00:01:33.000 Joining me now is my pastor, Rob McCoy, with hopefully an uplifting message, but also one about how we can use ballot harvesting as a way to beat the left at their own game.
00:01:44.000 Of course, where it is legal, it is not legal in Arizona, even though the left does it and breaks the law while doing it.
00:01:49.000 Pastor Rob McCoy from God Speak Calvary Chapel joins me now.
00:01:53.000 Rob, how are you doing?
00:01:54.000 Good, Charlie.
00:01:55.000 I was watching that clip with you and that young man.
00:01:59.000 I think that pointing themselves out as a man, your patience is unbelievable.
00:02:04.000 Well, thank you.
00:02:06.000 I was getting fisterous just sitting there listening to him interrupt you.
00:02:11.000 And you're very patient.
00:02:12.000 Well, thank you.
00:02:13.000 So, Rob, tell us about your church.
00:02:15.000 You're a very active church.
00:02:17.000 You're involved in local politics and outspoken.
00:02:20.000 And you made the decision to ballot harvest.
00:02:23.000 How many ballots did you guys harvest?
00:02:26.000 And what difference did it make in the election in the county you're trying to take back, Ventura County?
00:02:32.000 Yep.
00:02:33.000 Well, we harvested just a little under a thousand ballots just from our church alone.
00:02:39.000 And then we also put out a voter guide that was picked up by a number of churches in the area.
00:02:45.000 So with the voter guide and then also encouraging them to do day of drop off, this the last, we have one more vote drop on Thursday.
00:02:56.000 And every one of the candidates we're backing with the exception of school board candidates, the county supervisor is going to win.
00:03:02.000 We're going to win the community college area two.
00:03:08.000 City council Mikey Taylor, he made it onto city council.
00:03:11.000 And that's all a result of us harvesting and dropping him in.
00:03:15.000 We're experiencing, listen, I know that Arizona is frustrated, but two congressional cycles ago, young Kim was at freshman orientation as a newly elected congresswoman.
00:03:27.000 And she had to be brought back because they found more votes overnight somewhere.
00:03:32.000 And we're used to this in California.
00:03:36.000 And look, you can sit there and complain and say it doesn't work anymore, or you can figure out a way to win.
00:03:42.000 And ever since I've been involved, we've been losing.
00:03:46.000 Now we're starting to win.
00:03:48.000 And you have to, you know, victory is not determined by the outcome, but by the obedience.
00:03:52.000 We just keep persevering.
00:03:54.000 And it's making everyone in the congregation stronger.
00:03:56.000 And now we're starting to see victories.
00:03:58.000 And this is thrilling.
00:04:00.000 Yeah, so talk about what ballot harvesting actually is, though.
00:04:03.000 So, you guys have a secure box in your sanctuary, in your church, where people who come on Sunday bring their ballot.
00:04:10.000 Is that right?
00:04:11.000 Exactly.
00:04:11.000 So, you're allowed in California to drop off someone else's ballot if they give you permission.
00:04:18.000 And there's a signature that's placed on the outside of the envelope, and I believe the signature of the person dropping off.
00:04:24.000 And we just have a box, you just come in, drop it in there, and then we just take a bag full of these things.
00:04:29.000 I mean, you can imagine they don't know how to calculate, you know, they do their ballot harvesting early, the Democrats, and then we come in at the last minute and drop off a thousand ballots.
00:04:40.000 That's a game changer because we have a candidate running who is secular progressive, just a nightmare, Antifa.
00:04:49.000 They call me the Christofascist.
00:04:51.000 They put banners over the freeway, and they've come after us hard, along with the school board.
00:05:00.000 And this candidate is because of the last two drops, she's now leading by 17 votes.
00:05:06.000 But Lou Lichtel, who is from our congregation, who was outspent 11 to 1 in this next ballot drop, we're going to devastate her.
00:05:14.000 And we've already secured the supervisory seat, which was a complete liberal.
00:05:20.000 She's the one that, Linda Park, she's the one that put forward the funding to get the attorney to sue us and bring a restraining order to shutter our church during the virus.
00:05:34.000 And now she turned out, and her heir apparent, who I was on the council with, we beat her.
00:05:42.000 We got her out, and Jeff Corell's in.
00:05:44.000 So that's amazing, Rob.
