00:00:48.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:50.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:52.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:55.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:58.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:59.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:00.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:01:02.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:09.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:18.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:20.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:29.000 I know a lot of people are beginning to engage in despair and doom and gloom and negativity, but we're not going to do any of that here.
00:01:36.000 We're going to talk about what we can learn from the last week.
00:01:39.000 We're going to celebrate what went right, such as Greg Abbott and Ron DeSantis and many other victories and hopefully the Attorney General's race here in Arizona.
00:01:48.000 And then we're going to talk about what is happening in real time with the successes that we've had that can meaningfully make this country a better place to live.
00:01:59.000 Andrew is with us, producer Andrew.
00:02:01.000 How are you doing today?
00:02:02.000 Doing great, Charlie.
00:02:03.000 We had a fun night last night on the stream.
00:02:05.000 For those who missed it, go check it out.
00:02:07.000 We had Jack Pasobic, Tyler Boyer, who was in Mar-a-Lago, reacting to the Trump announcement live out in the parking lot.
00:02:16.000 It was pretty fun.
00:02:18.000 You know, listen, I think as we all go through our stages of grief with what happened, you know, we're kind of emerging from the fog of war, so as it were, and we're seeing a silver lining here.
00:02:30.000 I think we're going to have a really good chance of having a very conservative house majority.
00:02:34.000 Yes.
00:02:35.000 I think Kevin McCarthy is, you know, we're going to have Marjorie Taylor Greene on in just a few minutes, and she's going to tell us why she was backing Kevin McCarthy.
00:02:42.000 I think that's going to be interesting, especially after your conversation with Matt Gates a few days ago.
00:02:46.000 And listen, Abe Homeday, we got to cure our ballots in Arizona, but there's just lots going on, and it's becoming clear, Charlie, about ballot harvesting.
00:02:56.000 So I'm excited to have Jennifer Van Laar and Sean Davis.
00:03:00.000 And Pastor Rob McCoy, who actually did it in California successfully and flipped the county supervisor seat.
00:03:05.000 Now, there is something I want to say, and I know that people do not want to hear this in our audience because they email me.
00:03:11.000 They say, Charlie, stop talking about things that went wrong.
00:03:13.000 They just flat out stole it.
00:03:15.000 Okay, but this is interesting, though.
00:03:17.000 If you listen to what happened in Colorado, because I made a lot of calls last night, right?
00:03:21.000 I made calls to people on the ground in Pennsylvania and Colorado and Georgia and in most states except Texas and Florida.
00:03:30.000 And they have all said as they're doing their data analysis, they saw a same and similar collapse of independence across the board, across the country.
00:03:40.000 Now, people might say, well, Charlie, it's because they had this rigged system.
00:03:43.000 Well, if that's the case, then how did Ron DeSantis win by 20 points, right?
00:03:47.000 How did Brian Kemp win by six or seven points?
00:03:50.000 Now, ballot harvesting and ballot capturing and machines going down in Arizona, we are one of the only shows that is going to repeatedly talk about it.
00:03:59.000 But there is growing evidence that there was something done by the Democrats that we can learn from that is constructive and important about how on earth did we do so well with independence in the polling and in certain early returns and in-person election day, but there was a faction, a type of independence that totally gravitated their support away from us.
00:04:22.000 And Andrew, there could be some explanations, but the most logical one would probably be something around Dobbs, something around a targeted ad campaign.
00:04:32.000 Or is it, Andrew, that Republicans didn't sprint the last half mile of the marathon?
00:04:38.000 Do you think that we just kind of, were candidates just kind of let up, that there wasn't a targeted campaign to go after independence?
00:04:45.000 I don't know.
00:04:46.000 I'm just thinking out loud.
00:04:47.000 Andrew, what are your thoughts on that?
00:04:49.000 I mean, listen, I think Dobbs completely, it's a point that I made on the show this week.
00:04:55.000 I think, you know, living in California, you know, my wife's friends, like we would have these conversations and it kind of, I kind of didn't key in on it enough, honestly.
00:05:06.000 But they did a great job on platforms like TikTok, social media.
00:05:12.000 You know, my wife told me hers was full of it before the election of just people saying, hey, they want to criminalize miscarriages.
00:05:19.000 We all know that that's so ridiculous not to be true.
00:05:21.000 I mean, half of pregnancies basically end in miscarriage.
00:05:24.000 Like that's never going to happen.
00:05:25.000 That's a crazy thing.
00:05:27.000 I think it worked a lot with independents.
00:05:29.000 I think it worked a lot with single women.
