00:01:24.000I come from parents who immigrated to the U.S., and after 20 years and over $40,000, they came here legally.
00:01:32.000I was born here in the greatest country in the world.
00:01:36.000So I owe everything to this amazing country.
00:01:39.000So, what would you say to legal immigrants such as my parents who have spent thousands of dollars and waited years, even many decades, to enter the U.S. legally, now seeing border jumpers who are crossing this border and taking advantage of our government and the government supporting them rather than legal immigrants?
00:02:00.000So, I have very little patience and tolerance for the trespassing border jumping that's happening on our southern border.
00:02:07.000It's not immigration, it's an invasion.
00:02:09.000Into our country, and it's happening every single day.
00:02:13.000The governor of Texas should be a lot firmer on this.
00:02:16.000He's been okay, but not great, honestly.
00:02:19.000We should have a zero tolerance policy.
00:02:20.000The entire military should be mobilized, and we should say our country will not be invaded.
00:02:25.000I don't know about you, but I care much more about our own country being invaded than what's happening in Ukraine, and I wish our leaders cared about what's happening on our southern border a lot more than whichever, you know, oh, what thug is gonna control eastern Ukraine?
00:03:20.000We need more people that came here the right way to say, You're not welcome here if you break into my country, period.
00:03:26.000And some people say, Well, Charlie, that's not very Christian of you.
00:03:29.000No, actually, borders are biblical, they come straight from the Bible.
00:03:34.000In fact, if you say that anybody anytime is welcome into your home or to your nation, that is saying that I don't want to protect my nation from something that might threaten it.
00:03:45.000The law must be blind towards emotion.
00:03:48.000Someone says, Oh, well, they've walked 600 miles and you know, they really want to be in here.
00:04:20.000This is a different direction from the last question, but I just wanted to ask since From the conservative movement, a lot of people are pushing, you know, getting married young, having kids young, starting a family.
00:04:32.000And from a Christian perspective, this culture of dating isn't really in the Bible.
00:04:38.000So I was just going to ask, from a Christian perspective, someone who's young and just started dating, what is your advice in dating and pursuing marriage as a Christian?
00:05:44.000And I do recommend, though, there's a real thing that you will hear is that if you put off dating seriously for the intent of marrying, dating is not a vocation, it's not a hobby, it's not to use time.
00:05:59.000So you must date with the intent to marry.
00:06:02.000So, you should not even open yourself up into the dating pool, period, if you can't potentially see, at least at the criteria beginning, spending the rest of your life with that person.
00:06:12.000It's not, you know, this whole idea of dating, like, oh, I'm just trying to, you know, figure out if I'm good at this thing, you know, it's not basketball, right?
00:06:20.000It's not the more you do it, the better you get at it, okay?
00:06:23.000That's a modern garbage way of looking at it, right?
00:06:27.000And again, I'm not here to, you know, be judgy or say if you make other individual decisions.
00:06:35.000People that decide to make what I believe should be sacrosanct and holy in a biblical marriage construct all of a sudden shared with multiple partners, I think is not an ideal that we should share with young women and young men in particular.
00:06:51.000I think it's beautiful if you're able to do it in your life and if you get good enough advice early on to say, I want to save that incredible moment and that practice with the person that God has intended me as my soulmate to spend the rest of my life with.
00:07:06.000And the issue for young ladies is you're going to get.
00:07:09.000At least from what I understand in talking to people, is that there's a fair amount of fear of, oh, fear of rejection or fear of being called names.
00:07:15.000Again, you have to just basically say, yeah, okay, whatever, you can call me whatever you want.
00:07:28.000But this is something that's proven and I think is an ideal that needs to be repeated because it's so rare in our secular postmodern world.
00:07:38.000Also, you should just be very clear about your intentions from the beginning.
00:07:41.000You should say, you know, And again, I'm not necessarily, I am probably, I'm against dating apps if you're using them to hook up.
00:07:48.000I'm not against dating apps if you're using them to marry.
00:07:50.000Good luck because most of the dating apps, people aren't there for that.
00:07:53.000But if you're in your late 20s, you should use everything at your possible disposal to try to find a partner.
00:07:58.000I don't think they're just a tool, but most of the apps are not a tool for good things.
00:08:02.000But you should be very clear about your intent, which is, I am here to find a life partner.
