00:00:03.000 My name is Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You've got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter.
00:00:33.000 Go start a turning point USA high school chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:39.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life.
00:00:43.000 And I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am.
00:00:46.000 Lord, use me.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.

00:01:17.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:01:18.000 Great to meet you.
00:01:18.000 Thank you for letting me speak on your platform.
00:01:21.000 First of all, I really disagree with you in a lot of things.
00:01:25.000 Be respectful, guys.
00:01:26.000 It's fine.
00:01:28.000 It's part of what makes America a great country.
00:01:30.000 It does.
00:01:30.000 It does.
00:01:31.000 America is a great country, but I don't like your t shirt.
00:01:35.000 I'm going to get started by saying I'm an immigrant.
00:01:39.000 And well, I don't understand why you would want to deport all like some of my friends and family who have been working hard in this country and that like they're being persecuted right now.
00:01:49.000 So I just I don't get the the whole process of it and it feels like I'm being discriminated against even though I'm here through legal means.
00:01:59.000 But just can you please give me an answer for that?
00:02:02.000 And before that, if like let's say if I would come up here and say like I'm an illegal immigrant and I'm here trying to debate you.
00:02:09.000 Would you call ICE? 0.97
00:02:11.000 I mean, Tom Holland would probably see the video and you'd probably go back to your true country.
00:02:14.000 Okay. 0.99
00:02:15.000 I mean, that's how it works, right?
00:02:17.000 But let me just ask you a question.
00:02:18.000 What is the fair way a country, in your ideal, you're king?
00:02:21.000 What's your name?
00:02:22.000 Sorry.
00:02:22.000 I'm Claudio, sir.
00:02:23.000 Yeah, Claudio.
00:02:23.000 And this is just a thought exercise, but it's very revealing.
00:02:26.000 You are king, and you find out that there are 30 million uninvited people in your country.
00:02:31.000 What do you do with them?
00:02:32.000 Oh, in this case, I try to find the most humane way of sending them back to our country.
00:02:37.000 But first of all, I want to say this. 0.96
00:02:39.000 That's what we're doing.
00:02:39.000 Wait, let me just say this.
00:02:40.000 Something that's what we're doing.
00:02:41.000 Let me just say, King Claudio, long live the king.
00:02:46.000 I'm not a dictator at all, but I'm, of course, I'm saying it's a helpful thought exercise.
00:02:50.000 I get it, and all I'm saying is, you were talking about like in the past couple people that came up here, like America first, trying to get like the best for our country and like increasing the productivity and getting us to be like the best country possible. 0.98
00:03:03.000 Which I agree, like, I love this country, but a lot of this country is built on like illegal immigrant labor, and it's definitely like a bad means, but. 1.00
00:03:13.000 It's been a good result somehow. 1.00
00:03:17.000 Like, I'm sure you know people, like, you have friends from, like, home that own businesses that employ these types of people that are very productive and very, very honest and just hardworking trying to get a better life.
00:03:28.000 And a lot of those people are very close to me.
00:03:30.000 So it's just a very heartbreaking situation for me, but I understand.
00:03:33.000 Okay.
00:03:34.000 Yeah.
00:03:34.000 But I mean, and you gave the answer if you were in charge.
00:03:36.000 I guess this is an important, another important question.
00:03:39.000 What should the punishment be then if you break into somebody else's country uninvited and stay there without welcome?
00:03:47.000 Well, I really don't know what the punishment should be.
00:03:50.000 I'm not a lawyer.
00:03:51.000 No, no, that's okay.
00:03:51.000 I'm just asking.
00:03:52.000 It's totally.
00:03:54.000 Yeah. 0.99
00:03:54.000 Here's our position it is against federal law to come into America, right? 0.99
00:03:59.000 Sure, sure, sure.
00:04:00.000 You're not allowed to come into the country without invite.
00:04:04.000 So that's against the law.
00:04:05.000 So if we can do one of two things, and there really isn't, there's very little in the middle.
00:04:09.000 There's some nuance, but we can say we are not going to enforce the law because we're just going to say that doesn't matter.
00:04:16.000 Or we could say, look, the law is blind, and when you break the law, it must apply to all people.
00:04:21.000 Now, I think you're a little different because I don't want you to loop in.
00:04:24.000 So what country did you emigrate from?
00:04:26.000 Are you going to like discriminate against me?
00:04:27.000 Oh, I'm actually not.
00:04:28.000 I'm going to do the opposite, actually.
00:04:30.000 Yeah.
00:04:31.000 I'm curious.
00:04:31.000 I'm Mexican.
00:04:32.000 Okay, fine.
00:04:32.000 But you came here legally.
