00:01:58.000 You see, the Democrats typically are focused on politics.
00:02:04.000 They're very good at focusing on politics.
00:02:07.000 And they've been so focused on politics over the last couple of years, primarily with their fascination, their pathological obsession with Donald Trump, they cannot stop talking about him.
00:02:17.000 But recently, I've seen a little bit of a pivot.
00:02:19.000 I've seen the Democrats actually realize that this is more than Donald Trump, that Donald Trump, yes, started the movement.
00:02:24.000 Donald Trump articulated the grievances and the concerns of the American citizenry.
00:02:31.000 But this is no longer just about politics, no longer just about who executes the laws.
00:02:36.000 It's deeper than that.
00:02:38.000 And Democrats that are a little bit ahead of the curve are starting to articulate this.
00:02:45.000 I believe Gavin Newsom will be the nominee in 2024.
00:02:49.000 I'd love your thoughts, by the way, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:02:52.000 We've made a series of predictions here.
00:02:54.000 The Department of Justice and the FBI, we believe, will indict Hunter Biden after the election, right before Republicans take over Congress as a way to try to, meaning get sworn into Congress, as a way to try to say, hey, see, we're balanced.
00:03:06.000 I think that Hunter Biden has a indictment looming sometime in late November, early December.
00:03:10.000 I do not think Merrick Garland will make it much longer.
00:03:13.000 I think he's going to resign.
00:03:14.000 And I think that Joe Biden will make an announcement sometime next year that because of personal issues, he always just wanted to serve one term to heal the nation and that he's going to open up the Democrat primary.
00:03:25.000 Now, all this is speculation, but we have lots of evidence to show this.
00:03:28.000 Biden is so deeply unpopular.
00:03:30.000 The polling shows that he is sinking every single Democrat ticket.
00:03:34.000 This looming red wave is driven largely thanks to the incompetence, the lack of leadership of Joe Biden and his unpopularity.
00:03:41.000 It's one poll after the other.
00:03:43.000 It is one story after the other.
00:03:47.000 Pelosi has even trial ballooning this idea of he's done a great service to the country.
00:03:52.000 He beat Trump.
00:03:53.000 That's going to be his contribution.
00:03:55.000 Hunter Biden will plea down to community service.
00:03:57.000 Joe Biden will then be able to pardon Hunter Biden on the way out, and Joe Biden will have been the implemented president.
00:04:04.000 He would have been the person that was in the basement, didn't campaign, mass mail in ballots, Zuckerboxes, Dropboxes, Center for Technology and Civic Life, signature verification issues, the plot that overtook the 2020 election, as Molly Ball wrote in Time magazine via Mark Elias, and Joe Biden will be a bridge candidate.
00:04:26.000 Joe Biden has always looked at himself as a bridge president.
00:04:28.000 We've called him a bridge president.
00:04:30.000 We've called him a bridge president for a reason because he looks at himself as a bridge from traditional America that protects and preserves the Constitution.
00:04:37.000 I'm sorry, that honors the Constitution, that protects our natural God-given rights, and a transitionary phase, a transitory phase, they love that word, into a non-Western country, into something despotic, authoritarian, that does not respect separation of powers, checks and balances, consent of the governed, into something that is far-reaching and distant from what America should be, not one rooted in free enterprise, trade, voluntary transaction.
00:05:05.000 They love that word transitory.
00:05:07.000 They talk about inflation being transitory.
00:05:08.000 They talk about gender being transitory.
00:05:10.000 They talk about energy being transitory, that we have to transition.
00:05:14.000 But what they're really transitioning is our civilization.
00:05:17.000 We're in the midst of a civilizational transition.
00:05:19.000 They're trying to change the framework, change the structure, change the philosophy, change the ideas that undergird the entire civilization.
00:05:29.000 And so I remain committed that Joe Biden will not run in 2024.
00:05:33.000 I'd love your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:05:36.000 Maybe you see something we're missing, or maybe you have some insight that we don't have.
00:05:39.000 But therefore, the question is, then who?
00:05:41.000 Well, it seems as if there all might be a spirited Democrat primary.
00:05:46.000 However, I think that there is a good chance that Gavin Newsom will run for office and will become the nominee.
00:05:53.000 Gavin Newsom raises buckets of money.