00:05:31.000 We saw them go way far to the left this cycle.
00:05:35.000 And we've got to do a better job of rebutting those sort of pieces of misinformation that don't end up having a big, a big effect.
00:05:42.000 And listen, I think it's a straw man, but it's possible that a lot of independents were convinced that fascism and democracy really was on the ballot.
00:05:50.000 I don't know.
00:05:51.000 But I think boring won.
00:05:53.000 That much seems to be clear.
00:05:54.000 Boring won.
00:05:55.000 And I hate to admit it because I love the push and pull of a more aggressive posture, but it's true.
00:06:03.000 Yeah, something happened across the country.
00:06:05.000 And the only states it didn't really happen in is Florida, to be honest, where independents, we thought independents were going to break our way.
00:06:12.000 And Andrew, do you remember that show that we did right before the midterms of how we could lose?
00:06:16.000 And we got so much hate mail, where one of the ways I said is if independents somehow don't break our way.
00:06:22.000 Now, I'll be very honest.
00:06:23.000 I didn't think that was possible.
00:06:24.000 I didn't think with gas prices, with immigration, with Biden being so unpopular.
00:06:30.000 Now, what ended up happening, though, seemed to be a kind of devil's bargain that independents did in their head, at least in Arizona, where they went into the voting booth very convincingly by six to eight points saying that we are going to vote for some Republicans, but we're not going to vote for all Republicans.
00:06:55.000 And so here's the one thing that no one has been able to explain to me, which is if it was, you know, if they were really in Scottsdale, for example, or in Mesa, if all of it was synthetic, then why on earth was David Schweikert and Andy Biggs, why were they outperforming Cary Lake, which none of us would have thought, Andrew?
00:07:17.000 We thought that Arizona would want a Republican governor a lot more than a Republican Congress.
00:07:22.000 That is not the case.
00:07:23.000 It is clear that at least in Arizona and in other states, Georgia as well, that voters were saying that we want some Democrats to run our states, which is just amazing.
00:07:35.000 You think about it, but it really might not have been that.
00:07:38.000 It was we want the person that is not going to be controversial.
00:07:42.000 And by the way, it didn't take a lot to tip it over the edge.
00:07:46.000 Why?
00:07:47.000 It's because they ran up the score in downtown Phoenix.
00:07:53.000 Now, this one right here, Charlie, stop.
00:07:55.000 First time I'm turning you off today.
00:07:56.000 The Dems have brainwashed you.
00:07:58.000 They want us blaming ourselves, and I'm having none of this crap.
00:08:01.000 Remember, Charlie, this is the Marxist playbook.
00:08:03.000 See, I totally disagree.
00:08:04.000 Sometimes you are going to have to look and act as if you didn't do anything right.
00:08:08.000 I mean, if we just act like we did everything right this election cycle, then we're never going to win.
00:08:14.000 And so, no, that's right.
00:08:15.000 The Democrats have not brainwashed it.
00:08:17.000 And, Charlie, you know, one of the first red flags for the Kerry Lake campaign should have been the primary when Karen Taylor Robeson, you know, got as close as she did.
00:08:28.000 I mean, there was no grassroots energy behind it.
00:08:30.000 There was no, there was no mass movement behind Karen Taylor Robeson.
00:08:34.000 I think in Arizona, there is a unique aftermath that you have to take into account after the audit, after the flake McCain era.
00:08:43.000 I mean, it was a unique situation in Arizona where the establishment Republicans, yeah, they lost the battle for control of the party in Arizona, but there's indications that 7% to 9% of Republicans, of registered Republicans, did not vote for Kerry Lake.
00:09:01.000 And you got to remember, Kerry Lake was going, you know, she was having an open social media, you know, confrontation with Megan McCain, with Liz Cheney.
00:09:12.000 Maybe there's seven to nine percent of moderate Republicans that didn't break her way in the end, and they were willing to vote for Treasurer.
00:09:19.000 They were willing to vote for Schweikert.
00:09:22.000 And maybe they were willing to vote for Abe Homeday as well.
00:09:25.000 So I think, you know, that should have been a red flag that that race was even as close as it was in the primary.
00:09:30.000 And maybe it played itself out in the general.
00:09:33.000 It's a real possibility that that same trend affected independents.
00:09:37.000 Yeah, look, so someone says here, Charlie, stop with this nonsense.
00:09:42.000 It's very clear that they stole it and that people voted straight ticket.
00:09:46.000 Look, I could tell you that's just not true.
00:09:47.000 That's not the way that elections work.
00:09:49.000 People split tickets all the time.
00:09:51.000 Okay.
