00:01:30.000 I could just see the thesaurus on the desk of the Washington Post when they wrote this article or this opinion editorial page.
00:01:39.000 They had to probably wordsmith every single one of these words.
00:01:42.000 Like, I don't like that word.
00:01:43.000 Is there a better word for it?
00:01:45.000 And this is an extraordinary piece by the Washington Post.
00:01:51.000 And I'm not, I don't believe what it's saying on face value.
00:01:54.000 I'm going to tell you what it actually means.
00:01:56.000 But it's written by the Washington Post Editorial Board, which is a long list of people.
00:02:04.000 And it's basically admitting, and I'm paraphrasing, we'll get into some of the specifics, admitting that the Washington Post messed up.
00:02:14.000 They're basically admitting that their failure to cover the Hunter Biden story, the laptop story in 2020, was wrong.
00:02:25.000 But they don't say that bluntly.
00:02:27.000 So first they say, quote, there was something grotesquely familiar about last week's revelations about Hunter Biden's business dealings abroad, both in the story's particulars and more in the general saga of self-sleazy self-dealing in which it fits.
00:02:41.000 Pause.
00:02:42.000 So back in 2019, when Biden first announced for president, Schweitzer had the goods about Biden's foreign business dealings.
00:02:53.000 And now we're supposed to believe that the Washington Post is going to go out of their way and write an article saying that, oh, by the way, there's all these new revelations.
00:03:03.000 We've known about this for three years.
00:03:05.000 But then why are you putting this into there?
00:03:07.000 That's interesting.
00:03:07.000 Let's think about that as we continue.
00:03:09.000 The idea that these latest revelations definitively vindicate or villainize any party except Mr. Biden himself, however, is misplaced.
00:03:19.000 I just laugh at this one.
00:03:20.000 The Washington Post reported Wednesday on the multi-million dollar deals the president's son made with a Chinese energy company.
00:03:27.000 Oh, really?
00:03:28.000 You reported on that?
00:03:30.000 Peter Schweitzer has a whole book about this.
00:03:32.000 Breitbart was covering this three years ago.
00:03:36.000 The Senate report done by Ron Johnson and Chuck Grassley a year and a half ago detailed all of this.
00:03:43.000 But now you're saying you reported on it?
00:03:45.000 No, no, you didn't report on it.
00:03:46.000 You copy-pasted what was already reported into an article.
00:03:51.000 Why?
00:03:54.000 Let's dwell on that for a second longer.
00:03:58.000 The Justice Department, the Washington Post editorial board writes, meanwhile, continues its inquiry into Hunter Biden's tax affairs and foreign lobbying.
00:04:12.000 For now, what's more compelling than the assorted accusations about the Biden behavior is this question.
00:04:18.000 Why is the confirmation of a story that first surfaced in the fall of 2020 emerging only now?
00:04:24.000 When the New York Post published its blockbuster exclusive on the contents of a laptop said to have been abandoned at a Delaware repair shop by Hunter Biden, mainstream media organizations bulked at running with the same narrative.
00:04:36.000 Social media sites displayed even greater caution.
00:04:40.000 Twitter blocked the story altogether, pointing to a policy against hacked materials and suspended the New York Post's account for sharing it.
00:04:48.000 Facebook downraked the story and its algorithms that governed users newsfeed for the fear that it was based on misinformation.
00:04:54.000 Now, the Washington Post and New York Times have vouched for many of the relevant communications.
00:04:57.000 Don't you love how they try to frame themselves as the validation?
00:05:00.000 No, no, no.
00:05:01.000 What was the Washington Post saying at the time?
00:05:04.000 Quote, Biden relies on pattern of activity to blame Russia for release of laptop that very well could be his son's laptop.
00:05:14.000 They play into the Russian narrative.
00:05:15.000 That's back right after the debate.
00:05:18.000 Until the Washington Post covered it.
00:05:23.000 The Washington Post continues, this series of events have prompted allegations of a cover-up, or at best a double standard in the treatment of conservative and liberal politicians by mainstream media and social media sites.
00:05:34.000 Yet there was a reason in this case for reluctance on part of the publications and the platforms alike.
00:05:39.000 Oh, why?
00:05:41.000 Why was there reluctance, the Washington Post writes?
00:05:46.000 We had reluctance because both had been unwitting tools of a Russian influence campaign in 2016.
