00:00:36.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:37.000 Here we go.
00:00:38.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:40.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:42.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:46.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:49.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:50.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:51.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:53.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:59.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:08.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:11.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:20.000 People are wondering, how do we solve this?
00:01:24.000 How do we lower the temperature?
00:01:28.000 Even Donald Trump has come out and he said, we need to lower the temperature right now.
00:01:32.000 It's getting too crazy.
00:01:35.000 The temperature is not going to lower itself.
00:01:37.000 The other side, they are foaming at the mouth, just almost with strange possession, wanting to remove anybody in the orbit of Donald Trump, the America First movement, whether it be Peter Navarro, Steve Bannon, raiding Rudy Giuliani, raiding James O'Keefe.
00:01:58.000 It is a full-out Soviet-style purge, KGB style.
00:02:03.000 Now, Republicans are quick to complain about it.
00:02:07.000 Wow, this is terrible.
00:02:08.000 This is really awful.
00:02:10.000 Why are we letting this happen?
00:02:12.000 Good question.
00:02:12.000 Why are you letting this happen?
00:02:15.000 People are kind of wondering, what's the kind of the game plan forward?
00:02:19.000 How do we go about solving it?
00:02:21.000 Well, let's first broaden this.
00:02:23.000 This is not just about the Department of Justice going after Donald Trump.
00:02:28.000 No, you see, Democrats, they know how to use power so appropriately, and they're not going to stop because of a bunch of Republican press releases.
00:02:37.000 Look at all the different verticals they're using against Donald Trump.
00:02:41.000 New York State civil inquiry, the Manhattan criminal case, the Georgia criminal inquiry, the Westchester County criminal investigation, the Washington, D.C. lawsuit, January 6th inquiry, and also the Department of Justice investigation.
00:02:56.000 Let's focus on the Georgia because that happened.
00:02:59.000 It's still happening.
00:03:00.000 It's unfolding.
00:03:01.000 Georgia is supposed to be this Republican state.
00:03:05.000 The Attorney General of Georgia is Chris Carr.
00:03:08.000 Georgia, this is the New York Times.
00:03:10.000 Mr. Trump is under scrutiny in Georgia, where Fannie T. Willis, the Fulton County District Attorney, is investigating whether the former president and other criminals interfered, others criminally interfered at the 2020 election.
00:03:23.000 Hold on.
00:03:24.000 I want you to understand this.
00:03:25.000 This is where Republicans need to start to understand: do we want to save the country or are we just going to give up?
00:03:29.000 It's that simple.
00:03:31.000 You have a county prosecutor investigating a former president.
00:03:36.000 I want you to understand that.
00:03:38.000 That's not just unprecedented.
00:03:39.000 That's a joke.
00:03:41.000 Absent Donald Trump going down to Fulton County and mailing out packages with bombs in them like Ted Kaczynski did or Eric Rudolph did in the Centennial Park bombing, a Fulton County prosecutor or district attorney should not be investigating a former president over a phone call.
00:03:59.000 That is a joke.
00:04:01.000 So here's the question.
00:04:03.000 Why aren't Republican county attorneys investigating Hillary Clinton or Joe Biden or Hunter Biden?
00:04:08.000 You might say, well, Charlie, they don't have jurisdiction.
00:04:10.000 That's not true.
00:04:11.000 How about this one right here?
00:04:12.000 According to Arkansas Times, we're going to talk a lot about Arkansas.
00:04:16.000 I love Arkansas, by the way.
00:04:17.000 But boy, you have some of the worst leaders in the country in Arkansas.
00:04:22.000 Corrupt, dumb, arrogant, lazy.
00:04:28.000 Woo!
00:04:28.000 You have some of the worst leaders on the planet in Arkansas.
00:04:32.000 Wonderful people.
00:04:33.000 Terrible politicians.
00:04:35.000 ArkansaTimes.com writes: Hunter Biden probe reaches into Arkansas, according to a lawyer in paternity case.
00:04:43.000 The New York Times reports today on the continuing investigation of Hunter Biden, the president's son.
00:04:48.000 Key news today, he paid a federal tax bill, which might be a factor in which he could face any criminal consequences in an investigation that began during the Obama administration.
00:04:57.000 So it's a federal investigation investigating Hunter Biden.
00:05:01.000 They're doing that obviously in a way to try to remove Hunter Biden.
00:05:05.000 But here's a question.
00:05:06.000 Why is the attorney general of Arkansas, what's her name?
00:05:09.000 Leslie Rutledge, probably a nice person.
00:05:11.000 She seems really sweet.
00:05:13.000 Why does she not have an active criminal investigation into Hunter Biden?
00:05:16.000 Now, you might say, well, Charlie, that's not very fair.
00:05:19.000 We don't do stuff like that.
00:05:20.000 Well, they're only going to continue.
00:05:22.000 They will audit you.
00:05:24.000 They will try to bankrupt your business.
