00:01:36.000 Joining us now is one of the great guys, not just the good guys, great guys in the U.S. Senate.
00:01:42.000 He does an amazing job from the state of Missouri, Senator Josh Hawley.
00:01:46.000 Senator, thank you for taking time.
00:01:47.000 Senator, your clip yesterday with Mark Zuckerberg has gone insanely viral.
00:01:54.000 In some ways, I wish Google and Apple were also there.
00:01:56.000 Zuckerberg is definitely guilty of a lot of nonsense, but I would put Google even worse than Facebook.
00:02:03.000 But walk us through what happened yesterday.
00:02:05.000 We have some of the tape, but you did wonderful.
00:02:07.000 And this is a kind of a great piggybacking of your book.
00:02:11.000 You wrote a whole book on this topic.
00:02:13.000 So Senator, walk us through it.
00:02:15.000 We have Zuckerberg in front of us.
00:02:16.000 And I was just saying that, listen, I mean, he did not want to be there because he never wants to answer.
00:02:21.000 None of these guys do, Charlie.
00:02:22.000 They don't want to answer for anything that they do.
00:02:24.000 They have more control over our lives, over our information, our news, than anybody in human history.
00:02:31.000 And yet they themselves don't want to be accountable for anything.
00:02:33.000 So I just tried to get him to express some accountability.
00:02:38.000 I mean, to get to own up to what he's done.
00:02:40.000 And finally, I just said to him, you know, do you want to say something to all of these families?
00:02:44.000 Because we had so many families in the room, Charlie, who have lost kids, not just kids who've been hurt or harmed by exploitation online, sex exploitation, childborn, but actually who have committed suicide.
00:02:56.000 And they were in the room.
00:02:57.000 And so I just said to him, you know, you've never apologized.
00:02:59.000 Zuckerberg's never apologized to anybody.
00:03:01.000 You know, he takes the money.
00:03:03.000 He takes the power.
00:03:04.000 He apologizes to nobody for nothing.
00:03:07.000 And so I just said, hey, you know, these families are here.
00:03:09.000 Why don't you turn around?
00:03:10.000 Why don't you talk to him?
00:03:10.000 Why don't you apologize to him?
00:03:11.000 And he did.
00:03:12.000 Were you surprised he stood up?
00:03:13.000 I mean, it was kind of awkward, but in some ways admirable.
00:03:16.000 I just, it was as if, look, I, he has, it seems as if everything in his life goes through a formula and you kind of broke the internal matrix of, you know, the quasi-cyborg way that Zuckerberg views.
00:03:29.000 He was like, what does my operating program tell me to do?
00:03:32.000 And he kind of stood up and awkwardly faced them.
00:03:34.000 I guess I have some respect.
00:03:36.000 Honestly, I haven't seen a witness do that.
00:03:38.000 No, no, I haven't either.
00:03:40.000 And I think it was finally some acknowledgement.
00:03:42.000 I mean, maybe it broke through a little bit that these are real people behind him.
00:03:45.000 These aren't, this isn't just a formula.
00:03:47.000 These people behind him, they're not an algorithm.
00:03:49.000 You know, it's not just about the revenue numbers.
00:03:52.000 These are actual people who his platform has hurt.
00:03:54.000 And Charlie, I'll just say this about Zuckerberg and the others.
00:03:57.000 They've got all the time and all the money in the world to censor conservatives left, right, and center.
00:04:01.000 You know, let's not forget Facebook willingly cooperated with the Biden White House to censor posts about COVID, about the vaccine, about election integrity, about Hunter Biden, you name it.
00:04:11.000 And yet they're telling us, oh, but we can't do anything, nothing meaningful about child sex material online.
00:04:18.000 Oh, nobody believes that.
00:04:19.000 Nobody believes that.
00:04:20.000 And it's time they're held accountable for it.
00:04:22.000 100%.
00:04:23.000 And this was one of the more objectionable elements of his testimony on 36.
00:04:29.000 This is the equivalent of Pfizer coming out and saying that there's nothing wrong with the vaccine, or the equivalent of even more, let's just say, agreeable to the audience, would be big tobacco coming out and saying, oh, there's nothing wrong with smoking.
00:04:44.000 This is so just materially incorrect.
00:04:48.000 It's play cut 36.
00:04:50.000 And I want you to riff on this and to challenge it and to deconstruct Zuckerberg's lie here, play cut 36.
