00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, today's Charlie Kirk Show.
00:00:02.000 I am on a list, a federal government list of people they want silenced, and they've done it successfully.
00:00:09.000 We were curious as to why our social media numbers were suppressed for quite some time on certain platforms.
00:00:15.000 Well, now we know why.
00:00:17.000 New revelations and bombshell reporting show that the federal government is intimately involved in suppressing and silencing dissident points of view.
00:00:30.000 By doing so, they are involved in unconstitutional and illegal behavior.
00:00:36.000 It's a pretty amazing story.
00:00:38.000 I truly believe, my core, that if it is not for their suppression campaigns, the Democrats would lose almost everywhere.

00:02:24.000 That's why we are here.
00:02:27.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:02:36.000 While I was getting ready to speak at the great Calvary Chapel Chino Hills, producer Andrew was emailing me and texting me about this story that came out on the terrific website, justthenews.com.
00:02:50.000 And I couldn't quite process it in time.
00:02:53.000 And then I had a chance to read it and the weekend happened.
00:02:56.000 And I saw Sean Hannity did a segment on this with John Solomon.
00:02:59.000 And essentially, it turns out new documents show that there is a censorship machine that exists targeting news sites and influencers that might express opinions that the government does not like.
00:03:16.000 To help us understand this story, I have lots of questions about it because I'm on the list.
00:03:22.000 I'm on the enemies list.
00:03:23.000 Is John Solomon from justthenews.com and he has a terrific show on Real America's Voice.
00:03:28.000 So as we wait for John, we have, just to kind of go through the story here, it says, the private consortium that reported election misinformation to tech platforms during the 2020 election season was in consultation with federal agencies, targeting several news organizations and its dragnets.
00:03:46.000 Essentially, we have a third party, allegedly a third party that exists to censor people that they don't like, such as James Woods, Gateway Pundit, Donald Trump Jr., Tom Finton, Jack Pasobic, myself, Mark Levin, James O'Keefe, Rick Grinnell, Breitbart News, Sean Hannity.
00:04:10.000 So, the federal government pays this outside company to then censor voices they don't like.
00:04:15.000 John Solomon joins us right now.
00:04:16.000 John, how are you doing?
00:04:18.000 I'm well.
00:04:19.000 How are you?
00:04:20.000 Great.
00:04:20.000 Congratulations on the story.
00:04:22.000 So, walk us through it and we'll go from there.
00:04:25.000 Enemies list.
00:04:26.000 So, the federal government is paying third-party companies to silence voices they don't like, including myself.
00:04:34.000 Yeah.
00:04:34.000 So, in the 2020 election, it was done free of charge.
00:04:37.000 This consortium called the Election Integrity Partnership, which was a couple of universities, a couple of liberal groups, they did it on their own, but they created a system where the federal government could actually file a ticket.
00:04:49.000 Like it was a concierge desk, and you could file a ticket saying, I want this URL, this tweet censored.
00:04:55.000 And then this group would go out, be the intermediary, the third party that would go out and do the work on behalf of the government.
00:05:02.000 After the election, the members of this consortium, the four private members, they all got grants and contracts from the new incoming Biden administration.
00:05:10.000 So, you see a reward for having done it.
00:05:13.000 The breadth of censorship is absolutely jaw-dropping.
00:05:17.000 They targeted 4,900 URLs, 20 new U.S. news sites, 29 famous influencers, yourself included.
00:05:26.000 And the impact of all that censorship was an estimated in their own report.
00:05:31.000 This is the coalition's own report, to be 22 million tweets.
00:05:36.000 Massive, a massive amount of a reach-throttling censorship, unheard of in American history.
00:05:42.000 And at the behest of meaning, the federal government, which the First Amendment says can't infringe free speech, they were actually the trigger point that initiated a lot of this censorship.
00:05:52.000 Really a remarkable story.
00:05:54.000 So, let me ask you, how did you come across this?
00:05:58.000 We learned about this from a former government official who, by the way, was going to be President Trump's first ever digital ambassador, digital freedom ambassador, if President Trump had won a second term.
00:06:10.000 His name is Mike Benz.
00:06:12.000 He had seen some of this going on when he was inside the government.
00:06:15.000 He came out, he did a lot of research, put it all together.
00:06:18.000 He alerted us to it.