00:05:26.000 They will go after a small business until they realize there is a price to this nonsense.
00:05:34.000 Go read Machiavelli.
00:05:35.000 Understand their Bible.
00:05:37.000 Power can only be checked with power.
00:05:39.000 I don't like talking like this.
00:05:40.000 I wish we could have a big argument about it and a big debate that America's over.
00:05:46.000 So we have the Manhattan criminal case, but the Georgia one in particular is so interesting.
00:05:51.000 Mr. Trump and associates had numerous interactions with Georgia officials after the election, in which he urged the Secretary of State Brad Roffensperger to find 11,780 votes.
00:06:02.000 And it continues onward from there.
00:06:05.000 So here's a question.
00:06:06.000 How many Republican attorney generals in Arizona or in Georgia or in any of these states, how many of them have subpoenaed or criminally investigating Mark Elias for concocting what has already been revealed in the Time magazine article as the shadow campaign that won the 2020 election?
00:06:25.000 Is any Republican attorney general anywhere in the country doing that?
00:06:28.000 Is any Republican attorney general criminally investigating the Center for Technology for Civic Life for coming into our elections?
00:06:35.000 I'm not talking about civilly.
00:06:36.000 I'm not talking about a lawsuit and all that.
00:06:38.000 No, I'm talking about subpoenas.
00:06:40.000 That's what they do to Donald Trump.
00:06:42.000 So this is the argument the media makes with this.
00:06:43.000 Just understand how dumb this is.
00:06:45.000 So let's pretend half of this is true, which it isn't.
00:06:48.000 Let's pretend that Donald Trump only surrounds himself with criminals.
00:06:52.000 Let's just pretend that's true.
00:06:53.000 Then the argument the media is making is that only Republicans commit crimes.
00:06:59.000 That's the argument they're making.
00:07:00.000 No, that's not true.
00:07:02.000 Only Republicans get held accountable at the highest level of a threshold of a certain interpretation of the law.
00:07:10.000 So people are coming up to me at the event, our turning point action event.
00:07:13.000 Charlie, how do we go about solving this?
00:07:15.000 This is really scary.
00:07:16.000 Like, wow, you don't have the stomach for this moment, do you?
00:07:19.000 They're not going to go away.
00:07:20.000 This is the beginning.
00:07:21.000 This is the coming attractions for what they're going to do.
00:07:25.000 They find joy and delight in this.
00:07:27.000 Letitia James in New York, this random woman in Georgia, Fonnie T. Willis, she's a Fulton County district attorney.
00:07:36.000 How about you go worry about the looting and the murders in your district attorney, not investigating a former president?
00:07:42.000 Now, again, this is the conservative movement gone wrong.
00:07:45.000 Conservatives say, well, we can't stoop down to their level.
00:07:48.000 What would Churchill say to that?
00:07:51.000 You think Churchill was saying, well, you know, I understand that they're bombing London and, you know, the Blitzkrieg.
00:07:58.000 We will send a strongly worded letter and wait to the next parliamentary election.
00:08:03.000 You think Western civilization was built based on people sitting on their hands?
00:08:08.000 The Manhattan criminal case, what we're seeing is at every level, state, local, federal, they are willing to use political power.
00:08:15.000 I am not celebrating it.
00:08:17.000 I am not even condoning it in the ideal.
00:08:20.000 I'm saying, though, and this is the only path forward that no Republican commentator and no one on TV wants to say because they're afraid what Media Matters would say, is that there is no path towards peace or resolution or the temperature going down until the left realizes that they're going to get a slap metaphorically on their wrist if they continue this pattern of behavior.
00:08:42.000 We control the Attorney General's office in Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming, and West Virginia.
00:09:01.000 I want to know, oh, we have Virginia too.
00:09:03.000 You're trying to tell me that Hunter Biden and Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have never committed crimes in Virginia that are worthy of investigation?
00:09:11.000 No, but here's the problem: every one of these people, RepublicanAGs.com, I know some of them.
00:09:16.000 They're sweet people.
00:09:17.000 They don't want to have to deal with the backlash.
00:09:19.000 They don't want to be deemed as political.
00:09:20.000 Meanwhile, you have Fonnie T. Willis, a Fulton County district attorney, that's going to try to put Donald Trump in a Georgia prison.
00:09:28.000 Rudy Giuliani was just subpoenaed.
00:09:30.000 Lindsey Graham was subpoenaed.
00:09:32.000 Yeah, that's going to be really helpful.
00:09:33.000 Manhattan criminal case.
00:09:35.000 At every level, they're investigating them.
00:09:38.000 Are we investigating them anywhere?
00:09:40.000 Or are we saying, let's wait for John Durham?
00:09:43.000 Another decade of that waiting game.
00:09:45.000 It's a joke.
00:09:47.000 They will only intensify their radicalism and further destroy the country the more Republicans sit on their hands.
00:09:56.000 I want your thoughts.
00:09:57.000 Email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:09:59.000 Do you think I'm talking too radical here?