00:05:56.000 He is, unfortunately, very well liked by the kind of donors of the Democrat Party.
00:06:01.000 He's more articulate than not.
00:06:02.000 Even though when you listen to him in some of these tapes, he thinks he's super smart.
00:06:07.000 He thinks he's super profound.
00:06:08.000 He's been taking acting classes, you could tell, from DiCaprio and Brad Pitt with the pregnant pauses and the elongated, let's just say, focus on certain words.
00:06:19.000 Very dramatic.
00:06:21.000 And so let's just focus on Gavin Newsom for a second because Gavin Newsom made a very interesting comment over the weekend where he decided to use his platform, his interview, at the Texas Tribune event.
00:06:31.000 I think that's the name of the event.
00:06:32.000 Ted Cruz is there.
00:06:32.000 Texas Tribune event.
00:06:33.000 Hillary Clinton was there.
00:06:34.000 Gavin Newsom was there.
00:06:35.000 Liz Cheney was there.
00:06:37.000 And some people said, oh, why was Ted Cruz there?
00:06:38.000 I don't like that.
00:06:39.000 No, he got interviewed.
00:06:39.000 He was there.
00:06:40.000 It was an interview format.
00:06:42.000 The Texas Tribune far left-wing rag, they actually did a pretty good job of interviewing Liz Cheney and asked an appropriate follow-up question.
00:06:48.000 And then they had some sort of left-wing activist that I think fills in for Rachel Maddow now interviewing Gavin Newsom.
00:06:53.000 Gavin Newsom has a cult-like following amongst, let's just say, upper-middle-class, not very happy suburban women.
00:07:01.000 Upper middle class, not very happy suburban women are big fans of Gavin Newsom.
00:07:06.000 They find him comforting, confident.
00:07:08.000 They like his directional leadership.
00:07:10.000 The polls reflect it.
00:07:11.000 I've heard it firsthand.
00:07:12.000 It's weird.
00:07:12.000 It's bizarre.
00:07:13.000 It's perplexing.
00:07:14.000 We don't have to fixate on it too much.
00:07:16.000 But Gavin Newsom is able to raise a lot of money.
00:07:18.000 The media loves him.
00:07:19.000 He's not totally stupid or dumb.
00:07:21.000 I don't think he's as articulate as he thinks he is because I don't think he's ever had to go up against a true rigor of a Republican opposition.
00:07:27.000 So I just think his muscles are not really built for a four-quarter fight or a 13, 14, 15-round boxing match, if you will.
00:07:35.000 I don't think Gavin Newsom will be able to withstand the conservative media, such as this program, Bannon Tucker and others, going after him because he's been nothing but lauded and praised at his entire life, from mayor of San Francisco eventually to become governor of California.
00:07:50.000 Whenever he's challenged, for example, when Adam Corolla challenged him, the great Adam Corolla, friend of this program, who we don't agree with everything, Adam, politically, but he's funny.
00:07:58.000 He is direct.
00:08:00.000 And if you listen to this interview between Adam Curl and Gavin Newsom, it's unbelievable.
00:08:04.000 Gavin Newsome was never challenged on homelessness before.
00:08:06.000 You know, he thought he was going into a very, very safe interview.
00:08:09.000 But Gavin is very slippery.
00:08:11.000 Whenever you think that there is not an escape hatch, Gavin Newsom finds one.
00:08:15.000 So Gavin Newsom was being interviewed this weekend.
00:08:17.000 And I find it interesting for a couple of reasons.
00:08:19.000 I don't just find it interesting because I believe he will be the Democrat nominee.
00:08:23.000 Of course, we can end up being wrong about that, but I'm pretty certain that Gavin Newsom is being properly trial ballooned this, and he's making the proper, he's making the appropriate denunciations and refusals.
00:08:34.000 Is Gavin Newsom in his interview mentions what is the true threat to the Republic?
00:08:41.000 And it's no longer Donald Trump.
00:08:43.000 And this is a very important point.
00:08:45.000 They are broadening and widening their domestic war.
00:08:48.000 It used to always be about Trump.
00:08:50.000 It used to be about removing Donald Trump.
00:08:52.000 We just got to get him out of office and everything will be better.
00:08:54.000 But now it's about domestic violent extremists, of which they can't articulate or tell you who they are.
00:08:59.000 Or now it's about the entire half of the country.
