, hold you without bail.
00:22:06.000 I want people to understand this did not begin with Trump.
00:22:10.000 It began with the poor schlepper, the poor army vet that had no backing, couldn't find a lawyer, and nobody in big conservative names.
00:22:20.000 And dare I say Trump circles himself really did much for them.
00:22:25.000 People committed suicide.
00:22:27.000 They languished in jail for a year and a half.
00:22:29.000 You know, I had a couple of weeks ago on my podcast, Dr. Andrew Huff.
00:22:34.000 He was a whistleblower who he worked with Peter Dasik of EcoHealth Alliance, and he was one of the ones who said he believes that Dasik was a CIA agent because he told him himself and worked on the very research that created and unleashed this virus.
00:22:51.000 So that's all he did.
00:22:54.000 He described in great detail how the FBI bugged his home, surrounded it, tased his dog, went in and stole stuff.
00:23:04.000 And he has never confronted them.
00:23:06.000 They have never confronted him.
00:23:08.000 He's not alleged to have committed a crime.
00:23:10.000 I mean, he did.
00:23:11.000 His crime was speaking out.
00:23:13.000 But this is the world we live in now.
00:23:17.000 Complete un-inhibition.
00:23:20.000 Evidentiary standards, life, liberty, judicial process, due process, legal, political, social norms.
00:23:30.000 They do not matter.
00:23:31.000 And we will use unprecedented technology to achieve that.
00:23:39.000 So between the technology, between the fact that it's global, not national, and between the fact that it's a public-private partnership, perfectly synergized, there's nowhere to escape it.
00:23:52.000 That, Charlie, is what the Fourth Reich is.
00:23:55.000 Imagine if Hitler had the technology we have today, mini me's in every single Western country to do similarly to their people what he did, and a perfect synergistic operation with every private business, media, banking, medicine, science, you name it.
00:24:18.000 That's what we are confronted with today.
00:24:22.000 So you're build that out a little bit more because some people would say, oh, that's you're you're being you're exaggerating.
00:24:28.000 Come on, Fourth Reich.
00:24:29.000 There's no way it's as bad as it is now.
00:24:31.000 Again, you're Jewish, so you don't say this lightly.
00:24:34.000 Build that out.
00:24:35.000 Sure.
00:24:35.000 Sure.
00:24:36.000 So, you know, we have, we have a fascinating chapter that's going to be titled Auschwitz didn't start with Auschwitz.
00:24:42.000 It's written in the form of a Nuremberg trial.
00:24:46.000 Okay.
00:24:46.000 Nuremberg trial.
00:24:48.000 And it's 20 witnesses we call experts, witnesses that witness different aspects of what went on the last two and a half years.
00:24:57.000 And the last one is a Holocaust survivor, child Holocaust survivor that connects the dots.
00:25:04.000 And again, you know, obviously we can get into the data and we've done this before.
00:25:09.000 There are tens of millions of people across the globe that will die as a result of the unleashing of the virus and the unleashing of the vaccine and the lockdowns, and they're still working on it.
00:25:23.000 Okay.
00:25:24.000 So that is there.
00:25:25.000 And if you don't see it, there's a problem there because that data is all there now.
00:25:31.000 We saw the subclinical myocarditis is now 60 times greater than the clinical level.
00:25:37.000 And that likely explains why people are dropping dead all over the place.
00:25:41.000 And they are continuing this every day and finding ways to increase it the more it comes out, how deadly it is.
00:25:52.000 So the severity is there, but it's more subtle.
00:25:55.000 Auschwitz didn't start with Auschwitz.
00:25:58.000 The goal is to head it off.
00:25:59.000 The Third Reich, Germany in the 1930s, one of the things we discussed, and again, this all ties back into the FBI raids and IRS, everything we're talking about this week.
00:26:09.000 It started with medical and scientific, medical nationalism and scientism.
00:26:15.000 People forget that.
00:26:17.000 That was the leadship in the Armana.
00:26:19.000 And it didn't really start with Jews per se, or certainly not exclusively.
00:26:25.000 It was, they had a whole program of eugenics to get rid of the infirm, the elderly, the useless eaters, literally the words that World Economic Forum officials use to this day.
00:26:36.000 And we go through the literature.
00:26:40.000 It runs the gambit of all political persuasions.
00:26:43.000 Anyone who studies the Third Reich agrees that scientists and doctors got sucked into it quicker and in larger numbers than other people.
00:26:53.000 Yes, that's right.
00:26:53.000 This is an indisputable fact.
00:26:56.000 They were people, in order to understand the Fourth Reich, we developed what is the Third Reich.
00:27:02.000 And people nowadays think of evil.
00:27:05.000 I think they conjure up an image of like ISIS guys with masks dancing around with AK-47s, you know, chanting Allah Akbar.
00:27:13.000 That's, I think, kind of the image people have.
