00:00:33.000 That is freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:00:36.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:37.000 Here we go.
00:00:38.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:40.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:42.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:45.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:48.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:49.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:50.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:58.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:59.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:08.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:11.000 There are many stories happening today.
00:01:13.000 Kilmar Obrego Garcia will likely be deported back to his country of origin.
00:01:18.000 We'll cover that story if we have time.
00:01:20.000 And by the way, he'll be deported to Zoran Mamdani's country to Uganda.
00:01:24.000 He could start a new life in Uganda.
00:01:27.000 And there are a couple other things happening here that I want to focus on.
00:01:30.000 President Trump wants to build on the success unfolding in D.C. In fact, we should have a little bit of a ticker counter on the bottom of the Charlie Kirk show here.
00:01:39.000 We should have a little bit of a ticker.
00:01:40.000 The ticker should be 12 days without a murder in Washington, D.C. Now, this is killing season.
00:01:47.000 This is August.
00:01:48.000 This is where the murders usually happen.
00:01:51.000 Weather is good.
00:01:52.000 A lot of youths and teenagers go out in the streets and start killing each other.
00:01:56.000 Carjackings are way down.
00:01:58.000 Robberies are down.
00:01:59.000 Arrests are up.
00:02:00.000 Immigration arrests are way up.
00:02:03.000 And just anecdotally, the people that I know in Washington, D.C. say, I feel like I can almost walk my street again.
00:02:10.000 I feel like I could take the subway again.
00:02:13.000 I feel like I can go grocery shopping.
00:02:14.000 And I feel like I can go to the park again.
00:02:16.000 Washington, D.C. is one of the most dangerous cities on the planet.
00:02:21.000 Far more dangerous than the capital of Columbia.
00:02:24.000 And Columbia is one of the most murderous countries in the world.
00:02:27.000 I've been told you can finally relax at a red light, that you don't have to worry about two youths or teenagers coming up and carjacking.
00:02:36.000 Now, of course, I know when you think of youths and teenagers, you're probably thinking of white supremacists, of course.
00:02:42.000 White supremacists are the one that are going to come breaking into your cars.
00:02:45.000 Now, contrary to the left's panic, we did not need troops gunning people down.
00:02:49.000 Nobody is getting oppressed.
00:02:51.000 This shows the shallowness and the just elementary way that the left views politics.
00:03:00.000 Oh, Trump is going to bring in troops.
00:03:02.000 They're going to start gunning people down.
00:03:04.000 Nope, best of our knowledge, not a single firearm has been discharged.
00:03:08.000 Just their presence alone has resulted in now 12 days without a murder.
00:03:15.000 Every day this is happening in Washington, D.C. is a real-time example of just how the left should not be trusted for anything, let alone for urban governance.
00:03:25.000 Now, I can't imagine we have a lot of inner city blacks that watch this show, but insofar that we can clip this and put it on TikTok and on Instagram, on Twitter, you guys should look at what's happening in D.C. and know that you don't have to live the way that you're living in Philadelphia, in Chicago, in Atlanta.
00:03:42.000 You do not have to look.
00:03:44.000 You do not have to live this way.
00:03:45.000 You don't.
00:03:46.000 You do not have to live this way.
00:03:48.000 All that matters is that the enforcers are out on the streets and sending the message that crime will not be punished.
00:03:55.000 If you tell criminals that their behavior will not be tolerated, you get less crime.
00:04:00.000 It's just that simple.
00:04:01.000 You stop crime by fighting crime, not with programs, not by social workers, not by root causes.
00:04:09.000 Nope, just force.
00:04:11.000 This is all about quality of life.
00:04:13.000 You can now take your family to dinner in Washington, D.C. This right here is 285.
00:04:18.000 This is President Trump proving you can stop black on black crime.
00:04:22.000 In fact, President Donald Trump should be getting the Man of the Year award from the NAACP.
00:04:28.000 President Donald Trump should be awarded at the Black Entertainment Television Awards for what he is doing here.
00:04:34.000 President Donald Trump should be given the Hero Medal of Freedom equivalent in the black community.
00:04:39.000 Far more than those charlatans, Al Sharpton, otherwise known as Al Charlatan.
00:04:45.000 President Donald Trump should be given the BET Award.
00:04:47.000 They should say thank you for reducing the black on black crime.
00:04:51.000 Thank you for reducing the black on black carnage.
