00:11:37.000 For those of you that have ever been to Jerusalem, you've probably seen the Golden Dome.
00:11:43.000 The Golden Dome that is best known in Jerusalem is actually controlled by Muslims.
00:11:51.000 It's called the Al-Aska Mosque, but it's a lot more complicated than that, actually, because one of the holiest sites in Judaism is actually underneath that mosque.
00:12:03.000 And this is the sense, this is the source of a lot of contention.
00:12:06.000 This is in the old city of Jerusalem, right near the Herodian gates.
00:12:10.000 And the Al-Aska Mosque goes back, boy, I think all the way about a thousand years ago, the seventh or eighth centuries, after one of the Crusades, if I'm not mistaken.
00:12:20.000 And underneath that is in the Jewish tradition and in the belief of the Jews, is potentially the Ark of the Covenant, the Holy of Holies that the tabernacle holded.
00:12:36.000 And Jews go to the Western Wall to pray because it's the closest that they can get to the Holy of Holies, the Ark of the Covenant, that traveled all throughout the wilderness before the Jews came into the land of Canaan and then in exile when they came back after the destruction of the first temple, before the creation of the second temple. 0.71
00:12:55.000 And so Jews rightfully want access to that site, but Muslims believe that that is the third most holy site in Judaism because they believe that that is where Prophet Muhammad ascended to heaven. 0.75

00:13:16.000 And so therefore, they want control over that place, you know, that situation, despite the fact that Jews have one of their holiest objects and artifacts right there.

00:13:32.000 So the Al-Aska Mosque actually can only be accessed by Muslims and Jews on certain days, and it doesn't really go along well.

00:13:50.000 And the area was reconquered by Saladin in 1187, and the structure's function as a mosque was restored.
00:13:58.000 And so this right here is what Hamas is the reason why Hamas is saying they went and killed a bunch of babies.

00:14:07.000 And the images are so beyond graphic that are coming out now.
00:14:10.000 We're talking about nurseries where the entire ground is just stained in blood.
