00:00:03.000 My name is Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a Turning Point USA College chapter.
00:00:33.000 Go start a Turning Point USA High School chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:39.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life.
00:00:43.000 And I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am.
00:00:46.000 Lord, use me.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.

00:01:17.000 Today, I want to talk just broadly to the people watching on the live stream that might be out of state and also to all of you kind of how should we Christians think about what's about to happen on Tuesday?
00:01:30.000 Should we involve ourselves?
00:01:32.000 Should we just watch from afar?
00:01:34.000 Should we be interested?
00:01:35.000 What does the Bible say?
00:01:37.000 About should we care about politics or not care about politics?
00:01:41.000 And the Bible says a lot about these things because there is a growing belief, and I believe a growing heresy, where people say Christians should not care at all about what's happening in government.
00:01:52.000 Now, we have to be very clear that Jesus needs to be the center of everything that we do, Jesus at the center of it all.
00:01:59.000 Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and there is nothing more important than giving your life to the Lord.
00:02:04.000 Nothing.
00:02:05.000 Now, I always joke around, I say that my day job is doing the second most important thing.
00:02:11.000 The most important thing is spreading Jesus to people all across the country and the world.
00:02:15.000 I do that as much as I can.
00:02:17.000 But the second thing is making sure we could do the first thing.
00:02:21.000 The second thing is making sure that churches don't get shut down arbitrarily.
00:02:25.000 The second most important thing is to making sure that we can continue to have church and have Christian schools.
00:02:30.000 And so as we look at what's happening into Tuesday, I want to share a couple scriptures with you.
00:02:34.000 The first of which is Jeremiah 29 7.
00:02:38.000 It says, Seek the welfare of the nation that you are in, because your welfare is tied to your nation's welfare.
00:02:44.000 Now, that word seek could also be an English word of demand or require, or go to your leaders and say you want it a certain way.
00:02:54.000 It's a Hebrew word, I'm going to butcher the pronunciation of the drash, meaning that you want to require it for your own well-being.
00:03:01.000 Now, that's a very clear teaching.
00:03:03.000 That's the Lord speaking in Jeremiah 29, 7, that you should care about what's happening around you.
00:03:09.000 And I think all of us here, and obviously you live here and you know it, New Mexico has some very serious problems right now.
00:03:15.000 I've been coming here for over 10 years, and you could just see it just driving down Route 66, driving down Central.
00:03:21.000 It's not the place it was 10 years ago.
00:03:23.000 I mean, there's always been problems, obviously, but this place is falling apart because the political leaders in this state have allowed it to fall apart for far too long.
00:03:31.000 And we need to have a heart for all people, but when I'm driving down the street at 8 o'clock in the morning and you see people that are doing hard drugs on the side of the street at 8 a.m., in the open air, you say, that's the downfall of civil society.
00:03:47.000 And we as Christians should care about that.
00:03:49.000 So, Jeremiah 29 7 is demand the welfare of the nation that you are in, seek the welfare of the nation you are in, require the welfare.
00:03:55.000 That should bother us, that should concern us.
00:03:58.000 And so let's kind of talk about three issues, though, even beyond kind of vagrancy, homelessness, drug use, which is obviously really important, that every Christian across the country should care about this coming Tuesday.
00:04:09.000 So I make the argument that you are biblically commanded to at least go and vote by Tuesday.
00:04:15.000 Now, who here is going to vote on Tuesday?
00:04:17.000 Raise your hand.
00:04:18.000 Election day.
00:04:19.000 Who's already voted?
00:04:20.000 Raise your hand.
00:04:20.000 About half.
00:04:21.000 Okay, about 60, 40.
00:04:22.000 God bless those of you that have already voted.
00:04:24.000 I hope your vote counts.
00:04:25.000 Those of you that are showing up on Election Day.
00:04:28.000 I'm an Election Day voter, by the way.
00:04:30.000 I'm a big believer in Election Day voting.
00:04:32.000 I'm not going to scold you.
00:04:33.000 I'm not going to.
00:04:34.000 Early voting is great because you got it out of the way.
00:04:36.000 You got it done, right?
00:04:37.000 You don't want the lines.
00:04:38.000 Maybe you have a job.
00:04:39.000 I totally respect that.
00:04:40.000 I think voting in person on election day is special.
00:04:43.000 I'm a big election.
00:04:44.000 I know some of you agree.
00:04:45.000 There's something really, really magical about that.
00:04:48.000 But some people say, okay, Charlie, I'm going to vote.
00:04:50.000 I'm going to get maybe a friend or two to vote.
00:04:52.000 But how should I vote as a Christian?
00:04:54.000 Now, I'm going to talk less about political parties.