00:05:54.000 It's Vladimir Putin's fault.
00:05:56.000 All right?
00:05:56.000 The reason why we didn't cover Hunter Biden in 2020 was not that it was Russian, but it's just Putin.
00:06:04.000 We hate him so much, and so that's why.
00:06:06.000 So that's why we had to crawl before we could walk, and we just had to kill the story.
00:06:11.000 We didn't cover it.
00:06:12.000 We covered it up.
00:06:15.000 And then I just love the way they write this.
00:06:16.000 The Washington Post is so dishonest.
00:06:19.000 They write this.
00:06:20.000 They say that both had been unwitting tools of a Russian influence campaign in 2016.
00:06:28.000 And it was only prudent.
00:06:29.000 That's right.
00:06:30.000 They're arguing it was prudent to cover it up.
00:06:32.000 I mean, come on.
00:06:33.000 It was only prudent to suspect a similar plot lay behind the mysterious appearance of a computer stuffed with juicy documents and conveniently handed over to President Donald Trump's toxic person, right, toxic in their personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani.
00:06:49.000 Indeed, at the time, there was also an ongoing disinformation operation from Moscow involving, among other things, doctored recordings supposedly showing Joe Biden properly pressuring the then president of Ukraine to aid Hunter Biden's business interests, a fraud point prompted by Rudy Giuliani.
00:07:03.000 Miranda Devine has been talking about the laptop for over a year, and yet no one wanted to touch it.
00:07:09.000 But why is this happening now?
00:07:12.000 Washington Post completes this by saying, this context doesn't necessarily exonerate every action of every publication and platform.
00:07:20.000 It makes obvious sense for newspapers to wait to verify the information before turning it into a story.
00:07:26.000 The harder conundrum is what to do with the true information that comes from a hack, and it wasn't a hack.
00:07:31.000 Hunter handed it over.
00:07:33.000 Don't trust cokeheads with laptops.
00:07:36.000 Social media sites face a tougher choice when it comes to whether or not how to dampen the spread of the story or whether they're unsure of its truthfulness or origins.
00:07:46.000 None of these dilemmas have easy answers.
00:07:48.000 This is what the Washington Post says.
00:07:49.000 The lesson learned from 2016 was evidently to err on the side of setting aside questionable material in the heat of a political campaign.
00:07:56.000 The lesson learned from 2020 may well be that there's a danger suppressing accurate and relevant stories.
00:08:01.000 Let me be very clear.
00:08:02.000 Washington Post doesn't learn any lessons.
00:08:04.000 That's not what this is.
00:08:05.000 Doesn't matter how many people sign this.
00:08:06.000 This right here is what's called creating space.
00:08:11.000 The Washington Post had an article here: Hunter Biden's alleged laptop, an explainer, as they suppressed the story.
00:08:17.000 White House was warned.
00:08:18.000 Giuliani was target of Russian intelligence operation to feed misinformation for Trump.
00:08:22.000 This right here, though, the Washington Post writing this article is making space.
00:08:28.000 What do you mean, making space, Charlie?
00:08:30.000 It's making space for the looming displacement of Joe Biden.
00:08:39.000 They need to have a mini mea culpa for now.
00:08:43.000 What will be, as Rush Limbaugh beautifully predicted right before his passing, the fake news media will become the hard news media almost overnight.
00:08:54.000 Now, everyone's talking about the Hunter Biden deal.
00:08:57.000 And there's one story after the other.
00:08:59.000 For example, Washington Post, quote, in the midst of the election, sorry, Republicans, social media companies aren't obligated to spread your lies.
00:09:06.000 They weren't lies, actually.
00:09:08.000 They were true, and the Washington Post was covering for them to just get Biden into office.
00:09:14.000 All about displacing and destroying Donald Trump, no matter how many corners you cut, no matter how many rules you break, no matter how much unethical activity you engage in, you must get rid of him.
00:09:26.000 That's what happened.
00:09:27.000 But this story and the timing of this story is directly correlated with the Democrats' inability to be able to resurrect their poll numbers with the state of the country.
00:09:38.000 They gave Biden his year, and now they are saying, all right, speed up that Hunter Biden investigation.
00:09:46.000 And guess who is visiting the White House today?
00:09:54.000 Obama to return to the White House to celebrate health care reform.
