The Charlie Kirk Show - GROUNDED—United Airlines Crosses a Dangerous Line

00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:00:03.000 Producer Andrew Colvett filling in for Charlie today, but never fear, we have a fully loaded show just in store for you guys.

00:00:10.000 The show must go on, and it does.

00:00:13.000 It does indeed.

00:00:14.000 We cover the news breaking out of Virginia that guess what?

00:00:19.000 Surprise, surprise, Yunkin is not going to fight for mask freedom and mandate freedom in Virginia.

00:00:28.000 He is bowing out of that one.

00:00:31.000 We have the update there.

00:00:32.000 And we have an explosive new report out of South Lake, Texas, where lo and behold, the feds are coming down, breathing down the necks of parents that just took back their school boards.

00:00:42.000 We have that in an exclusive interview with United Airlines pilots that are now, because of that company's mandate, not getting paid, not getting insurance.

00:00:54.000 These are people with families.

00:00:55.000 We have the exclusive for you.

00:00:56.000 You're not going to want to miss it.

00:00:57.000 You're going to want to get behind these people.

00:00:59.000 Buckle up, everybody.

00:01:00.000 Here we go.

00:01:01.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:01:03.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.

00:01:05.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:01:09.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:01:12.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:01:13.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:01:14.000 His spirit, his love of this country.

00:01:16.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.

00:01:21.000 Turning point USA. 0.65

00:01:22.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:01:31.000 That's why we are here.

00:02:02.000 I am going to be joined in this segment by Captain Sherry Walker and Captain Dave Morgan of Airline Employees for Health Freedom.

00:02:11.000 They happen to be United Airlines pilots, and they are pretty good at what they do.

00:02:16.000 787 International 767.

00:02:19.000 These guys are experts.

00:02:21.000 They keep us safe.

00:02:22.000 They make the skies friendly.

00:02:24.000 They get us from point A to point B.

00:02:26.000 And now they are going to tell us their story about their experience with these vax mandates that have been spreading across the country.

00:02:34.000 There is news today that OSHA has now, at least temporarily, sidelined this plan of vax mandates pending circuit court judgments that have fully put a stop to it, at least for the time being.

00:02:46.000 So we're going to keep monitoring that.

00:02:48.000 Dave Morgan, thank you so much for joining us.

00:02:50.000 Captain Sherry Walker, thank you so much for joining us.

00:02:53.000 Tell us a little bit about what you guys have been going through.

00:02:56.000 I've got some tape, by the way, that we can play at some point in the segment of the CEO of United.

00:02:56.000 The floor is yours.

00:03:02.000 I know you're not speaking on behalf of United here, but I do have, I think it's, I think it's pertinent to what we're discussing.

00:03:07.000 So I do want to get to that, but tell us what you've been going through.

00:03:10.000 Tell us a little bit about your background.

00:03:12.000 Are you guys getting paid right now?

00:03:14.000 I went on unpaid leave a week ago on Friday.

00:03:18.000 I'm a pilot for United Airlines.

00:03:20.000 I was hired in Continental Airlines in 1998.

00:03:23.000 So I've been here 23 and a half years.

00:03:26.000 We span many years out in the island of Guam for Micronesia.

00:03:30.000 And three years ago, just before the pandemic, we moved from Guam to the great state of Arizona.

00:03:37.000 And I'm on a seven, I fly 787 out of San Francisco.

00:03:42.000 Pandemic came down the pipe, and we pressed on.

00:03:45.000 We are the front lines that were willing to do whatever it took.

00:03:52.000 We are a team of many, many people.

00:03:55.000 And I'm just representing, I'm a voice representing thousands who I wish also could have this opportunity to speak.

00:04:02.000 But we, we worked through this thing and with a really can do cooperative spirit of let's get through this.

00:04:13.000 Because I, you know, I was also a pilot during 9-11.

00:04:16.000 I remember that vividly.

00:04:18.000 We worked through that.

00:04:20.000 And then suddenly on the back side of this, here comes this vaccine mandate.

00:04:25.000 And those of us who pressed on and made the wheels turn, the airplanes fly, the people who were able to fly for point A to we were there to get them there.

00:04:39.000 And all of a sudden, Scott Kirby says, we're not safe anymore.

00:04:44.000 You're done.

00:04:45.000 So as of last Friday, I've been placed on unpaid leave and they've basically cut my cord.

