00:01:26.000 With us now is Senator Josh Hawley, one of the few fighters in the U.S. Senate.
00:01:31.000 And I am so happy and thrilled that Senator Hawley's influence will be increasing because JD Vance is going to the U.S. Senate.
00:01:40.000 Senator Hawley, how you doing?
00:01:41.000 I'm doing great, Charlie.
00:01:43.000 Thanks for having me.
00:01:44.000 I know you and I are both on the ground with JD Vance.
00:01:46.000 I wish we would have Blake Masters as well, but sending J.D. is a big deal.
00:01:51.000 And thank you for all your help with that.
00:01:54.000 Let me just kind of start with the leadership election or selection, I should say, yesterday.
00:01:59.000 Tell us what you can without breaching any confidentiality of what happened behind closed doors with what looks like now Senator McConnell is going to be continued leader of the Senate minority.
00:02:12.000 Well, listen, I'll just tell you what my position has been, which is that I voted for new leadership.
00:02:16.000 I said before the election, Charlie, that I wasn't going to support Mitch McConnell for leader.
00:02:21.000 I don't think that he has led the party in a good direction.
00:02:23.000 I think the results in this last election make that clear.
00:02:27.000 And I think we need a different direction.
00:02:28.000 Clear.
00:02:29.000 I mean, if you look at this last election and you say, oh, everything's fine.
00:02:32.000 Like, it's just fine.
00:02:33.000 You know, we don't need to make any changes.
00:02:35.000 I just say, if you're a Republican, you know, you're delusional, particularly if you're one of these D.C. Republicans that didn't give candidates anything to run on, that didn't actually put forward a coherent agenda, that basically just said, oh, Biden sucks.
00:02:48.000 He's no good.
00:02:49.000 You know what we learn out of this election is that independent voters, they actually want you to come out and fight for them.
00:02:49.000 Vote for us.
00:02:55.000 They actually want you to come be on their side.
00:02:57.000 It's not enough to say it's our turn.
00:02:59.000 You have to go show them that you're willing to fight for them.
00:03:02.000 And I don't think Senate leadership's done that.
00:03:04.000 So, Charlie, I voted no, and I urged for there to be new leadership.
00:03:09.000 And I asked both of the guys who were running, which was Mitch McConnell and Rick Scott from Florida.
00:03:13.000 I asked both of them, what are you going to do to put forward an agenda that will actually deliver for the American people?
00:03:20.000 Not just talk, not just do press appearances, but what are you going to do that will actually deliver?
00:03:27.000 And, you know, we'll see.
00:03:28.000 We'll see what the next two years will bring.
00:03:30.000 But I tell you what I'm going to do, Charlie.
00:03:31.000 We'll keep fighting every day here, and we'll keep trying to deliver.
00:03:36.000 You've been doing a great job of that.
00:03:37.000 What was the final vote count?
00:03:40.000 37 to 11.
00:03:42.000 So 37 votes for the current leadership, 11 votes against.
00:03:47.000 Interesting.
00:03:48.000 Yeah, I mean, that's, it should be a lot closer than that.
00:03:51.000 I mean, it should have been a lot more competitive, I should say.
00:03:51.000 I got to tell you.
00:03:54.000 When your coach that tells you that we're going to win the national title game can't even win the conference, you probably are going to fire that coach.
00:04:02.000 Well, I don't know if Jimbo Fisher is getting fired this year, but we'll see.
00:04:05.000 Let's play cut 375.
00:04:07.000 Senator Josh Hawley on fire, 375.
00:04:11.000 A federal judge has just found as a finding of fact, Mr. Secretary, that your office, and I'm going to quote now, is supervising the nerve center of federally directed censorship.
00:04:24.000 Facebook writes again to HHS and highlights that Facebook is increasing the strength of our demotions for COVID and vaccine-related content.
00:04:32.000 We have example after example of this administration coordinated, apparently, according to a federal court by your agency, pressuring, coercing social media companies to engage in censorship.
00:04:46.000 Is that constitutional?
00:04:47.000 That is unequivocally false.
00:04:49.000 Is what the emails show?
00:04:51.000 It is unequivocally false, Senator.
00:04:53.000 You are not pressuring the big tech companies to take down accounts.
00:04:56.000 You are not meeting with them to ask them to censor on your behalf.
00:05:00.000 That is correct.
00:05:01.000 We are not.
00:05:02.000 Senator Hawley, either he's lying or the documents are lying.
00:05:06.000 Your thoughts?
00:05:08.000 He's lying.
00:05:09.000 I mean, this is a guy who lies and he lies and he lies.
00:05:12.000 He said there was no disinformation board.
00:05:14.000 That was a lie.
00:05:15.000 He said there was no plan to coordinate censorship across federal agencies.
00:05:19.000 That's a lie.
00:05:20.000 He lied today about his own internal studies in the Homeland Security Department that have been published.
00:05:25.000 We can see them.
00:05:26.000 They've been leaked to the press.
00:05:28.000 They say that DHS wants to make a top priority monitoring and taking down quote-unquote disinformation by Americans.