00:08:10.000You just saved a bunch of time, right?
00:08:13.000And so we have a men's summit too at Turning Point USA, and we're trying to instill with them virtue and also understanding the differences between men and women.
00:08:24.000Because men, their nature given by God, they want variety more, but that's not an excuse to watch pornography or breed promiscuous.
00:08:31.000And so men have to fix a lot of things.
00:08:34.000How many of you are displeased with the quality of American men when you go to date?
00:08:37.000Yeah, almost every, and there's applause, yeah.
00:08:59.000This whole idea of putting your career first, I think, is a very, very dangerous proposition.
00:09:04.000It could work out for you, but I hear stories every day.
00:09:07.000Charlie, I decided to go become a partner at a law firm, and now I'm 32 years old, and I can't find anyone because all the good ones are gone.
00:09:14.000There is some truth to quote unquote the good ones being gone.
00:09:18.000The window does narrow, and so I think you should prioritize what do I want most in my life, and if that thing is the best thing that I think a human being can do, which is to get married and have kids.
00:09:29.000Then you should do that with clear intentionality.
00:10:20.000If you want to see massive savings in your healthcare budget, CHM has four low cost programs for every stage of life, starting at just $115 a month.
00:10:29.000Plus, you can enroll or switch your program at any time.

00:10:53.000My name's Isabel, and I semi recently found out about Turning Point USA and have quickly become passionate about it.
00:11:02.000So, being semi new to all of this, Do you have any advice for those like myself who are still learning and maybe aren't the best on the spot debating against the very aggressive leftists?
00:11:43.000Friendships get severed over this stuff, so you have to be ready for that.
00:11:46.000Smeared, slandered, doxed, you know, your grades will be lowered.
00:11:49.000You're like, wow, that sounds terrible.
00:11:52.000Yeah, but it's worth it to fight for things that are eternally true.
00:11:57.000It's worth it to fight for things that are transcendent.
00:12:01.000It's worth it to sacrifice maybe your reputation or your friendship, your proximity or your comfort for things that are going to outlast you, right?
00:12:11.000So, my advice is just brace for impact, but also try to build community.
00:12:16.000And that's what you're going to do here.
00:12:18.000You are not alone, you're not the only one that is going to be in.
00:12:22.000The trenches of fighting for a better America and fighting for the things that we care about.
00:12:27.000And we're here to support you throughout, whether it be starting a high school chapter, starting a college chapter, giving you the on the ground assistance, showing up to events like this, campus tours, podcasts, you name it.
00:12:39.000We're here to supply you with all that.
00:12:41.000But everybody has their gifting, right?
00:12:42.000Some people have a gifting to think quickly on their feet or to be able to answer questions.
00:13:35.000My name is Madison, and my sister is Bella over here.
00:13:40.000So, my question is I started my own Christian based conservative clothing brand two and a half years ago as I am not married and want to use my talents in this season to glorify God.
00:13:52.000But it's been a struggle to promote Lost and Found Apparel, which is my clothing brand.
00:13:58.000And share God's word through my clothing in a field that's clearly satanic and will silence you if they disagree with the message you're trying to share with others.
00:14:07.000I've been shadow banned on social media before, and frankly, I think that I still am because it's been such a struggle to promote online on Instagram and TikTok.
00:14:21.000And so, my question is how do I share this with others and get off the ground after working tirelessly on it with little to no success for two and a half years?
00:14:31.000Yeah, it all depends on how you define success, right?
00:14:35.000So there's a great book, The Gap and the Gain.
00:14:36.000It will take you like two hours to read, which is you can either define where you're at as a gain in your life or something that is a big gap.
00:14:45.000So you could define it as a success or you could define it as a blessing that you went through two and a half years.
00:15:03.000So the point, I think you should reframe what you think is success.
00:15:07.000Yeah, I mean, you're not Balenciaga, praise God, right?
00:15:11.000Or any of that crap that's being peddled on TV.
00:15:15.000But when you are fighting towards something good and you do so in a disciplined fashion, failure is largely just how you categorize it or define it.
00:15:24.000You might fall short of a standard of material success, but I wouldn't call that as a lack of success.
00:15:30.000Because it's always a, in my opinion, A worthwhile journey to go on to fight for something that is bigger than yourself and something that is transcendent.