00:04:59.000 With so much of our lives spent on mobile devices and social media, it's important to look into the effects on teen mental health and well-being.
00:05:06.000 I take this very seriously.
00:05:08.000 Mental health is a complex issue, and the existing body of scientific work has not shown a causal link between using social media and young people having worse mental health outcomes.
00:05:19.000 Senator.
00:05:20.000 Totally false.
00:05:21.000 And he knows it's false.
00:05:22.000 And here's why I say that.
00:05:24.000 He has done a study, Facebook and Instagram have done into comprehensive studies, year-long, multi-year studies internally about the effect of their platforms on teen mental health.
00:05:34.000 And what they found, and we know this because whistleblowers have come forward and leaked the information, what they found is their platforms make teens' mental health worse, much worse, especially young girls.
00:05:44.000 30 plus percent of young girls say, those are like 13 to 17 on their platforms, say that their lives are made materially worse the longer they spend time on the platforms.
00:05:54.000 They know about this.
00:05:56.000 We have the emails.
00:05:57.000 We have the track record.
00:05:58.000 We have the record of back and forth with the execs are saying, wow, these numbers are pretty bad.
00:06:03.000 What should we do about it?
00:06:04.000 And the answer is they did nothing about it.
00:06:06.000 I confronted him about this at the hearing and he sort of hemmed and hawed and said, well, well, you know, we need to study it more.
00:06:13.000 They know the truth, Charlie.
00:06:14.000 They just don't want to be accountable for it.
00:06:17.000 That's exactly right.
00:06:18.000 And we have some charts here to support that.
00:06:20.000 I mean, as soon as we had the advent of the proliferation of iPhones, especially young ladies' suicidal ideation, their image of self, anxiety, depression skyrocketed.
00:06:32.000 It was flatline, flatline, flatline.
00:06:34.000 Mental health outcomes were actually stable and plateauing, and then it skyrockets.
00:06:39.000 And so I'm open for anybody to tell me why all of a sudden in 2013, 14, when we put a supercomputer in young ladies' front pocket, where they become very obsessed with what other people say about them and what they say about other people, why that changed.
00:06:55.000 Senator, so what were some of the takeaways here?
00:06:58.000 I admittedly only caught your parts and you were excellent.
00:07:01.000 You were terrific.
00:07:02.000 Just walk us through because I didn't have a chance to watch the whole hearing.
00:07:05.000 Tell our audience some of the other takeaways, some of the other noteworthy moments.
00:07:08.000 Well, I think the big takeaway here is it's time for Congress to act.
00:07:11.000 I mean, apologies are great.
00:07:12.000 I mean, it's good that Zuckerberg finally admitted to the world that, you know, oops, maybe Facebook has actually exploited people and gotten rich off of it.
00:07:20.000 That was good.
00:07:21.000 But now Congress needs to do something, Charlie, because the truth is, if you are a victim or you're the parent of a victim right now, you don't have any recourse.
00:07:28.000 You can't go to court and sue these guys, unlike every other company in America, because they're protected by the federal government.
00:07:34.000 They've got special protection.
00:07:35.000 That needs to end.
00:07:36.000 So here's what I'm going to do.
00:07:37.000 I'm going to go to the floor of the Senate next week and I'm going to force a vote on allowing victims to sue when they've been harmed.
00:07:45.000 Let's just see.
00:07:46.000 Let's see where people are.
00:07:47.000 Let's put people on the record.
00:07:49.000 Yeah.
00:07:49.000 So is there government?
00:07:50.000 I don't know the answer to this.
00:07:51.000 Is there government issued liability protection or is it a little opaque?
00:07:55.000 Is that I know there's section 230, but I mean, for example, if there's a clear-cut case of self-harm or an individual or a teenager that engages in suicide via something the tech company's fit on, is there really no way to sue the tech companies?
00:08:10.000 That's right.
00:08:10.000 They claim section 230, that's the liability shield.
00:08:13.000 They claim that, Charlie, as a shield, and they're doing it.
00:08:15.000 That's not speculative.
00:08:16.000 They're doing it right now in court.
00:08:17.000 Get this: the courts are letting them get by with it.
00:08:19.000 The courts are throwing out these cases and saying, sorry, you know, even though Facebook pushed this content at you, this content on how to commit suicide, even though Instagram exposed you to pedophiles and then they knew that they're pedophiles and they did it anyway, you can't sue them because the federal government has said no liability.