00:04:54.000 Thank you for reducing the amount of young black kids that would be caught in the crossfire.
00:04:59.000 Thank you for reducing the amount of young kids that walk to school and get caught in the drive-by shootings.
00:05:05.000 This is Cut 285.
00:05:07.000 So when Donald Trump proved that it's possible to end black on black crime, he proved that, right?
00:05:15.000 In D.C., his troops, no murders for the entire weekend.
00:05:21.000 That is insane.
00:05:23.000 And to think that the left would protest against that.
00:05:27.000 To think that the left would say, oh my God, it is a bad thing that black people are now stop killing each other.
00:05:36.000 And the reason why that is a bad thing for them is because that is a core of liberalism, right?
00:05:44.000 That is part of what makes them victims.
00:05:48.000 So if you take away each sort of victim mentality peg or pillar, that's one last person that's going to have a victim mentality.
00:05:59.000 And some of the leftists are now taking the streets against Donald Trump saying black lives matter.
00:06:05.000 This is the breaking of the urban Democrat Party happening in front of your eyes.
00:06:05.000 Do you understand?
00:06:10.000 They got nothing.
00:06:10.000 And President Trump forced the issue.
00:06:13.000 This is so good, everybody.
00:06:15.000 And we've been talking on this program forever that we cannot forget our cities.
00:06:19.000 We need universal school choice.
00:06:21.000 We need vouchers.
00:06:22.000 We need to break the public sector cartels.
00:06:25.000 We need to march the troops into the streets, bring down violent crime, increase what is called the clearance rate.
00:06:31.000 Do you know only half of murders across the country actually get solved?
00:06:36.000 This weekend in Washington, D.C., Black Lives Matter were chanting.
00:06:40.000 They were walking the streets saying Black Lives Matter.
00:06:43.000 And not a single black person was murdered for the first time in 12 days in August.
00:06:47.000 Blake, can you find the last time that there was a 12-day streak where a black kid wasn't murdered in August in D.C. during the lockdowns and then during Floyda Palooza?
00:07:01.000 I think like two or three were being killed a day.
00:07:06.000 So D.C. is this amazing test case, 12 days without a murder.
00:07:10.000 And we're going to stay on this on this program.
00:07:12.000 This is one of the greatest urban success stories.
00:07:15.000 And look, Congress, they're going to be like, oh, well, President Trump has to pull off.
00:07:19.000 Wait, so you do not want black, young black kids to be alive?
00:07:25.000 Understand the inherent contradiction here.
00:07:29.000 And then for people of all races, they could walk the streets.
00:07:33.000 They don't have to worry about their cars being stolen.
00:07:37.000 So why not Chicago as well?
00:07:40.000 The same way that the southern border was closed thanks to desire, thanks to an act of the political will, why don't we now focus on Chicago, where I grew up.
00:07:52.000 Chicago, my hometown, grew up in the suburbs.
00:07:55.000 President Trump last Friday began touting a plan to deploy the National Guard in Chicago as well.
00:07:59.000 And crime will go down when the National Guard comes to Chicago.
00:08:03.000 It hasn't been formally announced yet, but President Trump officials are planning a deployment.
00:08:06.000 But how will this happen?
00:08:07.000 We don't know.
00:08:08.000 Taking over D.C. was easy thanks to the home rule exemption.
00:08:12.000 It allows President Trump clear authority to federalize the police, and it has worked.
00:08:16.000 Acting in Chicago will be a lot harder.
00:08:18.000 I assume the White House lawyers are looking into that.
00:08:22.000 Let's first play this one.
00:08:23.000 This is Cut 283.
00:08:24.000 Brandon Johnson is going to resist President Trump.
00:08:28.000 Oh, well, this city is used to fighting tyranny.
00:08:30.000 And here you just see three black guys.
00:08:32.000 And Eugene Daniels is fine, but the other two guys, Eugene Daniels, he's just playing a part.
00:08:37.000 That's all he's doing.
00:08:38.000 In this clip, we're going to play in 283.
00:08:41.000 I would love an opportunity to get these guys on camera.
00:08:44.000 And it's going to be so much fun on the campus tour, by the way, because there's going to be some young black kids being like, President Trump is a fascist marching street, you know, troops in a D.C. Oh, really?
00:08:54.000 You don't like the fact that for 12 days a black person was not killed for 12.
00:09:00.000 What is your argument?
00:09:02.000 So they call us racists every day.