00:15:39.000So, but to the more immediate question is well, if you want to achieve that kind of material success and sell that clothing, then success leaves clues.
00:15:49.000Find other people that are doing something really well and do what they're doing or do it better.
00:15:55.000And I mean, the great innovators of our time are relentless.
00:15:59.000You know, I could tell you, Turning Point USA, after two and a half years, it didn't look like there was much success.
00:16:04.000And then 11 years later, we're the largest movement of its kind on high school and college campuses and in churches.
00:16:47.000As a conservative woman coming from a family who immigrated here from Cuba in the 60s when Castro was taking over, what advice would you give to me as a conservative woman who is wanting to start a podcast and wanting to jump into this movement of spreading the conservative message and especially freedom?
00:17:06.000Yeah, so my first piece of advice for any one of you that are influencers or want to be influencers, you should want to spread goodness and truth more than wanting to be famous.
00:17:15.000Okay, so the desire to be famous, please.
00:17:18.000Like, I just pray you try to pray and strip that away.
00:18:23.000In honor of America's 250th birthday, our friends at Alliance Defending Freedom are inviting you to commit to five days of prayer for America.
00:18:32.000Since its founding, America has been sustained by the prayers of its people.
00:18:36.000Through our highs and lows, Americans of faith have turned to God for wisdom, guidance, and strength.
00:18:42.000And so, as we prepare to celebrate 250 years of freedom, ADF is asking believers like you and me to join them in dedicated prayer for our country, thanking God for how He has worked in the past and asking Him.
00:18:55.000To prepare us for what's ahead, commit to pray for America by signing up today.
00:18:59.000For the next five days, you'll receive daily text messages and emails with specific prompts and insights about the issues facing our country and how you can pray about them.

00:19:27.000Everyone has always told me that I have what it takes to go into office and that they can always see me in the office.
00:19:38.000I am hesitant to go into office or run for office one day because I'm four foot eight, I have a baby face, and I don't think I'm that intimidating.
00:19:49.000What is your advice to me who is hesitant to run for office one day?
00:19:53.000So let me ask you let's put all that stuff, that stuff doesn't matter.
00:19:57.000What can you do that other people struggle at?
00:20:43.000So, whatever the world is telling you, it's like, okay, I'm going to use actually what the enemy meant for evil or, you know, what you think the enemy means for evil for good or whatever you're ascribing it to, you could flip that immediately, right?
00:21:36.000So my name is Megan Ramon, and I'm a 21 year old Cuban American.
00:21:39.000Studying at the University of Florida.
00:21:42.000And I wanted to say that I've been following you and your story for a really long time.
00:21:46.000You inspired me to speak out and stop staying silent.
00:21:50.000You helped me realize that because I am allowed to live in this great country, I have just as much a right to speak on my beliefs as a liberal does.
00:21:59.000But now I had to say that this country is my world because it has offered me so many opportunities that my family, who are stuck and locked under an iron grip in a communist country, can only ever dream of.
00:22:12.000I struggle now with watching that blessed flag change into this dull and sad version of what it once stood for, and it hurts me so badly.
00:22:20.000So, how do you believe I can best work to maintain my faith in this beautiful country and its future and our future as conservatives in a literal bowl of rabid piranhas?
00:22:35.000First of all, you being here is a big deal, and we're going to be talking about the action items, right?
00:22:40.000You first and foremost have to get your own house in order, right?
00:22:43.000Being the best citizen you personally can be.
00:22:46.000Dedicating part of your career towards saving the country is very important.
00:22:49.000Believing it can be saved and refounded and revitalized is equally as important.
00:22:55.000And look, they want to demoralize you.
00:22:57.000They want to try to make you surrender, give up.
00:22:59.000They want to try to have you go to the middle and sue for peace.
00:23:03.000What they are afraid of is that there is this young movement that is growing in intensity and in numbers that are going to take leadership positions.
00:23:12.000People like Ana Paulina Luna, people that are doing such a great job, and they're very, very afraid of that.
00:23:57.000What you can do, I mean, look, it's going to be a thing I just keep repeating, is you have to be intentional in an attitude of citizenship, of dedication to your community, to your loved ones, and the people around you.