00:08:36.000 No other company in America gets that kind of protection.
00:08:40.000 I mean, vaccine companies, and again, this is only vaccine companies get that kind of protection.
00:08:45.000 And by the way, we have learned that that type of protection might be well intended.
00:08:51.000 However, it results in an oligarchy or an oligopoly.
00:08:55.000 Can you riff on that?
00:08:57.000 Because the criticism that some people that are purchased by the tech companies that work for these DC think tanks that are just so awful and nakedly corrupt, they'll write these op-eds that are read by nine Capitol Hill staffers and it's job justification.
00:09:09.000 They'll say, Senator Hawley's not free market.
00:09:11.000 Hold on a second.
00:09:12.000 230 is an anti-market protection of these companies.
00:09:16.000 Yeah, what's happened is the federal government's giving these companies a huge, huge subsidy.
00:09:20.000 I mean, it's a massive handout in the form of billions of dollars.
00:09:23.000 This is worth this liability shield, it's worth billions of dollars a year to these companies, and they know it.
00:09:28.000 That's why they will defend it with their lives.
00:09:31.000 You start talking to them about, well, why won't you just open up the courtroom door?
00:09:34.000 Be like everybody else in America, every other company.
00:09:37.000 If you sell a bad product to your customers and it kills them, you can get sued.
00:09:42.000 That's the rule for everybody else.
00:09:43.000 And they say, oh, no, So we're not talking about a free market here.
00:09:46.000 We're talking about special favoritism that these companies get from the federal government.
00:09:51.000 Charlie, we need to end that.
00:09:52.000 Let's let people, if they've been harmed, let them have their day in court.
00:09:56.000 Maybe they win, maybe they lose.
00:09:58.000 They should have their day in court and the company should be accountable.
00:10:01.000 A story went viral last week, Senator, of a tragic death, Orla Baxendale, who has a terrible allergy and she ate mislabeled cookies.
00:10:09.000 And immediately, the company that made those cookies, the press release, they know they're going to get sued.
00:10:14.000 And they get out in the PR and it could bankrupt the company.
00:10:17.000 But honestly, why are the tech companies treated any differently?
00:10:20.000 Why are small mom and pop cookie companies that might have done something wrong?
00:10:25.000 You know what?
00:10:25.000 They should have their day in court and they should be held accountable.
00:10:27.000 But the multi-trillion dollar tech companies get to glide on by when 13-year-olds are killing themselves because of content that wasn't policed on there.
00:10:36.000 No, no, no, no.
00:10:37.000 It's not American.
00:10:38.000 It's not moral.
00:10:38.000 And we have to fix it.
00:10:39.000 Senator, great work.
00:10:40.000 Thank you so much.
00:10:41.000 Thank you.
00:10:45.000 Traditional media is crumbling.
00:10:47.000 Why?
00:10:47.000 Because they're hiding something, something big.
00:10:50.000 People are realizing they're being lied to left and right, even by institutions they thought they could trust.
00:10:55.000 But you, you've known the truth all along.
00:10:57.000 You also know that the time to prepare for what's coming is right now.

00:11:40.000 Go to mypatriotsupply.com.
00:11:45.000 All right, everybody.
00:11:45.000 Right now, there are hundreds of peaceful people that went into the Capitol on January 6th.
00:11:53.000 They did not touch a police officer.
00:11:55.000 They didn't smash a window, but they have been charged federally for trespassing and called insurrectionists for the rest of their life.
00:12:03.000 Even though many of them were invited in and the doors were open and the police just stood there, they were going to have to navigate the job market, the corporate market, family relations, neighborly relations, and public humiliation being called an insurrectionist in what is a major humiliation trial.
00:12:19.000 But to be fair, they did something wrong.
00:12:24.000 They could have done things a lot differently.
00:12:26.000 You see, the problem is that the MAGA Patriots on January 6th, when they went into, for example, the Senate where the Senate votes, or they went into some of the hearing rooms, they should have stripped naked and filmed themselves having gay sex.
00:12:47.000 That would have solved all the problems.
00:12:49.000 Remember the story back in December?
00:12:51.000 It was breaking right near Amfest, where a Senate staffer for Senator Cardin, all of a sudden on the internet, filmed himself.
00:12:59.000 It went totally viral of he himself having gay sex in the Senate hearing room.
00:13:06.000 Went viral.
00:13:07.000 Well, don't worry, federal law enforcement is on the scene, everybody.