00:09:05.000 You're a bigot.
00:09:05.000 You're a racist.
00:09:06.000 Whatever.
00:09:06.000 You're a racist.
00:09:07.000 I roll my eyes.
00:09:07.000 Yawn.
00:09:08.000 Interesting that we're the ones that actually roll in the troops to make sure more blacks are alive.
00:09:14.000 And then you guys are the ones that then play the race card.
00:09:16.000 Play cut 283.
00:09:18.000 And so, you know, look, we're going to remain firm.
00:09:20.000 We'll take legal action.
00:09:22.000 But the people of this city are accustomed to rising up against tyranny.
00:09:27.000 And if that's necessary, I believe that the people of Chicago will stand firm alongside of me as I work every single day to protect the people of this city.
00:09:36.000 His popularity is historically low.
00:09:39.000 He's Mr. Dfund the Police.
00:09:41.000 He got booed at some sort of gay parade recently.
00:09:46.000 20 to 25% popularity.
00:09:48.000 He's not a smart person at all.
00:09:50.000 Anyone who works around him is like, this guy's a complete space cadet, running one of America's greatest cities.
00:09:55.000 Never should have been allowed to become mayor of Chicago.
00:10:00.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:10:00.000 We know that rates are still high and that they can make refinancing or purchasing feel out of reach.
00:10:05.000 But markets can shift fast.
00:10:06.000 And when they do, I want you to be in the strike zone.
00:10:09.000 So what is the strike zone?
00:10:10.000 That's a sweet spot when rates dip just enough to meet your target goal.
00:10:13.000 But it doesn't last long.
00:10:15.000 Make sure you're ready to strike first and save big.
00:10:18.000 At Sierra Pacific Mortgage, Andrew and Todd and their team will get you set up and keep you informed so you can strike at the right time.
00:10:24.000 These are the guys I trust.
00:10:26.000 With 40 years of experience, they are really the experts.
00:10:28.000 And they make it easy because they keep everything in-house.
00:10:31.000 Get pre-qualified today.

00:10:33.000 Do it now to get a priority spot at the front of the line before the rest of the herd jumps in.
00:10:38.000 And when the market enters the strike zone, you'll strike first and save big.
00:10:42.000 Call 888-888-1172.
00:10:43.000 That's 888-888-1172 or online at andrewandodd.com.
00:10:47.000 That is AndrewandTodd.com.
00:10:48.000 They help me and they'll help you, AndrewandTodd.com.
00:10:53.000 I cannot overstate this enough.
00:10:56.000 Most of the crime in cities is done by repeat criminals who we just let out on cashless bail.
00:11:03.000 And judges coddle, usually because of some protected class.
00:11:07.000 Oh, it's systemic oppression.
00:11:09.000 Oh, the 19-year-old black kid who murdered three people.
00:11:12.000 We have to really worry about them.
00:11:14.000 No, you have to lock them in jail for the rest of their life.
00:11:16.000 This is why we have such high crime.
00:11:18.000 The average murderer in Washington, D.C. So, the average murderer in D.C., how many times do you think he was arrested before he murdered somebody?
00:11:27.000 11 times.
00:11:32.000 So a murderer in D.C. on average is arrested 11 times.
00:11:36.000 After the first or second offense, they should just be locked up in jail.
00:11:40.000 You are inconsistent and incompatible with society.
00:11:43.000 You can go have fun in some jail for 40 years.
00:11:46.000 That would make America an infinitely safer country.
00:11:51.000 We've got to get rid of cashless bail.
00:11:53.000 We've got to get rid of this repeat offender thing.
00:11:55.000 And for anybody that wants to push the prison reform thing, and mind you, I used to push some of it, and I look back, I'm like, boy, that was a mistake.
00:12:03.000 It's not just murder.
00:12:05.000 In New York City, one-third of shoplifting arrests are just 300 people arrested more than 6,000 times total.
00:12:14.000 This is J.B. Pritzker, who's out on a lake on Lake Michigan, saying everything is fine.
00:12:20.000 First of all, someone should do a buoyancy check on that boat.
00:12:25.000 But this is 286.
00:12:27.000 J.B. Pritzker.
00:12:28.000 Oh, he's walking on the lake.
00:12:30.000 I thought he was on a boat.
00:12:31.000 I haven't watched this yet.
00:12:32.000 He's walking near the lake.
00:12:34.000 Got it.
