Ezra Levant of Rebel News in Canada joins us to talk about what's going on in Canada and why it's a warning to Americans about what happens when you try to photograph pro-Hamas extremists in the middle of a Jewish neighborhood in Canada. Charlie and Ezra talk about the dangers of standing on public property in Canada, and why you should never be allowed to do so, even if you are a citizen. If you don't hold tight to your constitutional freedoms, especially your First Amendment rights, you will go down the path like Canada and the United Kingdom. 00:00:22.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:00:23.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.

00:00:25.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:00:29.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:00:32.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:00:33.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:00:34.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA. We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:00:51.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:14.000 Go to noblegoldinvestments.com.

00:01:19.000 Okay, let's go to one of our favorite guests here, who is the center of some very troubling news.

00:01:25.000 Ezra Levant, Canadian journalist at rebelnews.com.

00:01:29.000 That is rebelnews.com.

00:01:30.000 Ezra, welcome to the program.

00:01:32.000 Ezra, take some time and educate our audience on what you went through this last weekend.

00:01:37.000 What is going on in the unfree country of Canada?

00:01:40.000 Thanks, Charlie.

00:01:41.000 Great to be back on the show.

00:01:43.000 And consider Canada a warning to Americans.

00:01:45.000 If you don't hold tight to your constitutional freedoms, especially your First Amendment, you will go down the path like Canada and the United Kingdom.

00:01:54.000 So consider us.

00:01:55.000 A warning from your near future.

00:01:58.000 I live in a fairly Jewish neighborhood in North Toronto, and I saw online that some pro-Hamas extremists came right into this residential neighborhood.

00:02:08.000 Like, there's no political targets here.

00:02:10.000 There's no embassy or anything.

00:02:12.000 They just came to an area with apartment buildings where Jews live.

00:02:15.000 And they recreated the final moments of Yahya Sinwar. 0.72

00:02:19.000 That's the now deceased leader of the Hamas terrorist group.

00:02:24.000 So they set up this whole ornate display. 0.53

00:02:27.000 It was really gross and I thought, wow, that's crazy.

00:02:30.000 It would be like someone setting up a Hitler display or, you know, frankly burning, the KKK burning across outside a... 0.96

00:02:39.000 A black church.

00:02:40.000 So I went down there because I'm a journalist.

00:02:41.000 I run Rebel News.

00:02:42.000 And I went in pretty low key.

00:02:43.000 I just wanted to take a photograph of this insane sort of display.

00:02:50.000 And the police came up to me and said, you're not allowed to do that.

00:02:53.000 I said, well, I live here.

00:02:54.000 I'm a citizen.

00:02:56.000 I'm a neighbor.

00:02:57.000 I'm on the public sidewalk.

00:02:59.000 I'm not even talking to these Hamas folks.

00:03:01.000 I'm just taking a photo.

00:03:03.000 And the police sort of strong-armed me away.

00:03:06.000 Now, that bothered me, but I wasn't going to do anything about it.

00:03:10.000 But another cop came up and said, your mere presence here, just by being here, It's illegal because it's, quote, causing a disturbance and inciting the crowd.

00:03:22.000 And you can see there's some activists behind the cops there waving Palestinian flags.

00:03:28.000 They weren't criticizing me as a journalist.

00:03:30.000 They were criticizing me as a Jew.

00:03:32.000 They were talking about the Intifada and they were talking about genocide and stuff.

00:03:37.000 I'm a free speech absolutist, by the way.

00:03:40.000 I mean, I find that sort of gross.

00:03:42.000 But the cops were basically saying... 0.96

00:03:45.000 You cannot stand on the street because these Jew-haters will be triggered.

00:03:51.000 And I said, well, I'm sorry, they don't have a veto over my civil rights.

00:03:55.000 Well, these cops took the path of least resistance.

00:03:58.000 They knew it was easier to arrest me because I wouldn't riot.

00:04:02.000 So they arrested me, handcuffed me, took me to jail.

00:04:06.000 And they were acting as the concierge for these pro-Hamas extremists right in the middle of a Jewish neighborhood.

00:04:13.000 And what gets me is...

00:04:15.000 Since when do they run errands for the terrorists?

00:04:18.000 If they're law enforcement officers, enforce the law.

00:04:21.000 Let me stand on a sidewalk.

00:04:22.000 And if these thugs really are going to hurt me, don't arrest me.

00:04:28.000 Protect me or arrest them.

00:04:29.000 And by the way, a lot of them are foreign nationals who have no legal right to even be in Canada. 1.00

00:04:34.000 So that's what happened to me yesterday.