00:05:46.000 But walk this through.
00:05:48.000 So, what basically you're doing is you're no longer accepting just like, hey, everyone, go vote, right?
00:05:53.000 Like, go raise your hand, everyone, go vote.
00:05:55.000 Everything's great.
00:05:56.000 Instead, what you're doing and what you're saying is that, no, no, no, you're going to come and drop off the ballot and we're going to turn it in for you.
00:06:06.000 Do people hesitate to actually turn off their ballot there?
00:06:09.000 No, because we've been duped so many times by every, you know, we're trying to figure out what's the best way to do this.
00:06:16.000 And so now, when we put together a voter guide and we say we're going to, we're going to bring these ballots down day of.
00:06:24.000 And in addition, not only is the congregation willing to do that, but in addition, we're making phone calls as we speak to see if any of your ballots need to be cured.
00:06:34.000 You put in your first name, your last name, and your date of birth, and you can see where your ballot is right now.
00:06:40.000 And if it hasn't been processed, it's going to be in Thursday's batch.
00:06:44.000 If it has to be cured, you need to go down and confirm your signature.
00:06:48.000 And there's about a little over maybe a thousand that have to be cured, of which 400 are strong conservatives, like have voted in the last four elections.
00:07:02.000 So we're on that.
00:07:04.000 And that's the difference.
00:07:05.000 Instead of just passively saying, don't forget to vote, we're pushing registration in our country.
00:07:10.000 And people are, what's amazing me, though, Rob, is people are okay with doing that instead of just dropping off the ballot themselves.
00:07:16.000 Does it kind of create this team atmosphere?
00:07:19.000 I mean, I'm trying to wrap my head around it because I'm the type of guy, and I know some of our audience would be like, I would never just drop my ballot off.
00:07:26.000 But I guess since they trust their pastor and they trust their church, they're more willing to do that.
00:07:31.000 Or is there some sort of, hey, we're going to drop all of our ballots at the county at once so that there's no way that they could play shenanigans with this drop?
00:07:39.000 Can you walk us through the psychology of it?
00:07:41.000 Because I know under traditional, like, let's just say parameters, I wouldn't be okay dropping my ballot off anywhere except the government office itself.
00:07:51.000 Yeah, That's the perfect question, Charlie, because when we go back, California was patient zero for ballot harvesting.
00:07:59.000 We've been doing this a lot longer than any other state, and we've seen the shenanigans.
00:08:04.000 So, you know, we've participated in campaigning only to realize that the Democrats aren't campaigning.
00:08:10.000 They're the ones that are just figuring out election day and who's going to count the votes.
00:08:14.000 And we, you know, it's like it's like Charlie Brown and Lucy kicking the football.
00:08:20.000 We've done this thing so many times.
00:08:22.000 We're not going to fall for it again.
00:08:24.000 So I remember, again, two congressional cycles ago, we had a number of folks coming in and saying, if we could just get the churches to do ballot harvesting, and my reaction was the same as yours.
00:08:35.000 Nobody's going to want to do that.
00:08:37.000 Nobody wants to do that.
00:08:39.000 But now, as we're starting to see this siege of secular progressivism and this, you know, the alphabet mafia and the heaviness that they're putting on us, we just finally said, let's do it.
00:08:50.000 And the response was the antithesis of what I expected.
00:08:54.000 I mean, almost a thousand ballots.
00:08:56.000 That's a ton of ballots for our let's scale that, though, Rob.
00:09:00.000 I mean, imagine, imagine if, let's say, in Nevada, 10 churches did that and they were able to get a thousand people.
00:09:07.000 I mean, Adam Laxalt is a senator.
00:09:08.000 You could do that in Nevada.
00:09:09.000 Arizona is a separate deal.
00:09:11.000 You can't do this in Arizona, but the Democrats do it anyway.
00:09:14.000 But you can't do it.
00:09:15.000 And I'm not recommending breaking laws.
00:09:16.000 That's what the Democrats do.
00:09:17.000 Unfortunately, we know they do it in so many of these states.
00:09:20.000 But in California, basically, and some people are emailing us.
00:09:23.000 It's largely positive, Rob, but somebody said, I can't believe your pastor would engage in this terrible practice.
00:09:29.000 This is terrible.
00:09:31.000 It's not illegal.