00:09:52.000 Now, I fully acknowledge that the machines, we were the only ones on the machines.
00:09:56.000 But guys, I got to tell you that if we are not willing to say that there's anything we could do differently in the future, then we're just going to be back in this situation again.
00:10:06.000 And we are, by the way, we're about to talk about the legal challenges.
00:10:10.000 I think there needs to be a new Maricopa County election.
00:10:13.000 I think with the machines being down, I think there was legitimate voter suppression.
00:10:18.000 I think that the top of the Democrat ticket definitely illegally ballot harvested, but we're talking about things right on the edges.
00:10:27.000 And if our message is we did everything perfectly all the time, I don't think that's a way that you improve anything in life.
00:10:33.000 That's not how you improve a business.
00:10:34.000 That's not how you improve anything.
00:10:36.000 Marilyn says, Charlie, you're smarter than this.
00:10:38.000 The machine let DeSantis win.
00:10:42.000 All right.
00:10:42.000 Well, I don't know about that.
00:10:46.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:10:47.000 Look, I've told you about producer Andrew and how Relief Factor has really improved his life and relieved the pain in his knees and back.
00:10:54.000 Now, let me tell you about Yvonne in California.
00:10:56.000 She says this: quote, both my husband and I are in our 70s and so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
00:11:02.000 We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom from aches and pains like Relief Factor.
00:11:07.000 I hear Yvonne.
00:11:08.000 Relief Factor works for me too.
00:11:10.000 Relief Factor is a 100% drug-free solution developed by doctors based on scientific research to help your body attack the underlying inflammation causing you pain.
00:11:19.000 Three weeks from now, you could be doing the things you enjoy doing.
00:11:23.000 Your first step to becoming pain-free could be just to order the three-week quick start for only $19.95.
00:11:29.000 After trying Relief Factor, over half a million people have gone on to order more.
00:11:34.000 Go to relieffactor.com or call 8004Relief to find out more about this offer.
00:11:38.000 That's relieffactor.com or call 8004Relief.
00:11:41.000 Live your best life and feel the difference with Relief Factor.
00:11:47.000 So someone said, Charlie, you have flipped on us.
00:11:49.000 You're making excuses for these animals.
00:11:52.000 You might as well say Joe Biden won the 2020 election.
00:11:55.000 When did I say any of that?
00:11:56.000 That's just not true.
00:11:58.000 I'm simply saying that certain things could have been done better.
00:12:01.000 So let me ask a question.
00:12:03.000 Why is it we didn't win as many house seats that we were supposed to win?
00:12:07.000 And by the way, we're about to have an entire program about how we need to have a new election in Arizona, about how the machines broke down.
00:12:14.000 And if it's that no one wants to hear about any of it that could have gone wrong as far as our own messaging, look, I'll be very honest.
00:12:22.000 There is a candidate that I'm not going to name where there was a massive donation that was going to be given to their campaign.
00:12:29.000 And they said to the donor, I don't need the money.
00:12:32.000 It was a $5 million donation.
00:12:33.000 They said, I don't need it.
00:12:34.000 I'm going to win.
00:12:35.000 I'm not going to tell you what candidate it is.
00:12:38.000 There was a lot of cockiness around a lot of these races.
00:12:42.000 Someone says here, Charlie, I agree with the posture of being objective about wins and losses.
00:12:49.000 We have to learn how the Democrats, what they did right, and that's a smart way to move forward.
00:12:53.000 Thank you, Mike.
00:12:54.000 I appreciate it.
00:12:55.000 Look, there's things that we have to be very focused on and things we can change.
00:13:02.000 We can't change.
00:13:02.000 Charlie, my family just turned you off because of that BS from your producer.
00:13:06.000 People want to hear hope, not that crap.
00:13:08.000 It was fraud.
00:13:09.000 And if you merely mouth can't say it.
00:13:11.000 Look, we've said that, though.
00:13:13.000 Sometimes you have multiple factors that are just beyond one thing.
00:13:18.000 Sometimes you have multiple components that play into it.
00:13:22.000 This is not a program where we say that it's just a single thing.
00:13:28.000 Someone says, stop legitimizing Katie Hobbs as a winner.
00:13:32.000 Okay, Ruthie.
00:13:33.000 I mean, she says, why are you legitimizing it?
00:13:36.000 Well, I'm not actually.
00:13:37.000 I'm the one that's actually encouraging Carrie Lake to file a lawsuit, of which she has not filed yet, asking for a new election in Arizona.
00:13:46.000 I understand everyone's mad, and you guys can email me anytime, anything, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:13:51.000 I just might respectfully respond to it on air.