00:12:35.000 He's waddling near the lake, is what it should say.
00:12:39.000 Play cut 286.
00:12:41.000 Well, here I am on the path on the lakefront at 6 a.m. on Monday.
00:12:48.000 And we got a lot of people running, having a great time.
00:12:53.000 It doesn't feel like a hellhole here.
00:12:55.000 In fact, everybody's having a great time and enjoying themselves.
00:13:01.000 So I don't know who in Washington thinks that Chicago is some sort of hellhole, but you may need to look inward.
00:13:12.000 Okay, first of all, you're totally out of breath.
00:13:14.000 You've taken like 10 steps.
00:13:15.000 So take it easy, pal.
00:13:19.000 I can't, I don't know.
00:13:21.000 Everyone, if everything's great, how about this?
00:13:22.000 Secondly, Mr. Pritzker, I know exactly where you are.
00:13:25.000 Let's get a still up that video up on there.
00:13:27.000 I know exactly where you are.
00:13:28.000 Why don't you, do me a favor, Mr. J.B. Pritzker?
00:13:32.000 Why don't you go a mile and a half west?
00:13:35.000 Just for fun.
00:13:37.000 Why don't you go a mile and a half west without security at 1 a.m.?
00:13:42.000 Because I know exactly where you are.
00:13:43.000 You're right there south of Soldier.
00:13:45.000 Yep, I know exactly where you are.
00:13:47.000 You're right on Lakeshore Drive at 6 a.m. where all the youths have already gone to sleep.
00:13:52.000 Why don't you go a mile and a half west, no security, and film it for me, pal, and see if you're able to waddle away from the teenagers that try to jump you and murder you.
00:14:02.000 Come on, JB.
00:14:03.000 Let's do it.
00:14:04.000 I'm going to call your bluff, and we'll really hear you.
00:14:08.000 You really be able to barely breathe as you go for a walk at 6 a.m. on the lakefront of Chicago.
00:14:14.000 How about this?
00:14:15.000 I'll make it easy for you.
00:14:16.000 Why don't you go near Kamiski Park?
00:14:18.000 It's actually safer than it used to be, like a little bit.
00:14:21.000 No security, no firearm.
00:14:24.000 How about this?
00:14:25.000 Why don't you go to the Pilsen neighborhood?
00:14:27.000 Oh, that's a real gem.
00:14:29.000 Interesting.
00:14:30.000 You pick the lakefront to go do your video.
00:14:32.000 You see, JB, you're trying to propagandize all the non-Chicagoans out there.
00:14:36.000 We smell your BS from a mile away.
00:14:38.000 Well, the lakefront is really nice.
00:14:41.000 And as you can see, everyone here is jogging and running and having a nice time.
00:14:47.000 It's pathetic.
00:14:50.000 Let's pick another neighborhood.
00:14:51.000 Why don't you go a little bit here?
00:14:52.000 Why don't you go?
00:14:53.000 I'm just going to say, oh, yeah, how about this one?
00:14:55.000 How about East Garfield Park?
00:14:57.000 How about that one?
00:14:58.000 That's a gem of a neighborhood.
00:15:00.000 Or Lawndale.
00:15:02.000 Why don't you go right near Simeon High School?
00:15:06.000 I'll give you 50 options, J.B. Pritzker.
00:15:09.000 Why don't you go do your selfie video?
00:15:11.000 In August, a lot of people are going to be hanging outside and be like, I don't know why anyone thinks this is a hellhole here.
00:15:19.000 And given your remarkable diameter, you won't be quite safe from the crossfire of shooting.
00:15:26.000 Just won't.
00:15:28.000 You see, for non-Chicagos, they're like, wow, that looks so peaceful.
00:15:31.000 That looks so nice.
00:15:33.000 That is such a wonderful place.
00:15:37.000 And look, Chicago has great bones.
00:15:39.000 It should be America's greatest city.
00:15:41.000 But even with their murder averages, it's still above the national average.
00:15:47.000 Man, this is a great fight for President Trump to pick.
00:15:49.000 First, D.C., we're able to have this beautiful test case 12 days out of murder.
00:15:54.000 I'm telling you right now, if Chicago goes 48 hours without a murder, I will be stunned.
00:16:01.000 Here's a challenge for you, J.B. Pritzker.
00:16:04.000 Can they go a weekend without a murder?
00:16:06.000 Can they?
