00:02:05.000 This is a huge topic happening in the country right now.

00:02:07.000 Yeah, and I'm glad the conversation has increased lately.

00:02:11.000 Yeah, so, you know, the easiest way to say, for people to understand, what we do is we set captives free physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

00:02:20.000 We focus on children and women.

00:02:22.000 We best, I think people best learned of us when we were rescuing and recovering women and children from ISIS.

00:02:30.000 And these last eight years, we grew in our reach and effectiveness to Southeast Asia, South America.

00:02:39.000 But, you know, we had to start focusing right here in the U.S. because of the increase of what I would call pedophilia activity.

00:02:49.000 Have you seen an increase in the last five years, two years in particular?

00:02:54.000 Yes.

00:02:55.000 I mean, starting from COVID, it's just, it exponentially keeps going up.

00:03:01.000 And specifically through the internet, I don't think people realize the full wickedness of how much.

00:03:11.000 Now, we'll say child porn, but the correct terminology is CSAM, which is sexual abuse material. 0.99

00:03:18.000 Because they are being raped. 0.99

00:03:19.000 There's no consent with an eight-year-old. 0.99

00:03:22.000 Yeah, it's an act of rape.

00:03:24.000 Exactly.

00:03:25.000 And, you know, it's, and I'll give people kind of a bird's eye view.

00:03:31.000 I think last year, 33 million images or videos were transferred on the internet or the dark web of child porn right here in the U.S.

00:03:42.000 And people think, well, if you find out about it, won't they just arrest them?

00:03:47.000 Well, there was just a little over 300 convictions.

00:03:51.000 How many people do you think are involved in 33 million?

00:03:54.000 Oh, millions.

00:03:55.000 So two to three million.

00:03:57.000 Yeah.

00:03:58.000 If you say that there's then 30 images per person, that's probably fair.

00:04:02.000 Yeah, I would say that people need to understand every company you work for, every church you attend, that there's someone that struggles with child porn.

00:04:14.000 Because we like to think of it as just isolated, not in my neighborhood, not my community.

00:04:19.000 Yep.

00:04:20.000 The way that it's framed, it's a one in 100,000 person phenomenon.

00:04:24.000 You're saying it's more like one in 250.

00:04:26.000 Yeah.

00:04:27.000 It is beyond what people can imagine.

00:04:31.000 And, you know, through our social media, I keep posting, I'm so sick of posting pastors and judges and businessmen that are busted for child abuse.

00:04:44.000 I mean, it's beyond what people can imagine.

00:04:48.000 That's the thing.

00:04:49.000 We have to move from the white van, snatching up a kid, and realize that the abuse is happening in homes all across America.

00:04:58.000 And oftentimes it's, well, it's like a pimp once said, he appreciates the dads and the stepdads and the uncles for preparing the girls.

00:05:08.000 So one of the theories I have, Victor, as to why we're seeing an increase in the consumption of child rape videos and images, that's the way I feel.

00:05:16.000 Yeah, that's true.

00:05:17.000 That is it.

00:05:18.000 Is because pornography always requires more and just fringier, fringier, fringier, right?

00:05:27.000 So you have young men that have been addicted to pornography since the ages 18 or 20.

00:05:31.000 Right.

00:05:32.000 And eventually they become 30 or 35 and they're desiring more and more and more or more dangerous or more risky.

00:05:38.000 Right.

00:05:38.000 Do you think that plays into it?

00:05:39.000 I do.

00:05:40.000 I'm sure there's other explanations.

00:05:41.000 Well, I would say you're spot on because the biggest consumers right now are the fastest growing age bracket is young men in their 20s of child rape. 0.95

00:05:56.000 Because remember the porn industry focused on young kids.

00:06:00.000 They always have. 0.99

00:06:01.000 It wasn't the old guys.

00:06:02.000 It was young kids.

00:06:03.000 And now those kids would be desensitized starting at 8, 9, 10 years old.

00:06:09.000 They're looking at regular porn.

00:06:12.000 But again, like you said, it requires more.

00:06:14.000 Now they're in their 20s.

00:06:16.000 And, you know, forces of darkness will always give them the opportunity.

00:06:20.000 And it's so easy.

00:06:23.000 And the one thing people must understand, it never stops at images.

00:06:29.000 It progresses to where pedophiles need and want an actual child.

00:06:36.000 And so that's an important point.

00:06:39.000 So you see it go through steps.