00:13:56.000 And so someone says here, Charlie, why would the governor's race have 56,000, 47,000 more votes than the Secretary of State's race?
00:14:02.000 Well, first of all, there was some misinformation about that, about the Secretary of State's race having more than the governor's race.
00:14:11.000 That is not true.
00:14:13.000 It's not true at all.
00:14:14.000 But more people voted in the governor's race than the Treasurer's race.
00:14:17.000 You guys could check it out at the Arizona Secretary of State's website.
00:14:20.000 It's just not true.
00:14:22.000 Someone says, Charlie, I'm turning you off for good.
00:14:24.000 Well, if you're turning me off for good because I'm saying that we could have done a little better with independence, can anyone explain to me then why is it David Schweikert did three to five points better than Carrie Lake?
00:14:38.000 Can anyone explain that to me?
00:14:40.000 I can't figure it out.
00:14:42.000 Andrew, what are your thoughts?
00:14:44.000 Since somebody addressed what I said, you know, I would just say, how is it hopeful to look at the system and say it's all fraud?
00:14:51.000 We never have a chance.
00:14:54.000 That's basically what people are saying.
00:14:55.000 Yeah, when the truth is, I want to, and we're going to talk about this today.
00:15:00.000 Look at Orange County, folks.
00:15:02.000 They are harvesting down in Orange County.
00:15:04.000 The Republicans are, and they're winning late votes that are coming in.
00:15:08.000 I look at that and I see hope.
00:15:10.000 The same thing happened in New York 19.
00:15:12.000 All right.
00:15:13.000 You know, like, I'm just, you know, Molinaro, I mean, it's a little bit different system in New York, but Molinaro won in a really tight race in New York 19.
00:15:22.000 And by the way, they, guess what they did?
00:15:24.000 They were not leaving anything on the table.
00:15:26.000 They did robust by mail push and they followed up like crazy with those voters.
00:15:30.000 That's called ground game.
00:15:31.000 And guess what?
00:15:32.000 He won.
00:15:33.000 To me, I look at that and I say that's hopeful.
00:15:35.000 And Charlie, I know you're reading some of the negative emails, but I'm doing it because I want people to know that there is, it's welcome.
00:15:41.000 And I understand people are mad.
00:15:42.000 I mean, I would say I have access.
00:15:45.000 Yeah, I have access to the same inbox.
00:15:47.000 I'm looking at some of them and the vast majority of them are positive, I would say.
00:15:50.000 But I think it is instructive to say there is a part of our audience that, you know, is just down and they want to be doomer.
00:15:57.000 And I get it.
00:15:58.000 But I see some of the signs in California, New York as hopeful that we can play this game better than they can and we can turn the tide.
00:16:07.000 Yep.
00:16:07.000 I mean, and look, I read the objectional emails just so that we can have some sort of framing here.
00:16:13.000 Here's the one that says, Charlie, you sound like a rhino elite.
00:16:16.000 Wow, I haven't been called that for quite some time.
00:16:18.000 It says, stop talking about anything that we did wrong.
00:16:21.000 We ran perfect elections.
00:16:23.000 There's nothing we could have done differently.
00:16:25.000 They stole it from us.
00:16:26.000 See, I just disagree.
00:16:27.000 That's just not a good rule for life, by the way.
00:16:30.000 In life, sometimes you need to say, you know what?
00:16:34.000 They did take it from us.
00:16:36.000 It was grand larceny.
00:16:37.000 But maybe we could have done three or four things differently.
00:16:41.000 Yeah, for example, did we leave the bank, quote unquote, unprotected when somebody was able to rob it?
00:16:48.000 I'm just asking.
00:16:49.000 Someone says, stop rationalizing it.
00:16:51.000 They cheated, they cheated, they cheated, they cheated.
00:16:54.000 Okay, if that's the answer to everything, well, then I don't know.
00:16:58.000 I think that there's some things we could also learn on messaging and tabulation and whether or not we could prevent the cheating next time.
00:17:05.000 If you believe that you've always done everything perfectly, I don't know if that's actually a path to victory.
00:17:13.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:14.000 Look, you've helped build the wonderful My Pillow into the incredible company it is today.

00:18:16.000 With us now is Marjorie Taylor Green, a terrific member of the House of Representatives.
00:18:22.000 And Marjorie Taylor Green has said she is going to support Kevin McCarthy for Speaker of the House.
00:18:29.000 Congresswoman Green, congratulations on your reelection.
00:18:32.000 And tell us why you think Congressman McCarthy would be the best option for Speaker.