00:16:07.000 Can they go?
00:16:08.000 I mean, every 20 hours, someone is murdered in Chicago.
00:16:12.000 Someone's shot every four hours, but J.B. Pritzker's waddling his way through Lakeshore Drive.

00:17:13.000 Joining us now is Senator Coach Tommy Tubberville.
00:17:17.000 He wants to become the next governor of the state of Alabama, which I believe he, of course, will.
00:17:22.000 Senator, great to see you.
00:17:24.000 Or coach, I should say, great to see you.
00:17:26.000 A lot happening here.
00:17:28.000 Sir, what is your first take on the immigration debate that is enveloping the nation, President Trump taking over Washington, D.C.?
00:17:37.000 A lot happening right now.
00:17:38.000 And the Senate hasn't even been in session this month, unfortunately.
00:17:42.000 Give us an update, Coach.
00:17:44.000 Well, it's not just our nation, Charlie.
00:17:46.000 And thanks for what you did and going and talking about Europe.
00:17:49.000 I don't think enough people talk about our allies in Europe about how they are being devastated by this mass immigration, this Sharia law, this nonsense that's going on that's trying to come here to this country.
00:18:01.000 And Joe Biden tried to let it happen.
00:18:02.000 Thank goodness President Trump got elected.
00:18:05.000 But President Trump is he's up to his ears and alligators, and he knows that.
00:18:10.000 There's different problems every day.
00:18:12.000 And I've told people this with traveling the state and the country this last month of being out of Washington, D.C. If you don't have control of your streets in your neighborhoods, you have nothing.
00:18:20.000 I don't care if you got money and great family and everything going for you.
00:18:25.000 You have to have safety.
00:18:26.000 Well, that's what President Trump's trying to put back into our country.
00:18:28.000 Now, I've been in Washington, D.C. five years, and what a disaster.
00:18:34.000 I've had them owe the grass, homeless everywhere.
00:18:37.000 I could have made several citizens arrest myself of watching nonsense go on.
00:18:41.000 I've been accosted out exercising up and down the mall there in Washington, D.C. We're in trouble.
00:18:48.000 The country's in trouble, thank God, for President Trump and him pulling the situation of bringing more law enforcement, which is our National Guard cities.
00:18:57.000 We're going to need to do that.
00:19:01.000 They have no idea of what to do because they are trying to destroy our country from within.
00:19:07.000 Yes, he is.
00:19:08.000 And so I fully support President Trump's takeover of Washington, D.C. I think he should do the same in Chicago and then in other cities.
00:19:17.000 It truly is anarchy.
00:19:19.000 So, coach, now let's talk about the visa overstays.
00:19:25.000 So, this is something I know that you're passionate about.
00:19:27.000 It's a huge component about the immigration debate.
00:19:31.000 What should people know about this in particular?
00:19:33.000 Well, first of all, I went to graduation of a small university in the South not too long ago.
00:19:40.000 And I looked at the program of the graduation, and there was 40 Chinese, 15 Iranians that were graduating in engineering and cyber.
00:19:49.000 Now, we are educating for our own demise in this country.
00:19:53.000 I just don't understand what.
00:19:54.000 He is right.
00:19:55.000 We are educating for our own demise.
00:19:56.000 And basically, and look, it's a balance.
00:19:59.000 So you have some of our allies.
00:20:01.000 Like, do we want Japanese kids to come to America to study?
00:20:04.000 Koreans, probably.
00:20:04.000 Probably.
00:20:07.000 But do we want the Persians and the Iranians and the Chinese to be able to come to our universities?
00:20:14.000 And that's an open question.
00:20:15.000 And it's even worse than that.
00:20:17.000 This is why the birthright citizenship debate is a national security question.
00:20:23.000 There's a great friend of mine.
00:20:25.000 I'll just call him Tom.
00:20:27.000 He's a pilot.
00:20:28.000 And for 10 years, he would fly from San Francisco to Beijing, spend a night, and then fly from Beijing to San Francisco.
00:20:37.000 When he would fly from Beijing to San Francisco, he would board the plane and he would ask the lead flight attendant, how many?
00:20:43.000 And she'd say about four or five.
00:20:46.000 Without even saying it, they knew what he was saying.
00:20:48.000 How many what?
00:20:49.000 Pregnant Chinese women.
00:20:51.000 How many pregnant Chinese women?
00:20:53.000 They even knew.