00:09:02.000 And so they have to create new enemies, tyrants that are not able to run on their record for eliminating homelessness or improving people's lives or raising wages.
00:09:11.000 They have to run on something.
00:09:12.000 So they need a foil.
00:09:13.000 They need an enemy.
00:09:14.000 They need an opposition.
00:09:15.000 They need something to lean against.
00:09:17.000 And that something just so happens to be Tucker Carlson.
00:09:23.000 That's right.
00:09:24.000 Gavin Newsom, in an interview over the weekend, said that he is more worried about Tucker Carlson than Donald Trump.
00:09:32.000 Now, that very well might be a cheap talking point.
00:09:36.000 That might be something that was workshop or rehearsed, but it's very instructive, I believe.
00:09:40.000 It's instructive in the sense that Gavin Newsom, the governor of the nation's largest state and wealthiest state, is fixating on a cable television host, the most popular cable television host, that draws three to four million people every single night.
00:09:56.000 Why?
00:09:56.000 Not the former president at Mar-a-Lago.
00:09:58.000 No longer is he focused on the Republican infrastructure.
00:10:01.000 No, it's focusing on the narrative.
00:10:05.000 And I think that is something now the Democrats are going to latch on to more.
00:10:08.000 And this is not the first time they've done this.
00:10:10.000 They did this when they thought that Facebook was the reason that Donald Trump won in 2016.
00:10:14.000 They are now very worried that the distribution of information, you being able to consume information absent censors or people trying to silence you, is a massive threat.
00:10:25.000 Gavin Newsom goes out of his way to not talk about how his state has become a complete and total third world country.
00:10:33.000 It's become Brazil with high crime and the elites are doing very well.
00:10:37.000 A very well-oiled machine of a technocratic Silicon Valley technological class, a well-paid government service class, and a permanent underclass that is addicted to government benefits.
00:10:49.000 Newsom never talks about that.
00:10:53.000 Look, in the good old days, we Americans argued about which policies to pursue to improve this beautiful country.
00:10:59.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:11:00.000 Too often we find ourselves arguing about whether or not America is great or not, or whether we should be ashamed or whether we should love America.
00:11:08.000 The reason for this is simple.
00:11:09.000 For too many years, too many of our schools have been neglecting to teach young people about our great heritage of liberty, presenting them instead a dishonest narrative of America as a fundamentally unjust or racist country.
00:11:20.000 Hillsdale College is weighing in for America, the wonderful Hillsdale College, by offering a free online course, such as The Great American Story, A Land of Hope, Constitution 101, The Meaning of History of the Constitution.
00:11:32.000 As we get closer to Constitution Day, September 17th, I encourage all of you to enroll in one of these wonderful free courses from Hillsdale.
00:11:39.000 And even better, encourage your friends and family to sign up too.
00:11:42.000 Begin your Hillsdale course today at charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:11:45.000 That is charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:11:48.000 Check it out, charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:11:52.000 We have the best listeners.
00:11:54.000 Somebody said, What about J.B. Pritzker running for president for Illinois?
00:11:59.000 It worked for Obama coming out of Illinois.
00:12:02.000 Thank you, Dan, for the email.
00:12:04.000 I am going to say the obvious.
00:12:05.000 Obama and Pritzker are two very different type of politicians.
00:12:09.000 Let's just leave it that way.
00:12:11.000 So, Newsom, I think, is someone who's going to run in 24.
00:12:14.000 And I think this is important because I think it ties into the midterms.
00:12:16.000 We can't stop looking at the midterms.
00:12:18.000 Midterms are super important.
00:12:19.000 We got some new polls out, by the way, that show the Washington Senate race is a statistical tie.
00:12:24.000 That's right.
00:12:25.000 The state of Washington Senate race is a statistical tie between the Marxist Patty Murray and Tiffany Smiley.
00:12:33.000 By the way, I'm going to try to change my language and hold me accountable to this unless it is necessary to say I'm going to try to describe Democrats as Marxists.
00:12:45.000 I made the decision yesterday.
00:12:47.000 It's going to be, just hold me accountable.
00:12:48.000 I know I'm not going to do a great job of it because I'm not used to it.
00:12:51.000 Unless it's necessary to say, for example, the Democrat Party or, but they're total Marxists.
00:12:55.000 We need to brand them as that.
