00:02:45.000 A development in the saga of Merrick Garland.

00:02:51.000 Now, we have been covering this story more extensively and more thoroughly than I believe than almost any other show of what was on the National School Board Association of America's letter to the White House that was actually concocted in collusion with the Biden White House that was then used as a basis for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Justice to launch a task force against moms and dads that show up at school boards across the country.

00:03:18.000 Now, you might remember a couple weeks ago, Merrick Garland testified in front of Congress, and Merrick Garland downplayed the entire situation.

00:03:28.000 When pressed, Merrick Garland said he could not imagine any circumstance that parents complaining about their school boards would be labeled as domestic terrorism.

00:03:36.000 You see, Merrick Garland has the Bob Mueller thing going.

00:03:39.000 Merrick Garland either doesn't know or is lying under oath to Congress willingly to cover up for a craven, radical, insidious, malevolent, and dangerous domestic agenda.

00:03:55.000 Now now that the war in Afghanistan is over, it is becoming more and more clear that the new war that the regime wants to conduct, the war that they want to wage, is a war on you. 0.50

00:04:08.000 The National School Board Association letter, otherwise known as the letter that broke the entire educational world, led to the memo, the memo from Merrick Garland that inexplicably called for the defense apparatus to use potentially the Patriot Act and Department of Homeland Security to go after moms and dads.

00:04:32.000 This is a legitimate scandal that is heating up, which we will now call MemoGate.

00:04:39.000 Cut 58, Merrick Garland in front of Congress said that he could not imagine any circumstance that parents complaining about their school boards would be labeled as domestic terrorism.

00:04:50.000 Cut 58.

00:04:51.000 Like you, I can't imagine any circumstance in which the Patriot Act would be used in the circumstances of parents complaining about their children, nor can I imagine a circumstance where they would be labeled as domestic terrorism.

00:05:06.000 New whistleblower last night shows that Merrick Garland lied under oath in front of Congress, as all of these deep state unelected operatives do.

00:05:15.000 No one voted for Merrick Garland.

00:05:17.000 Merrick Garland is an unelected Plato guardian type that wants to usher in a globalist, internationalist, borderless society while he does not actually have to live under those same rules and measures.

00:05:30.000 Whistleblower breaking last night.

00:05:33.000 The Federal Bureau of Investigation, the FBI, created a threat tag to track allegedly menacing statements against school boards and their members after Attorney General Merrick Garland directed the Bureau to take the lead on hyper-local disputes.

00:05:49.000 A whistleblower has revealed.

00:05:51.000 The email dated October 20th, about a month ago, released Tuesday by House Judiciary Republicans, who said this was proof that the federal counterterrorism was being deployed against parents at school board meetings.

00:06:07.000 I want you to soak in what I just told you.

00:06:10.000 We now have definitive proof that the federal Bureau of Investigation has a task force and is domestically spying and surveilling on moms and dads that show up and complain about what's happening in their local school district.

00:06:29.000 The email, which House Republicans said come from a whistleblower, shows the creation of the tag, EDU officials, to track related threats.

00:06:39.000 The counterterrorism division says, quote, we ask that your offices apply the threat tag to investigations and assessments of threats specifically directed against school board administrators, board members, teachers, and staff.

00:06:51.000 The Criminal Investigative and Counterterrorism Division says.

00:06:54.000 The purpose of the threat tag is to help scope this threat on a national level and provide an opportunity for comprehensive analysis of this threat picture, for an effective engagement with law enforcement partners at all levels.

00:07:06.000 This was a message sent by the deputy assistant director of the FBI Criminal Investigative Division.

00:07:13.000 So if you're a mom or dad listening to this, and maybe you showed up at the Scottsdale Unified School District recently, maybe you showed up at the Loudoun County School District recently, maybe you showed up San Bernardino, maybe District 214 or District 211 for all my friends listening on AM560, the answer.

00:07:27.000 We now have proof, according to a whistleblower, you're likely in a database from the FBI.

00:07:33.000 This database is supposed to be used against people like al-Qaeda members or ISIS that try to bring dirty bombs into downtown Houston.

00:07:41.000 Not moms and dads that show up to meetings and say, I don't like what you're teaching my kid.

00:07:48.000 On October 4th, this all comes back to the October 4th memo from Merrick Garland, who outlawed the federal law enforcement taking the lead about a disturbing spike in harassment.