00:10:04.000 Look, we talk about current events a lot on this show, but there's other things that are in life that are bigger than current events, bigger things.
00:10:09.000 We try to do some shows every so often on these things.
00:10:12.000 But look, what am I talking about when I say that?
00:10:14.000 How about good and evil?
00:10:16.000 Prayer and the Bible or heaven and hell.
00:10:16.000 Right and wrong?
00:10:19.000 So look, the great C.S. Lewis, who's one of the most amazing minds ever to exist, was a master at addressing these questions.
00:10:28.000 And that is why Hillsdale College, the great college, the only college, in my opinion, wants you to learn more about him and his writings in their newest free online course, C.S. Lewis on Christianity.
00:10:40.000 And it all starts with taking a short quiz to find out how much you already know about Lewis.
00:10:45.000 He wrote more than the Narnia series, by the way.
00:10:48.000 Look, Hillsdale College is amazing.
00:10:50.000 They defend liberty.
00:10:51.000 They pursue truth.
00:10:52.000 They do a great job.
00:10:53.000 So just write this down.
00:10:54.000 This should be your go-to resource.
00:10:56.000 Remember, I have taken 16 of their online courses, and I have promised Dr. Arne I'm eventually going to finish them all.
00:11:02.000 Go to charlie4hillsdale.com to take this fun, interactive quiz, and then sign up for this free course.
00:11:08.000 The answers may even surprise you, even if you think you know everything about C.S. Lewis.
00:11:12.000 They surprised me, my goodness.
00:11:14.000 The quiz, the course, and everything you learn at Hillsdale College are yours for free, as always.
00:11:18.000 So take the C.S. Lewis quiz, charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:11:22.000 That is charlie4hillsdale.com.
00:11:24.000 Take as many online courses as you can.
00:11:26.000 The Constitution course is amazing, but their C.S. Lewis course is extraordinary.
00:11:32.000 And by the way, Hillsdale College, just phenomenal.
00:11:35.000 Charlie4Hillsdale.com.
00:11:40.000 Republicans are not serious about saving the country, period.
00:11:43.000 Especially those that are in these positions of district attorneys or attorney generals.
00:11:51.000 So, for example, you got this prosecutor, Fanny T. Willis, or Fanai to Willis, whatever you, however you say her name, Fanny.
00:11:58.000 I'll just say Fanny.
00:11:59.000 I mean, no disrespect.
00:12:00.000 Fanny?
00:12:01.000 Okay.
00:12:01.000 Fanny T. Willis, total activist, incredibly radical of the Fulton County District Attorney's Office.
00:12:11.000 So this is someone who is investigating a phone call that happened in Fulton County.
00:12:16.000 This is such a manufactured, synthetic investigation.
00:12:22.000 They are willing to use any type and level of political power they have to go after anybody on the right.
00:12:29.000 Fanny Willis then goes in front of the judge, even though she has all of these biases.
00:12:37.000 The judge acknowledged that the facts were right about all the different types of biases she has against conservatives.
00:12:44.000 But then he said what was more relevant and harmful to the integrity of the grand jury investigation is the die was already cast on the other side of the political divide.
00:12:52.000 Basically, we know how biased you are, but please continue investigating a former president.
00:12:59.000 She has now puffed pieces in the New York Times how a local prosecutor is taking on Donald Trump.
00:13:04.000 They're really trying to make it into a whole David and Goliath thing.
00:13:07.000 Can anyone tell me one active criminal investigation into BLM by Republican attorney generals, into any of the interstate organizations that were ballot trafficking, into Mark Elias and their Center for Technology or Civic Life, into the mules?
00:13:23.000 Anybody?
00:13:23.000 Is any Republican looking into mules?
00:13:26.000 Bueller?
00:13:28.000 How about any local attorney general looking into that?
00:13:31.000 Because now that's the new precedent.
00:13:32.000 The new precedent being set by this investigation in Georgia and New York is you're allowed to go after the most powerful people.
00:13:39.000 How about a sheriff?
00:13:40.000 Is there any sheriff in the country?
00:13:42.000 Maybe there is.
00:13:42.000 I don't know.
00:13:42.000 I know there's some wonderful sheriffs.
00:13:44.000 Are there any sheriffs that have sent subpoenas to Mark Elias?
00:13:47.000 How about subpoenas to Mark Zuckerberg?
00:13:50.000 Oh, we don't do that around here?
00:13:52.000 No.
00:13:53.000 Donald Trump, a former president and multi-billionaire, is being deposed by the Attorney General of New York.
00:14:02.000 He's being investigated by the Georgia Criminal Office.
00:14:06.000 I want to be very clear.
00:14:07.000 I'm not saying to do what they do.
00:14:09.000 They make stuff up and they change the law.
00:14:11.000 I'm saying these people are such naked criminals.
00:14:14.000 All you have to do is investigate a little bit.
00:14:17.000 That's it.