00:12:56.000 We did a whole show on who Karl Marx is, what he believes, and how his ideas have been applied on the Charlie Kirk Show podcast page.
00:13:04.000 You guys could check it out.
00:13:05.000 So you got Patty Murray, who's a Marxist, running against Tiffany Smiley, who's a Republican in the state of Washington.
00:13:12.000 By the way, why is it important that we do that?
00:13:14.000 They're calling all of us fascists.
00:13:17.000 Immediately, we must transition.
00:13:19.000 If they want to elevate the language, they want to escalate, sorry, the language, we must double and triple down.
00:13:24.000 I think Joe Biden is actually closer to a quasi-authoritarian fascist Marxist.
00:13:31.000 You might say fascist, Marxist.
00:13:33.000 How does that work?
00:13:33.000 His elements of both.
00:13:35.000 Pandering to some big business and giving them handouts, Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, Johnson Johnson, while also believing in cultural Marxism, of social relativity, of transgenderism.
00:13:48.000 Maybe he's a semi-Marxist.
00:13:51.000 So it all ties in together.
00:13:52.000 We're going to get into some of these polls.
00:13:54.000 By the way, there's some great trends that are starting to appear in the Nevada Senate race with Adam Laxall.
00:14:01.000 It is a sleeper race.
00:14:03.000 I think we could totally take out Cortez Masto, driven, by the way, by Hispanic voters defecting from the Democrat Party.
00:14:12.000 Very exciting stuff.
00:14:14.000 But Gavin Newsom sat down for an interview with the new Rachel Maddow.
00:14:20.000 I don't know her name.
00:14:21.000 And so she sat down.
00:14:24.000 I want to play this piece of tape here.
00:14:25.000 First, this is the interesting one.
00:14:27.000 Cut 60.
00:14:29.000 Gavin Newsom saying that Republicans are the ruthless ones, and the Democrat Party needs to assert itself more aggressively, as if the indictment of Bannon, Navarro, raiding O'Keefe's home, raiding Giuliani's home, raiding Trump's home, raiding Catholic pro-life activists' home with 30 SWAT members, going after entire half of the country, spying them and calling them domestic terrorists because they just go up to stroke.
00:14:54.000 The school board meetings is not aggressive enough, according to Gavin Newsom.
00:14:58.000 Play cut 60.
00:15:00.000 These guys are ruthless on the other side.
00:15:01.000 Where are we?
00:15:03.000 Where are we organizing bottom-up, a compelling alternative network?
00:15:07.000 Where are we going on the offense every single day?
00:15:10.000 They're winning right now.
00:15:12.000 The Democratic Party has to assert itself much more aggressively.
00:15:17.000 We have to be much more aggressive.
00:15:20.000 What is he talking about?
00:15:22.000 Well, that's the way a lot of people in the Democrat Party feel.
00:15:25.000 They do not believe in the rule of law, presumption of innocence.
00:15:30.000 No, Gavin Newsom is articulating a once-fringe belief in the Democrat Party that leg irons, handcuffs, surveillance, calling half the country terrorists and fascists, is not just necessary, it's helpful for them politically.
00:15:46.000 He's saying that we're the ones that are fighting hard.
00:15:49.000 I got some news for you, Gavin Newsom.
00:15:51.000 Republicans have not even started to fight.
00:15:53.000 We are just waking up to the idea of beginning to fight.
00:15:59.000 We are just the beginning inches of what the possible power of the conservative movement could be through education, culturally, religiously, economically, financially, entrepreneurially.
00:16:13.000 We're finally realizing that, okay, the left has taken over everything like a virus contagion via the progressives, the administrative state, the post-modernists, the post-structuralists.
00:16:23.000 They've infected every corner of the American society.
00:16:26.000 We weren't fighting for 50 years.
00:16:28.000 We are in the first inning, and Gavin Newsom thinks we're aggressive.
00:16:32.000 He's seen nothing.
00:16:32.000 And, of course, he must stay peaceful.
00:16:34.000 I have to say that all the time because the media loves to misrepresent our words.
00:16:38.000 But we are just beginning to entertain the idea of what fighting might be.
00:16:42.000 They took over everything.
00:16:43.000 They've been fighting for a long time.
00:16:44.000 They're worried.