00:04:56.000 I'm going to talk less about that.
00:04:57.000 You guys can fill in the gaps.
00:04:58.000 I'm just going to tell you, you have to vote biblically.
00:05:01.000 And there are three things that are literally on the ballot, and it's not.
00:05:04.000 Democracy on the ballot that we keep on hearing all the time.
00:05:07.000 No, it's three things that are on the ballot that are so clear that affect our church, that affect Christianity, that affect our viewpoint, affect the gospel.
00:05:17.000 Number one, all of you lived through what I believe to be one of the most immoral, unconstitutional, reckless campaigns of this governor recklessly and unconstitutionally shutting down the church.
00:05:33.000 And by the way, this church led by Pastor Steve.
00:05:38.000 Was heroic in its stand against the tyranny of this governor.
00:05:45.000 Heroic.
00:05:46.000 Now, so what's on the ballot on Tuesday?
00:05:49.000 Very simple.
00:05:50.000 New Mexico can send a message and say the church is essential.
00:05:54.000 In fact, the church is more essential than strip clubs, liquor stores, Home Depot, weed dispensaries, and abortion clinics.
00:06:03.000 That's on the ballot on Tuesday.
00:06:05.000 It's that simple.
00:06:07.000 You might not have to like every other issue, and we'll talk about what if, well, Charlie, I don't like the candidate because that.
00:06:12.000 Candidate is not as good of a person as I am.
00:06:14.000 We'll go through that, okay?
00:06:16.000 That is the root of a lot of people's complaints.
00:06:17.000 I'm a good person, the candidate is not, which I always find funny.
00:06:20.000 We're all sinners, okay?
00:06:21.000 We're all so far from God's glory.
00:06:24.000 So we'll talk about that in a second.
00:06:27.000 If you've ever skipped the doctor because you couldn't afford it, you need to hear this.
00:06:31.000 Christian Healthcare Ministries is the Christian alternative to health insurance.
00:06:36.000 In under 10 minutes, you can join and start saving hundreds of dollars every month.
00:06:41.000 As a member, you have freedom to get the best care at an affordable price with programs starting.
00:06:46.000 At $115 a month.
00:06:49.000 I'll say that again $115 a month.
00:06:51.000 Just think of how you can put those savings back into your everyday needs.
00:06:55.000 And in 2027, CHM isn't raising their prices, so you can kick off the new year with stable and affordable assurance.
00:07:03.000 When you switch, you're not just getting more savings and freedom, your contributions help other believers too.
00:07:09.000 Start today by visiting chministries.orgslash Charlie and use the promo code Charlie for a 50% credit toward your first month.
00:07:18.000 That's chministries.org.
00:07:22.000 So, number one is the church is essential.
00:07:28.000 And this governor, I mean this with no, every time I can't remember her name.
00:07:32.000 It's kind of like a running joke because why?
00:07:35.000 She doesn't have a name worth remembering.
00:07:36.000 That's why. 0.97
00:07:37.000 Because she has recklessly gone after the church and so arrogantly.
00:07:41.000 And I think, well, I'll get to what I think is going to happen.
00:07:44.000 But okay, essential church, number one.
00:07:47.000 The church is, and they always say that, you know, separation of church and state.
00:07:51.000 How often have we heard that, right?
00:07:53.000 Okay, that's not in the Constitution.
00:07:55.000 That's not in the Federalist Papers.
00:07:56.000 It's not in the Declaration of Independence.
00:07:58.000 It was a single letter that Thomas Jefferson wrote to the Danbury Baptist Convention, actually guaranteeing the church that the church would not be persecuted by the government.
00:08:07.000 But let's pretend that was the law of the land, okay?
00:08:09.000 Let's pretend that is actually what stands in our country.
00:08:13.000 Then why is it, if we have separation of church and state, why is it that this governor and the New Mexico government was able to shut down the church?
00:08:22.000 I thought they were supposed to be separate.
00:08:24.000 Oh, wait, hold on. 1.00
00:08:25.000 The government can come into the church, but Christians aren't allowed to go into government. 1.00
00:08:29.000 No, no, no. 1.00
00:08:29.000 What they're trying to say is they want to be able to control us, but they don't want Christians to have a say in government. 1.00
00:08:34.000 That's what they say. 0.91
00:08:36.000 That's what they're saying when they communicate that.
00:08:39.000 The second thing is this, and I've been very outspoken on this issue, and it kind of drives people a little wild, but it shouldn't.
00:08:46.000 I know it's very controversial.
00:08:48.000 We as the church must send a message that men cannot become pregnant, and God created man, and God created woman.
00:08:55.000 Not that hard. 0.99
00:08:59.000 This idea of 500 genders and all this nonsense. 1.00
00:09:03.000 It is a direct perversion of the natural law. 0.94
00:09:07.000 But maybe you believe that.