00:09:59.000 In his visit, first visit since he left office, the former president will appear alongside Biden and Harris to promote the success of the Affordable Care Act.
00:10:08.000 Barack Hussein Obama will return to the White House on Tuesday for the first time since he left office to promote the Affordable Care Act in an event alongside President Joe Biden.
00:10:17.000 So am I supposed to believe the Washington Post does a massive, oh, sorry, we screwed it up and it was all true.
00:10:25.000 The indictments are accelerating against Hunter Biden and Obama just happens to show up at the White House?
00:10:32.000 I don't think so.
00:10:34.000 Obama is going to have a meeting with Biden.
00:10:36.000 I guarantee it.
00:10:37.000 And he's going to say, you finish out your term, you don't run for reelection.
00:10:42.000 Same for you, Cammie.
00:10:43.000 You make space for my wife.
00:10:45.000 It's just speculation.
00:10:47.000 Why is all this happening now?
00:10:50.000 I believe that there's some major reshuffling happening behind the scenes.
00:10:55.000 And I don't think they're going to make Biden resign.
00:10:57.000 I think that they can really put him in a position where they can control him and have him not run for re-election, have him do the term.
00:11:04.000 Now, the challenge will be the highly ambitious Kamala Harris.
00:11:10.000 She's going to be the challenge because she's going to want to run, and she's deeply unpopular, and she has no talent.
00:11:18.000 So the way Obama's going to have to thread that, he's coming to the White House to have an all-hands-on-deck meeting to try to reorganize some things.
00:11:28.000 Remember when the media used to cover the Biden story, Hunter Biden story, this way?
00:11:33.000 Let's play CUT 27.
00:11:35.000 The FBI is now investigating whether those alleged Hunter Biden emails are actually connected to a larger foreign intelligence operation.
00:11:42.000 They may be related to a foreign intelligence operation.
00:11:45.000 Foreign intelligence operation.
00:11:48.000 Foreign intelligence.
00:11:49.000 Foreign intelligence.
00:11:50.000 Foreign intelligence operations.
00:11:51.000 For all we know, these emails are made up.
00:11:54.000 Information found on the laptop may be part of a Russian disinformation campaign.
00:12:00.000 So we know about Operation Mockingbird, which was never completely disassembled in the 1960s and 70s, which was a CIA project to take over the media.
00:12:08.000 Where if you ever deal with mockingbirds, they're all saying the same thing over and over again.
00:12:12.000 And so back and forth and back and forth.
00:12:14.000 They're repeating, Hence, the name Mockingbird.
00:12:20.000 And so Operation Mockingbird was around that whole idea.
00:12:22.000 I guarantee you that there's a memo that got sent out that said Russian disinformation campaign, foreign intervention campaign, all that was a lie.
00:12:30.000 But now the media has a different posture because the memo has been sent out.
00:12:34.000 There's a wink and a nod saying, hey, Republicans are going to be in power for a long time if we don't get rid of this Biden guy.
00:12:41.000 How do we get rid of him?
00:12:42.000 Through his son.
00:12:44.000 And they're asking very pointed questions.
00:12:46.000 Play cut nine.
00:12:48.000 The Washington Post also reported this week on deals that Hunter Biden had with a Chinese energy company, paid $4.8 million to entities controlled by Hunter and the president's brother.
00:12:58.000 Is the president confident his family didn't cross any ethical lines?
00:13:03.000 George, the president is confident that his family did the right thing.
00:13:07.000 Yeah, confident the family did the right thing.
00:13:08.000 Let me tell you, here's how it works: Stephanopoulos is a total mouthpiece for the regime.
00:13:14.000 Stephanopoulos, if you look at that clip, he's reading off a piece of paper.
00:13:19.000 Someone fed it into his deck.
00:13:21.000 They said, you got to ask Ron Klain about this on the record.
00:13:23.000 You got to scare him.
00:13:25.000 Shock and awe.
00:13:26.000 And then Ron Klain's done with that interview.
00:13:27.000 He knew what that meant.
00:13:29.000 He knew what that was.
00:13:30.000 He knew what was behind that.
00:13:32.000 Stephanopoulos was the communications director for Clinton.
00:13:35.000 He's part of that whole DC cartel.
00:13:37.000 Him asking Ron Klain that question, it's for a reason.