00:05:36.000 On what topics you might ask?
00:05:37.000 Oh, on topics like COVID vaccine, COVID mandates, U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.
00:05:43.000 What does this have to do with keeping Americans safe?
00:05:45.000 Nothing.
00:05:46.000 It has everything to do with censorship.
00:05:48.000 This is this administration's top priority, censoring American speech that they don't like.
00:05:53.000 Charlie, it's sick.
00:05:54.000 It's unconstitutional, and we have to stop it.
00:05:57.000 Yeah, so let's play cut 377.
00:05:59.000 More oversight.
00:06:00.000 Can't wait for JD Vance to be joining you in this.
00:06:02.000 I wish more people asked the correct questions.
00:06:03.000 377.
00:06:05.000 Member Chuck Grassley asked you during the hearing, he said, I assume you must have other business.
00:06:10.000 You said, yes.
00:06:13.000 He then said, if you have a business trip, you've got your own plane.
00:06:17.000 Can't it wait a while?
00:06:19.000 And you said you had a plane to catch.
00:06:21.000 You had somewhere to go.
00:06:23.000 And now we find out it was for vacation?
00:06:26.000 You left an oversight hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee required by statute so you could vacation with your family.
00:06:33.000 I find that absolutely unbelievable and frankly, indefensible.
00:06:38.000 What was his response to that, Senator?
00:06:41.000 His response was that, oh, well, I had prearranged this.
00:06:46.000 Everybody knew I was going on vacation.
00:06:48.000 I mean, I had to leave at that time.
00:06:50.000 It's totally absurd, Charlie.
00:06:52.000 He lied to us.
00:06:53.000 Grassly asked him, what is so important?
00:06:56.000 Why did you have to leave?
00:06:58.000 He said, I've got other stuff to do.
00:06:59.000 Grassley said, you've got business?
00:07:01.000 And he said, yeah, I've got business to attend to.
00:07:03.000 That was a lie.
00:07:04.000 He was going to the Adirondacks to some vacation resort.
00:07:08.000 And Charlie, I don't care if he had pre-approved it, which he hadn't.
00:07:12.000 The idea that as the FBI director, you would say, oh, sorry, sorry.
00:07:15.000 I can't take any questions anymore because I got to go on vacation.
00:07:19.000 Like, I got to get to the mountains, man.
00:07:22.000 You know, I got to get out to my cabin to my fancy resort.
00:07:24.000 Yep.
00:07:25.000 It is.
00:07:25.000 It is.
00:07:26.000 On the FBI Gulf, on the FBI Gulf Stream that was appropriated by Congress for counterterrorism use, right, Senator?
00:07:34.000 So the FBI got a Gulf stream post 9-11 because some FBI director said, I need to be able to go places in case of counterterrorism.
00:07:43.000 No one questioned it.
00:07:44.000 And like, okay, you know, you're in charge of the FBI, whatever.
00:07:48.000 And now, okay, if you're going on business, like you're going to go, I don't know, break up a break up a cartel, you know, child sex trafficking operation, you need to go there to, you know, make some decisions, fine.
00:07:58.000 But he's going to the Adirondacks, Senator Hawley.
00:08:01.000 And not just that, not only is he using the Gulf Stream to personally go to the Adirondacks, he's avoiding your questions to go do that.
00:08:08.000 Exactly.
00:08:09.000 Exactly.
00:08:10.000 But see.
00:08:11.000 Yeah, go ahead.
00:08:11.000 Sorry.
00:08:13.000 Well, here's the real deal is that he knew that there were seven more Republicans who wanted to ask him additional questions.
00:08:20.000 He knew that.
00:08:21.000 Senator Grassley asked him, he said, wait, you can't wait 20 more minutes, 20 more minutes to answer their questions.
00:08:28.000 And he said, no, no, I can't.
00:08:29.000 I have to go.
00:08:33.000 As if he was going, you know, through DCA Reagan, through LaGuardia to get to northern New York.
00:08:38.000 Like, okay, if you're flying commercial, you got to catch a flight.
00:08:40.000 No, no, I guarantee you the FBI Gulf Stream could have waited another 20 minutes, right, Senator?
00:08:46.000 Exactly.
00:08:47.000 Exactly.
00:08:47.000 It could.
00:08:48.000 And again, the whole idea that he would skip out on a hearing and he would evade questions in order to take a vacation.
00:08:54.000 And here's the other thing I said to him.
00:08:56.000 While you've been on vacation, while you're out doing that, what has your FBI been doing?
00:09:00.000 It has been going after pro-life Catholic demonstrators.
00:09:04.000 It has been going after folks who are nonviolent offenders who are getting their doors beat down by SWAT teams at the FBI.
00:09:11.000 It has been patting the statistics on domestic terrorism.
00:09:14.000 We've got all these whistleblowers come forward and say, D.C. headquarters is telling us you need to open up domestic terrorism cases so it looks like there's a groundswell of these all across the country when in fact that is not true.
00:09:26.000 That's what's been going on at the FBI.