00:07:57.000 And Merrick Garland lied in front of Congress.

00:08:00.000 This is a domestic war on terror.

00:08:02.000 Make no mistake.

00:08:03.000 These are the things that we used to do against people that we wanted to put in Gitmo.

00:08:07.000 PlayCut 59, Fox reports on how an FBI whistleblower warned Congress that the Bureau is indeed tracking parents who protest their school boards.

00:08:15.000 PlayCut 59.

00:08:17.000 Breaking tonight, we're getting new information about federal authorities tracking parents upset over their children's education.

00:08:24.000 Information from a whistleblower that GOP lawmakers say seems to directly contradict what the Attorney General told them.

00:08:31.000 The top Republican on the Judiciary Committee, Jim Jordan of Ohio, wrote to Garland about the whistleblower.

00:08:37.000 He says that the email provides evidence that the feds again used counterterrorism tools against parents.

00:08:45.000 Now, what about the cartel that is trafficking children across the southern border, bringing guns into the inner city of our country?

00:08:52.000 What about the violence in Chicago that the FBI is seemingly okay with?

00:08:58.000 So far in Chicago, 718 people have been shot and killed, 3,375 people shot and wounded, 4,093 people total shot for 763 total homicides so far this week in, not this week, this year in Chicago.

00:09:14.000 No, but the enemy according to the Biden regime and Merrick Garland is you.

00:09:19.000 It's the moms. 1.00

00:09:20.000 It's the dads.

00:09:22.000 And what's so amazing is this email dated October 20th is this is after the cross-examination on Capitol Hill occurred, where Merrick Garland was asked to explain himself.

00:09:35.000 Why is it that you are using the Patriot Act that's supposed to be used against people that are trying to blow up buildings against moms that are concerned about their children?

00:09:50.000 The real threat to society is the police state that is now being headed by Attorney General Merrick Garland.

00:09:56.000 Everyone that is listening to my voice right now, you have never lived through something like this.

00:10:01.000 I do not want, I hear this sometimes from people.

00:10:03.000 Oh, Charlie, it's been bad before.

00:10:04.000 Cut it out.

00:10:05.000 We've never had this before.

00:10:07.000 Stop it.

00:10:08.000 We have never had the Federal Bureau of Investigation spy on moms and dads that are concerned about their curriculum.

00:10:13.000 Sure, we had Cointel Pro back in the 60s and 70s.

00:10:16.000 We've had the FBI try to infiltrate groups.

00:10:18.000 We have never had the war on families, the infiltration of the security apparatus state.

00:10:24.000 But here's what's so important.

00:10:26.000 Republicans created this.

00:10:29.000 Establishment Republicans, they're the ones that pushed for the Patriot Act.

00:10:33.000 Establishment Republicans, they're the ones that pushed for the creation of the Department of Homeland Security.

00:10:39.000 And where's the outrage?

00:10:40.000 I hear stuff from Jim Jordan.

00:10:42.000 I hear some Republicans saying some things.

00:10:43.000 Oh, I'm sorry.

00:10:44.000 That's right.

00:10:45.000 They were too busy applauding Joe Biden's infrastructure package the other day at the White House.

00:10:51.000 Will Merrick Garland be arrested for lying to Congress like Steve Bannon?

00:10:55.000 And by the way, Bannon didn't even lie to Congress.

00:10:57.000 He just was under contempt of Congress, which was such a preemptive indictment.

00:11:02.000 Well, probably not, because Merrick Garland would have to indict himself and sign his own arrest warrant.

00:11:06.000 We need a special counsel, a Ken Star, Robert Mueller, immediately to investigate Merrick Garland and the Attorney General's office using the FBI to go after parents.

00:11:22.000 Did you know that if you shop at Nike, they turn around and give your hard-earned dollars to pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood and the Population Council?

00:11:29.000 Did you know that Airbnb gave $500,000 to the Marxist Black Lives Matter organization?

00:11:35.000 Your first vote is at the ballot box, but that isn't enough to defend our traditional Judeo-Christian values.

00:12:55.000 Memo gates, Merrick Garland with his memo started the process.

00:13:03.000 This was the Gulf of Tonkin for the war on terror. 0.95

00:13:09.000 This was the assassination equivalent of what started World War I.

00:13:14.000 I think it was a Serbian, a Bosnian president, wasn't it?