00:13:11.000 An announcement today: quote, after consulting with federal and local prosecutors, as well as doing a comprehensive investigation and review of possible charges, it was determined that despite a likely violation of congressional policy, there is currently no evidence that a crime was committed.
00:13:26.000 That's all they had to do.
00:13:28.000 Put up a quick picture of Siaka Masakwai.
00:13:31.000 Siaka Masakwai was hunted by the feds for years.
00:13:34.000 What he did, he's walked into the Capitol, walked out of the Capitol.
00:13:37.000 We've had him on our show many times.
00:13:39.000 But Siaka, he should have done the holy sacrament that keeps the Democrat Party and the regime together.
00:13:47.000 He should have just had gay sex and filmed it, and everything would have been just fine.
00:13:52.000 No charges for federal law enforcement, no public indecency, public exposure.
00:13:58.000 And they say, oh, well, he was a congressional staffer, so he wasn't trespassing.
00:14:03.000 I guarantee you you could find a federal law that this guy broke.
00:14:07.000 But no, here's the problem.
00:14:10.000 You can't trigger or offend the alphabet mafia.
00:14:16.000 Just kind of put it aside and he'll probably go find some job at some gay rights organization or something.
00:14:23.000 He'll be hired.
00:14:24.000 Remember his statement when this happened?
00:14:25.000 He comes out and he says, I am a victim.
00:14:29.000 All these people that are coming after me.
00:14:32.000 And I said then, and I'll say it again: this individual who filmed himself having gay sex in a Senate hearing room did something far worse and put not just filmed himself, but also put it on the internet.
00:14:45.000 Let me just be very clear, as a desecration of our legislative space, as a desecration of the legislative branch.
00:14:52.000 Did something worse than 99% of the people on January 6th.
00:14:55.000 And he, of course, won't be held accountable.
00:14:56.000 No criminal charges, no perp walk, no federal prison time.
00:15:01.000 And the regime is sending you a very clear message.
00:15:04.000 If you are Owen Schweier, who did not even enter the Capitol, but you said things that we don't like, solitary confinement and federal prison.
00:15:12.000 But if you go into the Senate hearing room and you do your best effort to recreate Sodom and Gomorrah, you're perfectly fine.
00:15:22.000 These January 6th protesters, they should know better.
00:15:26.000 If you really want to get away with trespassing, 90 plus percent of them never did anything violent.
00:15:31.000 They've had their lives completely ruined.
00:15:36.000 And this individual was a congressional staffer who had such contempt for the Senate, such contempt for the legislative branch, that he invited his hinged date into the Senate hearing room and filmed in a disgusting, grotesque way.
00:15:54.000 And that is a picture of where we are as a country.
00:15:56.000 That we will terrorize and penalize the patriot who expresses their First Amendment rights and they just walk right in and they do nothing violent, nothing.
00:16:07.000 Some don't even go into the Capitol.
00:16:09.000 Some of them are outside of the Capitol looking at the Capitol.
00:16:14.000 But the Senate staffer who films himself and then publicizes it on the internet, we can't find a law that was broken.
00:16:25.000 We can't find something that was wrong here.
00:16:29.000 And it makes sense.
00:16:31.000 For the regime, that is a holy sacrament.
00:16:33.000 They look at that and they say, well, we don't want to get in the way of that.
00:16:37.000 That's perfectly fine.
00:16:38.000 But if you enter a MAGA hat with a flag and say, I love America, we're going to put you in solitary confinement.
00:16:47.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:17:50.000 Joining us now is Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Davis, who is hosted the Daniel Davis Deep Dive, also a senior fellow at Defense Priorities.
00:17:59.000 Lieutenant Colonel, thank you for taking the time.
00:18:01.000 I saw your segment on the lower income program, and I thought it was really interesting.
00:18:06.000 We have some time to dive into this.
00:18:07.000 Can you just detail exactly what occurred in the Middle East?
00:18:12.000 Who facilitated this attack?
00:18:14.000 It was done by drone, but some of the details I still am not totally certain of.
00:18:18.000 And how should the U.S. respond?
00:18:20.000 Yeah, this was by an Iran-backed group.
00:18:23.000 The one that took credit for it was called the Islamic Resistance of Iraq, also associated with Khatib Hezbollah, which is one of many umbrella groups that's supported and financed by Iran for sure.
00:18:36.000 They're literally all over the region.
00:18:37.000 They have taken credit for this.