00:04:35.000 I finally did get out of jail.

00:04:37.000 And by the way, the police at the jail were quite nice to me.

00:04:41.000 I think they realized this was BS. But this has happened five times in 2024 to one of our other journalists.

00:04:49.000 So this is now a half a dozen times journalists have been arrested simply for doing journalism in Canada.

00:04:55.000 Beware, Americans. 0.97

00:04:56.000 We are a warning about your future.

00:05:00.000 So I just, Ezra, just re-educate the audience.

00:05:04.000 I guess you don't have a First Amendment at all, nor did you.

00:05:07.000 You had your charter or declaration of rights, but it means absolutely nothing.

00:05:12.000 And just so we are clear, you are doing an act of journalism.

00:05:16.000 Yes, correct?

00:05:17.000 This was an act of journalism?

00:05:19.000 Yeah, that's right.

00:05:20.000 That's what I do full-time.

00:05:22.000 It happened to me in my neighborhood, so it was very quick for me to go over there.

00:05:26.000 The police know us because we have...

00:05:29.000 I've interacted with many of them before.

00:05:31.000 There was this one moment where I said to one of the senior cops, I said, you're not the law.

00:05:37.000 He said, yes, I am the law.

00:05:39.000 I said, no, you're a servant of the law.

00:05:41.000 Charlie, we do have a watered-down version of your First Amendment.

00:05:45.000 It's Section 2B of our charter, and it specifically protects the free press, and it looks good on paper.

00:05:53.000 But it has never been interpreted as boldly as the American First Amendment.

00:05:57.000 But still, in Canada, what this cop did to me was illegal.

00:06:02.000 It violated my rights.

00:06:03.000 Trouble is, I've got to now go to court, sue the police, and maybe in two years' time, I'll have my hearing.

00:06:10.000 In the meantime, like I say, this is the sixth time they've simply snatched our reporters off the street.

00:06:16.000 In this case, it was me.

00:06:17.000 And they interfere with us because by the time justice catches up to them, Charlie, it's one, two, three years into the future.

00:06:25.000 Believe it or not, one of our reporters was actually shot by a Mountie during the trucker convoy, not with a bullet, but with a riot gun.

00:06:34.000 And she was injured and the police absolutely targeted her.

00:06:39.000 That was the only shooting in the entire, that was the only act of violence in the entire trucker convoy was a cop shooting a rebel news reporter, which is astonishing because, So we're still in court over that.

00:06:51.000 Justice up here is very slow.

00:06:54.000 And in the meantime, the cops do what they want.

00:06:56.000 And unfortunately, they become woke.

00:06:59.000 Especially the Mounties and the Toronto Police Service.

00:07:02.000 They're run...

00:07:03.000 I think a lot of the beat cops are pretty good people.

00:07:06.000 And they don't understand this new two-tier policing.

00:07:09.000 They don't understand why they have to be concierges for these pro-mas folks. 0.93

00:07:13.000 There was actually another...

00:07:14.000 Pro-Hamas protest in Toronto that they blocked off a road into a residential neighborhood.

00:07:20.000 They blocked it.

00:07:21.000 They stopped Jews from coming and going to their homes.

00:07:25.000 And what did the police do?

00:07:26.000 You're going to find this astonishing, Charlie.

00:07:28.000 They brought coffee and donuts to the Hamas blockade to keep them warm because it was chilly out.

00:07:35.000 The police literally brought coffee and donuts to these pro-Hamas thugs.

00:07:40.000 And I say pro-Hamas because they are. 1.00

00:07:42.000 They...

00:07:43.000 Like they're reenacting these terrorist moments. 1.00

00:07:46.000 They're shouting for death to the Jews. 0.89

00:07:49.000 And what gets me is the cops said, because you're upsetting them, your presence here is illegal. 0.95

00:07:56.000 I don't live in Gaza.

00:07:57.000 I live in Canada.

00:07:59.000 And unfortunately, the cops are acting like Sharia police instead of Canadian police, Charlie. 0.64

00:08:06.000 So I just want to reiterate this.

00:08:08.000 If a reporter is arrested in Russia, it makes international news because Russia is super unfree and we're supposed to hate Russia.

00:08:15.000 I don't like Russia.

00:08:17.000 However, you get arrested in Canada and it's just kind of an eye roll.

00:08:22.000 I mean, this is getting worse.

00:08:24.000 It's not getting better.

00:08:26.000 So President Trump is sworn in on January the 20th.