00:13:17.000 It was Archduke Ferdinand, I think.

00:13:19.000 What do I mean by that?

00:13:21.000 This was the opening shot of the regime's beginning of the war on terror against you.

00:13:27.000 They are trying to intimidate you, everybody.

00:13:29.000 They are trying to make you so afraid, so intimidated, so oh, he was assassinated in Sarajevo, which is in Bosnia.

00:13:42.000 Thank you.

00:13:42.000 He was Austrian.

00:13:46.000 So hesitant to want to get involved that you just allow the regime to do whatever they want.

00:13:54.000 According to a whistleblower from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the FBI is now compiling information under the tag EDU officials to track parents that communicate complaints to school boards, administrators, teachers, and staff.

00:14:19.000 Directly at odds to Merrick Garland's testimony, sworn testimony under oath to lawmakers.

00:14:25.000 Now, Senate Republicans, instead of actually doing their job, they're too busy passing $1.2 trillion infrastructure packages.

00:14:33.000 $2.5 billion, by the way, of the infrastructure package put money towards tree equity.

00:14:40.000 That's right.

00:14:41.000 Tree equity.

00:14:43.000 That's what your Republicans voted for.

00:14:45.000 Now, why do I connect those two?

00:14:47.000 Because your Senate Republicans that voted for that infrastructure package, they've been too busy working the deal, doing the process, glad-handing fellow Democrat senators, while the FBI now has Patriot X-style tags on you.

00:15:08.000 Why would you even negotiate with this regime?

00:15:10.000 Why would you vote for any bill that they put up while this is even remotely happening and it is happening?

00:15:18.000 FBI creates threat tag to track alleged harassment of educators.

00:15:23.000 They're never going to stop doing this until they realize that there's a legitimate opposition party in this country.

00:15:31.000 And as we've said before, the new war is not going to be won in Taiwan.

00:15:35.000 It's not going to happen in Taiwan.

00:15:37.000 The regime doesn't want that.

00:15:38.000 It's not going to be one of sand and death in the Middle East.

00:15:42.000 It's not going to be a conflict in Eastern Russia.

00:15:45.000 No, the new war is against you.

00:15:50.000 And Garland lied under oath about it.

00:15:52.000 U.S. Code, Title 18, Section 1621.

00:15:55.000 Anyone who willfully and contrary to such oath, states, or subscribes any material matter which he does not believe to be true is guilty of perjury and shall be fined or imprisoned up to five years or both.

00:16:06.000 How is Merrick Garland not guilty of lying under Congress?

00:16:10.000 The same way Loretta Lynch was and Eric Holder was and Clapper and Brennan and Comey.

00:16:15.000 None of them, of course, go to jail.

00:16:17.000 But oh, by the way, if Roger Stone lies in front of Congress, send him to jail.

00:16:24.000 This pales in comparison, by the way, to Watergate, because millions of parents and their ability to raise their children are now under attack by their own government.

00:16:39.000 I sure hope people start waking up.

00:16:47.000 This provides specific evidence that law enforcement operationalized counterterrorism tools at the behest of left-wing special interest groups against concerned parents.

00:16:58.000 We've gone through this in great detail.

00:17:00.000 In great detail, we've explained the difference between leftists and liberals. 0.99

00:17:05.000 Liberals are naive and they are weak. 0.96

00:17:08.000 But liberals can be good people. 0.99

00:17:10.000 Liberals and I will disagree vehemently on social policy, obviously.

00:17:16.000 But they would never put up with this.

00:17:17.000 Our government has been taken over by collectivists and totalitarians.

00:17:24.000 When you see a mom show up at a school board meeting, and if you have seen a mom show up at a school board meeting or if you've showed up at a school board meeting, your government now views you in the same vein as Osama bin Laden.

00:17:39.000 Your government now views you in the same vein as a 9-11 hijacker.

00:17:43.000 The Biden regime is treating moms and dads that show up and go into the conversation about textbooks as domestic violent extremists.

00:17:57.000 In New America, 20 years after 9-11, the FBI is using the tools that we gave them, Republicans gave them, as a way to say, you know who the real hijackers are?

00:18:09.000 It's that 37-year-old mom with three kids who shows up and complains. 1.00

00:18:13.000 Spy on her.

00:18:16.000 Are you worried about America's future?

00:18:18.000 Times of trouble are full of reasons to despair.