00:16:45.000 What Gavin Newsom is worried about, which is why he's trying to rally his troops to fight more to stunt our movement, he's worried that finally Republicans and conservatives are willing to meet the left on their own terrain, that we're willing to play offense, that we're willing to challenge them.
00:17:02.000 And that's why he hates Tucker Carlson so much, because Tucker is charismatic.
00:17:07.000 Tucker is articulate.
00:17:08.000 And boy, does this feel similar to Barack Hussein Obama when he said Rush Limbaugh was the great threat to the country.
00:17:18.000 Hey, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:19.000 When it comes to liberals in Congress, there's no way they would accept term limits on themselves.
00:17:24.000 And yet now they're fighting tooth and nail to impose term limits on Supreme Court justices.
00:17:28.000 Term limits for thee, but not for me.
00:17:31.000 Sounds completely hypocritical.
00:17:33.000 Of course it is.
00:17:34.000 But since when has that ever been a problem for the American left?
00:17:36.000 They do whatever they want to try to seize more power, even if it means purging the Supreme Court of its most experienced justices.
00:17:43.000 To no one's surprise, their new court purging scheme would remove long-serving, amazing justices like the super brilliant Clarence Thomas and the courageous Samuel Alito.
00:17:53.000 They would then replace these new justices with a rubber stamp and their radical agenda.
00:17:57.000 Since Democrats are working hard to pass court purging with term limits, we need to work even harder to stop it, or the Supreme Court, as we know it, will never be the same.
00:18:04.000 If you care about the integrity of the Supreme Court and don't want to see it taken over by political hacks, go to supremecoup.com.
00:18:10.000 That is supremecoup.com.
00:18:16.000 They've done this before.
00:18:17.000 I remember when Obama went after Rush Limbaugh.
00:18:21.000 They know that the real power is in the people and the communicators and the narrative of the people.
00:18:27.000 So Gavin Newsom decided to spend some of his commentary in saying, look, I'm not worried about Trump as much as I'm worried about Tucker Carlson.
00:18:41.000 Play cut 68.
00:18:43.000 I worry about Trump.
00:18:46.000 I worry about Trumpism.
00:18:48.000 I worry more about Tucker Carlson.
00:18:50.000 I worry about Ron DeSantis.
00:18:53.000 He's a bully.
00:18:55.000 He threatened the Special Olympics in $27 million in fines.
00:18:58.000 Who does that?
00:19:01.000 You guys, I mean, Abbott is light years ahead in policy than DeSantis, but DeSantis weaponized it to the next level.
00:19:10.000 So, yeah, I worry about Trump because, you know, Trump has proven that democracy is now partisan, which is remarkable.
00:19:22.000 Could you imagine being in that audience?
00:19:24.000 Wow, that's so profound.
00:19:25.000 Yeah, democracy is partisan.
00:19:28.000 I'll be honest, the more I hear of Gavin Newsom, the more I believe he's totally beatable.
00:19:33.000 And this is interesting.
00:19:35.000 I mean, if Trump runs in 2024, which it looks like it'd be an inevitability that he's going to run in 2024, or if it's DeSantis or whatever, you look at the average Republican candidate.
00:19:44.000 You take Mastriano, you take Kerry Lake, you take Blake Masters, you take Herschel Walker, you take JD Vance.
00:19:51.000 They are far and away more articulate than Gavin Newsom.
00:19:55.000 Why?
00:19:56.000 They have to deal with legitimate questions on a daily basis.
00:20:00.000 Gavin Newsom says, well, Trump, you know, Trump made democracy partisan.
00:20:07.000 What are you talking about?
00:20:10.000 And that's their new thing.
00:20:12.000 Whenever they talk about democracy, of course, it doesn't mean democracy.
00:20:16.000 It means when Democrats are not in control.
00:20:19.000 That's what they mean by democracy.
00:20:22.000 But they understand the power of the narrative.
00:20:25.000 As they're trying to execute a civilizational transition, they're trying to take America from one thing, one form, into something completely different.
00:20:35.000 And Joe Biden has played his role already as the bridge, as the transition, as the overseer of that transitory phase.
00:20:41.000 But they're very worried that someone's going to call them out on their nonsense.
00:20:45.000 You see, Tucker is a conduit to the truth.
00:20:48.000 And it's not just Tucker.
00:20:49.000 It's Bannon's program.