00:06:19.000 We did the reporting, went and got the documents, and we have uncovered just a massive, massive censorship operation.
00:06:27.000 And by the way, that group, if you go to their site right now, the Democracy Integrity Partnership, they're boasting that they've just re-geared up for the 2022 election.
00:06:36.000 So, we have reason to believe it's going on right now again.
00:06:40.000 Democracy Integrity Project.
00:06:42.000 That's another one of these dark money kind of traveling circus organizations that pops up and then they do a lot of damage and they disappear by the time they actually start to get investigated.
00:06:52.000 Very similar to the Good Information Foundation that was paying people illegally to do posts against Donald Trump using foundation resources.
00:06:59.000 We talked about that last week.
00:07:01.000 So, John, is it fair to say then that the Department of Homeland Security, because I read in your piece here, and the Part Homeland Security, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure Security Agency would then basically call or contact a company to do censorship on their behalf?
00:07:18.000 Is this outsourcing censorship?
00:07:21.000 How is this legal?
00:07:23.000 Yeah, that is a great question.
00:07:24.000 In fact, in the aftermath of this, they had a conference in 2021.
00:07:28.000 The government and these private parties got together to kind of do an after-action conference.
00:07:33.000 And in that conference, one of the government officials said, Hey, we're really concerned about that.
00:07:37.000 We were really concerned about the legality of this.
00:07:39.000 We're not sure that we're on good legal footing, but we did it anyways.
00:07:43.000 Pretty remarkable that the law didn't get in their way at all or the Constitution.
00:07:46.000 Well, I mean, so I've been texting with the great Harmeet Dylan, and I'm on this list.
00:07:50.000 And so it's a very interesting situation because we can show damages because our social media went down so much.
00:07:56.000 It was a revenue hit for our program.
00:07:58.000 We could prove it.
00:07:59.000 All the analytics are there.
00:08:01.000 And she thinks I have a very good First Amendment claim here of the federal government coming in, not just a principled one, but with actual damages.
00:08:09.000 And so can you expand on that a little bit more, John, on how they thought that this could potentially be illegal?
00:08:13.000 The federal government coming in and using private actors, well, not even private actors, just this outsource agency.
00:08:20.000 But that doesn't insulate them from liability, does it?
00:08:24.000 That's like saying, well, you know, it was the defense contractors that, you know, invaded Iraq.
00:08:29.000 It wasn't us.
00:08:30.000 I mean, come on, that's really silly.
00:08:31.000 That does not insulate you from potential legal recourse, right?
00:08:35.000 Yeah, it doesn't according to the laws I've talked to thus far.
00:08:38.000 Obviously, we'll see where the courts come down on this.
00:08:40.000 But the First Amendment is clear: Congress shall not take any action or pass a law that will abridge Americans' free speech.
00:08:46.000 The courts have since concluded that any federal agency that derives its authority or its budget from Congress also is covered by that.
00:08:54.000 So both branches of government are covered by the idea that you can't infringe free speech.
00:08:58.000 So here, the government knows that it's making a request to infringe someone's speech by outsourcing it to a third party, according to most of the lawyers I've talked to.
00:09:06.000 That doesn't seem to insulate them.
00:09:08.000 And in their own analysis, when they were talking about in the summer of 2021, they had those concerns saying, listen, we're still on shaky ground here.
00:09:17.000 We're not sure what the legal authority is to do this, but we did it anyways.
00:09:21.000 And look at the success we had.
00:09:22.000 Really, you get a great sense of the mindset of these permanent bureaucracies.
00:09:28.000 The two agencies involved here, Homeland Security and its CISA, its cybersecurity division, and the State Department, which, by the way, in an earlier iteration in 2018, tried to monitor my social media when I was doing the Hunter Biden stuff.
00:09:41.000 A real question about that.
00:09:42.000 In fact, we got memos later saying that it was illegal.
00:09:45.000 You see, you have two agencies that want to control speech in America.
00:09:49.000 One of them shouldn't even be worried about American speech, State Department.
00:09:52.000 They're foreign-facing.
00:09:53.000 And then they take this third party to do its work for them.
00:09:56.000 It's bidding for them, but they're initiating the action.
00:09:59.000 I think that's the key.
00:10:00.000 The ticket system, the initiation of requests, starting with the U.S. government, that probably is where lawyers are going to find a lot of connectivity in the lawsuits.