00:18:21.000 But those who built and have preserved our country did not despair.

00:18:25.000 And if we are going to do our part, we need to draw on the books, the history, and the ideas that gave our forefathers and mothers strength and inspiration.

00:18:35.000 Hillsdale College, the beacon of the North, the last college, was founded in 1844 to teach all of these things, and it teaches them still today.

00:18:43.000 The great news is that we can study all these things along with Hillsdale College professors right in our homes.

00:18:49.000 I take the Hillsdale online courses.

00:18:51.000 And in fact, I'm going to go to Hillsdale right now, to charlie4hillsdale.com.

00:18:55.000 I'm going to show you directly how I'm doing with my online courses.

00:18:58.000 And I'm going to tell you what courses I finished, and you guys can do it alongside me.

00:19:02.000 Boom, finish introduction to Western philosophy.

00:19:04.000 Boom, finish Western Heritage.

00:19:06.000 Boom, finish intro to the Constitution.

00:19:08.000 Boom, finish Constitution 101.

00:19:10.000 Finish Winston Churchill and statesmanship.

00:19:12.000 I am starting and working my way through a proper understanding of K-12 education and theory and practice.

00:19:17.000 The great American story, A Land of Hope, that is a big lift, everybody.

00:19:20.000 I encourage you to do it.

00:19:21.000 Introduction to C.S. Lewis, Writings and Significance.

00:19:24.000 The Presidency and the Constitution.

00:19:25.000 The Genesis story, reading biblical narratives, and civil rights in American history.

00:19:29.000 I'm working my way through all of them, but things that matter take work.

00:19:33.000 And through Hillsdale's free online courses, we can study the history of our civilization, the wisdom of our ancient and Christian philosophers, the writings of Shakespeare and Mark Twain.

00:19:41.000 We can reacquaint ourselves with our Constitution, and we can learn how the Constitution has been undermined, and more importantly, how it can be recovered.

00:19:48.000 My friends, as we fight in the defense of family, faith, and freedom, let us draw on the best of the past with Hillsdale's guidance to save the greatest nation on earth.

00:19:57.000 Begin learning today at charlieforhillsdale.com.

00:20:04.000 Just put your email, charlie4hillsdale.com.

00:20:10.000 Kyle Rittenhouse should sue the media for a boatload of money.

00:20:15.000 I'll tell you.

00:20:16.000 That's something that Nicholas Sandman, who's become a very wealthy man, thanks to the media, has said he wrote, The media came for me like they came for Rittenhouse, but should he sue?

00:20:26.000 And he says, The corrupt liberal media came for me just like they came for Kyle Rittenhouse.

00:20:30.000 And if he decides to sue, I say go for it and hold the media accountable.

00:20:34.000 Nicholas Sandman.

00:20:36.000 I want to close out with kind of reiterating this story from Merrick Garland.

00:20:41.000 We need a special prosecutor to look into MemoGate immediately.

00:20:44.000 But remember, it goes deeper than this.

00:20:46.000 Merrick Garland is financially incentivized to crush political dissent against critical race theory.

00:20:53.000 His son-in-law is a co-owner of the company that has been implementing diversity, equity, inclusion, and CRT all throughout the curriculum, all throughout schools, I should say, across the country.

00:21:05.000 As we went through earlier this hour, the FBI has created a threat tag.

00:21:11.000 They have created a special coding system to profile parents that might become too disagreeable or that might speak out against the regime.

00:21:23.000 Garland testified and he said that this would never happen.

00:21:28.000 He could not imagine any circumstance that parents would be spied on upon this.

00:21:32.000 So either Merrick Garland is not running the Department of Justice or he lied under oath.

00:21:36.000 Either way, Merrick Garland must resign.

00:21:39.000 Garland came under fire last month during congressional testimony where he denied weaponizing the FBI against parents opposed to critical race theory and vaccine-related mandates.

00:21:49.000 The controversy began on October 4th when he announced a concentrated effort.

00:21:54.000 You know what's really interesting?

00:21:55.000 Merrick Garland never announced a concentrated effort against violent crime.

00:22:00.000 He never announced a concentrated effort against the flow of drugs into our country.

00:22:04.000 Merrick Garland never announced a concentrated effort against the incredible increase in cyber attacks or in child sex trafficking.

00:22:15.000 No, no, no.