00:20:55.000 They just knew how many.
00:20:57.000 It's just every flight, there would be boom, boom, boom, right in first class.
00:21:01.000 So that pregnant Chinese woman, and this has been happening for 10 years because we're a bunch of suckers, hundreds of thousands of Chinese kids then get born in San Francisco hospitals.
00:21:11.000 They get the birth certificate, and then they go back and they fly back and they get raised in China.
00:21:17.000 It's a huge industry.
00:21:18.000 Right now, there are 500,000 to a million, we don't know, Chinese kids that are being totally raised in Chinese culture that have a U.S. birth certificate in a safety deposit box somewhere.
00:21:30.000 Coach Tuberville, make the argument then about the Chinese Communist Party, this little graduation you went to, and why are we as a nation putting up with this?
00:21:40.000 Well, because we got our eyes closed.
00:21:44.000 We're afraid we'll upset somebody.
00:21:46.000 The Democrats, this is their agenda.
00:21:48.000 They could care nothing about our country.
00:21:50.000 It worries me because they have no agenda.
00:21:53.000 Only thing they're doing is they're playing Pied Piper and going around in a circle and they're following each other because the only thing that they understand and believe in is power and control.
00:22:02.000 You've got some good Democrats, but they're just following along.
00:22:05.000 They need to fight back.
00:22:06.000 They need to fight back against their cohorts, but they're not going to do it.
00:22:08.000 They're the ones that I really hold accountable.
00:22:11.000 You've got crazies out there and then you've got moderate Democrats that could be fighting back against all this nonsense, but they're not doing it.
00:22:18.000 So, you know, you brought up about the citizenship situation.
00:22:22.000 I've got a buddy that's been for 15 years a doctor down in Laredo, Texas.
00:22:28.000 And every week they have from across the border from people from all over the world come set at a Walmart and Laredo that are pregnant.
00:22:37.000 They go and once they become into labor, they go into the hospital and they, you know, push these, they, you know, give these babies citizenship to the United States for America.
00:22:48.000 It's wrong.
00:22:49.000 President, I'm hoping that the Supreme Court steps up here in the near future.
00:22:53.000 Yeah, I'm not too optimistic.
00:22:55.000 I mean, I think a law can be passed where you can say that, hey, you're not allowed to enter as a foreign citizen if you're seven months or eight months pregnant, but that's just part of it.
00:23:04.000 But it's just the most egregious example.
00:23:06.000 Again, it is a cottage industry sponsored by the Chinese Communist Party government for pregnant Chinese women to board airplanes to then come to San Francisco, come to LA.
00:23:16.000 They get a birth certificate.
00:23:17.000 They go back to China only then one day.
00:23:20.000 And by the way, as a full U.S. citizen, that Chinese kid can become an FBI agent.
00:23:24.000 They become a CIA agent.
00:23:25.000 They could run for Congress.
00:23:26.000 They could become president.
00:23:28.000 They could become a senator.
00:23:29.000 They are a full citizen of the United States, even though they've never lived here.
00:23:32.000 And we don't treat our citizenship as valuable.
00:23:35.000 We just give the citizenship to this Chinese person, even though they boarded the plane pregnant.
00:23:40.000 That is what birthright citizenship has happened.
00:23:43.000 That is paperwork Americans.
00:23:44.000 And that's a great example.
00:23:45.000 Is that kid right now being raised in China, even though he has a United States passport and birth certificate?
00:23:52.000 Is he an American?
00:23:53.000 Of course not.
00:23:54.000 He's being raised in China.
00:23:55.000 He doesn't speak English.
00:23:56.000 He speaks, well, he might speak English because I'll teach it to him.
00:23:59.000 He speaks Mandarin, and that guy's not an American.
00:24:01.000 But according to the left, that guy's an American, even though he's being raised in Wuhan or Beijing.
00:24:06.000 Senator, Coach, just in a couple minutes here, what is going on with this blue slip operation?
00:24:13.000 Chuck Grassley, who I have a lot of great respect for, why is he so off the mark here on this?
00:24:19.000 Why should we give pocket veto power to Democrat senators to stop us from getting the U.S. attorneys that the American people voted for?
00:24:27.000 Well, our forefathers came up with this, Charlie, back when we thought people would be fair, everything would be fair and open.
00:24:34.000 And it's not anymore.
00:24:36.000 We've seen that our elections are bogus.