00:10:09.000 This is an extraordinary story.
00:10:11.000 And just to, because I know it could be kind of nerdy part of it, this is the federal government coming in and choosing voices, spokespeople, and specific tweets and/or articles they don't like, and demanding that they get taken down or flagged.
00:10:30.000 This is Soviet.
00:10:31.000 This is illegal.
00:10:33.000 And I'd love everyone's thoughts in the audience.
00:10:34.000 Freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:10:36.000 Do you think I should sue the federal government?
00:10:38.000 Because I think I will.
00:10:41.000 Look, you know how passionate I am about the Constitution and especially the Second Amendment.
00:10:46.000 I'm just as passionate about being responsible for protecting my family.
00:10:50.000 I just discovered the perfect way to train with your firearm.
00:10:52.000 It's so cool.
00:10:52.000 I got a whole tutorial on this.
00:10:54.000 It's awesome.
00:10:54.000 And you could do it in the comfort of your home and have a lot of fun while doing it.
00:10:58.000 It's called iTarget Pro.
00:11:01.000 And this system is a game changer for me and my family.
00:11:04.000 So what you do is you download the app and you literally load the laser bullet into the firearm and you start training.
00:11:09.000 So you have a gun, a real gun.
00:11:11.000 So it's the feel, it's the weight, it's the texture, it's the grip.
00:11:14.000 And you put this laser bullet in, and then you're able to do firearm training, but no bullet is actually fired.
00:11:21.000 Then it goes back onto the app of your accuracy, your speed, and your ability to operate the firearm.
00:11:28.000 And so the system develops muscle memory, reaction speed, site alignment, trigger control, and more.
00:11:33.000 So right now, save 10% plus get free shipping with the offer code Kirk.
00:11:37.000 When you go to itargetpro.com, that is itargetpro.com.
00:11:41.000 What, why should you use this?
00:11:43.000 Well, look, ammo is super expensive.
00:11:44.000 Somebody like, Charlie, I have to go all the way to the range and practice and all this.
00:11:48.000 Not with iTarget Pro.
00:11:49.000 With iTarget Pro, you get to use your gun.
00:11:52.000 You put in the laser bullet and you could fire unlimited, and then it tracks your accuracy.
00:11:57.000 And for example, maybe your wife just wants to get used to holding the gun, what it might be like if there was an intruder.
00:12:01.000 Well, then you could set up a bunch of these eye targets throughout the house, the kitchen, the yard, and she's able to then practice that actual bullets and any sort of ammunition being discharged free of charge.
00:12:13.000 And then you get a full report of how accurate she was.
00:12:16.000 And by the way, no sound, right?
00:12:18.000 There's, and if someone's like not comfortable with a gun, if they're uncomfortable with kind of how they are, you know, using it, how a gun feels, it's a great way to ease someone in to firearm use and ownership.
00:12:30.000 Crime is going up.
00:12:31.000 iTarget Pro can make you comfortable owning and using a firearm.
00:12:36.000 It's much better than dry firing.
00:12:37.000 It's very, very safe.
00:12:38.000 Let's go to itargetpro.com.
00:12:41.000 That is itargetpro.com.
00:12:43.000 A cost-effective way to get your family and yourself proficient to use a firearm.
00:12:48.000 God forbid you have to use it, but we see what's happening.
00:12:50.000 iTargetPro.com, itargetpro.com, offer code Kirk.
00:12:56.000 It's just hard to believe that they're able to get away with this, the significance of it.
00:13:01.000 John Solomon is with us, justthenews.com.
00:13:04.000 And it's important to realize how widespread this is.
00:13:08.000 I'm going to read the list.
00:13:10.000 James Woods, Gateway Pundit, Donald Trump Jr., Donald Trump himself, Tom Fitton, Jack Pesobic from Turning Point USA, Eric Trump, Chuck Costello, myself, Mark Levin, James O'Keefe, Rick Grinnell, Breitbart News, Mike Roman, Robbie Starbuck, Sean Hannity on an enemies list from the federal government.
00:13:30.000 It's amazing we win any elections at all, isn't it?
00:13:34.000 Mailing ballots, mules, censorship.
00:13:38.000 Do you think Republicans have a mass censorship operation?
00:13:41.000 Give me a break.
00:13:41.000 John, but it's also news organizations as well, isn't it?
00:13:46.000 Yes, there were 20 news organizations.