00:04:33.000 Correct, I did, sir.
00:04:34.000 Okay, great.
00:04:35.000 Well, if I didn't, you'd be calling the police when you no, but it's not a racial thing. 0.92
00:04:39.000 If you were Polish and you overstayed a visa, then you should be. 1.00
00:04:43.000 But hold on, you followed the rules, so you're exempt. 1.00
00:04:48.000 The people that you know didn't follow the rules, true. 0.66
00:04:50.000 So I divide America not into Mexican and white and Hispanic and white, into rule follower and rule breaker, yeah.
00:04:57.000 And so when someone breaks our rules, there must be justice done, there must be a punishment. 0.81
00:05:02.000 And the most humane way is you go back to your country of origin, we'll do it humanely.
00:05:06.000 Will do it correctly. 0.90
00:05:07.000 But if you are not invited into a home, into a dorm room, into a living room, the standard applies to the entire country.
00:05:15.000 I've been telling you about Patriot Mobile for a long time now.
00:05:19.000 And many of you have made the switch.
00:05:21.000 This is for the rest of you.
00:05:23.000 What are you waiting for?
00:05:24.000 Every month, you stay with one of the big carriers.
00:05:27.000 Your money goes to a company that doesn't share your values.
00:05:31.000 Patriot Mobile is the real deal.
00:05:33.000 For 12 years now, they've put their money where their mouth is, contributing millions of dollars to organizations.
00:05:39.000 Defending the First and Second Amendments, the sanctity of life, and supporting our military veterans and first responders.
00:05:45.000 They're not just a wireless company.
00:05:47.000 They're activists fighting on the front lines with us.
00:05:51.000 And the service is rock solid, higher priority, premium 5G coverage on any of the three major U.S. carriers, unlimited data, free international calling to over 200 countries, and 100% U.S. based customer support.
00:06:04.000 Right now, for Black Friday, they've got the best deal that they've ever had.
00:06:09.000 Ever offered a free 5G smartphone plus two months of free service.
00:06:14.000 No more excuses.
00:06:15.000 Go to patriotmobile.comslash Charlie Friday.
00:06:18.000 That's patriotmobile.comslash Charlie Friday or call 972 Patriot and use the promo code Charlie Friday.
00:06:25.000 Free phone, two months free.
00:06:27.000 Switch today.
00:06:28.000 Terms and conditions apply.
00:06:32.000 Now, to your point, you might be right.
00:06:33.000 There might be some economic disruption.
00:06:35.000 However, you know what happens if you have economic disruption in the labor pool?
00:06:38.000 Wages are going to go up.
00:06:40.000 And you guys are going to see your wages go up.
00:06:41.000 Who is going to occupy those jobs?
00:06:43.000 So, this is a little bit insulting. 0.87
00:06:45.000 I don't think you mean it this way that illegal immigrants are nothing more than just kind of like.
00:06:49.000 No, these are my people, so how could I be insulting them?
00:06:53.000 I'm even defending.
00:06:54.000 I don't think you mean it this way.
00:06:55.000 But broadly, when we talk about immigration, there's a talking about like, well, who's going to pick your grapefruits and like, who's going to serve you Chipotle?
00:07:02.000 You've probably heard this before, right?
00:07:03.000 Yeah, I have, yeah.
00:07:03.000 Who's going to clean your hotel room?
00:07:06.000 It does, yeah.
00:07:07.000 But hold on.
00:07:08.000 Embedded in that is kind of a really derogatory, that's like, they're kind of just like a Permanent serf class here to serve us.
00:07:15.000 I think that's like really creepy and weird, actually.
00:07:17.000 These are human beings.
00:07:18.000 They're more than just kind of economic utility.
00:07:20.000 Yeah.
00:07:20.000 No, but like in the history of the US, like we've heard, we first had like the Italian and Polish immigrants, and they first served those jobs, and then they became like economically sufficient.
00:07:31.000 And they were welcomed.
00:07:33.000 True.
00:07:33.000 But it was a different time in history.
00:07:35.000 Of course.
00:07:36.000 But I suppose the broader question is one of justice, which is that to what should a country do when your sovereignty has been so massively violated for a long period of time?
00:07:47.000 And a country seeks to be a country, becomes something else.
00:07:50.000 It becomes a colony or it becomes just kind of a random area if a country does not have loyalty to its own people.
00:07:58.000 And if it has loyalty to foreigners or to an oligarchy, it ceases to be a country.
00:08:02.000 So it's not the most popular argument. 0.58
00:08:04.000 Well, actually, the American people voted for it.
00:08:06.000 And it sounds cruel, but it's very simple.