00:24:39.000 A lot of places, they're stacked the deck, especially these blue states.
00:24:43.000 You're not ever going to have one or even two United States senators from a blue state.
00:24:49.000 And so it's come to the point now, if we're ever going to be able to help the citizens of these blue states, because it's obvious that the state, the senators from those states aren't going to allow common sense judges to go into those positions.
00:25:03.000 We need to allow the White House to vet the people that they think would fit in those positions.
00:25:09.000 Now, we had a judge in Tennessee just two years ago that they went around Marsha Blackburn and Bill Haggerty and said, we're going to appoint this judge.
00:25:18.000 It happens all the time.
00:25:19.000 President Trump's just going to need to step to the plate and say, I respect you, Senator Grashley, but this is the way we're going to do it.
00:25:26.000 I think we're going to have to do that.
00:25:28.000 We're going to have to make some tough decisions that maybe some people might not like, but at the end of the day, it's for the majority and for the entire United States of America because our justice system, as you know, Charlie, is going to hell in a handbasket.
00:25:43.000 Yes, it has.
00:25:44.000 In closing here, Coach, you are running for governor of the great state of Alabama.
00:25:49.000 If I might ask, is it just that the U.S. Senate is just completely broken?
00:25:54.000 It's your love of the state of Alabama.
00:25:56.000 I mean, you, Marsha Blackburn, it seems like the, and also Todd Young, it seems like the, not Todd Young, the Mike Braun.
00:26:03.000 It seems like the trend is that some of our really good guys and gals are just leaving.
00:26:09.000 Is it just that the institution is so demoralizing or is it that you're better called to your state?
00:26:15.000 Because I can't help but just take a step back and read a little bit into this because I want to know what is causing some of our best people like you.
00:26:23.000 You are without a doubt our top three best U.S. senators and I want you to be governor.
00:26:27.000 I'm fully supportive of that.
00:26:29.000 But I just want to ask, are we missing something?
00:26:31.000 And by the way, people should go to coachforgovernor.com.
00:26:34.000 Your thoughts, coach.
00:26:35.000 Yeah, there's a lot of things that I'm a bit disappointed with in the Senate.
00:26:38.000 Now, there's a lot of good people.
00:26:41.000 I'm not big on the seniority realm of the longer you're there, the more power you get.
00:26:47.000 I think it should be merit-based.
00:26:48.000 I think everybody talks about term limits and all those things.
00:26:52.000 Term limits should have nothing to do with it.
00:26:55.000 Seniority should have nothing to do with it.
00:26:57.000 If you're the best person to run the judiciary or the foreign relations, not just because you've been there 50 years, you should not turn into the chairman and have power in that committee.
00:27:08.000 We've got to start basing stuff on merit.
00:27:11.000 And if we did that in the Senate, you would have people, you would have a lot of different people, I would think, that would be in the leadership roles that would help the Senate.
00:27:19.000 Again, there's some good people.
00:27:20.000 Now, going back to governor, and as I told President Trump, President, you said you were going to send the power and the money back to the states.
00:27:28.000 And I want to go back to the state of Alabama.
00:27:30.000 We have a lot of problems.
00:27:32.000 And I want to institute that extra money he's going to send back, the power he's going to send back through education, for infrastructure, immigration, all those things to be able to help our 5 million people in the state of Alabama have a better life.
00:27:45.000 I think that that probably fits me better, Charlie, because I'm a builder.
00:27:49.000 I was a football coach.
00:27:50.000 I brought people in in certain positions, put them out there and say, listen, we're going to run this state and we're going to do it in a different way.
00:27:56.000 And we're going to do it the right way.
00:27:58.000 And we're going to have a game plan, just like President Trump has a plan for our country.
00:28:02.000 We're going to do it on a smaller scale in the state.
00:28:04.000 And again, I like to build things.
00:28:06.000 So I can't say I really like the Senate because four years of Joe Biden was an absolute disaster.
00:28:12.000 President Trump in six months has done more than any president I've ever seen in my lifetime.
00:28:17.000 So that's the reason I'm going back to Alabama and be the governor.
00:28:20.000 Well, I understand.
00:28:22.000 And by the way, congratulations now on the official national championship in 2004.
00:28:26.000 I remember watching that team.
00:28:28.000 That team, sir, was one of the most fun college football teams I have ever seen.
00:28:32.000 If I remember correctly, it was Cadillac Williams.