00:13:48.000 Just the news was on that list.
00:13:50.000 New York Post was on that list.
00:13:52.000 Fox News was on that list.
00:13:54.000 The large news organizations, the Epoch Times.
00:13:57.000 Again, the one common theme when you take a look at all of the different targeting that went on with this private consortium taking its direction from the federal government is it's all conservatives.
00:14:08.000 You would think, and just on the law of averages, well, you'd find some on the left that would also require censorship, but you would be wrong.
00:14:15.000 This was targeted at conservatives.
00:14:18.000 It affected conservatives.
00:14:19.000 It affected conservatives' content.
00:14:21.000 And in addition to the federal government, there were a handful of other people that were given ticket status, meaning the ability to request the group kick into action and try to censor something.
00:14:31.000 One of them was the DNC, the Democratic National Committee.
00:14:34.000 Another was the NAACP, and the third was Common Cause.
00:14:38.000 What's unique about those three groups?
00:14:40.000 They all skew liberals.
00:14:41.000 So federal bureaucrats and liberals were getting to decide what pieces of content were going to get referred for censorship to the companies.
00:14:50.000 And then when it got to this consortium and it goes out to the companies, they succeeded 35% of the time.
00:14:56.000 The social media companies bent to the will of this 35% of the time.
00:15:00.000 If I was batting 350 in the major leagues, I'd be an all-star.
00:15:03.000 So they had a great record of actually achieving censorship.
00:15:07.000 That's bad for America.
00:15:08.000 I mean, has there any ever been anything like this?
00:15:11.000 This is direct election interference, speech interference from the federal government coming directly into the speech and the discourse of the American people.
00:15:25.000 I mean, you look here at the story that you published here.
00:15:28.000 It's not just a tweet here or a tweet there.
00:15:31.000 And the federal government, the reason they had to outsource it is they know they're not allowed to do this.
00:15:35.000 And, John, did they do this under the kind of auspices of national security?
00:15:40.000 Is that right?
00:15:41.000 Yeah, their idea is that misinformation can jeopardize national security or the health of an election.
00:15:48.000 Now, our founding fathers had just the opposite idea.
00:15:51.000 They thought free speech was the key to having a free election, and that's why they passed as the First Amendment in the first of the Bill of Rights, free speech, free expression, and free religion.
00:16:02.000 And here you see the current government, the 21st century, 246 years after the founding of the government, doing the opposite thing, trying to target free speech, call it disinformation.
00:16:13.000 Now, let's take a look at things that we know the government and its allies call disinformation.
00:16:18.000 The Hunter-Biden laptop turned out to be true.
00:16:20.000 The idea that China might have had a China lab leak that led to the coronavirus.
00:16:26.000 That now, the intelligence community says is a very strong possibility.
00:16:29.000 So we know that things that were true were being censored in real time.
00:16:34.000 The Justin News was censored for something extraordinary.
00:16:37.000 We covered a sworn affidavit submitted in a court case that, by the way, had several hearings.
00:16:43.000 The rest of the media also covered it, but we were censored for picking up a sworn affidavit submitted in a court case.
00:16:50.000 If journalists can't cover things that actually occur in court, what good is the producer media profession?
00:16:56.000 That's how insane and silly the censorship was.
00:16:59.000 No, I mean, this is illegal.
00:17:01.000 We're really contemplating a lawsuit.
00:17:02.000 We'll be making hopefully some announcement there because there's damages and it's so wrong.
00:17:07.000 The federal government can now, with their trillions of dollars, just say, we don't like that voice.
00:17:12.000 We don't like.
00:17:12.000 And by the way, John, are they doing it right now?
00:17:14.000 Who are they censoring right now heading into the midterms?
00:17:18.000 We won't know because everything's secret until after the election when they put the report up, but they boasted they're back up in operation for the 2022 election.
00:17:25.000 We are going through a midterm election where right now, tweets, Facebook posts, and videos might be censored and selected for lack of engagement, lack of virality, because of the federal government.
00:17:40.000 This is illegal.
00:17:41.000 This is provda.
00:17:42.000 We shouldn't put up with it.
00:17:43.000 John, thank you so much.
00:17:45.000 Thanks, Arlie.
00:17:46.000 Great reporting.
00:17:49.000 Look, I don't feel too good about the coming months and years, do you?