00:08:08.000 It's like, look, this is not against any of you personally, but you have to have the law be the first and last ushering of what a government does in this situation.
00:08:19.000 And by the way, what I was saying about you, I'm getting back to you.
00:08:22.000 You deserve to be applauded because you guys followed the rules.
00:08:26.000 And it's not fair to people like you who followed the rules to all of a sudden have line cutters.
00:08:32.000 Here's the equivalent.
00:08:33.000 You guys waited in line like two and a half hours to go get a meal at a restaurant, and someone shows up and just cuts in line.
00:08:39.000 What was the first thing you would say?
00:08:40.000 That's not fair.
00:08:42.000 And you would be right. 0.99
00:08:43.000 And the same with immigration, please.
00:08:44.000 Yeah, wait, let me just like add a layer to this, and then I'm probably done.
00:08:47.000 But like, let's say that the people that's cutting like in front of line, like, That's like some of my boys that I know that they're being persecuted back home, them and their families.
00:09:00.000 They're in drug related wars and violence.
00:09:03.000 And the only way out, the only way they're not going to die or suffer a very bad fate is if they escape and they break the American law.
00:09:10.000 But that's the only way they're going to survive.
00:09:12.000 Hold on.
00:09:14.000 Two thoughts on this.
00:09:15.000 Number one, if that is correct, we have a special asylum status that they could seek legally at a port of entry that they could go through the whole process.
00:09:23.000 But if they're being persecuted, don't they?
00:09:26.000 Not deserve, but wouldn't it be justified to cut the line?
00:09:29.000 No.
00:09:30.000 Secondly, well, it might be justified in their mind, but it's not justified in the rule administers' mind to make exception for it.
00:09:36.000 But let me just make a more important point, though.
00:09:39.000 If we all of a sudden say that if you have a lot of gang violence and issues, I mean, like, we have a lot of gang violence and issues.
00:09:44.000 Like, what are we talking about here?
00:09:46.000 True.
00:09:46.000 Like, we're a more dangerous country than half of the Central American countries.
00:09:49.000 We're far more dangerous than El Salvador.
00:09:51.000 And we could make an example. 1.00
00:09:53.000 If that is the criteria, like, all of South America should be allowed into America.
00:09:57.000 Basically, I mean, the idea is that at some point you have almost no standard whatsoever.
00:10:02.000 And instead, here's my perspective we should empower those people to go fix their own country.
00:10:07.000 We should empower them to go make El Salvador great again, which is a great country now.
00:10:10.000 Okay.
00:10:11.000 Nicaragua, Honduras.
00:10:12.000 Yes, please, final question.
00:10:13.000 So, wouldn't a good way to start is trying to lower the demand for drugs in America?
00:10:19.000 Because a lot of the drugs that are being produced and being fought over in South America are going to be supplied to the U.S. for American consumers.
00:10:27.000 Yeah, so how would you recommend lowering demand?
00:10:30.000 I have no idea.
00:10:30.000 Like, what would you do?
00:10:32.000 I don't know.
00:10:33.000 I mean, demand and supply are two different issues, right?
00:10:35.000 I mean, the first part of demand is that way too many people get into, I talked to my earlier point, they get into a thought pattern that substances are going to bring me flourishing, which I think is wrong.
00:10:45.000 But yes, I think, look, the drug cartels are richer than ever before, and we have more drugs legalized than any time in the last 40 years.
00:10:54.000 So something doesn't fit.
00:10:55.000 So obviously, drug legalization is not impoverishing them. 1.00
00:10:58.000 The biggest way, though, that we stop these third world countries. 1.00
00:11:02.000 From being, you know, tin pot despotic dictatorships, is we have to stop subsidizing their oligarchy through foreign aid. 0.95
00:11:09.000 And then, yes, you're right, the Chinese Communist Party is pumping tons of money into these countries.
00:11:13.000 But finally, and I know this sounds a little bit cruel, is that I care far more about the suffering of Americans than the suffering of other people's countries first.
00:11:21.000 I would too, yeah. 0.79
00:11:22.000 And you have to.
00:11:23.000 You have to look after your own people.
00:11:25.000 You have to draw the line.
00:11:26.000 And it's the old adage, right, guys?
00:11:28.000 If your plane is going down, what do they tell you to do first?
00:11:31.000 You put your mask on first and then the mask on the person.
00:11:34.000 That might not be able to put a mask on an infant or someone that might be infirm.
00:11:38.000 It's the same way as a country.
00:11:39.000 We need to put our own oxygen mask on first, and then we can worry about helping other people.
00:11:42.000 Thank you so much.
00:11:43.000 I appreciate it.
00:11:44.000 Thank you.