00:18:39.000 They have been attacking us substantially throughout the region since I think the 17th of October, which they expressly say is tied to our support of Israel and their battle against the Palestinian people, the way they view it.
00:18:53.000 And so they have been launching over 160 attacks since that time.
00:18:57.000 One finally got through, and there is still remaining some uncertainty as to exactly how it evaded our defense systems, even though it came in apparently when one of our drones was there, but it found its way into the living quarters.
00:19:10.000 And most of those troops probably never even knew they got hit.
00:19:13.000 They probably were killed in their sleep.
00:19:15.000 And now then, of course, and I've been warning about this for literally months, actually years, arguing that our troops in Iraq and Syria do nothing to defend America.
00:19:25.000 They are not providing a valid anti-ISIS mission, which the administration claims ad nauseum incorrectly.
00:19:32.000 And so because they're there, now then it makes it easy for these Iran-backed groups to actually attack the United States.
00:19:38.000 Otherwise, we wouldn't even have been attacked.
00:19:41.000 So now then, though, troops have been killed.
00:19:43.000 And so the president has to respond because that's the requirement for both the 1973 War Powers Act and the Constitution and the Office of the President.
00:19:53.000 But it authorizes them to go after who did it.
00:19:55.000 And that's whether it's Khatib Hezbollah or the Islamic resistance of Iraq.
00:20:01.000 It's not Iran.
00:20:02.000 So if we spread this to Iran, now then we risk having them retaliate back against us and possibly more Americans being killed.
00:20:10.000 What we should do is respond to the people who did this attack.
00:20:14.000 They should be killed.
00:20:14.000 They killed Americans.
00:20:15.000 They should die.
00:20:16.000 But then we should withdraw our troops and get them out of that harm's way, reposition them elsewhere in the region so that they can be protected and they're still useful for our security in the region.
00:20:27.000 That's what we should do.
00:20:28.000 But I'm afraid what we're going to do is we're going to go in and we're going to hit a lot of Iranian assets.
00:20:33.000 We're going to stir up a hornet's nest.
00:20:34.000 They're going to retaliate.
00:20:35.000 Then we're going to have to retaliate back again.
00:20:38.000 And this could go in a bad place.
00:20:41.000 So just make sure I understand correctly.
00:20:43.000 So these are troops in Jordan.
00:20:45.000 Is that correct?
00:20:46.000 Yeah, they were on the Jordanian side of the Syrian border, literally just right across the border, where they were basically a logistics hub for our Al-Tanf base in Syria.
00:20:56.000 Okay.
00:20:57.000 And so when you say hold the people who did this accountable, do you mean the drone manufacturers?
00:21:03.000 Because there's some evidence that goes back to Tajikistan.
00:21:07.000 When you say we should retaliate to the people who did this, what do you mean specifically?
00:21:11.000 Yeah.
00:21:11.000 I mean the people who used it.
00:21:12.000 Wherever it came from is almost inconsequential because it matters who used it.
00:21:18.000 And the people that, because that's with any weapon system, it's not the person who made it.
00:21:22.000 It's the person who used it.
00:21:23.000 And if Khatib Hezbollah used it, if it was the Islamic resistance of Iraq who took credit for it, that's the one that needs to pay the price.
00:21:30.000 If it turns out that those who did this go all the way back to Tehran, would it be prudent to strike the homeland of Iran?
00:21:39.000 Well, see, it gets dicey at that point because our objective, the strategic objective of the United States needs to be what we need to do to protect our country the best, protect our troops.
00:21:50.000 And that does not equal going into a war with Iran.
00:21:53.000 Sometimes we have to say we're not going to do what we want to do if doing so would worsen our position.
00:22:00.000 Now, there's lots of ways non-kinetic that you can respond to Iran.
00:22:03.000 If these things turn out to be the case, there's lots of things that we can do that we aren't doing yet.
00:22:07.000 Then we can take action that way.
00:22:09.000 But if we strike militarily into Iran and then they retaliate and more Americans gets killed, clearly that's not in America's natural interest.
00:22:16.000 And we've got to do something different.
00:22:18.000 Yeah, so if so then your recommendation to avoid a quagmire here is to ask the question, why do we have so many troops scattered across this in the Middle East?
00:22:30.000 Where do we have troops currently in the Middle East?
00:22:32.000 I mean, I was a little shocked to realize that we have 3,000 troops in the Jordanian-Syrian border.