00:13:42.000 It's because the drums of Biden's removal are beating.

00:14:59.000 The southern border is wide open, and unfortunately, the regime is overcomplicating it.
00:15:04.000 But there are some fair questions that need to be asked about what can states do?
00:15:08.000 What can we do to try to secure a southern border?
00:15:11.000 And nobody is more qualified to talk about this than Tom Homan.
00:15:16.000 He's the former director of ICE and did a wonderful job under President Donald Trump securing our border and using every legal mechanism we had at our disposal to secure our country.
00:15:27.000 Tom, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:15:29.000 Thanks, Trevor, Charlie.
00:15:30.000 So, Tom, let's just start with the facts and the basics.
00:15:34.000 How serious is the current crisis on the southern border right now as we talk?
00:15:40.000 I've never seen it, not even close to this badge.
00:15:43.000 Look, I started as border college in 1984.
00:15:46.000 As you just said, under President Trump, we had the most secure border in my 35-year career, in my lifetime.
00:15:54.000 And the data clearly shows that President Trump had illegal immigration down at a 35-40-year low, depending on what month you look at.
00:16:02.000 It was down 83%.
00:16:04.000 So that's what Joe Biden inherited, the most secure border we've ever had.
00:16:08.000 And within months, he signed over 70 executive orders, basically abolishing everything that we did on the Trump administration.
00:16:15.000 And now we went from the most secure border in this nation's history to an historic immigration crisis last year.
00:16:22.000 1.7, they claim.
00:16:24.000 It's actually 1.9.
00:16:26.000 So 1.9 illegal immigrants crossed our border last year under President Biden.
00:16:30.000 We went from the most secure border to historic, never seen these kinds of numbers before, numbers under President Biden.
00:16:37.000 The unaccompanied alien children, all-time high in the history of the U.S. Border Patrol.
00:16:42.000 Family groups, all-time high in the history of the Border Patrol.
00:16:46.000 And look, now we're in a new fiscal year, right?
00:16:48.000 So everybody says, well, what about this Title 42?
00:16:51.000 Even if they keep Title 42 in play, we're already over a million apprehensions this fiscal year, which means we're on the glider scope right now to beat 2 million.
00:17:02.000 So we're going to blow away last year's numbers, which were historic, before we even talk about Title 42.
00:17:09.000 This is incredible.
00:17:11.000 And let me tell you something: this isn't just my opinion.
00:17:13.000 I've talked to four different chief patrol agents.
00:17:16.000 They all tell me we have lost operational control of our southern border.
00:17:21.000 The United States don't control our southern border anymore.
00:17:23.000 Board of Patrol has lost control.
00:17:25.000 They can't stop what's coming.
00:17:26.000 And with Title 42 ends, God help us.
00:17:30.000 Some people are saying 500,000 a month.
00:17:33.000 Is that true?
00:17:33.000 And then also talk about how, even though we're apprehending people, that doesn't mean we're returning them to their country.
00:17:39.000 Many of them are released into the interior of the United States.
00:17:42.000 Is that correct?
00:17:43.000 Great question.
00:17:44.000 We just looked at the numbers the other day.
00:17:46.000 Since Joe Biden became president, he has released into the United States 575,000.
00:17:54.000 575,000 released into the United States.
00:17:57.000 And that's not counting over 600,000 gotaways.
00:18:03.000 So do the math.
00:18:04.000 No, you know, excuse me, Charlie, I made a mistake.
00:18:06.000 757,000.
00:18:08.000 I just looked at my notes.
00:18:09.000 750,000 released in the United States, another 600,000 gotaways.
00:18:14.000 So 1.3 illegal aliens crossed our border and made it into the United States.
00:18:19.000 No, I just want to pause really quickly.
00:18:21.000 Anything away we had in the past.
00:18:23.000 So that's 1.3 million new people into the United States.
00:18:27.000 That's more than the state of Montana in just the last 14 months.
00:18:32.000 And every single one of those did so illegally in violation of our laws.
00:18:37.000 Absolutely.
00:18:39.000 And one thing, I don't care what anybody's opinion is on immigration.
00:18:44.000 What Joe Biden has done is created a humanitarian crisis.
00:18:48.000 So he says Trump policies are inhumane.