00:08:30.000 If this continues, President Trump should just tell Canada, I'm doing a 10% tariff on all lumber coming into America.

00:08:37.000 I mean, at some point, we need to use the muscle of the United States of America, or else Canada will become East Germany. 0.59

00:08:45.000 Is that an exaggeration, Ezra?

00:08:48.000 Well, look at the United Kingdom, because they're further down the path than we are.

00:08:52.000 They are jailing dozens of people for Twitter comments.

00:08:57.000 I was released within a couple hours, Charlie, and they declined to press charges.

00:09:02.000 I think they just wanted to humiliate me and handcuff me in public and get me out of there.

00:09:07.000 So the UK is far worse.

00:09:09.000 Now, I'm pleased to say...

00:09:11.000 Perhaps not Donald Trump himself, but Elon Musk certainly, who is in a way a proxy for Trump, has just been smashing their censorship.

00:09:18.000 And I think it's got their attention.

00:09:20.000 I would love it if people around the world said, I mean, obviously I support Canadian jobs and it would hurt Canada if there were tariffs, but I think just speaking clearly about the moral importance of freedom and say, look, Canada and America are friends, but we are disappointed and concerned to see Canada...

00:09:39.000 We're deleting its historic freedom.

00:09:42.000 We used to be just as free as you.

00:09:44.000 200 years ago, we were actually, I mean, we were close cousins.

00:09:49.000 There's no two countries that are closer than Canada and America.

00:09:52.000 And yes, we don't support freedom as strongly as you, and it's a shame.

00:09:55.000 But I think just the moral authority of the president or an ambassador or a secretary of state...

00:10:04.000 And I don't know if the reason has to be a threat there.

00:10:07.000 I think just if Canadians heard from an outside force saying, guys, we're starting to really worry about you.

00:10:13.000 Normally we put Canada in the safe and freeze.

00:10:16.000 Like this is Turkey.

00:10:17.000 This is Iran.

00:10:18.000 This is China.

00:10:19.000 This is North Korea.

00:10:20.000 Like you say, it's Russia.

00:10:21.000 But Canada?

00:10:23.000 And I think simply an American friend sort of shaking us and saying, what are you doing?

00:10:28.000 Wake up.

00:10:28.000 I want to talk about the state of Canadian politics because, I mean, I've talked to a lot of people in the great Alberta from Calgary or Edmonton, and they are sick of this stuff.

00:10:38.000 What happens when the power's out, your phone says no service, and the grid is down?

00:10:42.000 Do you have a backup plan?

00:10:44.000 If you don't have a satellite phone from Sat123.com, you're risking more than just missed calls.

00:10:50.000 A satellite phone from Sat123.com keeps you connected no matter what.

00:10:54.000 You can be miles from civilization or in the middle of a natural disaster, this phone works when everything else fails.

00:10:59.000 It's your lifeline when the world goes dark, and let's be real, these days anything can happen.

00:11:04.000 But with Sat123.com, you're prepared.

00:11:07.000 Sat123 is committed to American values they believe and reliability and quality that you can trust when it matters most.

00:11:13.000 Don't wait until it's too late.

00:11:14.000 Head on over to Sat123.com.

00:11:16.000 That is Sat123.com.

00:11:18.000 Use promo code Charlie for $25 off.

00:11:20.000 Protect yourself, protect your family, and stay connected with Sat123.com.

00:11:26.000 Sorry, you were saying, Ezra, we cut you off here.

00:11:28.000 Trudeau takes a lot of the blame for this because he has really gone to war against freedom of the press.

00:11:33.000 On the one hand, he subsidizes what I call the regime media.

00:11:38.000 Most Canadian journalists now work for the government.

00:11:41.000 Our state broadcaster called the CBC. It's larger than all other media combined.

00:11:47.000 So he's, on the one hand, he's got the carrot that he tempts the media to be, you know, leftists like him.

00:11:55.000 On the other hand, he has a stick.

00:11:56.000 He's bringing in a brutal censorship law that would actually include, I know this is sort of crazy to hear, life in prison for a standalone hate crime, for hate speech.

00:12:08.000 He seeks to censor the internet because he's deeply unpopular.

00:12:12.000 Like any tyrant, he wants to squelch opposition.

00:12:15.000 But you can't put it all at Trudeau's feet.