00:20:51.000 It's this program.
00:20:52.000 It's several others.
00:20:53.000 Jesse Waters has been having amazing shows lately.
00:20:56.000 Have you been seeing Jesse?
00:20:57.000 It's awesome.
00:21:00.000 And so Newsom and many others know that as long as there is a drumbeat that they can't cancel, as long as there's a drumbeat like Laura Ingram and many others that they can't eliminate, as long as there's AM radio out there, like the great one, Levin, and so many of these other colleagues and people that are in the fight for liberty, then it's decentralized.
00:21:25.000 And Newsom knows that.
00:21:27.000 Newsome's not saying this by mistake.
00:21:30.000 Newsom is trying to trial balloon the eventual censorship and the eventual silencing of the entire right of the country.
00:21:41.000 Do you see how it broadens from it's Donald Trump who's a threat to the Republic or a threat to democracy, which of course we're not a democracy, which the wonderful Hillsdale College educates very well on as we're here in Hillsdale, Michigan, to all of a sudden it broadens.
00:21:56.000 It broadens to the people that are merely calling out their nonsense.
00:22:00.000 What do tyrants hate?
00:22:03.000 They hate sunlight, which is actually an inverse of the promise of the Washington Post.
00:22:12.000 The Washington Post is always saying democracy dies in darkness.
00:22:15.000 First of all, we're not a democracy.
00:22:18.000 But secondly, it's interesting because what they're trying to say is that we're going to be the examining light of nefarious activity.
00:22:29.000 And as soon as someone even just puts a little bit of examination onto one of these people, whether it be Andrew Cuomo, Hillary Clinton, Gavin Newsom, they immediately have to attack the messenger instantaneously.
00:22:45.000 And this is not new.
00:22:47.000 Barack Obama did this all the time.
00:22:50.000 I believe Tucker Carlson is the heir and has inherited the power, the audience, and the impact, at least for now, that Rush Limbaugh enjoyed for 20 years.
00:23:05.000 He's in a different medium.
00:23:07.000 He's on television.
00:23:08.000 It's not AM radio.
00:23:09.000 It's not podcasting.
00:23:12.000 But no mistake, Tucker drives the news cycle.
00:23:16.000 Tucker is not just for the base.
00:23:18.000 It is for Democrats.
00:23:19.000 It's for independents.
00:23:19.000 It's for moderates.
00:23:21.000 Tucker is entertaining.
00:23:22.000 At times, he's sarcastic.
00:23:25.000 He's truthful.
00:23:26.000 He talks about issues that no one else is willing to talk about, which is why Gavin Newsom has to single him out.
00:23:32.000 Obama did the exact same thing.
00:23:34.000 This is Obama going after Rush Limbaugh when Rush was the one beating the drum against the Democrat regime.
00:23:42.000 Play cut 74.
00:23:44.000 What I can comment on is the fact that all decent folks can agree that the remarks that were made don't have any place in the public discourse.
00:23:56.000 Being part of a democracy involves argument and disagreements and debate, and we want you to be engaged, and there's a way to do it that doesn't involve you being demeaned and insulted.
00:24:17.000 So that's Obama going after the great Rush Limbaugh after the Sandrew Fluck, Sandra Fluck controversy, which I don't need to relitigate the whole thing, where Limbaugh went after Sandra Fluck and then Cancel Culture and the nonsense went after Rush Limbaugh, including Barack Obama.
00:24:31.000 Producer Andrew says it's fluke.
00:24:34.000 No, Rush used to call her Sandra Fluck, but that's just that's something else.
00:24:39.000 We'll talk.
00:24:42.000 I know it's Sandra Fluke, but that's we're going back a decade.
00:24:46.000 It's actually a decade and two years.
00:24:48.000 Just like Peter Struckstroke smirker, Chuck Yuschumer.
00:24:52.000 Oh, man, he was so great.
00:24:54.000 They have to go after the narrative.
00:24:57.000 The narrative is supreme.
00:25:00.000 The regime rests on the power of the narrative.
00:25:05.000 They need a uniform drumbeat and just understand what happens when we are able to get the message out.
00:25:14.000 Look at, for example, the reaction to the Chinese coronavirus, from the vaccine to the lockdowns to masks.