00:09:31.000 No, no, no.
00:09:32.000 I know, but they're saying, why don't you use your power to get rid of it?
00:09:35.000 I think it's silly.
00:09:36.000 You're in California.
00:09:37.000 You're a dissident.
00:09:38.000 You're in the mass minority.
00:09:39.000 You're probably one of the people that moved out of the state.
00:09:42.000 It's easier to knock it than to come in here and participate.
00:09:46.000 Come and join us.
00:09:47.000 No, no, no, no.
00:09:48.000 So, Rob, stay right there.
00:09:50.000 I just want to encourage you, Rob, and Calvary Chapel, Godspeak, and Chino Hills and San Juan Capistrano.
00:09:57.000 Nancy Pelosi is going to be retired because of probably 200 churches in California that rose up and did their work.
00:10:06.000 That's a national impact, period.
00:10:08.000 And Rob, you and I could list off some of those pastors, right?
00:10:12.000 It's that simple.
00:10:14.000 It's that simple.
00:10:15.000 Rob, stay right there.
00:10:16.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:10:19.000 Open up your podcast app, type in Charlie Kirk show.
00:10:22.000 This is the way.
00:10:23.000 And honestly, I was skeptical when Rob told me he was going to say, oh, stop it.
00:10:26.000 No one's going to do it.
00:10:27.000 Honestly, I was wrong.
00:10:29.000 It's illuminating and eye-opening.
00:10:30.000 It's how you could flip a county, flip a district, flip a state.
00:10:33.000 If they're going to do it, it's time for us to do it.
00:10:39.000 Right now, Bank of America has just lowered its 2022 forecast for the SP 500 by a whopping 900 points to 3,600.
00:10:49.000 Saying we're headed for a recession this year, it said the new year target is the lowest on the street.
00:10:54.000 This is not good news for those of you stuck in equities or anything tied to stock markets.
00:10:58.000 I know thousands of people who have put their trust in Noble Gold to prevent losing money and the financial storm that is brewing.
00:11:05.000 You can join them by calling their expert team.
00:11:07.000 Noble Gold has recently voted the number one gold company in the country by Consumer Affairs.
00:11:11.000 No call centers, no scripted response, no bull, just a straight, honest run through options so you can decide.
00:11:17.000 And by the way, they're giving away a beautiful one-tenth of an ounce gold American Eagle coin with every qualifying IRA or 401k rollover this month.
00:11:25.000 You can't go wrong with Noble Gold.
00:11:27.000 Call the team now at 877-646-5347 to find out more or visit noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:11:33.000 That is noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:11:38.000 Rob, walk us through what exactly does the ballot harvesting process look like.
00:11:42.000 You guys have a box and you tell people to bring the ballots every weekend.
00:11:48.000 Is that right?
00:11:49.000 Yeah, so every Sunday we point out that we have the drop-off box.
00:11:53.000 We're going to take those in as a large group of ballots.
00:11:59.000 And you just bring in your sealed ballot, which once you voted, you put it in, you lick the seal, sign it.
00:12:05.000 You bring that in, drop it in the box, and it's secure.
00:12:09.000 And then we take those in mass day of election right down there and drop them off.
00:12:15.000 So we announced that in church on Sunday leading up to the election day, and folks keep bringing them.
00:12:22.000 And then we also had folks from other churches hear about it and bring it in or watch us online because they may tend another church, but they saw that we're doing it.
00:12:31.000 So they wanted to participate in that.
00:12:34.000 Nothing's illegal about it either, by the way, for the person who was concerned.
00:12:38.000 And questioning why we participate in it, it's the rules that have been established.
00:12:43.000 It's easier for them to knock it because they don't live in California.
00:12:46.000 This is a rough state.
00:12:48.000 And, you know, this is a state that just passed Proposition 1.
00:12:53.000 And it's working, right?
00:12:54.000 And so it is working.
00:12:55.000 So basically, and look, Jack Hibbs deserves credit.
00:12:58.000 I'm told Jack Hibbs turned in 18,000 ballots.
00:13:00.000 That sounds like a lot, but I mean, you and I love Jack.
00:13:03.000 That's incredible.
00:13:04.000 That is.
00:13:05.000 Now, a couple of things.
00:13:06.000 Someone just said here, well, Charlie, they're going to get rid of your tax exempt status, you know, the church tax exempt status.