00:09:08.000 Okay, fine.
00:09:09.000 You can have that belief.
00:09:10.000 We live in a pluralistic society.
00:09:13.000 Then, how about this?
00:09:14.000 You never teach it to a child in a public school in the state of New Mexico.
00:09:18.000 Okay?
00:09:19.000 Can we all agree with that?
00:09:23.000 So you can say what you want. 0.96
00:09:24.000 You can have all these different goofy beliefs. 0.96
00:09:26.000 Fine. 0.59
00:09:26.000 The line is our children. 0.59
00:09:28.000 When all of a sudden you're teaching eight year olds, 10 year olds, 11 year olds, 12 year olds that they could choose their gender.
00:09:33.000 And you have these incredibly aggressive, irreversible medical interventions where we are medically mutilating tens of thousands and soon to be hundreds of thousands of children across the country.
00:09:44.000 We have to draw the line and say, We are not going to put up with this.
00:09:47.000 And when you see the pornography in our schools, you see this graphic nature.
00:09:52.000 They say, You know what?
00:09:53.000 Our children are off limits.
00:09:54.000 We as the church must be screaming that from the rooftops, and that is a non negotiable.
00:09:59.000 Okay, the third thing is I'm told by people all the time, Charlie, this is a losing issue.
00:10:05.000 Stop talking about it.
00:10:06.000 It's not worth it.
00:10:07.000 And you know what?
00:10:07.000 That might be right in certain circles.
00:10:09.000 I don't care.
00:10:12.000 Because it's a very simple issue.
00:10:14.000 Life begins at conception, and every single life needs to be protected and preserved in the womb.
00:10:19.000 Period.
00:10:21.000 Now, why? 0.99
00:10:24.000 Why do we believe that as Christians?
00:10:25.000 Yes, in the Psalms it says you're fearfully and wonderfully made.
00:10:29.000 In Jeremiah it says, I knew you before you were in the womb.
00:10:33.000 It says that John the Baptist leapt in Elizabeth's womb at just the sound of.
00:10:39.000 Of our Savior.
00:10:39.000 There's all sorts of different verses that talk about how that is a life fearfully and wonderfully made, but it's even deeper than that.
00:10:46.000 We are made in the image of God.
00:10:48.000 We are the speaking beings.
00:10:49.000 God spoke things into existence.
00:10:51.000 We have a soul.
00:10:53.000 You are only temporarily occupying this body.
00:10:56.000 You have a soul that will live forever, a soul that will go to heaven.
00:10:59.000 Therefore, if you believe human beings have souls, you believe that that human being is worthy of protection.
00:11:06.000 But if you believe a human being is an accident of Darwinian evolution, if you think the human being just kind of randomly came into existence, Why wouldn't you be able just to crush a million babies a year?
00:11:17.000 It's an inconvenience.
00:11:18.000 But when all of a sudden you look at that as a soul and someone that is equally a human being as you, your own convenience actually isn't as important as their life, as their liberty, as their future.
00:11:30.000 Because you're dealing with somebody that has the same type of soul that you have.
00:11:33.000 That's what we mean as human equality, by the way.
00:11:36.000 It's not equal height, equal talent, equal weight, equal wealth, equal riches.
00:11:40.000 No, no, no.
00:11:40.000 It's that we're the same type of thing.
00:11:43.000 We're both human beings made in the image of God, and we need equal protection.
00:11:47.000 Under the law.
00:11:48.000 And right now, I think you can all feel it at times, the spiritual darkness and pressure that plagues this city and this region, because this is the late-term abortion capital of the world.
00:11:58.000 And I think that could be changed.
00:12:01.000 I really do.
00:12:02.000 I think that through a committed church with a vision, without a vision, people perish.
00:12:07.000 We must expose the evil deeds, as it says in Ephesians 5.2.
00:12:11.000 And so what is on the ballot this Tuesday?
00:12:13.000 That the church is essential, that God created man and woman, and we will not teach our children anything other than that.
00:12:19.000 And that life begins at conception.
00:12:21.000 If we as the church cannot agree on those three things, then we got a lot deeper problems.
00:12:26.000 The church is essential.
00:12:27.000 Life begins at conception.
00:12:28.000 God created man and woman.
00:12:32.000 October 15th.
00:12:34.000 Write it down, set an alarm, because the second that date passes, there's no extension, no grace period, no second chance.
00:12:41.000 Liens, wage garnishments, bank account seizures that's the IRS taking what you've earned.
00:12:48.000 If you've filed an extension and haven't submitted your return yet, stop what you're doing and call America Tax Group.