00:18:38.000 Well, thank you so much, Charlie.
00:18:40.000 I'm really grateful to all of everyone in my district that has supported me to send me back to Congress to represent them.
00:18:48.000 This is unprecedented what we're going into, this razor thin majority.
00:18:54.000 And thank God we're going to have the majority because here for the past week, we haven't even been sure if that was going to happen.
00:19:01.000 We still don't know the number of seats we're going to have.
00:19:03.000 It's estimated anywhere between 218 to someone even said as high as 226.
00:19:09.000 I have a really hard time seeing that.
00:19:10.000 So everyone just keeps telling me 220 to 222-ish.
00:19:15.000 But so that means that we have no, basically no margin of error.
00:19:20.000 And that means that our conference has to be as united as possible.
00:19:25.000 And we're also have, we also have to look forward.
00:19:27.000 We're going into a presidential election in 2024.
00:19:32.000 And so what we're able to do here in our conference over the next two years really plays into our chances of winning back the White House and even taking back the Senate.
00:19:44.000 So here we are.
00:19:45.000 We're going to be Republicans in the majority.
00:19:47.000 We will not have any help in the Senate because we'll have no control there.
00:19:51.000 We'll have a Democrat-controlled White House and we will be on our own over here in the House of Representatives.
00:19:59.000 Now, I'm very much a realist.
00:20:01.000 I make decisions based on the reality that I'm in and that I'm given.
00:20:07.000 And I believe that we have to elect one speaker.
00:20:10.000 We have to unify because here's what's happening behind the scenes in the halls of Congress and in many different meetings.
00:20:17.000 We have different factions of our Republican conference that are looking to use their power, the power of a few, to challenge the leadership or challenge Kevin McCarthy in order to get what they want.
00:20:32.000 Now, the problem with that is they're also talking to Democrats, and that is extremely concerning to me.
00:20:39.000 I think after the past two years, what Democrats have done to this country and how they have treated President Trump, his administration, his supporters, and Republicans all over the country.
00:20:49.000 And I'm talking about parents at the school boards.
00:20:52.000 I'm talking about pro-life activists being, you know, having the FBI show up at their house.
00:20:57.000 I'm talking about the pre-trial January 6th defendants who have yet to see a day in court and have been held this entire time.
00:21:05.000 And just the threat, the threat to those, to conservatives, especially under the potential 87,000 IRS Army.
00:21:14.000 I think it is imperative and it's our duty as Republicans to pull ourselves together and prove to the American people that we're the party that can be trusted in the majority and that we can argue all we want to.
00:21:29.000 And believe me, I'm one of those that gets the most heated in these debates fighting for conservative values.
00:21:34.000 We are going to have to fight it out, but we're going to have to unite behind one speaker because we can't open the door to Democrats.
00:21:42.000 We cannot allow them to make deals, wheel and deal with weak Republicans in order to elect a speaker that they could all choose to deal with.
00:21:52.000 Now, here is the bargaining chip on the table.
00:21:55.000 They're talking about subpoena power.
00:21:57.000 So they're trying to make a deal with anybody they can that is willing to give up subpoena power against the Biden administration.
00:22:05.000 That means everything in Hunter Biden's laptop.
00:22:08.000 That means all of the things that the Biden administration has been doing to our country and to America.
00:22:14.000 That means all of the corruption.
00:22:16.000 So to me, electing Speaker of the House, our Speaker of the House, to me, having that gavel is all about subpoena power.
00:22:24.000 And I think everyone has to get laser focused on that.
00:22:27.000 We have to have subpoena power.
00:22:29.000 People have to be held accountable.
00:22:32.000 The American people deserve transparency.
00:22:35.000 These people that have done all of these things deserve, they deserve accountability.
00:22:39.000 And I'm talking about from everything from COVID to Afghanistan to Ukraine to Homeland Security.
00:22:46.000 And I'm talking about big tech.
00:22:48.000 I'm talking about Hunter Biden's laptop and the things that exist on that laptop that have direct connections to Joe Biden and their corrupt business dealings in foreign countries.
00:22:58.000 And so the way I see it is that it's an imperative duty of all of us to elect our speaker.
00:23:04.000 We have to elect Kevin McCarthy because he's already said publicly and promised all of us that he would support these investigations.
00:23:11.000 So let me, I just want to be clear.
00:23:15.000 And our audience, feel free to email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:23:18.000 Some people are surprised, Congresswoman Green, and I'm not saying this negatively, that you would support Speaker McCarthy.