00:09:28.000 Meanwhile, he's on a jet blazing around in the Adirondacks.
00:09:31.000 It is wrong and he should go.
00:09:33.000 Yeah, and I just think it also illustrates, Senator, one of the reasons why you're so important and you're actually going to, I think you're up for reelection this cycle from the next, because now we're in the next cycle.
00:09:42.000 We have no time off.
00:09:43.000 It's like a week and we're already talking about the next cycle.
00:09:45.000 And we have why your election matters so much and why Senator Mike Lee him beating Evan McMuffin McMullen and having people like JD Vance is because one of the big concerns we have in this audience, our audience has and I have, I should say, is the fourth branch of government that feels zero threat of oversight from the legislative branch.
00:10:11.000 I mean, Christopher Ray thinks so low of the Republican members of the Senate, he just doesn't care and just scoots on up to the Adirondacks instead of answering oversight questions.
00:10:26.000 Charlie Kirk here, look, I've told you about producer Andrew and how Relief Factor has really improved his life and relieved the pain in his knees and back.
00:10:33.000 Now, let me tell you about Yvonne in California.
00:10:36.000 She says this, quote, both my husband and I are in our 70s and so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
00:10:41.000 We've tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom from aches and pains like Relief Factor.
00:10:47.000 I hear Yvonne, Relief Factor works for me too.
00:10:49.000 Relief Factor is a 100% drug-free solution developed by doctors based on scientific research to help your body attack the underlying inflammation causing you pain.
00:10:59.000 Three weeks from now, you could be doing the things you enjoy doing.
00:11:02.000 Your first step to becoming pain-free could be just to order the three-week quick start for only $19.95.
00:11:08.000 After trying Relief Factor, over half a million people have gone on to order more.
00:11:13.000 Go to relieffactor.com or call 8004Relief to find out more about this offer.
00:11:18.000 That's relieffactor.com or call 8004Relief.
00:11:21.000 Live your best life and feel the difference with Relief Factor.
00:11:26.000 So, Senator, it's a disappointment we won't control the U.S. Senate, but we are going to control the House of Representatives.
00:11:34.000 Is there any way possible where you can work with the House and maybe in conjunction with your oversight, then be able to conduct better oversight in the Senate?
00:11:43.000 Does that make sense where you might be able to have a inner chamber partnership with the Republican House majority?
00:11:49.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:11:50.000 And one of the ways we can do that, Charlie, is just looking at what the House might do, questions they might ask, what they might lead on.
00:11:58.000 And we can pick that up in Senate hearings.
00:11:59.000 We can also do letters together.
00:12:00.000 We can do oversight demands together.
00:12:03.000 Certainly we can partner on oversight legislation together.
00:12:06.000 And I've already done that in the past and look forward to doing it, where a bill introduced in the House, I can then introduce it in the Senate and vice versa.
00:12:12.000 So I think there's a lot of opportunities for collaboration.
00:12:15.000 It's going to make a big difference to have the House.
00:12:17.000 We should have the Senate.
00:12:18.000 I mean, we need to not forget that.
00:12:21.000 We can't forget so that we can learn from what happened.
00:12:24.000 But having the House, big, big deal.
00:12:27.000 It's going to make a big difference for this country.
00:12:29.000 And I'm excited about the next two years.
00:12:30.000 Yeah, so let me ask you, what do you think are the major lessons to take away from this midterm cycle?
00:12:35.000 You say we should control the Senate.
00:12:36.000 I agree.
00:12:37.000 What went wrong?
00:12:38.000 Well, I think that the Republican Party, the old party, is dead.
00:12:42.000 I mean, that's what this election to me is all about.
00:12:44.000 Independent voters, Charlie, looked at the old Republican Party the last 30, 40 years.
00:12:48.000 They looked at the same old agenda they hear out of the D.C. Republicans that they said, you know what, we don't like Joe Biden.
00:12:54.000 He is killing our economy.
00:12:56.000 He is making our lives miserable, but we'll just stay home rather than vote for you people.
00:13:01.000 So I think this was the funeral for the old party.
00:13:03.000 It's time to bury it and build something new.
00:13:06.000 And what I mean by that is we need a party that's actually going to be a party for working people and working families, party of secure borders, a party that's tough on crime, a party that's going to bring jobs back to this country and get tough on our overseas competitors, a country that is going to go against the woke corporations and take on their agenda full throttle.
00:13:26.000 So we've got a choice now.
00:13:28.000 I tell you this, if these Republicans do what some of them want to do, I'm hearing about like, oh, we need to prioritize cutting Social Security and Medicare, and we need to prioritize raising immigration levels and lowering tariffs.
00:13:39.000 They're just going to keep on losing.
00:13:41.000 Yeah, I'm afraid you're right.
00:13:43.000 So Senator Hawley, yesterday, as if we don't have other problems going on in our country, the U.S. Senate decided to pass this Defense for Marriage Act, and so many of your Republican colleagues supported it.
00:13:55.000 What on earth is going on?
00:13:57.000 Well, I tell you what, Charlie, I mean, this is a bad bill.