00:17:52.000 That's why now is the perfect time to stock up on emergency food you're probably going to need very, very soon.
00:17:58.000 Listen, emergency food is not for the paranoid.
00:18:01.000 It is for the prudent.
00:18:02.000 My Patriot Supply is the nation's largest preparedness company.

00:18:39.000 That is preparewithkirk.com, preparewithkirk.com.
00:18:46.000 There was an old Greek playwright by the name of Sophocles.
00:18:51.000 He had a great quote.
00:18:53.000 He said, what people believe prevails over the truth.
00:18:56.000 It's a phenomenal quote.
00:18:58.000 Meaning, narrative matters.
00:19:00.000 What you believe, unfortunately, matters more than what is actually happening.
00:19:05.000 So therefore, if you can influence what people believe, then you can get quicker and closer to power.
00:19:10.000 You can get closer to power quickly.
00:19:13.000 The story from justthenews.com that we have been focusing on is just extraordinary.
00:19:18.000 This organization that was in charge of this should be investigated by the new Congress.
00:19:24.000 It's unbelievable if we're able to take back the House, which I believe we will.
00:19:29.000 Targeting voices and organizations that they don't like, silencing and censoring them.
00:19:35.000 It really makes you believe.
00:19:37.000 It really makes you begs the question.
00:19:40.000 How many seats in the Senate, how many seats in the House of Representatives, how many governor's mansions would we control if we had a fair fight?
00:19:48.000 If we had a fair fight against the left, what would the country look like?
00:19:52.000 Maybe this is one of the reasons why they have felt so confident going into these midterms.
00:19:57.000 Maybe this is why they don't slow down and they're driving us off a cliff, inflation, open borders.
00:20:04.000 How many other tricks do they have up their sleeve?
00:20:07.000 From manipulating our elections to interfering directly into the discourse of the country.
00:20:14.000 We saw it firsthand.
00:20:15.000 We have the evidence.
00:20:16.000 We have the goods.
00:20:16.000 I think our lawsuit would be very compelling.
00:20:19.000 We have damages and we have direct off-a-cliff engagement on multiple social media sites and now we know why.
00:20:27.000 The Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and the State Department inexcusably targeted my own social media.
00:20:38.000 Right here, I'm a threat to the regime, allegedly.
00:20:41.000 Supposedly, I'm such a threat to the federal government because I ask questions about an election, because we call out the nonsense of what's happening in the federal government.
00:20:55.000 There's a list of us together, as I've mentioned, James Woods, James O'Keefe, Rick Grinnell, Breitbart News, Eric Trump, Gateway Pundit, Donald Trump Jr., all of us together being suppressed and silenced millions of times, millions of times.
00:21:13.000 Let's play cut one.
00:21:14.000 UN Secretary for Global Comms says they partnered with Google on climate change and says they own the science on climate change.
00:21:23.000 And opposing viewpoints have now been pushed down in search results through their partnership in Google.
00:21:28.000 We've experienced this as well on Facebook.
00:21:30.000 We ask questions about climate change and you are not allowed to disagree.
00:21:35.000 Climate change, the cult of environmentalism, the pagan religion that runs the Democrat Party with the Archbishop Greta Thunberg and the Cardinal Al Gore.
00:21:48.000 You can't dare disagree with anything they do because the environmentalism and climate change is instrumental to their aims and their ambitions of property confiscation, of keeping borders wide open, of expanding the state.
00:22:02.000 And Google now brags about this.
00:22:04.000 Play cut one.
00:22:06.000 You know, we partnered with Google, for example.
00:22:08.000 If you Google climate change, you will, at the top of your search, you will get all kinds of UN resources.
00:22:16.000 We started this partnership when we were shocked to see that when we Googled climate change, we were getting incredibly distorted information right at the top.
00:22:27.000 So we're becoming much more proactive.
00:22:30.000 You know, we own the science and we think that the world, you know, should know it.
00:22:35.000 We own the science.
00:22:37.000 Unbelievable.
00:22:39.000 We own the science.
00:22:40.000 We know what the science is.
00:22:42.000 We have some questions for this UN woman, UN Secretary of Global Comms, who now partners with Google and saying, we own the science.
00:22:50.000 To what extent is man-made activity contributing to rising global temperatures?
00:22:55.000 Are there any positives to rising global temperatures?