00:23:27.000 Now, to understand your argument, it's because of the circumstances, and it's also because of potentially us losing the House of Representatives if we are not able to unite behind a leader.
00:23:39.000 Now, some people in our audience are not happy about this sort of idea.
00:23:43.000 Matt Gates, who I know you respect and is a good friend of mine as well, came on the program and disagrees with this and is dead set against McCarthy.
00:23:52.000 Why do you believe, just to reinforce the argument, given the circumstances that it's best to consolidate behind McCarthy, number one?
00:24:01.000 And number two, if that happens, what assurances can you give our audience or the conservative base that meaningful things will actually get done?
00:24:11.000 Yeah, I fully understand those questions.
00:24:13.000 And listen, this is a huge risk for me to come out and say this.
00:24:18.000 But here's my promise to everyone that's listening.
00:24:20.000 Here's my promise to the district.
00:24:22.000 Here's my promise to the American people.
00:24:24.000 I'm going to do what's right no matter what.
00:24:27.000 And it may not sound good or you may not be happy about it.
00:24:31.000 But to me, electing leadership and to me pursuing a certain path or certain policies has nothing to do with popularity contest.
00:24:41.000 I don't care about that.
00:24:42.000 I didn't come to Washington to make friends.
00:24:45.000 And so that's not how I make these decisions.
00:24:47.000 I'm making these decisions because I care very much about this country and I am very realistic about the situation we all find ourselves in.
00:24:58.000 Here's the fact, Charlie, you've been on the ground in Arizona.
00:25:01.000 Our elections are totally screwed up.
00:25:04.000 I mean, we're the laughing stock of the world.
00:25:06.000 We have election fraud everywhere because we don't have election day.
00:25:10.000 We have election month.
00:25:11.000 And so for conservatives that can hear me right now, if you want to be very honest with yourself, we don't have a chance at 2024 unless we fight on every single level.
00:25:24.000 That means that people have got to keep fighting to fix your elections in your states.
00:25:29.000 And you know the states I'm talking about.
00:25:31.000 And I'm heartbroken for my dear friend, Carrie Lake, and I'm heartbroken for Arizona.
00:25:36.000 Because guess what now, Charlie?
00:25:38.000 There's going to be people being murdered coming across the border.
00:25:41.000 Migrants that Democrats supposedly care about die coming across the border.
00:25:45.000 Fentanyl is killing Americans 300 a day.
00:25:48.000 And Kerry Lake was going to fight the cartels and she was going to do everything she can to stop this invasion in Arizona.
00:25:56.000 And that's what we lost by what I'm calling election fraud.
00:26:01.000 I have no problem saying it.
00:26:02.000 These mail-in ballots are a bunch of crap and they need to end.
00:26:05.000 And then for conservatives in this country, if we care about our values and we care about winning in 2024, because let me tell you, that has to be done.
00:26:16.000 It has to be done.
00:26:17.000 And we have to fight.
00:26:19.000 We have got to figure it out.
00:26:21.000 And so in my conference, Charlie, you better bet I am going to be fighting with my colleagues.
00:26:26.000 I'm going to be explaining to them here's why we have to pursue our conservative agenda and put America first.
00:26:33.000 But I'm not willing to do a leadership challenge when it doesn't make sense.
00:26:40.000 It just doesn't make sense.
00:26:41.000 A couple of thoughts on this.
00:26:42.000 Number one, you're totally right on Arizona.
00:26:44.000 I believe Kerry Lake, beyond a shadow of a doubt, would be governor with transition teams if it wasn't for those machines that fell down, if it wasn't for all the tabulator issues, for the long lines.
00:26:56.000 Same with Abe Hamiday and all that nonsense, not to mention the illegal ballot harvesting and all that.
00:27:00.000 We've been talking about the larceny, the thievery, all of that nonsense.
00:27:04.000 We've been repeatedly talking about that.
00:27:06.000 But Congresswoman, I do want you to alleviate some of the concerns of the audience about Kevin McCarthy being a conservative, because some people say, well, Kevin McCarthy is like Paul Ryan and John Boehner.
00:27:19.000 I actually don't think that's the case, but you know a lot better than I do.
00:27:23.000 I'm not a member of Congress.
00:27:25.000 I'm just looking at this from afar.
00:27:26.000 My biggest concern, just for the audience, is that we're going to mess this up and the Democrats will take over the House because we can't choose a speaker.
00:27:35.000 So can you just talk a little bit about fulfillment of promises?
00:27:39.000 Like, for example, are we going to see subpoenas for Fauci?
00:27:42.000 Are we going to see subpoenas for Garland?