00:14:00.000 I mean, this goes beyond even what the Supreme Court said in the same-sex marriage case several years ago.
00:14:05.000 And this writes into federal law all new kinds of requirements that I think are going to mean, if you're a person of faith, you're going to be on the firing line.
00:14:13.000 I mean, you can get sued now for exercising your religious beliefs.
00:14:17.000 If you don't want to participate in a religious ceremony that you have an objection to on faith grounds, you can get sued for it.
00:14:23.000 And we're seeing this already in some states.
00:14:26.000 Bakers are getting sued.
00:14:27.000 Folks who do wedding websites are getting sued.
00:14:30.000 Now it's going to go national.
00:14:32.000 And I tell you, this is why I believe in religious liberty 100% because I believe in traditional marriage.
00:14:37.000 So I'm voting no on this thing.
00:14:38.000 And I'm just disappointed at a lame duck concern.
00:14:41.000 Here we've elected new senators, new representatives.
00:14:43.000 They haven't got to take their seats yet.
00:14:45.000 And this is being jammed through a lame duck.
00:14:47.000 I think it's wrong.
00:14:48.000 Yeah, so Senator, can you talk a little about that?
00:14:50.000 I'm very worried about this lame duck period because Nancy Pelosi says she's not going to run for leadership.
00:14:55.000 And that should honestly terrify some people because I think this last gasp of this Democrat Congress is going to be a horror show.
00:15:02.000 Senator, what are the big fights that we got to look out for legislatively while people are burned out and they're tired of politics right now?
00:15:10.000 And it looks like the Democrats will, you know, they're going to control the Senate.
00:15:14.000 But there's a window of time here, Senator Hawley, where they still have unified government.
00:15:19.000 What are the threats on the horizon here?
00:15:21.000 Well, I think they'll try to do something on abortion.
00:15:23.000 I think they'll try and chip away at the right of the people to actually protect life, which is what the Supreme Court gave back to us this last year.
00:15:31.000 I think they will absolutely try to sneak through, jam through some kind of a national abortion on demand bill here in the month of December.
00:15:39.000 I think they'll try and jam through more socialist spending, you know, massive expansion of their green climate agenda in the form of massive, massive new spending by raising the debt ceiling, by pushing through a budget bill that is really their climate theology.
00:15:54.000 Charlie, can I just point out that I think the thing, watching these Democrats here, the thing that they really care the most about and that they are the most proud about when it comes to spending, it really is this climate radicalism.
00:16:05.000 They want to completely gut this country's economy.
00:16:09.000 They want to take away all of our blue-collar jobs.
00:16:11.000 They want to ship them all overseas.
00:16:13.000 They don't care about workers.
00:16:14.000 They want us to live in this dystopia where we produce no energy in this country, where we have no production of manufacturing in this country.
00:16:22.000 We buy all of our energy and food from other countries, and we all work in their white-collar jobs that they love, or we're on the government dole.
00:16:29.000 That's what they want, and they're going to try to do that.
00:16:31.000 They're going to try to advance that here in this lame duck.
00:16:34.000 And Republicans have just got to say no, no, no.
00:16:37.000 Well said.
00:16:38.000 Senator Hawley, great leadership as always.
00:16:40.000 I'm pleased to say JD Vance is on the way to back you up.
00:16:43.000 That's a good thing for America.
00:16:44.000 Thank you, Senator.
00:16:45.000 Really appreciate it.
00:16:47.000 Thank you so much for having me.
00:16:51.000 The end of the year is right around the corner, and it's time for you to consider a change in your investment plan.
00:16:56.000 This is Charlie Kirk, and I strongly recommend you go right now and see my friends at PAX to review your investments.
00:17:03.000 They are the one firm I know that focuses on biblical, responsible investing and does not force you to invest in companies that literally attack Christian values.
00:17:12.000 If we want religious liberty in our country, we have to stop investing in companies that are trying to suppress our freedoms.
00:17:19.000 I love PAX Financial.
00:17:21.000 They manage some of my money.
00:17:22.000 I trust them.
00:17:23.000 And that's why before the end of the year, you need to text the word Charlie to the number 74868.
00:17:28.000 That's Charlie to 74868.
00:17:30.000 And someone with PAX Financial Group will connect you right away.
00:17:33.000 So take out your phone, text the word Charlie to 74868.
00:17:39.000 I trust them with my money, and I think you should trust them with your money.
00:17:43.000 That is the word Charlie to 74868.
00:17:48.000 They're a great operation.
00:17:50.000 Check them out today.
00:17:54.000 Very interesting story here.
00:17:55.000 I want to talk about how the Federal Trade Commission is targeting a company for trying to help people.
00:18:04.000 It's remarkable.
00:18:05.000 Nate Jones joins us, CEO of Clear, and that is spelled X Clear.
00:18:11.000 Nate, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:18:13.000 Well, hey, thanks for having me.
00:18:14.000 Tell us your story.
00:18:18.000 No, the story is: I'm the founder, CEO of Clear.