00:12:17.000 I think mass immigration has changed Canada's belief in freedom because now we've imported millions of people who come from countries where they don't value freedom of speech. 1.00

00:12:28.000 And frankly, we brought in a lot of people who are anti-Semitic, anti-Western, burn Canadian flags just like they burn American flags. 0.83

00:12:37.000 And when you have millions of people brought in through mass immigration who actually hate the West, you know, the idea of censoring dissent is ridiculous.

00:12:46.000 I'm just worried about Canada's future, and that's why I say to Americans, seal your borders, shore up your constitutional freedoms, or you will become like us, or God forbid the UK. Now, you could always turn things around.

00:12:57.000 Look at how close you guys came on November 5th.

00:13:01.000 Like, that was...

00:13:02.000 You could have taken the wrong path there.

00:13:04.000 So there's always hope.

00:13:05.000 But in Canada, things are pretty bad, Charlie.

00:13:11.000 They're dismal.

00:13:12.000 Just from a morale standpoint, what did you think when President Trump was elected?

00:13:17.000 Did it give you a little shot in the arm, a little bit extra hope?

00:13:22.000 It did, because first of all, Canada is probably the one country in the world most affected by the U.S.

00:13:28.000 Now, it gave me a worry, too, Charlie, because I don't know if you thought about this.

00:13:31.000 If Trump is going to do a mass deportation of illegals, including criminal illegals, where are they going to go?

00:13:39.000 Now, they might be deported.

00:13:41.000 They might try and hide.

00:13:42.000 But we have the longest undefended border in the world between you and us.

00:13:46.000 So it wouldn't surprise me if thousands, maybe tens or hundreds of thousands of illegals simply walk into Canada, say they're refugees from the evil Donald Trump.

00:13:59.000 So I'm worried that, you know, your problem walking north into our country. 1.00

00:14:05.000 But other than that, I'm deeply relieved by Trump's victory.

00:14:08.000 I think it's going to be a force for freedom and peace around the world.

00:14:12.000 And obviously that's not, I mean, I understand each nation has to look after their own interests, but understand being next to America, it's like we're the mouse and you're the elephant.

00:14:22.000 So anything that makes America stronger, Always.

00:14:42.000 All right, just two minutes here.

00:14:43.000 Let's put 25 up on screen.

00:14:45.000 This shows that the Conservative Party, led by Pierre Polivare, with 41.2%.

00:14:50.000 Ezra, when are your elections?

00:14:52.000 Is Trudeau running again?

00:14:54.000 Do a two-minute, as quick as you can, Ezra, summary for Americans of what's going on in Canada politically.

00:14:59.000 Trudeau is deeply despised.

00:15:01.000 He's in the low 20% in the polls, but he has this nasty coalition with the socialists keeping him in power.

00:15:08.000 There's a great conservative opposition leader named Pierre Polyev, very principled, and he's led the polls for a year, but unfortunately the election's probably a year away.

00:15:19.000 I hope that that undoes some of the damage that Trudeau has done.

00:15:22.000 So, like I say, hope is around the corner, but in the meantime it's pretty bleak.

00:15:26.000 It can be called earlier, but it's most likely going to be October 2025. So we have one more year under Trudeau.

00:15:34.000 And boy, are we looking forward to throwing him out.

00:15:37.000 And is there any way he could form a government, do a thing like France did, where he could perform poorly, however, cut a deal with the radicals?

00:15:44.000 Is that conceivable?

00:15:46.000 He already did cut that deal, and that's how he's in power now.

00:15:49.000 He is a minority government, but the official socialist party called the NDP is propping him up.

00:15:54.000 So he did cut that deal, and that's how he's holding on to power.

00:15:58.000 But that's going to expire next October.

00:16:02.000 Ezra, you're a great man.

00:16:03.000 And as soon as President Trump gets sworn in, I think Canada is going to be a little less aggressive towards its citizens because these are human rights violations.

00:16:11.000 And if we as Americans go around and we lecture Russia and we go lecture the third world, well, maybe we should lecture Canada and be willing to use tariffs to make sure that reporters aren't arrested in Canada.

00:16:24.000 Thank you so much, Ezra.

00:16:25.000 God bless you.

00:16:26.000 Thanks, Charlie.

00:16:28.000 Canada is what America would have become if Kamala Harris would have won. 0.98

00:16:32.000 That is how high the stakes were.

00:16:33.000 So thank the Lord we have another chance at freedom.

00:16:39.000 We all dodged a bullet.

00:17:47.000 Joining us now is Citizen Kane from Citizen Free Press.

00:17:50.000 So much to go over.

00:17:51.000 Mr. Kane, welcome to the program.

00:17:53.000 How are we doing?