00:04:52.000 I have no insurance, no benefits.

00:04:55.000 I can't retire.

00:04:56.000 I have no access to anything.

00:04:58.000 They have shut me down.

00:05:00.000 And to make it worse, I can't pass travel.

00:05:04.000 I can't even jump seat on other airline jump seats.

00:05:09.000 So I'm scrambling right now to see what I'm going to do with insurance.

00:05:12.000 I have three boys, 12, 16, and 18.

00:05:14.000 Yeah, I saw the pictures of your family, Dave.

00:05:16.000 And it was, I mean, you have a beautiful family.

00:05:18.000 They're young.

00:05:19.000 I mean, it's, I mean, what are they going to do when their breadwinner of the family is unable to collect a paycheck for the company he's served for 23 years?

00:05:27.000 I think it's criminal, frankly.

00:05:28.000 And Captain Sherry Walker, I want to get to you as well.

00:05:32.000 So you're the co-founder of this group.

00:05:34.000 Who do you represent?

00:05:36.000 I see on your website here that there's a religious liberty aspect to what you guys are doing, you know, religious exemptions, things like that.

00:05:44.000 Talk us through what you guys are working on.

00:05:46.000 Who's part of this group and how did it come to be?

00:05:49.000 Hi, Andrew, and thank you.

00:05:50.000 Yes, I am a co-founder along with Laura Cox of Airline Employees for Health Freedom.

00:05:55.000 We're approximately or approaching 4,000 members across the airline industry.

00:06:00.000 Yes, we have members from Hawaiian Airlines.

00:06:03.000 We have members from Southwest Airlines, but we've actually taken it across the transportation industry with now members from Amtrak and the trucking industry as well.

00:06:13.000 So on August 6th, when our CEO announced the vaccine mandate, we realized that it was his right.

00:06:22.000 A business has a right to set its work rules.

00:06:24.000 However, they are obligated under Title VII to follow the established laws.

00:06:30.000 So throughout the process, which was discriminatory and retaliatory, and Dave's story kind of tells us a lot about it.

00:06:36.000 He's one of thousands.

00:06:38.000 We grew very quickly into an organization to help people reach out to the company, get their religious exemptions and medical ADA exemptions in place.

00:06:50.000 The unfortunate part is, as you'll show in your video, it appears that the decks were stacked against us.

00:06:56.000 And as deadlines came and went, as Dave said, on the 27th, we all flew airplanes.

00:07:01.000 On the 28th of September, we were all unsafe to fly airplanes because we didn't have a jab.

00:07:06.000 So together, the 2,000 United employees that are in our organization started a class action lawsuit against our employer to force them to follow Title VII.

00:07:18.000 We do not believe that unpaid, indefinite leave is a reasonable accommodation.

00:07:23.000 We believe that the models like Delta Airlines doing their testing and others would be more than appropriate.

00:07:30.000 And unfortunately, we're worried about how this is going to play out in this busy travel season.

00:07:35.000 Well, of course.

00:07:36.000 I mean, all we're hearing about is there's a labor supply issue, especially with the airlines.

00:07:41.000 I mean, you guys ramped up.

00:07:42.000 You guys got you ramped down during the pandemic and then you ramped right back up.

00:07:46.000 There was some of those employees were no longer employees.

00:07:49.000 You had to restaff.

00:07:50.000 You had to retrain.

00:07:52.000 There's been a massive amount of delays.

00:07:54.000 I mean, so now all of a sudden, despite all of those challenges, United Airlines is going to double down and they're going to say, you guys are no longer fit to fly 787 International 767 as you do, Sherry.

00:08:05.000 So, you know, and if it's okay, I mean, I don't want to interrupt your story because it's important to hear directly from you guys, but I want to play a couple pieces of sound here.

00:08:15.000 Cut 71.

00:08:16.000 This is United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby asks whether employees who obtain an exemption will be placed on unpaid lead.

00:08:22.000 I want to hear the question and then I'm going to play his answer.

00:08:24.000 Cut 71.

00:08:26.000 We do have a couple questions with respect to vaccine.

00:08:31.000 One of them is from Anonymous here.

00:08:33.000 It says, I've been told by management pilot that pilots who get the approval to use the wrap for medical or religious reasons to avoid the COVID vaccine, they would still be on the United seniority list.

00:08:46.000 However, they will stay home and not be paid.