00:12:53.000 The nation's leading tax firm, right now.
00:12:56.000 And do so at 888 381 3816.
00:13:00.000 Mention the code KERC26 when you call for $250 off.
00:13:05.000 Miss this deadline and failure to file penalties are assessed immediately with interest compounding daily, growing your debt every single hour.
00:13:12.000 Every hour past October 15th hands the IRS more power over your life.
00:13:18.000 So if you owe back taxes or haven't filed, understand this it's not a matter of if the IRS will act, it's when.
00:13:24.000 And that clock is ticking.
00:13:26.000 Dealing with the IRS without professional help is extremely risky, so don't do it.
00:13:30.000 Not with days left on the clock.
00:13:32.000 So protect your financial security with guidance from America Tax Group.
00:13:36.000 Call the firm I trust right now before October 15th, 888 381 3816.
00:13:43.000 Mention the code KERC26 when you call for $250 off.
00:13:50.000 Now, we can all agree on that, but I'm sure there's someone in this audience, and I could just see them.
00:13:53.000 They have their arms crossed, and they're looking at me, and they say, Charlie, What is the point of me voting if my vote is going to be stolen?
00:14:01.000 Okay, this is, be very fairly, I'm gonna be very nice, but this is Pastor Steve's church, so I could be a little bit more forthright. 0.97
00:14:08.000 Which is, that is the dumbest thing I've heard in quite some time. 0.69
00:14:11.000 Okay, let me be very clear. 0.96
00:14:13.000 You have a 0% chance of saving the Republic by not voting.
00:14:16.000 0%.
00:14:17.000 I fully acknowledge that your vote might be shredded and teared away, but if you vote, at least you have some chance of it counting.
00:14:23.000 Not voting is basically acknowledging that the enemy has won.
00:14:27.000 And that you're not showing up.
00:14:28.000 Now, I hear all the wackiest excuses you could imagine from people, right?
00:14:33.000 Some people say, well, Charlie, I can't show up and vote because I don't have enough time.
00:14:37.000 Or I say, hold on a second, not enough time.
00:14:39.000 I just drove by a Starbucks as I came in here in Albuquerque, and I was looking at people that were sitting and waiting 20 minutes for a Frappuccino, and you go to the McDonald's line, they wait 15 minutes to go get diabetes and increase their chance of heart disease.
00:14:57.000 And I think to myself, okay, you can.
00:14:59.000 Wait very patiently for something that will decrease your life expectancy, but you can't go wait in line or you can't go vote early for 10 to 20 minutes to go fill out a piece of paper to go save the republic.
00:15:11.000 Yeah, that's a really bad excuse, by the way.
00:15:13.000 That's the worst excuse.
00:15:14.000 Well, I don't have time.
00:15:16.000 By the way, you know the idea, the narrative, I don't have time.
00:15:19.000 It's not important.
00:15:19.000 You know that's the enemy?
00:15:21.000 That's the enemy whispering in your ear?
00:15:23.000 Like, oh, go get another cheeseburger.
00:15:25.000 And finally, I'm not against cheeseburgers, I'm very pro cheeseburger, okay?
00:15:27.000 But I'm more pro voting than I am cheeseburger.
00:15:30.000 Let's be very clear, okay?
00:15:31.000 By the way, get a cheeseburger after you vote, and that's fine.
00:15:34.000 Okay? 0.81
00:15:35.000 But the point is this if every Christian in the state of New Mexico showed up and voted biblically in just a couple hours from now, that governor will be displaced from power overnight. 0.61
00:15:47.000 It's that simple. 0.57
00:15:49.000 The math is there.
00:15:51.000 Now, we must look at the scriptures, right?
00:15:57.000 James 4 17.
00:16:01.000 That's a very clear teaching.
00:16:03.000 You now know the right thing to do is to go vote.
00:16:05.000 And failing to do that, I believe, is rebelling against God.
00:16:09.000 I'm not asking you to go storm Normandy Beach.
00:16:12.000 I'm not asking you to go pull an all nighter.
00:16:14.000 Basically, I'm saying is for everyone in the audience, just to show up and fill out a piece of paper, and even better, go bring three friends.
00:16:20.000 Go bring five friends. 0.96
00:16:21.000 Go take out your phone and text 10 people and nag them. 1.00
00:16:24.000 Have you voted? 0.76
00:16:27.000 Because the only way that you're ever to get this back into alignment is through people showing up.
00:16:31.000 And you know what's so amazing? 1.00
00:16:33.000 At times, the most stubborn people when it comes to voting are Christians. 1.00
00:16:36.000 It's amazing. 1.00
00:16:37.000 Do you know that only half of regular, everyday church attending Christians vote in midterm elections?
00:16:43.000 Only half.