00:18:51.000 Now, I've been calling Nazi and all kinds of names because we secured a border.
00:18:56.000 Let me make something clear.
00:18:57.000 Under Joe Biden, more migrants have died on U.S. soil during the first year of Biden than any time in the history of it.
00:19:05.000 Also, we got over 100, what 107,000 overdose deaths, and most of it's on fentanyl.
00:19:11.000 DEA says 95% of that fentanyl comes across the southwest border because Borvato is overwhelmed.
00:19:18.000 Half of them are not on the line doing their job.
00:19:20.000 They're in facilities processing, changing diapers, making baby formula.
00:19:24.000 So understand on Joe Biden, over 100,000 overdose deaths.
00:19:28.000 Highest migrant deaths in history of this country.
00:19:31.000 And that's just what the migrants, almost 700 found on U.S. soil.
00:19:35.000 We're not talking about the hundreds that die in Mexico or the hundreds that die in a daring death in Panama Canal.
00:19:40.000 Joe Biden's policies are killing people, including over 100,000 Americans.
00:19:45.000 You can say what you want about President Trump.
00:19:47.000 Anybody can say what they want about President Trump.
00:19:49.000 I personally think he's the greatest president ever worked for.
00:19:51.000 But when illegal immigration is down 83%, how many women aren't being raped?
00:19:56.000 How many billions of dollars are the cartels not making?
00:19:59.000 How many pounds of fentanyl aren't getting into countries to kill our young children?
00:20:03.000 How many children aren't dying crossing the river in the desert?
00:20:06.000 President Trump saved lives when he secured a border.
00:20:09.000 So the federal government is not, it's not, they're not going to do it.
00:20:12.000 I mean, so I want to just ask about what can be done then on the state level because I'm running out of patience with the federal government and I know that's a legal question.
00:20:22.000 But first, I want you just to explain in detail Title 42.
00:20:26.000 I know you mentioned it briefly.
00:20:27.000 We have some listeners that don't understand the nuance of it.
00:20:30.000 Talk about how Title II has just been a temporary measure.
00:20:34.000 And if it is repealed, which there's no explanation for it, what this summer could look like as far as the amount of people coming into our country.
00:20:43.000 Well, Title 42 is a CDC regulation.
00:20:47.000 Actually, I'm the one that brought that to President Trump when he had his surge.
00:20:53.000 We had remained in Mexico, third state countries.
00:20:55.000 And one day he asked me, What more can we do?
00:20:58.000 And I was aware of this regulation.
00:21:01.000 It's talked about the Immigration Nationality Act.
00:21:04.000 When you're dealing with a pandemic and public health crisis, that you can actually shut down the borders.
00:21:08.000 So I mentioned to him, you know, you might want to check the CDC because we're in the middle of this pandemic and there's certain things you can do to close the border down.
00:21:16.000 He followed up with Mark Morgan and Steve Miller and a few of his other staff.
00:21:19.000 And sure enough, in a couple of weeks, CDC said, look, we are in the middle of a pandemic.
00:21:23.000 We got hundreds of thousands of people dying.
00:21:25.000 We're going to shut the borders down.
00:21:26.000 It made perfect sense.
00:21:28.000 Now that the CDC may pull that back, saying this country's no see, you know, COVID is no longer a public safety crisis anymore, which I find amazing.
00:21:37.000 But they said they're going to pull it back in May.
00:21:40.000 And understand, under Title 42, almost a million illegal aliens were sent back to Metro, refused entry because of Title 42.
00:21:49.000 Now, those same people, if they live Title 42, can come to the border.
00:21:54.000 They can turn themselves into Borgo, claim asylum, or want to see a judge, and they got to be processed by what we call Title VIII processing, which is going to take a lot of time rather than just kicking them back.
00:22:04.000 You're actually going to process them and create a file on them.
00:22:08.000 This is going to cause massive delays with a board patrol.
00:22:12.000 It's going to cause massive backups in the stations.
00:22:15.000 So I want to see AOC and the rest of them come screaming that these facilities are overcrowded like they did on the Trump administration.
00:22:21.000 But here's the worst of it.
00:22:24.000 You hear what Secretary Mayorkus is talking about.
00:22:26.000 He's going to detail more agents down there.
00:22:29.000 He's going to detail FEMA down there to process and release quicker.
00:22:35.000 The guy's a moron.