00:13:13.000 That's not true, but Rob, you don't really care about that, do you?
00:13:15.000 I mean, no, no.
00:13:17.000 I mean, I've never cared about that.
00:13:20.000 And to get rid of our tax exempt status, you know, that's based on Ezra 724.
00:13:24.000 That's where the founders got it.
00:13:26.000 And the Johnson Amendment has never been invoked as far as I know of where they've taken anyone's tax exempt status away.
00:13:33.000 And I've been sending, I've been endorsing candidates and sending in the sermons to the IRS, and I've never lost our tax exempt status.
00:13:40.000 So they're not going to, and if they do, who cares?
00:13:44.000 Really, who cares?
00:13:46.000 Is that why you do what you do as fear of man?
00:13:48.000 Because fear of man is a snare.
00:13:51.000 So that just doesn't even move me.
00:13:53.000 So let me just, you know, also talk about, Rob, that the scale of this, right?
00:13:53.000 Yeah.
00:14:00.000 So in California, the unions were the ones that pushed forward ballot harvesting, mass vote by mail.
00:14:06.000 They actually then tried to stop churches from doing exactly what you want to, what you are doing.
00:14:12.000 We have this tearout we could put up on screen here, but there was a lawsuit.
00:14:16.000 California Democrats tried to sue Republicans from ballot harvesting.
00:14:21.000 I do not think this was successful, and it got put up, you know, a big fight around it.
00:14:27.000 But so, Rob, in states like Nevada, in states where this is legal, if we're serious about winning it in 2024, if we're serious about going at a place of improvement, is it time for us to now embrace the most sophisticated and ambitious ballot harvesting operation in the history of American politics?
00:14:47.000 Yes.
00:14:48.000 And, you know, because if we're going to be subject to these vote-by-mail ballots and this tyranny that was put on us during the virus, listening to President Trump last night announce his candidacy and the best part of the speech, as far as I was concerned, I love the tariffs and all that stuff that he, but the thing that really paper ballots, one person votes,
00:15:17.000 everything's done on election day.
00:15:19.000 That got an enormous response.
00:15:21.000 But until that happens, we're going to do whatever it takes legally to win.
00:15:27.000 Yes.
00:15:28.000 Yes.
00:15:28.000 And I mean, some people are emailing us.
00:15:30.000 They say, Charlie, they say, this is corny.
00:15:34.000 If you think a church is going to compete with ballot harvesting, we are doomed.
00:15:38.000 See, we disagree, right?
00:15:40.000 That's three seats we weren't supposed to win, we've won.
00:15:45.000 And if it wasn't for what we did in California right now, the Democrats would have the house.
00:15:51.000 And for the person who says they're not going to vote anymore, had I taken that position and everyone in the church taken that position, the house would be run by Democrats.
00:15:58.000 Yep.
00:15:58.000 You'd have Pelosi as a speaker.
00:15:59.000 So while some of you guys, I understand you're upset.
00:16:02.000 I'm not actually mad at you.
00:16:03.000 And you always convent at me, freedom at charliekirk.com, are saying, Charlie, it's a waste of time.
00:16:03.000 I get it.
00:16:07.000 We're never going to do it.
00:16:09.000 Rob McCoy and Jack Hibbs and John Randall and Pastor Juergen and many others, Joe Pettick and Greg Denham and all of our friends in California, these dissident California pastors, a network of them together helped retire Nancy Pelosi.
00:16:28.000 I want you to think about that.
00:16:29.000 A strategic plan, influence your local community.
00:16:32.000 And you said you're going to flip the supervisor seat.
00:16:34.000 Is that right, Rob?
00:16:35.000 Yeah.
00:16:36.000 So the supervisor that put the restraining order on us and tried to shutter our church and have the sheriffs come and chain the church.
00:16:45.000 And it was a three to two vote on that.
00:16:47.000 And she was the head.
00:16:49.000 She's now turned out.
00:16:50.000 She picked her heir apparent and it was a, they were going to win this thing.
00:16:54.000 And they had all the backing.
00:16:55.000 Yep.
00:16:56.000 And we were able to remove her.
00:16:58.000 And we have Jeff Carell.
00:17:00.000 Check out Pastor Rob McCoy and God Speak Calvary Chapel.