00:08:49.000 Is this really how United plans on handling this very sensitive issue?

00:08:54.000 Okay.

00:08:54.000 Now, stick with me here.

00:08:56.000 Let's play his answer.

00:08:58.000 And I have to say, Dave, you sent me this this morning.

00:09:01.000 I was drop jawed at his tone.

00:09:04.000 I would say it was tone deaf.

00:09:06.000 It was remarkably tone deaf.

00:09:08.000 So let's go ahead and play it for the audience.

00:09:10.000 72, Cut 72.

00:09:12.000 I don't think so.

00:09:14.000 I don't know.

00:09:15.000 You got that.

00:09:16.000 That is a question.

00:09:17.000 I don't know.

00:09:18.000 Although I don't think that's the case.

00:09:20.000 By the way, there are going to be very few people that get through the medical and religious exemption.

00:09:25.000 There's some pretty strict rules about that.

00:09:28.000 So I would encourage any pilot that's decided they all of a sudden, or any employee that's all of a sudden decided I'm really religious and I'm going to say I'm going to get, you know, you're putting your job on the line.

00:09:40.000 You better be very careful about that.

00:09:42.000 So Sherry, Dave, did some pilots suddenly find religion or is that just the most offensive thing I've ever heard?

00:09:50.000 Let me preface that video with the fact that the entire video was played in the preliminary injunction hearing, 23 minutes of audio.

00:09:59.000 And it appeared that our Your Honor, Judge Pittman, wasn't as, didn't take kindly to those words as well.

00:10:07.000 So yes, it appears that while Scott Kirby has couched his claims on this vaccine mandate in safety, there perhaps might be some other underlying reasons.

00:10:20.000 And in fact, it was pointed out in the judge's ruling that United's presentation was basically pretextual.

00:10:27.000 In other words, it was hidden in safety, but it really was a marketing ploy.

00:10:30.000 So the fact that our boss said upfront before the vaccine mandate, reasonable accommodation deadline, that he was not going to honor majority of our religious beliefs and our medical issues.

00:10:42.000 Yeah, that's the basis for our case.

00:10:45.000 My goodness.

00:10:46.000 Well, and you mentioned that you're incorporating all of the transportation industry.

00:10:50.000 You know, I've got a cut here.

00:10:51.000 I'm not going to play it.

00:10:52.000 This is the CEO of the American Trucking Association, says that 37% of us of drivers not only said no, but hell no to getting the vaccine.

00:10:59.000 So we've got a supply chain shortage or supply chain crisis.

00:11:03.000 We've got a labor shortage.

00:11:05.000 And they are running full steam ahead on this, even though OSHA just suspended their own mandate.

00:11:11.000 Dave, where does this leave folks like you?

00:11:14.000 I mean, I got the pleasure to meet you in Phoenix yesterday.

00:11:18.000 Are you taking like a vacation?

00:11:21.000 I mean, what's the next steps for you guys?

00:11:23.000 I mean, how do we get to, how do we find a resolution?

00:11:25.000 What's the next step?

00:11:26.000 My step is to trust the Lord.

00:11:28.000 He is driving me right now, walking by faith.

00:11:31.000 So you didn't just suddenly find religion, Dave?

00:11:34.000 I mean, what an offensive comment from the CEO of United.

00:11:37.000 I can't believe he said that.

00:11:39.000 He is not concerned one bit about my health or any of my co-workers' health.

00:11:43.000 And he's certainly not encouraging us to pursue the freedoms allotted to us by the Constitution of our great and free country.

00:11:53.000 Well, and I want to open this.

00:11:55.000 I want to open this up to both of you.

00:11:56.000 So Biden is on the record publicly stating that United went from 59% of their employees to 99% of their employees getting vaccinated in two months after implementing the requirement.

00:12:08.000 So are you guys part of the 1% or is this complete hogwash?

00:12:13.000 Well, actually, there was about 40% of the company that was unvaccinated at the time of the mandate.

00:12:19.000 Now, through coercion, strong arming, basic threatening.

00:12:24.000 Yeah, we've had a lot of folks acquiesce.

00:12:26.000 Unfortunately, we've had a lot of folks acquiesce that have also found themselves harmed.

00:12:31.000 And we could go on for hours about stories of people who cannot get the vaccine, but yet the company threatened their job.

00:12:37.000 This week is Termination Week.

00:12:39.000 So the phones are ringing off the hook trying to help people.