00:22:37.000 When you process release quicker, that just brings more.
00:22:40.000 They should be detaining him.
00:22:41.000 But the department's on record saying, well, there's not enough detention beds.
00:22:45.000 As of this morning, they had over 10,000 empty beds already paid for that they're refusing to fill because the progressive left don't like private detention and they want to put more people on alternatives of detention, which means 33% will abscond the first month and less than 12% when order removed will leave because they're not in custody.
00:23:06.000 99% of everybody ICE deports, they deport from a bed in detention.
00:23:11.000 But when you release them, they're in the wind.
00:23:14.000 That's exactly what the Dems want.
00:23:15.000 Not only do they want all these people to come, they don't want them ever to leave.
00:23:19.000 And they put a lot of pressure on the private contractors, which is a not very talked, not talked about issue here, where the Democrats just go after the contractors and then that's the way they defund ICE.
00:23:29.000 So let me ask you, though, about this.
00:23:32.000 I have two remaining questions.
00:23:33.000 This seems like it's by design.
00:23:35.000 There's no way that this could be incompetence.
00:23:37.000 Do you agree with that?
00:23:38.000 Absolutely.
00:23:39.000 This is, look, this isn't mismanagement.
00:23:41.000 This isn't competent.
00:23:41.000 This is by design.
00:23:43.000 Joe Biden, look, he was vice president under Obama.
00:23:47.000 And we were in that year, 2012, we removed 409,000 migrants, the most we ever did.
00:23:52.000 Joe Biden voted for border walls when he's a senator.
00:23:56.000 He knew exactly what he was doing when he sold his self out to progressive left, you know, made all these promises during the campaign.
00:24:04.000 As he got in office, he kept those promises.
00:24:06.000 And everybody says, why would the Dennis want this?
00:24:09.000 Look, he also overturned the Trump census rule.
00:24:11.000 So millions of people now are be counted in the next census in sanctuary cities.
00:24:15.000 And what does that equal?
00:24:16.000 More seats in the house for the Democrats.
00:24:20.000 Equals perpetual power.
00:24:21.000 That's a great point.
00:24:22.000 So this is by design, absolutely by design.
00:24:25.000 So I want to explore this with you.
00:24:27.000 And this is a longer topic.
00:24:29.000 And look, I just think that Arizona and Texas need to secure the border themselves.
00:24:33.000 They need to create their own Border Patrol.
00:24:35.000 They need to arrest and deport people out of the country.
00:24:37.000 That's an unprecedented thing to say.
00:24:41.000 I don't care.
00:24:41.000 We're at a point where the federal government has betrayed its own voters and citizens.
00:24:46.000 Talk about how realistic that would be.
00:24:47.000 And technically, it's supposed to be the federal government, but what sort of situation are we when the federal government decides not to do their job?
00:24:53.000 Not Border Patrol, not ICE, but the president and Mayorkis decide that.
00:24:57.000 What are we supposed to do?
00:24:59.000 I want to say just one thing about the Board of Patrol.
00:25:01.000 I talked to a Board of Patrol agent last night, a lot of them calm.
00:25:03.000 They have my personal cell number because I go down there so much and I feel for these guys.
00:25:07.000 I wore that uniform.
00:25:07.000 I know it's like to stand on those lines.
00:25:09.000 And a border patrol agent called me last night.
00:25:11.000 So, Mr. Holman, I've been in the Board Patrol about 30 years, and I was putting my uniform on last night.
00:25:16.000 I was looking in the mirror, make sure my gig line's straight, my uniforms look good like I always do.
00:25:19.000 I'm proud to be a border patrol agent.
00:25:21.000 And that moment, I realized first time in my career, I looked in the mirror and says, I used to be a border patrol agent.
00:25:27.000 I used to enforce laws.
00:25:28.000 Now I'm a part of the biggest criminal alien smuggling network in the world.
00:25:33.000 That's exactly right.
00:25:35.000 Border Patrol are people are smuggling to the border, and border patrol is forced to process them and release them.
00:25:40.000 So he feels like he's part of the smuggling organization.
00:25:42.000 So my heart goes out to those guys, but you're exactly right.
00:25:45.000 Charlie, we're actually talking to, I've had several meetings with the governor of Texas.