00:17:03.000 Rob, thanks so much.
00:17:04.000 We're out of time.
00:17:04.000 Thank you.
00:17:08.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:09.000 The world is in chaos and it's going to cause food shortages unlike anything we've ever seen.
00:17:15.000 You need a three-month food kit from MyPatriot Supply.
00:17:18.000 And I just got to ask the question: are you prepared?
00:17:21.000 Do you actually have a stockpile of emergency food if the unthinkable happens?
00:17:24.000 Look, I proudly prepare.

00:18:10.000 Joining us now is Ken Cuccinelli, and he is here to talk about the invasion happening on our southern border.
00:18:17.000 Ken, welcome to the program.
00:18:18.000 Yesterday, there was some news that Governor Abbott signed a declaration of invasion on our southern border.
00:18:24.000 But you have some context on that news.
00:18:26.000 Walk us through it.
00:18:28.000 Yeah, what he really did is recycle a press release from July.
00:18:34.000 And he pointed yesterday to his July executive order.
00:18:37.000 He didn't issue a new one.
00:18:39.000 And he said, look, I invoke this invasion authority.
00:18:42.000 And I'll come back to that in a second.
00:18:45.000 And look how tough I'm being.
00:18:48.000 Texas is doing more than any other state.
00:18:50.000 And that is true.
00:18:52.000 But he is trying to give the impression that he's doing everything he can.
00:18:56.000 And that is not true.
00:18:57.000 And he has continued to do this throughout what they call Operation Lone Star.
00:19:02.000 They always give them really cool names, Operation Lone Star.
00:19:06.000 You picture your cowboy there on the border, right?
00:19:08.000 And the governor gets photo ops.
00:19:12.000 And he's been doing that for 18 months.
00:19:14.000 And what's happened to the numbers entering Texas?
00:19:17.000 They've gone up, not down.
00:19:19.000 They will not go down until the governor returns people to Mexico.
00:19:25.000 And he has constitutional authority to do that.
00:19:27.000 I said I'd come back to it.
00:19:29.000 This is in Article 1.
00:19:30.000 If you look at the very end of Article 1 in the Constitution, it says that it lists things states cannot do.
00:19:39.000 One of them is wage war, not surprisingly.
00:19:42.000 But that has an exception.
00:19:44.000 And the exception is unless you're actually invaded.
00:19:47.000 And even Governor Abbott acknowledges we've been invaded.
00:19:50.000 We're being invaded.
00:19:52.000 So he acknowledges the condition.
00:19:54.000 And so we're asking him at the Center for Renewing America not just to admit you're being invaded and to blame Joe Biden.
00:20:02.000 And it is supposed to be the federal government's responsibility, but the founders were wise enough to leave the states the authority to defend themselves.
00:20:11.000 And Texas has that.
00:20:13.000 We're not talking about tanks and planes.
00:20:16.000 We're just talking about stopping people at the side of the river, ferrying them back across and putting them in Mexico and saying, don't come back in between the legal ports of entry.
00:20:27.000 If people believe who are thinking of coming to America illegally and walking across Texas's border across the Rio Grande, and they believe they're going to be returned back to Mexico, they won't come.
00:20:42.000 And that's what it takes.
00:20:43.000 Operation Lone Star, as I said from the very beginning, will not succeed unless and until Governor Abbott is willing to return people back to Mexico.
00:20:54.000 And he has the constitutional authority to do it.
00:20:57.000 And thus far, he has declined to use it.
00:21:00.000 So I guess the question that I have is the wouldn't then he just be sued by some federal judge and would say that that it's a little legally unprecedented.
00:21:11.000 I mean, I'm all for it.
00:21:12.000 So walk us through what would happen next then.
00:21:15.000 So in a different part of the Constitution, you know, Greg Abbott correctly says, hey, this is Joe Biden's job.
00:21:21.000 Well, if you look at Article 4, Section 4, called the Guarantee Clause, the Guarantee Clause has the federal government promising three things to states to protect a Republican form of government, to protect state governments against insurrections against the state governments, and to protect all 50 states against invasion.
00:21:45.000 And of course, not only isn't the federal government protecting the states against invasion, it is practically inviting the invasion.
00:21:53.000 But in years past, over the last 30 years, states have sued the federal government for failing to protect them against invasion.
