00:02:48.000 We have a Maricopa Audit, the America's audit report, exclusive right here on the Charlie Kirk show with none other than Tyler Bowyer, COO of Turning Point USA.
00:02:58.000 Welcome to the show, Tyler.
00:03:00.000 Yes.
00:03:02.000 We are happy to have you.
00:03:05.000 So the reason I think this actually flows really well is we're talking about how the experts are wrong.
00:03:10.000 They tell us that we're going to get, you know, a million jobs and we get 250,000.
00:03:15.000 They tell us that if you ask any questions about this election that happened in 2020, you're a conspiracy theorist.
00:03:21.000 And as a matter of fact, they're going to smear you on the cover of the New York Times.
00:03:26.000 Here we go.
00:03:28.000 The New York Times today, folks, I'm actually holding an old school piece of paper in my hand.
00:03:33.000 Unattended Ballots and the Bamboo Conspiracy by Michael Wines.
00:03:38.000 They're trying to...
00:03:40.000 What's this bamboo?
00:03:41.000 Let's just start there.
00:03:42.000 What's the bamboo conspiracy and why are they trying to use this to discredit what's going on here in Arizona?
00:03:48.000 So let's talk about kind of the update of where we're at.
00:03:50.000 So right now, the audit's happening.
00:03:52.000 It's down at the old Coliseum.
00:03:53.000 That's where the Phoenix Suns used to play before America West Arena.
00:03:56.000 Right.
00:03:57.000 The Phoenix Suns Arena recently renovated, and we're hopefully going to be back at the number one spot here, Phoenix Ghost Suns.
00:04:02.000 Okay.
00:04:03.000 And we, Lakers fans over here, but we, I didn't say that.
00:04:08.000 I'm not a Lakers fan.
00:04:13.000 But we essentially, what's been happening now is that over at the Coliseum, they have outlined the audit process, which is essentially just executing a hand count procedure, right?
00:04:24.000 Which this is all, most of these procedures are already in the elections procedures manual that was approved by the Secretary of State.
00:04:31.000 There were some iffy things in there, and we don't believe that a hand count was really, I don't believe a hand count was properly executed by state law, which says that it has to be done by precinct.
00:04:43.000 And so the law state law only calls for 2% to be done, but it's a minimum of 2%.
00:04:49.000 It can really be a maximum of as much as you want.
00:04:51.000 So the audit that's being conducted really isn't that far outside of what could have been done, which is a hand count procedure, matching and verifying the actual physical ballots to the data that's in the voting machines to make sure that those match up.
00:05:06.000 And so that's what they're doing.
00:05:07.000 But they're also on top of that looking at a number of things.
00:05:10.000 So anyone that's submitted, I think, concern or questions, the auditing company is also looking for other things, right?
00:05:16.000 Cyber ninjas.
00:05:17.000 Yeah, they're looking for things that, you know, one of the issues is creasing or the marking of the ballots or post, you know, after the fact marking of the ballots, if there's weirdness with that.
00:05:30.000 They're looking for any irregularities, right?
00:05:31.000 Anything that's irregular that looks like anything's been tampered with.
00:05:35.000 And so this thing comes up.
00:05:37.000 I guess it's on the front page of the New York Times.
00:05:39.000 It's really a relatively minor thing.
00:05:40.000 It's silly.
00:05:41.000 They're just using it to smear the whole process.
00:05:45.000 We know what they're doing.
00:05:46.000 They're looking for things outside of, I think, bamboo.
00:05:49.000 Like they're calling it the bamboo conspiracy because they're looking for bamboo fibers, quote unquote, I'm air quoting bamboo fibers because there was a suggestion that ballots were flown in from overseas.
00:06:01.000 Look, they're looking for, I'm sure, lots of different fibers.
00:06:05.000 They're looking for lots of different types of materials to identify that there was any tampering that happened with the ballots.
00:06:11.000 And realistically, this isn't like something where they're like going in.
00:06:14.000 That's all they're spending on.
00:06:14.000 Most of the time that's being spent right now is they're verifying the votes in a hand count procedure that's outlined in the elections procedures manual.