00:22:16.000 Instead, Merrick Garland from the Department of Justice announces a priority that the biggest concern, the biggest thing that he wants to focus on that his regime needs to curtail is parents.

00:22:35.000 And remember, his son-in-law, Zan Terror, is married to Rebecca Garland and is the co-founder of the controversial education service, Panorama Education, which is a social learning resource material provided to school districts that teach teachers how to teach critical race theory.

00:23:00.000 So you have the Attorney General of the United States who uses police power that politically intervenes to try and push back against parents so his family can continue to become rich.

00:23:16.000 And he lied under oath.

00:23:20.000 Now the question is: will Republicans, I think Republicans are going to do the right thing and hopefully call him to testify quickly.

00:23:28.000 We need answers on this immediately.

00:23:30.000 And by the way, Democrats should be concerned about this as well.

00:23:35.000 Democrats should be concerned that the Federal Bureau of Investigation is now being used to go after political opponents that they deem to be a threat to their power.

00:23:52.000 All scandals currently lead back to Attorney General Garland. 0.61

00:23:56.000 Merrick Garland will go down as the most craven, corrupt, disingenuous, and dangerous Attorney General in American history. 0.93

00:24:05.000 He makes Eric Colder look like child's play. 0.95

00:24:08.000 Merrick Garland is a scorned man because he wanted to be on the Supreme Court.

00:24:13.000 Signing arrest warrants to go after James O'Keefe, not arrest warrants, but search warrants to go after James O'Keefe in the Southern District of New York and just confiscating his devices and putting him in handcuffs.

00:24:25.000 Signing arrest warrants going after Steve Bannon.

00:24:27.000 And now the FBI, the FBI is really worried, everybody.

00:24:33.000 No, they're not worried about the fact that the cartels are bringing in children against their will, that women are being raped in record numbers across the southern border.

00:24:41.000 The FBI couldn't care less that violent crime is up.

00:24:44.000 The FBI couldn't care less that we are experiencing jury intimidation in Wisconsin.

00:24:50.000 No, The FBI, their priority is parents, shutting them up and treating them like ISIS. 0.94

00:25:03.000 Look, everybody, the country's falling apart.

00:25:05.000 We know it.

00:25:06.000 And we do a lot of different partnerships, but this one, I want you to listen carefully.

00:25:10.000 Do you know that there's a yellow phosphorus crisis right now, which makes a synthetic fertilizer?

00:25:16.000 I got to sound the alarm, everybody.

00:25:17.000 We had Keith Rose on our show.

00:25:19.000 Food shortage, it's coming.

00:25:20.000 And I've been telling you about why and all we need to be prepared for in case the worst happens.

00:25:25.000 Could be a power outage, EMP, you name it.

00:25:27.000 And people say, are you being an alarmist?

00:25:29.000 I'm a realist.

00:25:30.000 You saw with the Fauci virus, things can get bad quickly.

00:25:32.000 I've prepared myself and my family, and I hope you have too.

00:25:35.000 There's a food shortage coming, and the way things are going, it's not looking good.

00:25:38.000 And none of us should ever gamble with our family's well-being.

00:26:14.000 So we have decided that we want to keep people safe.

00:26:20.000 We have decided that we want to do everything we can to try and prevent unnecessary deaths.

00:26:30.000 Our media is so focused on things that do not matter.

00:26:35.000 We have now surpassed 100,000 annual drug overdose deaths just this year.

00:26:43.000 You wouldn't know it if you read the New York Times or the Wall Street Journal.

00:26:45.000 Wall Street Journal's been okay.

00:26:46.000 I shouldn't be tough on them.

00:26:48.000 You wouldn't know it if you read the Huffington Post.

00:26:49.000 They're too worried about talking about systemic racism or racist roads.

00:26:56.000 No, they're too worried talking about the Green New Deal.

00:27:02.000 Meanwhile, we have 100,000 of our fellow citizens and countrymen that died from drug overdoses.

00:27:11.000 More than 100,000 people died of drug overdoses in the United States during the 12-month period ending in April 2021.

00:27:19.000 How many were in 2001?

00:27:20.000 So 20 years ago, it was 20,000 deaths.

00:27:24.000 Now, it's 100,000 deaths, a five times multiple increase.

00:27:29.000 Five times.

00:27:30.000 Five times multiple increase.

00:27:32.000 Opioids continue to be the driving cause of drug overdose deaths.