00:16:44.000 The secular world is at 56%. 0.95
00:16:46.000 So the secular world actually shows up more than Christians.
00:16:49.000 I think part of it, honestly, Is because most churches aren't like this church and they're not being told by their pastor that you got to go do the thing on election day and you got to go vote because they say, Oh, what difference does it make?
00:16:59.000 I could tell you what difference it makes.
00:17:01.000 The difference is having a governor that won't shut you down.
00:17:03.000 The difference is when, for example, I can tell you, you're about to see a very big difference because I think Arizona's about to elect Kerry Lake and I think it's going to be one of the most amazing things you're going to see.
00:17:14.000 Makes a big difference.
00:17:15.000 Now, we must understand there's all these different types of ministries out there, right?
00:17:20.000 There's the music ministry, there is cultural impact ministries.
00:17:24.000 There are prison fellowship ministries and drug rehabilitation ministries and men's ministries, and praise God for all of them, right?
00:17:30.000 We are called to be salt and light.
00:17:31.000 As Jesus said, You are the salt of the earth, but if the salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored?
00:17:37.000 How shall its saltiness be restored?
00:17:39.000 It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people's feet.
00:17:43.000 Jesus continued by saying, You are the light of the world.
00:17:45.000 A city set on a hill cannot be hidden, nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house.
00:17:54.000 Let your light shine before others so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.
00:18:00.000 What do salt and light have in common?
00:18:02.000 They change the environment that they come in contact with.
00:18:05.000 Salt makes something saltier and changes it, makes it more preserved forever.
00:18:09.000 Light excommunicates the darkness, makes it easier for people to flourish.
00:18:13.000 The question is are we being salt and light?
00:18:15.000 Are we changing the environment that we are put in right now?
00:18:19.000 That's a mission right now.
00:18:20.000 It is a mission in the state of New Mexico to bring it back into alignment.
00:18:25.000 To try to reduce the crime, to try to protect those that can't protect themselves.
00:18:28.000 And I had somebody the other day say, Oh, Charlie, what is the point?
00:18:31.000 Why even do this anymore?
00:18:32.000 I'll tell you why. 1.00
00:18:32.000 We're fighting for the girl that got illegally sex trafficked across the border last night. 1.00
00:18:36.000 We're fighting for the person that's going to overdose on fentanyl in Farmington.
00:18:40.000 We're fighting for the kid that's about to consume pornography in the public schools here, in Albuquerque Public Schools.
00:18:47.000 We're not going to put up with that because we fight for the least of these in our society.
00:18:51.000 And we're not going to all of a sudden roll over and be cynical and apathetic because we're told that there's a small chance of victory.
00:19:00.000 Before he ever stepped onto a debate stage or behind a microphone, Charlie understood something really important that if you want to lead, you first have to learn.
00:19:10.000 Charlie believed that ideas shape character, conviction, and courage.
00:19:13.000 That's why he spent years studying the classics, the American founding, and the Bible through Hillsdale College's free online courses.
00:19:20.000 He would rave about these courses all the time.
00:19:22.000 These free online courses are taught by Hillsdale College professors and draw from the same great books and enduring ideas studied on Hillsdale's campus.
00:19:31.000 Hillsdale's newest free online course is the Iliad, where Professor Stephen Smith guides students through Homer's great epic of honor, courage, friendship, leadership, and the pursuit of true greatness.
00:19:42.000 For nearly 3,000 years, the Iliad has shaped the Western imagination.
00:19:45.000 It tells the story of Achilles as he confronts injustice, rage, grief, responsibility, and the terrible costs of war.
00:19:52.000 But Homer's epic is more than a story of ancient battles.
00:19:55.000 It raises enduring questions about courage, duty, leadership, sacrifice, and self command.
00:20:00.000 Achilles is the greatest warrior among the Greeks, but Homer asks whether strength alone is enough to make a man truly great.
00:20:07.000 In this new free online course, you'll follow Achilles through the defining trials of his life and discover why one of the greatest works of Western literature still speaks.
00:20:15.000 To the permanent questions of human life, Charlie understood that learning isn't just about gaining knowledge, it's about forming the mind and character needed to face the challenges of life with wisdom and courage.
00:20:26.000 You can enroll today completely free and take this class or their 40 plus other free online courses.
00:20:32.000 Just visit charlieforhillsdale.com to start learning today.
00:20:35.000 That's charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:20:38.000 Learn deeply, think clearly, lead boldly, and carry it forward just like Charlie.
00:20:45.000 So, if you're disheartened, John 16 33.
00:20:47.000 To those who are disheartened by the trouble in the world, we tell them to take heart because Jesus has overcome the world.