00:14:18.000 You just have to ask one question.
00:14:20.000 These people commit crimes all the time.
00:14:23.000 They do it publicly.
00:14:25.000 They brag about it.
00:14:27.000 Why are Republicans so afraid of it?
00:14:30.000 Well, we got a great email on that.
00:14:34.000 Someone says, Republicans are afraid, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:14:39.000 Republicans are afraid of the backlash and being called names.
00:14:42.000 That's exactly right.
00:14:42.000 Of course they are.
00:14:43.000 They're afraid of what will happen.
00:14:45.000 The Democrats aren't afraid.
00:14:47.000 I have a packet here.
00:14:48.000 And again, the New York Times, we know that the New York Times is here.
00:14:52.000 This is a whole packet right here of all the different investigations going into Donald Trump.
00:14:58.000 They see Scott Perry's cell phone.
00:15:01.000 They have Peter Navarro in leg irons.
00:15:04.000 They indicted Roger Stone.
00:15:06.000 They try to get him in prison.
00:15:07.000 Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn, Dinesh D'Souza.
00:15:12.000 They go after the NRA.
00:15:14.000 Let me just, let's just start with one that we can all agree with, okay?
00:15:18.000 Is any Republican attorney general actively criminally investigating the funding of BLM?
00:15:23.000 Anybody?
00:15:25.000 Maybe there are.
00:15:26.000 Maybe these Attorney Generals are doing all of this.
00:15:29.000 Is any Republican Attorney General actively investigating the illegal funding of the Center for Technology and Civic Life?
00:15:39.000 Anybody?
00:15:40.000 The new precedent is that it doesn't even have to be a state attorney general.
00:15:43.000 Forget all 27 of those state attorney generals.
00:15:46.000 Let's just put them aside.
00:15:47.000 You can now be a county district attorney.
00:15:51.000 So you're trying to tell me that there isn't one attorney general, I mean, one district attorney?
00:15:57.000 No, so this is important.
00:15:58.000 So Attorney General Rikita sues BLM amid investigation and use of donations.
00:16:02.000 No, no, no.
00:16:03.000 I'm not talking, that's a civil lawsuit.
00:16:04.000 I'm talking about raids and subpoenas.
00:16:07.000 Civil lawsuits can be easily dismissed.
00:16:09.000 That's in Indiana.
00:16:10.000 Great.
00:16:10.000 No, no, I'm talking about what, you think they're suing Donald Trump in Fulton County right now?
00:16:16.000 You think they're suing in Manhattan?
00:16:18.000 Okay, Attorney General Rikita, good for you.
00:16:21.000 Great.
00:16:23.000 Attorney General Todd Rikita filed a lawsuit against BLM's Global Foundation.
00:16:29.000 The lawsuit stems from the investigation the AD launched in February.
00:16:34.000 It's civil.
00:16:35.000 It's a civil investigative demand.
00:16:36.000 I was right.
00:16:37.000 Exactly.
00:16:37.000 I'm just doing this on air.
00:16:38.000 It's not a criminal investigative demand because you can't look at a BLM criminally.
00:16:43.000 Charlie, when will it stop?
00:16:45.000 People come up to you.
00:16:46.000 Make it stop.
00:16:47.000 How do you stop bullies?
00:16:48.000 It doesn't really get more complicated than fourth grade.
00:16:51.000 Do you ask them to stop?
00:16:53.000 Email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:16:58.000 Look, let me tell you, the worldwide food crisis is making headlines again.
00:17:01.000 Just recently, Business Insider said we're in a global food crisis that will wreak havoc on local economies and possibly trigger civil unrest.
00:17:10.000 They also said food shortages have led to civil unrest in the past with deadly consequences.
00:17:15.000 Remember, you are nine meals away from anarchy.
00:17:18.000 That's right, nine meals away from anarchy.

00:18:01.000 Check it out.
00:18:02.000 Preparewithkirk.com.
00:18:07.000 Look, some of you are emailing me.
00:18:08.000 You say, Charlie, this language makes me very uncomfortable.
00:18:11.000 I don't think we should ever use the Attorney General's office or the county district attorney to go after people on the left.
00:18:20.000 We should never.
00:18:21.000 That's quite an amazing thing to say.
00:18:23.000 We should never.
00:18:24.000 So they could just be able to commit whatever crimes they want, no matter what they are.
00:18:29.000 I thought justice is supposed to be blind and equal application of justice.
00:18:33.000 And so if that is true, so let's play this out.
00:18:35.000 Let's pretend justice must be equal.
00:18:38.000 Now, there's that beautiful picture, of course, of Lady Liberty with the scales of justice, blind to bias, right?
00:18:45.000 She has a blindfold over her eyes, the scales of which to try and metaphorically embody a scale of equality and that it will always hopefully have some sort of evenness to it.
00:19:01.000 So shouldn't there be just as many investigations into Democrat former presidents?
00:19:07.000 So let me ask a question.