00:22:40.000 I wish we had 3,000 troops on our southern border.
00:22:43.000 Right.
00:22:44.000 Yeah, that's one of my points that just drives me crazy as well.
00:22:48.000 But yeah, they're literally scattered throughout.
00:22:51.000 And it's officially about 900 in Syria, about 2,500 in Iraq.
00:22:56.000 And we're not sure how many are physically in Jordan, but we know that it's a lot of them.
00:23:00.000 And then, of course, there's all kinds of support personnel.
00:23:02.000 There's contractors.
00:23:04.000 There's no telling how many are really there.
00:23:06.000 It's a lot of Americans that are there, though.
00:23:08.000 And there is no valid reason for them to be there.
00:23:11.000 They should have left in 2019 after we dismantled the ISIS infrastructure and where they had holdings in both Iraq and Syria, which succeeded under President Trump.
00:23:21.000 They should have been withdrawn then.
00:23:23.000 They weren't.
00:23:24.000 Now all they are is a target for these guys to hit them.
00:23:27.000 And I'll tell you, whatever Biden is going to do, whether it's tonight or tomorrow, whenever that turns out to be, if we don't do anything to get the rest of those troops out of there, it's just a matter of time until they get hit too.
00:23:37.000 I can assure you, this will not deter those groups from attacking.
00:23:41.000 It's not going to stop anything.
00:23:42.000 And if we don't get our troops out of vulnerability way, then this is probably going to continue on.
00:23:48.000 This is not going to stop it.
00:23:49.000 So let me ask you, you said Biden is going to respond aggressively.
00:23:54.000 We don't really know yet how he's going to respond.
00:23:57.000 They're being rather opaque about it.
00:23:59.000 They're using generalities that we reserve the right to do whatever we want to do, however we want to do it.
00:24:05.000 What are your sources telling you specifically of how the United States military plans to respond?
00:24:10.000 Because as to this moment, there has been no response to the tragic death of these three patriots.
00:24:15.000 Yeah, you know, these things take time, and I'm actually okay with them taking a little bit of time to make sure that they are, you know, thoroughly vet their intelligence sources, make sure that we know what we're doing, that we don't go in half-baked just to have an emotionally satisfying shot here, you know, which could actually backfire or maybe even not actually hit the people that did it.
00:24:34.000 So I'm okay with that.
00:24:35.000 I'm also okay with them being a little opaque.
00:24:37.000 I don't want them to signal what they're doing so that the bad guys have a chance to defend themselves.
00:24:41.000 But what I expect that they'll probably do is to have a series of attacks, not just one-off, because that's been one of the big problems and why we haven't deterred all these groups up to this point.
00:24:51.000 Even though there's been 165 attacks on our people, there's only been 15 responses, which means most of the time we do nothing, which only encourages them to do more.
00:25:00.000 This time, it has to be heavy against the people who did this and not just some empty buildings.
00:25:05.000 It's got to be some real facilities.
00:25:06.000 It's got to be the people who actually planned it and did it.
00:25:09.000 And sometimes it takes a little bit of intelligence works to be able to find out where those people are.
00:25:15.000 So that's probably why this will take us a sustained amount of time.
00:25:18.000 And if they don't get them all in the first round, I imagine they'll keep looking because once you kill an American, you're on the radar.
00:25:24.000 Has the Iranian Revolutionary Guard taken credit for this or is this mostly violent?
00:25:29.000 They have not.
00:25:29.000 In fact, they've done the exopset.
00:25:30.000 They said they had nothing to do with it.
00:25:32.000 They said that they do fund some of these people, but they said that they don't have operational control.
00:25:36.000 And as far as that goes, it's probably accurate.
00:25:38.000 They probably don't have operational control.
00:25:40.000 They have loose control.
00:25:41.000 And a lot of that's by what they get from Iran.
00:25:44.000 They can either give or withhold certain things.
00:25:46.000 And, you know, their fingerprints are on this.
00:25:48.000 And I don't think anybody's disputing that.
00:25:50.000 But the question is to what extent and to what should be our response as well.
00:25:55.000 Post the killing of Qassam Soleimani, are we already in kind of a cold slow-motion war with Iran?
00:26:01.000 You know, I've heard so many people cite that in these recent days about saying, see, we took out their guy, then they backed down.
00:26:07.000 That's not at all what happened.