00:25:23.000 How much longer would they have been able to continue to proliferate their tyranny if it wasn't for opposition media?
00:25:30.000 And they're always talking about how we need protections for journalists and how journalists are the greatest thing ever, even though they never examine half the country.
00:25:38.000 They never look into BLM and their shenanigans.
00:25:42.000 They never look into any of that at all whatsoever.
00:25:44.000 Instead, this is what they want the media to be.
00:25:47.000 They want the media to be Donna Brazil, who might be a sweet woman, but I'll tell you, actually, I should rephrase that.
00:25:57.000 I actually know she's not a sweet person.
00:25:58.000 I'm trying to be nice, and I'm going to stop that.
00:26:00.000 I should just be honest.
00:26:02.000 She's not a sweet person.
00:26:04.000 She leaked debate questions to Hillary Clinton.
00:26:07.000 She's a liar.
00:26:08.000 This is what they want on your television.
00:26:11.000 This is so low IQ television where Stalin wouldn't put up with this in Pravda.
00:26:19.000 Play cut six.
00:26:21.000 Democrats understand that the stakes are high.
00:26:23.000 This is a consequential midterm, and we know we have to defy history.
00:26:26.000 That being said, look at the alternative.
00:26:28.000 What are the Republicans planning to do to harm you, to harm the economy?
00:26:33.000 Joe Biden has really done a fabulous job, I think, in making sure that everyday Americans can feel the things that he's doing.
00:26:43.000 He's done a fabulous job.
00:26:46.000 I don't think this helps them.
00:26:48.000 I mean, even honest Democrats know he's not done a, quote, fabulous job.
00:26:54.000 And now they're bringing out from the bleachers, they are emptying their roster.
00:26:59.000 Jen Psaki is back.
00:27:02.000 Circle back girl.
00:27:04.000 She's here to tell us what the midterms are about.
00:27:07.000 Not about inflation, not about crime, not about the border.
00:27:12.000 No, in fact, Jen Psaki says the following, play cut 18.
00:27:18.000 Yeah, look, I think that Democrats, if the election is about who is the most extreme, as we saw Kevin McCarthy touch on there with Marjorie Taylor Greene, I'll say her name sitting over his left side, then they're going to win.
00:27:32.000 If it is a referendum on the president, they will lose.
00:27:35.000 And they know that.
00:27:36.000 They also know that crime is a huge vulnerability for Democrats.
00:27:39.000 I would say one of the biggest vulnerabilities.
00:27:41.000 Yeah, it's just a matter of who's extreme.
00:27:44.000 You know, the people that want to get rid of fossil fuels, keep our borders wide open.
00:27:48.000 When you look at who has the power, and this is the deeper point: Tucker and previously Rush and many others, they were powerful.
00:28:00.000 They are powerful because of you, because of the audience.
00:28:04.000 And so, when Gavin Newsom says, I'm worried about Tucker Carlson, you know what he's worried about?
00:28:08.000 He's worried about Tucker Carlson's audience.
00:28:12.000 He's worried about people.
00:28:14.000 He's worried about being held legitimately accountable.
00:28:22.000 What is going on in the Silver State in Nevada?
00:28:28.000 There is something very interesting brewing.
00:28:30.000 Now, producer Andrew is from Nevada, and I have to say, he's appropriately cynical about the political future in Nevada.
00:28:37.000 And I understand it completely.
00:28:39.000 He grew up in Nevada.
00:28:40.000 He used to be a reliably red state.
00:28:43.000 And then Harry Reid and that group of criminals turned it into an unrecognizable union-dominated, culinary union-dominated nightmare.
00:28:54.000 Every time they think that they can pull one off, every time conservatives think they got a chance, it just so happens enough ballots turn up right on the strip, unaccounted for, well, allegedly unaccounted for, and it just seems to slip away.
00:29:10.000 Harry Reid won by 150 votes against John Ensign in 2000.
00:29:16.000 Harry Reid barely beat Sharon Engel.
00:29:18.000 I think that was 2010, if I'm not mistaken.
00:29:22.000 Barely.
00:29:24.000 Now, Republicans can win Senate races in Nevada.
00:29:28.000 I believe his name was Dean Heller recently, was a senator from Nevada.
00:29:34.000 And Adam Laxalt is shocking the world.