00:12:42.000 You're talking about adverse events from the COVID vaccine, which is absolutely true.

00:12:47.000 I want to make sure people know how to get in touch with you and get behind your cause.

00:12:51.000 But, you know, have people at United not read the case of Gibraltar that has 100% vaccination rate and they are experiencing a massive spike in COVID cases, 100% vaccination rate.

00:13:05.000 And now you got the New Mexico governor who's saying that you're not fully vaccinated unless you have three shots.

00:13:10.000 So I don't know what the end game for these folks are, but they're certainly not paying attention to the science.

00:13:15.000 And I think it's really disappointing that a company like United would be putting good employees that have dedicated decades of their lives to that company through such a traumatic experience.

00:13:26.000 Look, everyone out there has been asking me, Charlie, how do I get more pillows?

00:13:30.000 Well, that's mypillow.com.

00:13:33.000 And it's promo code Charlie, actually.

00:13:34.000 It's a great special.

00:13:35.000 And MyPillow doesn't have their box stores anymore.

00:13:37.000 So we got to help them out.

00:14:32.000 God bless you guys for what you're doing.

00:14:34.000 Thank you for all of the work that you did, especially in the height of the pandemic.

00:14:38.000 You kept the airlines moving.

00:14:40.000 You kept everything moving forward at a very critical time.

00:14:43.000 And this is how they were paying you for it.

00:14:45.000 And it really infuriates me to hear your story and to know you have three young kids at home.

00:14:50.000 You sent me pictures of them.

00:14:51.000 It'd be a beautiful family.

00:14:52.000 We're talking salt of the earth people.

00:14:54.000 These are everyday Americans.

00:14:55.000 These are the people that keep us safe.

00:14:58.000 Dave, I just found it so poignant that when I asked you a question, what is your next step?

00:15:03.000 Your answer was, I think, profound.

00:15:05.000 You said you're going to trust God.

00:15:07.000 And these are the type of, you're the type of people that are keeping us safe, like I said.

00:15:11.000 And you're salt of the earth.

00:15:12.000 You have virtue.

00:15:13.000 You have hard work, dedication to these, to these companies for decades.

00:15:17.000 You know, what, what, what next steps can you guys take?

00:15:21.000 And I mean, in a very practical sense, what are the next couple of weeks looking like?

00:15:24.000 Is United Airlines going to be canceling flights?

00:15:27.000 Or is this going to be something that we see in the news?

00:15:30.000 Andrew, I'm focused on a fundraiser to keep our fight going in federal court.

00:15:35.000 And my blinders are really on peripherally.

00:15:38.000 Okay.

00:15:38.000 We're having a fundraiser in Cave Creek on Saturday at the Buffalo Chip with all right.

00:15:44.000 So hold on, Dave.

00:15:45.000 Hold on, Dave.

00:15:45.000 Cave Creek in Buffalo Chip, Arizona, Cave Creek, Arizona at the Buffalo Chip.

00:15:50.000 And how can people get involved in that fundraiser?

00:15:53.000 And if they don't live here, how can they get behind you guys?

00:15:55.000 If you don't live here, go to AEthnumber4HF.org and contribute to our funds.

00:16:06.000 Our fight, 100% of the funds goes to our legal fees.

00:16:11.000 We are a C4, a 501 C4, so no contributions are tax deductible, but every penny counts.

00:16:19.000 And we are unemployed people going out of pocket to pay for our own legal fight in federal court against a giant who's got a whole floor of staffed attorneys.

00:16:30.000 Now, if you're local, I invite you to come out and join us in Cave Creek, Arizona.

00:16:36.000 It's about 30 minutes north of the Phoenix airport.

00:16:39.000 Saturday, the 20th, one to five, we have a growing list of distinguished speakers.

00:16:44.000 And the top of that list is Dr. Cordy Williams.

00:16:47.000 He's running for U.S. Senate out of California, and he is flying in just for this event.

00:16:53.000 Yeah, I hope he's choosing his airlines wisely.

00:16:55.000 You know, that's something that occurs to me here, Sherry.

00:16:58.000 We've got a large national audience, large podcast audience, one of the top shows in the country.

00:17:03.000 I wonder how many of them fly united.

00:17:05.000 You know, I mean, this is going to have ramifications, especially if this story takes root.

00:17:12.000 There's competitors out there.