00:18:23.000 It's spelled X-C-L-E-R, but it's pronounced Clear.
00:18:25.000 And we've been selling nasal hygiene products for over two decades since 2000.
00:18:31.000 And they had, you know, most people are familiar with using a saline spray.
00:18:34.000 Ours actually has xylitol in it.
00:18:36.000 It's a sugar molecule that has actually been shown to block bacterial and viral adhesion of a variety of bacteria and viruses.
00:18:44.000 My father's a physician.
00:18:46.000 He started using it in a nasal spray to wash out the airways of young children in his practice that were having recurrent upper respiratory issues.
00:18:56.000 And so we've been doing this for 20 years.
00:18:59.000 And when this pandemic came along, we had a bunch of doctors that were using it for people with COVID.
00:19:06.000 And they called us and said, hey, you guys need to look into this.
00:19:09.000 And so we started doing research and trying to find out what was going on there.
00:19:14.000 And what we found in some of these studies, and there was a study that came out of the University of Tennessee, where they showed that xylitol actually was able to block the SARS-CoV-2 virus from adhering to the tissue.
00:19:26.000 And so we started, we went to the FDA and said, hey, we would like to do a human trial on this and see if it works.
00:19:32.000 And they said, well, no, you're not a drug.
00:19:34.000 You can't do it.
00:19:36.000 We've tried many times.
00:19:38.000 We've tried to go into BARDA, we've tried getting this information into the CDC, and it's just been ignored.
00:19:44.000 The CDC, we don't even think the CDC opened and read the long list of research studies that are out there.
00:19:51.000 And so we've been trying to get that done.
00:19:53.000 I mean, even on the CDC's own webpage, they say that the best way to treat a respiratory coronavirus infection is with nasal irrigation, which is a basic hygiene process.
00:20:06.000 And so we start trying to share this.
00:20:09.000 And there's a couple of other there.
00:20:11.000 I mean, there have been a couple of studies now using salt water and using iodine and using iota-carragine and using nitric oxide and using xylitol that do work.
00:20:21.000 And all of the companies that have provided product for this, you know, some of our competitors, you got you have NealMed, you have Navaj, you have a couple of these other companies.
00:20:29.000 They have all received warning letters telling them not to share these studies.
00:20:36.000 And we received one and I was like, why am the, I guess I should watch my language, why are you, you have millions of people that are out here getting sick, having their lives ruined, dying, et cetera.
00:20:49.000 You won't share the studies.
00:20:50.000 The CDC has advocated.
00:20:52.000 I think we all understand that the CDC and the Surgeon General have advocated their responsibility to discuss prevention with the public.
00:21:01.000 But we went out there and started sharing these.
00:21:02.000 We received a warning letter from the FTC, you know, saying, hey, don't share these studies.
00:21:10.000 You can do them, but don't share them.
00:21:13.000 And so now the Federal Trade Commission is suing you.
00:21:16.000 Is that right?
00:21:17.000 Yes, that is correct.
00:21:18.000 What is their main complaint?
00:21:20.000 What are they saying in the thrust of it?
00:21:24.000 There's not enough science to back up using our product, nasal hygiene products, to have any effect with the current pandemic.
00:21:36.000 Do you have any success stories that you could share that would make them look rather silly?
00:21:42.000 I think we've shared quite a few of them.
00:21:45.000 I mean, we've got tens of thousands of, you know, you can go on Amazon and there's all kinds of reviews where they've talked about it.
00:21:52.000 But we have research.
00:21:54.000 We have double, you know, we have RCT research studies where they're using it and having good results.
00:22:01.000 I mean, even Nealman, one of our competitors, I don't want to, you know, push them too much, especially because when they received the warning letter, rather than standing up and saying no, they actually took all of this stuff down off their webpage.
00:22:16.000 Yeah, so I suppose the question is, you know, what is the response or the recourse, right?
00:22:22.000 Because, you know, they're trying to bankrupt your company for trying to find alternative treatments to COVID.
00:22:28.000 Is that basically right?
00:22:30.000 Probably.
00:22:30.000 I mean, that's what it seems like sometimes.
00:22:33.000 Yeah.
00:22:34.000 So, I mean, what is your response going to be to this and how can people help?
00:22:40.000 The way that people can help is, you know, write into your congressman, write into your senators and say what's going on here.
00:22:47.000 Because the FTC, they are, I mean, we've had to negotiate with them and it bleeds us of cash, but you're negotiating with them and they aren't negotiating in good faith.
00:22:59.000 I mean, it's just ridiculous.
00:23:01.000 It's like dealing with a couple of kindergartners listening to what their response is when we come in and say, you know, this is what we want to do.
00:23:08.000 Yeah, the FTC has an extraordinary amount of power and is used against businesses that whatever the current regime is in office does not like.
00:23:17.000 They go after gun manufacturers, ammunition manufacturers for obvious reasons, and they do this under the guise of quote unquote fraud.
00:23:25.000 But it's so interesting how they don't ever go after, you know, some of these other companies that, I don't know, create heart disease or widespread diabetes or, you know, any of these other issues.