00:22:04.000 And in five different appellate circuits, Charlie, the second, third, fifth, which is Texas, ninth, which is Arizona, and 11th, courts have all found universally that they don't get to decide that question.
00:22:22.000 It's called non-justiciability to lawyers, meaning courts don't have the authority to address it.
00:22:29.000 And the reason is that they all state is this authority is deposited with another entity in our constitutional system.
00:22:37.000 And in Article 1, Section 10, it is very explicit: states can exercise war powers when they are actually invaded.
00:22:46.000 And the courts have universally held that it is not for the court to decide whether there's an invasion.
00:22:53.000 And what that means in this case is it is for Greg Abbott, the governor of Texas, commander-in-chief of Texas, to make that decision.
00:23:02.000 This is why they had to do everything they could to try to get rid of Kerry Lake because Kerry Lake really kind of probed the side of the state.
00:23:08.000 Yeah, she was bound and determined to do this.
00:23:10.000 That's right.
00:23:10.000 I mean, it's, we'll see how the legal challenges and stuff do.
00:23:13.000 There should be a new election in Arizona after the thousands and thousands of people were suppressed.
00:23:18.000 I mean, Ken, you were former White House DHS and former Attorney General of Virginia and senior fellow for the Center for Renewing America.
00:23:27.000 So you really understand this well.
00:23:29.000 Why is it that governors haven't done this yet?
00:23:32.000 Why is it they're this slow walk?
00:23:33.000 Are they afraid of being called like George Wallace or all of these, all this?
00:23:37.000 I mean, we are being invaded every single day.
00:23:41.000 Yes, it's largely political fear.
00:23:45.000 I mean, they give what sound like reasonable explanations, but remember, I mean, your mother taught you this when you were growing up.
00:23:53.000 With authority comes responsibility.
00:23:56.000 So, what Greg Abbott is doing is he is denying that he has the authority so that he doesn't have the responsibility.
00:24:06.000 Now, he hasn't explicitly said this doesn't apply.
00:24:09.000 I mean, he's invoked the provision of the Constitution, for goodness sake, or so he says, and he has found that he's being invaded.
00:24:18.000 Texas is being invaded.
00:24:20.000 And yet, he won't use the full authority provided by that provision of the Constitution to protect Texas.
00:24:28.000 And really, all this looks like in the real world application is it looks like the federal enforcement of the Title 42 public health order that was put in place in March of 2020 because of COVID.
00:24:47.000 It's just stop them at the border and take them back across.
00:24:50.000 There's no shooting, there's no tanks and planes, not that kind of use of war power.
00:24:56.000 The key aspect of the war power is what you can do with prisoners of war, and that is simply deposit them outside of your state and in this case, outside the country.
00:25:05.000 So, this is the press release that Governor Greg Abbott has said he'll do.
00:25:10.000 He'll say he'll deploy the National Guard to safeguard our border.
00:25:13.000 He'll deploy Texas DPS.
00:25:15.000 He'll build a border wall in multiple counties on the border, deploy gunboats.
00:25:20.000 I just have to pause.
00:25:20.000 It's so funny.
00:25:21.000 We were talking about him doing this like a year and a half ago, and I was lectured by people in his kind of camp that all of this he can't do.
00:25:29.000 It's all illegal.
00:25:30.000 Now, he's doing some of the stuff that he said he can't do, and it's not even nearly enough of what he should do.
00:25:35.000 Do you know what I mean?
00:25:36.000 It's well, and it's all photo-op.
00:25:38.000 It's all photo-op.
00:25:40.000 Look, you know who I feel bad for here is the guardsmen.
00:25:45.000 So, for a year and a half, they have been activated on a heightened frequency, which disrupts their lives professionally, personally.
00:25:54.000 They've had four suicides in the guard.
00:25:56.000 And for what?
00:25:58.000 It would be one thing if they were accomplishing a meaningful mission, but from the very beginning, maybe he hoped this would work, but certainly I and others who are experts on the border told him it wouldn't.
00:26:11.000 And he chose not to listen to that.
00:26:12.000 But boy, he sure got a lot of photo ops in that year and a half, didn't he?
00:26:17.000 But he sure didn't lower the flow of illegals into Texas, did he?
00:26:21.000 No, he didn't.
00:26:22.000 Yep.