00:17:54.000 Doing great, Charlie.

00:17:55.000 I'm going to file an official complaint, though.

00:17:58.000 I think we forgot it's Thanksgiving week and we're not supposed to work this hard.

00:18:03.000 Oh, you know...

00:18:04.000 I have not stopped since January of 2021. And these last couple weeks, I've been working my tail off just trying to help with transition and stuff here in Palm Beach.

00:18:14.000 It is non-stop, Kane.

00:18:16.000 Non-stop, literally.

00:18:19.000 And we're doing the best we can.

00:18:21.000 And Cain, you got to shut down the website on Thanksgiving.

00:18:25.000 You just got to say no posting.

00:18:27.000 Enjoy some turkey.

00:18:28.000 Cain, you have earned it.

00:18:29.000 And we won, Mr. Cain.

00:18:31.000 Still, it has not hit.

00:18:33.000 Yeah, it's only people don't realize it's only been three weeks because we get off, you know, you celebrate for about two hours and then you figure out what you have to do next.

00:18:42.000 And for you, that was heading to Palm Beach.

00:18:45.000 I know, you know, readers or listeners probably know from our previous discussions that sometimes I text you late at night.

00:18:52.000 So I forgot that Charlie wasn't in Arizona on Friday, and I think I texted him around 2 a.m., and he was probably dead asleep in Palm Beach because he's been working down there.

00:19:04.000 There will be no shutdown of the stack, though, Charlie.

00:19:07.000 It's going to be eight years, every single day for eight years in May.

00:19:10.000 Amazing.

00:19:11.000 So there will probably be a hundred.

00:19:13.000 If people are bored on Thanksgiving Day, there will be a hundred new headlines in the stack.

00:19:17.000 I'll figure out how to do it.

00:19:19.000 I love it.

00:19:20.000 So, Cain, let's go through some of the top news items here.

00:19:23.000 People are overwhelmingly approving of the Trump transition.

00:19:27.000 This has been a top story at citizenfreepress.com.

00:19:30.000 Cain, walk us through it.

00:19:31.000 Yeah, I thought that was nice.

00:19:33.000 I posted that yesterday afternoon and moved it back to the stack here, to the top of the stack about 30 minutes ago.

00:19:39.000 There haven't been many polls on the sort of post-transition effort.

00:19:45.000 Obviously, all the pollsters, at least the mainstream ones, are in shock that, once again, Trump was plus three or plus four compared to their numbers, and they've all stayed quiet.

00:19:55.000 But we had a Harvard Harris poll last week, which I'm sure you saw on the stack that showed him at 54 percent approval in the transition.

00:20:03.000 And that story is still in there.

00:20:04.000 If people want to search for Harvard Harris, there's a lot of good data in that poll about sort of exit exit poll data that hasn't been covered everywhere else.

00:20:14.000 But regarding the CBS poll, yeah, 59 percent approve of the Trump transition and approve of his cabinet picks versus only 41 percent disapproval.

00:20:26.000 So that's a really good number, especially coming from CBS, because, you know, there's going to be some distortion in who they contact and likely contact more Democrats for that.

00:20:36.000 So, you know, you and I and Andrew, and we're all buried in the weeds every day, right, of the transition going through every step.

00:20:45.000 And we sort of, we forget to understand that 90% of voters don't pay attention like we do every day.

00:20:52.000 They're not following the twists and turns.

00:20:55.000 And so it's nice to sort of get an upper-level view of how this, you know, 10% who are committed to news, but the other 90% who aren't paying that much attention, that they have such a positive view of Trump's picks.

00:21:10.000 And I, you know, I'll close as I throw it back to you.

00:21:13.000 One of the things, obviously, you're part of it, so you're seeing it, but Trump is taking a completely different approach this time.

00:21:20.000 He's realized that it doesn't take a brain surgeon, no offense to Dr. Ben Carson, it doesn't take a brain surgeon to run these cabinet agencies.

00:21:29.000 And what is more important for the success of MAGA is that loyalty and people who believe in MAGA completely and haven't been brought in like they were in 2016 by Reince Priebus, these are people who are loyalists to Trump and it's going to make the first two years, the whole four years, really, really smooth.

00:21:52.000 Yeah, and I'll just say this, Cain, that the team that Trump has around him, let's just go to the picks, Cain.

00:21:58.000 Bobby Kennedy, Tulsi Gabbard, Pete Hegseth.

00:22:00.000 Could we have dreamed of such a good cabinet, Mr. Cain?

00:22:04.000 Never.