00:25:50.000 You know, the Attorney General of Phoenix last, just about three weeks ago, declared this an invasion, which we needed under the Constitution, the invasion clause, where that says that when you're under an invasion, the states have certain powers.
00:26:02.000 So we're actually talking to Governor Abbott and his Attorney General's staff.
00:26:07.000 We've had several meetings.
00:26:09.000 We just set a bunch of information that we received from constitutional scholars over the country that thinks he can do this, enforce immigration law.
00:26:17.000 So that is right for discussion right now.
00:26:19.000 It's being discussed with Street and the state of Texas.
00:26:21.000 Ken Cuccinelli is taking the lead on this, who used to be the deputy.
00:26:25.000 He's very knowledgeable and knows the Constitution better than anybody I know.
00:26:29.000 So I think it's going to happen.
00:26:31.000 And you said that you think it's really reaching.
00:26:36.000 It is, but I agree with you.
00:26:38.000 Our country's in trouble.
00:26:39.000 No, I mean, that's the point: I don't care.
00:26:42.000 Like, I mean, just you got to do it.
00:26:44.000 We lost control of our southern border.
00:26:47.000 Just last month, here's what should shock everybody.
00:26:50.000 Board Patrol data got released.
00:26:52.000 62,000 people got into the country last month and didn't get arrested by the Board of Patrol based on camera traffic, drone traffic, and censor traffic.
00:27:00.000 62,000 people walked across the border, were never touched by a uniform.
00:27:05.000 Who are those 62,000 people?
00:27:10.000 Are they criminals?
00:27:11.000 Are they known suspected terrorists?
00:27:12.000 Board Patrol arrested 17 people on FBI screening database.
00:27:16.000 How many of that 62,000 last month might be a terrorist?
00:27:20.000 How many of the 600,000 gotaways last year could be a terrorist?
00:27:23.000 This is no longer an immigration issue.
00:27:25.000 It's a national security issue.
00:27:27.000 And the states have to do everything they can to protect not only their state, but its country.
00:27:33.000 Look, there's so much political pressure out there from the left and the woke mob, and it's from the Democrat Party.
00:27:38.000 Our society has ultimately been controlled by canceled cultural elites.
00:27:43.000 Look, we talk openly on this program about what you need to do.
00:27:48.000 And so I am involved.
00:27:49.000 I am invested personally and also through the Charlie Kirk show to try to do everything we possibly can to try and push back against these Democrats and their lies.
00:27:59.000 And so look, you can get a signed picture by President Trump himself.
00:28:02.000 Look, I vetted this.
00:28:03.000 It's terrific.
00:28:04.000 And not only will you be taking a stand against the radical left, you'll be entering the Winnick Piece of History itself.
00:28:10.000 All you have to do is text the word victory to 55404 today to enter.
00:28:16.000 That's V-I-C-T-O-R-Y to 55404.
00:28:20.000 Join me in standing up for President Trump and canceling the radical left.
00:28:23.000 Look, here's what we're really doing, though.
00:28:25.000 We're building a grassroots army to push back to try to win the Senate race in Georgia, try to win the Senate race in Arizona.
00:28:30.000 This is paid for by the National Republican Senatorial Committee.
00:28:33.000 And I could tell you this: we have got to retire Chuck Schumer.
00:28:36.000 So text right now to win a signed picture with President Trump, V-I-C-T-O-R-Y-55404.
00:28:44.000 Take out your phone right now, free of charge.
00:28:46.000 V-I-C-T-O-R-Y-55404.
00:28:53.000 So, Tom, talk about the different countries that are being represented.
00:28:57.000 I was on the southern border in Yuma.
00:28:58.000 You know the area well.
00:29:00.000 I saw the passports.
00:29:02.000 You can go right around one part of it, you know, right near the Native American reservation where they don't allow the wall.
00:29:07.000 And there were thousands of passports that people dropped.
00:29:10.000 They dropped their passports.
00:29:12.000 Talk about why they do that and the amount of countries.
00:29:15.000 We're talking about Georgia, Kazakhstan, that are coming across the southern border.
00:29:19.000 World Patrol is arrested people from 157 different countries so far.
00:29:22.000 157.
00:29:24.000 157 countries, almost all of them.
00:29:26.000 And look, some of these countries are sponsors of terrorism.
00:29:29.000 Syria, Russia, North Korea.