00:27:36.000 Maybe the FBI should be worried about the flow of drugs in our country and where opioids are going, not moms and dads showing up at school board meetings as exhibited in MemoGate with Merrick Garland.

00:27:46.000 Synthetic opioids, primarily fentanyl, cause nearly two-thirds, 64% of all drug overdose deaths in a 12-month period ending in April of 2021, up 49% the year before.

00:28:01.000 And yet we have this endless conversation about systemic racism and about things that are really difficult to pinpoint or explain, but something that's super simple to explain, such as, I don't know, 100,000 of our fellow citizens are overdosing on drugs.

00:28:22.000 Silence.

00:28:23.000 The person who's in charge of public health, Anthony Fauci, he doesn't even talk about drug overdoses.

00:28:30.000 He's too worried about vaccinating your children, despite the fact that 100,000 people are dying every single year of drug overdose deaths.

00:28:39.000 I have an innocent question.

00:28:40.000 Do vaccines prevent you from fentanyl?

00:28:44.000 Does getting the mRNA COVID vaccine prevent you from a drug overdose?

00:28:49.000 Does wearing a mask prevent you from dying from a drug overdose?

00:28:55.000 Listen to Pete Buttigieg.

00:28:56.000 This is the priority of the regime.

00:28:58.000 Racist roads while 100,000 people are dying of drug overdoses.

00:29:03.000 Play tape.

00:29:04.000 I'm still surprised that some people were surprised when I pointed to the fact that if a highway was built for the purpose of dividing a white and a black neighborhood, or if an underpass was constructed such that a bus carrying mostly black and Puerto Rican kids to a beach, or that would have been, in New York, was designed too low for it to pass by.

00:29:26.000 But that obviously reflects racism that went into those design choices.

00:29:30.000 You hear that?

00:29:30.000 Racism in road design construction, everybody.

00:29:34.000 That's the priority.

00:29:35.000 Meanwhile, drug overdoses are one of the leading causes of death.

00:29:42.000 We are on pace to have more people die of drug overdoses than Alzheimer's.

00:29:49.000 According to the data, it says that COVID-19 killed 509,000 people in that same timeframe between May 2020, April 2021.

00:29:58.000 And some of those are still being adjusted, by the way, some of those death tallies, because dying from COVID or with COVID.

00:30:05.000 But because of the lockdowns and because of the self-inflicted trying to kill a mouse with a Tomahawk missile, the lockdowns then increase the rice and the use of fentanyl and being key contributors in the rising overall death toll, overdose death toll.

00:30:20.000 Synthetic opioids account for 64% of all drug overdoses.

00:30:24.000 I know just in my own personal circle, I know a couple of people that have overdosed from drugs, not people I know personally, but friends of friends and people that went to high school with whatever.

00:30:34.000 The regime couldn't care less about this.

00:30:36.000 They do some sort of task force and all this.

00:30:38.000 Why is this happening?

00:30:40.000 This is happening because we decided to send all of our manufacturing over to mainland China.

00:30:45.000 So the inland of our country, Appalachia, West Virginia, Ohio, they no longer have muscular work or purposeful work.

00:30:53.000 We have our borders wide open so fentanyl and opioids can fly into our country.

00:30:57.000 And we have an overly motivated professional medical class of doctors that prescribe painkillers via opioids when other natural supplements very well could have done.

00:31:09.000 I had a phenomenal dentist when I got my wisdom teeth removed.

00:31:13.000 And I talked to her and she says, look, I don't like prescribing opioids.

00:31:16.000 And we didn't.

00:31:17.000 We decided not to.

00:31:18.000 And I wasn't even in that much pain because she did such an amazing job.

00:31:22.000 That was like two months ago, wasn't it?

00:31:23.000 Two months ago, I got that done?

00:31:25.000 I was back on radio three days after I got my wisdom teeth removed, all four of my wisdom teeth removed.

00:31:29.000 And what was amazing is she said, Charlie, I do a good job and I spend extra time on it, so you don't have to take opioids.

00:31:36.000 You know, most people take opioids after wisdom teeth removal?

00:31:39.000 I didn't know that.

00:31:40.000 Not to say that you're necessarily going to be addicted, but a large percentage of people that end up getting addicted to opioids is because of an injury, work-related or otherwise, they get prescribed opioids.