00:06:42.000 Yes.

00:06:42.000 That it just doesn't wake up one day and some person is raping a person, they're first watching material of a child being raped.

00:06:51.000 Yes.

00:06:51.000 I've never dealt with a pedophile that's been caught, captured, or prosecuted that never, ever had any type of non-porn in his background.

00:07:01.000 And certainly, like, no child porn.

00:07:04.000 It is a progression, and it is always part of it.

00:07:06.000 And that's actually how we catch many.

00:07:09.000 And some people, it might start with a struggle or an addiction to adult pornography.

00:07:14.000 Yes.

00:07:15.000 And then they might start getting into weirder and more evil and perverse and profane stuff.

00:07:21.000 Right.

00:07:21.000 So there's been, let me just ask you a macro question.

00:07:24.000 The state of Texas in Utah has said, hey, we want to try to get age verification in, so you have to prove you're 18 to use pornography.

00:07:32.000 That won't solve the macro problem, but it's probably, if that was successful, at least a good attempt, correct?

00:07:38.000 Yes.

00:07:39.000 To prevent a 12-year-old from accessing this material.

00:07:42.000 Does your research show that if we can prevent the younger from accessing this material?

00:07:47.000 Yeah, something is better than nothing, including what we have.

00:07:51.000 And legislation is part of what we do to try to get things passed so that, one, we need enforceable laws.

00:08:00.000 Two, we need more funding through our agencies to actually do this.

00:08:05.000 It's so overwhelming.

00:08:06.000 It's equal to a tsunami, not just little waves come in.

00:08:10.000 It is a tsunami that's coming.

00:08:12.000 And it's earthquakes that have hit already the foundation and the moral fiber of our nation, which weakens all of us.

00:08:21.000 And it's dangerous.

00:08:23.000 The media makes it seem like this is so rare and on the fringes.

00:08:30.000 What percentage of, let's just take Republican conservative leaders, are some Republican and conservative leaders engaged in this sort of activity, do you think?

00:08:40.000 I would say this regarding alcoholism, is there any group, political, religious, or business class or social standing that it doesn't affect?

00:08:58.000 No, alcoholism knows no party lines.

00:09:01.000 And Republicans drink like Democrats. 0.97

00:09:03.000 And I'd say it is the same with pedophilia and child porn.

00:09:08.000 So you think some of our leaders are engaged in the consumption of this material and the behavior of it?

00:09:13.000 A thousand percent, which would also explain why we haven't done a lot of things that should be done to protect children because they're easily blackmailed.

00:09:25.000 And this isn't movie stuff.

00:09:27.000 This is the reality because we understand what's done.

00:09:34.000 Epstein Island is a great, you know, piece of evidence.

00:09:37.000 Piece of evidence.

00:09:38.000 But it's not the whole story.

00:09:57.000 A bunch of people were busted for child pornography and child abuse.

00:12:16.000 So we feel like that's part of our calling in the ministry of what we do is to help protect children.

00:12:22.000 And you do that by identifying those who are abusing them, those who are producing horrific materials and selling it, and those that are consuming it.

00:12:33.000 So now, whereas we are aggressive in our approach to hunt pedophiles and stop them, we're also not without that spiritual sense of, man, these people need prayer.

00:12:44.000 You know, I had one of the nation's top detectives in this area of child abuse say, Victor, we cannot arrest our way out of this.

00:12:54.000 The problem's too big.

00:12:55.000 He goes, I know that you help identify people who struggle with demonic influences.

00:13:02.000 And he goes, you've got to pray for hundreds of thousands of people that are struggling.

00:13:09.000 So I know there's people with samplers, strugglers, and those people who are addicted.

00:13:13.000 And typically, those people who are addicted are actually producing.

00:13:17.000 They've gone.

00:13:17.000 There's hands-on kids.

00:13:19.000 But people who are just struggling or maybe we'll pray for them.

00:13:24.000 We're going to set up a hotline where people can call in anonymously and we'll just pray for people to be set free from demonic influences driving them to this addiction.

00:13:58.000 But we need to be more open about how poisonous it is and how toxic it is.

00:14:04.000 And not to be legalistic about it.

00:14:06.000 But there's no redeemable value at all.

00:14:06.000 No.

00:14:09.000 Zero.

00:14:10.000 It will destroy your life. 1.00

00:14:12.000 And I encourage the ladies listening to this: don't start an OnlyFans account.