00:23:39.000 I mean, and so I'm looking on your website.
00:23:41.000 You guys have the science behind it, the science behind, you know, the articles and the studies and your educators and all that.
00:23:47.000 Looks very, you know, looks very well researched and substantiated.
00:23:54.000 What part of the process of the lawsuit are you in right now with the FTC?
00:23:59.000 We're in the discovery.
00:24:01.000 I mean, it's just the beginning of a lawsuit.
00:24:02.000 I mean, it'll be, you know, a year, two years, maybe three before this ever sees a courthouse.
00:24:10.000 Yeah.
00:24:10.000 And so I hope everybody understands the FTC and the Federal Trade Commission, they have an unlimited budget, basically, to go after any business of their choosing.
00:24:18.000 And then the incumbent business, just for doing their job, have to dive into their reserves and their capital needs and their budgets to defend themselves against the Leviathan, all because there was a treatment that was showing success.
00:24:33.000 And by the way, if you look at their Amazon reviews, you look at the reviews of people, it is an incredible response, really.
00:24:41.000 It really seems to mean that the FTC is kind of like a mercenary, a hired gun for the FDA.
00:24:47.000 Would you say that's right?
00:24:49.000 I would.
00:24:50.000 But in our case, the FTC actually went to the FDA and asked them to join them in this lawsuit.
00:24:57.000 And the FDA actually declined and just said, no, we don't think there's that much of a case.
00:25:02.000 Yeah.
00:25:03.000 And you guys have been around for 20 plus years, right?
00:25:05.000 So you guys didn't just start your company because of COVID.
00:25:09.000 No, yeah, we've been around for decades.
00:25:12.000 Wow.
00:25:13.000 Any closing thoughts or ways that our audience can, again, support you or how you see this moving forward or your big warning to the population?
00:25:21.000 Well, what I think is I, you know, and I believe that our government, our public health officials, and since they're not doing it, people need to go out and they need to learn about hygiene and ways to use hygiene and sanitation to solve the current healthcare issue.
00:25:38.000 I mean, you can go and look at during the past century, we've had an epidemic or a pandemic every couple of, every decade.
00:25:45.000 You know, we had Zika, we had the bird flu, we had parrot disease, we had all of these.
00:25:50.000 Every single one of those was solved through hygiene and sanitation.
00:25:55.000 Not a single one of them was solved with pharmaceuticals.
00:25:59.000 Wow.
00:26:00.000 I mean, and early.
00:26:02.000 Oh, go ahead.
00:26:03.000 No, early preventative intervention was one of the great cover-ups, and now they're going after the people that are trying to produce actual solutions there.
00:26:10.000 It's Nate Jones from Clear, and the way to spell the company is X-Clear, right?
00:26:15.000 Is that fair to say?
00:26:16.000 That's the way to spell it.
00:26:17.000 It clears your nose, and the X comes from Xylitol.
00:26:21.000 My dad, who invented the product, that's what he wanted to call it.
00:26:24.000 That's what it is.
00:26:25.000 Very good.
00:26:25.000 Nate, hope to meet you soon.
00:26:26.000 Thank you so much and keep up the fight.
00:26:28.000 That works.
00:26:29.000 Thank you.
00:26:30.000 Thank you.
00:26:30.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:26:32.000 Tyler Boyer is with us now.
00:26:34.000 Make sure you get your mic.
00:26:35.000 Hello, Charlie.
00:26:36.000 Tyler, is Abe Homeday going to be the Attorney General of Arizona?
00:26:39.000 It's been a big week.
00:26:41.000 It's been a long week, but we are heading in a really wonderful track for Abe Homeday.
00:26:46.000 Just got off the phone with him.
00:26:47.000 He is, I'm telling you right now, those who help cure ballots all week long.
00:26:52.000 I'm just tweeting this out right now, are the heroes right now in Arizona.
00:26:58.000 And I see a lot of complainers, a lot of people wanting to talk a lot of talk.
00:27:02.000 But what we have been on top of, and I know you've been helpful with this, and so thank you.
00:27:06.000 We've been pressing cure bouts, cure ballots, cure ballots.
00:27:08.000 Well, why?
00:27:09.000 Abe may end up winning this by one, two, 10, 100 votes.
00:27:13.000 And it appears that the cured ballots will have won the election for him.
00:27:18.000 I mean, if that is the case, that's the trajectory one.
00:27:20.000 Some people are super cynical.
00:27:21.000 They say, Charlie, they're not going to let this happen.
00:27:23.000 But there's something really suspicious yet promising coming out of Apache County.
00:27:29.000 So Apache just did a drop.
00:27:31.000 It was really bad for Chris Mays.
00:27:33.000 It was unexpectedly bad for Chris McClintock.
00:27:35.000 Remarkably, right?
00:27:36.000 Yeah, which is really good for Abe.
00:27:38.000 But look, I mean, this is the reason why we cure ballots.
00:27:40.000 And I know, look, nobody here is denying the fact that there is hanky-panky, there's rule bending, there is taking advantage of and voter manipulation.