00:22:58.000 Over the last 10 years, has any of your models worked?
00:23:00.000 Question for the woman of the UN Secretary of Global Comms.
00:23:03.000 Are you allowed to ask questions anymore?
00:23:05.000 Or is we own the science?
00:23:06.000 Take a knee.
00:23:08.000 Over the next 10 years, what will the temperature be?
00:23:12.000 No, make a prediction.
00:23:13.000 Do you know what's so interesting about the climate change environmentalists, the pagans?
00:23:17.000 Not a single one of their predictions ever come true.
00:23:22.000 It's the most amazing thing.
00:23:23.000 They get to believe in something that expands the government, that takes away your individual freedom and liberties, that can never be questioned and cannot be modeled.
00:23:32.000 It's the most amazing tool for a tyrant.
00:23:34.000 You can't model it.
00:23:35.000 It has zero predictive ability.
00:23:38.000 Not one, because what's so amazing about if it gets warmer, it's climate change.
00:23:41.000 If it gets colder, it's climate change.
00:23:43.000 If it stays the same, it's climate change.
00:23:46.000 And what's the solution?
00:23:47.000 More government, less freedom, less liberty, less activity, less fossil fuel exploration, less natural gas.
00:23:54.000 The pagans, they worship the earth to try to give themselves more political power.
00:24:01.000 She says, we own the science and the world should know it.
00:24:05.000 By declaring they own the science, she partners with big tech to manipulate search results and pouring millions into media outlets.
00:24:13.000 The unelected globalists are attempting, of course, to manipulate your vote.
00:24:16.000 So now we have the news from justthenews.com where they don't allow voices like our own social media to spread.
00:24:23.000 And despite all of this, despite the federal government censoring our social media, despite all of it, this is what's so amazing.
00:24:30.000 This is the good news, everybody.
00:24:31.000 We are still the number one conservative podcast as of today.
00:24:34.000 It goes up and down.
00:24:35.000 It's a competition, but today we're doing very well.
00:24:37.000 So thank you for that.
00:24:38.000 Despite all the censorship attempts, despite that, we still have millions of followers on social media.
00:24:44.000 How popular would the conservative movement be?
00:24:49.000 How widespread would our ideals be if it wasn't for this sort of gaming the system?
00:24:55.000 The UN Secretary for Global Comms, we own the science.
00:24:58.000 We push down the results on Google so that climate change goes straight to the UN website, which of course is climate change alarmism, one world government, deterioration of sovereignty.
00:25:10.000 And they cannot answer a series of questions.
00:25:14.000 Very simple questions.
00:25:16.000 They refuse to ever dialogue or talk about them.
00:25:20.000 To what extent is man-made activity contributing to rising global temperatures?
00:25:24.000 They cannot give you that answer.
00:25:25.000 They can't.
00:25:26.000 Are there any other potential explanations for rising global temperatures?
00:25:31.000 Over the past couple thousand years, have global temperatures risen or fallen absent human activity?
00:25:39.000 Have there been other environmental changes regionally from the Mediterranean climate to North England to sub-Saharan Africa that might have changed not because of human activity, but because of other actions?
00:25:53.000 When you have a hemisphere, when you have a planet that is so large and so massive, isn't it rational to believe that there could be other inputs or other potential, let's say, other potential explanations as to why the Earth would be getting warmer?
00:26:11.000 And here's the other question.
00:26:12.000 To what extent, extent, to what extent are other variables factored in?
00:26:18.000 And here's the most important question.
00:26:20.000 Let's pretend they're right about the alarmism.
00:26:22.000 Let's pretend they're right about all this, even though none of their predictions come true.
00:26:25.000 One prediction after the other is exaggerated, is elaborated.
00:26:30.000 Does that then mean, this is the most important question, does that then mean we put into jeopardy our ability to power our hospitals, transportation, our economic engines, so then we then satisfy the slight increase in rising global temperatures?
00:26:45.000 Is that right?
00:26:46.000 And if so, why are you then making a widespread moral argument?
00:26:50.000 Because that is a moral argument.
00:26:52.000 Under what basis do you make that argument that poor people in America now have to pay 30 or 40% more to heat their homes this winter?
00:27:02.000 That working class people have to pay 30 or 40 percent more to drive to work.
00:27:06.000 Why?
00:27:06.000 Because, well, she says, we own the science and the world should know it.