00:17:13.000 Delta does not have this policy.

00:17:15.000 Southwest does not have this policy, although they tried.

00:17:17.000 Am I correct?

00:17:18.000 Well, the key thing here is our case will be a precedent setting.

00:17:22.000 So right now, started in the fifth and they moved it to the sixth based on the lottery.

00:17:27.000 The OSHA mandate, which is a constitutional question that was going to force Southwest and all the rest of the airlines to have to implement this mandate, has been put on pause.

00:17:39.000 So there are choices out there.

00:17:42.000 Now, our employer has chosen to hold the line, so to speak, or take this foolishly to destroy the lives of some of its most experienced and valued workers.

00:17:54.000 We can get into the years and years of experience.

00:17:57.000 I mean, at some point, when you're looking at a 74-year-old flight attendant who's 50 years at the company and she's no longer valued because of her faith, that becomes criminal.

00:18:07.000 Well, yeah.

00:18:07.000 And I can't believe that.

00:18:10.000 I mean, I know I keep saying it, but the fact that he would say, oh, they found religion just recently, I mean, it's just preposterous and it's so offensive to so many people that have faith and sincerely held beliefs and don't want to be told what they do with their body.

00:18:21.000 I mean, bodily autonomy should be a core foundational principle of this country.

00:18:26.000 So guys, we only have 30 seconds left.

00:19:43.000 See website for details.

00:19:48.000 I want to pivot here to a story that is, it's really, it's a massive story.

00:19:55.000 It's out of South Lake, Texas.

00:19:57.000 Federal investigators, this is per NBC News, launched civil rights probe into South Lake, Texas schools.

00:20:02.000 Now, you will remember that South Lake became one of the hotbeds in this CRT school board battle that has been raging across the country with concerned parents.

00:20:12.000 Now, yesterday, Charlie did an amazing job covering Memo Gate, as we are thus dubbing it, where it has now become clear that despite Merrick Garland's claims that there was no FBI surveilling of parents, that is indeed the case.

00:20:30.000 A whistleblower has come forth.

00:20:32.000 Some of our favorite representatives like Jim Jordan out of Ohio have been leading on this issue.

00:20:39.000 Actually, we have Jim Jordan.

00:20:40.000 He's going to be joining the show here soon for a long-form discussion here shortly.

00:20:44.000 He's also got a great book out.

00:20:46.000 Recommend everybody checking it out.

00:20:48.000 So Jim Jordan's been out front on Memo Gate.

00:20:51.000 Now we find out that there's something brewing, and I don't love the direction.

00:20:59.000 There's two simultaneous concurrent streams that are running counter to what we all thought we learned after Virginia, after even New Jersey was too close to call on election night, after Republicans swept races all across the country, even in Seattle.

00:21:19.000 What were the messages that we thought we learned? 0.97

00:21:22.000 Well, that CRT is dumb and that parents don't like it and that it's a losing issue for Democrats. 0.94

00:21:28.000 And that Republicans get rewarded when they fight things like CRT, when they don't take a neutral stance in the public square, but fight it with everything they've got. 0.92

00:21:38.000 And they say, listen, I'm going to exercise state power and not cop out on some, you know, we believe in small government, which we do, but these are not mutually exclusive things.

00:21:50.000 The government, as constituted in the United States of America, is designed fundamentally to protect the rights of its citizens and to protect the rights of parents.

00:22:02.000 And what conservatives too often do is they hide behind that as an excuse to do nothing, to fight for nothing, to stand for nothing, and to be neutral.

00:22:13.000 Now, this report out of NBC, and I'm going to circle back to that.

00:22:17.000 Pardon the Jen Sakiism there. 1.00

00:22:20.000 Report out of hot air, a la pundit, Glenn Young, I won't stop local governments that want to impose COVID mandates.

00:22:26.000 Now, he ran on banning CRT on day one in office across the state.

00:22:34.000 Now, we liked that.

00:22:36.000 He got rewarded for that.

00:22:38.000 He got elected governor of Virginia for that type of stance.

00:22:44.000 And here we have him moving backwards.

00:22:49.000 And as a la Pundit put it, and I tend to agree, I don't think Ale Pundit is necessarily on board with this, but I agree with this.

00:22:55.000 Land speed record for traveling from populist hero to rhino sellout. 0.73

00:23:03.000 It's well put.

00:23:06.000 Now, I'm not going against Yunkin at this point.