00:27:48.000 We've been saying this from day one, right?
00:27:50.000 This is the reason why we have eyes on everything.
00:27:52.000 This is why we have had the warriors step up.
00:27:55.000 These are all things that didn't happen in 2020, Charlie.
00:27:57.000 What did not happen in 2020?
00:27:59.000 We were not carrying ballots.
00:28:00.000 It appears, I don't have the final numbers, but it appears that for the first time ever, Republicans out cured Democrats.
00:28:06.000 That's crazy.
00:28:06.000 Which tells you what kind of army we have.
00:28:09.000 We have a grassroots army here.
00:28:10.000 That is, and it's really indicative of how hard the grassroots worked all throughout this election cycle.
00:28:15.000 Really, the place that we lost, and I've been saying this on Twitter all week long, and I've been putting this out in public.
00:28:21.000 We lost because of moderates.
00:28:24.000 If we lose anything, it's because moderates decided not to show up because they didn't do their job because we didn't get the money that came in from Mitch McConnell and from the national orgs.
00:28:32.000 The grassroots is kicking butt, and there's no greater indication of that than how well we've cured ballots.
00:28:38.000 I mean, this is on the knife edge of a knife edge, and Abe winning could go to actually solve so many of these problems.
00:28:44.000 I mean, look, look, Abe winning, it puts a massive stop effort, a back wall here, backstop against a Katie Hobbes' governor.
00:28:54.000 And I'm not totally sold on that either because, look, they're going to have to do a whole recount, right, for Abe's race.
00:28:59.000 So many problems, which means that that's going to potentially expose all these other problems, right?
00:29:03.000 And so, the big thing that we're talking about still, and I'm going fast, I'm speaking really fast because of this, is we have, we have to remain focused on, we cannot let go what Maricopa County did on election day.
00:29:14.000 The issues that happened in Maricopa County on election day, people are, some people are calling for a new election, even, but like we want to focus on the facts, which is that they impeded, if not completely rejected, thousands of voters from actually voting and casting their vote in Maricopa County.
00:29:31.000 And that in and of itself is that's voter suppression, is horrible.
00:29:35.000 And so we have to remain focused on that.
00:29:37.000 We can't have all these other things coming in that, of course, are going to come up.
00:29:40.000 They are going to come up, guys, in recount.
00:29:42.000 They're in recount territory.
00:29:43.000 If there are things to be exposed, the lawyers are going to be watching every single move as they recount this whole thing again.
00:29:48.000 Maricopa County cannot do this.
00:29:50.000 I mean, they couldn't do it the first time.
00:29:52.000 If you think that they can do it a second time of getting away from problems and issues, that's not going to happen.
00:29:59.000 There's probably going to be like two dozen attorneys that are in the middle of this thing.
00:30:05.000 So there's 1,250.
00:30:07.000 This is how crazy this is.
00:30:09.000 There's still 1,254 box three ballots left.
00:30:13.000 Yes.
00:30:13.000 And those are all breaking heavily for us.
00:30:15.000 70, 30.
00:30:16.000 Yes.
00:30:17.000 But look, they're oddly holding ballots in Apache County.
00:30:21.000 They're oddly holding ballots in different counties that are still.
00:30:23.000 There's still like a couple hundred ballots in Pinal.
00:30:26.000 They're so crooked.
00:30:26.000 It's so crooked, Charlie.
00:30:27.000 And Abe is a warrior.
00:30:32.000 If you want to know what the left's real plan is for your kids, just look at how they react to the wonderful company of Patriot Mobile.

00:31:34.000 Arizona Attorney General's office race is down, and it's one of the most important areas.
00:31:38.000 It's one of the most important Attorney General's offices in the country, right, Tyler?
00:31:42.000 Yeah, and tons of power.
00:31:44.000 I mean, look, down to 427 votes.
00:31:47.000 Yeah, I mean, the projection right now is that Abe is going to be able to pull it out, but like, we, but it's going to be close.
00:31:54.000 It could be down to one vote.
00:31:55.000 Can you be on a newspaper?
00:31:57.000 Can you walk through the math?
00:31:59.000 Well, so, real quickly, so Abe's race looked like he was on a trajectory to lose by a few hundred votes.
00:32:05.000 Um, and this is why ballot curing is so important.
00:32:08.000 This happens in a lot of states, not just Arizona.
00:32:10.000 But essentially, what it is, is anyone that has these early ballots, there's oftentimes issues.
00:32:15.000 So, your signature on the outside of the envelope is the most common.
00:32:18.000 If it doesn't match or you forgot to sign it or whatever, they throw it in a pile and they say, You got to fix this.
00:32:24.000 And so, then they call you and they say, Hey, did you know that your vote's not going to count?
00:32:27.000 Because you forgot to sign the envelope.
00:32:29.000 And then you have until a certain amount of time to do that yesterday, right?
00:32:33.000 Yesterday at 5 p.m. was the deadline.
00:32:35.000 It's been extended for two counties today to today to 5 p.m.