00:27:16.000 But what was unique about the Third Reich is it was in middle of the 20th century, not in the dark ages.
00:27:23.000 It was in Western Europe, the most advanced society, certainly with medicine and science.
00:27:28.000 And by the way, unlike the last two and a half years, they did have legitimate science that came out of their scientism, including some of the evil stuff.
00:27:37.000 Unlike now, nothing came out of it.
00:27:39.000 I don't want to be flippant with that, but I'm saying the point is it was very subtle.
00:27:43.000 It's like, oh, come on.
00:27:44.000 Yeah, we all know you can't burn people in an oven, you know, in Auschwitz.
00:27:48.000 That's not what the Nuremberg trials, particularly the separate doctor's trial, was coming to root out.
00:27:56.000 They had a separate doctor's trial.
00:27:58.000 We're coming up on the 75th anniversary, December of this year, of that trial in 1947.
00:28:08.000 And they wanted to root out that scientism that elevated the goals of medical purity, scientific purity, medical nationalism over the rights and prerogatives and informed consent of the individual.
00:28:25.000 That is a forgotten part of Nuremberg and what led to the callous disregard of life.
00:28:31.000 And that you, by existing, are a threat unless you take an affirmative action to your body, as we say, you are a threat and you forfeit your right to live.
00:28:45.000 We go through the people that were denied kidney transplants, denied.
00:28:49.000 I mean, now in Germany, by the way, they came up with a color-coded QR system where they're just going to wand you with it like a bag of lettuce.
00:28:58.000 And, oh, if you didn't get not just the shots, but within like two or three months from now, then you have to put on a mask.
00:29:06.000 You can't breathe.
00:29:09.000 Wake up.
00:29:10.000 Wake up.
00:29:11.000 So it was unique.
00:29:12.000 The Third Reich was unique in terms of the history.
00:29:15.000 It was done very cultured, very cultured people.
00:29:19.000 It was, it sounded great.
00:29:22.000 Science, nationalism, all for those purposes, medical nationalism.
00:29:28.000 They did work a little bit with IBM with some of their identification stuff in the concentration camps.
00:29:34.000 It's a very sore point.
00:29:36.000 Your listeners can look it up.
00:29:38.000 Some American companies did collaborate.
00:29:40.000 You had a little bit of private partnership with that as well.
00:29:44.000 The German historicist belief, which was launched by Hegel, mixed with the Industrial Revolution and the hyper-organized, let's just say, predisposition of the German people, launched a 50 to 60-year unprecedented focus on science that was led by people that you might know or might not know, where you had a lack of morality, you had hyper-nationalism,
00:30:11.000 which is not necessarily a bad thing, but with no morality, no anchoring, and then with absolutely terrible leadership, economic collapse.
00:30:19.000 But the 40 or 50 years prior to the rise of the Third Reich was this idea of the perfection of man himself, of we are going to perfect man via the scientific method, that we will create das übermensch, as Friedrich Nietzsche would say.
00:30:37.000 Now, Friedrich Nietzsche wrote Beyond Good and Evil, and I think it's called something Malthustra.
00:30:44.000 I'll think of it in a second.
00:30:46.000 That book was the most widely distributed piece of reading in World War I for young men, that we can create the perfect man.
00:30:55.000 That's where we get the idea of the Superman, believe it or not.
00:30:57.000 Superman was actually created because of Nietzsche.
00:31:00.000 So you have all of these German scientists who are super organized and hyper-technical, mixed with really bad ideology, and then a civilizational collapse.
00:31:08.000 And next thing you know, you have an entire country run by scientists.
00:31:13.000 The raid happened.
00:31:15.000 Republicans are just sending out press releases.
00:31:17.000 What are we supposed to do about it?
00:31:18.000 What are Republicans supposed to do it?
00:31:20.000 You call it the Fourth Reich, but I'm not going to put up with that.
00:31:22.000 What do we do?
00:31:24.000 We can't wait.
00:31:25.000 We can't wait till next year.
00:31:27.000 We certainly can't wait till 2025.
00:31:28.000 The reality is that most, not most states, but half the states are controlled by Republicans, and many of them with supermajorities.
00:31:37.000 Right now, very simply, what they can do is the governor should join together so you don't have one out on the limb and isolated, hold a press conference and say, talk about the pattern.
00:31:48.000 That's not just Trump, how they are criminalizing politics, saying that we're terrorists for just supporting Trump, believing that the vaccines are problematic or things like that.
00:32:01.000 And we will pass a law, convene the state legislature that we will block the FBI or IRS or any federal agency from coming in to seize, arrest, search, and seize any individual who is a political opponent of the regime and is only alleged to have committed a misdemeanor or something along those lines.
00:32:22.000 You have to talk about how you want to write it, but to make it clear that we're vetting out political persecutions, it's interposition.
00:32:30.000 We're going to interpose.
00:32:31.000 We're not going to allow it here.