00:24:12.000And if you so feel called, every time somebody around you tries to tell you to use a pronoun that you don't want to use or a piece of ta ta ta ta, I mean, you have to fight the micro tyranny.
00:24:57.000First of all, I just want to say thank you for all the work that you do and for inspiring us all to fight for truth and freedom.
00:25:04.000My question is How did you start and form Turning Point USA, and what advice would you give to many of us who are confused on what to do other than starting a chapter?
00:26:24.000Everybody's waiting, waiting to see if the ceasefire holds, waiting to see if the Strait of Hormuz reopens, waiting to see what happens next.
00:26:46.000Remember, the best time to put on a seatbelt is before the accident, not after.
00:26:51.000If you're ready to act, reach out to my friends at Noble Gold Investments.
00:26:55.000They help Americans protect their savings with precious, with physical gold and silver shipped to your door or held in a tax advantage IRA.
00:27:03.000No taxes, no penalties to roll over a 401k or existing IRA.
00:28:11.000We have a government that hates every single one of us.
00:28:14.000That's what that indictment means if you believe in a certain worldview, we're going to put you on a show trial and humiliate you and try to destroy your life.
00:28:22.000No, I don't support the secession stuff.
00:28:24.000We are probably headed towards a national divorce, and that makes me very sad.
00:28:38.000They're the ones that passed sanctuary city laws where they defied federal government immigration law, where they said illegals are welcome.
00:28:45.000They're the ones that routinely talked about how they don't want to live in a country with us.
00:28:49.000What do I have in common with somebody in downtown San Francisco?
00:28:53.000They salute the gay flag, I salute the American flag.
00:28:56.000Literally, if you saw a video yesterday, the police department is saluting.
00:29:00.000The gay flag goes up, not a parody, in the Sheriff's Department of San Francisco.
00:29:14.000So, unless something dramatically changes in the next 10 or 15 years, we are going to probably see a national divorce, and that really makes me sad.
00:29:23.000Unless a leader can come in and heal this country and absolutely put the radical Marxists in their place and put this country back to actually the place it should be, which is a center right country.
00:29:35.000Then we're probably going to be in a really, really difficult spot.
00:29:40.000But that's what we're looming towards.
00:29:42.000Because it's unsustainable to have South Dakota, North Dakota, Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Kentucky, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi completely just waged war upon by Washington, D.C., and the rest of the country.
00:30:21.000So, like these other women in this room, I am very driven career wise, and my goals are set on succeeding as an orthopedic surgeon.
00:30:31.000And I have really rarely thought about even getting married, having children, and.
00:30:39.000Even going into dating, like it's just something that I never really thought about.
00:30:45.000Would you be able to give me some advice as somebody who so badly wants to succeed in surgery, but to get out of residency fellowship, I'm going to be 30 before I can really focus on myself?
00:30:58.000So, what's some advice for really balancing my career as well as venturing into settling down?
00:31:06.000You're going to have to choose which one matters more.
00:31:10.000So, first of all, thank you for being involved with Turning Point USA.
00:31:13.000So, here's my piece of advice go try to spend a couple days with babies, and if it doesn't move you to want to have some of your own, then go do the surgeon thing.
00:31:26.000If you don't get baby fever being around young kids as a young lady, then you kind of have your answer.
00:31:32.000But if you're around a young child or a young baby, or like all of a sudden something greater than yourself gets activated, Where all of a sudden you feel maybe a prodding by the Holy Spirit, then you got something to think about.
00:31:42.000But look, you could potentially do both.
00:31:44.000You could become an orthopedic surgeon and still do that.
00:31:47.000But there will be a lot of people that say, oh, just put the family thing on hold and put that on hold.
00:31:52.000I just want to caution you a reality is that there are a lot of successful 35 year old orthopedic surgeons that have cats and not kids.
00:32:04.000Most of the radical left is largely being run by childless, Young ladies, young women that are in their mid 30s that are super miserable on antidepressants because I think they're missing something, which I think that they're missing one of the most fulfilling things.
00:32:20.000So you might not be feeling that, or you might be designed in a way where you might not feel it at all, but I encourage you to try to lean into that if possible.
00:32:27.000And there's nothing wrong with being driven to your career, but I'm career driven, but my relationship with God and my family come way above my career.
00:32:37.000And I think all of you guys should have that exact same thing.