00:22:05.000 Never.

00:22:05.000 I didn't give myself enough time to really think about who was coming other than the big picks, but I've been blown away almost every single day.

00:22:14.000 And names that aren't even talked about, you know, people inside the CDC. We still don't have anyone running NIH. There's been a rumor that the Great Barrington Declaration, Dr. J from Stanford, is being considered for that.

00:22:28.000 So there's just, you know, and then COVID truth teller, Dr. Marty McCurry from Johns Hopkins, running the FDA. So it's really been the most interesting transition that I've, and the most exciting transition that I've ever witnessed.

00:22:44.000 I'm a bit older.

00:22:45.000 I've seen a lot of these.

00:22:47.000 And And it's, you know, the excitement over Kennedy is sort of its own thing.

00:22:58.000 Like, you see so many independents and Democrats involved and so many people who are fed up with big pharma.

00:23:06.000 And it's just incredibly exciting.

00:23:09.000 I haven't There's been no experience for me before, like these last three weeks.

00:23:16.000 And, you know, inauguration can't get here soon enough.

00:23:20.000 We really can't wait to see this Trump team in action.

00:23:24.000 And I'm pumped, dude.

00:23:25.000 I'm absolutely pumped.

00:23:29.000 Yeah, so Cain, I want to go through also this element here.

00:23:32.000 And what do you think is the likelihood of all of these picks being confirmed?

00:23:38.000 Let's go one by one.

00:23:39.000 Bobby, Tulsi, Hegseth, the three more lively ones.

00:23:43.000 Okay, I think Kennedy gets...

00:23:45.000 Look, all of these hearings are going to be really, really, really, really tough.

00:23:50.000 What people forget, remember how all the certain hearings, especially the Jeff Sessions hearing in 2017, they were broadcast online.

00:23:57.000 On daytime television, ABC, CBS, and NBC, they all suspended.

00:24:03.000 Remember, for hours, and I think we're going to see the same thing.

00:24:06.000 This isn't just going to be on cable news.

00:24:08.000 That for Kennedy, for Pete Hegseth, for Tulsi, for those names, this is going to be a show.

00:24:17.000 And Democrats, the resistance is going to try to do everything they can.

00:24:20.000 And it's going to be ugly, but I believe they're going to be, I believe they're going to be Confirmed.

00:24:27.000 All three.

00:24:27.000 I think Kennedy's going to get it.

00:24:29.000 I think Tulsi's going to get it.

00:24:32.000 And Hegseth, I really believe, is going to be the toughest one.

00:24:36.000 I'm not sure if that's obvious.

00:24:37.000 Why do you think that?

00:24:38.000 Is that just because of all the alleged personal drama?

00:24:43.000 Okay.

00:24:43.000 Yeah.

00:24:44.000 The personal stuff, I just think that that's going to make the most compelling television for Democrats, and you're going to have Maisie Hirono, who's already let everyone know that it's not going to happen over her dead body. 0.98

00:24:55.000 I still think that Trump has the capital to get Hegseth.

00:24:58.000 Hold that thought.

00:24:59.000 Yeah, I agree.

00:25:00.000 Let's play cut four.

00:25:01.000 Senator Rand Paul on Pete Hegseth.

00:25:03.000 Play cut four.

00:25:05.000 Given that, for example, the Pentagon pick hasn't ever managed a large corporation or held a high rank in the military, do you think he can run the Pentagon?

00:25:16.000 Yes, and I think the vast majority of people, if you poll them, will say that they don't think people should be picked based on religion or gender or sexuality.

00:25:24.000 They want people to be picked on merit.

00:25:27.000 And one of Pete Heggs' criticisms of our Pentagon is that we've gone away from merit and gone more towards racial characteristics.

00:25:36.000 And so I think that the people are and would be overwhelmingly in favor of someone who's going to base hiring on merit, not on racial characteristics.

00:25:45.000 Kane, that's a great answer from Senator Rand Paul.

00:25:49.000 It's going to be a fight though.

00:25:51.000 It's going to be a fight.

00:25:53.000 I now want to play this one about Tulsi and then get your reaction.

00:25:56.000 This is Nikki Haley coming out against Tulsi Gabbard at DNI. This is a sick lie from the pit of hell. 0.98

00:26:03.000 Play cut seven. 0.99

00:26:05.000 This is not a place for a Russian-Iranian-Syrian-Chinese sympathizer.

00:26:12.000 DNI has to analyze real threats.

00:26:16.000 Are we comfortable with someone like that at the top of our National Intelligence Agency?