00:31:51.000 And the Sackler family, who was behind all of this, they just got exonerated in court, basically, and they say you don't have to pay the fine anymore.

00:32:01.000 Wouldn't this be something that we should have our leaders focus on that is just minorly more important than the current chattering class that we see? 0.98

00:32:10.000 I wonder where all those drugs are coming from, by the way.

00:32:14.000 And what the pandemic has also done is that it's exposed the utter corruption in the pharmaceutical and medical industry.

00:32:23.000 Washington Free Beacon has a story.

00:32:25.000 Surge in fentanyl seizures show cartels taking advantage of lax border policies.

00:32:30.000 Department of Homeland Security shows.

00:32:33.000 The Customs and Border Patrols fentanyl seizures skyrocketed by over 40% in the month of October as drug traffickers and cartels take advantage of the border crisis.

00:32:43.000 Officials within Border Patrol and DHS disputed the characterization at the White House, saying that we really, there's not much we can do.

00:32:54.000 Fentanyl is flying into our country at a record level.

00:32:58.000 The lockdowns and the lowering of expectations, the damaging of America has turned into this.

00:33:10.000 You want to flatten the curve?

00:33:12.000 This is a curve that you should try to flatten.

00:33:15.000 By the way, do you notice that under Trump, it did actually plateau, briefly?

00:33:20.000 Do you notice that?

00:33:21.000 It was going down.

00:33:22.000 And then the lockdowns go down and up.

00:33:29.000 2017, it actually decreased.

00:33:31.000 100,000 people a year.

00:33:36.000 I would like to see our leaders actually take that seriously.

00:33:39.000 And also to the drug dealers themselves.

00:33:42.000 No, no, no, we're too busy trying to lock up 17-year-olds in Kenosha, Wisconsin, who defend themselves against child rapists that try to kill them.

00:33:50.000 That's the priority of the regime.

00:33:54.000 We're going to look back at the lockdowns.

00:33:56.000 We tried to warn people, but of course, we don't have the platform, the influence that we hope one day to have, that the lockdowns will go down as one of the worst mistakes in American history.

00:34:04.000 No epidemiological advantage, a structural disadvantage for drug addiction, alcohol addiction, depression, suicide.

00:34:12.000 You have a generation, the most miserable generation brought to you by the lockdowns, the tech companies, pharmaceutical companies.

00:34:19.000 But don't, no, no, don't worry, buddy.

00:34:21.000 We're addressing racist roads and bridges.

00:34:23.000 Yesterday, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkis was grilled in front of the Senate.

00:34:30.000 I want to go through this.

00:34:31.000 This is incredible.

00:34:32.000 This guy is one of the most dangerous and incompetent cabinet secretaries our country has ever seen. 0.76

00:34:42.000 Listen to this.

00:34:43.000 How many getaways have we had so far this year, Andrew?

00:34:45.000 1.4 million getaways?

00:34:47.000 So 1.4 million, 1.7 million people have come into our country illegally.

00:34:47.000 Is that right?

00:34:52.000 They've waltzed in.

00:34:53.000 Meanwhile, we criminalize our own citizens.

00:34:55.000 But if you're from Honduras or Nicaragua, you could walk into the country and do whatever you want.

00:34:59.000 And he was asked, what grade would you give yourself?

00:35:01.000 How you doing, man?

00:35:03.000 Listen to this.

00:35:03.000 Cut 51, head of the Department of Homeland Security, Mayorkas, Cut 51.

00:35:09.000 Do you believe that the Biden immigration policies are successful?

00:35:15.000 Senator, I think rebuilding a broken immigration system and rebuilding a dismantled one takes time and we're on the road to success.

00:35:23.000 So you think we're on the right track as a nation?

00:35:26.000 I do.

00:35:26.000 Okay.

00:35:27.000 How would you grade yourself?

00:35:29.000 Senator, I'm a tough grader on myself, and I give myself an A for effort, investment, in mission, and support of our workforce.

00:35:40.000 An A for effort.

00:35:41.000 You hear that, everybody?

00:35:42.000 1.7 million people waltz into our country. 0.95

00:35:44.000 We have 100,000 people dying of opioid overdose, and your government thinks that they're doing a great job.

00:35:49.000 You know what?

00:35:49.000 Because he actually is.

00:35:51.000 He's doing a great job for their goal.

00:35:53.000 He has a mission to keep the borders open and to lie to you.