00:14:17.000 I was going to ask you about that.

00:14:18.000 Yeah, no, you know what? 1.00

00:14:20.000 My thoughts on that is all that is prostitution. 1.00

00:14:24.000 And you can do it without a pimp.

00:14:27.000 So these counter-sex trafficking organizations that focus on girls prostituting themselves, one, it's going to be a thing of the past, in my opinion, because they're legalizing prostitution.

00:14:40.000 And second, most of these girls are choosing, just like OnlyFans, to prostitute themselves.

00:14:46.000 And I want women to understand that, listen, this lowers your value as a girl of value for someone who would want to marry.

00:14:54.000 So some of our older listeners might not know what we're talking about.

00:14:59.000 So there's a phenomenon over the last couple of years of a website called OnlyFans.com, which essentially is you create an account and you, by paying only, can people, mostly men, pay you five bucks a month or 10 bucks a month, 15 bucks a month to see naked pictures of you.

00:15:19.000 Is that correct?

00:15:20.000 Yeah, and it can go further, but yes, basically, you know.

00:15:25.000 How OnlyFans.com has not been in massive lawsuits yet is really beyond me, but it's probably coming.

00:15:32.000 But this is not a little thing.

00:15:34.000 I'm told that this is widespread with young girls in college.

00:15:39.000 Absolutely.

00:15:40.000 This is, and they're not making small amounts of money.

00:15:44.000 I talked to them.

00:15:44.000 They're making 20 or 30 grand a month.

00:15:47.000 I talked to one gal and I said, you know, tell me what's the hardest part about this.

00:15:53.000 She goes, I didn't come from an abusive background.

00:15:55.000 She goes, I was in college.

00:15:56.000 I just use this as a way to make money.

00:15:59.000 But you lower yourself, your value to where you're going to do stuff on video to get paid. 1.00

00:16:06.000 And it is prostitution.

00:16:08.000 And I said, look, what's the hardest part?

00:16:10.000 You know what she said after doing this and being very successful?

00:16:13.000 She goes, every day when I turn the camera on, I struggle with rejection because I still get rejected.

00:16:23.000 And I thought, wow, if that's not someone's soul speaking.

00:16:27.000 And so I would just encourage gals, don't be pulled into this.

00:16:31.000 And it's also, believe me, traffickers look and they canvass those sites to see who's going to be an easy snatch from this. 0.85

00:16:44.000 But this all really, again, continues to funnel down to child porn, kids being raped and abused. 0.92

00:16:51.000 Yeah, and they are sexual drug dealers because then they're then sending out drugs for money, which is images of themselves that will hurt men. 0.99

00:18:51.000 So it makes them targets.

00:19:25.000 Also, you have some YouTube videos that have like 15 million views of you disarming guns.

00:19:29.000 Yes.

00:19:30.000 They're really cool.

00:19:31.000 So they go back like 10 years ago, I think.

00:19:33.000 Yeah, it's been amazing how God has used some skill sets that we have to put us in a position we are.

00:19:39.000 You got to teach me that stuff.

00:19:40.000 Easy day.

00:19:41.000 I will.

00:19:42.000 You know, I need it.

00:19:43.000 Okay.

00:19:43.000 So, you know, we, again, recovering and rescue kids from ISIS made people understand that we were living out our faith in a different way.

00:19:52.000 And then Southeast Asia, now we're here in the U.S. growing the organization to continue to help law enforcement do what they need to do.

00:20:01.000 But what people need to understand, they're often undertrained, certainly underfunded, and overwhelmed with other crimes.

00:20:08.000 And believe it or not, child abuse cases or child porn, it gets pushed way down.

00:20:14.000 So our team now is we're developing and we're starting a pilot program, first in the state of California, because we're going to prove that we can get pedophiles and people who are looking at child porn and then present these packages to law enforcement and DAs for prosecution.

00:20:41.000 I told them, I said, look, this is just, it's tough to get government to act on this. 0.89

00:20:56.000 Now, this is a, if they were to be one excuse that I would kind of almost sympathize with, let's pretend you're a local DA or prosecutor and you could decide to go try a bunch of DUIs and ballistic stuff, right?

00:21:16.000 Or you have a pile of child rape material. 0.97

00:21:33.000 Even above murders, and, you know, you can develop a dark sense of humor about people killing each other and crazy stuff and getting activity and drugs.

00:21:49.000 So the other thing is people need to understand it's such an enormous problem.