00:26:23.000 I mean, and so also yesterday, it seems a federal judge rescinded Title 42.
00:26:28.000 And this is what is so frustrating here, Ken, is that, you know, Mark Kelly is going to go and become another U.S. Senator for six years.
00:26:35.000 And he pretended in all of his commercials, he was this border hawk.
00:26:39.000 Can you explain in numbers how the invasion is only going to increase?
00:26:45.000 Yeah.
00:26:46.000 I mean, so this is actually in numbers, and I appreciate that because I'm an engineer.
00:26:50.000 I'm a left-brained guy.
00:26:51.000 So thank you, Charlie, for that tee up.
00:26:55.000 And this is actually pretty easy to talk about in numerical terms.
00:26:59.000 So when I was deputy secretary, we returned over 90% of illegal border crossers in under two hours, which is logistically astonishing.
00:27:11.000 It's an amazing accomplishment.
00:27:14.000 But that tells you these states can do it, by the way.
00:27:17.000 I mean, we did it.
00:27:18.000 They can do it.
00:27:20.000 That's one.
00:27:21.000 So that number declined in the Biden administration, but a lot of people on our side don't realize that until relatively recently, over half of all illegal border crossers were still returned back into Mexico under the Title 42 authority, even by the Biden administration.
00:27:39.000 Well, that's great as far as it goes.
00:27:42.000 But if you take Title 42 down, you're effectively doubling the number of border crossers every day who stay in the United States.
00:27:52.000 It doubles catch and release overnight.
00:27:56.000 And the judge indicated he's going to take this off in five weeks, which, by the way, Charlie, puts all the more pressure on the need for Governor Abbott to declare an invasion so Texas can get a five-week start on dealing with this as the federal government takes down their Title 42 authority.
00:28:19.000 Yeah, and so I guess what he'll have to do is not just then do the press release.
00:28:26.000 He actually has to then deport foreign nationals himself back to their country of origin.
00:28:32.000 I mean, do you think that Greg Allen?
00:28:34.000 No, not to their country of origin, just back over the river.
00:28:39.000 And it's, and I'm not to be too picky a lawyer, it's not deporting.
00:28:44.000 Deport is an immigration word.
00:28:46.000 This is not immigration law.
00:28:49.000 This is not immigration law.
00:28:52.000 This is a constitutional power of the state.
00:28:54.000 It's a totally separate source of legal authority.
00:28:58.000 Just like the public health law is a totally separate source of legal authority by which border are they going to move people back over the Mexican border?
00:29:08.000 Relocate them or repel them or is it repel them?
00:29:12.000 Yes.
00:29:12.000 Okay.
00:29:13.000 Yes.
00:29:13.000 Put them in Mexico.
00:29:14.000 The key for lowering the flow is that they know they can't get in.
00:29:19.000 I'd give them a bag of food and water and say, hey, you got here, get home.
00:29:24.000 And literally put them on the Mexican state.
00:29:26.000 I mean, it's inexplicable this.
00:29:27.000 Why is this taking so long?
00:29:28.000 We're now in the we're coming on the second year of Biden's presidency.
00:29:33.000 This should have been done within the first 60 days, right?
00:29:35.000 Yes, it should have.
00:29:36.000 And some of us were putting this together and starting to urge people quietly to do it.
00:29:42.000 We put a paper out.
00:29:43.000 You can read about this in more detail at Center for Renewing America.
00:29:46.000 If you look under border security, you'll find this.
00:29:49.000 One of the excuses they give for not doing it is that they're concerned that the federal government will prosecute state officials for civil rights violations.
00:29:58.000 Well, we analyze that under the civil rights law.
00:30:02.000 That fails three different ways.
00:30:04.000 Again, this is an attempt to deny the authority to avoid the responsibility.
00:30:11.000 And I appreciate his concern for his own people.
00:30:13.000 I wish Joe Biden was as concerned about his border patrol agents.
00:30:17.000 Nonetheless, that is a false argument.
00:30:23.000 It doesn't hold up.
00:30:28.000 The end of the year is right around the corner, and it's time for you to consider a change in your investment plan.
00:30:32.000 This is Charlie Kirk, and I strongly recommend you go right now and see my friends at PAX to review your investments.
00:30:39.000 They are the one firm I know that focuses on biblical, responsible investing and does not force you to invest in companies that literally attack Christian values.