00:32:40.000 And this is where we've essentially been able to keep up/slash win because usually Democrats are really good at this.
00:32:46.000 They have machines, like they have organizations and C4s and PACs that do nothing but this that do nothing but this.
00:32:52.000 And what does the Republicans have?
00:32:54.000 Nothing, right?
00:32:55.000 Like literally nothing.
00:32:56.000 And I want to give a huge shout out to Drew Sexton, to Chris Escobedo.
00:33:02.000 They're here in Arizona.
00:33:03.000 They have led an effort with AZGOP and Pam Kirby and others that have actually made sure that we have an operation that's sustainable and worked, and they were prepared and they worked their tails off.
00:33:15.000 And Turning Point Action went out and helped on our own accord.
00:33:19.000 And we sent out, we deployed all of our troops, all of our activists, and they were essentially able to cure what we believe is going to be thousands of ballots.
00:33:27.000 Thousands.
00:33:28.000 So if that had not happened, Abe would not win, period.
00:33:32.000 If we had operated the same way that 2020 operated 18, 16, 14, this is why we're seeing people come out and attack conservatives or whatever and say, oh, yeah, we should go back to McCain.
00:33:44.000 It's like, guys, no, during that era, we did none of this stuff, right?
00:33:48.000 We're up against the biggest monster ever.
00:33:50.000 You need the grassroots out there checking every box.
00:33:54.000 And I'm proud that our grassroots have done that here in Arizona and other places across the state.
00:33:57.000 So it's 427 votes.
00:34:00.000 There are anywhere between 1,900.
00:34:03.000 I'm sorry, let me get the exact numbers here because it's really coming down to 100%.
00:34:06.000 There's thousands of votes left, Charlie.
00:34:08.000 Thousands.
00:34:08.000 There's thousands of votes still left that they still have not counted.
00:34:11.000 Maricopa County.
00:34:12.000 There's three left.
00:34:13.000 Yes, Maricoba County is a disaster.
00:34:15.000 And let me tell you why Maricopa County is a disaster.
00:34:17.000 This is just projection on my part.
00:34:20.000 It's not like I'm not giving any new information here.
00:34:23.000 But essentially, the number of check-ins does not match the number of people who actually voted.
00:34:29.000 So I don't want to focus on that too much, but part of the reason why it's taking long, it's going to take longer is they screwed up Election Day, right?
00:34:38.000 Basically, the simple way to explain to your friends, they're asking you questions because you're the most political person they know is Maricopa County screwed up Election Day so bad, it's taking them longer to figure out who actually voted and who didn't.
00:34:50.000 And so this is why it's taking a long time to actually get those votes tally and tabulated.
00:34:56.000 And this is such a stain on our the Republican process here, the Republican process that that vote where we vote people in.
00:35:06.000 This is terrible.
00:35:07.000 This is not how it should be.
00:35:09.000 And every single candidate that's infected by this should sue.
00:35:12.000 Yeah, I mean, I hope Carrie Lake, I mean, and Abe Hamade and all of them have these massive lawsuits.
00:35:17.000 I mean, because Tyler, this is one of the major reasons that we've been scratching our head and we're like, we know the numbers super well and they were off.
00:35:23.000 It's just off because of voter suppression on game day, right?
00:35:27.000 Well, yeah, voter suppression on game day.
00:35:29.000 And look, we're discovering through this curation process that the Democrats had a much more sophisticated ballot-by-ballot harvesting tool that they were using.
00:35:41.000 That's where all their money went.
00:35:43.000 So Mark Kelly didn't spend any money on signs and traditional.
00:35:47.000 What do you spend his money on?
00:35:48.000 TV, Get to the old people, scare the heck out of them, and then show up at their door and ask them for their one vote by one vote and walk them to the, to drop it off to their mailbox.
00:35:59.000 I think they were breaking the law in certain areas.
00:36:00.000 Yes, there is elements of that that is breaking the law, but you can't prove it.
00:36:04.000 Well, we can prove we have video.
00:36:06.000 And I mean, this is why Abe Homeday needs to win.
00:36:09.000 Well, I mean, the one-by-one stuff, for sure.
00:36:11.000 But like the, yeah, the group stuff.
00:36:12.000 We're seeing videos come out of people dropping 10 ballots at a time.
00:36:16.000 That's illegal.
00:36:16.000 That red car we had, nine ballots.
00:36:18.000 That's illegal.
00:36:19.000 Unless he has nine family members in his house.
00:36:21.000 That's illegal.
00:36:22.000 Not likely.
00:36:22.000 Not likely.
00:36:23.000 And it's like a middle-aged guy.
00:36:26.000 It's very illegal.
00:36:27.000 And so there has to be prosecutions.
00:36:29.000 And this is the reason why Abe Homeday's got to get across the finish line because that guy is going to take things to the wall.
00:36:34.000 Boy, there's thousands of ballots left.
00:36:36.000 And there's still box three left, everybody.
00:36:38.000 There is still box three left.
00:36:41.000 Still box three ballots left.
00:36:42.000 And there's who knows how many votes left because Maricopa County is a mess.