00:26:09.000 That's completely counterduitive to what did happen, which is, look, we had a whole salvo of missions on an American base in al-Assad in Iraq that just crushed all kinds of our facilities, wounded 100 men.
00:26:21.000 And according to an analysis that was done a year later, it was sheer luck that many of them were not killed, which would have put pressure on Trump to do something more.
00:26:30.000 As it was, we did nothing more after that.
00:26:32.000 But from that time until October 17th, there were at least 80 attacks on our troops throughout the region.
00:26:37.000 So it didn't stop.
00:26:38.000 And they have never said that anything besides they're going to continue to get revenge for killing Solomon E.
00:26:45.000 And it continues on to this day.
00:26:47.000 Yeah, they have not forgotten.
00:26:49.000 They still commemorate the death of Solomoni.
00:26:52.000 Final question here.
00:26:53.000 Do you have faith and confidence that Biden will be able to thread this needle without starting a new regional massive war that involves American troops?
00:27:01.000 I hope he does because I want our country to succeed.
00:27:05.000 I want our troops to be protected.
00:27:06.000 But I have very low confidence because the actions they've taken so far do not allow me to have that kind of confidence.
00:27:12.000 But I'll just tell you, if part of their actions do not include withdrawing our troops from these vulnerable positions to consolidate them in positions where they can be better defended, this is going to continue on no matter how many targets we take out.
00:27:27.000 Lieutenant Colonel Daniel Davis, check out his program and your show.
00:27:31.000 Thank you so much.
00:27:32.000 Thanks for having me, Charlie.
00:27:33.000 Appreciate it.
00:27:34.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:27:36.000 I'll be honest, this is one story, the Iran story, that I don't have really strong opinions.
00:27:41.000 We have to avoid war, 100%.
00:27:42.000 I don't trust Biden at all.
00:27:44.000 I have a principled belief that if you kill Americans, you have to pay a price for that.
00:27:47.000 On the same time, it's like, what the heck are these people doing as sitting ducks in Jordan of all places?
00:27:52.000 I'm very torn on it.
00:27:53.000 I don't think there's an easy answer to it.
00:27:55.000 And then, of course, 100% Biden is factoring politics into his response.
00:28:00.000 And apparently, now reporting is that Iran is surprised by this too, because it turns out their proxies just do their own thing, allegedly.
00:28:06.000 Why are our troops there?
00:28:08.000 Who do we hold accountable and to what deal?
00:28:09.000 And by the way, Biden was bragging about how they were back, Jake Sullivan back channeling with the Iranian government.
00:28:15.000 And I do have to ask the question: why would Iran do this?
00:28:18.000 Is this in Iran's best interest?
00:28:20.000 Before we barrel into war, I know that's kind of a thought crime, but are we really supposed to believe Iran went and killed three Americans?
00:28:28.000 And they just, the only argument to that is they think we're so weak we wouldn't respond.
00:28:32.000 I want to play, I want to play around with that.
00:28:34.000 I'm not saying they didn't do it.
00:28:35.000 Of course, they have their fingerprints and their funding on it, but sometimes you have to wonder: why would they do it?

00:29:45.000 Who are we bringing into our country?
00:29:47.000 Well, we talked, we spoke yesterday about Elon Omar, the ingrate, who should be denaturalized and deported.
00:29:53.000 You know, it's very interesting.
00:29:55.000 We said that, and not a single Media Matters article hit us.
00:30:00.000 It was very telling.
00:30:01.000 You know, it's not that as if I care, but it's somewhat of an indicator.
00:30:04.000 I was wondering, you know, is the media, not a single media, not one person came to Elon Omar's defense.
00:30:10.000 It was fascinating.
00:30:13.000 Goes to show really how outrageous her comments were.
00:30:15.000 It's indefensible.
00:30:17.000 There's this horrific story out of New York.
00:30:19.000 I think we have the B-roll.
00:30:21.000 A large mob of illegal aliens, trespassers, invaders, brutally attacked two New York Police Department officers on Saturday near Times Square.
00:30:32.000 Brutally attacked them, just terribly.
00:30:35.000 They all have been released without bail.
00:30:37.000 And I want to show this picture or this video, I think we have it, of one of the illegals being released, and he just flicks off the camera.
00:30:45.000 First, here is some of the illegals that are just jumping on him.
00:30:49.000 Hey, diversity is our strength, everybody.
00:30:51.000 Can't you tell?
00:30:52.000 Look at that.