00:29:38.000 Nevada has all of a sudden become this sleeper race where Democrats are almost beginning to expect a loss in the state of Nevada.
00:29:51.000 So there's a couple things happening in Nevada.
00:29:53.000 Number one, Governor Sisilak is one of the worst governors in America.
00:29:58.000 He's a Democrat governor, and he has a lot of resentment brewing in Nevada because of how he inappropriately locked down the casino and gaming industry, how he went full Gestapo.
00:30:10.000 A lot of people lost their jobs.
00:30:11.000 A lot of people lost their livelihoods.
00:30:14.000 A lot of people never got back to where they were.
00:30:16.000 There is serious financial misery that is all over Clark County, all over Clark County, although Clark County is the biggest county in Nevada.
00:30:28.000 And so the gaming industry in particular was just destroyed by Sisilak, which is a massive amount of jobs.
00:30:35.000 Now, you know, casino gambling might not be your thing.
00:30:38.000 That's not the point.
00:30:38.000 The point is that it's an economic engine, and there's so many other things, so many other industries that are supported outside of just not casino gaming, restaurants, entertainment shows, plays, all sorts of different things, sporting events, conventions.
00:30:52.000 A lot of stuff happens in Vegas outside of just the stereotypical stuff, which is this, by the way, it's a very depraved place in a certain sense, but so is every American city.
00:31:00.000 And I think there's some wonderful people in Vegas, and I know them, and I have dear friends there.
00:31:04.000 But they destroyed that industry inappropriately, unnecessarily.
00:31:07.000 So that's number one.
00:31:08.000 Number two, Nevada has seen a significant increase in out-of-state people coming from California.
00:31:15.000 And a lot of them have been Republicans.
00:31:17.000 A lot of them are not necessarily coming to Nevada just to go vote for Democrats.
00:31:23.000 A lot of that growth has been in the Lake Tahoe area or the Reno area, or and especially in the Vegas area, the Summerlin area.
00:31:30.000 They're leaving for tax purposes.
00:31:32.000 And so a candidate like Adam Laxalt, who quite honestly is very disciplined, run for office several times, not a lot you can attack Laxalt on.
00:31:43.000 Not a lot you can go after him.
00:31:45.000 That helps him.
00:31:46.000 But the second thing, which is very, very important, and we have Adam Laxalt coming on the program this Thursday, is that Latinos in Nevada are defecting from Catherine Cortez-Masto in huge numbers.
00:32:02.000 Now, I think Catherine Cortez-Masto is Hispanic.
00:32:05.000 I'm just assuming based on her last name.
00:32:07.000 So that's particularly interesting if this actually ends up playing out, that Laxalt very well might be able to beat someone who is Hispanic with Latinos defying a Hispanic candidate.
00:32:21.000 Now, what am I looking at here?
00:32:23.000 Three different independent polls, Trafalgar, Insider, and The Hill, all have Adam Laxalt up a point, three points, or four points.
00:32:32.000 CNN has now come out and has officially named Castro Masto.
00:32:38.000 No, that's not right.
00:32:39.000 Cortez-Mastro.
00:32:42.000 It's in our show prep is Castro Masto.
00:32:45.000 That's not her name.
00:32:46.000 It might as well be.
00:32:47.000 No, it's Cortez-Masto, the most vulnerable senator in the country.
00:32:52.000 No, it's fine.
00:32:54.000 It's just Cortez Masto, Castro Mastro, whatever.
00:32:56.000 I'm sure she's got some Castro leanings and some of her philosophical predispositions.
00:33:00.000 Laxalt is surging in Nevada.
00:33:03.000 Walker is surging in Georgia.
00:33:05.000 Oh, I wish I had time to cover this.
00:33:07.000 If the Democrats want to lose the Senate race in Georgia, keep on saying you want to rename the Braves.
00:33:13.000 Like, go after that.
00:33:14.000 Go all in on saying you want to rename the Atlanta Braves.
00:33:17.000 The White House is saying we should really need to have that kind of conversation.
00:33:20.000 Good luck with that.
00:33:22.000 There's something happening.
00:33:23.000 This is why they got to attack the communicators.
00:33:25.000 They got to attack the narrative.
00:33:26.000 These recent polls out of Nevada are very promising.
00:33:30.000 Again, I'm not going to be happy until it's over, but there's something very, very important happening there.
00:33:37.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