00:20:53.000 Now we as Christians must remember Jesus has won the battle.
00:20:56.000 That should make us go into this with joy and optimism, not with kind of negativity and pessimism.
00:21:03.000 That should make us want to do more for those around us, not less.
00:21:08.000 And this is the cool thing.
00:21:10.000 It's very simple what has to be done the next couple days.
00:21:12.000 But some people say, Charlie, Jesus wasn't political.
00:21:15.000 Okay.
00:21:15.000 Jesus, he never really liked politics.
00:21:18.000 I just do the gospel.
00:21:19.000 I do evangelism.
00:21:21.000 I don't care about what happens politically.
00:21:23.000 Now, I talked about how the church could be closed down, but I ask a question Can anyone tell me in these 66 books of the Bible, the Word of God, can anyone find an example in Scripture where God encourages us to ignore what's happening in the world around us?
00:21:37.000 Can anyone find a Scripture where Jesus told us to retreat from the evil?
00:21:41.000 He tells us to lean into it and to be not afraid.
00:21:45.000 You see, in a time when you look at the odds against you, is it the time to go just kind of cower and act as if you have nothing to say?
00:21:52.000 Or is it that we now have the Word of God?
00:21:54.000 And we have the wind at our back, and we have momentum, and we're going to do more than ever before.
00:21:58.000 You see, how many election cycles have we heard of people say, Oh, this is New Mexico, there's no chance, we have no opportunity?
00:22:06.000 This state is not a majorly populated state, as you well know.
00:22:10.000 Therefore, every single one of you that vote, your vote actually matters more, especially those of you that might not vote on a regular basis.
00:22:17.000 As Jesus said in Matthew 28 19, Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
00:22:25.000 Disciples.
00:22:26.000 Not only converts of all nations, and discipleship goes deep, and disciples care about the welfare of the nation that you are in.
00:22:34.000 We all are called to be disciples of Christ.
00:22:36.000 And by the way, I'm not saying politics should be the only thing you care about.
00:22:40.000 My only ask is to make it something important on the list.
00:22:43.000 And it's not the most important thing every single day, it's not the thing that you should only care about.
00:22:47.000 But you know, Daniel fasted and prayed for his nation.
00:22:50.000 Esther, Mordecai, Jeremiah, Nehemiah were all looking to influence secular government for God's purpose. 0.51
00:22:56.000 Maybe it's time for the church and for Christians. 0.73
00:22:59.000 To retake our role as counselor to the king of this nation.
00:23:05.000 Now, some people say, well, Charlie, look, our godless government is so wicked, it's so terrible.
00:23:11.000 And by the way, living in New Mexico, I could see why you would come to that conclusion, okay?
00:23:16.000 Proverbs 14, 34, righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to my people.
00:23:22.000 So we have to communicate what is righteousness, what is glorify God.
00:23:25.000 In the same way, can we facilitate the opposite, though?
00:23:28.000 Because then some people say, well, Charlie, the people on the ballot, They're not Christian enough for me.
00:23:33.000 You see, I'm a very good person.
00:23:35.000 I go to midweek service.
00:23:36.000 I go to Monday morning prayer.
00:23:38.000 I fast and pray for my nation.
00:23:40.000 I tithe.
00:23:41.000 I'm a good person.
00:23:41.000 The person running for office is not.
00:23:43.000 Now, that's a very silly argument, but you know how often I hear that from people?
00:23:48.000 Oh, that candidate isn't Christ like. 0.93
00:23:50.000 Okay.
00:23:51.000 By the way, let's just use an example of a random politician that people don't like.
00:23:55.000 Donald Trump.
00:23:56.000 How about that?
00:23:56.000 Okay.
00:23:57.000 So people say, I don't like him.
00:23:59.000 He's not Christ like.
00:24:00.000 You know, he shatters glass and all this. 0.97
00:24:02.000 He's a narcissist, an egotist, all this stuff. 0.73
00:24:03.000 I've heard it all. 0.95
00:24:04.000 I say, okay.
00:24:05.000 Well, look, you could say all those different things.
00:24:07.000 I'm not saying we should elect him to the elder board of Legacy Church.
00:24:11.000 If anyone wants to make that contention, you guys can.
00:24:14.000 Talk to Pastor Steve about that.
00:24:16.000 That would be an interesting recommendation.
00:24:18.000 But here's what I will say He's a bodyguard and he knows how to fight.
00:24:22.000 And when you hire a bodyguard, you want someone to win.
00:24:24.000 Now, I'm not here to talk about Trump, but I am here to kind of qualify something.
00:24:28.000 A broken vessel that we all are, he lived a very colorful life, did more for the unborn than almost any other president in American history with Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett, and Gorsuch and putting them on the United States Supreme Court.