00:30:52.000 The third world jumping on the New York Police Department.
00:30:55.000 These are all illegals, according to.
00:30:58.000 And then in Cut 79, you'll see he flipped off the camera.
00:31:03.000 This is the guy being released.
00:31:05.000 There he is.
00:31:05.000 What a wonderful individual.
00:31:06.000 Released without bail.
00:31:08.000 He won't be deported.
00:31:10.000 Look at that.
00:31:10.000 They're just flipping off the camera.
00:31:12.000 They won't be deported.
00:31:14.000 They'll probably be given benefits.
00:31:16.000 The Democrats want to give these people citizenship.
00:31:20.000 Released without bail.
00:31:21.000 Look, they're laughing.
00:31:22.000 They might be, hey, they might be a future member of Congress.
00:31:25.000 By the way, this is happening all across the country on smaller levels.
00:31:29.000 You know, there's a major Venezuelan and Chilean break-in ring going across the country, and they're breaking into homes and they're stealing stuff.
00:31:39.000 And they just get, you know, without bail the next day.
00:31:41.000 They're coming to your home next.
00:31:42.000 They might be coming.
00:31:43.000 And by the way, you know what's amazing?
00:31:44.000 If you look at the ring cameras, you look at next door, you look at all these people that are posting it, they don't care if they get caught.
00:31:50.000 They have fake IDs.
00:31:51.000 They get bailed out by a friend the next day, and they just keep on committing crimes.
00:31:55.000 Now, I want you to remember, and let's put up the other image of this guy flipping off.
00:31:59.000 His name is 22-year-old Johan Joan Boada.
00:32:03.000 What country is he from?
00:32:04.000 I don't know.
00:32:06.000 I'm not really sure what.
00:32:08.000 I'm going to look that up.
00:32:10.000 What country he's from?
00:32:12.000 They beat up two New York police department officers.
00:32:15.000 And what a great picture of what the open borders give you.
00:32:18.000 Foreigners coming into the country attacking native-born Americans.
00:32:22.000 Not only is this how many millions of the Biden-era illegals feel about America, it's how the U.S. government feels about you.
00:32:29.000 If you were born and raised here, if your children and grandchildren were born here, if you pay taxes and follow the rules, they are flipping the bird right into your face.
00:32:38.000 Oh, it's a Spanish and, oh, so it's potentially Catalan.
00:32:45.000 They won't be deported.
00:32:47.000 They'll be given benefits.
00:32:48.000 And by the way, this is happening every single day.
00:32:52.000 It's probably from Mexico or Northern Triangle.
00:32:54.000 No background checks.
00:32:55.000 We have no idea if these people are terrorists, if they've committed rape.
00:32:58.000 And by the way, these other countries are loving this.
00:33:00.000 Do you know why?
00:33:01.000 They get to open up their insane asylums in their prisons and get rid of their worst people.
00:33:05.000 Why else do you think that one of the reasons, it's not the only reason, but crime in the Central Triangle is normalizing.
00:33:12.000 First of all, they have Bukele who's doing a tough on crime policies.
00:33:15.000 He could be from Venezuela and many other places.
00:33:19.000 But hey, don't worry, Republicans want to only limit to 5,000 of these people.
00:33:24.000 Only 5,000 of these people coming in every single day.
00:33:27.000 Under Joe Biden, already 6 to 7 million have come into the country.
00:33:30.000 And let me just, if you, and by the way, what an easy political win for Joe Biden.
00:33:35.000 But Joe Biden, of course, hates the country.
00:33:37.000 Joe Biden is a traitor.
00:33:38.000 You know what Joe Biden should do?
00:33:40.000 And he could, but he won't.
00:33:41.000 Joe Biden could say, enough.
00:33:43.000 If you beat up a police officer, I'm going to immediately deport you.

00:33:56.000 Where is AOC, Rashida Tlaib?
00:33:58.000 Where is Eric Adams on this, Mr. Tough Guy Eric Adams?
00:34:00.000 Oh, no, they've muzzled Eric Adams because they raided his fundraiser.
00:34:05.000 That's what they did.
00:34:06.000 The Department of Justice went after Eric Adams and they put him on ice.

00:34:14.000 And you're going to like it.

00:34:35.000 It just so happens in vivid detail, this foreigner shows us how he feels about us.
00:34:41.000 Hate the police, beat them up.
00:34:43.000 They're coming for your daughters and your family next because diversity is our strength.