00:28:35.000 Is that right?
00:28:36.000 And Ronnie Brown.
00:28:37.000 Let me think.
00:28:38.000 Yeah, Jason Campbell.
00:28:40.000 Yep.
00:28:41.000 You guys had a team that was just something else.
00:28:46.000 And you guys were in the middle of the title that year.
00:28:48.000 That was well before.
00:28:49.000 21 years.
00:28:49.000 That's right.
00:28:50.000 21 years ago.
00:28:50.000 That's when we had that goofy BCS system where a bunch of cheaters were able to become national champions.
00:28:57.000 Coach, great to see you.
00:28:58.000 Thank you so much.
00:28:59.000 Thank you.
00:28:59.000 God bless.

00:30:00.000 That is yrefy.com.
00:30:04.000 I want to complete the point on blue slips.
00:30:09.000 Why are we delegating control of the United States Senate and the advise and consent process to Democrat senators?
00:30:20.000 There is no reason for this.
00:30:23.000 We absolutely need to overturn, overrule the tradition and the rules on blue slips.
00:30:36.000 President Trump wrote last night, I have a constitutional right to appoint judges and U.S. attorneys, but that right has not been completely taken away from me in states that have just one Democrat U.S. Senator.
00:30:47.000 This is because of an old and outdated custom known as the blue slip that Chuck Grassley, we've been on this, we've been leaders on this.
00:30:55.000 Chuck Grassley, the great state of Iowa, refused to return, even though the Democrats included Crooked Biden twice, have done so on numerous occasions.
00:31:01.000 Therefore, the only candidate that I can get confirmed for these most important positions are, believe it or not, Democrats.
00:31:07.000 Chuck Grassley should allow strong Republican candidates to ascend to these very vital and powerful roles and tell the Democrats, as they often tell us, to go to hell.
00:31:16.000 President Trump has the mandate.
00:31:18.000 The Democrats lost the last election.
00:31:21.000 The Democrats fell short on the last election.
00:31:24.000 Why are we giving them precious U.S. Senator power?
00:31:28.000 Giving them advising consent power that they were not given and they did not earn.
00:31:33.000 It should not take one-fourth of a presidential term to appoint a full staff.
00:31:38.000 But understand, this is the workings of the unelected administrative state, not just the U.S. Senate.
00:31:44.000 The inability for us to be able to staff our government.
00:31:47.000 They are stealing President Trump's term from him on a daily basis.
00:31:50.000 I know that might sound outrageous, but every day they are stealing time from President Trump.
00:31:55.000 Every day they are stealing time.
00:31:58.000 The Democrats are not working in good faith.
00:32:00.000 We have the power to change and fix this.
00:32:02.000 It'd be one thing if we did not control the U.S. Senate.
00:32:05.000 It'd be one thing if we did not control the powers of advising consent.
00:32:08.000 We do.
00:32:09.000 Why is it that the U.S. Senate was completely out of session?
00:32:12.000 And by the way, I love Coach Tubberville.
00:32:14.000 We all know why Coach Tuberville is leaving.
00:32:16.000 He had to be polite.
00:32:17.000 The Senate sucks.
00:32:19.000 You're not doing anything.
00:32:20.000 You're off the month of August.
00:32:22.000 You have no power.
00:32:23.000 You got to spend time with Lindsey Graham.
00:32:25.000 Archaic rules and outdated practices.
00:32:29.000 And the Democrats are not working or operating in good faith.
00:32:33.000 And we have the power to fix this.
00:32:36.000 We are not because Republican senators, they would much rather protect some silly and antiquated tradition than save the nation.
00:32:46.000 For these Republican senators, it leads to paralysis, it leads to inaction.
00:32:51.000 And the Democrats are gumming up the works.
00:32:53.000 One-fourth of President Trump's term is just going to be taken from him because he does not have his people at the State Department, at DHS.
00:32:59.000 He doesn't have ambassadors.
00:33:01.000 They could take one vote and do a simultaneous concurrent approval of all of Trump's nominees.
00:33:07.000 Boom.
00:33:08.000 But they're choosing not to.
00:33:09.000 The Senate chose to go out of session here in the month of August.
00:33:12.000 The Senate chose to go on vacation.
00:33:15.000 The Senate chose to go senate its hand.
00:33:17.000 The Senate chose to go work with Chuck Schumer.
00:33:19.000 The Senate chose to go work with the other side.