00:06:21.000 So they would love, they would love for you to believe that this is like some weirdo like thing.
00:06:29.000 That's not what's happening.
00:06:30.000 And it's silly to me that the New York Times isn't focusing on what they actually read this by work.
00:06:36.000 Let me just read this.
00:06:37.000 Outlines this bamboo conspiracy and this is thousands of ballots are left unattended and unsecured.
00:06:42.000 People with open partisan bias, including a man who was photographed on the Capitol steps during the January 6th riot, are doing the recounting.
00:06:48.000 All of these issues with the Republican-backed reexamination of the November election results from Arizona's most populous county were laid out this week by Katie Hobbs, Arizona Democratic Secretary of State, in a scathing six-place page letter.
00:07:02.000 Okay, so we understand that this Hobbs person is upset that the audit is happening.
00:07:09.000 We're starting to see the Brennan Center, even the DOJ, it was reported this week, is getting potentially involved.
00:07:17.000 And I saw a tweet from the Arizona GOP saying that the DOJ has no place here, right?
00:07:22.000 So there's going to be this tension.
00:07:24.000 Fill us in on what's going on with the DOJ.
00:07:26.000 Yeah, I mean, look, I think the position isn't just of the Republican Party here, but the position of the Arizona Senate and the guys that are conducting the audit is that the DOJ really has no oversight, authority, or right to come in and say or do anything, right?
00:07:43.000 They can, similar to elections, the DOJ sometimes will send elections officials to monitor things to make sure that rights aren't being violated.
00:07:55.000 The heartbreaking thing, I think, for Democrats and for the Biden administration in this situation is that there are no rights being violated, right?
00:08:03.000 So, a judge actually, the judge actually just issued this release that just came out, which was saying, you know, the Democrats were saying, oh, there's monumental changes in the media.
00:08:14.000 We're like, there's monumental changes.
00:08:16.000 Actually, nothing was changed, which is that no one ever stopped anyone from observing.
00:08:20.000 And there's cameras on this place 24-7.
00:08:20.000 Right.
00:08:22.000 There's cameras.
00:08:23.000 Security guards everywhere.
00:08:24.000 They're even monitoring.
00:08:26.000 So we literally have a live feed going.
00:08:28.000 Yeah.
00:08:29.000 CNN and MSNBC are not getting involved, right?
00:08:32.000 It's so in their world, they don't think anybody's observing.
00:08:36.000 It's so boring that nobody wants to cover it because it's literally just following a handcount procedure, which, again, the county could have done from the very beginning.
00:08:46.000 Okay, so the other thing that I've seen that's interesting is that there's, you know, the much talked about Dominion voting systems, right?
00:08:58.000 I'm hearing rumors that they are missing a password.
00:09:02.000 And so what's going on with this?
00:09:04.000 So I personally won't say the D word, right?
00:09:07.000 Okay, fair enough.
00:09:08.000 I'm just kidding.
00:09:08.000 Fair enough.
00:09:10.000 No, look, the vote.
00:09:11.000 Dallas, is that what we're doing?
00:09:12.000 Factually, that is the voting system that's being used.
00:09:14.000 Sure.
00:09:16.000 What was said this week, so former Secretary of State Ken Bennett, who is the chairman of the audit process here, and he's doing a tremendous job.
00:09:25.000 He's very well respected.
00:09:27.000 He was a tremendous Secretary of State.
00:09:31.000 He came out this week and said something that just off the cuff.
00:09:36.000 And so we won't really know more information until the report is actually issued.
00:09:39.000 But he said something off the cuff that was really interesting.
00:09:41.000 It was that the voting system, apparently, the people that run the voting system apparently have the only secondary password access.
00:09:49.000 Got it.
00:09:49.000 So it's a two-password system where you can input one and then somebody else has to put one in or something.
00:09:54.000 Like the rest of us here in the world, no one knows how the actual system is.
00:09:57.000 Well, right.
00:09:58.000 And listen, we're not being conspiratorial here, folks.
00:10:00.000 We're just, I'm just reporting what we're hearing.