00:19:09.000 Why is no Republican Attorney General anywhere across the country investigating whether or not, I don't know, Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficked children in these states?
00:19:17.000 That's just worth asking a question.
00:19:19.000 Has Bill Clinton received a subpoena for that?
00:19:23.000 No, that's a big fight.
00:19:24.000 You see, no, no, instead, again, he might be a nice person.
00:19:27.000 I know nothing about him.
00:19:28.000 I don't, but I'm just going to be honest.
00:19:30.000 This is a joke.
00:19:30.000 Chris Carr, the Attorney General of Georgia, has on the front page of the Attorney General of Georgia's office, he is investigating robocalls.
00:19:40.000 Honestly, in a peacetime America, I would fully support this.
00:19:44.000 I hate robocalls.
00:19:45.000 But do you know what that's like?
00:19:47.000 That's like saying on a Titanic, the BISC could use a little bit more seasoning.
00:19:52.000 Yeah, the ship is going down.
00:19:54.000 No, no, but the BISC.
00:19:57.000 The BISC needs a little bit more saffron.
00:20:02.000 How many of the people that were in Epstein's orbit have been given subpoenas?
00:20:06.000 And again, the media, they're so low IQ.
00:20:08.000 They say, oh, well, Donald Trump wasn't.
00:20:10.000 Okay, Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein hated each other.
00:20:12.000 It's well documented.
00:20:13.000 He kicked Jeffrey Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago for being a perv.
00:20:16.000 They screamed at each other and they never talked since.
00:20:18.000 It's well known.
00:20:19.000 Anyone in Palm Beach knows that story.
00:20:21.000 People that don't live in Palm Beach that think they do see pictures of Trump and Epstein.
00:20:25.000 They say they must have done things together.
00:20:26.000 Yeah, how about you do Bill Clinton next, who actually went on Lolita Express down to the island?
00:20:31.000 But that's a big fight.
00:20:32.000 Republican attorney generals would much rather investigate anti-robocall litigation task force.
00:20:40.000 Yeah, that'll show him.
00:20:43.000 That'll get him.
00:20:44.000 Meanwhile, the New York Times does a victory lap of all the different investigations.
00:20:50.000 New York State civil inquiry, Manhattan criminal case, Georgia criminal inquiry.
00:20:56.000 So you look at one state, as I've mentioned, Arkansas.
00:21:00.000 You know what's really interesting about Arkansas is Arkansas could have active criminal investigations into the Clintons and the Bidens, but they don't.
00:21:09.000 Arkansas has wonderful people.
00:21:13.000 I have family in Arkansas.
00:21:14.000 They love the country.
00:21:16.000 They're just terrific.
00:21:17.000 You have some of the worst leaders in the entire country, including, and this is quite a statement.
00:21:23.000 I don't say this lightly.
00:21:26.000 My least favorite Republican governor, I think he's number one.
00:21:29.000 I really do.
00:21:31.000 More so than Larry Hogan, more so than Charlie Baker, because he represents a deeply conservative state.
00:21:38.000 And that is Asa Hutchinson.
00:21:40.000 We've gone after Asa Hutchinson before on this program.
00:21:42.000 But just, I want you to listen to this.
00:21:44.000 This is your Republican Party.
00:21:46.000 While they've hired 87,000 new IRS agents, they are in the process of doing it, which, by the way, in the job description, you might have to kill.
00:21:55.000 Oh, yeah, you might have to be able to kill.
00:21:57.000 Republicans are saying, well, you know, well, we're going to go after robocalls.
00:22:01.000 Yeah.
00:22:02.000 What is Asa Hutchinson saying?
00:22:04.000 This is a member of the Republican Party in the state of Arkansas.
00:22:10.000 Play cut 28.
00:22:12.000 Well, the GOP is going to be the party of supporting law enforcement.
00:22:16.000 Law enforcement includes the FBI.
00:22:18.000 As United States attorney, I work with the FBI, the DA, the federal law enforcement agencies.
00:22:24.000 Those folks on the ground do extraordinarily heroic efforts to enforce our rule of law, which is fundamental to the Republican Party and to our democracy.
00:22:34.000 Yes, we need to pull back on casting judgment on them.
00:22:38.000 No doubt that they've higher ups and the FBI has made mistakes.
00:22:42.000 They do it.
00:22:43.000 We cannot say that whenever they went in and did that search, that they were not doing their job as law enforcement.
00:22:52.000 We got to stop casting judgment on them.
00:22:54.000 I don't know why they keep putting people in the trains, but, you know, we just got to trust the shock troops because, you know, they're good folks.
00:23:05.000 It's a joke.
00:23:06.000 You should resign immediately.
00:23:07.000 Just go work for Walmart, okay?
00:23:08.000 Stop this entire charade.
00:23:10.000 We know that you would otherwise never be able to get a job.
00:23:13.000 That's our Republican governor in Arkansas saying, well, you know, just so you know, we have to trust law enforcement.