00:35:59.000 Under his own grading curve, he's doing wonderful.

00:36:03.000 If the goal is to keep the borders open, Mayorkas is the great parter of the Red Sea.

00:36:08.000 Maorkis is basically Moses.

00:36:10.000 Let's just be honest.

00:36:11.000 Maorkis is the man who has just said, if you're from Honduras, you can come.

00:36:15.000 But if you're from Cuba, don't you dare come because you vote Republican. 0.95

00:36:20.000 He then triples down and says, we have more control over the border than the previous administration.

00:36:25.000 Play Cut 55.

00:36:30.000 Senator, I believe in the policies that we are putting forward, and I condemn a number of the policies that were promulgated in the prior administration.

00:36:37.000 So you think we have more control over the border now than we did under Trump?

00:36:41.000 Senator, we're very focused on the national.

00:36:44.000 You're being focused.

00:36:44.000 That's not the question.

00:36:45.000 Do you think we have more control over the border now than we did under the last administration?

00:36:49.000 I think we have more control that is consistent with our values as a nation.

00:36:54.000 That is consistent with our values as a nation.

00:36:58.000 Senator Ted Cruz, who's terrific, grills him, Mayorkis, over the Biden cages as Mayorkis refuses to use the term cages.

00:37:08.000 Cut 57.

00:37:11.000 How many children have been in the Biden cages in calendar year 2021?

00:37:17.000 Senator, I respectfully disagree with your use of the term cages.

00:37:23.000 Fine, you can disagree with it.

00:37:24.000 How many children have been in the Biden cages?

00:37:26.000 How many children have been in those cages?

00:37:28.000 Senator, I can provide to you the following figure that when, and let me say, that when a child...

00:37:37.000 I don't...

00:37:37.000 It's a simple question.

00:37:39.000 How many children have been in those cages?

00:37:41.000 I respectfully am not familiar with the term cages and to what you are referring.

00:37:46.000 Not familiar with the term cages.

00:37:49.000 We spent a whole summer kids in cages, kids in cages.

00:37:52.000 Now it's like, I don't know what you're talking about.

00:37:55.000 Language is a weapon to the left. 0.66

00:37:57.000 They have no truth.

00:37:58.000 They don't care about truth.

00:38:00.000 Ignorance is strength.

00:38:01.000 War is peace. 1.00

00:38:03.000 And if you disagree, you're a racist.

00:38:06.000 Cut 50, Secretary Mayorkis admits they're not all refugees, and they're not even refugees. 0.98

00:38:11.000 These are hardened criminals, by the way. 0.99

00:38:13.000 You break into our country, you're a criminal, you should be deported. 0.99

00:38:16.000 But not all of them that came into America were given in-person interviews, which is the standard.

00:38:20.000 Play Cut 50.

00:38:22.000 My question is, are you conducting the standard security procedure is the standard screening procedure for refugees is they are conducted, they are given an in-person interview to find out, for example, if they're a terrorist.

00:38:36.000 So you said 100% of these evacuees are screened.

00:38:40.000 Have they all been given in-person interviews per the normal process?

00:38:43.000 They have not.

00:38:45.000 They have not been given interviews.

00:38:47.000 Last cut, Play Cut 49, Senator Cruz blasts him for not knowing basic information on the border crisis.

00:38:54.000 Play Cut 49.

00:38:56.000 You told another senator you don't know how many gotaways there have been?

00:38:59.000 I will have to circle back, Senator, with that information.

00:39:02.000 But you're not prepared to answer it.

00:39:04.000 How about this?

00:39:04.000 How many deaths, how many illegal aliens have died crossing illegally into the United States under Joe Biden's administration?

00:39:11.000 I don't have that data.

00:39:12.000 All right.

00:39:12.000 How about this?

00:39:14.000 How many children have been in the Biden cages in calendar year 2021?

00:39:19.000 Senator, I respectfully disagree with your use of the term cages.

00:39:26.000 So that's the first part of the other segment we heard.

00:39:28.000 Doesn't know how many gotaways, doesn't know how many deaths.

00:39:30.000 Yeah, this guy's in charge.

00:39:31.000 No, he's doing a great job.

00:39:32.000 He's doing a great job for what Biden wants.

00:39:34.000 Biden wants as many illegal third world people to come into the country as possible. 1.00

00:39:38.000 And for that, Maorkis gets an A for open borders.