00:10:02.000 And this is, this is chatter happening.
00:10:04.000 And by the way, these machines, if you're going to do an actual forensic audit, are necessary to get the data off of, correct?
00:10:11.000 So I think that the feeling here is that, and this is the proper feeling, and I think that people are getting that it's probably wrong if we're relying on a third party.
00:10:19.000 It doesn't matter who the third party is.
00:10:21.000 That's a good point.
00:10:22.000 If you're relying on a third party to have any access to the voter data in any way, shape, or form, that's putting all your faith and trust into somebody that's not a government entity, that's not an elected official.
00:10:34.000 That's crazy.
00:10:35.000 And that's risky.
00:10:36.000 That's risky.
00:10:37.000 That's a risky proposition, no matter how good of a person that potentially could be.
00:10:41.000 And so I think the issue that exists today and looking at that, what we found out this week, and I'm really interested to see what the full report says, is that, hey, we have a real problem if the voting company, voting machine company, is the only one that had access or the secondary password to any software, hardware, anything like that, that's going to raise some real red flags and issues.
00:11:03.000 And that alone makes the audit worth it, just finding that information out.
00:11:07.000 And we already know.
00:11:07.000 Yeah.
00:11:09.000 Yeah, we already know that this is not going to change the election.
00:11:12.000 This is a fact-finding mission to see, hey, there was a lot of noise made about the election of 2020, President Trump, et cetera.
00:11:20.000 What really happened?
00:11:22.000 Charlie Kirk here, and I've warned you about home title theft, where cyber thieves remove you from your homes title and you become the owner.
00:11:30.000 Like I said, you better get home title lock because it's coming.
00:11:33.000 Well, if you are on Facebook, that big data breach is here.
00:11:38.000 Facebook has 500 million accounts that were exposed to cyber thieves.
00:11:41.000 And according to a retired FBI cyber crime expert, everything thieves need to take over as the new owner of your home was leaked.
00:11:47.000 Name, address, personal information, and more, it's out there.
00:11:50.000 The thief forges your signature on a quick claim deed stating you sold your home to him.
00:11:53.000 He'll leave you in debt or even have you evicted.
00:11:55.000 Do what I did and protect your homes title at home title lock.com.
00:11:58.000 Go to hometitalock.com and register your address, see if you're already a victim.
00:12:01.000 Then sign up for 30 free days of protection during this high-risk breach.
00:12:04.000 Again, go to home title lock.com, promo code radio.
00:12:07.000 That's home title lock.com, promo code radio.
00:12:09.000 There's a lot of data out there.
00:12:10.000 There's a lot of things that you got to sort out right now.
00:12:13.000 So go to home title lock.com.
00:12:15.000 Protect yourself.
00:12:16.000 Protect your family.
00:12:18.000 Protect your well-being at home title lock.com, promo code radio.
00:12:25.000 Why are you working so hard to shut the audit down?
00:12:28.000 What are you hiding?
00:12:31.000 Isn't it your job to be non-partisan?
00:12:33.000 You call this a Republican audit.
00:12:36.000 This is an audit for the people.
00:12:38.000 Secretary Hobbes, do you have any comment?
00:12:42.000 So what you were just listening to, that was Secretary Hobbes avoiding questions about why she is attacking this audit.
00:12:42.000 All right.
00:12:50.000 You know, you would think, Tyler, that everybody would want transparency.
00:12:54.000 What are they so afraid of?
00:12:55.000 There is another issue with this audit being raised about signatures and signature verification.
00:13:00.000 So do you want to fill us in on what's going on there?
00:13:03.000 Yeah, so the headline that came out was that this lawsuit that was filed by the Arizona Democratic Party, the Democrat Party, had halted all signature verification and the process.
00:13:18.000 Yeah, I remember seeing this and going like, oh, gosh, that's the whole point, right?
00:13:18.000 Right.
00:13:22.000 Signature verification.
00:13:23.000 This is why they're freaking out in Georgia and Florida with all the election integrity laws, right?
00:13:27.000 Yeah, look, my understanding of it, of what's happening, is that's a portion of it, right?