00:27:44.000 Are we going to see an investigation into mail and ballot nonsense?
00:27:48.000 Your thoughts?
00:27:49.000 Yes, absolutely.
00:27:50.000 Well, let me let people know about some things that they may not know about.
00:27:55.000 And I'm a member of House Freedom Caucus.
00:27:58.000 These are my friends.
00:27:59.000 These are my allies.
00:28:00.000 And Matt Gates is a dear friend of mine as well.
00:28:03.000 But here's, so people worry about Paul Ryan.
00:28:06.000 Kevin McCarthy is nothing like Paul Ryan.
00:28:08.000 The truth that everyone needs to understand is the Freedom Caucus are the ones that got Paul Ryan into the speaker position.
00:28:18.000 That was the Freedom Caucus because they got rid of Boehner and they elected Paul Ryan.
00:28:23.000 And that was against Kevin McCarthy to begin with.
00:28:26.000 He ended up withdrawing his name from running for speaker when the Freedom Caucus put Paul Ryan in there.
00:28:33.000 So people need to understand that Kevin McCarthy is nothing like Paul Ryan because that history exists.
00:28:40.000 And then another thing is I'm not going to sit there and go out and say that Kevin McCarthy is a conservative.
00:28:47.000 I wouldn't say that either.
00:28:48.000 But I've talked to him a lot and met with him and I'm going by the promises that he's made publicly.
00:28:54.000 And that means the American people can hold him accountable to that.
00:28:58.000 And the things that he has said publicly is he's getting rid of the IRS army, 87,000.
00:29:03.000 That's gone.
00:29:04.000 He has said publicly that we're going to do all of these investigations into everything you just named.
00:29:12.000 We are definitely doing these investigations and he's allowing the chairman of the committees to run it.
00:29:17.000 I'm very excited to serve on oversight.
00:29:20.000 That's the committee I've asked for and no one has told me no about anything.
00:29:26.000 I am going to be pursuing many things and I'm thrilled to be able to do that.
00:29:30.000 But I also want everyone to realize this.
00:29:34.000 There is negotiations going on with the rules package that Freedom Caucus has presented.
00:29:40.000 And I think that's extremely important.
00:29:43.000 These things are important and this is healthy.
00:29:46.000 And I've always said, Charlie, that we do have like a civil war in our GOP, meaning an ideology, fighting out of who we are.
00:29:54.000 I want the GOP.
00:29:55.000 I want the Republican Party to be America first.
00:29:57.000 That's all I want.
00:29:58.000 I'm sick and tired of the never-ending foreign wars.
00:30:01.000 I've voted no to every single penny on Ukraine from the beginning, day one.
00:30:06.000 I think we need, I just walked out on the House floor before I called you and I gave a speech calling for an audit into the money that has been sent to Ukraine and the aid money.
00:30:15.000 We need transparency there because we know exactly what's happening with some of that money and it's supporting Democrat campaigns like we have learned.
00:30:24.000 But these are the things that I can commit to you is I'm not standing behind any one person.
00:30:30.000 I'm standing behind the American people.
00:30:32.000 And I am willing to do that in every single way, even when they're going, why is she doing that?
00:30:39.000 Just watch me.
00:30:40.000 Give this some time.
00:30:42.000 And I assure you, the people questioning me and concerned about me will be happy.
00:30:50.000 Are you tired of feeling tired?
00:30:52.000 I've never experienced anything quite like the new Strong Cell product.
00:30:55.000 I take it right before every single show.
00:30:57.000 It's so easy.
00:30:58.000 And you've got to read up on everything that has been packed into these tiny bottles.
00:31:01.000 You see, Strong Cell is a new scientific cocktail of cellular level replenishment.
00:31:07.000 It's so simple.
00:31:07.000 Just drink one small bottle of strong cell liquid per day and boom, you guys get NADH.
00:31:14.000 NAD is something I've been studying for a while.
00:31:16.000 And before I got to know Strong Cell, I said, boy, I really would love to take it every day.
00:31:19.000 It's a crucial coenzyme for creating natural energy and restoration in your bodily cells.
00:31:25.000 It also contains collagen, well documented for its vast health benefits.
00:31:29.000 Your body should experience a big energy boost the first week.
00:31:33.000 Then within 15 days, you'll start noticing even more benefits.
00:31:36.000 30 days, you'll be feeling so much different.
00:31:38.000 So, do me a favor and consider giving the supplement the full four weeks versus just one bottle to realize the best results for you.
00:31:45.000 The formula is designed to generate long-term positive change, unlike energy drinks.
00:31:50.000 I take it every single day.