00:24:43.000 Now, you look throughout the Bible, God used broken vessels for his purpose.
00:24:47.000 Joseph, Job, Samson, Rahab, the Samaritan woman, Noah, Jeremiah, Jacob, David, Jonah, Naomi, Peter, Martha, Zacchaeus, and Paul, all throughout the scriptures are example after example of people that were adulterers, that were prostitutes, people that were tax collectors, people that persecuted Christians.
00:25:04.000 And guess what?
00:25:05.000 God had a plan for them despite their sins.
00:25:08.000 And so they say, Well, Charlie, I don't like this candidate.
00:25:11.000 This candidate isn't for me.
00:25:12.000 I say, If God can use Samson, who came upon him in a prostitute's bed, and then use the jaw of a donkey to kill a thousand Philistines, to end up in the hall of faith in Hebrews, if he can use Paul, who wrote the most of the New Testament, who persecuted Christians, he can use an imperfect vessel to go fight for righteousness, fight for the unborn in government, and that is what we need to look, and that's how we need to look at this.
00:25:35.000 You see, what I'm asking you is to understand the gratitude of the gift we have been given, which is the greatest nation ever to exist in the history of the world.
00:25:44.000 The founding fathers were so clear in the structure and the promise of our government, separation of powers, consent to the governed, independent judiciary.
00:25:51.000 You see, the fact we have an election.
00:25:53.000 Is an amazing thing.
00:25:55.000 The fact you are a citizen and not a serf, not a slave, the fact that you are, or a subject, the fact you're a citizen, someone that is a co owner of your nation, the fact that you are able to actually participate in these elections is something so unique, so beautiful, so unprecedented.
00:26:14.000 By the end of the year, more than 60,000 babies will have been saved by pre born centers.
00:26:20.000 Just this year, 60,000 babies.
00:26:22.000 And for every baby who's saved, there's a mom who's saved from a lifetime of pain and regret. 0.66
00:26:27.000 Take a stand for life by providing an ultrasound for a young woman.
00:26:30.000 When you do, she is twice as likely to choose life.
00:26:33.000 Just $28 helps provide that ultrasound that saves one baby. 0.99
00:26:37.000 $140 helps save five.
00:26:40.000 A gift of $15,000.
00:26:41.000 And I know there are people out there in this audience that can do this.
00:26:44.000 $15,000 provides an ultrasound machine that can save thousands of babies for years to come.
00:26:50.000 And $28 a month can help save babies all year long for less than a dollar a day.
00:26:55.000 So call 833 850 2229.
00:26:59.000 That's 833 850 2229, or click on the preborn banner at charliekirk.com today.
00:27:05.000 Preborn was so special to Charlie, and it's so important to me as well.
00:27:09.000 Right now, you can help make motherhood possible by providing ultrasounds with preborn.
00:27:14.000 I'd be so honored if you'd prayerfully consider joining us.
00:27:16.000 So, the question is do we as Christians care about that?
00:27:21.000 Now, some Christians will say, well, Charlie, Jesus is coming next Thursday, so I don't really care about who's going to win.
00:27:28.000 And by the way, you might be right, I think Jesus is coming.
00:27:32.000 Whether Jesus is coming soon or coming not so soon is all just kind of our own human interpretation of time, but Jesus will be coming.
00:27:39.000 But the question is, is that an excuse not to vote?
00:27:42.000 Jesus said the time and the hour is unknown.
00:27:45.000 Are we going to allow our eschatology to all of a sudden be an excuse for us not to try to better the world around us?
00:27:52.000 No, the opposite.
00:27:53.000 If you think Jesus is coming soon, you should be wanting to do more for his kingdom and actually spread the message more, not less, and be more of salt and light.
00:28:02.000 So let me kind of tie all this together and close this as what I'm seeing in the country.
00:28:05.000 But first, let me make a very shameless plug as a way you guys could support us.
00:28:09.000 I forgot to do this in the first service.
00:28:11.000 If you guys want to get more of our commentary, two things.
00:28:15.000 On Tuesday evening, we are going to be streaming live on our live stream on Rumble, on YouTube.
00:28:21.000 We're going to have tons of followers.
00:28:22.000 If you want very biased election commentary that's going to be cheering for the House and the Senate to be flipped and also that understands the data, I fully acknowledge it'll be very biased, but it'll be true and it'll be fun.
00:28:34.000 Why do I say this?
00:28:35.000 Because you go watch the news.
00:28:36.000 They say, oh, we're unbiased.
00:28:37.000 You're the most biased person ever.
00:28:39.000 I own my bias. 0.96
00:28:40.000 I want the people that want to medically mutilate our children to lose terribly on Tuesday.