00:26:23.000 Kane, your reaction to Ms. Haley?

00:26:26.000 Yeah.

00:26:28.000 Does anyone listen to Nikki Haley anymore, except for CBS News, except for the fake media?

00:26:34.000 They trot her out.

00:26:34.000 She's the new Liz Cheney.

00:26:36.000 That's insane.

00:26:37.000 You know, it shows that Nikki Haley follows fake news and doesn't follow stories out. 1.00

00:26:42.000 Syrian sympathizer. 1.00

00:26:44.000 That's a ridiculous comment. 0.99

00:26:46.000 Or Bashar al-Assad sympathizer. 1.00

00:26:49.000 That's a ridiculous comment. 0.96

00:26:51.000 I honestly don't believe Nikki Haley has credibility. 0.97

00:26:54.000 I think Tulsi Gabbard, it's not going to be an easy sale, but I think she's going to make it through.

00:26:58.000 When you were talking about, you played that clip on Hegseth, and that was a nice comment from Rand Paul.

00:27:03.000 Look, we may lose Murkowski.

00:27:04.000 We may lose Susan Collins.

00:27:07.000 But we've got 51 plus J.D. Vance after those two.

00:27:11.000 So though it's going to be brutal, though it's going to be on national TV, and it's going to be tough for Pete to have to deal with this stuff, but I think that Trump has the political capital.

00:27:22.000 I think the senators understand.

00:27:23.000 One of the points we've been driving home is that these senators in red states did not win on their own.

00:27:29.000 They won on the coattails of Trump, coattails that we almost haven't seen before.

00:27:34.000 I mean, Trump...

00:27:35.000 Trump, even in Ohio and Bernie Moreno, Trump was plus five over how Bernie did versus Sherrod Brown.

00:27:41.000 I mean, all of these senators, they owe their elections that they've had in the past and the ones that they may have in 2026 with the new map, that they're going to owe it to President Trump.

00:27:51.000 And so I honestly believe he has the capital to get all three of them through.

00:27:56.000 But going back to Nikki, that comment should be a disqualifying comment for anyone to take her seriously on any foreign policy.

00:28:06.000 Yeah, and it just...

00:28:08.000 I don't know who takes her seriously, too, but they're continuing to peddle this Russian hoax against Tulsi Gabbard.

00:28:15.000 And it's very important to note that Hillary Clinton lied about Trump being a Russian agent, and now they're lying about Tulsi Gabbard being a Russian agent.

00:28:25.000 I think she's going to have a tough confirmation fight, too, Kane.

00:28:27.000 I hope I'm wrong, but I think that some of these neocons are not going to like that Tulsi Gabbard is going to be DNI director...

00:28:33.000 But what is your message then to Cain?

00:28:35.000 What is the CFP message to Republicans, I should say, that might stand in the way of Trump's picks?

00:28:41.000 45 seconds Cain in this segment.

00:28:44.000 We'll find primary opponents and we'll throw you out of office. 0.64

00:28:48.000 We want this cabinet.

00:28:50.000 Do not stand in the president's way.

00:28:52.000 The first Republican to get the popular vote victory since Bush, I believe.

00:28:56.000 And it's so much more difficult than it was for Bush.

00:28:59.000 I mean, Trump's performance, his ability to grow his...

00:29:04.000 Grow his electorate from 2016 to 2020 and now with another 4 million more votes in 2024. I think Republican senators have to understand we are paying attention.

00:29:15.000 We will get rid of you and we won't show mercy.

00:30:21.000 Order today.

00:30:22.000 All right, Cain, I want to ask you about the state of the Democrat Party.

00:30:29.000 What can we expect next?

00:30:30.000 Because the communists, they're coming back.

00:30:33.000 They're going to march forward.

00:30:34.000 They're going to try to subvert.

00:30:35.000 They're going to try to attack.

00:30:36.000 You read the news more so than even me, Mr. Cain, and you internalize it.

00:30:41.000 And Cain deserves so much credit.

00:30:43.000 He deserves so much credit because he saw all the indictments, the lawfare, and the Trump win ahead of anybody else.

00:30:49.000 Cain, what is the next move from the enemy?

00:30:53.000 Yeah, those are kind words, Charlie.

00:30:57.000 You know, I wanted to add from my previous answer before I get to the Democrat Party.

00:31:02.000 You were asking about the message that we need to send to senators who might be standing in the way.

00:31:07.000 And I forgot to mention a huge thing that T.P., You and Turning Point have announced, you know, I want people to be prepared.