00:23:10.000 I think he ran a smart race.

00:23:11.000 I think he embraced the populist energy in the conservative movement.

00:23:15.000 I thought he did a good job there.

00:23:17.000 I hope he follows through on banning CRT, but to move back on a mask mandate and vax mandates for our children and for the rest of society, he's not going to impose that on local governments.

00:23:32.000 So, do you see the issue here?

00:23:36.000 Where on the one hand, we get rewarded for doing something right and courageous and strong and fighting back with some teeth and some willpower.

00:23:44.000 And then, on the very next move, after getting rewarded and told you're on the right track, he steps back and he says, I'm not going to impose that locally.

00:23:53.000 It's not what us conservatives do.

00:23:58.000 No matter what the government says, the holidays are coming, and I hope you'll be spending it with friends and family.

00:24:03.000 It's never too late to start gift shopping for the holidays, especially because today you could save big on a gift they'll use every day, Raycon wireless earbuds.

00:24:11.000 Producer Andrew is a big Raycon fan.

00:24:14.000 In fact, he's an advocate.

00:24:15.000 Some would say a defender of Raycons. 0.99

00:24:18.000 My Raycons have traveled with me all around the world, but nothing compared to producer Andrews.

00:24:22.000 When he travels the country, he goes to Europe, he's always sending me pictures of himselfies with his Raycons. 0.99

00:25:22.000 Democrat strategists say the party should hit back harder against GOP critical race theory claims.

00:25:28.000 On a political level, it's a real threat, one strategist told Insider.

00:25:32.000 But strategists say they shouldn't lose sight of economic issues as a top priority.

00:25:37.000 Okay.

00:25:37.000 A little bit of back and forth, even in the header in the subhead.

00:25:42.000 They called it a racist dog whistle and a lie, but those messages haven't helped Democrats tamp down on the uproar Republicans are fueling over critical race theory, now a misused catch-all term for teaching on race and diversity in K through 12 schools that's firing up protests at school board meetings around the country.

00:26:00.000 In Virginia, Republican governor-elect Glenn Young exploited the term.

00:26:04.000 Interesting word choice, exploited, exploited the term and pledged to ban it in classrooms on his first day as governor.

00:26:12.000 And even though critical race theory, an academic approach to examining racial bias, that's very nice.

00:26:18.000 An academic approach to, it's white racism.

00:26:21.000 It's anti-white racism, pure and simple.

00:26:23.000 It's resegregation. 0.94

00:26:24.000 It's backwards.

00:26:25.000 It's the most regressive ideology that you will ever encounter.

00:26:29.000 It's cultural Marxism, but under the guise of racialism, of racial justice.

00:26:35.000 Okay?

00:26:36.000 That word justice.

00:26:37.000 It's the word that left claims.

00:26:40.000 And they don't have any idea of who gets to define what justice is.

00:26:44.000 It's basically their topic du jour, their morality du jour that continually moves.

00:26:51.000 It's not rooted in anything eternal.

00:26:52.000 It's not rooted in any type of faith, tradition that is eternal or long lasting, that has tradition behind it.

00:27:02.000 It's whatever they think justice is that day.

00:27:04.000 But they'll use the term, and then you are the person that they're going to contend with to get the justice that they deserve.

00:27:12.000 You conservative, you Republican, you racist parents all across the nation.

00:27:20.000 So they go and say that it's just CRT is just examining our history of racial bias and as it was most often taught in law schools.

00:27:27.000 Well, that was true until George Floyd and Floyd Apalooza.

00:27:33.000 Democrat strategists say the party should hit back harder against divisive GOP claims while not losing sight of the priority of voters and the economy.

00:27:41.000 Well, okay, at least they want to talk about the economy that they're running into the ground.

00:27:44.000 On a political level, it's a real threat that is allowing Republicans to claw back the inroads the Democrats have made in the suburbs over the last couple of election cycles, said Jim Manley, a longtime aide to former Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid.

00:27:57.000 Democrats haven't yet pushed back on this issue enough.

00:28:00.000 But the good news is the party's response is effective.

00:28:03.000 They just need to make the case relentlessly.

00:28:06.000 Voters run from the Republicans when Democrats peel back the onion on what these claims really mean.

00:28:11.000 And he basically goes on to say that the truth is on our side, that we're just examining the racial history of America.

00:28:19.000 And by the way, I hope they double down.