00:28:45.000 And you should too.
00:28:45.000 So I'm very biased in that way.
00:28:47.000 But I do encourage you guys, if you guys could take out your phone and subscribe to our podcast, it does bless us.
00:28:52.000 I ask every time I come here, some of you guys do it.
00:28:55.000 It really does help us out.
00:28:56.000 It's a QR code.
00:28:57.000 If you don't know what a QR code is, I saw an eight year old around here.
00:29:01.000 Or you could just independently open up your podcast app and type in Charlie Kirk Show.
00:29:07.000 It blesses me immensely.
00:29:09.000 Thank you, thank you, thank you.
00:29:10.000 It's a way to us push back against the Silicon Valley censors.
00:29:13.000 And thank you for all of you that listen to our show.
00:29:15.000 We work very, very hard on our show.
00:29:17.000 It really does bless us.
00:29:18.000 So, thank you.
00:29:19.000 So, let me close with this.
00:29:21.000 And by the way, we've been going nonstop.
00:29:23.000 I've been in like 15 states in the last seven days.
00:29:26.000 It's been a very long month this week.
00:29:28.000 We were in Florida.
00:29:29.000 We've been all over the place, really going hard, campaigning for candidates with the work that Turning Point Action is doing.
00:29:35.000 But this is actually the last speech I'm giving of the entire cycle, the last one at a church.
00:29:41.000 And I wanted it to be here in New Mexico because I love the underdog.
00:29:45.000 And I think that New Mexico. has not received the love you guys deserve.
00:29:51.000 Because so many of you guys are fighting so hard.
00:29:53.000 You're fasting and praying.
00:29:54.000 You're organizing your precincts.
00:29:56.000 You're raising money.
00:29:57.000 You're doing the things that are necessary.
00:29:59.000 And kind of the national Republican snobs, as I call them, they all, you know, New Mexico's a waste of time.
00:30:04.000 It's all that.
00:30:04.000 It's like, no.
00:30:05.000 I see how much you guys care about your home.
00:30:07.000 When we have these events together, when you ask the questions and how much you care about your education, you look at the room around you.
00:30:13.000 If every single person here brought three friends to the polls on Tuesday, the multiplication effect could just shock the entire world.
00:30:21.000 And so, what I am asking here is for every Christian watching at home, for every single person here in this audience, is in this short window to fulfill Jesus' commandment of being salt and light, to change the environment that you are in.
00:30:33.000 Because, boy, there'd be a lot of changing of this environment that you are in in New Mexico.
00:30:38.000 Because we've been given this incredible gift of the United States Constitution that was not written for the times, but written to stand the test of time.
00:30:46.000 And we, as American citizens, we can make a choice.
00:30:49.000 We can make a choice just to kind of be spectators and sit around.
00:30:52.000 And I know a lot of you here have said, Charlie, I'm tired of hearing this.
00:30:56.000 I've done everything that you've asked me to do.
00:30:58.000 I watched Tucker Carlson.
00:31:00.000 I bought the pillow.
00:31:01.000 I've done everything that you've asked me to do.
00:31:03.000 By the way, promo code Kirk at mypillow.com, just so we're clear, okay?
00:31:09.000 I'm not asking you to storm Normandy Beach.
00:31:11.000 I'm not asking you to go, you know, pull an all-nighter, as I said previously.
00:31:15.000 Instead, it's a call to action on Tuesday.
00:31:17.000 And I'm telling you, I can start to feel the ground rumbling.
00:31:21.000 I can feel it from Pennsylvania to North Carolina to Michigan to Wisconsin to Arizona to Oregon to New York.
00:31:29.000 There's something seismic that is developing coming on Tuesday.
00:31:33.000 But guess what?
00:31:34.000 None of that will happen if we are just a spectator buying relief factor on television.
00:31:38.000 By the way, great product, okay?
00:31:41.000 Instead, it's going to happen if the citizen, you, the American church, you, the Christian, you, does something more heading into Tuesday.
00:31:49.000 Reject apathy.
00:31:50.000 You reject pessimism.
00:31:52.000 You get into the arena and you say, you know what?
00:31:54.000 People that came before me sacrificed so much so I can live in a free society.
00:31:59.000 It's not about me.
00:32:00.000 It's about our kids.
00:32:01.000 It's about our grandkids.
00:32:02.000 It's about the gospel.
00:32:03.000 And that is being salt and light to a nation that needs it.
00:32:07.000 Flood the polls on Tuesday.
00:32:08.000 It's your biblical duty to do so.
00:32:10.000 God bless New Mexico and thank you guys for having me.
00:32:13.000 Thank you so much.
00:32:18.000 For more on many of these stories and news you can trust, go to charliekirk.com.
