00:01:58.000 You expose CNN in a way that I could, I can't even believe what you were able to do this week, where you got the CNN technical director, Charlie, whatever his last name is, to admit that they were cheering on high COVID death counts, that they were publishing propaganda, and they were acting like a Democrat super PEC.

00:02:21.000 Well, Charlie, you know, these people are so arrogant and they've gotten away with it because of a confluence of events.

00:02:43.000 Propaganda, that they paint Biden a positive way, make him seem young, and bragging about how he came to CNN to get Trump out of office.
00:02:52.000 So on the third installment, Charlie, when they were talking about Black Lives Matter and not reporting certain things, Twitter made the decision to yank down all those videos.

00:03:04.000 The content was too devastating.
00:03:06.000 And I think this is a Rubicon they're crossing that we've never crossed before.
00:03:10.000 Yes, people have been banned from Twitter, but I was just reporting what the guy was saying.
00:03:14.000 And the cone of silence from CNN is deafening, which indicates to me that they, you know, they can't defend it.

00:03:23.000 It's extraordinary.
00:03:25.000 I mean, I don't know what the conservative moon would look like without James O'Keefe.

00:04:26.000 We're filing our complaint against Twitter on Monday, likely in New York jurisdiction, not in the Ninth Circuit of California for obvious reasons.
00:04:34.000 And, you know, we have to start suing them for defamation.
00:04:37.000 You cannot lie about people.
00:04:40.000 I'm a public figure, but you still can't intentionally lie.
00:04:43.000 So we're going to go sue Twitter, Charlie.
00:04:45.000 We've already sued the New York Times and the Supreme Court of New York, and we won a historic motion allowing us to do videotaped discovery.
00:04:54.000 That means I get to sit next to Jack Dorsey, the CEO of Twitter, under oath and ask him questions, and he is required by law to answer them.
00:05:02.000 That's what we're going to do.
00:05:04.000 We're going to fight back.
00:05:05.000 And I think there's a lot of people that are going to start fighting back.
00:05:08.000 And it's time that we actually do so.
00:05:11.000 So you have started a movement in this country of transparency and citizen journalism.
00:05:18.000 And you're now removed from social media because you're a truth teller.
00:05:24.000 In addition to the legal actions that you are doing, what else do you have planned more broadly for these people that are cheering on the demise of America, literally, which what you exposed, the CNN technical director?

00:05:39.000 Well, the counter moves are as follows.
00:05:41.000 We're going to, as it pertains to the legal, we're going to depose them under oath on video.
00:05:46.000 That means New York Times reporters have to open up their notebooks.
00:05:49.000 Twitter has to be deposed under oath.
00:05:51.000 And I release those videotapes of them admitting what they're doing on YouTube and everywhere else.
00:05:57.000 Further, there's an army of whistleblowers, Charlie.
00:06:01.000 As a result of what we've done at the border and at CNN, these people are coming to me now.
00:06:05.000 They've got nowhere to go.
00:06:06.000 I'm talking about network executives from places like CNN.
00:06:10.000 I can't tell you where or who, but right now, there's a lot of people that are really dismayed by what's going on.

00:06:55.000 So many people have been lied about by our media and they don't know what to do about it.

00:07:03.000 We're going to release the whistleblowers.
00:07:04.000 It's going to be a movement.

00:07:07.000 People don't really see it, but when the deposition tapes start coming out against the New York Times in a few months and we're going to trial in the Supreme Court of New York, people are going to understand at that point.

00:07:31.000 And you're dealing with their $3,000 an hour lawyers.
00:07:35.000 It's good for you to willing to go through that and to be able to persevere because they want you to give up and they want you to give in.

00:08:48.000 And litigation's hard.
00:08:50.000 I don't know of many people who've ever done this, released videotaped depositions online.