00:30:49.000 If we want religious liberty in our country, we have to stop investing in companies that are trying to suppress our freedoms.
00:30:56.000 I love PAX Financial.
00:30:57.000 They manage some of my money.
00:30:58.000 I trust them.
00:30:59.000 And that's why before the end of the year, you need to text the word Charlie to the number 74868.
00:31:05.000 That's Charlie to 74868.
00:31:07.000 And someone with PAX Financial Group will connect you right away.
00:31:10.000 So take out your phone, text the word Charlie to 74868.
00:31:16.000 I trust them with my money, and I think you should trust them with your money.
00:31:20.000 That is the word Charlie to 74868.
00:31:24.000 They're a great operation.
00:31:26.000 Check them out today.
00:31:29.000 Okay, I want to get to some pieces of tape here, but I know a lot of people are asking, Charlie, what is the path forward in Arizona?
00:31:34.000 We have to be very clear and we have to repeat it that thousands, if not tens of thousands of voters were suppressed and disenfranchised.
00:31:43.000 What I think personally is the most upsetting, and putting all the stuff we talked earlier in the show aside, understandably put all of that aside.
00:31:52.000 What is so frustrating is that from the moment that we woke up on Election Day, from the moment that I turned on my phone on Election Day, there were already voters that were being suppressed.
00:32:05.000 Now, is that the plan?
00:32:06.000 I don't know.
00:32:07.000 Because when the machine stopped working, the lines started growing.
00:32:12.000 And then you had Bill Gates come out and he says, oh, everything's working so wonderfully, but one out of five of voting centers has just completely and totally been shut down.
00:32:21.000 And then you have people that have to run their ballots through multiple times.
00:32:24.000 And then you get competing and understandably confusing advice where people say, we got to go to this one and that one.
00:32:30.000 And I think one of the reasons why everyone is so upset is that Kerry Lake really became the spiritual epicenter of the entire movement.
00:32:39.000 And I think, look, Kerry needs to file lawsuits one after the other demanding a new election in Maricopa.
00:32:46.000 There is no, and that's an extraordinary thing to say.
00:32:51.000 Some people say that's radical, but how can you possibly quantify one out of five voting centers going down, being inoperable, inoperable on election day, and then the lines and the issues that were caused because of it?
00:33:11.000 Now, I do not know what a judge is going to do.
00:33:14.000 I don't have a lot of faith in the legal system.
00:33:17.000 But it does need to be said, it needs to be vocalized, that what happened on that election day, we are not going to put up with.
00:33:24.000 We're not going to entertain.
00:33:27.000 It's very, very troubling.
00:33:29.000 So now Abe Hamaday is within 771 votes.
00:33:33.000 And so now I can say with certainty, with clarity and certainty, that if those 223 voting centers, one in five, right around 50 voting centers in the most Republican areas, would not have gone down, Abe Hamaday would be 100% the Attorney General of Arizona.
00:33:54.000 And so I do not know what the legal strategy is from this point forward.
00:33:57.000 We also don't know the remaining ballots.
00:34:00.000 Now, if Kerry Lake even gains a couple thousand more votes, this is going to go to a recount.
00:34:06.000 And a recount is different than an audit.
00:34:09.000 So don't expect a totally different result with a recount.
00:34:13.000 But there is something very strange about this entire thing.
00:34:17.000 Again, we'll play this.
00:34:18.000 We don't have time to play it.
00:34:19.000 But we have this montage of people in Maricopa County repeatedly saying with all the issues, they had to go vote.
00:34:27.000 If this happened in black neighborhoods, Al Sharpton and the Department of Justice would be demanding new elections.
00:34:36.000 But the fact it happened to rich white conservative voters, nobody seems to care.
00:34:43.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:34:45.000 This is the most important pending legal fight in the country, both what's happening with Abe Hamaday and what is happening with Kerry Lake.
00:34:55.000 On that Arizona GOP flyer, we said we're all going to show up on game day.
00:35:00.000 And they ambushed us.
00:35:02.000 Maybe they ambushed us intentionally and maybe they ambushed us unintentionally.
00:35:06.000 I don't know.
00:35:08.000 But we have not heard the last of this story.
00:35:09.000 I can tell you that much.
00:35:11.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