00:31:51.000 It's not an artificial boost of immediate energy like caffeine.
00:31:54.000 I'm talking about cellular level restoration.
00:31:57.000 Learn more right now at their website.
00:31:59.000 Visit strongcell.com forward slash Charlie and enter promo code Charlie for a 20% discount.
00:32:05.000 They have made me a believer.
00:32:06.000 NAD is a real thing.
00:32:07.000 You guys should check it out.
00:32:08.000 My special 20% discount for Kirk Show fans will apply whether you want to test it out for one week or for a month.
00:32:15.000 But I highly encourage you guys to try it for all four weeks.
00:32:17.000 You won't regret it.
00:32:21.000 What are the guarantees?
00:32:22.000 Because I think one of the reasons why people are so upset and are so skeptical is because of promises that haven't been fulfilled.
00:32:31.000 What does it look like then, Congresswoman Green, if Speaker McCarthy, if Kevin McCarthy becomes Speaker, what does that look like from a subpoena and investigation standpoint?
00:32:40.000 What assurances can you give our audience?
00:32:43.000 I can give everybody 100% assurance if Kevin McCarthy becomes Speaker because he will have the gavel that our committees will lead into investigations.
00:32:53.000 So that means subpoena power.
00:32:54.000 And those subpoenas will be used against the Biden administration.
00:32:58.000 It will be used against all of the corruption that everyone has been upset about over the past two years.
00:33:05.000 And I haven't been told no on one single thing.
00:33:09.000 And I think that's what people need to focus on.
00:33:11.000 What terrifies me is I just heard my colleague, Bob Good, who is leading this effort, one of the leaders of this effort, say that he would vote with the Democrats.
00:33:22.000 I didn't even know he'd said that.
00:33:24.000 And that shocks me.
00:33:25.000 It shocks me just the same as I heard Don Bacon tell a reporter outside the House chamber the other night that he would also talk to the Democrats about electing a speaker.
00:33:35.000 These are things people are saying out loud on interviews.
00:33:39.000 Imagine what they're saying behind closed doors.
00:33:42.000 And, you know, I'm very realistic, Charlie, about the situation that we are in.
00:33:48.000 And a razor-thin majority means that we have to get our act together.
00:33:52.000 It means that the Republican Conference has a responsibility to not fall apart fighting with one another to where we come to gridlock and can't accomplish anything.
00:34:03.000 We have to act like adults and professionals, and we have to work together, present an agenda that serves America first.
00:34:10.000 And I'll be fighting as hard as possible to make that as conservative as we possibly can.
00:34:15.000 But we are stuck in this position because of our horrible election systems and the fact that redistricting happened after the census was done pre-COVID.
00:34:25.000 And so many people moved.
00:34:27.000 So many people moved.
00:34:28.000 And we won the popular vote, but yet we couldn't deliver more House seats and we couldn't deliver more wins and governorships and Senate seats, which is devastating.
00:34:38.000 And one thing that also people need to understand this is Nancy Pelosi had 32 no votes in her conference and she didn't even have a challenger.
00:34:49.000 32 no votes and no challenger.
00:34:51.000 And then they elected her on January 3rd of 2021, which was to me one of the most devastating things to happen to our country.
00:35:00.000 Paul Ryan had 43 no votes and he did have a challenger, but they elected him.
00:35:06.000 And again, that was Freedom Caucus that gave us Paul Ryan.
00:35:09.000 Unfortunately, and I'm not happy about that.
00:35:13.000 And then he did nothing.
00:35:14.000 They did nothing.
00:35:15.000 They didn't repeal Obamacare.
00:35:16.000 They didn't fund the wall.
00:35:18.000 They didn't repeal $500 million given to Planned Parenthood.
00:35:22.000 To me, these are Republican failures that we cannot allow to happen anymore.
00:35:27.000 But the worst thing we could ever do is fight so much among ourselves and create so much drama.
00:35:33.000 And the American people are sick and tired of the drama that we totally turn people off from the Republican Party when we desperately need our voters going into 2024.
00:35:44.000 And so that's how I see it.
00:35:45.000 I'm going to play on the playing field that I am standing on, and I'm going to have to play within the guidelines that I'm forced to exist in.
00:35:53.000 But that means I'm going to play as hard as possible.
00:35:56.000 And we're going to win, Charlie.
00:35:57.000 We are going to win.
00:35:58.000 And we're going to do a damn good job that people will be proud of.
00:36:02.000 Marjorie Taylor Greene, thank you for joining us.
00:36:04.000 Really appreciate it.
00:36:05.000 Thank you.