00:23:27.000 That, you know, the law enforcement's always correct.
00:23:31.000 We're always on the side of police.
00:23:34.000 The Federal Bureau of Investigation spent 270 man hours in Operation Cross-Dresser Hurricane, where they go into Melania's closet.
00:23:41.000 They go into Melania's wardrobe.
00:23:44.000 Meanwhile, Georgia criminal inquiry and Manhattan criminal case.
00:23:47.000 Look, Asa Hutchinson might be a very nice person.
00:23:49.000 Asa Hutchinson might have been a very good, I don't know, Baptist minister, okay, in eastern Arkansas.
00:23:56.000 Asa Hutchinson, deep down, though, he just wants to get a job he knows he's deeply unqualified for.
00:24:01.000 He wants to earn $300,000 to $400,000 a year as being a board member of Tyson Foods or of something in Bentonville.
00:24:09.000 And he could be like, I was the governor of Arkansas.
00:24:11.000 He's a coward.
00:24:13.000 Resign.
00:24:13.000 Get out.
00:24:14.000 America will not be saved by people like Asa Hutchinson.
00:24:17.000 He's not a fighter.
00:24:18.000 He has no spine.
00:24:19.000 He's also really dumb.
00:24:21.000 You could do a little bit better job of articulating it instead of just these one-liners.
00:24:25.000 Well, we're going to be the side of law enforcement.
00:24:29.000 Oh, really?
00:24:30.000 After the FBI spied on Donald Trump, as if there isn't a divide between local police, by the way, and the FBI, we love local police.
00:24:38.000 We're 100% behind local police.
00:24:41.000 But you're now still defending the FBI, Asa Hutchinson, on CNN, the same Asa Hutchinson who defended the chemical castration of children and said, you're not conservative if you don't want 12-year-olds to be able to get puberty blockers.
00:24:57.000 That's your Republican Party right there.
00:25:00.000 That right there is the most, that is the perfect example.
00:25:05.000 Now, again, some of these attorney generals, I'm sure, are nice people.
00:25:07.000 I'm sure Leslie Rutledge is a nice person.
00:25:09.000 I know nothing about her, okay, at all.
00:25:12.000 But why does it take this program?
00:25:14.000 And we're getting a lot of response here, freedom at charliekirk.com, to get people into gear to say, where are the active criminal investigations into the crimes we know Democrats have committed?
00:25:23.000 I'm not saying we have to reach.
00:25:25.000 They're right there in front of us.
00:25:27.000 It's transparent.
00:25:28.000 The criminal investigations into BLM, the criminal investigations into ballot trafficking, the criminal investigations into every level of the violation of the law.
00:25:38.000 Leslie Rutledge tweets out today.
00:25:41.000 It's a nice tweet.
00:25:42.000 Happy Catfish Month.
00:25:44.000 Whether you buy it at the grocery store or catch a nice Arkansas catfish in your paw patrol pajamas this month, celebrate the national state as one of the largest producers of a southern delicacy.
00:25:54.000 Again, super sweet woman, I'm sure.
00:25:56.000 I'm not attacking her character.
00:25:58.000 She's tweeting about catfish.
00:26:00.000 So you're posting about robocalls on his website.
00:26:02.000 And then Lisa Rutledge, who's tweeting about catfish.
00:26:05.000 I mean, maybe that is an urgent issue for those of you in Arkansas, that catfish is at the top level of your concerns.
00:26:14.000 By the way, catfish is a really, it's actually not very tasty, so I'm actually not going to say that.
00:26:19.000 But if you like catching catfish, then, I mean, fishing is fun.
00:26:23.000 It's great.
00:26:23.000 Fine.
00:26:24.000 So you have entire, the entire conservative movement is under a purge, a outright, deliberate, focused purge with 87,000 new IRS agents.
00:26:41.000 And I know many of you feel the same way as me.
00:26:44.000 And you say, Charlie, where are our leaders?
00:26:47.000 The answer is they're articulating, they're tweeting about catfish and robocalls.
00:26:54.000 Again, nice people, I'm sure.
00:26:56.000 I'm sure they're pleasant.
00:26:57.000 They're sweet.
00:26:58.000 I don't know them personally.
00:26:59.000 And I'm sure this will get back to them.
00:27:00.000 They'll say, Charlie Kirk attacked me.
00:27:01.000 No, I'm asking how many criminal investigations you have into the far left-wing organizations that have violated our laws, while Donald Trump has entire packets of investigations and he has to spend legal fees endlessly.
00:27:12.000 I'm just asking a question.
00:27:14.000 Does Arkansas have an active investigation into Hunter Biden or into Hillary Clinton or Bill Clinton?
00:27:19.000 Yes or no?
00:27:21.000 Not the FBI office, not all those things that we've been promised for years.
00:27:27.000 Tucker Carlson is back from his break.
00:27:29.000 Play cut 49.