00:31:18.000 Charlie talked about the biggest outside tour that Turning Point has ever done to put pressure in red states on senators who might be thinking about voting against Trump nominees.

00:31:33.000 So I want certain senators to keep that in mind, that what Turning Point has been able to build, as well as your TV show and War Room and Citizen Free Press and No, to put this army into action and we're going to make your life and your job difficult.

00:32:02.000 So I want these Republican senators to remember that.

00:32:04.000 So as we look at the Democrat Party, if you wanted to add something there, you can interrupt me.

00:32:09.000 But no, keep going.

00:32:11.000 As we look at the Democratic Party.

00:32:12.000 Okay.

00:32:13.000 As we look at the Democrat Party, there's a story near the top of the stack today where Kamala is already telling her staff not to stray too far because she's not ruling out a run again in 2028, where, again, she will probably be the first candidate removed after the – or to drop out after the Iowa primary.

00:32:30.000 People probably remember it was the great irony of Kamala being installed in the post-Biden coup is that she was the first – actually the least popular Democrat candidate.

00:32:41.000 But she's telling her staff don't stray far.

00:32:43.000 I may still run again.

00:32:44.000 And if not, I may run to replace Gavin Newsom as governor of California.

00:32:49.000 And that would be obviously delicious irony, especially if he were to become the Democrat nominee in 2028.

00:32:55.000 The party is going to regroup, as you know.

00:32:57.000 What I think is exciting is this idea, right?

00:33:01.000 We always – you always lose the first midterm of a new presidency.

00:33:06.000 So let's make our goal for the next two years to not allow that to happen.

00:33:11.000 You guys, I watched – your crew did a thing a couple of weeks ago on the 2026 map.

00:33:18.000 And actually, even though Republicans have more states to defend than Democrats, it actually looks pretty good for Republicans.

00:33:26.000 And I think we may even gain a seat or two in the Senate in 2026. The House will be a battle.

00:33:32.000 It's not as bad as people think, actually.

00:33:34.000 It's not as bad as people think.

00:33:36.000 It really isn't.

00:33:37.000 Because of the gains we made in 2024, Senator Daines is saying that we very well might control the Senate for a decade.

00:33:45.000 And that would be fantastic.

00:33:47.000 I mean, imagine taking our lead from 53 to 55 next time.

00:33:51.000 So the battle will probably be in the house.

00:33:53.000 But I think, you know, you and I both, we're both sports guys.

00:33:56.000 We like goals.

00:33:57.000 We like to work towards something.

00:33:58.000 And so I'd like us to work towards not losing the house and gaining more in the house so that Trump's second two years can be a continuation of the blitzkrieg of these first two years.

00:34:09.000 But kind of wrapping up your question, you know, it's likely Shapiro or Gavin Newsom.

00:34:16.000 Those names sort of rise to the top.

00:34:18.000 The Democrat Party is not dead.

00:34:19.000 We only won by a percent or two in all these swing states, and we won because of turnout.

00:34:24.000 Let's not forget, this was sort of a validation of everything that Turning Point was.

00:34:30.000 Worked on and getting, you know, outsourcing the RNC not handling the get-out-the-vote efforts and pushing that off on outside organizations like TP. And we came through, Charlie.

00:34:40.000 You did it.

00:34:40.000 People don't really understand.

00:34:42.000 In fact, I've never really even talked to you about this. 0.87

00:34:44.000 But your butt was on the line to a certain extent in this election.

00:34:48.000 You had made some, you know, with your youthful Midwest energy, you made some big promises. 0.96

00:34:53.000 And brother, you deliver.

00:34:55.000 Turning Point delivered.

00:34:56.000 We did this.

00:34:57.000 Scott Pressler delivered.

00:34:59.000 So, I'll throw it back with that.

00:35:01.000 The Democrats can read to Valley 1. Yeah, go ahead.

00:35:05.000 Well, we're out of time, Cain, and you had our back 100%.

00:35:08.000 And the whole ecosystem of media doubted us, and they were setting us up for failure.

00:35:13.000 Turns out, we shocked the world.

00:35:15.000 And by the way, where are all the exposing stories of Kamala Harris' fake ground game?

00:35:19.000 Oh, it doesn't exist.

00:35:20.000 Got it.

00:35:21.000 Well, we chased the historic number of ballots.

00:35:23.000 we were able to chase low propensity voters, register them and win the youth vote in some of the battleground states.

00:35:30.000 Cain, God bless you.

00:35:31.000 Thank you so much.