00:21:56.000 And there are people in certain aspects of our government and leadership positions that I absolutely believe and know struggle with child porn.

00:22:07.000 So therefore, there may be blackmail material against them.

00:22:11.000 That's why they don't want to step up and support our fund.

00:22:15.000 But there are amazing people.

00:22:17.000 I mean, amazing people in every agency we've ever worked with and assisted that love going after pedophiles, that love protecting children.

00:22:27.000 So there's just some people that are cut and they say, no matter what evidence I have to look through, I'm going to remain strong.

00:22:33.000 That's a calling.

00:22:34.000 It is a calling, for sure.

00:22:37.000 Otherwise, you'll get wrapped around an actual really quick.

00:22:41.000 There are some people that kill themselves actually after going through this.

00:22:44.000 Is that correct?

00:22:45.000 It is.

00:22:46.000 I mean, the suicide rate is high among just the child exploitation police units.

00:22:51.000 It's tough.

00:22:52.000 Drug abuse, broken marriages, and actually deaths when people retire just because of the stress.

00:23:00.000 Imagine you come home and say, honey, how was your day? 0.90

00:23:03.000 Oh, I spent seven hours going through child rape videos to try to prosecute a pedophile. 0.93

00:23:09.000 Like that does something to you. 0.97

00:23:10.000 Like, I don't care who you are.

00:23:12.000 Yeah, no, it is, that's why you have to protect your heart.

00:23:16.000 And that's one of the things we help do.

00:23:18.000 We can talk how you do that.

00:23:19.000 Well, you know, again, as a ministry, we come alongside and help those who are on the front lines because we're with them in this battle and fight.

00:23:29.000 And, you know, we pray for law enforcement officers.

00:23:32.000 We pray for, you know, even first responders who are on scene recovering children who've been abused.

00:23:41.000 I mean, there was a case where a dad was live streaming him abusing his child, and the mother didn't even know.

00:23:50.000 So the IP address and the techniques were used to find this guy.

00:23:54.000 And when they busted in, horrible.

00:23:57.000 I've dealt with kids who were locked in cages for so long that their backs slumped.

00:24:04.000 And the fathers were abusing them or selling them right here in the U.S.

00:24:10.000 And I know parents who have pimped their children out.

00:24:16.000 And I'll tell you, you must pray for those people in these positions.

00:24:22.000 And, you know, people context all the time.

00:24:24.000 How can we help?

00:24:25.000 I said, well, one, help support the pedophile hunter fund because this is money going directly to the need to protect children and go after bad guys.

00:24:34.000 Next, pray for your local law enforcement.

00:24:37.000 There's always a little task force or a couple of guys or one person trying to pray for your area and pray for them because that makes a difference.

00:24:46.000 Ultimately, it is a battle between good and evil.

00:24:48.000 It's absolutely a battle of good versus evil, and it's unfolding every single day.

00:24:53.000 And so, you know, as you try to prepare people for this, I'm sure you also find profiles of abusers.

00:25:03.000 So do you find that if somebody is abusing a child physically, they're also probably abusing them sexually?

00:25:10.000 Is that those usually are tied together?

00:25:13.000 Well, I would say the trend it is in sexual abuse material that's being, there's a trend now where the adult will abuse the kid physically before abusing them sexually.

00:25:30.000 And those are images that I can't get out of my mind.

00:25:34.000 And it's, you know, it's horrific.

00:25:36.000 So it's compounding it from abuse.

00:25:40.000 I mean, like this one mother just kept stomping on her child's head, and the little girl keeps crying, please, no more, please, no more. 0.94

00:25:50.000 And it just, that's what these pedophiles want to see, a child abused before they get sexually abused. 0.97

00:25:56.000 And it's evil. 1.00

00:25:57.000 It's demonic.

00:25:58.000 And that's why we won't stop going after it.

00:26:01.000 And people ask me, Victor, why would you do this?

00:26:04.000 Why would you be involved?

00:26:05.000 Well, because I was a kid that suffered.

00:26:08.000 I was a kid that suffered at the hands of a pedophile and was tortured and left for dead.

00:26:13.000 And God saved me.

00:26:16.000 He healed me.

00:26:17.000 He restored me.

00:26:18.000 And then he gave me this calling to be the man that I wish would have been there for me.

00:26:26.000 But now he's allowing me in the ways that only he can to be there for tens of thousands of children.