00:27:31.000 Over the last 18 months, virtually every significant figure in the orbit around Donald Trump has been swept up by Merrick Garland's Department of Justice.
00:27:38.000 Donald Trump's lawyers are the primary targets.
00:27:41.000 Today the DOJ subpoenaed Eric Hirschman.
00:27:43.000 He represented Trump during the first impeachment.
00:27:45.000 For years, the feds have been going after Giuliani's associates, including a man called George Dixon.
00:27:49.000 Dixon was working on the documentary about Hunter Biden.
00:27:52.000 Last year, the FBI raided his home in California.
00:27:55.000 The feds also broke into Giuliani's own apartment as well as his office in New York.
00:27:58.000 Then the FBI targeted a Giuliani associate called Igor Fruman because he dug up evidence of misconduct by Joe Biden in Ukraine.
00:28:05.000 They sent Fruman to prison.
00:28:07.000 Then the FBI seized the phone of prominent conservative attorney Victoria Tenzing.
00:28:11.000 She'd worked with Giuliani in 2020 to investigate election fraud.
00:28:14.000 They raided her home.
00:28:16.000 Today, the DOJ announced that Giuliani himself is a target of a federal investigation.
00:28:21.000 Not long ago, more than a dozen federal agents swooped in for a pre-dawn raid on former Trump official Jeff Clark.
00:28:27.000 They left him on the street in his underwear for maximum humiliation.
00:28:31.000 Then they seized John Eastman's phone.
00:28:33.000 Eastman was also a Trump attorney.
00:28:34.000 He was approached by six agents at a restaurant in New Mexico while leaving dinner with his wife.
00:28:39.000 Then the DOJ tried the same thing with Steve Bannon's lawyer, Bob Costello, trying to force him to surrender his privileged phone and email records.
00:28:45.000 We could go on and on and on.
00:28:47.000 Every single person in Trump's orbit that is of significance is being criminally investigated by a state, local, county, or federal agency.
00:28:57.000 Are we doing anything to make the left fear that when they commit crimes, that they might be held accountable?
00:29:03.000 Why do we have the law if we don't enforce it against the left or against anybody?
00:29:08.000 Why?
00:29:10.000 It's not even a matter of an under-prosecution.
00:29:12.000 There's no prosecution at all.
00:29:15.000 Peter Strzok is on Twitter right now saying that one of the passports Donald Trump might have had was a Russian passport.
00:29:23.000 That is Peter Strzok on Twitter with his smirk.
00:29:26.000 Lisa Page, James Comey, Andy McCabe.
00:29:29.000 Bridget, emailthisfreedom at charliekirk.com.
00:29:32.000 They made an oath to their people and they did not uphold it.
00:29:35.000 Stop saying they're nice people.
00:29:36.000 Okay, I, you know, look, I respect that feedback.
00:29:39.000 I do.
00:29:40.000 Here's why I'm doing that, is that I'm very careful to attack somebody's temperament or their character unless I know them intimately or it's Asa Hutchinson.
00:29:50.000 That was a joke, by the way.
00:29:51.000 I could just see it so transparently.
00:29:53.000 I don't know anything about Leslie Rutledge, except that she's not doing what she needs to do.
00:29:56.000 Okay, she's tweeting about catfish.
00:29:58.000 But I will say something, though.
00:30:00.000 You can, it's okay not to be in the fight.
00:30:04.000 You could be, just go be a county supervisor or run for school board.
00:30:12.000 But if you're going to be an attorney general when Western civilization is going to be decided, then don't be in that office unless you're willing.
00:30:23.000 Then you better fight.
00:30:24.000 That's what I mean.
00:30:25.000 You could be a very pleasant, nice person, but also be a coward.
00:30:30.000 Nice cowards is what the Republican Party is largely filled up.
00:30:34.000 Wow, it's such a sweet person.
00:30:35.000 Great.
00:30:36.000 Are they going to fight for us?
00:30:38.000 You know, Tucker is so great.
00:30:39.000 He picked quite a week to go off.
00:30:42.000 Now, again, this is a little bit, let's just say, highly speculation and conspiracy there, but it's interesting.
00:30:50.000 Tucker Carlson announces that he's going off for a week.
00:30:53.000 The FBI gets the warrant and waits a couple of days.
00:30:56.000 It just so happens to be the week that Tucker's not on TV.
00:30:59.000 I'm kidding, of course.
00:31:00.000 I'm just saying, though, that it did feel as if we were missing kind of our field general, doesn't it?
00:31:06.000 It felt as if we were missing our guy to call shots, that we wanted the guy to kind of come in and give us the monologue to take down the regime.
00:31:16.000 I mean, Tucker's monologue yesterday was spectacular.
00:31:18.000 It was phenomenal, but you got to kind of feel as if it's a little week late.
00:31:22.000 Obviously, it was, and he was on a family vacation.
00:31:25.000 It's so funny.
00:31:26.000 I actually had an appointment at 8 o'clock Eastern, 5 o'clock, Arizona time.