00:28:22.000 I hope they triple down on this awful, terrible, no-good idea, because it's what fueled these Republican gains all across the country, these conservative gains all across the country.

00:28:34.000 Now, there's this big push.

00:28:37.000 Conservatives get wins on the board.

00:28:39.000 Democrats say we're going to push back harder.

00:28:41.000 We're going to double down on CRT.

00:28:44.000 And we're going to just say it's just examining racial bias in our.

00:28:47.000 It's nothing.

00:28:48.000 Nothing to see here folks, and all across the nation Republicans recalled communist school board members, because that's basically what they are cultural Marxist, socialist sympathizers and they put conservatives in place.

00:29:01.000 This was an issue that had been left alone by conservatives for far too long, and meanwhile the left insidiously creeped in and started controlling our kids' education.

00:29:10.000 This is what we see in Scottsdale Arizona, where a 24 year old, childless basement dwelling miscreant compiles a dossier about parents that were concerned about what the schools were teaching their children in Scottsdale, no kids no, nothing.

00:29:24.000 Just wanted to run for any office, total socialist.

00:29:27.000 So in South Lake, Texas and this is the full circle moment they did something about it.

00:29:33.000 Friend of the show, Dana Lash, has been out front on this in South Lake.

00:29:37.000 She's a resident of South Lake, she was part of fighting back and they made incredible gains.

00:29:41.000 They took back the school board.

00:29:44.000 And now guess what?

00:29:45.000 MSNBC NBC, the kings and queens of the of the Kenosha Hearing, as it were, today that have now been banned from the courthouse.

00:29:55.000 Well, they have a new report out of South Lake, the U.S. Education Department's civil rights enforcement arm.

00:30:00.000 And, by the way, just a small note, whenever you give away your power to these federal bureaucracies that actually have the rule of law and the force of law behind them, which happened after the 60s, this is what you get.

00:30:11.000 The people of Southlake stood up, it took back their power and now the FED is coming in, the enforcement arm of the Civil Rights Division.

00:30:20.000 The Department official for civil rights notified the suburban school districts officials last week that it had opened three investigations into complaints about discrimination against students based on their race, gender and gender and national origin.

00:30:31.000 The agency declined to provide details on the allegation and doesn't comment on pending investigations.

00:30:37.000 The report goes on to say that the The fact that these investigations have been launched basically means they have really good reason to believe that they're going to take action.

00:30:47.000 Now, these investigations can take quite a long time.

00:30:51.000 They can take many, many months, even years.

00:30:56.000 So, I'm going to play the cut that just kind of plays this all, tells you it lays the story out, cut 76, play cut 76.

00:31:05.000 In South Lake, Texas, the U.S. Department of Education has launched three civil rights investigations at the Carroll School District over unspecified allegations of discrimination based on race, nationality, and gender.

00:31:16.000 Volunteers spent almost two years developing a school diversity plan, but some parents pushed back, launching a lawsuit that effectively killed the plan.

00:31:24.000 There will be no home for this toxic ideology here in South Lake.

00:31:28.000 So the federal investigations come three years after leaders in Carroll's school system, 30 miles northwest of Dallas, promised and ultimately failed to make these sweeping changes to address racism in the district following the release of a video of a white high school student chanting the N-word.

00:31:43.000 This is what happens.

00:31:43.000 Okay?

00:31:45.000 There's one incident.

00:31:47.000 The mainstream news media parrots it, trumpets it all over the place.

00:31:52.000 It then becomes this movement issue where helps fuel the riots, all this stuff.

00:31:58.000 So it was one incident that they claim.

00:32:00.000 Now they're investigating three.

00:32:03.000 Meanwhile, the parents rose up and took back control of Southlake, of the school board.

00:32:08.000 And guess what they did?

00:32:10.000 Just like the Democrat strategists told us they were going to do in the pages of Business Insider, they said, we're going to push back twice as hard.

00:32:17.000 We're going to double down because this is just racial bias in our country. 0.62

00:32:21.000 Folks, we have not seen the last of the CRT battles in this country.

00:32:24.000 We have only seen the beginning because these people, this is their religion.

00:32:29.000 This is where they get their purpose and value and meaning out of life is to fight the man and fight for justice, whatever that is today.

00:32:37.000 And they're coming for parents.

00:32:38.000 And it's coming for Southlake and many more places around the country.