00:32:39.000If you so desire, if you want to just say all career all the time, maybe it will work for you.
00:33:02.000I'm not here to tell you one way or the other, right or wrong.
00:33:04.000But I also want to make sure I tell you the truth that the cautionary tale ahead of you is that if you say, I never want to have a family, I never want to have kids, I never want to get married, That could change by the time you're 28.
00:34:11.000People would ask Charlie, what is Strong Cell exactly?
00:34:14.000Strong Cell is a nutritional supplement that leverages a remarkable enzyme called NADH.
00:34:19.000Think of it as the power source for every living cell in your body.
00:34:22.000With over 30 trillion cells working for you, imagine how great you could feel when they're all functioning at their best.
00:34:28.000Unfortunately, as we age, our body's NADH levels change.
00:34:32.000Naturally decline, leading to various ailments and health issues linked to poor cellular health.
00:34:38.000Unlike many supplements that simply mix ingredients and hope for the best, StrongCell employs a proprietary delivery system designed to ensure those ingredients effectively get into your bloodstream where they can make a difference.
00:34:49.000This is crucial, as many supplements on the market are just pretty packaging without real benefits.
00:34:54.000Here's the exciting part, though you can try StrongCell completely risk free.
00:34:59.000That's right, thanks to StrongCell's 90 day money back guarantee, you can experience this revolutionary product without any hassles.
00:37:25.000God needs to be the head of your marriage always.
00:37:30.000And you have to make sure you are using the spiritual disciplines.
00:37:34.000If I had to give some candid, honest feedback to Christianity, the fact that we no longer honor the Sabbath, I think, is why our divorce rate is 50%.
00:37:51.000And the Sabbath really means Shabbat, which means to stop.
00:37:54.000And when you have no phones, no shopping, no cars, and you have nothing but to focus on your family for a 24 hour period, yeah, that makes your marriage a lot better.
00:38:03.000But all of a sudden, if you have all these external distractions, you know, I think you're going to be in a tough spot.
00:38:08.000But also, as far as, you know, marriage advice, obviously I'm still learning.
00:38:13.000We're two years into this, praise God.
00:38:15.000But, you know, you have to understand the differences between men and women.
00:38:19.000And also, If I were to say another thing, it's you have to make sure there's a spiritual component to your relationship, or else you're going to be in a lot of trouble.
00:38:42.000So, I kind of have a question that I've been trying to answer for a long time, and it's why does it feel like the media and Hollywood and advertising is dominated by liberals?
00:38:54.000When we show up and we fight with freedom, family, and the American flag.
00:39:18.000Because the stories that they're peddling and the things that they're putting forward is garbage and it's unsustainable, and those stories don't actually resonate with their target audience.
00:39:28.000It's just a matter of time before I think there's actually a recalibration there.
00:39:32.000But we as conservatives have to get into the arts, we have to get into entertainment, and get into theater to try and go about change that.
00:39:40.000All right, this will be the last question because we're running out of time.
00:39:42.000Hello, my name is Hope, and I did apply to be on the round table with you and your wife.
00:39:46.000But I assume that the majority of the people that are here are pro life.
00:39:52.000But one thing that I think that people forget is the children after life is chosen, right?
00:40:01.000What are some tangible actions that people can do?
00:40:04.000Because obviously, there are a lot of young women here that are unable to foster or donate financially.
00:40:10.000So, are you able to give any advice to tangible actions that we can do to help the children that are in an unsafe or unstable environment in the first place?
00:40:19.000Now that Roe v. Wade is repealed, and praise God it's repealed, we have to do everything we possibly can to try to fight and contest for every single life.
00:40:27.000And so, I'm partnered with Preborn, which is a wonderful ministry, and I think you guys should check it out.
00:40:32.000You should give financially if you can to these groups.
00:40:34.000But honestly, we have to make it easier to adopt through churches and easier to have Christian organizations.
00:40:41.000The adoption process is way too bureaucratic.
00:40:45.000It's a disaster, to be perfectly honest.
00:40:47.000There are two million people on the adoption waiting list right now, and there are a million abortions every single year.
00:40:53.000So there are twice as many people willing to adopt as there are abortions.
00:40:56.000There's no such thing as unwanted children in this country, it does not exist.
00:41:00.000And so you should all know in your local community.