00:32:33.000 To buttress that fight at a federal level, the last time I checked, Republicans still have 10 seats in the Senate that they could use to block, to filibuster and block passage of the budget bill.
00:32:46.000 The budget has to be signed by the end of September.
00:32:49.000 Okay?
00:32:49.000 That is leverage.
00:32:51.000 This should be declared war.
00:32:53.000 They declared war.
00:32:54.000 We will no longer cooperate with the Democrat majority in the Senate, not really even a majority.
00:32:58.000 It's 50-50.
00:33:00.000 And therefore, we are going to hold up the budget bill until these political persecutions are called off and until at least the 87,000 IRS agents component of the Build Back Better bill they just passed is reversed.
00:33:16.000 Okay.
00:33:16.000 You have to start using that leverage, harnessing that national attention, and all in Unison come together and actually make the case harness that point of national brinkmanship.
00:33:30.000 Okay, state, federal level.
00:33:32.000 And I'm telling you, they cannot withstand that scrutiny.
00:33:35.000 The reason it never happens is because we don't have that unity and we can't have nice things.
00:33:40.000 But in a perfect world, that's exactly what we need.
00:33:42.000 I mean, I said it even more bluntly on this program.
00:33:45.000 I don't like talking like this.
00:33:46.000 I don't enjoy it, but raids must be met with raids.
00:33:48.000 Republican attorney generals should be executing raids on every major Democrat group that is suspected of criminal activity, such as harboring illegal aliens, bringing them across the border, funding riots like in the summer of love, all these different things.
00:34:01.000 It's not going to happen, though.
00:34:02.000 We know that.
00:34:02.000 We know that.
00:34:03.000 That Republican attorney generals, they're not actually going to want to do what's necessary to save the country.
00:34:08.000 So you're talking about a sword.
00:34:10.000 I'm saying at least a shield, at least a shield.
00:34:14.000 No, I mean, but raids must be met with raids.
00:34:16.000 What is the argument against that?
00:34:17.000 You know, I was texting some of these attorney generals.
00:34:19.000 They're like, well, Charlie, you know, we can't be political.
00:34:23.000 I said, hold on a second.
00:34:25.000 I said, first of all, you run in a Republican.
00:34:29.000 Okay.
00:34:29.000 Second of all, they crossed the Rubicon, man.
00:34:33.000 I'm not asking you to be political.
00:34:34.000 I'm asking you to be lawful.
00:34:36.000 Have you raided the stash houses for ballots in San Luis?
00:34:40.000 Nope.
00:34:40.000 Have you raided the BLM headquarters or the offices they have in red states?
00:34:44.000 Nope.
00:34:45.000 Why?
00:34:46.000 Daniel, Minute Remaining, your thoughts.
00:34:49.000 Sure.
00:34:49.000 Red states aren't red.
00:34:50.000 If they were, they would serve as a deterrent to this entire operation.
00:34:55.000 This is why this whole discussion of the next election, I think people are starting to see, oh, nothing's going to change.
00:35:03.000 If you can't make your red area red, you're worthless.
00:35:07.000 It's got to be local elections have to matter.
00:35:09.000 Also at a county level, we need sheriffs to start creating sanctuary counties that we will work together to thwart the feds doing this.
00:35:17.000 And by the way, if anyone wants to pick up the book, trialsandexecution.com so it doesn't get censored and you can get the first chapter for free right there.
00:35:25.000 I can't wait.
00:35:26.000 You will see why this is forthright.
00:35:28.000 So here's where I want.
00:35:29.000 I want you and Steve to come on the program for a long interview.
00:35:34.000 And I want to really kind of play devil's advocate because there's a lot here.
00:35:37.000 Again, the book is Arise of the Third Reich, understated, obviously, where Daniel Horowitz compares the current regime to the existential evil of the 20th century.
00:35:47.000 And if you look, Daniel and Steve, these are serious thinkers.
00:35:50.000 These are not provocateurs.
00:35:52.000 These are very smart people.
00:35:53.000 And I'll tell you right now, I would put Daniel and Steve Dace, Daniel Horowitz and Steve Dace, up against anybody on the left or the moderate right.
00:36:00.000 Those two guys together, forget it.
00:36:01.000 They'd run circles around you.
00:36:02.000 Daniel, we're out of time.
00:36:03.000 Thank you so much.
00:36:04.000 Deeply appreciate it.
00:36:05.000 Thanks for having me.
00:36:06.000 Have hope, everybody.
00:36:08.000 We have things they do not have.
00:36:09.000 We have truth.
00:36:10.000 We have joy.
00:36:10.000 We have you.
00:36:11.000 We're not going to put up with this.
00:36:13.000 We will never surrender.
00:36:14.000 And we have the will to win.
00:36:19.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:36:20.000 Email me your thoughts as always: freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:36:22.000 Thanks so much.