00:29:32.000 I mean, they're 157 countries.
00:29:35.000 And the reason they dropped the passports, because they want to be identified.
00:29:38.000 Look, some of these countries, these third-world nations, they don't have like the United States had, they don't have biographical information to store the computer.
00:29:45.000 So if these people have any derogatory information in their past, if there are no suspected terrorists, have terrorist ties, of course you're not going to carry a passport.
00:29:54.000 They'll give a different name.
00:29:56.000 There probably won't be anything biographical to be found on them.
00:29:59.000 And plus, the border right now, they're releasing so quick, they're not vetting them like they're supposed to.
00:30:05.000 You remember what happened in Afghanistan, and they actually spent time trying to vet them, but they couldn't vet them because there was no chief of mission in Afghanistan, no access to Afghanistanian government documents.
00:30:15.000 It's even worse on the southern border.
00:30:17.000 They're just processing as quick as possible and releasing them.
00:30:20.000 They're taking some biographical information, a set of print, and thousands have been released on a notice to report, which means they weren't even putting immigration proceedings.
00:30:29.000 So when the secretary says, well, the ones we released are putting immigration proceedings lie.
00:30:34.000 They're giving a notice to report.
00:30:37.000 We got to trust them to show up in an ICE office when they think they can and be scheduled for arrest and be scheduled for an immigration hearing.
00:30:45.000 How many think are we going to do that?
00:30:46.000 Not very many.
00:30:48.000 So they dump their passports because they simply don't want to be identified who they are.
00:30:52.000 It's unbelievable.
00:30:54.000 So in closing, let's say the states want to do this and they have to do this.
00:30:59.000 What can they do, Tom?
00:31:01.000 Start their own border patrol, drone reconnaissance, surveillance.
00:31:05.000 What can be done?
00:31:07.000 You know, they can secure this border in a week.
00:31:09.000 If they turn on the Trump policies back on, you know what?
00:31:12.000 I don't like this administration.
00:31:14.000 I have no respect for administration.
00:31:15.000 But if they ask me to come back, me and a couple other people, to secure the border, we do it in a week, a week.
00:31:22.000 We dust off the Trump plans that we worked on and reinstate and implement them.
00:31:26.000 Now, Title 42 has gone away, right?
00:31:28.000 So if they really want to secure the border, then remain in Mexico still there.
00:31:33.000 But go remain in Mexico, cross the border like the Trump administration did, but they're not going to do it.
00:31:38.000 They don't want to secure this border.
00:31:39.000 So, look, a couple of things.
00:31:41.000 Number one, what's Tom Holman doing?
00:31:42.000 I'm suing the hell out of him.
00:31:44.000 I've written more affidavits suing this president than I did my whole career as an agent.
00:31:49.000 I mean, I never thought I'd serve six presidents dr. Ronald Reagan retired and actually sue a sitting president for failing to do his job.
00:31:58.000 So, I've worked with the state of Texas, I worked for the state of Arizona, state of Florida, and Missouri.
00:32:03.000 And we're five and all.
00:32:05.000 We're going to keep sue him.
00:32:06.000 I just testified in Houston a month ago on the ICE priorities, saying, you know, these priorities are ridiculous.
00:32:12.000 It just means ICE can't arrest anybody anymore.
00:32:14.000 You know, we talked about Secretary Mayorkas made a statement: being in the country illegally is not enough to be arrested.
00:32:22.000 What kind of message does that send to the rest of the world?
00:32:24.000 Enter the country legally.
00:32:26.000 We prove when you release you.
00:32:27.000 And guess what?
00:32:28.000 Even if you show up in court, get order removed, that judge's order can't mean anything because ICE can't execute it.
00:32:36.000 Everything they've done is either process, quickly, and release or bring more.
00:32:42.000 Why would you make a statement like that in the middle of a historic surge other than more?
00:32:48.000 It's because they want it.
00:32:49.000 Tom, we're out of time.
00:32:50.000 Thank you so much, former head of ICE.
00:32:53.000 I know what you're doing, man.
00:32:54.000 We need people like you out there educating the American people.
00:32:56.000 So, God bless you.
00:32:58.000 God bless you.
00:32:58.000 We'll have you back on again soon.
00:33:00.000 Thank you.
00:33:00.000 Thank you so much for listening, everybody.