00:27:11.000 We own the science.
00:27:13.000 We're in charge.
00:27:15.000 Many of you in the audience, and you email us, freedom at charliekirk.com, you say, how does anyone still vote Democrat?
00:27:23.000 This is why.
00:27:26.000 They still vote Democrat because the Democrats have illegally, unconstitutionally, immorally inserted themselves into the very distribution of information from the computer science, from the enemies list on justthenews.com.
00:27:46.000 By computer science, I mean the search engine results optimization, SEO.
00:27:53.000 They control you when they control what you see and what information you're able to process.
00:28:02.000 And they need to do this, everybody.
00:28:04.000 They need to censor us because there is a five-alarm fire right now at the Democrat National Committee.
00:28:12.000 They need to shut up the Charlie Kirk show.
00:28:14.000 They need to shut up Mark Levin.
00:28:15.000 They need to shut up Sean Hannity.
00:28:18.000 They need to brag about how they control the environmental conversation because there is a defection.
00:28:27.000 There is a rebellion that they can't explain.
00:28:32.000 Cut five, sleepy Chuck Todd breaks down polling data for Latino voters.
00:28:38.000 Latino Republicans are more likely to identify with Trump.
00:28:42.000 At this pace, we are going to get that wall built.
00:28:44.000 Play cut five.
00:28:45.000 Latino Republicans are actually more likely to identify with Donald Trump over the party than the overall GOP electorate.
00:28:53.000 40% call themselves a Trump supporter.
00:28:56.000 While they still lean pretty Democratic, this 21-point gap actually isn't as big as it was in past elections.
00:29:02.000 Cut four, Telemundo anchor.
00:29:04.000 Latinos are unhappy with the economy.
00:29:06.000 It will make midterms more difficult for Democrats.
00:29:08.000 Let me tell you this, though.
00:29:09.000 Hispanic voters are voting Republican not just because eggs and gas are more expensive.
00:29:14.000 It is a cultural rot that Democrats are totally missing.
00:29:18.000 And by the way, at Turning Point PAC, we are launching a series of billboards in Hispanic communities across America, educating the population on, for example, all in Spanish, Democrats think men can become pregnant, vote Republican.
00:29:33.000 We're going to have a huge press release on that very soon.
00:29:36.000 Play cut four.
00:29:37.000 Latinos are the largest, the fastest growing group of voters.
00:29:42.000 And the numbers are there.
00:29:44.000 Latino voters make up about one out of ten voters.
00:29:48.000 They are unhappy about the job quality.
00:29:50.000 And if you see that the main issues Latino care about, they are right there.
00:29:54.000 Economy, job quality.
00:29:55.000 This is a concern.
00:29:56.000 And this can make things very difficult for Democrats.
00:29:59.000 It's not just about the economy.
00:30:01.000 It's that they believe that life begins at conception.
00:30:05.000 They believe in traditional marriage.
00:30:07.000 They're a very socially conservative community.
00:30:11.000 Dare I say they are part of the parents' party, not part of the white liberal perverts party.
00:30:19.000 This is why they must censor us.
00:30:20.000 They must censor us because they are losing at every single corner.
00:30:25.000 If Democrats did not have censorship, they would only control 10 to 15% of the House and of the Senate.
00:30:31.000 They would be wiped out in historic fashion.
00:30:35.000 This battle against the distribution of information is one of the most important in a generation, which is exactly why we're contemplating a very fiery lawsuit against the federal government, who then uses the Department of Homeland Security to shut up voices they don't like, including this program right here.
00:30:48.000 This program is one that is on the enemies list, the hate list of the federal government.
00:30:54.000 Soviet.
00:30:57.000 This is one of my favorite clips I've seen in some time.
00:30:59.000 I saw it on War Room with Steve Bannon, and it's an MSNBC clip.
00:31:05.000 And I just want you to first, just kind of by context, remember how all of the apparatchiks in the Mockingbird media are calling us semi-fascists, especially Giorgio Meloni from Italy, where she says, I want God family country.
00:31:22.000 Turns out that for the working class Hispanic voter, they're much more interested in God-family country, good wages, a stable currency, and a secure border than men who can become pregnant, medical mutilation for profit, endless wars in Ukraine, and mass mail-in voting and getting Nancy Pelosi deified, or whatever the process, or whatever the priorities of the Democrat Party is.