00:26:33.000 So there have been tens of thousands of kids that have come across the southern border.

00:26:39.000 Have you seen evidence that they are then being used for pedophilic type activity?

00:26:44.000 How commonplace is sex slavery in the country?

00:26:48.000 It's more common than people could imagine in every town, in every town.

00:26:54.000 It looks different.

00:26:55.000 It's not always the van pulling up.

00:26:57.000 But in regards to the border, I actually will post tonight video footage of me and my team at the border with night vision recording guys dragging children in in order for them to get across the border because that's what the administration had made as a prerequisite.

00:27:16.000 If you bring a child in, you're in for free.

00:27:20.000 But these are kids that they either killed the parents or bought the kids and they're bringing them across to get in, but then they will use them for sexual abuse often in cases, not to mention 85,000 children that were processed into our system and then placed somewhere.

00:27:40.000 But the system currently allows only one checkup visit. 0.98

00:27:45.000 So tell me, Charlie, how in the world can we give any type of good care to a child, unaccompanied minor who comes into the U.S. and then gets placed somewhere? 1.00

00:29:42.000 Most people are so, you know, I was recently on the Sean Ryan show, and he asked me a question.

00:29:49.000 He goes, Victor, where was God when you were being abused as a kid?

00:29:59.000 Many of your listeners, now they're tuned in at a different level because it's hitting them personally because they're relating to bad things that have happened to them.

00:30:07.000 Or just, you know, the Holocaust.

00:30:09.000 Yeah, it's like, where is God?

00:30:12.000 And I can tell you personally, when I was going through counseling, I had a counselor ask me, same question.

00:30:20.000 Victor, where was the Lord when you were being abused and beat as a kid?

00:30:24.000 And it took me two years to have the courage by myself to inquire of the Lord with that because I set up this thing in my mind while he was helping other children and more desperate children.

00:30:39.000 And that's just the way it is.

00:30:42.000 But when I got alone two years after this question was posed to me, and from my heart, I asked the Lord, where were you?

00:30:50.000 I'm telling, folks, listen to me.

00:30:53.000 I had a vision in that instant, and I could see myself in the bedroom where my stepfather would beat me or abuse me.

00:31:00.000 And I saw exactly what was happening.

00:31:03.000 I could see the carpet, the windows.

00:31:05.000 I saw him with a beard in his hand, a belt wrapped around his hand, me laying flat on the bed, getting ready to get beat.

00:31:14.000 And all of a sudden, I mean, I could feel the anxiety of the moment.

00:31:18.000 And then I said, where's the Lord?

00:31:20.000 And then he shows up.

00:31:22.000 I see him.

00:31:23.000 He's actually standing right next to my stepfather. 1.00

00:31:26.000 And instantly, I think, touch his heart, kill him. 1.00

00:31:29.000 Stop him from about to beat me and abuse me. 0.99

00:31:33.000 But that wouldn't have been what really happened when I was a kid.

00:31:38.000 The next thing that happened changed my life forever.

00:31:42.000 Changed my understanding of who God is, who Jesus is.

00:31:47.000 And right before my stepfather, drunk, smelly, was rearing back to hit me as I'm laid out, stretched out, because he would hit you and he'd wait for your body that's tense to relax. 0.66

00:32:05.000 What happened that changed my life is Jesus, he stepped in front of my stepfather, his back to him, facing me, and then he gently placed his body on top of mine.

00:32:21.000 He took this savage beating with me so that I could survive.

00:32:26.000 And there's a scripture that says the Lord will never leave you nor forsake you.

00:32:30.000 And that he is acquainted with grief and understanding.

00:32:33.000 And he enters our suffering.

00:32:35.000 And when I saw that, I realized he wasn't absent, but he was actually there.

00:32:39.000 And he loved me enough to be with me.

00:32:43.000 Did he cause that?

00:32:44.000 No.

00:32:45.000 He gives man free will.

00:32:46.000 He doesn't cause evil to happen to kids, but he redeems it.

00:32:50.000 And sure enough, he redeemed it.

00:32:51.000 And that's why I can trust my life with him.

00:32:53.000 Yeah, and when some people say, well, where was God with this?

00:32:56.000 First, I lose faith in humanity, not in God, when I see evil.

00:32:59.000 I don't have faith in humanity.

00:33:01.000 I have faith in God.

00:33:02.000 Big difference.

00:33:04.000 The heart is desperately wicked.