00:13:33.000 Was looking at some of that.
00:13:36.000 It's matching the signature on the ballot to what's on the voter roll, right?
00:13:40.000 When they applied for.
00:13:42.000 So let's explain something in Arizona, which is similar to other states, but Arizona's every state's unique, right?
00:13:46.000 So Arizona, how it works for elections, we have a pretty, in my opinion, a little bit too loose of vote-by-mail laws.
00:13:57.000 So the majority of voters vote by mail now, or at least in the recent elections.
00:14:01.000 And so we have a significant amount of vote by mail.
00:14:05.000 And so, like Florida does.
00:14:07.000 I mean, but you're saying it's not as secure as Florida's system was.
00:14:10.000 We just, I wouldn't say about security.
00:14:12.000 I'd say more it's along the lines of just it's easier to register.
00:14:16.000 We have what's called no excuse or whatever permanent early voting lists, right?
00:14:20.000 Where you don't have to prove anything.
00:14:21.000 And once you get on the list, it's permanent.
00:14:23.000 That's literally the name of it: permanent or early voting.
00:14:25.000 So people have got on it 10, 12 years ago.
00:14:29.000 This is why you get ballots.
00:14:31.000 Yeah, it's the same.
00:14:32.000 They move around or the ballots fly in the wrong wrong spots.
00:14:35.000 And so what this issue of signature verification is just on those ballots.
00:14:41.000 But this election, we had more people show up in person, right?
00:14:46.000 You know, I don't know if they were totally expecting this, but people weren't actually sending in their ballot.
00:14:51.000 They were voting in person, which there isn't as much of a signature match on that part because those were all in-person votes.
00:14:57.000 Oh, interesting.
00:14:58.000 They still would verify signatures of when people came in and signed up, but I don't think there's as much of a concern there.
00:15:03.000 The concern, I think, and the predominant part of what this is is matching that the physical ballots actually match up with the voter data.
00:15:10.000 Yeah.
00:15:10.000 That's the heavy.
00:15:11.000 So we can't do that now, or we can?
00:15:13.000 No, they are.
00:15:14.000 They are.
00:15:14.000 And so.
00:15:15.000 So, but the judge just said that you can't, right?
00:15:17.000 This is the state Democrats here in Arizona.
00:15:19.000 There was a quote-unquote settlement that was finalized.
00:15:22.000 The settlement actually, you know, the statement that was put out by the auditing team was, yeah, all these points in the settlement really changed nothing.
00:15:30.000 And so I can take you through point by point, which is that the settlement that came through, this is what they said, was the settlement of the audit allows the Secretary of State's office to have observers.
00:15:41.000 The Secretary of State was never requested to have observers prior to that.
00:15:45.000 Cyber Ninjas, which is the audit team, never objected to observers.
00:15:49.000 As a result, nothing changes.
00:15:51.000 That was a big point of it, which the point of contention was that the Secretary of State could have observers.
00:15:57.000 And their point was, well, she never asked for them.
00:16:00.000 We just watched her running away from questions because they didn't want to answer the questions, which is like, hey, are you really being honest about your position on everything?
00:16:10.000 Yeah.
00:16:11.000 The truth is no.
00:16:11.000 Well, and what we talked about in the break, which I think is fascinating for a lot of people, is I saw this report and I thought, oh, no, we can't.
00:16:19.000 verify signatures.
00:16:20.000 You're saying that because this has come midway through the process, that a lot of that sample, we already have a sample set large enough.
00:16:28.000 My understanding is what they wanted and needed to do on the signature side of ensuring that that had been done largely had been done.
00:16:36.000 So we're good.
00:16:37.000 So they're fine.
00:16:38.000 So basically, nothing changes with that.
00:16:41.000 So folks, rest assured that they are capturing data, that verification is happening, and that the audit is going to actually yield something that we can trust.
00:16:54.000 What we need is to move forward, verify the actual physical balance to the data.
00:16:59.000 That's the baseline work.
00:17:01.000 All this other talk that's surrounding this is distraction from that because once they get that, then they're going to be able to move forward and provide the results and then move forward with what law should look like.