00:31:30.000 I forgot Tucker was on vacation, and I texted my appointment.
00:31:33.000 I'm going to be late because I just wanted to see what Tucker would say.
00:31:37.000 And then Will Kane was on, who actually did a fabulous job.
00:31:40.000 He was amazing.
00:31:41.000 It was just appointment viewing.
00:31:42.000 Have to see what Tucker was going to say.
00:31:45.000 Connor emailed us.
00:31:46.000 He said, not email he just put in our chat.
00:31:48.000 He said, I immediately tuned into Tucker the next night after the raid, and then it realized it wasn't Tucker.
00:31:52.000 But I thought Brian Kilmey did wonderful.
00:31:55.000 I thought the whole team, Tulsi Gabbard, I thought they all filled in beautifully.
00:31:58.000 But there is, look, there is no replacing Michael Jordan and just there is no replacing Tucker.
00:32:03.000 He's built for this moment right now.
00:32:05.000 I'm going to go to another piece of tape here, asking this question about where are the Republicans, where is the action?
00:32:13.000 And we'll put together a little bit of a game plan.
00:32:16.000 Let's go to this one here: Play Cut 46.
00:32:21.000 About the United States Constitution, not giving a damn that your words actually whip people up into such a frenzy that you actually are at the center of a fascist attempt to overthrow the United States Constitution and the United States government and no one want to overthrow a peaceful, legitimate election.
00:32:43.000 There's Joe Scarborough on TV saying that Donald Trump was behind a fascist attempt to overthrow the United States Constitution and the U.S. government.
00:32:51.000 Now, why is it that MSNBC and the New York Times, why do they have to keep on saying this?
00:32:56.000 Because it provides the oxygen and the groundwork for the grand jury to then act.
00:33:03.000 You see, it's an equation.
00:33:04.000 If the media focuses on something, it then gives the prosecutor something to lean on, to act on to go against political opponents they don't like.
00:33:12.000 Look, we got an email here.
00:33:14.000 They said, Charlie, aren't you fearful that they're going to come after you and all this stuff?
00:33:21.000 Of course.
00:33:22.000 I mean, fearful is not the right word.
00:33:24.000 We're aware, and you should be too.
00:33:26.000 But do you think that you're going to get into this fight without some sort of cost as if you're going to be immune to that?
00:33:32.000 You have to make that decision.
00:33:35.000 You see, where we're at in the country right now is people think they can have all the benefits of a civil society and yet none of the costs.
00:33:43.000 She said, Hi, Charlie.
00:33:44.000 I'm really worried when I hear the U.S. government is going after conservative influencers.
00:33:48.000 Are you concerned for yourself or your family?
00:33:50.000 I'm worried for you and wondering what kind of proactive steps you're taking to protect yourself.
00:33:54.000 If you can tell us, you're doing a great job, by the way.
00:33:57.000 Holly, look, not committing crimes is a good first proactive step.
00:34:01.000 Overpaying taxes and not taking deductions is another good proactive step.
00:34:05.000 But also, here's the thing: just be the same person in public that you are in private.
00:34:09.000 That's the greatest thing I could tell people.
00:34:11.000 Don't have some sort of shadow life or anything.
00:34:13.000 Just be honest about your faults and be honest about who you are.
00:34:16.000 For example, I have a patience problem, not exactly a news flash for people around here.
00:34:22.000 That's okay.
00:34:22.000 Everyone has things that they struggle with.
00:34:25.000 But look, there's also a freeing sense to this, which is I would rather be able to look my wife in the eyes and be able to look in the mirror and say, at least I'm not a coward.
00:34:37.000 At least I'm not one of these attorneys general who are doing whatever they're doing.
00:34:44.000 At least I did something.
00:34:47.000 And I want that for you.
00:34:49.000 Now, for some of you, email me, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:34:52.000 One right here, Charlie, I've given up.
00:34:54.000 I'm moving to the hills.
00:34:55.000 Whatever happens to America, I don't care.
00:34:57.000 That's not me.
00:34:58.000 It's not in my blood.
00:35:00.000 It's not going to be, it wouldn't honor generations before.
00:35:03.000 So look, just to kind of close out, what is the battle plan?
00:35:06.000 It's very simple.
00:35:08.000 We need to focus more attention on the district attorney races and pressuring them to be able to have the equal and opposite reaction of being able to enforce the law against criminals.
00:35:24.000 It's that simple.
00:35:25.000 Forget the FBI.
00:35:27.000 Forget the Department of Justice.
00:35:29.000 An object in motion will stay in motion unless there's an equal and opposite reaction against it.
00:35:35.000 The left will not stop.
00:35:36.000 It is the laws of physics, period.
00:35:38.000 The left will not stop unless they feel there's a price to their evil.
00:35:43.000 And only Republican attorney generals and district attorneys can do that.
00:35:49.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:50.000 Email me your thoughts as alwaysfreedom at charliekirk.com.