00:31:47.000 It's a great quote.
00:31:48.000 Sure sounds like semi-fascists to me.
00:31:51.000 Play cut 25.
00:31:53.000 Our poll found that the top issues for Latinos was actually the cost of living.
00:31:57.000 We see that prices are through the roof, and we want to know what people are going to do to help put that burden down.
00:32:03.000 In conservative stronghold states like Texas, signs of a political shift among Latino voters, with more now leaning Republican.
00:32:14.000 Jose Areola and Maria Batris live in El Paso.
00:32:17.000 Maria, you were a Democrat and you are now a Republican.
00:32:24.000 Why?
00:32:25.000 Because the fact that the Democratic Party has changed a lot and identify more with the Republican Party.
00:32:31.000 What things?
00:32:33.000 Well, we're for God, country, family, and hard work.
00:32:37.000 Jose used to vote blue, too.
00:32:39.000 Now he's also a Republican and most concerned with immigration and beefing up border security.
00:32:45.000 What are the concerns you have about immigration?
00:32:47.000 The fact of the matter is that we, you know, we don't feel safe anymore.
00:32:52.000 That clip right there should just be on repeat for any Republican running for office, for any of the socially liberal Republicans out there that say, well, we have to pander to the middle to try to win over the white female liberal voters.
00:33:08.000 We have to try to compromise our values.
00:33:10.000 For every one suburban soccer mom that you might win over on being socially liberal, you lose the opportunity to win over 10 working class Hispanic and Latinos.
00:33:21.000 What does she say?
00:33:22.000 She says she has become a Republican and has defected from the Democrat Party because of God, family, country, and hard work.
00:33:31.000 And her husband beautifully says, border, we don't feel safe anymore here in El Paso.
00:33:37.000 That right there shows exactly why they have to try to censor us.
00:33:43.000 It is a tectonic, once-in-a-generation opportunity.
00:33:48.000 Hispanics have made a 21-point shift to the Republican Party since 2012.
00:33:55.000 The party of Mitt Romney, of invade every country you could possibly imagine, to destroy our manufacturing base, to spend money we don't have, to be socially liberal, that did nothing to win over Latino voters.
00:34:08.000 In fact, the more hawkish the Republican Party has become on immigration, the more appealing we are to Hispanics.
00:34:15.000 Telemundo poll.
00:34:16.000 Hispanics have made a 21-point shift to the Republicans since 2012.
00:34:22.000 21-point shift.
00:34:25.000 This is why they have to censor us.
00:34:27.000 This is with the censorship, by the way.
00:34:31.000 This is with their ability to shut us up and put the Charlie Kirk show on an enemies list.
00:34:35.000 This is with the climate change cultists who are able to say that we own the science.
00:34:44.000 Short clip, Nancy Pelosi, play cut nine.
00:34:46.000 This is what she thinks of Latino voters.
00:34:48.000 Play cut nine.
00:34:49.000 We have a shortage of workers in our country.
00:34:51.000 And you see, even in Florida, some of the farmers and the growers saying, why are you shipping these immigrants up north?
00:35:01.000 We need them to pick the crops down here.
00:35:04.000 This is why they didn't want them on Martha's Vineyard.
00:35:07.000 Because there was no crops to pick.
00:35:10.000 For Republicans out there, I'm telling you right now, there is this amazing opportunity.
00:35:15.000 Lean into God-family country.
00:35:17.000 The very same stuff that they call us a fascist when we say, like, oh, wow, how dare you say that?
00:35:22.000 You stay on message.
00:35:23.000 You're the parents' party.
00:35:25.000 You are the party of regular, everyday working people, regardless of their skin color or their background.
00:35:29.000 And by the way, I think a lot of Latinos are also coming to the Republican Party because of the hyper-racialization of American politics.
00:35:36.000 They're not a fan of BLM.
00:35:37.000 They're not a fan of being told that America is a racist country.
00:35:40.000 They're exhausted with it.
00:35:41.000 They know this country is decent and generous and benevolent.
00:35:44.000 We allow the Democrat Party to be the white woke grooming party.
00:35:48.000 The only reason this midterm is even close is because of their illegal censorship via the UN, via Google, via Facebook, via the enemies list.
00:35:58.000 Despite that, I think we're going to overcome all their deeds of treachery.
00:36:04.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:36:06.000 Email me your thoughts as always.
